In represented dissertation the problem of the account and optimization of the expenditure of auxiliary time in connecting with handwork and of the machine-hand work of the person in system of the industrial module of machining by the shearing for conditions of small-batch and individual types of manufacture is solved. For achievement of delivered purposes the description and formalization of organization-technical and technological structure of workplaces of machining by cutting with the help of an fuzzy semantic macronetwork is made. The system of recognition of an existing situation and forecasting target industrial situation is developed. The technique of classification of technology factors in view of extents of their stability during realization of a technological process is created. The analysis of existing manufacture is executed, on the basis of the created simulatoin model of a repair section and optimization of a microstructure and parameters of a technological process by a way of organizational changes on a work station and by installation of rational sequence of execution of labour receptions.
