L'histoire et l'observation du retable de l'autel de maikammer (chapelle d'atterweil), nous amenent a localiser l'atelier de son peintre dans la region du rhin-superieur, et plus precisement a strasbourg. Un voyage au coeur de cette region, qui fut, au xve siecle, un territoire divise, permet de mieux connaitre les evenements politiques, la vie economique, ainsi que les corporations et leur fonctionnement, la vie religieuse etc. . . Tout cela a evidemment influence la vie artistique de l'epoque et en particulier l'oeuvre du maitre de l'autel de maikammer. Un des artistes les plus importants a strasbourg, etait sans doute hanz hirtz (mort en 1462). Plusieurs indices laissent croire qu'il etait le maitre direct de notre peintre. Une recherche s'impose donc sur la vie de cet artiste, sa conception artistique, ainsi que sa relation avec ses contemporains et surtout le maitre de maikammer. Avant d'analyser les oeuvres du maitres de maikammer, il fallait bien le situer parmi les peintres de la deuxieme moitie du xv siecle de la region, etudier et mieux comprendre sa personnalite artistique, et faire une comparaison avec le peintre verrier pierre hemmel et le maitre des medaillons de coburg. Ces derniers avaient leurs ateliers a strasbourg et avaient, semble-t-il, des liaisons avec l'atelier de hirtz et celui du maitre de maikammer. Une etude sur les vitraux de l'eglise st guillaume de strasbourg va nous aider, entre autres, a resoudre le probleme de datation de l'autel de maikammer. L'art du maitre des medaillons de coburg dans les panneaux de st pierre-le-vieux montre aussi beaucoup de points communs avec l'art de notre artisteA search about the maikammer's altarpiece (atterweil chapel) seems to prove that its painter had his studio in the high rhein area, precisely in strasbourg. The story of this divided land in the xvth century helps to understand the great influence that political events, trade guilds, economic and religions life had on the artistic behaviour and, in perticular, on the work of the master of the maikammer's altarpiece. Several evidences let to think that hans hirtz (who passed away in 1462), one of the most important artists in strasbourg at that time, was in fact the principal master of our artist. A search is so to be done concerning this artist's life : his artistic conception and views and also his relationship with other contemporaries, even with the master of maikammer. It is first precious to situate him among the other artists of the second half of the xvth century, then to understand his personality and to make a necessary comparison between him and pierre hemmel, the glass blower painter and the master of the coburg's medallions. Those two men had their studios in strasbourg. It is almost established that they were in relationship with the studio of hans hirtz and with maikammer's one. Observing the church of guillaume's stained glass windows in strasbourg is helpful for the datation of the maikammer's altarpiece. The work of the master of the coburg's medallions - especially the wood paintings of st pierre-le-vieux also shows common influences with the work of our artist

Dans le "de magistro", augustin pose le problème des conditions de possibilité de l'enseignement à partir d'une analyse des mots comme signes. Un homme peut-il enseigner à un autre homme ? Les mots font-ils connaitre la vérité et les choses qu'ils signifient ? L'intérêt philosophique de ce dialogue est d'analyser les rapports entre l'enseignement, le langage et la vérité - augustin se situe au lieu même de l'acte d'enseigner comme acte de parole exposant le vrai a l'élevé ; et de montrer que l'enseignement n'est pas une transmission du maitre à l'élevé mais une relation triangulaire entre le maitre, le disciple et la vérité - augustin inscrit sous la figure du maitre intérieur la vérité comme tiers lieu ou les esprits s'accordent. Le maitre enseigne ce qui est vrai mais l'élevé ne peut pas apprendre la vérité du dehors à partir des paroles d'un autre. La compréhension du "de magistro" se heurte a deux difficultés, celle de la lecture d'un dialogue a visée formatrice plutôt qu'informatrice et celle de l'identification du maitre intérieur, de la vérité et du christ. Dans la première partie nous montrons que le "de magistro" n'est pas un expose théorique mais un exercice spirituel ; dans la deuxième partie nous analysons le "de magistro" comme itinéraire de la parole aux signes et des signes a la vérité, en déjouant à l'aide des distinctions du "de dialectica" les pièges tendus par augustin ; enfin nous montrons que la métaphore du maitre intérieur a une fonction praxéologique d'injonction a la conversion intérieure et que la triade du maitre, du disciple et du maitre intérieur a une dimension éthique libératrice des effets aliénants de la position de maitrise. Avec saint augustin se constitue le paradigme herméneutique de l'homme intérieurIn his "de magistro", starting from an analysis of words as signs, augustine raises the question of the conditions that make teaching possible. Can a man teach another man ? The philosophical interest of this dialogue is to analyse the connections between teaching, language and truth - augustine positions himself at the very place of the act of teaching as a speech act explaining truth to the pupil ; and he shows that teaching is not a mere transmission from the master to the pupil but a triangular relation between the master, the disciple and truth - in the representation of the inner master, augustine inscribes truth as an alternative place where the minds converge. The master teaches what is true but the pupil cannot learn a truth that remains external from the words of someone else. The understanding of"de magistro" comes up against two obstacles : the reading of a dialogue which is meant to be formative rather than informative, and the identification of the inner master, of truth and of christ. In the first part, we will show that "de magistro" is not a theoritical expose but a spiritual exercise ; in the second part we will analyse "de magistro" as an itinerary from words to signs and from signs to truth, avoiding the traps set by augustine thanks to the distinctions made in "de dialectica" lastly, we will show that the metaphor of the inner master has a praxeological function of urging inner conversion and that the triad of the master, the disciple and the inner master has an ethical dimension, liberating one of the alienating effects of the position of mastery. Sous le titre Maitre Eckhart et la métaphysique de l'exode, cette thèse, purement spéculative, constitue une proposition d'intelligibilité de la doctrine eckartienne selon ce qui peut être perçu de celle-ci. A partir de la phrase de l'exode : "je suis celui qui suis" (ego sum qui sum), à travers le mouvement du langage en ses dimensions exégétique, théologique, métaphysique et spirituelle, s'élabore la pensée du dynamisme auto-positionnel de l'absolu - principe auquel ressortit la dialectique de la percée de l'âme par la médiation du verbe. Ainsi apparait chez maitre Eckhart, au-delà même des influences historiques et culturelles qui ont pesé sur sa doctrine, l'originalité de sa mystique, dite "spéculative", en fonction de laquelle, sur l'horizon d'une justification métaphysique cohérente, le fond de l'âme s'identifie au fond de la déitéApproaching master Eckhart from a purely speculative point of view, the author attempts to learn what can be obtained from the philosopher's theory of intelligibility. Ce travail cherche a cerner l'un eckhartien entre l'un negatif et l'unite trinitaire du pere, entre l'exclusion et l'union avec le cree. Il envisage d'abord le probleme traditionnel de l'un et du multiple - du createur et du cree - : d'un constat de dissemblance extreme a une perspective dynamique et intellectualiste ou l'un-intellect pense, produit et unifie le multiple "uni-vers". Ce processus de differencia- tion et d'unification se retrouve dans le domaine trinitaire, non plus seulement en sa dynamique intellectuelle (le verbe-idees), mais aussi dans une dramatisation personnelle : drame de la manifestation et de la reconnaissance. Ainsi la creation double doublement l'emanation, dans la production et surtout dans l'union : le processus de retour- reponse reprend en sens inverse la procession. Mais cette reconnais- sance personnelle et intellectuelle ramene a un pere transpersonnel, a l'un au-dela de toute personne et de toute connaissance. It first considers the traditional problem of one and many -of creator and created- : from their extreme unlikeness to a dynamic and intellectualistic point of view according ding to which the one-intellect thinks, produces and unifies the "uni-versum" many. This differentiating and unifying process takes place in the trinitarian sphere too, not only as above in its intel lectual dynamics (the word-ideas) but also in a personal dramatiza- tion : the revelation and recognition drama. Thus creation doubly re- peats emanation, in production and mainly in union : the turning back -answering process takes -but reversed- the way of procession. But but this personal and intellectual recognition brings back to a transpersonal father, to the one beyond any person, any knowledge. These undoublings (intellectual dynamics and relational drama dou- blets; emanation creation, man god inversion and coincidence) and coinciding "dualisms" (created uncreated, one-father deity) can be accounted for from the unique but mirror view-point of the intellec- tual drama of consciousness : reflexivity and relational demand make this twofold object, unique and manifold, and these different relati- ons, stages in the progress of self-unifying knowledge -in the mirror recognition- (opposition, relation, reciprocity, inversed resemblance, co- incidence). And the reflexive inability to settle on which side of the mirror the origin lies founds all the more the functional necessity of relation, without founding any other negative origin beyond the person than in its own dizziness, in the jamming of the infinite mir- ror multiplication where trinity seems to become deity, and vortex to come to rest

Bien que notre etude se situe dans le cadre d'une contribution generale a l'etude maitre-eleve, nous avons envisage plus particulierement d'etudier l'image qu'a l'eleve de son maitre et la representation que celui-ci se fait de cette image. Dans le domaine de l'image du maitre chez l'eleve, nous avons voulu savoir si l'enfant marocain accorde plus d'importance aux qualites humaines et relationnelles de l'enseignant plutot qu'a ses qualites relatives a la technique pedagogique. Le but pratique de l'enquete aupres des eleves etait donc d'analyser les images qu'ils possedent de leur maitre, d'etudier toutes les variables possibles qui influencent la construction de cette image et enfin de definir les attentes qui en decoulent. Quant a notre enquete aupres des maitres, elle a autant porte sur les attitudes, attentes et conceptions de la relation maitre-eleve qu'a leurs representations du role de l'enseignant, dans la mesure ou la notion de representation est multidimensionnelle. En effet, cette derniere enquete a eu deux objectifs : le premier etait de reperer les types des relations auxquelles adherent les enseignants dans leurs discours. As perceived by pupil, we have tried to know if the moroccah pupil gives more importance to the human and relational qualities the practical purpose of the investigation has been to analyze the pupil's image of their teacher, to study any possible variables which may influence the elaboration of that image and finally define the foregone expectations. As to our inquiry on teachers, it concerns attitudes, expectations of the teacher-pupil relationship as well as their representations pf the teacher's role given the multidimensionality of representation as a notion. By and large, the inquiry on teachers has two aims; the first consisted in pinning down the kind of relations to which the teacher's discourse is committed the second has been to specify the image that both have of themselves

Le discours publicitaire a repris les ideaux et les categories de la philosophie platonicienne pour les inscrire dans le reel politique des republiques modernes - ceci avec les moyens paradoxaux de la sophistique. Conduire la cite par le biais de criteres rationnels, et faire le bonheur individuel et collectif des humains en inflechissant leurs comportements par le moyen des pouvoirs orthopediques du logos, tels sont les buts politiques communs a la philosophie et a la publicite. A travers sa prise de pouvoir sur le champ politique, la publicite donne a voir un etat terminal de la philosophie. Par la generalisation sociale du mode publicitaire, le devenir du discours a subverti le cadre general de la dialectique. Conduite par la necessite operationnelle de depasser la division, la publicite, esclave devenu maitre, promeut alors a echelle mondiale une modalite paradigmatique absolument inedite du discours : un systeme "monotique" de nature totalitaire, sans negativite, au pouvoir integratif absolu, compatible avec les contradictions propres a la democratie, place sous l'egide du concept d'esclavemaitre, issu de la fusion des termes de la dialectique hegelienne du maitre et de l'esclave. En donnant la parole a l'objet, le discours publicitaire inscrit celui-ci dans l'ordre du langage, donc du desir. Ceci fait surgir le manque dans l'etre comme ce qui le designe en tant qu'etre sexue : la publicite constitue la premiere ontologie sexuee. Ainsi, par dela l'aspect commercial, le discours publicitaire assure une fonction d'usage qui permet de penser une possible reconciliation entre le sujet et l'objet rapport egare par le devenir post-socratique de la philosophie. Retour qui conditionne la possibilite meme du concept d'ethique ; car savoir comment faire avec les objets du desir est la condition premiere de l'ethique, c'est-a-dire de la sagesse, mais surtout du bonheur.

Cette recherche aborde différents aspects des rapports du sujet au langage et met en évidence le rôle essentiel de la langue entendue par le sujet dans les premiers moments de sa vie. Le point central est le concept lacanien de lalangue. A partir de références a la linguistique puis a la topologie, nous pouvons observer la manière dont Lacan a décrit les rapports du sujet au signifiant. Le concept de lalangue est aborde dans la façon dont il s'articule avec d'autres concepts apparus à la même période de son enseignement. Puis nous examinons a partir d'écrits littéraires ce qu'il en est du traitement de la langue dans la psychose. Enfin, une analyse des discours totalitaires montre que lalangue s'oppose a la langue du maitre. La méthodologie a consiste a mettre en évidence, par l'étude de cas cliniques de patients bilingues, que des mots de la langue maternelle, même si elle n'est plus parlée par le patient, permettent d'avoir accès au traumatisme initial. Ce qui indique que d'accéder à la lalangue est une façon d'opérer dans l'analyse. Dans le séminaire l'envers de la psychanalyse Lacan a décrit le discours du maitre comme l'envers du discours de l'analyste, de même à travers le discours des maitres, des colonisateurs, des dictateurs, la langue du pouvoir, la langue des maitres est l'envers de la lalangue. Notre hypothèse est que lalangue du sujet ne peut être anéantie, elle résiste a l'autorité du maitre. Vouloir imposer une langue comme légitime au détriment de la multitude des langues est d'une grande violence, une atteinte au sujet. Les maitres, en ont compris l'enjeu. Ce qui pour nous confirme qu'il existe un lien indestructible entre le sujet et sa langueThis research addresses various aspects of the relation between subject and the language and shows the essential role played by the language heard by the subject at the beginning of his life. The main point is the lacanian concept of lalangue. Referring to linguistics, then to topology, we observe the way that lacan described the links between the subject and the signifier. The concept of lalangue i approached in its relation to other concepts that appeared at the same period of his teaching. Referring to the literature, we then examine what can be said of the way that language is treated in th subject of psychosis. Finally, an analysis of the totalitarian speeches shows that lalangue is the opposite of the language of the master. The methodology consists in using studies of clinical cases of bilingual patients to show that words of the mother tongue, even if the patient does not speakit anymore, allow access to the initial trauma. This confirms that reaching lalangue is a way to obtain results in analysis. In the seminar the other side of psychoanalysis lacan describes the discourse of the master as the reverse of the discourse of the analyst; through the discourse of the masters, colonizers or dictators, the language of the party in power, of the masters is the reverse of lalangue our hypothesis is that lalangue cannot be annihilated; it is resistant to the author1ty of the master. To impose a language as the only legitimate language to the detriment of the multitude of languages is an act of violence, an injury to the subject. The masters understand what is at stake. This confirms to us that there is an indestructible link between the subject and his language

Ne a paris, le 12 juillet 1782, mort dans cette ville le 18 septembre 1857, etienne-marc quatremere suit des son jeune age les cours de langues grecques et orientales et publie, en 1808, son premier travail sur l'egypte. Grace a cet ouvrage, et a plusieurs autres qui le suivent, il est elu, en 1815, membre de de l'academie des inscriptions. Il y communique un grand nombre de memoires, touchant de multiples sujets litteraires, philologiques, historiques, geographiques et archeologiques ; participe regulierement aux seances et aux commissions litteraires, et examine le projet des voyages scientifiques. Nomme, en 1832, professeur d'hebreu, de chaldeen et de syriaque au college de france, et, en 1832, de persan a l'ecole des langues orientales, il y enseigne jusqu'a la fin de sa vie et forme plusieurs generations d'orientalistes distingues dont quelques uns occupent ses chaires, et quelques autres deviennent les representants de l'orientalisme et en france et en europe. Serviable, royaliste, fervent catholique, tres genereux a l'egard des pauvres, il ne vit que pour la science et consacre soixante ans de sa vie a l'orientalisme et laisse un grand nombre d'ouvrages memorables dans ce domaine. Ses etudes egyptologiques, qui ont trait a l'epoque copte et islamique, font de lui un des fleurons de ces etudes tant en france qu'en europe. L'existence de trois dialectes coptes avait deja ete attestee par les grammairiens de cette langue lorsqu'il en etablit, dans son premier travail, l'existence d'un quatrieme. S'occupant de la geographie a l'epoque copte, il identifie l'emplacement d'un grand nombre de villes et de villages de l'egypte, discute sur leur etymologie et fournit une foule de renseignements sur leur histoire a travers des siecles. L'histoire de l'egypte islamique est marquee par le regne de deux dynasties, les fatimides et les mamluks. Les premiers, qui sont venus de l'afrique du nord en egypte, professent le shiisme. A travers la vie et le regne de deux khalifes fatimides, muizzli din allah, et al-mustansir bi allah, l'auteur decrit l'histoire de presque un siecle de ce pays, au cours duquel cette dynastie cotoie la grandeur et la decadence. Les deuxieme, les mamluks, qui professent le sunnisme, etaient au depart des esclaves. A travers le regne des onze sultans mamluks, l'auteur decrit l'histoire de soixante ans de l'egypte et rapporte, d'apres makrizi, le recit de leurs exploits militaires contre les mongols et les croises, deux evenements qui ont marque le treizieme siecle. C'est avec ces travaux, qui conservent toujours leur valeur scientifique, qu'il a largement contribue aux etudes egyptologiques, laissant de la sorte, une trace immortelle dans cette branche de l'orientalismeBorn in paris on the 12th of july 1782, and drying here on the 18th of september 1857, etienne-marc quatremere takes, since his youthful age, courses in greek and oriental languages and publishes, in 1808, his first work on egypt. Thanks to this work, and to many others that follow it, he is elected, in 1815, a member of "l'academie des inscriptions". Here, he publishes a great number of memoirs touching on multiple subjects - literary, philological, historical, geographical and archeological ; he participates regulary in literary meetings and commissions and examines the project of scientific journeys. Appointed, in 1819, to the chair of hebrew, of chaldean, and of syriac at the "college de france" and, in 1832, to that of persian at "l'ecole des langues orientales", he teaches there until the end of his life, train- ing several generations of distinguished orientalists some of whom are occupying his chairs, and somme others becoming representatives of orientalism in france as well as in europe. Helpful, royalist, a fervent catholic, and very generous to the poor, he lives only for science and devotes sixty years of this life to orientalism and leaves behind a great number of memorable works in this domain. His egypto- logical studies, which relate to the coptic and islamic ages, make him one of the main authorities on these studies in france as well as in europe. The existence of three coptic dialects had already been attested by the grammarians of that language, when ge establishes, in his first work, the existence of a fourth. Working on the geography of the coptic epoch, he identifies the sites of a great number of towns and villages of egypt, discussing their etymology and providing a lot of information on their history covering centuries. The history of islamic egypt is marked by the reign of two dynasties, the fatimides and the mamluks. The former, who came from north africa to egypt, profess shiism. Throughout the life and reign of two khalifes fatimides, muizz li din allah, and al-mustansir bi allah, the author describes the history of almost a century of that country, in the course of which that dynasty experiences greatness and decadence. The latter, the mamuluks, who profess sunnism, were slaves at the beginning. Throughout the reign of the eleven mamluk sultans, the author describes the history of sixty years of egypt and tells, according to to makirzi, the story of their military exploits against the mongols and the crusaders, two events that marked the thirteenth century. It is with these works, which still preserve their scientific value, that he greatly contributed to egyptological studies, leaving behind in this way and immortal trace in this branch of orientalism

He learned music as a chorister to the collegiate church of beaune. After becoming a priest, he became successively music master at the collegiate church of beaune, at the cathedral saint maurice in angers, and at the holy innocents in paris. Then, he devoted himself to composing music for many parisian churches, and teaching harmony in private lessons. In 1807, he was appointed librarian of the paris conservatoire of music, a position he held until his death. Thanks to his memories he wrote during the time he spent at the conservatoire, we managed to reconstituate the story of the library beetween 1807 and 1819. His main work consist in the writing of 17 catalogues. A study oh them allows to understand the organisation of a collection of music and the contents of the library. It contributes to the knowledge of the theorical thought of the beginning of the 19th century

Nuo XX a. dešimto dešimtmečio pradžios Lietuvoje mažėja gimstamumas ir ilgėja vidutinė tikėtina gyvenimo trukmė. Tai daro poveikį kartų balanso kaitai – jaunosios kartos atstovų mažėja, o vyresniosios – daugėja, tuo pačiu plinta trijų keturių kartų giminystės ryšiai (vaikai-tėvai-seneliai-proseneliai). Dėl šių permainų, dėl šeimos instituto fundamentalių pokyčių, (įvairių šeimyninio gyvenimo formų įsigalėjimo, pakartotinai kuriamų šeimų skaičiaus didėjimo, teritorinio mobilumo) bei taip pat dėl specifinės permainų laikotarpio socialinės ekonominės aplinkos, kyla grėsmė solidarumo tarp kartų užtikrinimui. Todėl socialiniai mainai tarp kartų šeimoje yra svarbūs abipusiam kartų bendradarbiavimui, dialogo bei tarpusavio pagalbos užtikrinimui, vengiant kartų susvetimėjimo pavojaus, kuris galėtų neigiamai paveikti visos visuomenės sutelktumą bei gebėjimą darniai funkcionuoti. Since the beginning of the tenth decade of the 20th century, the birth rate has been decreasing in Lithuania and the average believable life expectancy has become longer. This has an impact on the change in the balance of generations – the number representatives of younger generation is decreasing and of the older – increasing, at the same time family relationships of three – four generations (children – parents – grandparents – great grandparents) is spreading. Because of these changes, because of fundamental alterations of family institution (various well established forms of family life, increase in number of repeatedly made up families, territorial mobility), also because of the period of specific changes in socio-economic surroundings a threat to generational solidarity arises. Thus, social transfers between generations are important for mutual cooperation of generations, for ensuring the dialogue and reciprocal help, avoiding the alienation danger of generations, which could negatively effect the concentration of the whole society, as well as ability to function compatibly. This thesis, the first in English on this topic, is an examination of central aspects of Joseph de Maistre's constitutional thought: namely the concepts of constituent power, constitutions, sovereignty and forms of government. Research for the thesis has been conducted with the use of archival sources and French texts and it describes and analyses the above concepts in some detail. The thesis also takes into account both historical and modern scholarship written in French and English. It argues that Maistre's constitutional thought is a useful tool with which to investigate some contemporary constitutional problems in liberal constitutional theory, e.g. those of constitutional self - binding, the circularity of the notion of the sovereignty of the people and the nature of sovereignty in the modern state. Maistre's thought provides a view of constitutional matters which opposes certain enlightenment - inspired perspectives that now dominate constitutional discourse and which treat the constitution as a purely normative phenomenon, rather than as a relational concept which cannot be separated entirely from political considerations. The thesis carries out these tasks with reference to other constitutional and public law thinkers in order historically and intellectually to contextualise Maistre's constitutional thought. It seeks to place Maistre within an intellectual tradition stretching from Bodin, Hobbes and Pufendorf, through Rousseau and Montesquieu, to Carl Schmitt and Michael Oakeshott. In doing this, the thesis argues that Maistre is a modern thinker, whose work although cast in the language of reaction, actually belongs to a mainstream constitutional tradition.

Le niveau actuel des prelevements obligatoires condamne toutes les organisations publiques, et notamment les collectivites locales a l'optimisation des ressources financieres. La region, par sa specificite historique et organisationnelle, mais aussi par les competences qu'elle exerce, et le role pivot qu'elle est cense jouer au sein du paysage administratif francais, constitue un terrain experimental favorable pour etudier la problematique de la maitrise budgetaire. L'objet de cette recherche est de proposer un cadre d'analyse adapte a la gestion financiere des regions, tant du point de vue theorique, conceptuel et methodologique, qu'au regard de la logique operationnelle. La demarche consiste a faire emerger l'origine du caractere evolutif de la depense. L'etude du behaviorisme des acteurs, elus, administration, maitres d'ouvrages, conduit a proposer des theories caracterisant le systeme de decision au sein de cette organisation singuliere. Le controle exerce par les observateurs externes, citoyens, chambre regionale des comptes, ou preteurs s'avere insuffisant pour annihiler la croissance des ressources necessaires. Face a ces constats, valides par une enquete aupres des membres de l'association des directeurs financiers et controleurs de gestion des collectivites locales, les travaux s'attachent a demontrer la disqualification des pratiques actuelles de la gestion financiere. Ils suggerent l'emergence d'une analyse par les flux liant finance et strategie, assise sur le concept de depense recurrente. Le dispositif conceptuel teste dans la region midi-pyrenees permet de proposer une methodologie de mise en oeuvre operationnelle de cette approche nouvelle. L'analyse par les flux constitue a cet egard une ouverture sur la "reconceptualisation" de l'analyse financiere dans les departements et les grandes villesThe actual level of tax and social security contributions condemns all the public organisations, mainly the local community to the optimisation of financial resources. The region, by it's historical and organisational specificity, but also by the abilities and the major role that it is supposed to play within the french administrative environment, constitutes an experimental ground in favour to study the problems of the budgetary control. The object of this search is to propose an analysis adapted to the financial management of regions, as much as from the theoretical, conceptual and methodological points of view, as from the operational logic. The approach consists of making the evolutionary character of the expenditure emerge. The study of the behaviour of actors, elected representatives, administration, building owners, conducts the theories characterising the decision system within this common organisation. The control exercised by the external observers, citizens, regional chamber of accounts or the lenders, appears insufficient to freeze the increase of the necessary resources. Faced with these facts validated by an investigation among the members of the financial directors association and management controllers of the local community, the work attaches itself to demonstrate the disqualification of actual practices of financial management. They suggest that an analysis emerges by the flox linking finance and strategy, based on the concept of the recurrent expenditure. The conceptual device tested in the midi-pyrenees region proposes a method of operational realisation of this new approach. O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar o aumento da efetividade das promoções monetárias sem a necessidade de aumento do desconto ofertado por elas. Para isso, foram analisadas como variáveis influenciadoras da eficácia das promoções a característica de auto-interpretação do indivíduo e sua percepção hedônica sobre o produto ofertado. Desta forma, realizou-se a replicação dos estudos de Barone e Roy (2010b) e Winterich, Mittal, Swaminathan (2014) que abordam dois tipos de promoção (inclusiva, focada em grupos, e exclusiva, focada no indivíduo), sua relação com a auto-interpretação de independência e interdependência do indivíduo e nível de relacionamento com a empresa. Em um primeiro experimento, os resultados foram ao encontro dos estudos analisados indicando que o tipo de promoção, a auto-interpretação e relacionamento anterior com a empresa interagem entre si e otimizam a resposta dos clientes às promoções. Estendendo-se os influenciadores desta relação, foi incluído o grau de percepção hedônica sobre o produto como variável e realizado um segundo experimento. Como resultado, produtos de maior percepção hedônica otimizaram ainda mais a performance de promoções inclusivas para indivíduos interdependentes. Já os experimentos 3 e 4 foram realizados para analisar o papel da percepção hedônica em conjunto com diferentes níveis de desconto ofertado, dada a influência comprovada no experimento 2 e embasamento teórico. A intenção dos dois últimos experimentos foi de identificar uma menor performance quando da oferta de descontos maiores para produtos de maior percepção hedônica. Entretanto, apenas foi encontrada uma interação entre as variáveis, sem ser possível identificar tendências de variações na performance das promoções. Assim, as comprovações obtidas neste trabalho mostraram que as promoções de vendas podem ser mais efetivas sem a necessidade de aumento da magnitude dos descontos ofertados, realizando-se a congruência entre perfil do indivíduo, percepção do produto e tipo de promoção com diferentes níveis de exclusividade.The objective of this study is evaluate the increase of monetary promotions effectiveness without the need to increase the discount offered by them. It was analyzed as influencing variables of promotions´effectiveness the individual self-construal feature and hedonic perception of the product offered. Thus, the studies of Barone and Roy (2010b) and Winterich, Mittal and Swaminthan (2014), wich adressed two types of promotion (inclusive promotion, focused in groups, and exclusive promotion, focused in the individual) and their relation with the self-construal of Independence and interdependence of the individual were replicated. In a first experiment, the results were similar, indicating that the type of promotion and self-construal Interact and optimize customer response to promotions. Extending the influencers of this relationship, the degree of product´s hedonic perception was included as a variable and a second experiment was conducted. The products with greater hedonic perception optimized the performance of inclusive promotions for interdependent people. The third and fourth experiments were carried out to analyze the role of hedonic perception with different levels of discount offered, given the proven influence in the second experiment and the theoretical basis. The aim of the last two experiments was to identify a lower performance when a larger discount was offered to products with greater hedonic awareness. However, only an interaction between the variables was found, without been able to identify variable´s trends in the performance of the promotions. Thus, the evidence obtained in this work showed that sale promotions may be more effective performing the congruence between the individual´s profile, product awareness and promotion type with different levels of exclusivity, without the need to increase the magnitude of the discount offered.

Belonging to mass literature, the novel detective novel genre has change over the years, but never lost his original composition: the criminal, the victim and the detective. Once the crime is discovered, the narrative is sustained by the mystery about the criminal's identity, which maintains the suspense throughout the story. My work aims to analyze how the detective novel genre has evolved to the present day, taking into account its appearance in the literary context, but taking the discussion to the television series. In particular, I analyze the HBO series True Detective (2014 - ) and try to understand how the series updates the strict rules of how to produce a detective story. Where is the psychological depth of the characters or their philosophical analysis? How can we classify a series like True Detective that makes the psychological development of the characters larger than the crime?

Per pastaruosius tris dešimtmečius įvyko daug socialinių, ekonominių pokyčių, padidėjęs visuomenės sąmoningumas keičia gyvenimo būdą ir poreikį aukštesniems gyvenimo standartams. kurie savo ruožtu iškėlė labiau integruoto maisto saugos požiūrio reikalingumą. Pasikeitė žemės ūkio produktų gamybos, perdirbimo, pardavimo ir vartojimo struktūra. Padidėję gyvulinių produktų mainai sudarė sąlygas vartotojams gauti pigesnį ir įvairesnį maistą, bet tapo sunkiau atsekti produktų kelią nuo gamintojo iki galutinio vartotojo.
Šiandieninė situacija skirtinguose Lietuvos žemės ūkio sektoriuose keičiasi. Mažėjant ūkių, mažėja, kai kurių auginamų gyvulių skaičius. Statistikos departamento duomenimis nurodoma, kad šiuo metu Lietuvoje yra 105 tūkst. ūkių, kuriuose auginami galvijai. 2012 m. pradžiai mūsų šalyje buvo priskaičiuota 748 tūkst. galvijų, 9264 tūkst. kiaulių, 9466,3 tūkst. paukščių, 79 tūkst. avių. Sparčiausiai auga paukštienos, ypač kalakutienos paklausa, palaipsniui didėja avienos, ožkienos, triušienos, žvėrienos poreikis. Tai siejama su vartotojų požiūrio į sveikesnį maistą kitimu.
Atsakomybė už galutinį produktą, kuris patenka ant vartotojo stalo prasideda nuo pašaro gamintojo ir apima tiekėjus, gamybos įmones, augintojus, aptarnaujantį veterinarijos gydytoją, galimus prekybos tarpininkus, skerdyklas ir produkcijos perdirbimo įmones iki mažmeninės prekybos. Many social and economical changes have occurred within the three recent decades, increased consciousness of the society changes the life style and the need for higher standards of life, they subsequently revealed the necessity of more integrated attitude towards food safety. The structure of production, processing, sales and consumption of agricultural products has changed. Increased exchange of animal products allowed users to get cheaper food and bigger variety thereof, but tracing the path of products from the manufacturer to the end user became more difficult. Today the situation in different sectors of Lithuanian agriculture is changing. As the amount of farms is decreasing, the amount of some of the bred animals is decreasing as well. According to the data from the Department of Statistics, there currently are 105000 farms breeding cattle in Lithuania. In the beginning of 2012, there were 748000 cattle, 9264000 pigs, 9466300 birds, 79000 sheep in our country. The demand for poultry, especially turkey, is increasing the most, the need for sheep meat, goat meat, rabbit meat, game meat is gradually increasing. Abstract
This project aims to present the proposal of a new customer segmentation in a given bank. An adequate segmentation guarantees an adequate supply, and a more adequate supply guarantees more easily the preference and loyalty of the customers. This bank was born with segmentation and now, under this project, I want to do even better. I want a more specialized network and this specialization must be based on an appropriate segmentation of customers. A closer monitoring and attention to customers, taking into account their specific needs, will result in greater value for the customer and for the bank. The project is absolutely crucial to leverage the business and this translates into serving customers in the right place, in order to attract so to pick up more resources, sales, higher margins, lower loan losses and career development. This project involves, as its key factors of success, the focus on service excellence, customized according to their needs.

CULTURAIS PARA MUNICÍPIOSO envelhecimento demográfico dos países desenvolvidos e a tendência para que esse envelhecimento seja uma realidade global num futuro próximo são alguns dos sérios problemas que se colocam à sociedade contemporânea. A tomada de consciência desta realidade é relativamente recente, mas a atenção dedicada a uma “nova” idade maior mostra-se insuficiente, no sentido da necessidade de a dignificar e de lhe proporcionar condições de vida que conduzam a uma verdadeira integração na sociedade. Este trabalho pretende reflectir sobre o potencial destas idades, especificamente no que diz respeito ao aproveitamento da criatividade na área das artes performativas e de uma perspectiva artística e, ao mesmo tempo, como sendo uma das múltiplas vias que pode responder positivamente ao envelhecimento, beneficiando a integração e coesão sociais. Finalmente, o trabalho de projecto incide sobre a criação da Companhia Maior, uma companhia enraizada na realidade artística portuguesa e formada por artistas com mais de 60 anos, provenientes das diversas vertentes das artes performativas, cuja essência se constitui no aproveitamento da experiência acumulada, na valorização da maturidade, dos saberes forjados e aperfeiçoados ao longo do tempo e do intenso desejo de comunicar desta fase da vida.

La responsabilité personnelle du maire. Elu politique, le maire a une indépendance institutionnelle et une irresponsabilité politique de principe. Ses pouvoirs importants et les faiblesses du système décisionnel municipal contribuent à une sanction pénale substitutive d'une sanction politique. Une réorganisation de l'exécutif local et l'instauration de sa responsabilité politique permettent de remédier à ce glissement pénal. Agent public, le maire est soumis à un régime de responsabilité administrative induisant une responsabilité civile et pénale pour faute personnelle. La judiciarisation pénale générale du droit de la responsabilité emporte pour le maire une évolution répressive de sa mise en cause. La redéfinition précise des concepts de faute personnelle, faute civile et infraction pénale permet une responsabilité civile revalorisée et une responsabilité pénale cantonnée. L'auteur s'intéresse au problème du contrôle d'un procédé multivarié représenté par plusieurs caractéristiques interdépendantes. Le but de cette thèse est de contribuer au développement d'outils méthodologiques et informatiques pour la prise en compte simultanée de plusieurs paramètres dans une optique de contrôle en cours de fabrication. Apres une étude critique de la littérature sur les cartes de contrôle multivariées de Shewhart et Cusum, deux nouvelles cartes multivariées basées sur des moyennes mobiles sont proposées. Ensuite, l'auteur met en évidence un certain nombre d'insuffisances de la carte de Shewhart qui font que la phase préalable du contrôle n'est plus applicable. Un ensemble de méthodes basées sur des estimations robustes de la moyenne et de la dispersion du procédé sont alors proposées pour pallier ces insuffisances. Enfin, la détermination des causes assignables est abordée. Un algorithme de sélection pas à pas permet de designer les variables responsables d'un déréglage. Les différentes méthodes sont illustrées à travers des exemples simulés

Maidei is well educated, financially secure and wields enormous power both within her family and at her workplace. She therefore, unlike many women, does not fall into the typical HIV victim category, characterised by poverty, coerced sex and desperation. Maidei's story demonstrates that economic security does not necessarily result in women taking decision making roles during sex.

Many natural and social systems exhibit globally organized behavior without the aid of a centralized control. Examples of such decentralized systems include conventions and norms, social learning in animals and humans, as well as fads, rumors and revolts. Examples are also abundant in biology: the evasive behavior of animals in large groups, such as fish and birds, show a great synchronicity even in the absence of an leader. In order to understand these decentralized systems, one must first understand strategies for global coordination that use only local information. This work explores the use of Genetic Algorithms in the creation of naturally efficient strategies in noisy environments. Genetic Algorithms are an important new tool in problem solving, and offer insight into how evolution may work. By using what is known about genetic algorithms, one can discover more about evolution and its mechanisms. The density classification task is used here to test strategy success, and revealed to be a good test for system-wide coordination and global information processing. Since it is very difficult to evolve highly fit rules when the number of neighbors $k$ is greater than 5, this suggests that evolution may build complex solutions based on solutions to simpler problems. Using this idea, we propose a method to promote rules increasing $k$. Based on the evolution of initial rules with few neighbors and using noise as evolutionary pressure, we were able to find efficient rules for a large number of neighbors, under the condition of a very high noise level. We find that the evolved rules are more robust to noisy environment than the majority rule. This increased efficiency at higher noise levels can be explained in terms of the larger weight given by these rules to the information of the evolving agent itself (not influenced by noise) than to the information obtained from its neighbors. As a consequence, the agents using these evolved rules tend to keep their own states, unless the great majority of their neighbors disagree with them, showing a persistence behavior that can be seen in social experiments.
Muitos sistemas naturais e sociais exibem comportamento globalmente organizado sem a presença de um controle central. Exemplos incluem convenções e normas, aprendizado social em animais e humanos, assim como modismos, boatos e revoltas. Exemplos em biologia também são abundantes: o comportamento evasivo de animais em grandes grupos, como peixes e pássaros, mostram uma grande sincronia mesmo na ausência de um líder. A fim de entender esses sistemas descentralizados, precisamos estudar primeiramente estratégias de coordenação global que utilizam apenas informações locais. Esse trabalho explora o uso do Algoritmo Genético na obtenção de estratégias naturalmente eficientes em ambientes ruidosos. O Algoritmo Genético é uma nova ferramenta importante na solução de problemas deste tipo, e oferece indícios de como a evolução deve atuar. Usando o que é conhecido sobre Algoritmos Genéticos, podemos descobrir mais sobre a evolução e seus mecanismos. A classificação por densidade é utilizada para testar o sucesso de estratégias, pois trata-se de um bom teste para coordenação global e processamento global de informações. Como é muito difícil evoluir regras com grande eficiência quando o número de vizinhos $k$ for maior que 5, isso sugere que a evolução deve construir soluções complexas baseadas em soluções de problemas simples. Usando essa ideia propomos um método de promover as regras aumentando o $k$. Com base na evolução inicial de regras com poucos vizinhos e usando o ruído como "pressão" evolutiva, nós fomos capazes de achar regras eficientes para um grande número de vizinhos, submetidas a condição de um alto nível de ruído. Achamos que as regras evoluídas são mais robustas a ambientes ruidosos do que a regra da maioria. A alta eficiência para grandes valores do ruído pode ser explicada em termos do maior peso dado por essas regras à informação da própria célula (não influenciada pelo ruído) do que a informação obtida através vizinhos. Como consequência, as células que empregam essas regras evoluídas tendem a manter seus próprios estados, até que uma grande maioria dos vizinhos discordem delas, mostrando um comportamento de persistência que pode ser encontrado em experimentos sociais.

Previous issue date: 2003Visando contribuir para um melhor conhecimento da vegetação do Piauí e, em especial para as áreas ecotonais, realizou-se o presente trabalho na Fazenda Lourdes no município de Campo Maior- PI, recoberto pela vegetação denominada de Complexo de Campo Maior. No levantamento fitossociológico, utilizou-se o método de quadrantes, instalando-se um total de 100 unidades amostrais, alocadas a cada 10m em cada uma das duas áreas, Alto do Comandante (AC) e Baixão da Cobra (BC). Considerou-se indivíduos lenhosos incluído cipós, com diâmetro do caule ao nível do solo (DNS) ≥ 3cm. Foram coletados os indivíduos amostrados e amostráveis, bem como aqueles que estivessem em estádio reprodutivo, através de coletas preferenciais e assistemáticas. Foram amostradas 46 espécies em AC e 44 em BC, totalizando 68 espécies. Os valores de densidade e de área basal foram 2730,68 e 2799,50ind.ha-1 e 38,22 e 38,58m2 ha-1, respectivamente. As espécies com maior IVC em AC foram Casearia ulmifolia Vahl ex Vent., Aspidosperma pyrifolium Mart., Combretum leprosum Mart. e Bauhinia ungulata L. A primeira posição de C. ulmifolia foi em conseqüência dos três parâmetros relativos. Apenas as três espécies de maiores IVIs contribuíram com os maiores IVCs. Em BC, a espécie de maior IVI foi Aspidosperma subincanum Mart, também em conseqüência dos valores dos três parâmetros relativos. Destacou-se ainda, Combretum mellifluum Eichler, Bauhinia pulchella Benth. e Buchenavia capitata (Vahl.) Mart. As quatro espécies com maiores IVIs corresponderam as de maiores IVCs. O índice de diversidade de Shannon (H ) foi de 3,20 e 3,09nats/ind-1, para AC e BC, estes valores são considerados altos quando comparados aos encontrados em trabalhos de Caatinga, Carrasco e Cerrado do Nordeste. A partir da comparação das espécies listadas neste trabalho, com as de outros 18 levantamentos, constatou-se uma maior similaridade com o Cerrado, em segundo com o Carrasco e por fim com a Caatinga. O espectro biológico realizado para a área mostrou que 52,48% foram fanerófitas; 29,07% terófitas; 13,47% lianas; 2,12% geófitas e caméfitas e 0,70% parasitas vasculares

Esta dissertação visa realizar uma revisão historiográfica da obra Considerações sobre a França (1797), de Joseph de Maistre, que representa um dos primeiros ensaios de interpretação histórica do fenômeno revolucionário em língua francesa e do ponto de vista da contra-revolução. Neste ínterim, pretendemos oferecer uma visão de conjunto do uso que a historiografia da Revolução Francesa fez das Considerações de Maistre. Simultaneamente, empreendemos uma síntese biográfica-intelectual do saboiano, com o objetivo de sublinhar a complexa natureza de sua reação à Revolução e ao Iluminismo reação esta caracterizada por uma excêntrica interação entre jesuitismo, iluminismo e filosofia das Luzes. Por fim, apresentamos ao público uma tradução dessa obra, ainda inédita em língua portuguesa.The purpose of this study is to present a historical revision of Joseph de Maistres Considérations sur la France (1797), which represents a pioneering attempt of historical interpretation of the revolutionary phaenomenon in French language and from the point of view of the counter-revolution. In doing so, we intend to offer a panoramic view of the use made of Joseph de Maistres most famous pamphlet in the historiography of the French Revolution. It also provides a brief intellectual biography of the savoyard which tries to underline the complexity of the Maistrean reaction to the Enlightenment and the Revolution - marked by an eccentric interaction with certain currents of jesuitism, iluminism and the Enlightenment. Last but not least, we present a translation of the pamphlet, heretofore neglected in Portuguese.
