Full textThe theme of thesis: "Modeling the mechanical load of the mandible endoprosthesis". The work volume is 67pages, contains 21 illustrations, 5 tables. In total 27 sources were processed. The purpose of this work is to determine the mechanical characteristics of the interaction of the implant and mandibular bone. The thesis presents a review of the literature on the chosen topic, the basic functional conditions of the mandibular load, the biomechanics of its movements, and the anatomical structure. The results of a field experiment during which a bending test in the sagittal plane of the titanium endoprosthetic of the mandible was performed. A pattern deformation pattern was obtained and its stiffness was calculated. To determine the places of localization of maximum stresses in the endoprosthesis, a mathematical modeling of the deformation of the sample was performed, in conditions that repeat the experiment. In order to evaluate the reaction of the endoprosthesis to the load on the implant bone structure, a mathematical modeling of the typical loads arising in the chewing process on a detailed model was performed.
