Abstract:
This study is devoted to the investigation of Azygia (Digenea: Azygiidae) species diversity using classical morphological, recent molecular tools (28S rRNA and cox1 mtDNA for genetic-based inference) and robust statistical techniques (Principal component analysis, PCA). The analysis revealed that the genus Azygia included four valid species: A. lucii, A. longa, A. hwangtsiyui, and A. sibirica n. sp. The distribution of the type species A. lucii was confirmed in the largest Russian rivers: the Volga and the Ob. The worms isolated from Perccottus glenii were determined as the Chinese species A. hwangtsiyui, according to the genetic data for the cox1 mtDNA gene, at 1.32–1.56%. The new species, Azygia sibirica n. sp, was described from Esox lucius in the Ob River and differentiated from the type species A. lucii by the smaller ovary, testes and prostatic sac, wider body, very narrow pharyngeal lumen and form of anterior margin of ovary. In addition, multivariate analysis and three methods for species delimitation (ABGD, GMYC, bPTP) showed the subdivision of A. lucii and A. sibirica n. sp. into two separate groups, one from the Volga River and another from the Ob River, respectively. To conclude, A. lucii infects Esox lucius in the western (European part of Russia, the Volga River basin), and northern (Western Siberia, the Ob River basin) parts of Russia; A. sibirica n. sp. has also been found to infect Esox lucius in the Ob River, while A. hwangtsiyui infects Perccottus glenii in the South of the Russian Far East (the Artymovka River basin).

Abstract:
On the basis of trophic behavior, fish are classified as herbivores, carnivores, omnivores, or detritivores. Epithelial mucous cells secrete mucin types specific to diet and digestive function. Mucus secretion is regulated mainly by molecular modulators produced by epithelial endocrine cells in response to luminal or tissue stimuli. These modulators are involved in control of food intake and digestive functions. Immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence studies were conducted on 10 adult northern pike (Esox lucius Linnaeus, 1758) from Lake Piediluco (Central Italy) to quantify distribution of sub-types of mucous and endocrine cells in alimentary mucosal epithelium. Neutral mucins predominated in the esophagus, and mixed and acidic mucins predominated in stomach and intestine. The gastric epithelium contained endocrine cells secreting somatostatin, tyrosine hydroxylase, and substance P. Mucous cells secreting neutral mucins increased in number from proximal to distal intestine, with endocrine cells containing substance P in the proximal intestine and those containing Leu-enkephalin throughout the intestine. Lectin histochemistry of gut sections revealed an abundance of N-acetyl-glucosamine and N-acetyl-galactosamine as carbohydrate residues on the mucin chain. The quantity and content of endocrine and mucous cells in the alimentary canal of E. lucius showed a direct relationship with its diet.

Abstract:
We compared vulnerability among tiger muskellunge (Esox masquinongy × E. lucius) (TM), northern pike (E. lucius) (NP), and muskellunge (E. masquinongy) (M) to predation by largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides). Equal numbers (about 25/ha) and sizes (either 145, 180, or 205 mm) of each esocid taxa were stocked into three reservoirs (40–89 ha) during 3 yr (five stockings total). Tiger muskellunge were significantly more susceptible to predation ([Formula: see text], range 1–53% mortality) than muskellunge ([Formula: see text], range 2–26%); northern pike were intermediate in susceptibility ([Formula: see text], range 2–35%). Esocid size influenced predation rates for all taxa; losses to predation by largemouth bass decreased from an average of 31% at 145 mm to 2% at 205 mm. Pond experiments (N = 7) provided results similar to reservoirs: TM>NP>M. In laboratory pools with simulated vegetation (N = 106 experiments), susceptibility to predation among esocids did not differ. Dispersal rates by esocids were similar in reservoirs and all taxa preferred vegetated habitats. However, differential habitat selection may partially explain why tiger muskellunge are more vulnerable to largemouth bass predation, as they spent more time in open than vegetated habitats in both pond and pool experiments than either of the parent species. For all taxa, stocking lengths [Formula: see text] in fall will increase survival by reducing predatory losses.

Abstract:
This study aims to assess the degree of metal contamination (mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), and lead (Pb)) in the muscles of five species of fish Esox lucius, Sander lucioperca, Micropterus salmoides, Lepomis macrochirus, and Scardinius erythrophthalmus, from the Mechraâ-Hammadi Dam between July 2017 and May 2018, and to conduct a risk assessment for human consumers. Trace metals were determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry for the Pb and the Cd and by Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption Spectrometry for the Hg. The results gotten from the study of the muscles of the different fish species show that the higher mean amounts of Cd and Hg were determined in E. lucius, and the maximum mean levels of Pb were detected in S. erythrophthalmus. Results suggested that demersal fishes inhabiting near the sediments and piscivorous fishes with higher trophic level were likely to accumulate higher trace metal concentrations. The general order of bioaccumulation of the trace metals measured in the muscles of the fish species is as follows: Hg > Pb > Cd. Therefore, the bioaccumulation of Hg in fish studied is more important than that of Cd and Pb. Furthermore, these concentrations are higher in summer than in winter for all trace metals. All the values of the trace metals in the muscle tissues are below the maximum limits recommended by the European Community (EC) N° 1881/2006. However, estimation of noncarcinogenic health risks by the target hazard quotient indicated no obvious noncarcinogenic risks to humans that consume those fishes (THQ < 1). Results of THQ and maximum safe consumption indicated that Hg may cause more harm to human by fish consumption especially for E. lucius and S. lucioperca. Therefore, reduced intake of carnivorous fishes should be promoted as part of a healthier diet.

Abstract:
Abstract The aim of the study was to determine the impact pike fishing season (before spawning in fall (group A) and after spawning in spring (group B)) had on the slaughter yield and fillet fatty acid profile. The slaughter yield of fillets with skin and skinned fillets from the group B fish was significantly lower (by approximately 7.5% of body weight). The fatty acid profile of the fish meat from the groups examined differed significantly. The fillets of pike caught before spawning were dominated by unsaturated fatty acids (UFA), while those from fish caught after spawning had mainly saturated fatty acids (SFA). The share of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) in the fillets of fish that had spawned was sixfold lower, and the n-3 PUFA differences were nearly ninefold. The content of eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) fatty acids in fillets of fish that had spawned was ninefold lower than in those that had not yet done so. Consequently, the ratio of n-3 PUFA/n-6 PUFA in pike from group A was over three times higher than that in the fish that had spawned (2.61 vs 0.82). Fillets from pike that have spawned are a significantly poorer source of valuable fatty acids for consumers.

Abstract:
In this paper, four new honorific inscriptions from Aizanoi are presented. All of the inscriptions have been found in Çavdarhisar during the excavation seasons of 2021 and 2022 and excluding n. 2, the stones are rectangular bomos-type statue bases. Inscriptions are dated to the Roman Imperial Period. N.1 is the honorary inscription of Lucius Claudius Lepidus who was the life-long high priest of the emperor in the reign of Commodus. He was the chief priest of Asia and the neokoros of the temples in Smyrna. The inscription was erected by the phyle Asklepias, the name of which first came into light due to the excavations in the theater in 2020. N. 2 is a honorific inscription of a chreophylakes whose name is unfortunately missing. Chreophylakia was a prominent public office in Aizanoi, as seen in the honorific inscriptions of the city’s elite citizens. N. 3 and n. 4 are rectangular bomos-type statue bases. Both of them are honours of the “πατρίς”. Although ἡ πατρὶς occurs frequently in the inscriptions of Aizanoi, it was in the nominative case in only two published examples. N. 3 belongs to Philiskos, son of Philiskos, the ephebos. Finally, n. 4 is the statue base of Neikostratos, son of Dionysios, the stephanephoros, honoured by his fatherland.

Abstract:
In this study, the quality (sensory evaluation, microbial enumerate, color, tvb-n (total volatile basic nitrogen), tca-soluble peptide (trichloroacetic acid-soluble peptide), muscle glucose, lactate, total sugar, Bas (Biogenic amines), VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and the microbial dynamic structure in samples stored at 4 °C were evaluated, and the relationship between VOCs and the diversity structure of microorganisms was also discussed. It was determined by sensory evaluation that the shelf life of samples was around 8 days. Protein and sugar were detected in large quantities by microorganisms in the later stage. At the same time, this also caused a large amount of Bas (biogenic amines) (tyramine, cadaverine, and putrescine). According to high-throughput amplicon sequencing, the initial microbiota of samples was mainly composed of Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Planifilum, Vagococcus, Hafnia, Mycobacterium, Thauera, and Yersinia. Among them, Pseudomonas was the most advantageous taxon of samples at the end of the shelf life. The minor fraction of the microbial consortium consisting of Vagococcus, Acinetobacter and Myroides was detected. The substances 3-methyl-1-butanol, ethyl acetate, and acetone were the main volatile components. The glucose, lactic acid, and total sugar were negatively correlated with Yersinia, Hafnia-Obesumbacterium, Thauera, Mycobacterium, and Planifilum; the proportion of these microorganisms was relatively high in the early stage. TVB-N and TCA-soluble peptides were positively correlated with Pseudomonas, Shewanella, Brochothrix, Vagococcus, Myroides, and Acinetobacter, and these microorganisms increased greatly in the later stage. The substance 3-methyl-1-butanol was positively correlated with Pseudomonas and negatively correlated with Mycobacterium. Ethyl acetate was associated with Hafnia-Obesumbacterium, Thauera, and Yersinia. Acetone was positively correlated with Acinetobacter.

Due to the phenomenon of globalization, the principle of territoriality has been replaced by the principle of universality worldwide income taxation , now considering taxable income earned by companies based in Brazil, regardless of where the income is produced. After several legislative changes and court decisions about the worldwide taxation of income tax, the Law n. 12.973/2014 brought a new system of accounting and taxation of income tax of foreigner subsidiary companies. In this context, it is essential the study of the concepts of economic and legal availability, in order to ascertain whether in this case there is the possibility of income tax and social contribution incidence or if this occurs only during the actual distribution of the profits

The gospel according to Luke, in the extended section of Jesus' ascent to Jerusalem (Lk 9:51–19:28), presents the conditions cited by Jesus for one to become his disciple. The purpose of this dissertation is to examine each of these conditions by focusing specifically on the text of Luke 14:25-33. To do so, an exegetical analysis of the text will be developed, which will serve as a basis for a subsequent theological analysis and consequent hermeneutic actualization. The theme is relevant, since discipleship has been and remains the essence of the Christian life in the sense of a godly life in community. The methodology applied in this work will be guided by a bibliographical research, which will be based on several authors, who have developed studies and research on the subject. The conditions put forward by Jesus, presented in the Lucan text, express the radicality and the necessity of a conscious decision on the position that will be adopted before them. From these factors will depend a genuine position as a disciple of Jesus Christ, who obeys and follows

Abstract:
Abstract VABALLATH (Lucius Julius Aurelius Septimius Vaballathus Athenodorus)(fl. mid-3rd century A.O.) King of Palmyra, the son of ODAENATH and Queen ZENOBIA; ruler of his land from 266 to 272. Vaballath assumed his father’s title upon the latter’s death in 266, and may also have taken the title of corrector Orientis,or leading official of the East for the Roman Empire. Realistically, Vaballath held little power, as his mother Zenobia was the driving force behind Palmyra’s rise to leading state of the Eastern provinces. He finally did take the rank of Augustus in 272, but he was deposed when captured by Emperor AURELIAN a short time later. VADOMAR (mid-4th century A. D.) King of the ALAMANNI who shared power with his brother Gundomadus. Together they launched attacks on Gaul but signed a peace treaty with Emperor CONSTANTIUS n in 356. When Gundomadus died shortly therafter, elements of Vadomar’s people took hostile actions in Gaul (c. 357); two years later Constantius put these incursions to use by encouraging Vadomar to make war upon Julian the Apostate, whom the emperor did not trust. Another peace was signed in 359, this time with Julian. In 361, Vadomar entered and pillaged a part of Raetia. Julian’s solution was to kidnap the barbarian ruler. Ironically, Vadomar emerged as one of the first Germans to be hired by the emperors, for Emperor VALENS made him a general and sent him to recapture Nicaea from the usurper Procopius (356-366). He subsequently fought against the Persians but did not lose touch with his own people, his son Vithicab becoming king before being assassinated in 368.

Abstract:
In this chapter, the syntax of Lucid will be formally specified. Also, the denotational semantics of Lucid will be outlined. The example programs in Chapter 1, surprisingly perhaps, informally introduced all the syntax of Lucid. There, we saw where clauses, definitions, terms, dimension names variables, functions, constants, and operations. Now, we will see how these syntactic entities are formalized, and the examples in the previous chapter will be looked at again, this time to see which of the syntactic entities are being used, and how. Lucid is an expression-based language: every Lucid program is a term, which might be a where clause of size 1. A where clause of size n is an n-tuple of terms together with declarations of new dimensions and subsidiary definitions (that follow the keyword where). The definitions in a where clause have right-hand sides that may be where clauses. Thus, Lucid programs are naturally recursively structured, to arbitrary depth. We will say that Lucid is where clause structured, where we intend that expression to convey all that the expression block structured conveys about scoping in, say, Algol, Pascal, or Ada. After that very cursory top-down view of Lucid, we now immediately look at the basic entities from which terms are formed: variables, functions, constants, and operations. These four basic types of entities we will call atoms. Syntactically, variables and functions are represented by identifiers, which are alphanumeric strings that start with a letter. Constants and operations, on the other hand, are usually represented by characters other than letters, such as + and 3 and #. Some operations and constants are represented by alphanumeric strings, such as fby, true, and div. (Also, the ternary conditional operation is represented by four such strings: if, then, else, and fi.) We will say that these strings are not identifiers—they are special reserved keywords—and we will not allow them to be used to represent variables or functions. (This is standard practice for many languages.) All atoms have two arities, which we will call the Roman and the Greek arities.

Abstract:
This chapter discusses one of the great classics of recreational math—the Tower of Hanoi. The Tower of Hanoi was introduced in 1883 by Le Professeur N. Claus (de Siam), Mandarin du College Li-Sou-Stian. He was later revealed to be French mathematician Éduard Lucas, born in Amiens, France, in 1842 and teaching at the Lycée Saint-Louis in 1883. The puzzle consists of three vertical pegs and a set of n pierced disks of differing diameters. All n disks are stacked in order on one of the pegs, smallest on top, to form a tower. Disks are moved one at a time, removing a disk from the top of the stack formed on one of the pegs and placing it atop the (possibly empty) stack on a different peg. At no time can a disk be placed on top of a smaller disk. The goal is to transport the tower to a different peg, using as few disk moves as possible.

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:

It is a city especially commercial and agricultural whose urban morphology responds to historical, environmental and administrative circumstances, that is how, since 1851, the date on which the “cantonization” takes place begins the formation of the capital city with an urban structure formed in checkerboard that welcomes the traditional nucleus of the typical city of the ecuatorian highlands. With the development of this city, isolated neighborhoods are born out of the original urban fabric that expand in the territory, following the main road connections, eventually to fill the internal space with a morphology of contrasts, as each neighborhood or new occupations are structured individually without thinking of a city of integral formation. The longitudinal growth of the city was marked from its beginning by the river Bobo to the north-west and the river Tajamar to the south-east that keep the city within natural limits, which also provide certain environmental and landscape benefits, however in the the last few decades the city has had a significant growth that threatens an unattended and constantly expanding periphery to these environmental resources. We are facing a heterogeneous city, with problems and possibilities and attending to the idea that the city is an unfinished work, integral and sustainable urban regeneration is the basis for a reordering and a new urban approach. It is therefore proposed to study three strategic lines: the existing city, its internal circuits of connection and the adjacent nature. Establishing initial uses in the city, to occupy the predominant urban void and thus to activate the pubic space. Restructure mobility, which will strengthen the use of new peripheral road infrastructures to reduce motorized circuits in the interior, thus promoting the use of bicycles and the creation of pedestrian routes. Finally, environmental resources will again have the value of landscape and ecological wealth producing around the city a green infrastructure that contains growth and is the link of this with the countryside. Abstract:
Daily stress is a universally experienced phenomenon in our modern lives [1]. Studies have shown that cumulative stress in daily life can result in cardiovascular disease [2] and psychological or behavioral disorders, such as depression and anxiety [3]. To regulate stress, social sharing is often used as a method. By talking to others, sharers can gain support that help them cope with their stress events [4]. However, people are not always comfortable sharing their stress events with others, such as the stigmatised issues [5]. In addition, people are not always able to find the right person to talk to. Their friends may be tired of hearing about the same issues [6]. Besides, professional help may be too expensive and require long waits [7].With the widespread use of conversational agent (CA), the CA should provide support for the users who encounter with daily stress to help them get socio-emotional benefits and therefore improve the user satisfaction [8]. At the same time, the gender of the CA should be considered as a factor which influence the user satisfaction of daily stress support.MethodsIn this study, we developed a 2 (CA genders)×3 (types of support) between-subject experiment on user satisfaction of CA with daily stress support function. The CA had two types of gender, including male and female. Three support types included control (without stress support function), stress (with stress detection and support function), and stressor (with stress and stressor detection, and provide support targeted at stressor) groups. So, there were six types of CA in this experiment.Participants (N = 76) were asked to share one personal daily stress experience with a CA, which was assigned from the six CAs randomly and provided support via the Wizard-of-Oz method (a human-operated CA).Results & DiscussionResults showed that participants felt better after sharing with the CA in stress group and stressor group, as evidenced by reduced stress intensity. The interaction experience of participants showed that the likeability, enjoyment, and user satisfaction of stress group were significantly higher than that of control group. While, the user satisfaction of stressor group had no significant difference with that of stress group. For the gender the CA, the female CA achieved higher likeability in control group and stress group. Meanwhile, the female CA achieved higher enjoyment, engagement, and user satisfaction in stressor group.According to the interview after the experiment, the participants in the stressor group proposed more requirements for the targeted advice from CA. They explained that they felt the high intelligent level of the CA. So, they were looking forward for the help from the CA for the solution of their daily stress events.ConclusionAccording to the above results, the support for daily stress from CA can improve the user satisfaction. Between different genders of CA, the female CA is more preferred in this study. What’s more, the CA should provide targeted advice for users with different stressors.Reference[1] Piazza, J.
