إن الكتابة السليمة إملائيا تعد عنصرا أساسيا في نقل الأفكار وتوضيح المعنى، في هذا البحث بحث الباحث عن تحليل الأخطاء في الكتابة الإملائية. الإملاء هو علم يبحث عن كيفية طريقة الكتابة الصحيحة بناء على القواعد التي اتفق عليها من قبل اللغويين. يقوم هذا البحث بمسائل كتابة القصة المصورة لدى التلميذات في الفصل السابع المتوسط بمعهد المعتوق مركز الزامل سوكابومي. المسائل التي وجدتها الباحثة منها استعمال القواعد اللغوية وخاصة في كتابة اللغة العربية. هدف هذا البحث : 1) معرفة أشكال وأسباب الأخطاء الموجودة في كتابة القصة المصورة لدى التلميذات في الفصل السابع المتوسط بمعهد المعتوق مركز الزامل سوكابومي. 2) معرفة حلول الأخطاء الإملائية في مسابقة كتابة القصة المصورة لدى التلميذات في الفصل السابع المتوسط بمعهد المعتوق مركز الزامل سوكابومي. إن هذا البحث العلمي من نوع البحث الكيفي، استخدمت الباحثة تحليل البيانات من miles and hubermen التي يتضمن من ثلاث خطوات في البحث وهي تحليل البيانات أن أشكال وأسباب الأخطاء الإملائية الموجودة في كتابة مسابقة القصة المصورة لدى طالبات الفصل السابع المتوسط بمعهد المعتوق مركز الزامل تسعة أنواع وهي 1)حذف الألف 2)وحذف الهمزة 3)وزيادة الهمزة 4)وزيادة الألف المقصورة 5)وحذف اللام 6)وحذف الياء 7)وكتابة بعض الأحرف 8)وتبادل الأحرف 9)وحذف بعض الأحرف . وأما حلولها بطريقتين هما تحسين جودة المدرسين وإكثار من التدريب عن أساليب والتراكيب اللغوية عن طريق التدريب النمطي في الفصل Writing with correct spelling is essential for expressing ideas and conveying meaning. For this study, researchers looked for a spelling error analysis. The study of writing correctly using established linguistic rules is known as spelling. This study investigates the challenge of writing picture books for female students in grade VII of Ma'had Al-Matuq Markaz Al Zamil Sukabumi's middle school. The researchers noticed grammatical difficulties, especially in Arabic writing. The objectives of this study were to: 1) Identify the types and fundamental causes of flaws in comic writing among Ma'had Al-Matuq Markaz Al Zamil Sukabumi grade VII students. 2) Correct spelling of terms in picture story writing contests for seventh-grade students in Ma'had Al-Matuq Markaz Al Zamil Sukabumi. Researchers used Miles and Hubermen's data analysis, which included three steps in the study, including data analysis of the form and reasons of spelling errors detected in a comic tale writing competition among seventh-grade students in Ma'had Al-Matuq Markaz Al Zamil Sukabumi. There were nine types: 1) eliminating alif 2) Hamzah removal 3) Including hamzah 4) include alif maqsura 5) removing Lam; 6) removing Yaa 7) composing some letters 8) switching letters 9) and eliminating a couple letters. The approach is twofold: improve teacher quality and improve instruction in language strategies and structures in the classroom through modular training. Penulisan ejaan yang benar merupakan elemen penting dalam menyampaikan gagasan dan memperjelas makna.Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencari analisis kesalahan ejaan. Ejaan adalah ilmu tentang cara menulis yang benar berdasarkan kaidah-kaidah yang disepakati para ahli bahasa. Penelitian ini membahas masalah penulisan cerita bergambar untuk siswa putri kelas VII Menengah di Ma’had Al-Matuq Markaz Al Zamil Sukabumi. Permasalahan yang peneliti temukan antara lain penggunaan tata bahasa, khususnya dalam penulisan bahasa Arab. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Mengetahui bentuk dan penyebab terjadinya kesalahan dalam menulis komik pada siswa kelas VII Ma’had Al-Ma’tuq Markaz Al Zamil Sukabumi. 2) Pengetahuan tentang solusi kesalahan ejaan dalam lomba menulis cerita bergambar untuk siswa kelas menengah ketujuh di Ma’had Al-Ma’tuq Markaz Al Zamil Sukabumi. Penelitian ilmiah ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, peneliti menggunakan analisis data dari miles and huberman, yang meliputi tiga langkah dalam penelitian, yaitu analisis data bentuk dan penyebab kesalahan ejaan yang ditemukan dalam perlombaan penulisan cerita komik antar siswa kelas menengah kelas tujuh di Ma’had Al-Ma’tuq Markaz Al Zamil Sukabumi ada sembilan macam, yaitu 1) menghapus alif 2) menghapus hamzah 3) menambah hamzah 4) menambah alif maqsura 5) menghapus lam 6) menghapus yaa 7) menulis beberapa huruf 8) menukar huruf 9) dan menghapus beberapa huruf. Adapun solusinya dengan dua cara yaitu peningkatan kualitas guru dan peningkatan pelatihan metode dan struktur linguistik melalui pelatihan modular di kelas.

Abstract:
The direct method is one of the popular language teaching methods that has been passed down through generations. One institution that implements and develops this method is Markaz Arabiyah Pare Kediri, specifically in the Syarqi Tsani class. The application of the direct method in Arabic language learning at this course institution is considered appropriate based on its characteristics and implementation procedures. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, and the objectives of this study are (1) to understand the history and development of the direct method in language learning, (2) to explore the application of the direct method in the Syarqi Tsani class at Markaz Arabiyah Pare Kediri, and (3) to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the direct method implementation in Arabic language learning at the Syarqi Tsani class of Markaz Arabiyah Pare Kediri. The research findings indicate that (1) the direct method emerged in the early 17th century, (2) the application of the direct method in the Syarqi Tsani class is developed by selecting contemporary themes and supported by a language-rich environment, and (3) supporting factors include student interest and motivation, competent teaching staff, and a highly supportive environment, while inhibiting factors include insufficient supervision in unplanned situations, suboptimal language environment, and occurrences of bilingualism

Abstract:
This research departs from the rise of the phenomenon of online learning that has occurred recently, both in formal and non-formal schools. The objectives of this study include: first, to find strategies used in learning Arabic through social media at Markaz Arabiyah Pare Kediri. Second, the supporting and inhibiting factors in learning Arabic through social media at the Pare Kediri Arabiyah Markaz. Third, to find advantages and disadvantages in learning Arabic through social media at the Pare Kediri Arabiyah Markaz. This study uses a qualitative research design with a case study type. The data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze the data, the researcher uses the theory of analysis according to Miles and Hiberman by collecting data, presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. At the stage of checking the validity of the data, researchers used the triangulation method. The results of the study show that (a) the strategies used in learning Arabic through social media include student-centered strategies, teaching material-centered strategies, heuristics, direct instruction strategies, interactive learning strategies and independent learning strategies. (b) supporting factors consist of intrinsic factors such as student motivation and discipline. Extrinsic such as, availability of internet quota, strong network, supportive environment, intensive supervision, attractive methods and strategies that are relevant and effective. The obstacles faced by the majority are the limited quota they have, the weak network, the lack of student motivation and the difficulty of supervising them. (c) the advantages and disadvantages consist of 3 things, namely: first the advantages and disadvantages of aspects of the learning process such as interactive, direct service from the teacher, conditional time, while the drawback is that it is less effective when compared to offline classes and others. Second, the advantages and disadvantages of the aspects of the device used are more flexible, not limited by space, while the disadvantages are blurry cameras, limited cellphone specifications and others. Third, the advantages and disadvantages of aspects of the application used, such as the application being easy to use, while the disadvantages are extravagant quota, requiring a strong signal.

Abdul Qahhar Mudzakkar merupakan salah satu tokoh yang kini menjadi simbol perjuangan bagi sebagian masyarakat di Sulawesi Selatan. Perjuangannya dalam menyuarakan hak-hak para gerilyawan memberikan kesan tersendiri bagi masyarakat local yang berjuang saat itu. Tidak hanya itu, Qahhar juga menjadi ikon perjuangan bagi para tokoh agama dalam memperjuangkan syariat Islam. Konflik di tubuh militer dianggap sebagai dasar pemberontakan Qahhar bersama para pasukannya. Padahal jika kita menelaah dari perspektif lain, perjuangan Qahhar tidaklah dilatarbelakangi oleh motif politik; melainkan motif agama. Hal tersebut dapat kita lihat dari berbagai macam rekonsiliasi yang dilakukan oleh tokoh-tokoh pemerintahan namun tak satupun yang berhasil. Ditambah lagi, surat-surat yang ditulis oleh Qahhar benar-benar menampakkan penolakannya terhadap komunis yang telah mendapat ruang khusus di negeri ini. Hal serupa dapat kita lihat di desa Tompo Bulu yang menjadi salah satu markas berkumpulnya para gerilyawan. Saat itu, ketika PKI datang untuk mencari dukungan, masyarakat lokal menolak dengan alasan PKI-nya. Artinya, masyarakat di pedalaman telah teredukasi sehingga mereka menolak apapun yang berbau PKI dalam kehidupannya.

إن تعليم اللغة العربية هو إيصال المعلم على اللغة العربية ومعرفتها إلى أذهان التلاميذ بطريقة قويمة لكي يحصلوا على المهارات اللغوية الأربع المنشودة، وهي مهارة الاستماع، الكلام، القراءة والكتابة. هذه الفنون الأربعة لها دور كبير في تعليم اللغة العربية فعلى ذلك يطلب من تعليم اللغة العربية طرق لتنيمة هذه المهارات الأربع لترقية قدرة الطلبة في استخدام اللغة العربية لا سيما لغير الناطقين بها. وينبغي لمعلمي اللغة العربية المحاولات في تنميتها ليحصل عليهم غياة تعليم اللغة العربية وتحقيق ذلك القيام بها في المدارس. فيستهدف هذا البحث لتحليل تنمية مهارة اللغوية في تعليم اللغة العربية في مدرسة المتوسطة ومركز التحفيظ منهاج الحق وكشف الفروق والمساواة في تنميتها بينهما. وتسلك هذه الدراسة منهج الوصفي بدراسة المقارنة. ويتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الملاحظة والمقابلات والوثائق المتعلقة بعنوان البحث. أثبتت الدراسة من خلال نتائجها على وجود المحاولات في تنمية المهارات اللغوية في مدرسة المتوسطة ومركز التحفيظ منهاج الحق وتسير محاولتها داخل الفصل كان أم خراجه. واكتشف من خلال التحليل المساواة والفروق فيها بينهما Teaching the Arabic language is the teacher’s introduction of the Arabic language and its knowledge to the minds of the students in a correct way so that they obtain the four desired linguistic skills, which are the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. These four arts have a major role in teaching the Arabic language. Therefore, teaching the Arabic language requires ways to develop these four skills to improve students’ ability to use the Arabic language, especially for non-native speakers. Arabic language teachers should try to develop it to achieve the goal of teaching the Arabic language and achieving this in schools. This research aims to analyze the development of linguistic skill in teaching the Arabic language in middle school and the Minhaj al-Haq memorization center and to reveal the differences and equality in its development between them. This study follows a descriptive and comparative approach. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documents related to the research topic. The study demonstrated, through its results, the existence of attempts to develop language skills in the middle school and the Minhaj al-Haq Memorization Center and the progress of its attempts, whether inside or outside the classroom. Through analysis, he discovered equality and differences between them.

The research method used in this research is the descriptive method. In writing this research, the researcher used the method of content analysis, The method of collecting data in this research is by interview and observation. The researcher reached two conclusions; The first is a description of the Arabic language teaching curriculum applied at the Muhammad Al-Fateh and The MQBA. This description includes four elements of the curriculum. The second is the method of developing the Arabic language teaching curriculum at the Muhammad Al-Fateh. This was done by establishing the linguistic environment, following the example of the works presented by the professors at the MQBA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kurikulum yang diterapkan di Makhad Muhammad Al-Fatih Dan Markaz tahfidz dan Bahasa Arab (MQBA), serta mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan kurikulum yang diterapkan di Muhammad Al-Fateh berdasarkan lingkungan linguistik dengan menjadikan MQBA sebagai model. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dalam penulisan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara dan observasi. Peneliti mencapai dua kesimpulan; Yang pertama adalah gambaran tentang kurikulum pengajaran bahasa Arab yang diterapkan di Muhammad Al-Fateh dan The MQBA. Deskripsi ini mencakup empat unsur kurikulum. Kedua, metode pengembangan kurikulum pengajaran bahasa Arab di Muhammad Al-Fateh. Hal itu dilakukan dengan membangun lingkungan linguistik, mengikuti contoh karya-karya yang dihadirkan para profesor di MQBA

Maka diitetapkanlah bagi laki-laki apa yang sesuai dengan fitrahnya dan begitu pula bagi perempuan apa yang sesuai dengan fitrah dan tabiatny atau sifat dasar. Dengan demikian terlihat jelas bahwa Islam menjaga kepentingan perempuan sepertimana terhadap laki-laki karena perempuan adalah saudara terhadap laki-laki. Selain itu, perempuan juga memiliki peranan penting dalam Islam dimana Islam memberi perhatian penuh terhadap segala aspek baik aspek kehidupan ataupun urusan hidup mereka lainnya seperti thaharah, shalat, puasa, pernikahan, talak dan lain sebagainya. Namun pada saat ini terdapat satu permasalahan yang seringkali masih diperdebatkan oleh sebagian orang atau golongan mengenai persoalan kebolehan wanita menjadi seorang pemimpin sebuah negara. Dalam hal ini, terdapat dua pandangan dimana pandangan pertama menyatakan kebolehannya dan golongan kedua menyatakan ketidak bolehannya. Oleh sebab itu, penlitian ini sejatinya akan membahas mengenai hukum seorang perempuan menjadi pemimpin suatu negara berdasarkan empat madhab fiqh berlandaskan kepada hujjah masing-masing madhab baik dari ayat-ayat al-Qur’an, hadits dan lain sebagainy. Kemudian, pada bagian akhir pembahasan, penulis akan mencoba memberikan kesimpulan serta pandangan yang rajih daripada masing-masing pandangan madhab.

يهدف هذا البحث الاجتماعي إلى تزويد المعلمين بالمدخل الاتصالي والاستفادة منه في تعليم اللغة العربية بينما أجريت عملية تعليم اللغة العربية في كثير من الأوقات بطريقة القواعد أو النحو والترجمة المؤدية إلى تعليم اللغة العربية المتشدد بها. ومنهجية البحث المستخدمة هي المنهج الكيفي المعتمد على الملاحظة والمقابلة والوثائق والمحاضرة والمناقشة والتدريب في جمع البيانات المرجوة ومجتمع البحث مركز ترقية اللغة العربية وعينته الأساتذة فيه. وحللت البيانات وفسرت بتحليل استقرائي. ونتائج البحث الاجتماعي هي أن تعليم اللغة العربية بالمدخل الاتصالي يتم في شهرين أبريل ومايو للعام الدراسي 2021-2022 ميلادية. وبعد تمام تعليم اللغة العربية بالمدخل الاتصالي كان تعليم اللغة العربية أكثر حيوية وإفساح المجال للمتعلمين للتعبير عن آرائهم وأفكارهم حيث ينظر هذا المدخل الاتصالي إلى أن اللغة وظيفتها الأساسية وسيلة التواصل الاجتماعي، ولا مجرد تعليم القواعد الجافة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المدخل الاتصالي، تعليم اللغة العربية

Abstract:
A calendar is an organizing system for calculating time over a certain period. Some calendar systems refer to an astronomical cycle, following a fixed rule. The main problem in this study is how the method and implementation of determining the beginning of the lunar month in the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and the Fazilet Calendar, the purpose of this study is to add to the treasury of knowledge about the Fazilet Calendar calendar method originating from the Ottoman Empire so that library research methods are used to describe various sources that are there is. The results showed that there was a difference of three to four months each year in entering the first month using the old and new MABIMS criteria and the Fazilet Calendar criteria. Differences in the beginning of the lunar month also occur because of the location of the hilal observation markaz, the Fazilet Calendar with the Ittihadul Mathali concept (imposing a global matla) while the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia with the wilayatul hukmi matlak concept.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف على عملية تطوير الكتاب المدرسي وإجراءاته، واكتشاف فعالية استخدام الكتاب المطور، ووصف استجابة الطلبة تجاه الكتاب المطور في عملية تعليم قواعد الصرف بمعهد محمدية الإسلامي برامبانان. منهج البحث المستخدم في هذا البحث هو البحث التطويري (R&D) على نموذج أددي (ADDIE) وتكون خطوات التطوير على خمس خطوات وهي: التحليل، والتصميم، والتطوير والتطبيق، والتقويم. وأما الأساليب لجمع البيانات فهي المقابلة، والملاحظة، والاستبانة، والاختبار.أما نتائج البحث فهي : (۱) تطوير الكتاب المدرسي بالخطوات الخمس وهي: التحليل، والتصميم، والتطوير، والتطبيق، ثم التقويم (۲) إن الكتاب المنتج فعال وصالح للاستعمال اعتمادا على نتيجة الاختبار، حيث إن نتيجة :P(T<=t) two-tail0،000001 أصغر من ٠،٠٥ ، وكذلك يعتمد على نتيجة استبانة الخبير الأول وهي 96% والخبير الثاني 93%، والمعيار يدل على تحصيل الاستبانة من %۸۰ – ۱۰۰% ، بتقدير جيد جدا. (۳) إن الطلبة موافقون بوجود الكتاب المنتج المساعد على الكتاب المدرسي اعتمادا على نتيجة استبانة الطلبة وهي ٩٤,٦%، والمعيار يدل على تحصيل الاستبانة من %٨٥ – ١٠٠%، بتقدير ممتاز This research aimed to: (1) To find out how the process of developing a companion book "Al Qawaid Ash Shorfiyyah " and the procedured in learning shorof rules at Pondok Pesantren Modern Muhammadiyah Boarding School Prambanan, (2) to know how effective the use of the developed book (3) to Described the student responses to the developed book. The research method used in this study was the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, through five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collection method used Interviews, Observations, Questionnaires and Test Techniques. The results of this study were: (1) The process of developing a companion book "Al Qawaid Ash Shorfiyyah " goes through five stages: Analysis (goal analysis, needs analysis, and analysis of student characteristics), Design (reading textbooks, product design, and expert assessment), development (product development took into account the advice of experts), Implementation (applied the developed book to Markaz students, then hold exams and solicit their responses to books through questionnaires). And Evaluations (evaluate developed books). (2) The book developed was effective and suitable for use, this was based on the test results, since the result of P(T<=t) two-tail: 0.000001 is less than 0.05. It was also based on the validation results of the validators, namely 96% and 93%, with a rating scale of 80% - 100% excellent predicate. (3) Students strongly agree with the existence of the book being developed, this was based on the results of the student questionnaire, which was 94,6% with an assessment scale of 85% - 100% Mumtaz predicate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui bagaimanakah proses pengembangan buku pendamping "Al Qawaid Ash Shorfiyyah" dan prosedurnya dalam pembelajaran kaidah shorof di Pondok Pesantren Modern Muhammadiyah Boarding School Prambanan, (2) Mengetahui bagaimanakah efektivitas dan kelayakan penggunaan buku yang dikembangkan, (3) Mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap buku yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, melalui lima tahap: Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. This research aimed at finding out how the orientation is towards Arabic language computing, the efforts contributed to this approach, the difficulties encountered in linguistic computing, and the solutions to these challenges in an applied and theoretical approach at the same time. One of the outputs of the research was to develop a proposed vision and a mission (digitization or computerization of the Arabic language) within the programs of the Arabic language at Sultan Zainal Abidin University in Terengganu, Malaysia. The study concluded several recommendations, the most important was the need for concerted efforts in the field of Arabic computer linguistics between linguists and students, and to spread computer awareness among linguists by encouraging universities to allocate a course on computerization of the Arabic language and creating a new specialization in Arabic language, to develop the linguistic councils in fulfilling the challenges of computerization of Arabic, translating all scientific works written and published in the field of Arabic computer linguistics in foreign languages by Arab and foreign researchers and transferring them into Arabic, creating a dictionary for the computer linguistics terminology in Arabic, and applications of developments of instructional technologies such as machine translation, electronic dictionary and so on.

Abstract:
While the literature on folklore and traditional culture of the Middle East is quite extensive overall, relatively little has appeared on the Arabian Gulf. Unfortunately, this region has undergone rapid socioeconomic change stimulated by the impact of oil wealth. Much of the traditional way of life in the Gulf, as in the case of pearl diving, has disappeared except in the memories of the older generation. In late 1983 an institution was formed as an initiative of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) to document and preserve the folklore of the region. This is the Arab Gulf States Folklore Centre (Markaz al-Turāth al-Sha‘bī li-Duwal al-Khalīj al-Arabīya), located in Doha, Qatar. The center is housed in a complex of five buildings with facilities in support of research projects, documentation, and archives, and a library on the folklore of the region. Several major conferences and a number of small workshops have been sponsored here on issues related to the collection of folklore in the Gulf. The center publishes books in Arabic and English, as well as a quarterly journal, Al-Ma’thūrāt al-Sha‘bīya (MS). This article provides an introduction to the AGSFC as the primary resource for research on the folklore of the Arabian Gulf.

The book Syakshiyah al-Mar'ah al-Muslimah by Muhammad Ali al-Hasyimi discusses the ideal character of a Muslim woman. In this book, he includes verses of the Qur'an and traditions related to the character of Muslim women. This study aims to determine the quality of the hadiths regarding the characteristics of Muslim women listed in the book of Syakhshiyah al-Mar'ah al-Muslimah by Muhammad Ali Al-Hasyimi. This type of research is qualitative through literature study using the takhrij hadith method and descriptive analysis approach. The takhrij method used is the takhrij hadith bi al-lafdzi, which is a search using some words from the matan hadith. The results and discussion of this research include an overview of the characteristics of Muslim women, editorials on the characteristics of Muslim women and takhrij hadiths which discuss the authenticity status of hadiths. Based on their authenticity and validity, this study concludes that the quality of the traditions contained in the book Syakhshiyah al-Mar'ah al-Muslimah by Muhammad Ali al-Hasyimi, is proven to be valid because it can be ascertained that the narrators are tsiqah and the hadiths are authentic. Therefore, these traditions can be used as syara' arguments or evidence in Islamic law for every Muslim woman who always explores her character. According to al-Hasyimi, the characteristics that a Muslim woman must have include 1) maintaining her honor; 2) obedient to parents and husband; 3) establish a good relationship.

Abstract:
This study aimed to describe and analyze in depth about the application of the Arabic language education curriculum which conducted through an intensive course program by the Education and Training Center in University of Darussalam Gontor. This was a field research using qualitative approach. The data were collected by using observation, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data, it used Miles and Huberman techniques. The results of this study showed that the intensive, effective and efficient training was conducted for trainees from various levels, involved basic, intermediate and high levels. This course used a communicative approach, particularly direct method. The participants lived in a student dormitory with a language habit in the environment for 24 hours. This intensive course aimed to improve receptive language skills including listening and reading, and deductive language skills including writing and speaking. The curriculums of this Education and Training Center consisted of academic and non-academic. Academic curriculum consisted of learning durūs al-lugah al-abiarabiyyah, nahwu and ṣaraf, mahārah kitābah, qirāah, istima ’, and kalām. While the non-academic curriculum was learning vocabulary, watching Arabic films, muhadatsah, singing Arabic songs, speeches, khot, and turats study.

Dalam menganalisis data melalui teknik reduksi data, menyajikan data yang terpilih secara keseluruhan, kemudian menarik kesimpulan dari hasil analisis data yang diperoleh. Sehingga dari hasil penelitian ini pengurus masjid mampu mengelola keuangan masjid dengan baik melalui penyewaan kios dan penyewaan aula dengan memberdayakan jamaah masjid. hal ini mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masjid dan meningkatkan perekonomian jamaah masjid melalui usaha produktif yang dijalankan masjid. Untuk kedepan perlu pengembangan dan pengomptimalisasian manajeman keuangan masjid yang lebih intensif.

In fact, there are some students of UIN Suska Riau lack speaking skill in Arabic that may caused by lack of practice in their daily communication. Therefore, in this study, the researcher wants to develop a new teaching method as a solution in improving students’ speaking skill. This study uses Research and Development method which focused on the development of a new teaching method called TANDUR. The development of this method is done by analyzing the needs of students, developing the components of the method, presenting it in front of experts, having a field testing, and revising it based on the advice given by the experts. The result of this study shows that Tandur method brings positive effect in improving students’ Arabic speaking skill.

Kesalahan dalam bacaan al-Quran melibatkan aspek fasahah, suara, tarannum, dan tajwid. Oleh itu, bacaan al-Quran yang sempurna adalah bacaan yang kurang kesalahan daripada ciri-ciri yang disebutkan tadi. Dengan mengenal pasti kesalahan tersebut dapat dijadikan garis panduan secara khusus bagi qari dan qariah yang hendak membaca al-Quran.

This research aims to determine the Arabic curriculum model at the Markaz Arabiyah Center Foundation, Pare, Kediri. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research approach with field research methods. The subjects of this study are all lecturers and students in this institution, where researchers present data obtained from observations and interviews described by data sources. This research data is from educational institutions, community environments, and community organizations. The qualitative research approach aims to understand the meaning of conditions and situations in people's social interactions. Researchers must be directly involved to understand these conditions and phenomena. Data from this study cannot be obtained by just one field entry but must be broad in observing events that occur in the field. The data collection methods in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis is carried out using the analysis theory proposed by Miles and Huberman, starting with data reduction, then data presentation, and finally, concluding. The result of this study is that there are at least four curriculum modules in this institution. First, The grammar curriculum, which is the Arabic learning curriculum, is classified according to grammar subjects. Second, the Situational approach to Arabic is taught according to the student's situation. Third, the Functional approach is learning according to a general function before teaching others. Fourth, Multidimensional approach, namely teaching Arabic in terms of linguistics, communication, and cultural aspects. All modules of this curriculum are integrated into the Arabia Center curriculum.

Abstract:
Purpose: This study aims to determine the density of Aedes aegypti larvae based on the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of the managers and congregants of the Al-Markas Al-Islami Mosque in Makassar City. Methods: This type of research is descriptive observational. There are two types of samples in this study, namely the sample of the management and congregation of the Al-Markaz Al-Islami Mosque in Makassar City and the sample of containers. For container samples as many as 165 containers. Data analysis using univariate analysis. The assessment of larvae density used the Container Index (CI) and Density Figure (DF) values. Results: The results of the analysis showed that the number of positive containers larvae was 41 containers with a CI value of 24.85% and a DF value of 6 in the high density category. Two categories were used to assess the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of the respondents, namely the good category and the unfavorable category. The results of data analysis showed that 19 (54.3%) respondents had good knowledge and 16 (45.7%) respondents had poor knowledge, 21 (60%) respondents had good attitudes and 14 (40%) respondents had good attitudes. unfavorable, as many as 18 (51.4%) respondents had good actions and 17 (48.6%) respondents had unfavorable actions. It is advisable to do counseling about the dangers of dengue disease and health training related to efforts to eradicate mosquito nests. Conclusion: The density of Aedes aegypti larvae in containers at the Al-Markaz Al-Islami Mosque in Makassar City and the congregation's house is in the high density category.

Abstract _ Traditional architecture is built based on regulations that adopt the traditions of local communities. Traditional architecture is also a cultural element formation that grows and develops along with the growth of the tribe which functions as a tribal identity. The application of the roof of a traditional Makassar house on the roof of the Al-Markaz Mosque is also a form to maintain the value and cultural heritage of the people of Gowa. The purpose of this study is to determine the elements of Islamic harmony and culture in terms of architecture. Data obtained through field observations, interviews, personal documentation, and previous data. As for what is used for the research method, the qualitative method is a method that is natural in nature. The analysis used is descriptive explorative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Markaz Al-Islami mosque building has a design that takes the philosophy of culture.Keywords: Design; Religion; Culture.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis Qur’ani, terhadap individu yang memiliki perilaku insecure (rasa kurang percaya diri). Peneliti memotret suatu model layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis Qur’ani di Markaz Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Al-Farauk Brebes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Observasi dan wawancara dilakukan dengan Pengasuh Markaz Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Al-Farauk Brebes serta menentukan waktu dalam pelaksanaan model layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis Qur’ani yang di praktekan langsung pada peserta didik (santri) Markaz Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Al-Farauk Brebes. Dengan kemampuan seorang konselor dalam Q.s Ali-Imran [3]: 159 (bertuturkata dengan lemah lembut), Q.s An-Nahl [16]: 125 (dengan kebijaksanaan dan pengajaran yang baik). Sesudah mendapatkan informasi dari observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian informasi tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi NVivo. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya suatu perubahan prilaku pada sebelum diberikan layanan dan setelah diberikan layanan. Layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis Qur’ani ini dilaksanakan langsung oleh Pengasuh Markaz Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Al-Farauk Brebes, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Qur’ani sebagai salah satu kode etik seorang konselor dalam memberikan suatu layanan yang tercantum dalam Q.s Ali-Imran [3]: 159, Q.s An-Nahl [16]: 125, dan Q.s Ar-Rad [13]: 11.

This study aims to determine the implementation and the obstacles in implementing the mosque library management guidelines based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 543 of 2019 at the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Decree Number 543 of 2019 regarding guidelines for managing mosque libraries in the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library has mainly been implemented. It's just that there are still guidelines that cannot be implemented, namely the guidelines for library financing, collaboration and promotion. The obstacles to implementing the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 543 of 2019 in the management of the Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar mosque library were the lack of human resources, library promotion has not been maximized, lack of budget support from the Foundation, and technological facilities are often disrupted

الملخص: هذا البحث يهدف إلى ترقية مهارات الطلاب في معرفة اللغة العربية. هذا البحث يطور الوسيلة الجديدة باسم مركز التعليم الذاتي الإلكتروني (Digital SAC). أقام به الباحث لأنه قد عرف أن قسم اللغة العربية مكان كالمدرس هنا الباحث ليس له بيئة خاصة للتدريس اللغة، وهو يخطر أن هذا الأمر أمر ضرورية له. وهو يعتقد أن لكل تدريس اللغة له بيئة خاصة لترقية مهارات الطلاب اللغوية. لأن هنا مشهور أن اللغة هي العادة. ويستخدم هذا البحث نوع البحث التطويري (research and development). طريقة البحث التطويري هي طريقة البحث المستخدمة لإنتاج منتجات معينة، واختبار فعالية هذه المنتجات. نتيجة هذا البحث هما: 1) تطبيق Digital SAC (بيئة عربية إليكترونية) له تأثير جيد على تعليم اللغة العربية. وبالتالي، فإن المنتج الناتج قد استوفى مكونات وسائل التدريس الجيدة وتم تطويره على وجه التحديد من خلال استكمال وسائل التدريس بالمواد الحالية والشائعة حاليًا من قبل الطلاب، بحيث يمكن أن تساعد في تحسين فهم الطلاب. 2) وبناءً على نتيجة الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي، وجد أن جدول نتيجة اختبار T مع برنامج Excel ، يوضح أن T-stat (Thitung) أصغر من T-chritical two tile (Ttabel) لذلك يمكن استنتاج أن H1 مقبول، ويمكن القول إن تطوير المنتج قادر على زيادة المعرفة. كلمة رئيسية: مركز التعليم، Digital SAC، اللغة العربية، الجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية تولونج أجونج Abstract: This research aims to improve students' skills in knowledge of the Arabic language. He believes that each language teaching has its own environment to improve students' language skills. Because here it is well known that language is the norm. This research uses the type of research and development. The developmental research method is the research method used to produce specific products, and to test the effectiveness of these products. The results of this research are two: 1) The application of Digital SAC (Arabic Electronic Environment) has a good effect on teaching the Arabic language. Thus, the resulting product has fulfilled the components of good pedagogy and has been specifically developed by supplementing the pedagogy with existing materials that are currently popular with students, so that it can help improve students' understanding. 2) Based on the result of the pre-test and post-test, it was found that the T-test result table with Excel program shows that the T-stat (T-hitung) is smaller than the T-Chritical two tile (T-tabel) so it can be concluded that H1 is acceptable, and it can be said that the product development able to increase knowledge. Hasil penelitian ini yakni Pola asuh orangtua berperan dalam membentuk anak cinta Al-Quran melalui hafalan Al-Quran sejak usia dini. Pembiasaaan baik orang tua yang konsisten dan disiplin dimulai sejak anak dalam kandungan. Kerjasama antara ayah dan ibu dalam mengenalkan anak anak kepada program yang berkaitan dengan Al-Quran. Adanya rencana yang matang serta evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pola asuh dan perbaikan. Membuat jadwal program menghafal Al-Quran untuk anak-anak. Memotivasi anak untuk mengikuti kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan Al-Quran. Perlu upaya dan komitmen dari orang tua sehingga anak mencintai Al-Qur’an melalui hafalan Al-Quran.

The current study dealt with the issue of the women’s guardianship over their underage children, in which it was found that the woman (the mother) has the legitimate and legal right of guardianship on her non-adult children. The study also dealt with the variance in the arrangement and order of guardianship. For instance, in Islamic jurisprudence, the mother’s rank in guardianship order came after the father and grandfather,but before the guardian. Nevertheless, in the Algerian legislation, the mother was classified directly after the father. This research also came to a conclusion that the guardianship should be transferred to the mother if the father dies. Otherwise, in the case of the father’s absence or any other impediment, the mother takes in charge only the urgent matters of her children.

Spirit untuk mengamalkan ajaran agama diimbangi dengan pengetahuan agama yang mumpuni serta didapatkan dari sumber yang terkredibel pula. Masjid al-Markaz sejak dibangun sampai operasionalnya di tahun 1996, telah mencanangkan dirinya sebagai pesantren terbuka. Pada pengajian tafsir dilaksanakan pada hari rabu bakda magrib oleh narasumber yang berlatar belakang pendidikan tafsir. Pengajian berlangsung selama kurang lebih empat puluh menit. Pengajian yang diselenggarakan di masjid ini disiarkan melalui Radio Al-Markaz frekuensi FM 99.6. Para jamaah merespon baik adanya pengajian tafsir ini, di antaranya bahwa mereka dapat mengetahui makna dan tujuan suatu amalan. Sebab mengetahui makna dan tujuan amalan sangatlah penting, dapat menambah wawasan mengenai isi kandungan al-Qur’an, sebagai rujukan masyarakat dan juga sumber inspirasi untuk menambah wawasan keislaman yang moderat, ingin mendapatkan pahala dan keberkahan dari mengikuti pengajian tafsir di masjid alMarkaz al-Islami Jend. M. Jusuf. Melalui pengajian, masyarakat bisa mendapatkan pembinaan non formal secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.

La finalidad de este artículo es analizar desde un punto de vista historiográfico el capítulo que sobre los omeyas de al-Andalus incluyen dos de las obras más representativas del periodo mameluco, la Nihāyat al-arab de al-Nuwayrī y los Masālik al-abṣār Al-ʿUmarī, Ibn Faḍl Allāh, Masālik al-abṣār fī mamālik al-amṣār: qabāʾil al-ʿarab fī l-qarnayn al-sābiʿ wa-l-ṯāmin al-hiǧriyayn, Dorothea Krawulski (ed.), Beirut, al-Markaz al-Islāmī li-l-Buḥūṯ, 1985 de al-ʿUmarī; ambas enmarcadas en lo que se ha denominado «enciclopedismo mameluco». En primer lugar, se realiza una aproximación a la producción escrita de este periodo, señalándose las principales características de esta producción, así como las circunstancias que las moldearon. Posteriormente, se ofrecen algunas consideraciones generales sobre estos autores y sus respectivas obras. Todo esto con el fin de ofrecer una visión general del contexto cultural en el que se enmarcan las obras objeto de estudio de este artículo. Finalmente, se procede al análisis historiográfico crítico de la información que las dos obras nos proporcionan sobre los omeyas de al-Andalus, con especial atención a las fuentes que estos autores manejaron para su composición. Este análisis nos proporciona nuevos datos sobre el proceso de transmisión textual en la historiografía árabe, además de ampliar nuestro conocimiento sobre algunas fuentes andalusíes relevantes, algunas de las cuales permanecen total o parcialmente perdidas, como es el caso del Muqtabis de Ibn Ḥayyān.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen program pembelajaran di Markas Bahasa Arab Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot Malang dilaksanakan melalui beberapa langkah: (1) Menentukan tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan diorientasikan kepada empat keterampilan yang meliputi membaca (qiro’ah), mendengar (istima’), menulis (kitabah) dan berbicara (kalam); (2) Pengelompokan peserta didik diklasifikasikan menurut jenjang kemampuan santri; (3) Rentan kendali dilakukan dengan memberikan tugas dan wewenang terhadap asatidz yang ada di markas bahasa Arab sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya masing-masing; dan (4) Pembentukan struktur markas bahasa Arab ditentukan oleh pengasuh dan pembimbing markas bahasa Arab. This paper outlines the issue of polygamy according to Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd's perspective with reference to his work namely Dawair al-Khauf: Qiraah fi Khitab al-Mar’ah. The purpose of this paper is to describe the biography of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, and the book of Dawair al-Khaufrelated to the background of book writing, systematic writing, the method used by Nasr Hamid in understanding polygamy verses, and Nasr Hamid's thoughts about polygamy. The results showed that Nasr Hamid did not agree with polygamy, even according to him polygamy could be strictly forbidden if there was fear of not being able to do justice. The method initiated by Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd is the method of reading textual (manhaj al-qira’ahas-siyaqiyyah). There are three levels of context in this method, namely the context of revelation (siyaq tartib an-nuzul), narrative context (siyaq as sard), and linguistic structure (mustawa at-tartib al-lughawi).

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">This study aims to determine the implementation of the Sabqi and Manzil methods as a solution in maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an of Baitul Qur'an Santri Markaz Al-Ma'tuq. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study descriptive approach, and involves three informants as research subjects. The results of this study indicate that Baitul Qur'an Markaz Al-Ma'tuq has a memorization system using the Sabqi and Manzil methods, equipped with ziyadah and itqon and tasmi'. In its implementation, the Sabqi and Manzil methods are carried out when halqoh al-Qur'an with three halqoh times. The advantage of this method is that it is able to keep the memorization mutqin (strong) and fluent. The drawback is the time it takes to memorize is quite long. The Sabqi and Manzil methods are suitable for beginner memorization and are effective for keeping the students of Markaz Al-Ma'tuq memorizing.</p><p class="16cKataKunci"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16cKataKunci">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Metode Sabqi dan Manzil Sebagai Solusi dalam Menjaga Hafalan Alquran Santri Baitul Qur’an Markaz Al-Ma’tuq. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif studi kasus, dan melibatkan subjek penelitian sebanyak tiga orang informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Baitul Qur’an Markaz Al-Ma’tuq memiliki sistem menghafal dengan metode Sabqi dan Manzil, dilengkapi dengan <em>ziyadah</em> dan <em>itqon</em> dan <em>tasmi</em>’. Dalam implementasinya, metode Sabqi dan Manzil ini dilaksanakan ketika <em>halqoh</em> Alquran dengan tiga waktu <em>halqoh</em>. Kelebihan dari metode ini adalah mampu menjaga hafalan dengan <em>mutqin</em> (kuat) dan lancar. Kekurangannya adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghafal cukup lama. Metode Sabqi dan Manzil ini cocok untuk penghafal pemula dan efektif untuk menjaga hafalan santri Markaz Al-Ma’tuq.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui gambaran analisis kebutuhan pengembangan perangkat evaluasi perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini, 2) mengetahui gambaran desain pengembangan perangkat evaluasi perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini, 3) mengetahui gambaran tingkat keterlaksanaan evaluasi perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Thiagarajan dan Semmel yang dikenal dengan 4-D yaitu define (pendefinisisan), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran). Namun pada penelitian ini hanya mencakup 3 tahapan yakni pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perangkat evaluasi yang digunakan di TK Islam Al Markaz Al Islami Makassar untuk mengevaluasi seluruh aspek perkembangan anak dengan yang digunakan TK pada umumnya sama. Hanya saja proses evaluasi yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip evaluasi, bahkan evaluasi jarang dilakukan atau dilakukan tetapi tidak menggunakan metode, strategi maupun alat yang tepat. Selain itu tidak adanya perangkat evaluasi yang lebih khusus untuk mengevaluasi tiap-tiap aspek perkembangan, khususnya pada aspek perkembangan bahasa anak. Berdasarkan fenomena itu dilakukan analisis teoritik dan empirik sehingga disimpulkan bahwa dibutuhkan perangkat evaluasi perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini. 2) Hasil dari gambaran desain pengembangan perangkat evaluasi perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini disimpulkan bahwa desain ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap dimulai dari tahap penyusunan instrument, pemilihan format penilaian, menentukan landasan filosofi dan operasional didapatkan bahwa perlunya suatu buku pedoman untuk guru dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi dan perangkat evaluasi perkembangan bahasa anak. 3) Hasil dari gambaran tingkat keterlaksanaan metode pembelajaran melalui validasi ahli dan pengamatan observer diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa analisis pada angket respon guru (ARG) dan lembar pengamatan keaktifan anak (LPKA) terhadap pengembangan perangkat evaluasi berada pada kategori “baik” sedangkan hasil evaluasi perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini dalam lima kegiatan yaitu yang telah dikembangkan berada pada kategori terlihat (T).

Each language has its own rules and pattern and a certain tendency. Language games are the rules of language for a particular purpose. Nawal Sa'dawi uses denotative meaning as criticism and disagreement about existing social phenomena. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of language games in the book "al-Mar'ah wa al-Jins" by Nawal Sa'dawi based on the perspective of Ludwig Wittgenstein. This study uses an interpretation method to express linguistic diction in books and their meanings as human expressions. This study uses Wittgenstein's hermeneutic approach to reveal linguistic facts from the book's narrative. The source of this research data is taken from the book "Al-Mar'ah wa al-Jins" by Nawal Sa'dawi. Data collection techniques in this study used reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The analysis of this research uses the technique of analyzing the philosophy of language from Ludwig's perspective. The results of this study indicate that there are four kinds of language games in the book "al-Mar'ah wa al-Jins" by Nawal Sa'dawi, namely: (1) emphasis; (2) feminist language; (3) sarcasm; and (4) subtle persuasion. This language game aims to reveal facts and as a form of assertiveness from its users upon request or support.

Abstract:
This article examines gender issues in the thoughts of Naṣr Ḥāmid Abu Zayd as stated in his book entitled Dawâir Al-Khawf Qirâah Fî Khițâb Al-Mar'ah. Naṣr Ḥāmid was originally a follower of Al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun, who later turned into a liberal intellectual figure from Egypt who was known for his controversial and controversial thoughts. This study uses a literature study which refers to several main books of his works and is added to secondary sources in the form of several writings resulting from research on the thoughts of Naṣr Ḥāmid Abu Zayd. The results of this research show that Naṣr Ḥāmid criticizes the interpretations that have developed over time, especially regarding qiwâmah, inheritance, talak, polygyny and women's private parts (hijab). According to him, women are part of the substance that is rooted in human social existence in certain historical realities. These conditions of social relations determine the position of men and women equally in the social, cultural and intellectual framework. Both are equal as complete human beings. This thinking places him at the level of progressive thought and attracts many groups, which is sometimes in harmony with the ideas of early Egyptian Muslim feminists, namely Muhammad Abduh.

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of physical evidence on customer satisfaction, (2) knowing the effect of reliability on satisfaction consumers, (3) knowing the effect of guarantees on consumer satisfaction, and (4) determine the effect of responsiveness on consumer satisfaction. (5) Define the effect of empathy on consumer satisfaction, and (6) determine how physical evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy all together affect consumer satisfaction Al Markaz Mixed Pickled Fruit on the Street Ranggong No. 8 Makassar City. The sample size of this study was 70 people. Research findings on physical evidence variables have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with t-table < t count, namely -314 < 1.669. With t-table > t-count 1.759 > 1.669 then the reliability variable has a positive effect significant to customer satisfaction. With an it-table value of 0.505 <1.669 then the guarantee variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. With the value of t-table < t-count 0.540 < 1.669 the responsiveness variable is not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. With the t-table value > t count, namely 1.901 > 1.669, the empathy variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study shows that the variable evidence physicality, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy are simultaneously influential significant effect on consumer satisfaction on Mixed Pickled Fruit Al Markaz Di Jalan Ranggong No. 8 Makassar City, proven by F test count 5.030 with probability value of 0.001 is smaller than the value of 0.005

This paper discusses the question of the acquisition and the use of illicit money, māl ḥarām from the perspective of Islamic ethics. It first addresses five fatwas by Markaz al-fatwā on different cases of illicit money. Subsequently, the paper engages in an ethical analysis of the responses and the arguments that Markaz al-fatwā provides to justify certain positions on the issue of illicit money. The discussion ends with an investigation of the difficulties of legalistic Islamic ethics in adapting to the Western contexts.

In this research, some groundwater specifications were evaluated for 5 areas of well water located in different areas in Zawiya city. These areas included (Warshfana, Al-Zawiya Al-Markaz, Dilah, Sayyida Zeinab, South Al-Zawiya), where some of the physical and chemical properties of well water samples were studied and the results were compared with the Libyan standard of 2015 and the specifications of the World Health Organization (WHO). This study showed that the well water samples that were studied are not suitable for human drink because they do not conform to international standards for drinking water, except for the water samples that were collected from the Warshafana area, where it was found that the concentration of total dissolved salts in the water samples collected from the Al-Zawiya Al-Markaz area, Sayyida Zeinab area and the Dilah area fall within a range greater than (1000 ppm). As for the samples from the Dilah region, the salinity level was very high as it is an area close to the sea, and therefore the water needs treatment and desalination operations before it can be used. Abstract:
The role of women, according to classical fiqh (Islamic law) literature, especially fiqh al-Munakah}at (Islamic family law), tends to be regarded as a complementary part of domestic life. Their role is limited to the domestic territory, and restrain to play a public role. This paper tries to reconstruct the role of women in Islamic family law, utilizing the new fiqh paradigm initiated by Jamal al-Banna. To answer this problem, the author conducted a literature study by examining two works of Jamal: Nah}wa Fiqhin Jadid and Al-Mar'ah al-Muslimah bayna Tah}rir Al-Qur'an wa Taqyid al-Fuqaha'. This paper concludes that some issues regarding the role of women in Islamic family law need renewal. There are four crucial issues that are reviewed using the new fiqh paradigm of Jamal al-Banna, namely the minimum age of marriage, wali’s ijbar rights, polygamy, and divorce.
