Abstract:
It is scientifically proved that genetic heritance, irrespective of a person’s wish or will, is passed down from parents, which connects him/her with their predecessors’ world. The same can be said about constitution, nervous system, temperament, character – they are all inherited. From this point of view, Mariam Kereselidze was a copy of her father, general Leo Kereselidze. She was determined, self-sacrificing and daring like her father. The love of Georgian gene and origins, the striving towards freedom were inspired by her father from her very childhood. Mariam was the only child so her father brought her up in a manly manner, tried to develop the features which she would use in difficult situations. The general wished his daughter to continue his political course.Brought up in her father’s political surrounding, all Mariam’s actions were directed to restore Georgia’s statehood.During the World War II, at the age of 19, Mariam Kereselidze helped the Germans to bomb English bases in Gibraltar for three years, according to KGB. On her “achievements” list, there was also a revelation of secret negotiations between American and Portuguese ambassadors. That was why she was hunted by: Soviet KGB, English Intelligence, French police and even German Nazis… In the World War II, Mariam Kereselidze fought among anti-Soviet group, on the Germans’ side for others’ interests, formally, but in reality, she fought for Georgia. After the war she moved to South America and while living in Peru, in 1960, she wrote a play “Maita” in Spanish, her second Add Contributorplay was “Roots of Stars” which was staged by Rosa Wonder’s cast of Peru Theatre. Due to hard life conditions in Peru, Mariam Kereselidze started her activity in Communist Party. Keywords: Kereselidze, lost, Peru

Abstract:
Abstract Directed by Saudi Arabian filmmaker Faiza Ambah, Mariam (2015) portrays the struggles of Mariam, a Muslim French teenager who decides to wear the hijab but must contend with her school’s enforcement of a 2004 French law banning religious symbols from public institutions. Mariam must also deal with her liberal father, who opposes the hijab because of his own internalization of Islamophobic narratives that have become widespread in France. Engaging with feminist and cultural studies by such scholars as Saba Mahmood, Mohja Kahf, Lila Abu-Lughod, and Sara Ahmed, this article offers an analysis of Mariam, focusing on the protagonist’s embodied encounters with her teacher, school principal, father, and fellow students. The article argues that by recounting Mariam’s gendered and racialized struggles with forced unveiling, Ambah shifts the discourse on the head scarf from one that focuses on the perceived oppression of Islam to one that highlights the violence of the secular state.

Abstract:
Dreams attract by their mysticism, and works of literature are a vivid example of how through them a person can rethink certain aspects of his life, to analyze certain moments. But the main thing is to understand the significance of such a reception on the scale of the whole work. The analysis of works of Russian literature is presented, the analysis and synthesis of dreams in the works of Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevsky "Crime and Punishment" and Mariam Sergeyevna Petrosyan "The House in Which..." are given in detail. It is worth saying that dreams and daydreams of the characters in literature are a common compositional, artistic device. With their help, readers can better understand the feelings, thoughts, experiences of the character. The field that explores dreams in literature is oneiropoetics. Several types of dreams - as an artistic device - are distinguished. Dreams are the most important artistic device, which helps the author to fully convey his idea to the reader. Dreams of the characters allow to better understand their characters, the reasons for their actions, their attitude towards other people and themselves, and sometimes determine their life in general. Dreams foretell the future of the characters, clarify their past, help to make the right choice or try to warn against mistakes.

There are about 500 places marinas in Japan. In late years it is got close to many people as marine recreation space. However, there are problems in our country with many disasters because there is much damage such as a typhoon and high tide, a tsunami. This study is aimed at grasping the natural disaster damage, the regime situation. Therefore I performed a questionnaire and listening comprehension investigation for a marina. As a result, it is the present conditions that there is the anti-disaster measures manual which original, few marinas make. In addition, at the time of a disaster, a support system system on a fund side for the damage of a marina is not made clear. I will think that rebuilding of a system to manage, substantiality of a support system are necessary in future to make a marina good air space.

Abstract:
Recent large-scale epidemics and pandemics have demonstrated the importance of engaging communities as partners in preventing, detecting and responding to public health emergencies. Community-based surveillance (CBS), which relies on communities to report public health information, can be an important part of effective, inclusive and accountable responses to humanitarian and public health emergencies, as well as long-term disease control. This brief offers key considerations for CBS programming to guide policymakers, public health officials, civil society organisations, health workers, researchers, advocates, and others interested in health surveillance. It is based on a rapid review of CBS guidance and social science literature. It was written by Jennifer Palmer and Diane Duclos (both London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, LSHTM) with contributions by Mariam Sharif (École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, EHESS). It was reviewed by Ruwan Ratnayake (LSHTM), Maysoon Dahab (LSHTM) and Luisa Enria (LSHTM). This brief is the responsibility of the Social Science in Humanitarian Action Platform (SSHAP).

Abstract:
Abstract:
The Mara River map area consists of extensive glacially and meltwater scoured bedrock, deposits of hummocky till, fluted till blanket, and till veneer throughout the map area, glaciofluvial sediments within major river valleys, and postglacial marine sediments in coastal lowlands. The boundaries of many till deposits were eroded to bedrock by proglacial and subglacial meltwater, and locally northwest-trending corridors are defined by eskers. Glacially dammed lakes, associated with deltas between 450 m and 230 m elevation, occupied some river valleys where retreating or stagnant ice impeded drainage to the east and north. Striations and streamlined landforms indicate a north-northwestward regional ice flow in the eastern and northern regions, diverging to a west-southwestward flow in the western regions. A series of glaciomarine and marine deltas, and fine-grained sediments record the marine incursion up to 200 m elevation. Isostatic rebound caused marine regression, forming deltas between 200 m and 60 m, and raised beaches from 150 m elevation to current sea level.

A resilient path forward for the Marine Transportation System : recommendations for response and recovery operations from the 2017-2019 hurricane seasons. Engineer Research and Development Center (U.S.), September 2023. http://dx.doi.org/10.21079/11681/47607.

Abstract:
The Marine Transportation System (MTS), Resilience Integrated Action Team (RIAT), is tasked by the coordinating board of the US Committee on the MTS to serve as a coordinating body to identify the impacts, best practices, and lessons learned by federal agencies involved in the response and recovery of the MTS after hurricane seasons. In response to this request, the RIAT has focused its analysis on the ability of MTS federal agencies to prepare, respond, recover, and adapt to as well as from disruptions. This was accomplished through workshops focused on gathering the collective experiences of emergency response professionals. In 2017, recommendations were gathered based on experiences responding to Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. In this report, a similar approach was adopted to gather findings from Hurricanes Florence and Michael in 2018 and Hurricane Dorian in 2019. Utilizing the successes, challenges, and best practices from all six of these storms, the RIAT identified key coordinating bodies and the participants for each and key takeaways relative to the coordination of agencies with respect to the four steps of resilience: prepare, absorb, recover, and adapt.
