Abstract:
Currently, small postal networks, characterized by the presence of unique links between their structures and communication matrices, are mainly used to meet the needs of the postal service. These networks are constantly being developed and improved, in particular, new regional automated sorting centers are being created that use robotic complexes, machines and devices, mail transportation and processing schemes are complicated, and alternative options for such schemes arise, including alternative options for quantity, location and throughput specified sorting centers, securing postal service objects, sequences and time schedules for their passage, etc. As a result, small mail communication networks are gradually turning into large mail communication networks, a characteristic feature of which is the lack of unambiguous connections between their structures and connectivity matrices, which greatly complicates the search for optimal paths in these networks. In this work, as the prototypes of large postal networks, the lines of the largest undergrounds in the world are used. Although the subways are not intended for transportation and processing of mail, they provide an opportunity to get a real idea of the difficulty of finding optimal paths in large postal networks, to compare and evaluate the effectiveness of search algorithms for such paths in these networks

Abstract:
Purpose Recent reports raise suicidality among asylum seekers as a pertinent issue in current Australian offshore detention centres. However, knowledge on the nature of the suicidality in these centres is very limited. The purpose of this paper is to explore in depth how suicidality arises and develops in offshore detention centres. Design/methodology/approach A single case study approach was used. Findings This case study presents the findings on the suicidal process of an asylum seeker who attempted suicide three times while in Nauru Regional Processing Centre, the last of which being a near-lethal one. The prolonged mandatory detention, together with lack of clarity about the timeframes of detention and constant postponing of the legal processes were identified as the main factors driving the suicidal intent. The suicidal behaviour escalated from an interrupted attempt to a near lethal one within two years, which signals lack of adequate suicide prevention within detention. Practical implications The resources for mental health being limited in Nauru, it is likely overall changes in refugee status processing may be a more effective suicide prevention strategy rather than implementation of other additional measures. Originality/value Studies in offshore processing facilities have been scarce due to barriers for researchers to access the detention centres. This study offers a unique insight into suicidality in this hard to reach population.

Abstract:
Clean water supply is a major problem among flood victims during flood events. This article aims to determine the sites of well water sources that can be utilised during floods in the District of Kuala Krai, Kelantan. Field methods and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) were applied in the process of selecting flood victim evacuation centres and wells. The data used were spatial data obtained primarily, namely the well data, evacuation centre data and flood area data. The well and evacuation centre data were obtained by field methods conducted to determine the position of wells using global positioning system tools, and the same for the location of the evacuation centres. Information related to evacuation centres was obtained secondarily from multiple agencies and gathered into GIS as an evacuation centre attribute. The flood area data was also obtained via secondary data and was digitised using the ArcGIS software. The data processing was divided into two stages, namely the first stage of determining the flood victim evacuation centres to be used in this research in a structural manner based on two main criteria which were the extent to which an evacuation centre was affected by the flood and the highest capacity of victims for each district with the greatest impact to the flood affected population. The second stage was to determine the location of wells based on three criteria, namely i) not affected by flood, ii) the closest distance to the selected flood victim evacuation centre and iii) located at different locations. Among the main GIS analyses used were locational analysis, overlay analysis, and proximity analysis. The results showed that four (4) flood evacuation centres had been chosen and matched the criteria set, namely SMK Sultan Yahya Petra 2, SMK Manek Urai Lama, SMK Laloh and SK Kuala Gris. While six (6) wells had been selected as water sources that could be consumed by the flood victims at 4 evacuation centres in helping to provide clean water supply, namely Kg. Keroh 16 (T1), Kg. Batu Mengkebang 10 (T2), Lepan Meranti (T3), Kg. Budi (T4), Kg. Jelawang Tengah 2 (T5) and Kg. Durian Hijau 1 (T6). With the presence of the well water sources that can be used during flood events, clean water supply can be distributed to flood victims at the evacuation centres. Indirectly, this research can reduce the impact of floods in the future, especially in terms of clean water supply even during the hit of a major flood.

Abstract:
The isomerization-disproportionation conversion of straight-run gasoline over the Co/HZSM/SO42--ZrO2 (SZ) composite catalytic system at atmospheric hydrogen pressure has been studied. Optimal process conditions (1800С; Н2/СН=3; WHSV = 2.5 h-1) was established, under which the conversion of С8+ hydrocarbons is 77.3%, and the sum of high-octane gasoline components С5–С6 alkanes increases from 11% to 61%. Тhe effect of C4-, C5–C6 products and H2O on this isomerization-disproportionation process have been studied. It is shown that, unlike the main C5–C6 products, side C4-products affect the stability of the process, and the catalyst is deactivated under the water's influence. Comparative studies of the conversion of a mixture of straight-run gasoline and C2H5OH showed that H2O vapor formed sites deactivate the centers located on the SZ. It has been established that the mechanism of isomerization-disproportionation conversion of straight-run gasoline with the participation of a composite catalytic system is realized through the conjugated interaction of red-ox centers contained on SZ with acid-base centers of Co/HZSM-5, responsible, respectively, for the formation of intermediate compounds [С4+C7] and their and their further hydro cleavage

Abstract:
Data clustering is an important data exploration technique with many applications in engineering, including parts family formation in group technology and segmentation in image processing. One of the most popular data clustering methods is K-means clustering because of its simplicity and computational efficiency. The main problem with this clustering method is its tendency to coverge at a local minimum. In this paper, the cause of this problem is explained and an existing solution involving a cluster centre jumping operation is examined. The jumping technique alleviates the problem with local minima by enabling cluster centres to move in such a radical way as to reduce the overall cluster distortion. However, the method is very sensitive to errors in estimating distortion. A clustering scheme that is also based on distortion reduction through cluster centre movement but is not so sensitive to inaccuracies in distortion estimation is proposed in this paper. The scheme, which is an incremental version of the K-means algorithm, involves adding cluster centres one by one as clusters are being formed. The paper presents test results to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed algorithm.

In LHC Run 3 the ALICE Computing Model will change. The Grid Tiers will to a large extend be specialised for a given role. 2/3 of the reconstruction and calibration will be done at the combined online and offline O2 compute facility, 1/3 will be done by the Tier1 centres in the Grid. Additionally all Tier1 centres, as already now, will take care of archiving one copy of the raw data on tape. The Tier2 centres will only do simulation. The AODs will will be collected on specialised Analysis Facilities which shall be capable of processing 10 PB of data within 24 hours. A prototype of such an Analysis Facility has been set up at GSI based on the experiences with the local ALICE Tier2 centre which has been in production since 2002. The main components are a general purpose HPC cluster with a mounted cluster file system enhanced by Grid components like an XRootD based Storage Element and an interface for being able to receive and run dedicated Grid jobs on the Analysis Facility prototype. The necessary I/O speed as well as easy local data access is facilitated by self developed XRootD PlugIns. Performance tests with real life ALICE analysis trains suggest that the target throughput rate can be achieved.

Abstract The Nordic Geodetic Commission (NKG) has launched a joint NKG GNSS Analysis Centre that aims to routinely produce high qualityGNSS solutions for the common needs of the NKG and the Nordic and Baltic countries. A consistent and densified velocity field is needed for the constraining of the gla-cial isostatic adjustment (GIA) modelling that is a key component of maintaining the national reference frame realisations in the area. We described the methods of the NKG GNSS Analysis Centre including the defined processing setup for the local analysis centres (LAC) and for the combination centres. We analysed the results of the first 2.5 years (2014.5-2016). The results showed that different subnets were consistent with the combined solution within 1-2 mm level. We observed the so called network effect affecting our reference frame alignment. However, the accuracy of the reference frame alignment was on a few millimetre level in the area of the main interest (Nordic and Baltic Countries). TheNKGGNSS AC was declared fully operational in April 2017.

Abstract:
A monumental altar was found in the very centre of Belgrade, ancient Singidunum, in 1932, with iconographic scenes of the sacrificial procession for a ritual animal sacrifice - immolatio. The scenes depict the procession of sacrificial animals to the altar known as pompa, by the victimarii, but also represent priests of a lower rank (flamines minores), with ritual utensils like a wine-pitcher, patera and acerra, used for the ritus of purification which precedes the sacrifice and for ritual acts during the sacrifice. The altar from Singidunum represents a unique monument with the described iconography in the territory of Moesia Superior and it has only been published in catalogue form to date, never fully analysed or interpreted. Through the analysis of its iconography, typology, function, geographically closest analogies and possible context of its finding, new conclusions regarding the praxis of public ritual sacrifice are brought to light related to the period from the second half of the 2nd century to the first decades of the 3rd century in Singidunum, one of the main centres of Moesia Superior.

Abstract:
A major step in our understanding of brain function is to determine how neural circuits are altered in their function by signaling molecules or neuromodulators. Neuromodulation is the neurochemical process that modifies the computations performed by a neuron or network based on changing the functional needs or behavioral state of the subject. These modulations have the effect of altering the responsivity to synaptic inputs. Early sensory processing areas, such as the main olfactory bulb, provide an accessible window for investigating how neuromodulation regulates the functional states of neural networks and influences how we process sensory information. Olfaction is an attractive model system in this regard because of its relative simplicity and because it links primary olfactory sensory neurons to higher olfactory and associational networks. Likewise, centrifugal fibers from higher order brain centers target neurons in the main olfactory bulb to regulate synaptic processing. The neuromodulatory systems that provide regulatory inputs and play important roles in olfactory sensory processing and behaviors include the endocannabinoid system, the dopaminergic system, the cholinergic system, the noradrenergic system and the serotonergic system. Here, we present a brief survey of neuromodulation of olfactory signals in the main olfactory bulb with an emphasis on the endocannabinoid system.

Abstract:
Examination of data from a variety of sources could be a very effective tool for needs elicitation and management (Franch, 2020) and an indigenously developed platform for learning purposes should not be excluded or ignored (Adewusi, Egbowon & Akindoju, 2021). With the use of natural language processing or machine learning in analysing, data are tough to grasp since they necessitate high-quality data and specialised knowledge from several domains, and more importantly, their generalisation remains a difficult task (Franch, 2020). Although data-driven approaches are becoming more prevalent in practically every aspect of software development and or engineering, the issue of requirement engineering is still not being addressed to ensure that designed software, particularly indigenous applications, is appropriate to the end-users such as parents, government and stakeholders in all educational sector all over the world. Abstract:
ABSTRACTAn auditory sentence comprehension task investigated the extent to which the integration of contextual and structural cues was mediated by verbal memory span with 32 English-speaking six- to eight-year-old children. Spoken relative clause sentences were accompanied by visual context pictures which fully (depicting the actions described within the relative clause) or partially (depicting several referents) met the pragmatic assumptions of relativization. Comprehension of the main and relative clauses of centre-embedded and right-branching structures was compared for each context. Pragmatically appropriate contexts exerted a positive effect on relative clause comprehension, but children with higher memory spans demonstrated a further benefit for main clauses. Comprehension for centre-embedded main clauses was found to be very poor, independently of either context or memory span. The results suggest that children have access to adult-like linguistic processing mechanisms, and that sensitivity to extralinguistic cues is evident in young children and develops as cognitive capacity increases.

The growth of big data processing market led to an increase in the overload of computation data centers, change of methods used in storing the data, communication between the computing units and computational time needed to process or edit the data. Methods of distributed or parallel data processing brought new problems related to computations with data which need to be examined. Unlike the conventional cloud services, a tight connection between the data and the computations is one of the main characteristics of the big data services. The computational tasks can be done only if relevant data are available. Three factors, which influence the speed and efficiency of data processing are - data duplicity, data integrity and data security. We are motivated to study the problems related to the growing time needed for data processing by optimizing these three factors in geographically distributed data centers.

This article discusses an approach to creating a complex of programs for the implementation of cluster analysis methods. A number of cluster analysis tools for processing the initial data set and their software implementation are analyzed, as well as the complexity of the application of cluster data analysis. An approach to data is generalized from the point of view of factual material that supplies information for the problem under study and is the basis for discussion, analysis and decision-making. Cluster analysis is a procedure that combines objects or variables into groups based on a given rule. The work provides a grouping of multivariate data using proximity measures such as sample correlation coefficient and its module, cosine of the angle between vectors and Euclidean distance. The authors proposed a method for grouping by centers, by the nearest neighbor and by selected standards. The results can be used by analysts in the process of creating a data analysis structure and will improve the efficiency of clustering algorithms. The practical significance of the results of the application of the developed algorithms is expressed in the software package created by means of the C ++ language in the VS environment.

Cloud computing is a fast-growing technology used by major corporations these days because of the flexibility framework it provides to consumers. Cloud technology requires large data centers consisting of multiple IT equipment and servers. One main problem with these data centers is the vast amount of power consumed during servers operation. This reduces financial benefit and increases the need to produce more energy to cover the needs of operating the cloud infrastructure. This paper proposes an approach for managing the virtual central processing unit (vCPU) of a virtual machine to improve server power efficiency. A framework is used to study the proposed approach while processing different types of workloads widely found in most general-purpose cloud computing applications. Results indicate an improvement in server power saving.

This paper presents some steps in experimentation aimed at describing urban spaces made following the series of earthquakes that affected a vast area of central Italy starting on 24 August 2016. More specifically, these spaces pertain to historical centres of limited size and case studies that can be called “problematic” (due to complex morphological and settlement conditions, because they are difficult to access, or because they have been affected by calamitous events, etc.). The main objectives were to verify the use of sets of heterogeneous data that are already largely available to define a workflow and develop procedures that would allow some of the steps to be automated as much as possible. The most general goal was to use the experimentation to define a methodology to approach the problem aimed at developing descriptive responsive models of the urban space, that is, morphological and computer-based models capable of being modified in relation to the constantly updated flow of input data.

This research was conducted from July to September 2020. Primary data was obtained through direct field observations of fish processing objects and accompanied by interviews with the owners and workers of the fish processing businesses. Interviews were also conducted with community leaders, related industries, government officials and academics. Secondary data was collected from reports of government and other agencies. Includes SWOT analysis, situation analysis, participatory analysis, problem analysis, objective analysis, and development analysis. Processed fish products in Rokan Hilir are; dried prawns, salted fish, prawn powder, fish meal, dried trash fish, fish lamps, shrimp paste and smoked fish. The centers for producing fish are sub-districts; Bangko, Pasir Limau Kapas, Sinaboi, Babussalam and Rantau Kopar. The long distance to consumers, difficulty in accessing production centers and limited supporting infrastructure are problems in processing fishery products in this area. The types of processed fish products that are more prospective are shrimp flour, salted fish and smoked fish. The recommended development strategies include; human resource training in the field of business management, providing stimulants and ongoing guidance from the government and industry.

Abstract:
Peritonitis is a major cause of technique failure in peritoneal dialysis (PD) and accurate diagnosis ensures successful management and avoids unnecessary antibiotic exposure. United Kingdom (UK) registry data on peritonitis rates are not routinely reported. We conducted an electronic survey amongst senior PD nurses and microbiologists to obtain information about PD effluent sampling and processing practices in the UK. The survey was completed by 53 of 79 centres (67% response rate). The median annual culture-negative rate was 15% (range 5 - 38%). The main findings were wide variation in reported sampling volumes and processing methods that may in part explain the variation in culture-negative rates. Adherence to guidelines might reduce culture-negative rates informed by reporting data into national registries.

Abstract:
Abstract. The Cluster mission, ESA’s first cornerstone project, together with the SOHO mission, dating back to the first proposals in 1982, was finally launched in the summer of 2000. On 16 July and 9 August, respectively, two Russian Soyuz rockets blasted off from the Russian cosmodrome in Baikonour to deliver two Cluster spacecraft, each into their proper orbit. By the end of August 2000, the four Cluster satellites had reached their final tetrahedral constellation. The commissioning of 44 instruments, both individually and as an ensemble of complementary tools, was completed five months later to ensure the optimal use of their combined observational potential. On 1 February 2001, the mission was declared operational. The main goal of the Cluster mission is to study the small-scale plasma structures in three dimensions in key plasma regions, such as the solar wind, bow shock, magnetopause, polar cusps, magnetotail and the auroral zones. With its unique capabilities of three-dimensional spatial resolution, Cluster plays a major role in the International Solar Terrestrial Program (ISTP), where Cluster and the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) are the European contributions. Cluster’s payload consists of state-of-the-art plasma instrumentation to measure electric and magnetic fields from the quasi-static up to high frequencies, and electron and ion distribution functions from energies of nearly 0 eV to a few MeV. The science operations are coordinated by the Joint Science Operations Centre (JSOC), at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (UK), and implemented by the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC), in Darmstadt, Germany. A network of eight national data centres has been set up for raw data processing, for the production of physical parameters, and their distribution to end users all over the world. The latest information on the Cluster mission can be found at http://sci.esa.int/cluster/.

Abstract:
The article focuses on the aspects of the formation managerial internal reporting by the centers of responsibility. It was found out that the qualitative accounting and analytical support of enterprise management contributes to the development of a special informational system. Such a system should meet the requirements of management on the basis of the corresponding database and make the processing of data cheaper. It is substantiated that the achievement of the symbiotic relationship of management functions with the accounting process is possible on the basis of the application of a comprehensive goal approach, which is preceded by the separation of responsibility centers, the formation of the set of indicators and certain forms of internal reporting. The use of this approach during the organizing of managerial accounting at the enterprise makes it possible to cover by accounting system whole set of objects of management influence. The set of indicators that are to be transferred from the primary accounting and the procedures necessary for their further processing and the formulation of the internal managerial reporting according to the choice of the model of the managerial accounting have been received. The managerial report on the implementation of the budget by the responsibility centers for catering business enterprises is proposed. The technique of conducting the primary accounting which ensures the formation of the composition indicators of cash flows from the center of responsibility is provided. It is determined that a number of delivery received from other enterprises may not yet be paid during the operational internal reporting of the cash flow. The identification of the payments when they are paying in the next period is carried out on dates and numbers of business transactions. With this purpose the information transmission scheme for the identification of the payments for purchased products by catering business enterprises is proposed. It is also determined that the management’s current report is the Cash Flow Statement on Responsibility Centers. According to the report the executive management can evaluate the results of the work of the subdivisions and determine the direction of activities that generate the main cash receipts. The main improvement of the system of internal reporting is the provision of management needs, therefore the constraints and weaknesses of the reporting forms may change. Management reporting should allow the possibility of further analysis with a minimum of time, which is a sign of analyticity, draw conclusions and make economically sound management decisions on their basis.

Abstract:
The article describes morphological and typological characteristics of non-ferrous metal, determines the for-mulae of alloys, as well as identifies techniques used for the production of tools by the Alekseyevka-Sargary cul-ture from the South Trans-Urals (15th/14th and 12th/11th BC). We carried out the morphological and typological study of the non-ferrous metal along with the X-ray fluorescence (Institute of Archaeology RAS, Institute of Mine-ralogy UB RAS; X-MET3000TX analysers from Oxford Instruments Analytical, M1 Mistral from Bruker Nano GmbH) and metallographic (Tyumen Scientific Centre SB RAS; Zeiss Axio Observer D1m microscope) analyses. A total of 19 tools exhibiting morphology inherent to the tool collections of the Alekseyevka-Sargary culture were selected for the study. These tools comprised random finds and items from the settlements of the Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions of Russia, as well as from the Kostanay Region of Kazakhstan: daggers, а spearhead, sick-les, socketed chisels, a spear end cap and single-blade knives. A group of tools and weapons characteristic of all Eurasian cordoned-ware cultures was distinguished — daggers with handguards and socketed grooved chisels. In addition, weapons characteristic of the sites attributed to the Alekseyevka-Sargary culture (Saryarka, Altai, and Semirechye) were identified within the weapon complex of the South Trans-Urals. These weapons included bush hooks of the Sosnovaya Maza type, knives having marked handles, spearheads with holes and socketed straight-blade chisels. The metal of the South Trans-Urals is distinguished by the marked heterogeneity of its chemical composition with the predominance of low-alloyed bronzes Cu–Sn, Cu–Sn–As and Cu–As (66.7 %). There are 4 pure copper items, as well as products from the complex alloy Cu–Sn–As–Ni–Co and products with elevated iron concentrations (up to 2.68 %). These data indicate that the population experimented in the course of metal-lurgical processing of raw materials; they transitioned to smelting metal from sulphide ores or to the smelting of copper with sulphide or silicate nickel ores of the Ufaley Massif (deposits in the Chelyabinsk Region). South Ural craftsmen produced bronze and copper primarily using technologies for casting tools in one-sided (with flat cov-ers) and two-sided moulds. The casting was followed by refining operations using the cold forming technology with the intervals of low-temperature forging modes. This choice of temperature is justified in the procession of low-alloyed bronze. Clearly, the centre for metal production of the Alekseyevka-Sargary culture in the South Trans-Urals was a metallurgical one, with the development of both oxidised and sulphide deposits in the South Urals. Innovative technologies of smelting copper with chalcopyrite, arsenopyrite, and nickel-containing ores were introduced. The complex of tools attributed to the Alekseyevka-Sargary tribes from the Tobol area is generally identical to the bronze inventory from Saryarka, Altai and Kyrgyzstan. Local craftsmen employed the traditional technologies of processing copper and bronze commonly used in the centres for metal production throughout the area of the Alekseyevka-Sargary culture, working primarily with bronzes low-alloyed by tin. As in previous eras, tin ingots and products were delivered from Central Kazakhstan and Ore Altai, but in much smaller quantities. The small number of products and the data of an analytical study indicate the relocation of the main centres for metal production of the Alekseyevka-Sargary culture from the Urals region (as compared to the big centres of Petrovka and Alakul cultures) to Central and Eastern Kazakhstan, up to Xinjiang in China.

Abstract:
Abstract. The assessment of long-term errors in altimeter sea level measurements is essential for studies related to the mean sea level (MSL) evolution. One of the main contributors to the long-term sea level uncertainties is the correction of the altimeter range from the wet troposphere path delay, which is provided by onboard microwave radiometers for the main altimeter missions. The wet troposphere correction (WTC) derived from the operational European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecast (ECMWF) atmospheric model is usually used as a reference for comparison with the radiometer WTC. However, due to several improvements of the processing, this model is not homogenous over the altimetry period (from 1993 onwards), preventing the detection of errors in the radiometer WTC, especially in the first altimetry decade. In this study, we determine the quality of WTC provided by the operational ECMWF atmospheric model in comparison with the fields derived from the ERA Interim (ECMWF) and the National Centers for Environmental Predictions/National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) reanalyses. Separating our analyses on several temporal and spatial scales, we demonstrate that ERA Interim provides the best modeled WTC for the altimeter sea level at climate scales. This allows us to better evaluate the radiometer WTC errors, especially for the first altimetry decade (1993–2002), and thus to improve the altimeter MSL error budget. This work also demonstrates the relevance of the feed-backs that the "altimetry" and "atmosphere" communities can bring to each other.

Abstract:
ABSTRACTCurrent research on conceptual and semantic representations is mainly based on prototypical word classes, such as nouns and verbs. Hence, most models of language processing and language representation rely on experimental investigations on these word classes. Until today, only a few psycholinguistic studies centre on the processing of pragmatic markers and hedges and their effect on speech comprehension. The present article aims to give experimental evidence for the processing of semantic meaning patterns and pragmatic functions of pragmatic markers. The focus will be on the question, if pragmatic markers and hedges play a role in sentence processing. This main problem will be illustrated and discussed by means of experimental data. In a monolingual sentence verification task with lexical decision, the meaning patterns and functions of the partially equivalent pragmatic French markerscommeandgenreare investigated in Canadian and European French. The results of the sentence word verification task provide evidence for an impact of pragmatic functions and semantic meaning patterns of pragmatic markers on sentence processing.

Abstract. The Mediterranean near-real-time multi-sensor processing chain has been set up and is operational in the framework of the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS). This work describes the main steps operationally performed to enable single ocean colour sensors to enter the multi-sensor processing applied to the Mediterranean Sea by the Ocean Colour Thematic Assembly Centre within CMEMS. Here, the multi-sensor chain takes care of reducing the inter-sensor bias before data from different sensors are merged together. A basin-scale in situ bio-optical dataset is used both to fine tune the algorithms for the retrieval of phytoplankton chlorophyll and the attenuation coefficient of light, Kd, and to assess the uncertainty associated with them. The satellite multi-sensor remote sensing reflectance spectra agree better with the in situ observations than those of the single sensors. Here, we demonstrate that the operational multi-sensor processing chain compares sufficiently well with the historical in situ datasets to also confidently be used for reprocessing the full data time series.

Abstract. Objective: Fecal incontinence and constipation are common disorders in childhood. The enteric nervous system and the central nervous system are highly interactive along the brain-gut axis. The interaction is mainly afferent. These afferent pathways include centers that are involved in the central nervous processing of emotions as the mid/posterior insula and the anterior cingulate cortex. A previous study revealed altered processing of emotions in children with fecal incontinence. The present study replicates these results. Methods: In order to analyze the processing of emotions, we compared the event-related potentials of 25 children with fecal incontinence and constipation to those of 15 control children during the presentation of positive, negative, and neutral pictures. Results: Children with fecal incontinence and constipation showed altered processing of emotions, especially in the parietal and central cortical regions. Conclusions: The main study results of the previous study were replicated, increasing the certainty and validity of the findings.

Abstract:
The article studies one of the most important issues of agricultural production maintenance – development of a system of crops area estimation in Ukraine. The objective of this paper is to describe the similar system that uses high resolution satellite data and operational agrometeorological data from the network of the Hydrometeorological Centre of Ukraine as input information. The system is based on step-by-step solving of the following tasks: obtaining geoinformation data for individual agricultural crops; development of methods for multispectral satellite images classification; development of software applications to automate the process of these images classification with subsequent classification of crop areas. The research uses the following algorithms (or classifiers) to classify the agricultural land: SVM (support vector machine), RF ("random forest") and NN (neural networks). The choice of the most accurate of them formed the basis of the general method of classification. The values of spectral characteristics of red and infrared channels of a complete set of cloudless satellite images during the growing period were used as input data (features). As a result, in 2018 some test calculations were conducted to estimate the area of agricultural crops in Kyiv Region. The results of evaluation of accuracy of the satellite-based agricultural crops area estimation using the statistical data showed that the lowest accuracy is typical for winter wheat and corn. The accuracy of soybeans and spring barley classification is quite low for most of the tested fields. Sunflower and rapeseed crops showed the highest accuracy. In order to improve the accuracy of classification, it is necessary to introduce more classification features (in a temporary aspect) by processing more satellite images during the growing period, and to increase the number of test samples through systematic sampling of ground data across the regions in Ukraine. We suggest using the scheme of main agricultural crops area estimation satellite-based system by the Hydrometeorological Centre of Ukraine.

Research into human factors issues surrounding the use of AR technology is very limited, and there is a need for formal guidelines to underpin human factors integration (HFI). The DERA Centre for Human Sciences (CHS) and the Advanced VR Research Centre (AVRRC) at Loughborough University are evaluating the potential of Augmented Reality (AR) for providing operator feedback in an embedded training system. An important aspect of the research is concerned with investigating the cognitive ergonomics of AR technology and human information processing issues that may arise through its use, when information is presented via AR and overlaid upon one or more primary display surfaces such as a visual display unit. Two main issues have been addressed: first, the impact of AR on human information processing; and, second, the most appropriate symbology sets for displaying information via the AR medium. The experiments reported in this paper assess issues of re-accommodation and reaction times to alarms on different display formats, illustrating that AR performs as well as standard display formats.

Fcc-TiBCN powder synthesized by boronizing of Ti was pressured into monolithic block by hot pressing (HP) method. Then the block material was machined by wire-cut EDM. The machinability and the material removal mechanisms were discussed of Fcc-TiBCN block in wire-cut EDM. Results show that the machinability of Fcc-TiBCN is satisfying. The discharge current has little relationship on surface roughness in the range of factory-adjusted optimum settings. The discharge duration and pulse interval time play an important role on the quality of machined surface and EDM machining efficiency. In order to obtain excellent quality of the machined surface, the number of power tube turned on can not exceed 6, and the pulse interval time must be as long as possible. The mini roughness of machined surface is 0.4μm~0.6μm as the number of power tube turned on is 5, the pulse interval time and discharge duration is set in the range of 20~22μs and 65~75μm, respectively. There are three material removal mechanisms of TiBCN conductive ceramic in the EDM machining process: spalling, melting and evaporation. Spalling is the main mechanism resulted by thermal stress superposing.

Abstract The Meta-Cloud Computing Environment (MC2E) is a Russian‒Chinese project dedicated to the study of methods and tools for building an information and computing environment for scientific computational experiments and interdisciplinary research, which ended in 2020. Work in this area was focused on the federation principle of organizing computations and data management, providing for the creation of a specialized heterogeneous ecosystem of data centers with virtualized infrastructure and high-performance computers, united by telecommunication resources—a data transmission network. One of the key problems of building such an ecosystem, central to the MC2E project, is the integration of high-performance computers and data processing centers—cloud computing environments based on server clusters. A brief overview of the main results of the project are presented.

Abstract:
However, due to several improvements in the processing, this model is not homogenous over the altimetry period (from 1993 onwards), preventing the detection of errors in the radiometer WTC, especially in the first altimetry decade. In this study, we determine the quality of WTC provided by the operational ECMWF atmospheric model in comparison with the fields derived from the ERA-Interim (ECMWF) and the National Centers for Environmental Predictions/National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) reanalyses. Separating our analyses on several temporal and spatial scales, we demonstrate that ERA-Interim provides the best modeled WTC for the altimeter sea level at climate scales. This allows us to better evaluate the radiometer WTC errors, especially for the first altimetry decade (1993–2002), and thus to improve the altimeter MSL error budget. This work also demonstrates the relevance of the interactions between the "altimetry" and "atmosphere" communities, since the expertise of each is of benefit to the other.

Abstract:
With the increase of vehicles in large urban centers, there is also an increase in the number of traffic jams and accidents on public roads. The development of a proper Intelligent Transport System (ITS) could help to alleviate these problems by assisting the drivers on route selections to avoid the most congested road sections. Therefore, to improve on this issue, this work proposes an architecture to aid an ITS to detect, analyze, and classify the traffic flow conditions in real time. This architecture also provides a control room dashboard to visualize the information and notify the users about the live traffic conditions. To this end, the proposed solution takes advantage of computer vision concepts to extract the maximum information about the roads to better assess and keep the drivers posted about the traffic conditions on selected highways. The main contribution of the proposed architecture is to perform the detection and classification of the flow of vehicles regardless of the luminosity conditions. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed solution, a testbed was designed. The obtained results show that the accuracy of the traffic classification rate is up to 90% in daylight environments and up to 70% in low light environments when compared with the related literature.

Abstract:
This article examines the history and international experience of creating and functioning of transport and logistics infrastructure facilities − transport and logistics centers in Europe, the USA, and Asian countries, and identifies specific features and directions of further development. The concept of «transport and logistics center» is characterized, which takes into account the peculiarities of its structure, management, and functioning formed by the European Association of Transport and Logistics Centers. For the first time the ideology of creating a large logistics complex dates back to 1960, when in France (near Paris) at the initiative of the state in cooperation with local authorities andprivate companies were established two specialized logistics centers«Garonor» and «Sogaris». In accordance with the objectives of the functioning of transport and logistics centers, the main components of the class of transport and logistics centers are determined by their presence or absence. This article presents the classification of transport and logistics centers for the following features: integration of main modes of transport; capacity of vantage processing, space, occupied territory and the complexity of the transport and logistics services provided by the cluster; scale and administrative level of the area, which is served by the nature of specialization of terminals in the transport and logistics center and the degree of integration with enterprises and industries, trade, etc.Regardless of the diversity of types of transport and logistics centers, shows the main ge-neral features of all transport and logistics centers, as a complex system, which includes several subsystems, integrated links, due to which it is able to perform logistical functions. Since existing scientific research is not enough to improve the state of methodological support of the process of creating transport-logistic infrastructure relevance of conducting research into the creation of the methodological basis of support of the processes of creation and functio-ning of transport-logistic centers. Keywords: transport and logistics center, transport potential, transport and logistics infra-structure.
