Abstrait Dans l’iconographie chrétienne, le dragon est généralement associé au mal et se trouve représenté vaincu par le Christ, saint Georges, d’autres saints ou des figures bibliques. Au Moyen-Âge, il figure aussi sur des chapiteaux, dans les marges des manuscrits ou dans les blasons de familles et d’ordres militaires. Le dragon, parfois, est dépourvu de son sens négatif et investi d’un sens positif. La présente étude vise à identifier l’image du dragon dans le contexte luso-brésilien entre les XVIe et XIXe siècles. Il s’agit en particulier d’examiner la relation entre le dragon comme symbole du mal et le sens qu’il prend quand il est associé au pouvoir impérial brésilien. On envisagera le déplacement entre la dévotion à saint Georges, liée à la dynastie d’Avis, et l’image du dragon dans l’héraldique de la maison et dynastie de Bragance. Les images de trois codex seront examinées: le Livro do Armeiro-Mor (Livre de l’Armurier–majeur), un manuscrit enluminé de 1509, le Livro da nobreza (Livre de la noblesse) de 1521 et le Tesouro da Nobreza (Trésor de la Noblesse) de 1675. Ces codex sont conservés à Torre do Tombo à Lisbonne. À titre de comparaison, l’étude recourt aussi à d’autres images, afin d’analyser la survie de la représentation du dragon dans les symboles royaux.

The speciation of the heavy metals Cu, Cr, and Pb in surface sediment samples collected from Lugu Lake in China was analyzed by European Community Bureau of Reference (BCR) sequential extraction methods. Heavy metal bioavailability was assessed by risk assessment code. This study demonstrates that BCR sequential extraction methods and risk assessment code can be used as valuable tools to assess heavy metal mobility, bioavailability and eco-toxicity. The distribution of Cu, Cr, and Pb in the surface sediment of Lugu Lake showed that all three metals were mainly present in the reducible fraction. The bioavailability of the heavy metals in the surface sediment was in the order Cu > Cr > Pb.

The connection of the Unistrut “System 1” double layer grid space frame transfers loads statically indeterminately from a member to the connection plate through two lugs and a bolt. The connection is studied by Finite Element analysis, design code analysis and a series of experimental tests. There is quite good agreement between the analysis methods and fair agreement with the tests. The test series isolates the contributions of the individual load paths showing quite good correspondence. The failure of the lugs in an unpredicted shear mode is the major cause for discrepancies. However, analysis of that shear mode is consistent with the tests.

Los code smells son síntomas en el código fuente que pueden revelar problemas de diseño. Para poder solucionar un smell deben aplicarse un conjunto de refactorings que permitan restructurar el sistema. Sin embargo, al aplicar un conjunto de refactorings en un orden determinado, pueden surgir problemas que impiden que éstos se apliquen. Por ejemplo, porque un refactoring que depende de una reestructuración realizada por otro refactoring que aún no fue aplicado, o porque un refactoring referencia un artefacto del sistema que fue modificado por un refactoring aplicado anteriormente. Por estos motivos, para aplicar un conjunto de refactorings, se deben analizar las dependencias que existen entre estos para poder establecer el orden de aplicación. En esta línea, este trabajo presenta una herramienta que identifica y soluciona los conflictos originados por dependencias entre refactorings para luego aplicar automáticamente los mismos. Los resultados, si bien son preliminares, indican que este enfoque permite identificar y solucionar un alto porcentaje de conflictos.

Cet article traite de la création et de la transformation des signes d'identité à travers les vêtements dans l'Ordre Militaire de Santiago (ou Ordre de Saint Jacques de l'Epée) pendant l'époque qui couvre sa fondation en 1171 jusqu’à la fin du Moyen âge. Dans l'introduction l'auteur analyse l'utilisation des couleurs, le genre de vêtements, la forme et les signes emblématiques qui forment les structures de l'identité monastique. Les ordres militaires qui apparaissent au XIIeme siècle, ont hérité de cette tradition monastique et l'utilisent pour établir leur identité de moine-soldat. Les fondateurs de l'ordre de Santiago -un groupe de chevaliers- marquent leur conversion religieuse en adoptant une croix rouge en forme d'épée sur la poitrine, et en renonçant à arborer des couleurs voyantes et des tissus précieux. Mais leur code, qui se manifeste à travers les vêtements, change vers la fin du Moyen-âge en accord avec la transformation du sens que prend le fait d’être membre de l'Ordre. La dernière partie de l'article tente d'interpréter ces changements, en analysant à la fois le règlement du Chapitre Général de Santiago et les sources littéraires en relation avec l'Ordre.

Ab initio density functional calculations were performed on a toroidal carbon C120 nanostructure with a single beryllium atom bonded to its outer surface. These calculations are based on DFT with the generalized gradient approximation PW91 (Perdew and Wang) as implemented in the Materials Studio v.4.3 code. The Dmol3 module was used to calculate, among others, total energy, charge density, HOMO-LUMO and Mulliken population analysis. On the basis of these results, the beryllium-coated toroidal carbon C120 nanostructure appears to be a good candidate for H2 storage with moderate adsorption energy.

O presente trabalho apresenta práticas e abordagens metodológicas no ensino da Matemática que ampliam o engajamento e aquisição do conhecimento de conceitos matemáticos. As atividades foram desenvolvidas com alunos do 2º e 3º anos da escola EEEP Francisca Castro de Mesquita, localizada na cidade de Reriutaba, pertencente a região da Ibiapaba na zona norte do Ceará. Essas atividades visam aproximar os discentes da Matemática através de práticas e metodologias dinâmicas, possibilitando aos alunos uma maior interação com as ferramentas computacionais e objetos de aprendizagem ludo-pedagógicos. Os resultados sinalizaram que essas práticas favorecem a aquisição e o entendimento de conceitos matemáticos através do raciocínio visual, contribuindo para uma aprendizagem significativa. A presente pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo, tem caráter descritivo por considerar essencial o ambiente escolar como fonte de dados. Esperamos com essa investigação discutir a importância da participação ativa dos estudantes no processo de ensino e aprendizagem da Matemática. O objetivo desse estudo é discutir a utilização de atividades ludo-pedagógicas (jogos) no ensino da matemática a partir uma experiência nas séries do Ensino Médio da educação básica. Hydrazide-Hydrazone compounds are key species for a range of bioactivities. The first complete density functional theoretical study of Phenoxyacetohydrazide(PAH) is reported. The normal mode frequencies, intensities and the corresponding vibrational assignments were calculated using the GAUSSIAN 09W set of quantum chemistry codes at the DFT/B3LYP levels of theory using the 6-311++G** basis set. Stability of the molecule arising from hyperconjugative interactions has been probed using NBO analysis. 1H and 13C NMR spectra have been analysed and the chemical shifts were calculated using the gauge independent atomic orbital(GIAO) method. The theoretical UV-Vis spectrum and the electronic properties, such as HOMO(Highest occupied molecular orbital) and LUMO (Lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) were performed by time dependent density functional theory(TD-DFT) approach.

The article sheds light on Montenegrin legislature regarding outof-wedlock infants, particularly on Law on illegitimate children of 1894, whose author, famous jurist Valtazar Bogišić had put significant effort into protecting this vulnerable social group. His successor on the position of minister of justice Lujo Vojnović also had understanding for sensitive and fragile status of illegitimate offspring, so he issued necessary bylaws in which he more precisely defined distribution of the illegitimate children's trust assets to beneficiaries. On the other hand, the Supreme Court also passed some decrees regarding children born outside of marriage that were addressed to district courts and local authorities. All aforementioned documents were carefully scrutinized in this paper, as well as chapters XVI-XVIII of Criminal code for the Principality of Montenegro from 1906. The Code thoroughly regulated neonaticide (killing of an infant within the first 24 hours of birth), abandonment of illegitimate newborns, unlawful termination of pregnancy, as well as all kinds of accomplices in these crimes in order to protect lives of illegitimate children.

This research work is on Density Functional Theory (DFT) within Local Density Approximation as parameterised by Perdew and Wang (pw-lda).The calculation was performed using Fritz Haber Institute Ab-initio Molecular Simulations (FHI-aims) code based on numerical atomic-centered orbital basis sets. The electronic band structure, density of state (DOS) and band gap energy were calculated for ZnO compound. The band structure and Density of States (DOS) diagrams are plotted from the calculated equilibrium lattice parameters. The experimentally lattice constant values were used to calculate the minimum total energy. The calculated electronic band structure results show that ZnO (Halite) is an indirect semiconductor with energy band gap of 0.89 eV. Hence, the HOMO is -0.863382 eV at L_symmetry point and LUMO is 0.0239417 eV at ᴦ- point. The DOS energy level within the compound shows considerable high state of electron occupation and the DOS observed around the Fermi level at zero level indicate that it has conducting properties. In general, FHI-aims code has shown better accuracy and prediction of band structure calculation within reasonable computational methods.

Abstract: This article aims to describe the variety of languages used by sellers and buyers in buying and selling transactions at Beringharjo market, Malioboro, Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research with a Sociolinguistic approach. The data of this research is a variety of languages spoken by sellers and buyers in buying and selling transactions. Data is collected by video recording techniques which are then transcribed. Data analysis is carried out based on various language theories and mixed code by Fishman. Based on the results of the data analysis it is known that (1) the trading transactions in Beringharjo market are done by bargaining for goods which leads to agreement and disagreement, (2) the variety of speech used by traders includes unstandardized variety of Indonesian, Ngoko Alus variant Javanese, and the diverse Javanese language of Ngoko Lugu, and (2) the variety of speech used by buyers includes satandardized Indonesian languages, unstandardized Indonesian, and Ngoko Alus Javanese variety. In general, sellers and buyers use mixed code, which is a mixture of Indonesian and Javanese. This happened because the Indonesian language used was influenced by the dialect of the local language. The speech variety used by the speaker is also influenced by the background of their social life. Abstrak: Artikel ini mendeskripsikan ragam bahasa yang digunakan penjual dan pembeli dalam transaksi jual-beli di pasar Beringharjo, Malioboro, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Sosiolinguistik. Data penelitian ini adalah ragam bahasa yang dituturkan oleh penjual dan pembeli dalam transaksi jual-beli. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik perekaman video yang kemudian ditranskripsikan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan berdasar pada teori ragam bahasa dan campur kode Fishman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa (1) transaksi jual-beli di pasar Beringharjo dilakukan dengan tawar-menawar barang yang berujung pada kesepakatan dan ketidaksepakatan, (2) ragam tutur yang digunakan oleh pedagang meliputi bahasa Indonesia ragam nonbaku, bahasa Jawa ragam Ngoko Alus, dan bahasa Jawa ragam Ngoko Lugu, dan (2) ragam tutur yang digunakan oleh pembeli meliputi bahasa Indonesia ragam baku, bahasa Indonesia ragam nonbaku, dan bahasa Jawa ragam Ngoko Alus. Secara umum, penjual dan pembeli menggunakan campur kode, yakni campuran bahasa Indonesia dan Jawa, baik Bahasa Jawa ragam Ngoko Lugu, Ngoko Alus, maupun Krama Inggil bergantung mitra tuturnya. Hal tersebut terjadi karena bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan dipengaruhi oleh dialek bahasa daerah asal. Ragam tutur yang digunakan oleh penutur tersebut dipengaruhi pula oleh latar belakang kehidupan sosial mereka.

En la primera parte: la ley de la navegación (20.094), nos referimos a los intereses del crédito naval, comenzando por el orden de los privilegios en el crédito naval, analizando los privilegios marítimos y la ley de concursos, así como los privilegios marítimos y el código civil y comercial. Luego señalamos que, como un rasgo atípico de los privilegios navales, comparados con el resto de los establecidos en el ordenamiento jurídico argentino, los intereses debidos por un (1) año gozan del mismo grado de privilegio que el capital (art. 474). Revisamos los privilegios sobre el buque, y destacamos cuáles son los créditos privilegiados. Pasamos luego revista a los intereses en la hipoteca naval, estudiando el contenido del instrumento de constitución de hipoteca. a continuación, nos detenemos en la determinación de la tasa de interés, para seguir con el embargo de buques, analizando lo que se refiere al buque con bandera nacional, donde señalamos que el embargo abarcará el importe de los intereses y la fianza. Tratamos luego el concurso especial de acreedores sobre un buque. En la segunda parte nos referimos al código aeronáutico, comenzando por la hipoteca aeronáutica, y siguiendo por los intereses, conforme al art. 767 del CCCN. ABSTRACT: In the first part: the law of navigation (20.094), we refer to the interests of the naval credit, starting with the order of privileges in the naval credit, analyzing the maritime privileges and the law of competitions, as well as maritime liens and the civil and commercial code. We then point out that, as an atypical feature of naval privileges, compared with the rest of those established in the argentine legal system, the interests due for one (1) year enjoy the same degree of privilege as capital (art. 474). We review the privileges on the ship, and highlight which are the privileged credits. we then review the interests in the naval mortgage, studying the content of the instrument of constitution of mortgage. Then we stop in the determination of the interest rate, to continue with the arrest of ships, analyzing what refers to the ship with national flag, where we point out that the arrest will cover the amount of the interest and the bond. We then discussed the special arrangement of creditors on a ship. In the second part we refer to the aeronautical code, starting with the aeronautical mortgage, and continuing with the interests, according to art. 767 of the CCCN.

No son pocas las apreciaciones que se podrían emitir luego de treinta y cuatro años de vigencia de un Código Civil. Es previsible y deseable que, al cumplirse dicho aniversario, distintos juristas y profesores se ocupen, de acuerdo a sus especialidades y preferencias, de analizar los diferentes Libros del Código Civil y evaluar sus bondades, deficiencias, aplicación, necesidades de modificación, etc., sin dejar de mencionar las innumerables modificaciones que ha experimentado. Tampoco resultará extraño que en cualquier balance se aluda o mencione expresamente el trabajo de las cortes, de los Plenos Jurisdiccionales de la justicia ordinaria o de las sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional, que no han sido escasos en materia civil y que, al contrario, han coloreado, de modo transversal, las diversas figuras tradicionalmente nacidas en el Derecho Civil para luego ser acogidas por las constituciones o ser reinterpretadas por la Corte Constitucional a partir de textos y principios constitucionales. No es esa mi intención. Dejo a los mejores dotados y eruditos a cargo de esos detalles y versación. Mi abordaje es otro. Y quizá en ello influya en demasía mi labor de abogado y mi curiosidad académica por la experiencia legal de los Estados Unidos. Mi curiosidad, en todo caso, no implica preferencia por ninguna escuela o movimiento jurídico estadounidense en particular. Pretendo, en las siguientes líneas, evaluar la vigencia del Código Civil como modelo y, en ese orden de ideas, intentaré indagar si, por el contrario, asistimos a la era de las consolidaciones o Restatements con el significado que luego exploraremos. Es claro que el punto de partida es el concepto que se ha acuñado de un código desde la promulgación del Code Civil francés en 1804.

AbstractThe present article explores the historical sections of Grotius's De iure praedae Commentarius (chapters 11 through 16) bearing the following fundamental but very important questions in mind: What did Grotius actually know about the Portuguese Estado da Índia at the time of drafting the treatise between 1604 and 1606/8? What did he know about the Luso-Asian trading regime or Asian trading practices at large? Using the published correspondence of Grotius, archival documentation, manuscript fragments as well as unpublished reading notes and drafts, a case will be made that he had in fact few sources at his fingertips. This insight serves fundamentally to refute older assumptions, expounded notably by Robert Fruin and C.H. Alexandrowicz, that the young Grotius conducted independent research in the VOC company archives, or had immersed himself with Asian maritime codes or commercial practices.

Este estudio se centra en el desarrollo de un código de programación para generar gráficos Ashby, que se utilizan para optimizar el proceso de diseño mecánico en términos de reducción del tiempo de selección de materiales. La plataforma desarrollada se llevó a cabo utilizando el lenguaje de programación python y una base de datos compuesta por 75 tipos diferentes de materiales que se han categorizado en 7 regiones (metales, cerámicas, polímeros, elastómeros, naturales, espumas y compuestos) con sus respectivas propiedades mecánicas y térmicas ( Módulo de Young, densidad, resistencia mecánica, conductividad térmica, expansión térmica y temperatura máxima de servicio). Para realizar los gráficos Ashby, el código primero genera diagramas de burbujas en escala de logaritmo usando el rango de valores de dos propiedades deseadas, y luego, estos diagramas se agrupan en regiones a través de una envolvente que se crea usando geometría analítica. Para la validación de la plataforma y la metodología, los resultados obtenidos de los gráficos de Ashby se compararon con los gráficos proporcionados por el software CES Edupack 2017, a partir de ahí, el porcentaje de diferencias entre el modelo desarrollado y los gráficos de referencia se encontraban entre el 2,8% y el 15%. En consecuencia, los gráficos de Ashby obtenidos con el código propuesto son adecuados para su uso en la selección de material.

Así, los documentos se desmaterializan para digitalizarse. Por ello, el artículo pretende realizar una aproximación a los conceptos de blockchain y smart contract, y luego abordar algunas posibles vinculaciones e incidencias respecto de las funciones notariales.

Molecular structures of a series of metal-complexes molecules of bipyrimdine have interesting features in various applications such as industrial and scientific. The transition through metal complexes at molecular structures has a significant role in the metal-bridges interactions. Hence, the bipyrimdine's complex molecules were used to show the effect of the metal atoms on the electronics, electrical, and thermoelectric properties and to identify the π-conjugated system in all attempts before/ or after replaced one carbon with nitrogen atoms in one or two the pyridine rings. SIESTA code, and GOLLUM code programs were used in our calculations. The results showed that the energy gap decreased significantly with the type of metal atoms, which appear in electronic applications at various LUMO-HOMO energy gaps. The electrical and thermal results have confirmed the effect of metal-complexes center atoms in the transmission and Seebeck coefficients. From the position of the Fermi energy (E-EF=0 eV), the conductance and the thermopower values are determined, and thus the specificity figure of merit ZTe was computed. Therefore, we found the ZTe be a high value for bipyridine molecule about 1.7, which is several order of magnitude higher than of the set molecules. Whereas a low value of ZTe for Cr-metal-molecule.

All extant life employs the same 20 amino acids for protein biosynthesis. Studies on the number of amino acids necessary to produce a foldable and catalytically active polypeptide have shown that a basis set of 7–13 amino acids is sufficient to build major structural elements of modern proteins. Hence, the reasons for the evolutionary selection of the current 20 amino acids out of a much larger available pool have remained elusive. Here, we have analyzed the quantum chemistry of all proteinogenic and various prebiotic amino acids. We find that the energetic HOMO–LUMO gap, a correlate of chemical reactivity, becomes incrementally closer in modern amino acids, reaching the level of specialized redox cofactors in the late amino acids tryptophan and selenocysteine. We show that the arising prediction of a higher reactivity of the more recently added amino acids is correct as regards various free radicals, particularly oxygen-derived peroxyl radicals. Moreover, we demonstrate an immediate survival benefit conferred by the enhanced redox reactivity of the modern amino acids tyrosine and tryptophan in oxidatively stressed cells. Our data indicate that in demanding building blocks with more versatile redox chemistry, biospheric molecular oxygen triggered the selective fixation of the last amino acids in the genetic code. Thus, functional rather than structural amino acid properties were decisive during the finalization of the universal genetic code.

El tema de la gestación por sustitución, subrogación de vientre o maternidad subrogada resulta, para algunos, una de las cuestiones más nuevas y actuales que presenta el Derecho de las Familias. Sin embargo, luego del análisis que se realizará en este trabajo, se podría concluir que ello no es tan así.En el presente se plantea, como cuestión principal, si la falta de regulación por parte del Código Civil y Comercial y/o leyes complementarias ha sido obstáculo para que la figura de la gestación por sustitución sea utilizada.La respuesta a esa cuestión es negativa. Como se demostrará a lo largo del trabajo, la falta de legislación no impidió que numerosos casos hayan sido sometidos a decisiones de la justicia nacional, antes y después de la vigencia del nuevo Código Civil y Comercial (en adelante CCC), que hoy innova en la regulación de las Técnicas de Reproducción Humana Asistida (en adelante TRHA), pero no ha incorporado regulación alguna con respecto a la gestación por sustitución. El vacío legal fue cubierto, antes y ahora por la doctrina y, sobre todo, por la jurisprudencia.
The Gestational surrogacy, for some, is a new and current theme in de Family Rights. However, after analyze made this dissertation, we can infer that this inference is wrong.The main question is if lack of regulation in the new Civil and Comercial Code, or in complementary laws, has been an obstacle to use the Gestational surrogacy.The answer in negative. Because lack of regulation did nonstop to many people, who resort to national justice, before and after the new Code.
This Code innovates in assisted humans reproduction techniques. However, there are no regulations about the Gestational surrogacy. The void was covered by jurisprudence and doctrinarians.

Hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa wujud pilihan bahasa anak jalanan penjual koran di kawasan Tugu Muda Semarang adalah tuturan bahasa Jawa ragam ngoko lugu dan ngoko alus serta bahasa Indonesia ragam Informal. Selain itu ditemukan juga pilihan bahasa anak jalanan penjual koran dalam wujud bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Jawa berupa tunggal bahasa, alih kode, dan campur kode. Tuturan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor latar [waktu dan tempat) dan situasi, faktor partisipan dalam interaksi, faktor percakapan, dan faktor fungsi interaksi. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan pilihan bahasa anak jalanan penjual koran didominasi oleh bahasa Jawa. Anak jalanan penjual koran sebaiknya selektif dalam memilih kosakata dan ragam bahasa Jawa ketika bertutur, agar nilai anak jalanan penjual koran mempunyai nilai yang baik dan sopan di mata masyarakat umum.
The aim this research it to know the language chosen by street boys who sell newspaper in the area of Tugu Muda Semarang. The method of this research is qualitative by using the technique of data simak libat cakap and simak bebas libat cakap. The method of data analysis that has been gotten with the analysis of interactive model. The resultof this research, found out that shape the language that has been chosen by the strees boys who sell newspaper in the area Tugu Muda Semarang is the Javanese speech that is ngoko lugu and ngoko alus the informal of Indonesian speech. Besides, it was also found that the chosen of the language of the street boys who sell newspaper in the Indonesian language and Javanese language in the form of single language, code switching, and code mixing. The speech influenced by the background factor (time and place) and situation, the participants factor in the interaction, speech factor, and the factor of the language of the street boys who sell newspaper dominate by Javanese language. The street boys who sell newspaper it is better to be selective in choosing vocabulary and Javanese language’s diversity when saying, so the value of the street boys have a good value and have well mannered in the eye of the society.

Aromatase is an enzyme member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily coded by the CYP19A1 gene. Its main action is the conversion of androgens into estrogens, transforming androstenedione into estrone and testosterone into estradiol. This enzyme is present in several tissues and it has a key role in the maintenance of the balance of androgens and estrogens, and therefore in the regulation of the endocrine system. With regard to chemical safety and human health, azoles, which are used as agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, are potential endocrine disruptors due to their agonist or antagonist interactions with the human aromatase enzyme. This theoretical study investigated the active agonist and antagonist properties of “chemical classes of azoles” to determine the relationships of azole interaction with CYP19A1, using stereochemical and electronic properties of the molecules through classification and multilinear regression (MLR) modeling. The antagonist activities for the same substituent on diazoles and triazoles vary with its chemical composition and its position and both heterocyclic systems require aromatic substituents. The triazoles require the spherical shape and diazoles have to be in proper proportion of the branching index and the number of ring systems for the inhibition. Considering the electronic aspects, triazole antagonist activity depends on the electrophilicity index that originates from interelectronic exchange interaction (ωHF) and the LUMO energy ( E LUMO PM 7 ), and the diazole antagonist activity originates from the penultimate orbital ( E HOMONL PM 7 ) of diazoles. The regression models for agonist activity show that it is opposed by the static charges but favored by the delocalized charges on the diazoles and thiazoles. This study proposes that the electron penetration of azoles toward heme group decides the binding behavior and stereochemistry requirement for antagonist activity against CYP19A1 enzyme.

AbstractKoran manuscripts that fit comfortably within the palm of one’s hand are known as early as the 10th century CE.For the sake of convenience, all dates will be given in the common era (CE) without further mention, and not in the Islamic or Hijra calendar. Their minute and sometimes barely legible script is clearly not intended for comfortable reading. Instead, recent scholarship suggests that the manuscripts were designed to be worn on the body like pendants or fastened to military flag poles. This is corroborated by some preserved cases for these books which feature lugs to attach a cord or chain, but also their rare occurrence in contemporary textual sources. While pendant Korans in rectangular codex form exist, the majority were produced as codices in the shape of an octagonal prism, and others as scrolls that could be rolled up into a cylindrical form. Both resemble the shapes of similarly dated and pre-Islamic amulets or amulet cases. Building on recent scholarship, I will argue in this article that miniature or pendant Koran manuscripts were produced in similar forms and sizes because of comparable modes of usage, but not necessarily by a deliberate imitation of their amuletic ‘predecessors’. The manuscripts’ main functions did not require them to be read or even opened; some of their cases were in fact riveted shut. Accordingly, the haptic feedback they gave to their owners when they carried or touched them was not one of regular books but one of solid objects (like amulets) or even jewellery, which then reinforced this practice.

Inicialmente esa referencia se hace al momento de la concepción, luego en Justiniano también al nacimiento, fijando, como tempus legitimum, que el hijo nazca después de los 180 días posteriores a la celebración del matrimonio o antes de los 300 después de su disolución. Este planteamiento llega a los Códigos civiles europeos de la Edad moderna, algunos de los cuales transcriben literalmente la regla de paulo, D. 2, 4, 5, como el art. 312 del Code civil francés de 1804. las modernas técnicas de investigación de la paternidad no excluyen, ni hacen inútil o superfluo, el principio general presuntivo de los códigos, aunque afortunadamente sea más viable excluir con mayor seguridad la imputación al marido, que no ha contribuido con sus actos a la generación.

The genus Centroptella Braasch & Soldán, 1980 is accepted here in a wide sense, i.e., including Chopralla Waltz & McCafferty, 1987. This genus concept is similar to the concept of the genus Bungona Harker, 1957 proposed by Salles et al. (2016), but with the generic name Centroptella instead of Bungona. The type species of Bungona, B. narilla Harker, 1957, has an unknown systematic position; the neotype designation proposed by Suter and Pearson (2001) is invalid, being inconsistent with the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature; the species name B. narilla and the generic name Bungona are nomina dubia, so the name Centroptella is the senior name for the genus under consideration. The generic names Chopralla and Crassolus Salles, Gattolliat & Sartori, 2016 both are junior synonyms of Centroptella (syn. nov.). The subgenera Bungona, Centroptella and Chopralla proposed by Salles et al. (2016) are unnatural. The holotype of C. liebenauae, a larva, should be considered lost; based on the date of collection, it belonged to C. longisetosa; a set of larval exuviae with the same collecting data as the holotype, is designated as the neotype of C. liebenauae, and a new synonymy is established: C. longisetosa = C. liebenauaesyn. nov. The larvae originally assigned to C. liebenauae are placed to a new species Centroptella ingridaesp. nov. belonging to the inzingae-ingridae species group; all stages of development of this species are described based on male and female imagines reared from larvae in Thailand and on the misidentified paratypes of C. liebenauae from Vietnam. Centroptella longisetosa is redescribed based on the single paratype from China, the neotype and paratypes of C. liebenauae from Vietnam, and additional material from India. Additional data on the holotype of Centroptella colorata Soldán, Braasch & Muu, 1987 are given.

L’insieme degli intrecci che codificano il comportamento umano nelle varie epochepuò essere definito, secondo Jurij Lotman (2006), mitologia del comportamento quotidiano esociale. Partendo da questo presupposto metodologico, l’articolo indaga le dinamiche di copertura/scoprimento nel campo del vestire lungo tre paragrafi. Il primo è dedicato al legame cheunisce, nella cultura occidentale precristiana e cristiana, la figura della velatura con il lutto. Idispositivi contro il covid, e altri fenomeni recenti come il dress code nero del movimento #Me-Too, affondano le loro radici in questa tradizione. Nel secondo paragrafo la riflessione si basasull’opposizione fra /È necessario che si veda/ vs /È necessario che non si veda/, che generaregimi di /costrittività/, /tabù/, /trasgressività/ e /casualità/. In ambito occidentale sembra sisia affermato ormai un termine neutro, ovvero un’aleatorietà degli stili (/né trasgressione, nécasualità/) mentre l’Islam più tradizionalista sembra rimanere nell’ambito del /tabù/ imponendoalla donna, seppur con varianti, l’uso del velo e della copertura del corpo. Tuttavia nelterzo e ultimo paragrafo si vedrà il caso della cosiddetta modest fashion islamica, un fenomenorelativamente recente che sembra realizzare un inedito termine complesso, che coniuga le limitazionitradizionali con la ricerca dell’eleganza e della libertà motoria della donna. In conclusione,si riflette sul più ampio contesto culturale di questo cambiamento, poiché l’egemonia dellatrasgressività o della aleatorietà dei costumi occidentali sembrano ampiamente in declino alivello globale, anche per quanto riguarda le serie televisive e i film.

The generation of free radicals is a physiological event resulting mainly from the cellular respiration process and the overactivation of the NOX leads to an excess production of ROS that is associated with oxidative stress. Chrysobalanus icaco, a medicinal plant that belongs to the Chrysobalanaceae family, possesses a high number of polyphenols, including phenolic acids and flavonoids. Due to its phytochemical composition, this study aimed to evaluate the antioxidant potential of the hydroalcoholic extract from the leaves of Chrysobalanus icaco (HECi) and the inhibitory potential of its main flavonoids against NOX. The in silico predictions of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity (ADMET), drug-likeness properties, and molecular docking with the enzyme NOX (PDB code 2CDU) were also performed to support the experimental results. The phytochemical screening of the HECi showed the presence of phenols and flavonoids. HECi performed an excellent antioxidant activity (IC50 = 8.1 μg/mL), probably due to its rich phenolic (220.11 ± 0.4 mg GAE/g) and flavonoid (110.98 ± 0.37 mg QE/g) constitution. The ADMET prediction indicated that myricetin and quercetin had the best pharmacokinetic parameters. The molecular docking results showed that myricetin and especially quercetin had strong docking score on NOX (ΔG = –8.1 kcal/mol and ΔG = –8.3 kcal/mol, respectively). Frontier Orbital’s analyzes (HOMO and LUMO) suggested that quercetin has better antioxidant properties than myricetin. Our results demonstrate for the first time the in silico action of quercetin against NOX, as well as reiterate the antioxidant potential of C. icaco.

En la agricultura, el agua es vital para el cultivo. Conocer cuándo regar y cuánto regar se puede responder técnicamente, a partir de datos provistos por estaciones meteorológicas. Estos datos no siempre están disponibles. Además, si bien en el mercado existen controladores de riego, estos no están integrados a las estaciones y son de arquitectura cerrada. Por otro lado, el desarrollo de la electrónica, la disponibilidad de sensores de costo asequible, protocolos, estándares y código abierto, facilitan la integración de componentes de hardware y software. Este trabajo propone un prototipo de estación meteorológica inteligente que provee en tiempo real datos de temperatura, humedad del ambiente, humedad del suelo, lluvia, como entrada para que un controlador active el riego en dos casos: i) por necesidad de agua para el desarrollo del cultivo; o ii) para mitigar heladas, apoyando al desarrollo sostenible agrícola con tecnología local, de código abierto y de costo asequible. Se aplicó la metodología basada en prototipos rápidos, evaluando la operatividad de cada dispositivo electrónico y su integración en ambiente controlado, y luego en una parcela experimental, en la granja Nero de la Universidad de Cuenca. Para el desarrollo se empleó hardware y software de código abierto, utilizando IDE de Arduino y Visual Studio Code. Para energizar se usó un panel solar y baterías, optimizando el consumo energético. Este prototipo ha mostrado un funcionamiento continuo y estable, operando a 3100 m.s.n.m. Se continuará monitoreando y mejorando, para en el futuro poner a disposición de usuario final.

Introducción. Actualmente el impacto ambiental es más evidente y perceptible a nuestros sentidos; los tryrtyuiñuyiiiirrcambios en los diferentes ecosistemas ponen en evidencia la urgente necesidad de articular los planes, programas y políticas entre los Estados, las empresas y los ciudadanos; para ello se requieren sistemas de información que permitan la gestión de dichos planes y programas. Es así como la contabilidad, desde su dimensión holística, se convierte en eje facilitador para la identificación, registro y control de todas las acciones previstas para mitigar el impacto ambiental. Objetivo. El objetivo del estudio fue realizar una revisión y análisis bibliográfico sobre los avances y tendencias de la contabilidad ambiental a partir de la producción científica en la categoría “Accounting” de los AJSC Codes de Elsevier. Materiales y métodos. En la revisión documental y bibliográfica en la base de datos Scopus (Elsevier) se identificaron 332 documentos publicados con la palabra clave environmental accounting. Resultados. Posteriormente se agruparon los documentos (citas-tipos) y autores por país, luego se ordenaron de mayor a menor frecuencia. Como resultado se obtuvo que la producción científica en el período 1996-2015 con la palabra clave environmental accounting (contabilidad ambiental) equivale a solo el 0.6 % del número de documentos publicados en la categoría Accounting. Conclusión. Por tanto, los cambios suscitados en la economía global, así como la introducción de nuevos marcos normativos contables han desplazado el interés de los investigadores contables sobre el campo ambiental, lo cual se refleja en la baja producción científica al respecto; adicionalmente, Latinoamérica representa solo el 6,3 % del total de documentos analizados.

AbstractThis paper presents an approach for the design of a retrofit aircraft with integrated, optimized hybrid laminar flow control (HLFC). The basis for this research is a medium-range reference configuration derived within the German LuFo project “Advanced Aircraft Concepts” (AVACON). For the aerodynamics, an in-house-developed process chain for flow analysis is used, which requires airfoil shapes at specific sections of a known wing geometry. To improve the accuracy, pressure distributions from the 2D flow solver MSES are first aligned to high-fidelity 3D results from DLR’s TAU code for extracted airfoils. This is done by varying parameters of the transformation methods used. Subsequently, the required suction distributions are optimized based on pre-defined criteria; these include not only the aerodynamic effects but also the needed mass flows. After optimizing the HLFC system architecture concerning mass and power offtakes, a retrofit aircraft is designed with the in-house “Multidisciplinary Integrated Aircraft Design and Optimization” (MICADO) environment. Compared to the turbulent baseline, the promising potential of the HLFC technology is demonstrated. In addition, the actual benefit of the optimization approach is evaluated in the context of overall preliminary aircraft design. This is done by redesigning the aircraft with other suction distributions and HLFC system architectures. Although it is shown that the approach leads to an overall optimum, the optimization benefit remains small. This indicates the limits of the HLFC technology as a pure add-on for initially turbulent aircraft and the need for the application of new laminar wing design methods to tap the full potential of HLFC.

Este artículo, en su redacción luego de ser modificado en el año 2015, amenaza en su primer inciso con pena privativa de la libertad a quien promoviera de manera comercial la asistencia al suicidio. En dicha oportunidad, los Magistrados entendieron y decidieron de manera conjunta sobre seis recursos de inconstitucionalidad, y concluyeron en que la norma atacada vulnera los siguientes derechos constitucionales: el derecho al libre desarrollo de la personalidad (art. 2. inc. 1 en conexión con el art. 1 inc. 1); el derecho a la libertad (art. 2 inc. 2 segunda oración en conexión con el art. 104 inc. 1); y el derecho a la libertad de trabajo (art. 12 inc. 1).
On 26 February 2020, the second chamber of the German Federal Constitutional Court declared section 217 of the German Criminal Code unconstitutional and void. This section, as amended in 2015, threatens in its first paragraph with prisión sentence for anyone who commercially promotes assisted suicide. On that occasion, the judges considered and decided jointly on six constitutional appeals, and concluded that the rule attacked violated the following constitutional rights: the right to free personality development (article 2, paragraph 1, in connection with article 1, paragraph 1); the right to liberty (article 2, paragraph 2, second sentence in reference to article 104, paragraph 1); and the right to freedom of work (article 12, paragraph 1).

Después de casi una década desde la introducción en el Código penal español de la medida de seguridad libertad vigilada solo es posible plantear si quiera más dudas sobre su regulación, imposición y sobre todo su ejecución de los que en su día surgieron por parte de la doctrina especializada. En el presente trabajo se pretende se expondrá brevemente cual es el estado de la cuestión de la realidad práctica de la libertad vigilada en España para luego pasar al análisis de la regulación de instituciones jurídicas de naturaleza similar en el Derecho anglosajón con el objetivo de comprender cómo allí se está planteando su ejecución y sobre todo cómo es regulada. El objetivo final no es otro que buscar en el Derecho comparado posibles soluciones a la falta de regulación de la ejecución de la libertad vigilada regulada en el art. 106 del Código penal español. Almost a decade after the introduction the supervised release in the Spanish Criminal Code, it is only possible to raise even more doubts about its regulation, imposition and above all its execution. This paper will briefly explain the state of the question of the practical reality of supervised release in Spain and then analyse the regulation of similar legal institutions in Anglo-Saxon law in order to understand how it is regulated and above all executed. The final objective is none other than to seek in comparative law possible solutions to the lack of regulation of the Spanish supervised release’s execution.

This study examines the maintenance of Javanese language by students in the family sphere in Jepangpakis, Kudus Regency and the factors that influence it. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of Javanese language maintenance by students in the family sphere in Kudus and to reveal the factors that influence it. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study model. The data source of this study were 10 informants who were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data of this research is in the form of informants' language data in the form of utterances which is indicated the use of Javanese language either in full or in part. The data is obtained through data collection techniques, namely interviewing, observation, listening, recording, and note-taking techniques. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques and presented with formal and informal techniques. The results showed that: 1) the form of Javanese language maintenance by students in the family sphere in Kudus can be classified into: a) full Javanese utterances with two types, namely ngoko lugu and ngoko alus varieties; and b) utterances which are the result of the code mixing process of Javanese and Indonesian; 2) factors that influence the maintenance of Javanese language by informants, including: a) Javanese language shows the identity of the speaker; b) positive attitudes towards Javanese by speakers and speech partners; and c) positive attitudes towards Javanese are still found by people around the speakers.

Nineteen 10-substitued deoxoartemisinin derivatives and artemisinin with activity against D-6 strains of malarial falciparum designated as Sierra Leone are studied. We use molecular electrostatic potential maps in an attempt to identify key structural features of the artemisinins that are necessary for their activities and molecular docking to investigate the interaction with the molecular receptor (heme). Chemometric modeling: Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Soft Independent Modeling of Class Analogy (SIMCA) and Stepwise Discriminant Analysis (SDA) are employed to reduce dimensionality and investigate which subset of descriptors are responsible for the classification between more active (MA) and less active (LA) artemisinins. The PCA, HCA, KNN, SIMCA and SDA studies showed that the descriptors LUMO (Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) energy, DFeO1 (Distance between the O 1 atom from ligand and iron atom from heme), X1A (Average Connectivity Index Chi-1) and Mor15u (Molecular Representation of Structure Based on Electron Diffraction) code of signal 15, unweighted, are responsible for separating the artemisinins according to their degree of antimalarial activity. The prediction study was done with a new set of eight artemisinins by using the chemometric methods and five of them were predicted as active against D-6 strains of falciparum malaria. In order to verify if the key structural features that are necessary for their antimalarial activities were investigated for the interaction with the heme, we also carried out calculations of the molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) and molecular docking. MEP maps and molecular docking were analyzed for more active compounds of the prediction set.

En la actualidad, existen en el mercados muchas variedades y marcas de mermeladas, las cuales han incrementado su demanda, debido a la amplia variedad de sabores y a su vez el productor ofrece ahora una mermelada con mayor valor nutritivo; y cada vez el consumidor se ve atraído por su consumo de preferencia en épocas de invierno. El presente trabajo representa una alternativa agradable, útil y genera un valor agregado al loche que a la fecha sólo se conoce su aplicación en la gastronomía; al crear este nuevo producto: mermelada mixta a base de loche y maracuyá con materias primas propias de la región Lambayeque, otorgando al consumidor una nueva opción de consumo. Lambayeque el mayor productor de loche en el Perú con 97 Has. cosechando entre 6000 y 8000 unidades por Ha., y la región que más exporta jugos y concentrados de frutas como la maracuyá teniendo un 46% de participación del total nacional, siendo Quicornac una de las empresas con más exportaciones de este producto en el 2012.; aprovechando el 70% de la producción destinado al mercado en fresco y 30% a la producción de derivados que generen un mayor valor agregado que diversifique la presentación de la materia prima y asegure la calidad. Lambayeque es una de las mayores zonas productoras de maracuyá y contamos con el clima adecuado para la siembra de loche, pero este último sólo se vende como producto fresco y no se le da un valor agregado, es por ello que al combinar estas dos materias primas de valor nutricional da origen a una mermelada mixta; agradable que cumpla estrictamente los parámetros que las entidades legisladoras exijan por se realizò un minucioso estudio sobre cada una de sus características organolépticas y el impacto que estas tendrán en los consumidores, a la vez servirá como incentivo al sembrío alternativo de estas especies, generando trabajo y bienestar a nuestros agricultores. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo encontrar la formulación óptima para la elaboración de una mermelada mixta a base de loche y maracuyá. Para la evaluación estadística de los atributos organolépticos se empleó las pruebas en base a escalas hedónicas de 5 puntos que luego de comprobar su significancia pasaron por la prueba de Tukey y Duncan, la evaluación estadística de las propiedades fisicoquímicas se realizó empleando el paquete estadístico Desing – Expert 7.0. Los datos obtenidos fueron tabulados, ordenados de acuerdo a las etapas de los procesos, para determinar la mejor formulación aplicando un diseño de mezclas, donde las variables respuestas fueron Aceptabilidad, pH, acidez titulable y viscosidad; obteniendo como resultado que la 11° formulación, compuesta por 69.597% de loche, 30% de maracuyá y 0.403% de pectina tuvo mayor aceptabilidad de los panelistas con 87 puntos, cuyos resultados físicoquímicos y microbiológicos fueron: 4.15 pH, 68 °Brix, 13.87% de acidez y 58987.5 cP ausente de microorganismos que se encuentran dentro del rango de la norma determinada por la NTP 203.047 de INDECOPI y del Codex Alimentarius (CODEX STAN 296-2009), se recomienda utilizar correctamente el diagrama de flujo propuesto a fin de lograr cumplir las características que la mencionada norma indica.

La demora en la atención, junto a la decisión de compra se justifica estructurar el diseño de la arquitectura de las secciones para el manejo y la optimización del tiempo en la venta para la empresa Proferreterías en la ciudad de Ambato. Luego de una investigación empírica, de carácter transversal y alcance descriptivo, se planteó seis secciones fundamentadas en el almacenamiento interno: 1) inventario de productos 2) identificación y codificación 3) ubicación de productos 4) ingreso de códigos 5) capacitación 6) evaluación. Esto identifica la disminución del tiempo en el manejo del inventario, de acuerdo 42 familias distribuidas en tres secciones. Además; las ventas en el año 2018 se incrementaron en 29,35% mensual y el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes mejoró en el 20%. Esto define que la optimización del tiempo fortalece la ubicación de las secciones por productos, y la adecuación en percha del material optimiza los espacios del material ferretero.

ABSTRACT
The delay in services, together with the decision to purchase justifies the structural design of the architectural sections for the management and optimization of the sale time for the Proferreterías Company in Ambato city. Then an empirical investigation of a transversal character and descriptive scope, six sections based on internal storage were proposed: 1) inventory of products 2) identification and coding 3) location of products 4) Code entries 5) training and 6) evaluation. These were identified as a decrease of time in inventory management, according to 42 families distributed in three sections. In addition; sales increased by 29.35% per month and the level of customer satisfaction improved by 20%. This demonstrated that the optimization of the time strengthens the location of products by sections, and the adaptation of shelving units of the hardware material optimized the space used by that material.

Con l’avvento della codificazione anche un tema privatissimo come quello matrimoniale trova una sanzione da parte del potere pubblico: il mito della leggeinveste la sfera familiare. Durante tutto il corso dell’Ottocento il dibattito ruoterà soprattutto intorno al tema della tenuta morale e patrimoniale della famiglia,finendo per consacrarne l’ordinamento gerarchico. L’apparente contraddizione con le aspirazioni rivoluzionarie si risolve, al contrario, proprio nella tutela degli assunti di base del liberalismo ottocentesco: individualismo, proprietà, ordine politico. I nuovi codici sembrano trovare, infatti, proprio nella formulazione «della forte famiglia nel forte Stato» (Ungari, 1974) una chiusura del cerchio, la compiuta affermazione dell’ordine borghese che in materia di famiglia consacra un «ordine sociale laicizzato» (Passaniti, 2011). Protagonista ‘riflessa’ di questo dibattito è, ovviamente, la figura femminile, «destinataria di un trattamento giuridico differenziato» (Stolzi, 2019) e la cui «debolezza» è un vero «problema» da regolare in funzione della tenuta – anche e soprattutto – patrimoniale della famiglia. Una sintetica ricostruzione degli assetti normativi e dei dibattiti in Francia, prima, e in Italia, poi, sugli effetti dello scioglimento del matrimonio, permette di disvelare alcuni aspetti delle costruzioni liberal-ottocentesche che hanno condizionato a lungo il nostro ordinamento familiare.
Nineteenth-century codifi cation drives the private issue of marriage under the eye of the public power, and the family undergoes the «mythology» of legal positivism. The consequence of the legal debate, which revolves all around the moral and patrimonial hold of the family, is the consecration of its hierarchical order. The seeming contradictions with revolutionary aspirations are resolved in the pillars of nineteenth-century liberalism: individualism, property, political order. The formula «a strong family under a strong state» (Ungari, 1974) conveyed by the codes expresses the achievement of the bourgeois order devoted to a «secularist social order» (Passaniti, 2011) in matters of the family. A prominent, yet refl ected role is played by the woman, «recipient of differentiated legal treatment» (Stolzi, 2019) and whose «weakness» represents an issue which to be solved in order to defend the family’s property asset. After a quick survey of the legal acts and debates on the consequences of the end of marriage, both in France and Italy, this paper aims to unveil the uncertainties and continuities of the traditional-liberal legal order that have long infl uenced the Italian family system.

Objetivo: descrever as percepções de enfermeiras obstétricas sobre suas condições de trabalho. Método: pesquisa qualitativa com 15 enfermeiras obstétricas atuantes em hospitais da cidade Rio de Janeiro. As entrevistas foram realizadas no período de abril a maio de 2016 e após foram transcritas, codificadas, categorizadas e discutidas à luz do referencial de Bourdieu. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética e pesquisa/CAAE 54061315.9.0000.5282. Resultados: as condições de trabalho percebidas pelas enfermeiras foram a instabilidade no vínculo de contrato, levando ao medo de perder o emprego; a busca por produtividade que descaracteriza o cuidado humanizado e a violência simbólica representada pela desqualificação e divisão sexual do trabalho. Conclusão: essas condições apontam para a precarização do trabalho e podem interferir diretamente na implantação das práticas de cuidado humanizadas no parto e nascimento e na saúde das enfermeiras.ABSTRACT Objective: to describe the obstetric nurses’ perceptions about their working conditions. Method: qualitative research with 15 obstetric nurses working in hospitals in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Conclusion: these conditions indicate to the precariousness of work and may interfere directly in the development of humanized care practices in childbirth and birth as well as in nurses’ health.RESUMEN Objetivo: describir las percepciones de las enfermeras obstétricas sobre sus condiciones de trabajo. Método: investigación cualitativa con 15 enfermeras obstétricas que trabajan en hospitales de la ciudad de Río de Janeiro, Brasil. Este artículo busca analizar comparativamente la estructura social del Departamento de Alto Paraná (Paraguay) y la Provincia de Misiones (Argentina) en relación a los procesos de “desterritorialización” y “reterritorialización” de grupos subordinados económicamente a partir de evidencia empírica construida por el investigador a través de las Encuestas Permanentes de Hogares (EPHs) de Argentina y Paraguay. El primer objetivo específico consiste en demostrar que, si bien las categorías de “inseguridad” y “delito” aparecen asociadas a estos espacios, estos no forman parte de los principales motivos aducidos por las personas que afirman haberse mudado. Otro objetivo específico es discutir teórica y conceptualmente el uso de los conceptos de “región” o de “territorio” como meros límites políticos-administrativos, para incorporar a su análisis la dimensión que dicho concepto tiene en los procesos de construcción identitarios de las distintas clases sociales. La estrategia de análisis de los datos fue multimétodo y consistió en construir de un nomenclador de estratos socio-ocupacionales de la población económicamente activa a partir de tres variables simultáneas (el código de actividad, la categoría de actividad y el tamaño del establecimiento), para luego comparar los resultados entre ambas muestras. Los principales hallazgos de esta investigación demuestran que las clases medias y populares de cada una de las estructuras socio-ocupacionales analizadas son aquellas que más están sujetas a procesos de desterritorialización y de reterritorialización.Abstract:This article seeks to comparatively analyze the social structure of the Department of Alto Paraná (Paraguay) and the Province of Misiones (Argentina) in relation to the processes of "deterritorialization" and "reterritorialization" of economically subordinated groups based on empirical evidence Through the Permanent Household Surveys (EPHs) of Argentina and Paraguay. The first specific objective is to demonstrate that, although the categories of "insecurity" and "crime" appear to be associated with these spaces, they do not form part of the main reasons given by people who claim to have moved. Another specific objective is to discuss theoretically and conceptually the use of the concepts of "region" or "territory" as mere political-administrative boundaries, to incorporate into its analysis the dimension that this concept has in the identity construction processes of the different classes social. The data analysis strategy was multimethod and consisted in constructing a nomenclator of socio-occupational strata of the economically active population from three simultaneous variables (activity code, activity category and establishment size) for later compare the results between both samples. The main findings of this research show that the middle and popular classes of each of the socio-occupational structures analyzed are those that are most subject to processes of deterritorialization and reterritorialization.

Abstract.Learning a second language, in addition to the mother tongue, helps to significantly improve the maturation and cultural education of the child, and to enhance its expressive and communicative skills. The 85 New Programs for the Primary School, emphasize the need to strengthen the pupils’ ability to make linguistic relationship with various interlocutors using the language in its variety of codes and its main functions. You need to direct the child to take account of extra-linguistic elements (situations, characters, topics, roles) as a fundamental condition for understanding texts and to produce oral and written messages, in relation to cognitive situations. On 1 September 2012, the Minister Profumo issues the New Indications, maintaining continuity with the previous ones. They assume an intercultural aspect, which concerns, not only the presence of foreign students in the classes, but also an open attitude towards the world and the reality of which the younger generation will be part. In recent years, mankind has achieved a considerable progress in the field of mass communication, the economic and cultural exchanges with different peoples and in the field of science and technology; hence the use of foreign languages is becoming indispensable tool of modern man, open to a broader vision of life. In this regard, school is primarily called to make its contribution, because it first must fulfill these needs, as an institution to which it is specifically entrusted with the task of preparing the new generations in society. So the early teaching of a second language is possible, as long as you lay down clearly achievable goals and implement a suitable educational mediation. In addition, to know how one acquires a language, you have to observe the evolution in the period of growth of the child since he is infant and, above all, the relationship between language and thought.Keywords: Learning a second language - L2 - Bilingualism - Learning motivationRiassunto.Apprendere una seconda lingua oltre a quella materna contribuisce a migliorare in modo considerevole la maturazione e la formazione culturale del bambino, nonché a potenziare le sue capacità espressive e comunicative. I Nuovi Programmi dell’85, per la Scuola Elementare, mettono in evidenza la necessità di potenziare nell’alunno la capacità di porsi in relazione linguistica con interlocutori diversi usando la lingua nella sua varietà di codici e nelle sue numerose funzioni. Bisogna avviare il bambino a tener conto degli elementi extralinguistici (situazioni, personaggi, argomenti, ruoli) come condizione fondamentale per comprendere testi e per produrre messaggi, orali e scritti, rapportati alla situazione cognitiva. Il 1° Settembre 2012 il Ministro Profumo emana le nuove indicazioni, mantenendo una continuità con quelle precedenti. Esse assumono un carattere interculturale, che non riguarda soltanto la presenza di alunni stranieri nelle classi, ma anche un atteggiamento di apertura verso il mondo e la realtà in cui si troveranno le giovani generazioni. Negli ultimi anni l’umanità ha raggiunto un notevole progresso nell’ambito delle comunicazioni di massa, degli scambi economico-commerciali e culturali con diversi popoli e nel campo delle scienze e della tecnologia, di conseguenza l’uso delle lingue straniere è diventato strumento indispensabile dell’uomo moderno, aperto ad una visione più ampia ed universale della vita. A tal proposito, la scuola è chiamata principalmente a dare il suo contributo, perché essa in primo luogo, come istituzione a cui è specificatamente affidato il compito di preparare le nuove generazioni alla vita sociale, deve assolvere a queste necessità. Dunque l’insegnamento precoce di una seconda lingua è possibile, purché si fissino chiaramente gli obiettivi raggiungibili e si attui un’ idonea mediazione didattica. La libera muratoria (comunemente chiamata massoneria) viene trattata e presentata in molte pubblicazioni sotto diversi aspetti e svariati punti di vista. Dal punto di vista del diritto canonico non esistono pubblicazioni riguardanti la libera muratoria, mancano anche approfonditi studi critici in materia condotti in un'ottica comparata con la filosofia, la teologia e il diritto dai studiosi cattolici.
Nella nostra ricerca, passando attraverso un confronto delle disposizioni della Chiesa previste per la libera muratoria, facciamo un riferimento diretto alla legislazione della Chiesa contenuta nel Codice di Diritto Canonico del 1917 e a numerosi documenti emanati dai Papi e dalle Congregazioni, per arrivare alle disposizioni del Codice di Diritto Canonico del 1983.
Negli ultimi secoli la massoneria, fosse essa regolare, legittima, irregolare o «deviata», senza distinzioni, è stata condannata da diversi Papi ìn circa seicento documenti. La questione comunque è quanto mai attuale perché molti cattolici appartengono alla libera muratoria. La divisione fondamentale, a mio avviso, comprende la fase preistituzionale e la fase istituzionale. Nella fase preistituzionale emergeva la massoneria operativa propensa alla costruzione delle cattedrali, delle basiliche e delle chiese; nella fase istituzionale si sviluppa la massoneria moderna detta speculativa. I liberi muratori londinesi, il 24 giugno 1717, nella festa di S. Giovanni Battista costituivano la Gran Loggia d'Inghilterra, la Gran Loggia Madre del Mondo.
Fin dall'inizio, in un testo diretto a tutti i fedeli, emerge la preoccupazione per la difficile definibilità, a livello concettuale e terminologico, della libera muratoria con i suoi effetti negativi a livello della Chiesa e della societa civile.
Leone XIII, nell'enciclica programmatica Quod sectam massonum: Humanum Genus, del 20 aprile 1884, in modo significativo sottolinea gli effetti negativi delle societa clandestine. L'enciclica costituisce un documento fondamentale di quel periodo.
Nel CIC del 1917 il legislatore menziona esplicitamente la setta massonica e le altre associazioni dello stesso genere le quali incorrono ipso facto nella scomunica riservata simpliciter alla S. Sede: «Chi si ascrive alla setta massonica o ad altre associazioni dello stesso genere, che macchinano contro la Chiesa o le legittime autorita civili, incorrono ipso facto nella scomunica riservata simpliciter alla S. Sede» (c. 2335).
Un graduale approfondimento della natura e dei fini della massoneria svolto da parte della Chiesa, prima dell'emanazione della Dichiarazione sulla massoneria del 26 novembre 1983, Quaesitum Est, permise alla Congregazione di accertare le posizioni dottrinali, filosofiche e morali dell'istituzione.
Mariano Cordovani in un articolo pubblicato in prima pagina dall'Osservatore Romano sostiene che «fra le cose che risorgono e riprendono vigore, e non solo in Italia, c'è la massoneria con la sua ostilita sempre rinnovata contro la Religione Cattolica». Egli rileva un fatto che appare nuovo: «la voce che si sparge, nei diversi ceti sociali, che la massoneria di un certo rito non sia piu in contrasto con la Chiesa, che anzi sia avvenuto un accordo tra la massoneria e la Chiesa, in forza del quale anche i cattolici possono tranquillamente iscriversi alla setta senza pericolo di scomuniche e dì riprovazione».
Dopo 57 anni dall'entrata in vigore del «Codex» del 1917 «molti vescovi hanno posto il quesito a questa S. Congregazione (per la Dottrina della Fede) circa il valore el'interpretazione del can. 2335 del C.I.C. che sotto pena di scomunica vieta ai cattolici d'iscriversi alle associazioni massoniche o ad altre dello stesso tipo.
Il dialogo cattolico-massonico inizia con degli incontri informali tra esponenti della Chiesa Cattolica e della massoneria. Tali incontri ebbero iniziato in Austria, Italia e Germania. Per approfondire alcuni aspetti di questo tema, si possono consultare, anche se in modo molto critico, diverse pubblicazioni.
Negli anni 1974-1980 la Conferenza Episcopale Tedesca costituisce una Commissione ufficialmente incaricata di esaminare la compatibilità dell'appartenenza contemporanea alla Chiesa cattolica e alla libera muratoria. La Commissione sostenne che «Indipendentemente da tutte le concezioni soggettive, l'essenza oggettiva si manifesta nei Rituali ufficiali della libera muratoria. Percio questi documenti vennero sottoposti ad un attento e lungo esame (negli anni 1974-1980); si tratta dei Rituali dei primi tre gradi, dei quali i massoni permisero di studiare i testi, anche se i colloqui non si riferirono solo ai Rituali».
Il fatto che la libera muratoria metta in discussione la Chiesa in modo fondamentale non è mutato. La libera muratoria non e mutata nella sua essenza. L'appartenenza ad essa mette in questione i fondamenti dell'esistenza cristiana. L'esame approfondito dei Rituali della libera muratoria e del modo di essere massonico, come pure la odierna immutata autocomprensione di sé, mettono in chiaro che l'appartenenza contemporanea alla Chiesa cattolica e alla Libera Muratoria è esclusa.
Da diverse parti del mondo arrivavano domande alla S.C. per la Dottrina della Fede sul giudizio della Chiesa nei confronti della massoneria. La normativa penale del Codice non prevede nessuna sanzione per i fedeli che si iscrivono alla massoneria, perché la medesima non viene espressamente nominata dal legislatore; quindi prima dell'emanazione della Dichiarazione l'iscrizione non costituiva un delitto punibile con sanzioni a meno che la massoneria non entrasse nella categoria delle associazioni «che complottano contro la Chiesa» (can. 1374) e questo si doveva provare. La Dichiarazione invece afferma che gli «appartenenti alle associazioni massoniche sono in peccato grave» e proibisce ai fedeli appartenenti alle associazioni massoniche l'esercizio del diritto soggettivo fondamentale dei fedeli di accedere alla S. Comunione. «Solo Gesù Cristo e, infatti, il Maestro della Verità e solo in Lui i cristiani possono trovare la luce e la forza per vivere secondo il disegno di Dio, lavorando al vero bene dei loro fratelli».

<p>La irresponsable y descontrolada vorágine crediticia de los años de bonanza, unida a la crisis económica desatada en 2007-2008, ha desembocado en una avalancha de ejecuciones hipotecarias y en el desahucio de su vivienda habitual de miles de deudores incapaces de hacer frente a sus préstamos. Nuestro legislador, poco preocupado a su debido tiempo de articular mecanismos de <em>prevención</em> del sobreendeudamiento del consumidor de crédito (test de solvencia, información contractual y precontractual, transparencia bancaria), ha tratado luego −cuando el llamado “sinhogarismo” se había ya convertido en una auténtica lacra social− de <em>parchear</em> la situación con medidas <em>ex post</em> (suspensión de lanzamientos, quitas, dación en pago,...) que, en determinados casos, pueden enturbiar algunos postulados básicos del Derecho <em>privado</em>; todo ello sin perjuicio de que, activado el aparato del Estado Social, se hayan también puesto en marcha medidas paliativas de cariz <em>público</em> (prestaciones económicas de urgencia social, bolsas de alquiler social y hasta medidas expropiatorias −declaradas inconstitucionales− del uso temporal de viviendas desocupadas, propiedad de las entidades bancarias).</p><p> </p><p>Con estas premisas, y ante la indiscutible y rabiosa “actualidad” de los sistemas alternativos de resolución de litigios en materia de consumo −moda auspiciada desde la propia Unión Europea−, en este trabajo se deja constancia del limitadísimo, por no decir nulo, papel del <em>arbitraje de consumo</em> en el campo de los desahucios hipotecarios y del relativo grado de éxito de la <em>mediación hipotecaria</em>. A tal fin, se examina cada una de ambas vías extrajudiciales en su proyección particular a los deudores hipotecarios atrapados por la coyuntura económica y en riesgo de perder su vivienda; estudio, cuyo enfoque técnico-jurídico es acompañado de una óptica socio-económica de los costes y riesgos que juegan como incentivos o, por el contrario, y con mayor intensidad, como trabas fácticas a la viabilidad y eficiencia en la práctica de tales mecanismos alternativos. Junto a la normativa estatal en la materia, se atenderá también al Código de Consumo catalán que, llevando el fomento de esos sistemas hasta sus últimos extremos, ha instaurado una (dudosamente constitucional) <em>presunción de sumisión al arbitraje</em> de las entidades que otorgan créditos hipotecarios sobre la vivienda habitual y ha impuesto una<em> mediación obligatoria</em> −de discutible conveniencia− como trámite preceptivo previo al procedimiento judicial de ejecución hipotecaria.</p><p>Irresponsible and uncontrolled credit overfall in years of prosperity, followed by the economic crisis of 2007-2008, it has produced an avalanche of foreclosures and eviction from his habitual housing of thousands of debtors unable to pay their loans. Our legislator did not regulate timely mechanisms for the <em>prevention</em> of over-indebtedness consumer credit (solvency tests, pre-contractual and contractual information, bank transparency), and he has tried after −when the so-called “homelessness” has become a serious social problem− relieve the situation with <em>ex post</em> measures (suspension of eviction, debt reduction, payment with housing,...) which, in certain cases, may jeopardize some basic principles of <em>private</em> law; but also, based on the system of social state, have launched mitigation measures in this <em>public</em> order (economic benefits of social urgency, social rents and even expropriatory measures −declared unconstitutional− temporary use of housing unoccupied, property of banks).</p><p> </p><p>From these premises, and at the obvious “fashion” of alternative dispute resolution systems in the field of consumer -fashion sponsored from the European Union-, this paper explains the very little, or none, paper <em>consumer arbitration</em> in the field of mortgage foreclosures and the relative success of the <em>mortgage mediation</em>. For that, I examined each of the two-judicial procedures in their particular application to mortgage debtors at risk of becoming homeless; study, whose technical and legal approach is accompanied by a socio-economic point of costs and risks playing as incentives or, on the contrary, and with greater intensity, as factual obstacles to the viability and efficiency in practical of such alternative mechanisms. In addition to state regulations, also study the Consumer Code of Cataluña that, with excessive promotion of these systems, he has established a (questionably constitutional) <em>presumption of submission to arbitration </em>of institutions providing mortgage credit housing and imposed a <em>mandatory mediation</em> −whose desirability is debatable− as a prerequisite for the judicial mortgage foreclosure process.</p>

The base plate anchorage system for major equipment supports is often designed with a combination of shear lugs and anchor bolts to resist equipment support reactions. Shear lugs are designed to transmit the design shear forces from the support base plates to the foundation concrete. The shear lugs are commonly placed inside a pre-formed grout pocket that is eventually filled with non-shrink high strength grout. The pre-formed grout pockets are sometimes left open to a free edge of concrete on one or more sides for ease of equipment installation and alignment before they are filled with grout. Where the equipment loads are applied in the direction of the free edge, the absence of adequate confinement makes it difficult to develop sufficient breakout strength in shear. This paper addresses a few practical issues that an engineer may face while designing non-confined grout pockets encasing equipment anchorage. It will also demonstrate different ways of improving the concrete breakout strength due to shear by means of providing reinforcements across the anticipated failure planes following the recommendations from different US codes and standards.

En este artículo se describe y estudia un nuevo manuscrito con obras en prosa y verso de Francisco de Quevedo; datable a inicios del siglo XVIII, se conserva, en buen estado, en la Real Academia de Buenas Letras de Barcelona como parte del legado de Guillermo Díaz-Plaja. Por su contenido (prosa histórica, abundante producción satírica y burlesca, algún poema amoroso y moral; mezcla de obras auténticas y otras atribuidas) se acerca a otros manuscritos de la misma época utilizados para fijar los textos de las distintas obras. Un primer cotejo revela que no se trata de un codex descriptus y por ello puede aportar textos y variantes interesantes. Parecen destacables, por ejemplo, su texto de la Vida de corte, los fragmentos de Mundo caduco o las variantes de algunos poemas, comentadas y recogidas luego íntegramente en apéndice.

Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes of N and O donor ligand derived from ,5-dinitrosalicylicacid and thiosemicarbazide, the spectroscopy techniques like UV-Visible, FT-IR, NMR, mass spectrometry, p-XRD and SEM analysis were used to structurally characterize the metal complexes. From the analytical and spectral evidence, the square planar and octahedral geometry has been proposed to metal (II) complexes. In addition to this computational density functional theory (DFT) using B3LYP/6-31Gþ(d, p)/Lanl2dz(f) method in the ground state was performed, the calculations were done to confirm the geometry of the complexes and also HOMO-LUMO excitation energies levels were also calculated. Additionally, MTT test was used to perform cytotoxic assays on selected MCF-7 (estrogen receptor-positive human breast cancer cells) and HeLa (human cervical cancer cell line) cell lines. The antibacterial test was performed via the disc plate method against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and was further supported by molecular docking interactions using protein receptor SEC2 (PDB code: 1STE) in Staphylococcus aureus.
