Abstract:
The main theoretical and methodological provisions of diagnostics of enterprise logistic activity as a tool of management process are investigated, it provides timely response to problems in organization of the enterprise logistics system and creation of preconditions for increasing the efficiency of its logistic activity. The mechanism of diagnostics of enterprise logistic activity in the form of a complex system, which integrates indicators, methods, special measures and procedures of research of its results in the conditions of various influence factors is proposed, is based on the basic principles of economic diagnostics and aims at achieving the goals of diagnostics. The essence of the main components of the diagnostic mechanism of enterprise logistic activity is revealed, their variety, interdependence and peculiarities of application are shown, that provides complexity and consistency in the study of a wide range of issues of organization and operation of the enterprise logistics system, as well as in evaluating the effectiveness of logistic solutions.

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to substantiate logistics outsourcing as an effective mechanism for improving the efficiency of the enterprise. The authors summarize the arguments and counterarguments in the scientific discussion on logistics outsourcing as one of the best methods of optimizing resources in the activity of enterprises, one of the important factors of modern business. Systematization of the results of the research of scientific sources made it possible to identify the problems of outsourcing use in various spheres of activity of economic entities. Systematization of studies of aspects of enterprise management based on logistic approaches has allowed formulating the statement that special value all over the world in logistics is devoted to outsourcing. For many years there is a tendency in this area to transfer a part or all of the logistics functions to specialized companies and outsourcing of logistics services is used by the vast majority of enterprises. Because, as higher the level of consumption in the country, there is more need to involve in the supply chain the goods of qualified logistics operators and transfer part of their operations to logistics outsourcing. The authors estimate the logistic outsourcing of the enterprise of PE “VEGA LTD” for the method of Yu. Zhelinskiy, which combines the change of income and expenses of the enterprise. Based on the calculations, it is proved that outsourcing for PE “VEGA LTD” is profitable. Therefore, it is advisable to use outsourced services not only for transport logistics but also for other logistic activities of the enterprise. In the process of investigating the problems of logistics outsourcing and its impact on the efficiency of foreign economic activity of the company, the authors proved that outsourcing in logistics is one of the most modern business models. The use of this approach makes it possible to achieve significant competitive advantages in the activity of the enterprise. The main motives that drive outsourcing of logistics functions are the desire to make the business manageable, reduce transaction costs while obtaining quality service and profit. The results of the study are of practical importance and may be useful to scholars interested in the study of logistical outsourcing, as well as to the enterprises where outsourcing is most commonly used.

Relevance of research. Optimization of logistics solutions taking into account the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises actualizes the provision of strategic management of their development. The purpose of the study: to study the methodological approaches to the formation of effective strategies for managing the logistics activities of enterprises and to determine the relationship between the formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the logistics development strategy as elements of competitive advantage. Methodology and scientific methods: dialectical, abstract-logical, factorial, economic-statistical, monographic methods are used. Research results: the article considers the essence of logistics management and the problems of ensuring strategic management of agricultural enterprises through the development of optimal logistics strategies. The expediency of using a logistical approach in the management of strategic development of enterprises, which allows you to clearly and quickly respond to the level of consumer demand and meet it with minimal costs and stocks. Therefore, it significantly depends on a certain set of factors. The factors on the application of which the efficiency of the implementation of the logistics management strategy depends are stated. It is proposed for agricultural enterprises to focus strategic logistics management on the strategy "Ensuring the competitive advantages of the enterprise" on the principles of the logistics strategy "Maximization of income and profits", which allows using a marketing approach to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the agricultural market. Strategies of logistics management as ways of systematization of logistics tasks within the limits of improvement of a logistic component of economic activity and strengthening of a strategic position of each enterprise, based on the corresponding concepts of logistics, construction of integrated structure of logistic systems and orientation of all links of logistic chains on final results. The results of the solution of the proposed logistics project allow to compare in the system of optimized and actual results of distribution of products through sales channels and to identify patterns in certain periods of entry of farms into the market of agricultural products. It is determined that the most promising and practically important direction of development of research of efficiency of strategic logistic management of the enterprise is the account in system of estimation not only of indicators of performance of logistic operations, but also indicators of efficiency of administrative logistic processes. Research framework / possibility of using the results: the proposed method of substantiation of the choice of logistics strategic alternatives depending on: ensuring the competitive advantages of the enterprise and maximizing income and profits allows using a marketing approach to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the agricultural market. Practical significance: the project of the logistic decision in the field of stimulation of sale and distribution policy for the agrarian enterprise is offered, the estimation of efficiency of strategic logistic management of the enterprise on indicators of logistic flows is carried out, conclusions concerning prospects of introduction of competitive strategies of management of logistic activity in agrarian sphere are made. Social consequences: the results of this assessment affect the adoption of optimal logistics decisions by the management of agricultural enterprises to ensure their own competitive advantages in the market.

Topicality. The issues of improving the management of logistics activities of enterprises are currently actualized. The logistics component is becoming strategically the most important factor that appear in the financial results of the enterprises. Logistics activity is the main centre of cost optimization and, as a consequence, the lever to raise the level of profitability, as the supply chain accounts for a substantial part of the cost of the enterprise. Thus, in modern conditions of managing one of the most important reserves of cost reduction and increase of efficiency of functioning of domestic enterprises is formation of system of management of logistic activities using a systematic approach.Aim and tasks. The aim of this study is to develop scientific and methodological support of improving the management system of logistic activities of the company.Research results. The concept and definition of the main elements of the term «management system of logistic activities of an enterprise» have been clarified. The structural and structural-functional schemes of formation of management system of logistic activities of the enterprise have been proposed.To improve the management system of logistic activities of the enterprise a set of proposals has been developed on: the management of material and technical supply, the inventory management, traffic management, management of customer service processes, sales activity management, risk management of logistics activities in the risk management system of enterprises, improvement of pricing, information support of the organization of processes of logistic activity on the basis of use of modern digital technologies.Conclusions. It is proved that the implementation of proposals for the formation of the management system of logistic activities promotes cost savings for the organization of the processes of material and technical supply, reserves, transportation and sales.

Abstract:
Introduction. The article emphasizes the importance of the role of the sales channels and the logistics system of the agricultural enterprise. This necessitates their improvement in order to en-sure marketing activities. Forms of product promotion are determined in accordance with economic content, economic and economic conditions of distribution, production and economic relations, place on the market. Choosing distribution channels is a difficult decision for the manufacturer, because of the need to take into account many aspects of the functioning of logistics systems. The purpose of scientific research is to determine the nature and role of logistic activity in the marketing and sailing of agricultural products. Results. The zero-distribution channel, which is most often used by producers in the activities of agricultural enterprises, is characterized. The conditions, under which it is appropriate to use this sales channel, are identified. The specifics of logistics activities and the relationship between the intermediary and the manufacturer are outlined. The essence of two-level and three-level sales channels is characterized, their participants are defined and the conditions for effective interaction between them. The factors that influence the choice of direct or indirect channel of interaction between producer and consumer are systematized. The logistics system and distribution channels are identified as one of the most important components in ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural products. The role and essence of marketing communications in the process of logistic activity of agricultural enterprises is established. The effectiveness of Internet communications, including information portals, is highlighted. The influence of state authorities on the logistic systems formation of agricultural enterprises in the process of products sale is determined. The essence of marketing infrastructure is outlined. Formation of grain marketing channels for logistic activity of domestic agricultural enterprises is proposed. The purpose of the sales department of the agricultural enterprise in its logistic activity is characterized. Conclusions. Logistics activities are important in the marketing of agricultural products. Domestic manufacturers need to consider a large number of factors to determine the feasibility of using different types of distribution channels in the logistics system. Improvement of logistic activity of agrarian enterprise is the key to maintaining the proper level of competitiveness of its products. The main purpose of the publication is the development of theoretical approaches, systematization of the results of analysis and definition of measures for the formation of logistic systems of trade enterpreneurship subjects (trade enterprises), which belong to the small business sector. The peculiarities of formation were identified and the problematic aspects of the modern stage of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine were identified. The existence of the logistic component in the general complex of the conduct of trading activity by the entrepreneurship subjects is determined. The essence and ratio of concepts «system of logistic» and «logistics system» of the enterprise are determined. The objective of the logistics system organization as a complex, economic and technical and technological system covering the logistics system of the enterprise is emphasized), personnel of the management services of the enterprise logistic activity, as well as legal, organizational,managerial and methodical principles of all these elements interaction of the system and its management, formed on the basis of the scientific and theoretical basis (theory) of logistics management. The peculiarities of the functioning of small business entities in Ukraine and the averaged parameters of commodity flows in this sector of economy are investigated, factors of logistic flows organization specificity formation in the retail segment, which influence the requirements for the creation and operation of trade enterprises logistic systems and the choice of approaches to them, are determined. The attention is drawn to the need to consider as the main factor in the formation of the trade complex system of logistic of operational and functional processes of logistics activities, which are carried out by a trading company in order to bring commodity flows to end buyers of goods. The necessity of determining the structure of the logistics system of the trading company is focused on taking into account the resources available from the dealer in order to create opportunities for organizational, economic, technical and technological interaction with other supply chain participants in which the given enterprise is involved, and simultaneously ensuring compliance of the goods sold with the requirements end buyers. The key directions of logistic activity improvement of enterprises of trade – subjects of small (and micro) entrepreneurship, which are connected with technical and technological and infrastructure improvements within the enterprise logistics system, introduction of modern management technologies in the logistics management subsystem and logistics administration, are grounded, as well as the use of outsourcing capabilities of logistics functions and operations and the use of modern communication tools for the radical change of trade technologies , which will be reflected in the requirements for organizing a complex of logistics activities of retailers and, accordingly, logistic systems created by them. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical approaches, to systematize the results of the analysis of the essential characteristics and the composition of the trade company system of logistics, and to identify the main measures for the formation of the system of logistics of the subjects of trade enterprise (trade enterprises), which belong to the small business sector. Object of research – subjects of trade enterprise – trade enterprises, which belong to the small business sector. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological principles of logistic activity organization and conceptual approaches to the construction of logistic formations in the conditions of integration processes. Abstract:
The need for improvement and development of logistics activities at transport enterprises is determined. The content of the concept of “logistics activity” and theoretical aspects of its development at transport enterprises are revealed. Complex logistics functions and elementary logistics operations are analyzed. The role and place of logistics activity and its influence on the functioning of transport enterprises are substantiated. The efficiency of logistics activity at transport enterprises and directions of its improvement are analyzed. Among the areas identified there are three main: the use of big data (Big Data), cloud logistics and logistics platforms of supply chains, the Internet of Things. Therefore, the availability and use of information platforms and technologies are extremely important in improving the logistics activities of transport companies. With their appearance, it becomes possible to develop various mathematical methods for simplifying logistics tasks and their practical implementation. It is proved that the use of logistics contributes to the achievement of certain competitive advantages by transport enterprises. The opinions of various authors on the definition of the concept of “logistics activities” are considered and a comprehensive definition of the concept is proposed. The system of management of logistic activity of the enterprise, the place and role of the elements of logistic activity is given and it is proved that performance of tasks of logistic activity at each stage of a material flow management raises the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market of transport services.

Current changes in the economic and social environment of enterprises, characterized by high pace and unpredictability, raise the issue of improving the efficiency of the organization of economic activity of the enterprise, in particular logistics. The versatility of the concept and the relationship of individual components necessitate consideration of the genesis of the term “logistics activities” as the evolutionary development and formation of the category and its key aspects; the relationship between the definitions of “logistics” and “logistics activities” in the context of the activity at the enterprise level. The existing theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of “logistics activity” are analyzed and generalized, which are conditionally systematized into the following groups: direction of economic activity; a set of systematic practical actions; a set of functional, managerial, supporting processes and operations; unified technological process, movement of values; the only integrated function of goal realization. On this basis, the essence and content of the category “logistics activities of the enterprise”, which means the totality of all processes (namely the processes of ensuring continuous, timely, optimal and cost-effective movement of logistics flows at all stages of the production process according to forecasts and strategic plans) in a single complex, which must meet the principles of integration, innovation, adaptability to changing conditions of modern institutional and market environment.

The peculiarities of application and development of innovations in logistic enterprises in modern conditions have been considered by the authors. The influence of innovations on the efficiency of logistics enterprises functioning was investigated. Innovations play a key role in providing quality services to enterprises and increasing their competitiveness. Finding and implementing innovations allows to ensure sustainable development of the enterprise and consolidate its competitive position in the market. The dependence of the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) on the general macroeconomic situation in the country is proved. Recommendations on the implementation of innovations in the process of logistics enterprises, which collectively solve an important scientific and applied task to identify ways to increase the efficiency of economic activity and the competitiveness of Ukrainian logistics enterprises have been provided. Directions of search of potential of innovations of the Ukrainian logistics enterprises have been offered. Introduction. Reserves have become an important part of production processes providing with material resources (in the form of inventory) and the needs of consumers (in the form of finished products). For efficient operation of enterprise reserves should be optimal, because the accumulation of a significant amount of leads to funds freezing for the long term, reducing their liquidity, rising maintenance costs and their lack brings production idle,dissatisfaction with customer requirements and thus reduces competitive advantages. The nature, scope and quality of their material resources and reserves and the level of management depend on the competitiveness of enterprises, production scale and efficiency of their operations. Purpose of the article. This article aims to justify the advantage the use of logistics inventory management to achieve high economic efficiency of logistics reserves, which involves finding a compromise between the reduction of costs associated with inventory management, meeting the needs of consumers and the needs of the production process. Research findings. The problems of logistic management of an enterprise's reserves have been examined in the article. Some main differences of notions such as «reserves», «reserve management», «reserve logistics», «reverse logistics management» have been characterized. Reasons, that determine the implementation of new management methods for effective enterprise activity, have been analyzed. The content of main systems of reverse logistics management has been defined and found out. The conclusion about the necessity of reverse logistics management usage to provide and satisfy production needs in finished products with minimal aggregate business expenditures has been made.

Abstract:
The aim of the article is to determine the essence of the logistics potential of a foreign trade activity of a pharmaceutical enterprise and justify the methods for determining it. The materials used in the study include statistical data of the investigated pharmaceutical enterprises, namely JSC FF “Darnitsa”, PJSC NPC “Borschagovsky Chemical and Pharmaceutical Plant”, PJSC “Pharmak”, LLC “FC Zdorovia” and JSC “Lekhim-Kharkiv”. The study used methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, content analysis, questionnaires and methods for assessing potential. The questionnaire was used to select indicators that should be part of the logistics potential of a foreign trade activity of a pharmaceutical enterprise. The experts were 100 leading specialists of pharmaceutical companies. They are all involved in foreign economic activity. Experts are gender–divided into women (73 %), men (27 %); by age: up to 25 years – 8 %, 25–35 years – 14 %, 35–45 years – 27 %, 45–55 years – 36 %, over 55 years – 15 %; by experience: up to 5 years – 11 %, 5–10 years – 15 %, 10–20 years – 32 %, 20–30 years – 36 %, over 30 years – 6 %. The experts' conclusions are valid, the coefficient of concordance is 0.86, and the Pearson test exceeds the table value. The essence of the definition of "potential of logistics of pharmaceutical enterprise’s foreign trade activity" is investigated. The types of logistics potential of foreign economic activity and indicators that are appropriate to use for determining the level of development of the logistic potential in foreign economic activity are offered. The potential of logistics of foreign trade activities of pharmaceutical enterprises consists of the potentials of logistics in the field of export and import. The system of indicators for measuring the logistics potential of a foreign trade activity of a pharmaceutical enterprise contains indicators selected through content analysis and questionnaires. The method of estimation of logistics potential in foreign economic activity of pharmaceutical enterprise is offered.

Marketing activity in the market of tourist services forms a system of continuous coordination of the offered services with the services that are in demand in the market. Marketing management at a tourist enterprise includes planning of marketing activities, selection and application of marketing strategies, development and selection of alternative strategies, effective organization of marketing activities and its control. Results The peculiarity of tourism logistics as a service sector is to determine the flow of tourists and the distribution of requirements. This is due to the fact that travel refers to those types of services in which the consumer moves to the producer, and not the producer with his goods ? to the consumer. Management of a tourist enterprise is a rather complex process that requires the development of logistics systems to optimize economic flows, which has a significant impact on the financial results of the company. Scientific novelty. The peculiarity of tourism logistics as a service sector is to determine the flow of tourists and the distribution of requirements. This is due to the fact that travel refers to those types of services in which the consumer moves to the producer, and not the producer with his goods ? to the consumer. The management system in a travel agency that uses a logistics approach is aimed at forming an integrated approach that creates a real opportunity to combine functional areas of logistics by coordinating actions performed by independent parts of the logistics system. Practical significance The main flows in the logistics systems of the tourism industry are the tourist flow, as well as the flow of tourist services, which are caused by the availability of solvent needs of potential consumers (tourists); all other flows that arise in the logistics system of enterprises (material, information, financial, etc.) only provide these flows. As for the tourist flow, it is provided by providing transport and related services. The combination of marketing activities in the formation of logistics tourist flows determines the competitive vector of the tourism industry. The importance of established communications and transparency of information flows of the logistic system in the process of regulation of activities at different levels of organization of logistic processes is substantiated. It is emphasized that the most common type of organization of logistic processes is outsourcing. A definition of logistics outsourcing is provided, the advantages and disadvantages of using outsourcing in logistics activities are considered, since the cost-efficiency of its use is quite a complex parameter, as is the service itself. The expediency of using a methodical approach in the management of logistic processes is examined, according to which the effectiveness of outsourcing of logistic functions is considered as the difference between the costs of the process. The research showed that improvement of management of logistic processes is of particular importance, since their competent organization is the key to improving the efficiency of production and economic activity of enterprise along with rapid adaptation to a changing environment.

The essence and significance of the logistical approach in the activities of enterprises are defined. It is noted that the essence of the logistical approach is the integration of individual links of the commodity chain into a single system that will ensure the most effective management of the continuous material flows. The relationship of logistics with innovative activity of enterprises is identified. The place of logistical approach to management of innovative activity of enterprise is determined. Management aspects of innovation and logistics development are researched. It is specified that in conditions of openness of implementation of innovative processes, those enterprises that can quickly implement an innovative idea do gain a competitive advantage. The basic components of the conception of innovation logistics are outlined. The article systematizes the directions of cost optimization in the system of improving the quality of logistics activities of the enterprise. The essence of the concept, the significance of logistics, as the basis of effective development of enterprises is сonsidered. Views on cost management by different scholars are analyzed. It is generalized that the main goal of logistics cost management is to find the most efficient way to use the available limited logistics resources. Optimizing the costs of the enterprise in a changing environment and increasing market competition is one of the most important management tasks of each business entity. The logistics activities of the company play a key role in promoting products from producer to consumer of goods and services. Effective logistics processes at the enterprise and elimination of excessive logistics costs, therefore, saves total costs, reduces the cost of goods and services, improves the quality of logistics processes and allows more systematic assessment and forecasting of financial results. It is determined that the improvement of the system of information support of management processes is one of the conditions for improving the quality of logistics activities of the enterprise. It is argued that the components of the information strategy to minimize logistics costs should harmoniously combine the main provisions of the strategy of information perception, strategy of analysis and interpretation of information, information dissemination strategy, information security strategy. Options for reducing the costs of the enterprise depending on the form of its cooperation with small and large enterprises are summarized. It is determined that one of the conditions for reducing the costs of the enterprise is to assess the optimal ratio of production, costs and profits.

Introduction. Today, one of the most difficult and insufficiently resolved issues is cost optimization in all parts of the supply chain and improving the management of logistical support of agricultural enterprises. With the transformation of economic relations improving the efficiency of production activities of agricultural enterprises on the principles of logistics can be achieved by choosing the optimal model of organization of the process of material and technical supply of the enterprise. Methods. Various methods such as monographic, graphic and statistical groupings are used to accomplish these tasks – to analyze the current state of agricultural production, to determine the influence of factors on the level of efficiency of use of material and technical base; selective – for a detailed survey of individual agricultural producers on the analysis of the dynamics and structure of material working capital and material costs of production; abstract-logical, calculation-constructive and optimization – at substantiation of directions of improvement of the organization of material and technical supply for agricultural producers. Results. It has been found out that for most agricultural enterprises, regardless of the size and direction of production specialization a significant increase in their value have recently seen. This increase is caused by the increase in the cost of inputs of industrial and agricultural production, as well as the methods of estimating the production inventory. It also has been found that reducing these costs by 10% will increase the profit of the company by 10-20%. Resource management system should focus on ensuring the balance of available material resources and production needs in them, as well as create conditions for timely and quality implementation of production plans, improving logistics, reducing costs and improving the consumer properties of finished products. Discussion. In order to form an effective logistics system for managing agricultural enterprises' inventories, there is a need to develop a standard model of logistics management, focused on strengthening the control over the process of logistics and improving the sustainability and balanced complex development of enterprises to change in a changing external environment. Improving the organization, planning and regulation of supply activities will lead to the optimal provision of resources for the needs of agricultural enterprises. Topicality. In today's economic environment, logistic activity of enterprises requires transformation of approaches to material flow management. Constant changes in the market situation require enterprises to analyze the market conditions, improve inventory management processes, introduce qualitatively new forms of work with suppliers of material resources, as well as mechanisms for selling finished products to different categories of consumers. Solving the above problems causes the need to develop a set of measures to improve the management of material flows at enterprises in order to increase the level of logistics services to consumers and reduce the cost of logistics activities as a result of lowering the costs of logistics and marketing activities. In the scientific literature on logistics, there is a variety of definitions of the term �material flow�, which is proposed by scientists from different scientific schools. Some scientists understand the material flow as a set of inventory; others � products; the third � the flow of different types of resources; fourth � the process of sequential formation and transformation in space and time of objects of labor, etc. In this connection, it became necessary to generalize and systematize theoretical approaches to the essence and content of the concept of �material flow�. Aim and tasks. The aim of this study is to substantiate the application of a comprehensive approach to the definition of the meaning of the term �material flow of the enterprise�. To achieve this goal, the following scientific tasks have been defined: to analyze, summarize and systematize existing scientific approaches to determining the essence of material flow of the enterprise; provide an author's interpretation of the concept. Methods of analysis and synthesis, critical analysis and comparison, generalization, classification, structural-logical method, system approach were used to solve the set scientific problems. Research results. Generalized various scientific views to formulate the material flow of the enterprise, which is conditionally systematized according to 10 classification features: a key category of logistics management theory; the object of logistics management; set of inventory; set of elements (resources, materials, equipment, finished goods, waste); a set of different goods moving from suppliers to consumers; production in kind; a set of inventories; flow of different types of resources; set of logistic operations, processes, links; objects of work. The feasibility of applying a comprehensive approach to the definition of the term �material flow�, which makes it possible to reflect the continuous movement of the set of necessary types of resources (material resources, production of work in progress, production and inventory, finished products, industrial waste) at the enterprise in the consistent implementation of the entire list of processes logistic activities (logistical support, storage of material resources, production of products, formation of production and commodity stocks, serve different customer categories, transportation and marketing of finished products, recycling of industrial waste). Conclusion. The novelty of the author's interpretation of the material flow is that this definition is quite complex and reflects the continuous movement of the set of necessary types of resources at an industrial enterprise with the consistent implementation of the entire list of processes of logistics activities. It is established that it will help to obtain synergetic effect by reducing the costs of organizing logistics activities, improving the quality of logistics services and the level of service of different categories of consumers, optimizing the level of inventories and increasing the level of profitability of the enterprise from the sale of finished products.

Introduction. The effective development of the internal market for agricultural products is hampered by the viola-tion of the income distribution proportionality between the subjects of its production and the circulation. This is due to the influence of many factors, so it is necessary to find ways to increase the adaptability level of marketing and logistics systems of agricultural business entities. The purpose of scientific research is to develop theoretical and practical aspects of adaptability of marketing and lo-gistics systems of agricultural business entities. Results. The formalization necessity of the quantitative estimation method of the realization nature of economic in-terests of subjects was established in production spheres and the circulation of internal agricultural production. No competi-tive situation has been identified at different levels of the marketing infrastructure of the given market. The formula is pro-posed for calculating the indicator, which characterizes the subjects’ dominance of circulation, and calculates its value for the markets of wheat grains of the third class, marketable sunflower, pork, poultry in all categories, milk. The interpretation of the analysis results is given. The possibility of using the methodology to determine the dominance level of a certain group of subjects in the agrarian market, influencing the behavior of other participants of market processes is substantiated. It is suggested to use this technique to analyze the realization completeness of entities economic interests serving the sales chan-nels. The object markets were ranked according to the increase in the production profitability and the products sales by the manufacturers. The process of the object market development is characterized. The interpretation in the indicator values change is given from the point of view of economic processes in the agricultural market. The laws of formation and function-ing of the strategic management system of marketing and logistic activity have been determined. Comparison of the classes and types of marketing and logistic strategies of agricultural enterprises is presented. The principles of the construction and orientation of the strategic management system of marketing and logistic activity are outlined. Conclusions. It is necessary to maintain an adequate level of adaptability in order to ensure the proper functioning of marketing and logistics systems of agricultural business entities. This property depends on the financial condition, activity parameters, economic potential and other characteristics of the agricultural enterprise. Adaptability of marketing and logistics systems contributes to the profitability increase of agricultural enterprises in the sphere of production and circulation. One of the most problematic aspects is the absence of mechanism of support of sustainable competitive status of domestic enterprises in conditions of crisis that requires daily and permanent monitoring and strategic assessment of the state of ensuring competitiveness and existing advantages, analyses of the key factors of leading competitors functioning at current confectionery market. The objective of this investigation is theoretical overview of the concepts of competitiveness and competitive behavior, analysis of competition in the domestic confectionery market in Ukraine in conditions of accelerating globalization and maintaining negative trends in the world economy, as well as identifying prospects for logistics in further development of domestic enterprises in conditions of crisis. In order to achieve this goal, the authors applied such research methods as: analysis and synthesis, comparison, method of classification and generalization, due to which the final conclusions are made. The authors proposed the set of organizational and economic measures based on systematization of sectoral peculiarities of financial and economic activities that will ensure stable competitive advantage of PJSC «AVK» and provides, first of all, introduction of new types of bar chocolate, and its further implementation will increase net income of the enterprise, performance, and accordingly – will allow to predict potential competitive advantages and improve the level of competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole in the domestic confectionery market.

It is considered the essence of the terms of innovations and innovative activity of the canning industry enterprise, on example of enterprises of the Ukrainian Black Sea region. It is improved the classification of types of innovations and innovative processes for canning enterprises, by allocating relevant classification groups, that are actual in the aspect of modern scientific and practical approaches. The economic essence of the category of innovative susceptibility of enterprises is determined. According to the modern requirements and challenges that arise in the process of transformation of the national economic system it is determined the need of update of the theoretical basis for the study of innovation processes, and it is proved the necessity of formulation of the objective definitions and classifications of innovations, of the types of innovation activities that make key-point in the research process of the current realities of economic development. As a result of the research of various types and definitions of innovations, it is established that the most important for the analyzing process of innovations for enterprises in the canning industry are such classifications, which are based on the degree of participation in the production process (production and non-productive innovations: administrative, in other processes of internal management, in the processes of supply-sales, in circulation processes, financial services), on the functional purpose of innovations (production and technological, personnel, economic, logistic, marketing, financial, investment, infrastructure innovations). The paper states theoretical and methodological issues of financial strategy’s formation of the enterprise under modern conditions of economic development. The key problems of the river ports development are determined. Among them - shortage of service equipment, logistic disparity of transport river networks, obsolete vessels. Ways of improving the financial condition of water transport and ports in Russia are suggested.The article specifies that the strategic management of the company's finances can rule over cash flows, capital and investments effectively. The starting point for formation of financial strategy of water transport enterprises should be diagnostics of financial activity and first of all, diagnostics of financial maintenance of the enterprise. A new methodical approach to the formation of the cash flow management strategy of water transport enterprises is proposed. It includes two main stages: a stage of a strategic analysis of the company's cash flows with use of organizational and information model and aanalysis of diagnostics of financial security of water transport enterprises. It is proved that financial strategy is the guiding vector of management of the enterprise and its industrial and economic activity in a modern, dynamic and competitive market environment.

The problems of forecasting current logistical material costs of agriculture of Ukraine are investigated. Accordingly, the effectiveness of logistics at enterprises of different ownership is defined by the synergistic components that result from the combination of processes of supply, production and marketing in a single chain of management. This process is reflected in changes in inventory characteristics, order maintenance, operating cycle duration, and more. Logistic approach in management is connected first of all with elements of optimization of total costs, the size of which influences the end result of activity of the enterprise. The features of classification of logistics costs and their compliance with accounting are established, on the basis of which their place is formed when evaluating the efficiency of the logistics system. Logistics costs are an integral part of the total operating costs and can be allocated to the elements of logistics processes. The lack of a unified approach to the classification and components of logistics costs, as well as their role in assessing the effectiveness of logistics systems, necessitates research. Cost management is a key issue in terms of enterprise performance. It is in this part that decision-making on cost formation, planning and forecasting for the near term, as well as control and monitoring functions is envisaged. One of the main components of current logistical expenditures of agricultural enterprises is the material cost, which substantiates the need for their forecasting when planning the logistic activity indicators. The concept of generating logistics costs is based on the concept of total costs, which highlights the relationship between individual types of costs and the possibility of their regrouping with respect to logistics operations, with the aim of obtaining a final reduction in costs throughout the logistics chain. The logistics chain is designed within the framework of the enterprise budgeting model with the allocation of cost centers in relation to the centers of logistic functions of the enterprise and the classifier of management logistics costs. Adjustments for deviations will occur through adjustments to management reporting. The consistency of logistical expenditures with the classification of accounting processes under the current legislation of Ukraine can be divided into capital and current logistics costs. Trends in changes in current logistical material costs are investigated with the help of time trends both in the aggregate of agricultural enterprises and in the context of the activities of crop and animal husbandry. The estimation of changes in the trends of economic factors can be carried out on the basis of forecasting models obtained using the appropriate economic and mathematical methods using the least squares method. In accordance with the chosen methodology, on the basis of a retrospective series of data of current logistical material expenditures in the agriculture of Ukraine for the period 2008 - 2017, a general type of forecast equation corresponding to the exponential function was obtained. Based on the approximated exponential growth function of current logistical costs, a five-year forecast is determined. According to the calculations, the lower and upper bounds of the projected growth of logistical expenditures at the agricultural level with a confidence probability of 0.95 for the period 2008 - 2022 is from 0.17% to 0.21%. The results of the calculations of the estimated values ​​of current logistical material costs in crop production in Ukraine for 2008 - 2022 showed that the expected amount of current logistical material costs for the period 2018 - 2020 fluctuates in the range from 187130,0 to 427653,2 million UAH. The results of calculations of the estimated values ​​of current logistical material costs in animal husbandry of Ukraine for 2008 - 2022 confirmed that their expected size for the period 2018 - 2020 fluctuates from UAH 76132,0 to UAH 154786,5 million. The increase in current logistical material costs in Ukrainian agriculture is confirmed by the analysis of changes in the initial and last levels of dynamics. According to the calculations of the comparative characteristics of the growth rates of current logistical material expenditures in the agriculture of Ukraine, it was determined that the average growth amounted to UAH 20269.4 million. (121.3% growth). At the same time, fluctuations around the average expected level of expenditures amounted to 56.5%, which indicates a significant increased risk of incurred expenses. According to estimates, in the period from 2018 to 2022, fluctuations around the average expected level of expenditures will be 27.6%. The average increase will be UAH 79130.9 million. The average growth of current logistical material expenditures in the crop production of Ukraine in the period from 2008 to 2017 amounted to UAH 12920.3 million. (120.9% growth). The fluctuations around the average expected level of expenditures were 57.1%. The average increase in current logistical material costs in animal husbandry in the period 2008 - 2017 amounted to UAH 7349.1 million. (121.9% growth). The fluctuations around the average expected level of expenditures were 57.5%. The prediction model was estimated on the basis of hypothesis validation using the Student's t-test and Fisher's F-test. In the current conditions problem of logistics is becoming more and more burning for enterprises. The reason is that logistics reflects the willingness of enterprises to adapting and transparency. Accordingly, the purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the logistics activities at the Lukas MTC PE. The data presented in the article were obtained using such research methods as analysis, graphical method, and SWOT-analysis. As a result of the research, the literature sources devoted to the problem of supply chain management and its efficiency evaluation at the enterprises were investigated. Using Google trends, we determined the dynamics of the keyword “logistics” search for the period from May 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, based on the Scopus database, we analyzed publications for the keyword “supply chain management”. It showed that the scientists from the United States, Great Britain, India, and Germany make the main contribution in this field, and the chain concept forms the largest cluster of research. Using SWOT-analysis, we identified the strengths and weaknesses of the Lukas MTC PE. It allowed determining further directions of enterprises’ development regarding potential threats. Moreover, we presented the features of the logistics activities of the enterprise in the form of the Ishikawa diagram. It showed the success factors of the Lukas MTC PE logistics activities. In particular, as the main factors, we highlighted its own logistics center, suppliers’ careful selection and control, electronic system 1C WMS in the warehouse, and others. The obtained results allowed to suggest three main directions of the logistics activity improvement. The first is the implementation of the logistics concept "just-in-time", which provides the use of the KANBAN system. The second one is the implementation of the ERP system, and the third is the introduction of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM). Also, we analyzed potential risks to increase the effectiveness of the proposed improvements implementation. The extreme risks are lack of material, financial, labor resources, and insufficient qualifications of employees in working with new programs. Additionally, risk analysis allowed to develop preventive measures to reduce or eliminate potential risks. Further research aims at studying the peculiarities of Lukas MTC PE interaction with suppliers.

It is determined that the impact on the efficiency of market activities is associated with the use of marketing and logistics tools. The newest management systems will allow to combine functions (production and commercial) in the strategies for achievement of the maximum effect at positioning of the integrated enterprises in various markets. It is proved that the formation of the management system of an integrated enterprise should take place on the basis of system, complexity, integrity and unity. It has been identified that the issues of partnership marketing become especially important in the application of the marketing and logistics system and in the entry of the integrated enterprise into the target market. The main factors of influence and factors of customer-oriented management formation at the enterprises are presented. It is determined that business process reengineering requires the development of a combined internal marketing and logistics system in accordance with changes in the market environment. It is outlined that marketing logistics should be formed in order to get the best results in the management system of integrated enterprises. The necessity of using marketing through two-vector understanding, and logistics – in a broader management area is proved. Marketing logistics takes into account all the features of production and commercial activities of integrated enterprises. It is presented that the concept of marketing and logistics management in the process of reengineering the business processes of integrated enterprises will have its own functionality. The defined set of functions is a combination of marketing and logistics. The need to involve the tools of partnership marketing has been identified in the reengineering of integrated enterprises due to the peculiarities of production and commercial components of their activities. It is proved that the combination of the main activity can have target markets in different areas, so the combination of internal marketing and logistics strategies into one is a crucial stage of their effective development. The basis of economic and financial security of the enterprise is effective financial and economic activity, stable financial condition, rational use of financial resources, the ability to counter threats to the internal and external environment. One of the factors of effective financial and economic activity and economic security of enterprises is the formation of effective logistics chains that provide its participants with opportunities to counter threats to the internal and external environment. Formation of effective logistics chains on the basis of taking into account the economic interests of its participants causes changes in the results of their financial and economic activities and creates the basis for their financial independence, socio-economic efficiency and stability. The purpose of the article is to form approaches to assessing the efficiency of the logistics chain on the basis of economic and financial security of enterprises. The article investigates scientific approaches to evaluating the efficiency of the logistics chain of enterprises, identifies their strengths and weaknesses, analyzes their methodology. An approach to evaluating the efficiency of the logistics chain of industrial enterprises, the use of which will reconcile the economic interests of the participants in the logistics chain, reduce their financial costs, ensure effective economic activity, form the basis for their financial and economic security. The scientific novelty of the article is the formation of a modern approach to evaluating the efficiency of the logistics chain, which, in contrast to existing ones, involves the use of an indicator of the efficiency of logistics activities of enterprises, the proposed indicator is the stationarity of ratio of operating results to logistics costs relative to the mean or deterministic trend over time, and identification of potential models of logistics efficiency of enterprises, which would ensure economic and financial security of enterprises. It is proved that efficiency of the logistics chain is achieved under the condition that the financial result from the operating activities of the enterprises united by the logistics chain in relation to their costs for logistics activities will not change for a long time or will naturally change with a reliable forecast and possibility economic forecasting of further cooperation. The expediency of using this approach was confirmed on the basis of the analysis of the efficiency of logistics chains of selected enterprises. The initial data for the construction of this model were the logistics costs as a component of the company’s operating expenses and the financial result from operating activities. The deficiencies in the use of existing accounting standards and regulations that govern the integrated assessment of the enterprise’s logistics costs have been established. It is proposed to use the Davis databases, which are formed on the basis of a web-survey of enterprises regarding the value of their logistic costs. It is noted that the actual stability of the logistics chains for each enterprise and the optimal ratio of their results to costs are determined by the current market conditions. An idea of the efficiency of connections in the logistics chain is formulated. It was concluded that the existence of a long-term stable equilibrium in the form of vector co-integration for all subjects of the logistics chain can be considered optimal. Prospects for further research are the development of a scientific approach to the formation of a logistics cluster as a basis for financial and economic security of enterprises. The purpose of the paper is to identify opportunities for the use of competitive intelligence tools in commercial enterprises. Results. The introduction of methods of competitive intelligence to improve the information security of logistics activities of a commercial enterprise requires the creation of a new department. This will allow you to collect and store information, inform staff, resolve issues in a timely manner, respond quickly to threats. It is also recommended to use IntelliProtector software, which works online, as well as the convenience and mobility and security of licensed services, as a tool for competitive intelligence in commercial enterprises. When a new department is created, the head of the competitive intelligence department will be responsible for the software. The implementation of such measures, namely the protection of information on the basis of competitive intelligence can be divided into 4 main stages: development and creation of a single data bank; creation of a competitive intelligence department; creation of complex security of the enterprise; software implementation. Before implementing any project, it is necessary to assess all possible and existing risks, their types and identify possible ways to reduce them. Conclusion. The introduction of methods of competitive intelligence to improve the information security of logistics activities of a commercial enterprise will create another structural element of the enterprise. Research analysis of small enterprises are still rare, due to lack of individual level data. Small enterprise failures are connected not only with their financial situation abut also with non-financial factors. In recent research we tend to apply more and more complex models. However, it is not so obvious that increasing complexity increases the effectiveness. In this paper the sample of 806 small enterprises were analyzed. Qualitative factors were used in modeling. Some simple and more complex models were estimated, such as logistic regression, decision trees, neural networks, gradient boosting, and support vector machines. Two hypothesis were verified: (i) not only financial ratios but also non-financial factors matter for small enterprise survival, and (ii) advanced statistical models and data mining techniques only insignificantly increase the prediction accuracy of small enterprise failures. Results show that simple models are as good as more complex model. Data mining models tend to be overfitted. Most important financial ratios in predicting small enterprise failures were: operating profitability of assets, current assets turnover, capital ratio, coverage of short-term liabilities by equity, coverage of fixed assets by equity, and the share of net financial surplus in total liabilities. Among non-financial factors only two of them were important: the sector of activity and employment.

It is determined that the reproduction process depends on the formation and functioning of the distribution system. The dependence of the formation and functioning of the production distribution system from the influence of external and internal factors is substantiated. The influence factors on the formation and functioning of the production distribution system are determined. The effect of factors on extended and simple types of reproduction is characterized. It is established that the intensity of factors influence depends from the duration of the influence period. The factors classification by the appearance intensity of the factors action, by the systematic signs, by the mediocrity of influence and formation is proposed. The role of state factors in the formation and functioning of the products distribution system is noted. Principles are presented and the essence is characterized of the organizational and economic mechanism of the system formation of the enterprise product market division. The influence means of formation of the production distribution system are given. The enterprise product division from the standpoint of the systematic approach is considered. Conclusions. The necessity of formalization of the organizational and economic mechanism of the distribution system formation is conditioned by the synthesis of the economic base and the organizational measures. It is suggested to consider the involvement of economic and organizational means of influence at the enterprise level as a reaction to the application of a certain list of influence means by macro environments. The impact is carried out with the use of a wide range of production and sales tools in accordance with certain conditions of the agricultural enterprise activity. In today’s conditions of dynamic development, the digital economy actualizes the problems of management of logistic activities of enterprises, among which there are the problems of the effective use of material resources, improvement of management of warehouse economy, production and commodity stocks, transport streams and marketing activity and improvement of quality of logistic service. Comparative analysis of dynamics of the indicators of logistic activity of business entities in Ukraine and the EU countries is performed. Features are investigated and modern trends in the development of logistic activities of Ukrainian enterprises are determined. It is established that there are many risks on organization of logistic activities of enterprises that are conditionally classified into 2 groups: exogenous (political, institutional, market, financial, environmental) and endogenous (associated with the processes of logistics, inventory formation, economic, transport, marketing, informational). International experience of strategic management of logistic activities of enterprises is analyzed and summarized. Strategic lines of improvement of management of logistic activities of enterprises are defined, taking into account best international practices, which include logistics management, inventory management, process management, customer service, managing sales activity, pricing improvement, formation of transport-logistic system, information support of the process of the logistic activities through the use of modern digital technologies and logistic concepts. Implementation of the above-mentioned measures will help to increase the level of competitiveness and sustainable development of business entities as a result of reducing the cost of organizing the logistic activities of enterprises. Minimizing the risks and losses from the acquisition of low-quality material resources, downtime of transport, late delivery of products to consumers and payment for shipped products.

Abstract:
The features of support for the logistics sphere of production of equipment (products) at Russian high-tech enterprises are examined and the main areas of activity of enterprises are clarified in terms of providing integrated support for the logistics sphere of products at all stages of the life cycle. Based on current trends in the development of the economy of the Russian Federation, the use of the latest logistics technologies in the management of production enterprises is of particular relevance. It has been established that in the implementation of the traditional system of product logistic support, information flows carry information about product requirements, cost, ordering and delivery of finished products to consumers. Currently, certain steps are being taken to introduce CALS-technologies, which are considered as tools for organizing and providing continuous information support to all participants in the creation, production and use of products at all stages of the product life cycle, reducing costs in the production, operation and repair processes. It was revealed that in the traditional support system for the product’s logistics sphere there is no centralized planning, the logistics information system cannot promptly change the parameters of the main elements of the support system depending on the changed operating conditions of the product. A promising system of integrated support for the logistics sector based on CALS-technologies is proposed, which eliminates the shortcomings by analyzing the support of the logistics sector.

Introduction. Changes in the world and domestic economy require the agro-industrial enterprises to improve the process of managing export potential development. An important role in solving this issue is played by marketing tools. Its formation and use largely determines the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises and determines the situation on the this market. The purpose of scientific research is to summarize the peculiarities of forming marketing tools in the mechanisms of managing the export potential development of agricultural enterprises. Results. The essence and expediency of model introduction of using marketing management in domestic practice are substantiated. The orientation of marketing in agrarian production is determined. The factors are characterized that determine the conditions for the export potential of agro-industrial enterprises when entering international markets. The contradictions of economic character in the food marketing system are identified. The priority of marketing activity, which is to reconcile emerging contradictions, is highlighted. The essence definition of the competitive advantages concept is given from the point of view of enterprise economy, management, marketing, financial activity, logistics. The integration processes role in the consumer behaviour is outlined. The main function of economic instruments in the formation mechanism system of competitive advantages is determined. Segments (economic, technical and technological, quality of production, rules of relations, organizational) in the mechanism of competitive advantages formation are characterized on the basis of logistic approach at the entity level through a set of tools. The prices are determined as a lever of marketing activity of agrarian enterprise. Varieties of market saturation are defined. The communication marketing plans of practical and strategic importance are presented. Conclusions. Improvement of marketing tools in the mechanisms of managing the export potential development of agro-industrial enterprises should take into account the world experience. An important task is its adaptation to domestic realities. This will maintain the proper level of competitiveness of domestic products. Introduction. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and related constraints, the resilience of industrial enterprises relies heavily on the ability of managers to ensure timely and uninterrupted supply. The enterprise's activity in the economic system forces us to interpret any business entity as an open system, the logistics subsystems of which form the “blood system” of the economy. In conditions of increasing risks and the spread of procurement violations, violated with insufficient competence or, in some cases, illegal behaviour of logistics managers, a topical issue is the characterization of crucial properties of supplies – their quality and assortment. Current scientific works fully disclose the peculiarities of supply management at an industrial enterprise. However, we believe that the development of domestic industrial enterprises in a crisis, the prospects for their entry into the international arena depend on the ability of management to achieve not only the overall quality of processes but also to manage quality and assortment in the supply chain. The purpose of the paper is to generalize the principles of quality management and assortment in the supply chain of an industrial enterprise. Results. In the paper we conducted a theoretical study of the features of supply management. We summarized the principles of quality management and assortment in the supply management of an industrial enterprise, which included validity, complexity and consistency, ethics and integrity, sustainable development. As part of the study, we briefly described the challenges and prospects facing logistics managers of industrial enterprises in implementing and maintaining a quality monitoring system and assortment of supplies. Conclusion. We emphasized some of the semantic properties of the concepts of assortment and quality as characteristics of the supply and finally outlined some quality and assortment management principles in the supply management of an industrial enterprise. Such principles include scientific validity, complexity and consistency, ethics and integrity, and sustainable development. A promising area of further research is to characterize the key competencies of logistics managers needed to ensure a transparent and uninterrupted supply process.
