The list of sources used includes 65 titles and is set out on 6 pages. The urgency of the research topic is due to the slowing down of the innovative development of the company's potential and the importance of improving the existing process of managing innovation potential. The master's dissertation was carried out in accordance with the plans of scientific research of the Department of Management on the theme "Innovative principles of development of industrial enterprises in the framework of integration into the world economic space" (№ ДР 0114U001132). The purpose of the work is to reveal effective tools and to improve the practical recommendations for management of the innovative potential of the enterprise. The stated purpose causes the following tasks to be solved: – research of theoretical and methodological approaches to the presentation of innovation potential and its management; – assessment of the level of innovation potential at the enterprise; – carry out the analysis of management of innovative potential at the enterprise "LLC" Admirer YA "; – to investigate the organizational and economic situation at the enterprise; – to identify the elastic parties in the management system with the innovative potential; – to propose a project aimed at improving the management system of the innovative potential; – evaluate the proposed measures. The object of the study is the process of managing the innovation potential of the enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological approaches and organizational principles of management of the innovative potential of the enterprise. In the master's thesis a set of general scientific and specific scientific methods was used. In particular, such as analysis and synthesis (financial and economic analysis of enterprise performance indicators, analysis of innovation activity), induction and deduction (grouping methods, synergy method, ball method), method of logical thinking and factor analysis. The scientific novelty of the study is as follows: – characteristic features of innovative activity of the enterprise have been determined, which allowed to reveal the level of innovation development at the enterprise; – the existing theoretical positions concerning the concept of innovative potential and management of innovative potential are specified and deepened; – problems of management of innovative potential of enterprise are revealed and generalized; – the approach to management of innovative potentials of the enterprise engaged in advertising activity is improved; – the weaknesses of the innovative potential of the enterprise were identified; – proposed measures to improve the state of the components of the innovative potential of the enterprise; – the proposed principles of management of innovative potential at the level of components and in general. The practical significance for an enterprise is that the proposed project and its associated activities will affect the management of innovative potential, provide opportunities for development and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. They will have an effect that will allow them to stay in the leading positions in the field of providing advertising services. The recommendations and proposals for improving the financial development mechanism of the innovation enterprise developed in the master's dissertation were submitted for consideration by the board of directors of LLC "Admirer YA", where the possibility of practical application in the future of certain measures and proposals concerning management of the innovative potential of the enterprise was recognized (the act of introduction No.1 of 27.04.2018). Approval of the results of work. The main provisions of the thesis were reported and discussed at the scientific and methodological seminars of the Department of Management during 2017-2018, as well as at all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences, in particular: VIII-IХ All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Approaches to Enterprise Management" (Kyiv) , 2017-2018 gg.).

The thesis is devoted to the pressing problems of forming of strategies of management of innovative development of enterprise with the purpose of improvement of activity of enterprises in an innovative sector. On the basis of analysis of existent researches the content of such concepts as «innovation», «innovative development» is defined more precisely and their interconnection is substantiated. Modern innovative trends of development at the level of world economy, national economy and regional economy are analyzed in the thesis. The conceptual pattern of innovative development of machine-building enterprises is proposed. It contains four blocks of mutual connected methodical approaches. Methodical approach of diagnostics of innovative development is worked out. This approach provides forming of space of factors of development, their analytical and graphic investigation and construction of synthetic index of development. Methodical approaches of construction of index of innovative potential and prognostication of innovative development according to three constituents: using of innovative potential, innovative development and cluster of innovative development are proposed. Methodical approach of forming of strategies of innovative development is proposed.
