The main theoretical and methodological provisions of diagnostics of enterprise logistic activity as a tool of management process are investigated, it provides timely response to problems in organization of the enterprise logistics system and creation of preconditions for increasing the efficiency of its logistic activity. The mechanism of diagnostics of enterprise logistic activity in the form of a complex system, which integrates indicators, methods, special measures and procedures of research of its results in the conditions of various influence factors is proposed, is based on the basic principles of economic diagnostics and aims at achieving the goals of diagnostics. The essence of the main components of the diagnostic mechanism of enterprise logistic activity is revealed, their variety, interdependence and peculiarities of application are shown, that provides complexity and consistency in the study of a wide range of issues of organization and operation of the enterprise logistics system, as well as in evaluating the effectiveness of logistic solutions.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate logistics outsourcing as an effective mechanism for improving the efficiency of the enterprise.
The authors summarize the arguments and counterarguments in the scientific discussion on logistics outsourcing as one of the best methods of optimizing resources in the activity of enterprises, one of the important factors of modern business. Systematization of the results of the research of scientific sources made it possible to identify the problems of outsourcing use in various spheres of activity of economic entities. Systematization of studies of aspects of enterprise management based on logistic approaches has allowed formulating the statement that special value all over the world in logistics is devoted to outsourcing. For many years there is a tendency in this area to transfer a part or all of the logistics functions to specialized companies and outsourcing of logistics services is used by the vast majority of enterprises. Because, as higher the level of consumption in the country, there is more need to involve in the supply chain the goods of qualified logistics operators and transfer part of their operations to logistics outsourcing.
The authors estimate the logistic outsourcing of the enterprise of PE “VEGA LTD” for the method of Yu. Zhelinskiy, which combines the change of income and expenses of the enterprise. Based on the calculations, it is proved that outsourcing for PE “VEGA LTD” is profitable. Therefore, it is advisable to use outsourced services not only for transport logistics but also for other logistic activities of the enterprise.
In the process of investigating the problems of logistics outsourcing and its impact on the efficiency of foreign economic activity of the company, the authors proved that outsourcing in logistics is one of the most modern business models. The use of this approach makes it possible to achieve significant competitive advantages in the activity of the enterprise. The main motives that drive outsourcing of logistics functions are the desire to make the business manageable, reduce transaction costs while obtaining quality service and profit. The results of the study are of practical importance and may be useful to scholars interested in the study of logistical outsourcing, as well as to the enterprises where outsourcing is most commonly used.

Relevance of research. Optimization of logistics solutions taking into account the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises actualizes the provision of strategic management of their development. The purpose of the study: to study the methodological approaches to the formation of effective strategies for managing the logistics activities of enterprises and to determine the relationship between the formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the logistics development strategy as elements of competitive advantage. Methodology and scientific methods: dialectical, abstract-logical, factorial, economic-statistical, monographic methods are used. Research results: the article considers the essence of logistics management and the problems of ensuring strategic management of agricultural enterprises through the development of optimal logistics strategies. The expediency of using a logistical approach in the management of strategic development of enterprises, which allows you to clearly and quickly respond to the level of consumer demand and meet it with minimal costs and stocks. Therefore, it significantly depends on a certain set of factors. The factors on the application of which the efficiency of the implementation of the logistics management strategy depends are stated. It is proposed for agricultural enterprises to focus strategic logistics management on the strategy "Ensuring the competitive advantages of the enterprise" on the principles of the logistics strategy "Maximization of income and profits", which allows using a marketing approach to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the agricultural market. Strategies of logistics management as ways of systematization of logistics tasks within the limits of improvement of a logistic component of economic activity and strengthening of a strategic position of each enterprise, based on the corresponding concepts of logistics, construction of integrated structure of logistic systems and orientation of all links of logistic chains on final results. The results of the solution of the proposed logistics project allow to compare in the system of optimized and actual results of distribution of products through sales channels and to identify patterns in certain periods of entry of farms into the market of agricultural products. It is determined that the most promising and practically important direction of development of research of efficiency of strategic logistic management of the enterprise is the account in system of estimation not only of indicators of performance of logistic operations, but also indicators of efficiency of administrative logistic processes. Research framework / possibility of using the results: the proposed method of substantiation of the choice of logistics strategic alternatives depending on: ensuring the competitive advantages of the enterprise and maximizing income and profits allows using a marketing approach to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the agricultural market. Practical significance: the project of the logistic decision in the field of stimulation of sale and distribution policy for the agrarian enterprise is offered, the estimation of efficiency of strategic logistic management of the enterprise on indicators of logistic flows is carried out, conclusions concerning prospects of introduction of competitive strategies of management of logistic activity in agrarian sphere are made. Social consequences: the results of this assessment affect the adoption of optimal logistics decisions by the management of agricultural enterprises to ensure their own competitive advantages in the market.

Topicality. The issues of improving the management of logistics activities of enterprises are currently actualized. The logistics component is becoming strategically the most important factor that appear in the financial results of the enterprises. Logistics activity is the main centre of cost optimization and, as a consequence, the lever to raise the level of profitability, as the supply chain accounts for a substantial part of the cost of the enterprise. Thus, in modern conditions of managing one of the most important reserves of cost reduction and increase of efficiency of functioning of domestic enterprises is formation of system of management of logistic activities using a systematic approach.Aim and tasks. The aim of this study is to develop scientific and methodological support of improving the management system of logistic activities of the company.Research results. The concept and definition of the main elements of the term «management system of logistic activities of an enterprise» have been clarified. The structural and structural-functional schemes of formation of management system of logistic activities of the enterprise have been proposed.To improve the management system of logistic activities of the enterprise a set of proposals has been developed on: the management of material and technical supply, the inventory management, traffic management, management of customer service processes, sales activity management, risk management of logistics activities in the risk management system of enterprises, improvement of pricing, information support of the organization of processes of logistic activity on the basis of use of modern digital technologies.Conclusions. It is proved that the implementation of proposals for the formation of the management system of logistic activities promotes cost savings for the organization of the processes of material and technical supply, reserves, transportation and sales.

Introduction. The article emphasizes the importance of the role of the sales channels and the logistics system of the agricultural enterprise. This necessitates their improvement in order to en-sure marketing activities. Forms of product promotion are determined in accordance with economic content, economic and economic conditions of distribution, production and economic relations, place on the market. Choosing distribution channels is a difficult decision for the manufacturer, because of the need to take into account many aspects of the functioning of logistics systems. The purpose of scientific research is to determine the nature and role of logistic activity in the marketing and sailing of agricultural products. Results. The zero-distribution channel, which is most often used by producers in the activities of agricultural enterprises, is characterized. The conditions, under which it is appropriate to use this sales channel, are identified. The specifics of logistics activities and the relationship between the intermediary and the manufacturer are outlined. The essence of two-level and three-level sales channels is characterized, their participants are defined and the conditions for effective interaction between them. The factors that influence the choice of direct or indirect channel of interaction between producer and consumer are systematized. The logistics system and distribution channels are identified as one of the most important components in ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural products. The role and essence of marketing communications in the process of logistic activity of agricultural enterprises is established. The effectiveness of Internet communications, including information portals, is highlighted. The influence of state authorities on the logistic systems formation of agricultural enterprises in the process of products sale is determined. The essence of marketing infrastructure is outlined. Formation of grain marketing channels for logistic activity of domestic agricultural enterprises is proposed. The purpose of the sales department of the agricultural enterprise in its logistic activity is characterized. Conclusions. Logistics activities are important in the marketing of agricultural products. Domestic manufacturers need to consider a large number of factors to determine the feasibility of using different types of distribution channels in the logistics system. Improvement of logistic activity of agrarian enterprise is the key to maintaining the proper level of competitiveness of its products. The peculiarities of formation were identified and the problematic aspects of the modern stage of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine were identified. The existence of the logistic component in the general complex of the conduct of trading activity by the entrepreneurship subjects is determined. The essence and ratio of concepts «system of logistic» and «logistics system» of the enterprise are determined. The objective of the logistics system organization as a complex, economic and technical and technological system covering the logistics system of the enterprise is emphasized), personnel of the management services of the enterprise logistic activity, as well as legal, organizational,managerial and methodical principles of all these elements interaction of the system and its management, formed on the basis of the scientific and theoretical basis (theory) of logistics management. The peculiarities of the functioning of small business entities in Ukraine and the averaged parameters of commodity flows in this sector of economy are investigated, factors of logistic flows organization specificity formation in the retail segment, which influence the requirements for the creation and operation of trade enterprises logistic systems and the choice of approaches to them, are determined. The attention is drawn to the need to consider as the main factor in the formation of the trade complex system of logistic of operational and functional processes of logistics activities, which are carried out by a trading company in order to bring commodity flows to end buyers of goods. The necessity of determining the structure of the logistics system of the trading company is focused on taking into account the resources available from the dealer in order to create opportunities for organizational, economic, technical and technological interaction with other supply chain participants in which the given enterprise is involved, and simultaneously ensuring compliance of the goods sold with the requirements end buyers. The key directions of logistic activity improvement of enterprises of trade – subjects of small (and micro) entrepreneurship, which are connected with technical and technological and infrastructure improvements within the enterprise logistics system, introduction of modern management technologies in the logistics management subsystem and logistics administration, are grounded, as well as the use of outsourcing capabilities of logistics functions and operations and the use of modern communication tools for the radical change of trade technologies , which will be reflected in the requirements for organizing a complex of logistics activities of retailers and, accordingly, logistic systems created by them. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical approaches, to systematize the results of the analysis of the essential characteristics and the composition of the trade company system of logistics, and to identify the main measures for the formation of the system of logistics of the subjects of trade enterprise (trade enterprises), which belong to the small business sector. Object of research – subjects of trade enterprise – trade enterprises, which belong to the small business sector. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological principles of logistic activity organization and conceptual approaches to the construction of logistic formations in the conditions of integration processes. The content of the concept of “logistics activity” and theoretical aspects of its development at transport enterprises are revealed. Complex logistics functions and elementary logistics operations are analyzed.
The role and place of logistics activity and its influence on the functioning of transport enterprises are substantiated.
The efficiency of logistics activity at transport enterprises and directions of its improvement are analyzed. Among the areas identified there are three main: the use of big data (Big Data), cloud logistics and logistics platforms of supply chains, the Internet of Things.
Therefore, the availability and use of information platforms and technologies are extremely important in improving the logistics activities of transport companies. With their appearance, it becomes possible to develop various mathematical methods for simplifying logistics tasks and their practical implementation.
It is proved that the use of logistics contributes to the achievement of certain competitive advantages by transport enterprises.
The opinions of various authors on the definition of the concept of “logistics activities” are considered and a comprehensive definition of the concept is proposed.
The system of management of logistic activity of the enterprise, the place and role of the elements of logistic activity is given and it is proved that performance of tasks of logistic activity at each stage of a material flow management raises the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market of transport services.

Current changes in the economic and social environment of enterprises, characterized by high pace and unpredictability, raise the issue of improving the efficiency of the organization of economic activity of the enterprise, in particular logistics. The versatility of the concept and the relationship of individual components necessitate consideration of the genesis of the term “logistics activities” as the evolutionary development and formation of the category and its key aspects; the relationship between the definitions of “logistics” and “logistics activities” in the context of the activity at the enterprise level. The existing theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of “logistics activity” are analyzed and generalized, which are conditionally systematized into the following groups: direction of economic activity; a set of systematic practical actions; a set of functional, managerial, supporting processes and operations; unified technological process, movement of values; the only integrated function of goal realization. On this basis, the essence and content of the category “logistics activities of the enterprise”, which means the totality of all processes (namely the processes of ensuring continuous, timely, optimal and cost-effective movement of logistics flows at all stages of the production process according to forecasts and strategic plans) in a single complex, which must meet the principles of integration, innovation, adaptability to changing conditions of modern institutional and market environment.

The dependence of the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) on the general macroeconomic situation in the country is proved. Recommendations on the implementation of innovations in the process of logistics enterprises, which collectively solve an important scientific and applied task to identify ways to increase the efficiency of economic activity and the competitiveness of Ukrainian logistics enterprises have been provided. Directions of search of potential of innovations of the Ukrainian logistics enterprises have been offered. Introduction. Reserves have become an important part of production processes providing with material resources (in the form of inventory) and the needs of consumers (in the form of finished products). For efficient operation of enterprise reserves should be optimal, because the accumulation of a significant amount of leads to funds freezing for the long term, reducing their liquidity, rising maintenance costs and their lack brings production idle,dissatisfaction with customer requirements and thus reduces competitive advantages. The nature, scope and quality of their material resources and reserves and the level of management depend on the competitiveness of enterprises, production scale and efficiency of their operations. Purpose of the article. This article aims to justify the advantage the use of logistics inventory management to achieve high economic efficiency of logistics reserves, which involves finding a compromise between the reduction of costs associated with inventory management, meeting the needs of consumers and the needs of the production process. Research findings. The problems of logistic management of an enterprise's reserves have been examined in the article. Some main differences of notions such as «reserves», «reserve management», «reserve logistics», «reverse logistics management» have been characterized. Reasons, that determine the implementation of new management methods for effective enterprise activity, have been analyzed. The content of main systems of reverse logistics management has been defined and found out. The conclusion about the necessity of reverse logistics management usage to provide and satisfy production needs in finished products with minimal aggregate business expenditures has been made.

Мета роботи полягає у економічному обґрунтуванні напрямів організації ефективної логістичної діяльності ТОВ «Паралель – М, ЛТД». Для аналітичного дослідження та розробки пропозицій в роботі використані логічний метод, графічний метод, методи економіко-математичного моделювання, метод логічного узагальнення та порівняльний.
В роботі запропонована оптимізація адміністративних витрат і цінових умов на закупку палива, що дозволить отримати щорічну економію логістичних витрат в сумі 567535 гривень, що становить 12,2 % від чистого доходу компанії. Аналітичні дослідження дозволили розробити рекомендації щодо доцільності використання запропонованих заходів на підприємстві ТОВ «Паралель – М, ЛТД» .
Об’єкт дослідження – логістична діяльність підприємства.
Предмет дослідження – сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних підходів до організації ефективної логістичної діяльності ТОВ «Паралель – М, ЛТД».Thesis consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, applications. The work is done in volume of 78 pages, contains 7 figures, 32 tables and 4 applications. The purpose of the work is to economically substantiate the directions of organization of effective logistic activity of LLC Parallel - M, LTD. For analytical research and development of proposals in the work logical method, graphical method, methods of economic-mathematical modeling, method of logical generalization and comparative method are used. The paper proposes optimization of administrative costs and price conditions for fuel purchases, which will allow to obtain annual savings in logistics costs in the amount of 567535 hryvnias, which is 12.2% of net income of the company. Analytical studies allowed to elaborate recommendations on the feasibility of using the proposed measures at the enterprise Paralel-M, LTD. The object of the research is the logistic activity of the enterprise. Дисертація присвячена розробці і науковому обґрунтуванню теоретичних і науково-методичних підходів до управління логістичними витратами в умовах функціонування машинобудівних підприємств України. В роботі проведено аналіз існуючих підходів до управління логістичними витратами, їхньої класифікації, організації процесів їх оцінки, обліку та аналізу, а також досліджено особливості машинобудування, що впливають на ці процеси. Виявлено основні відмінні риси логістичних витрат як об'єкту управління та встановлено ключові складові процесу управління логістичними витратами. Узагальнено та обрано критерії класифікації логістичних витрат, запропонована неієрархічна фасетна класифікація. Обґрунтовано вибір управління витратами за видами діяльності як основи для розробки методичного підходу до управління логістичними витратами машинобудівного підприємства. Виявлено низку проблем, характерних для вітчизняних підприємств машинобудування. Розроблено систему оцінки витрат логістичної діяльності машинобудівного підприємства за видами діяльності. Запропоновано методичний підхід до організації управління витратами за видами діяльності в контексті роботи підприємств машинобудування. Also, the terminological basis for logistics cost management was studied and improved by the development on logistics costs definition. The main distinctive features of logistics costs as an object of management are revealed and key components of the logistics costs management process are identified. Based on the content analysis of scientific literature, the criteria for classifying logistics costs are generalized and defined, the non-hierarchical faceted classification according to the logistics functions, the stage of logistical processes and the variability of costs over time is proposed. With the help of mathematical method (ID3) for constructing decision trees, the choice of cost management by types of activity is justified as a basis for developing a methodical approach to managing the logistics costs of a mechanical engineering enterprise. Using the methods of system analysis, generalization, as well as interviews with representatives of enterprises of the industry, many significant problems typical for domestic mechanical engineering enterprises were revealed. The paper analyzes trends in the development of mechanical engineering in Ukraine, and describes the technological and organizational processes characteristic in the industry. The specifics and problems of the activity of mechanical engineering enterprises, such as the insufficient use of information technologies, insufficient attention of managers to the systematic accounting of logistics costs, the lack of methodological and information support of these processes at enterprises and the shortcomings of the organizational structure are analyzed. The study substantiates the necessity of developing an effective system for estimating the costs of logistics of a mechanical engineering enterprise by types of its activity, allowing more accurate and detailed assessment and accounting for specific functional areas. The methodical approach to the organization of cost management by types of activity in the conditions of work of the enterprises of mechanical engineering is offered. The complex approach to the organization of decision-making and the use of information technologies in the context of logistics costs management is proposed. It involves the identification of costs, their structural, dynamic and factor analysis, the identification of the places and reasons for the occurrence of the largest logistics costs, making management decisions and their implementation, planning and forecasting of costs. The dissertation offers approaches to information support of these processes and implementation of obtained scientific results at domestic enterprises. The study theoretically substantiates and provides developed practical recommendations on the use of a set of analytical methods that improve the analysis of logistics costs of engineering enterprises. A method is proposed for forecasting logistics costs based on time series analysis, the mathematical base of which is the use of artificial neural networks. The necessary parameters of a three-layer neural network (perceptron) for the purposes of the logistics costs forecasting at mechanical engineering enterprises have been identified and justified, that allows to save resources by freeing up working labor force and increasing the accuracy of planning based on the obtained forecast data.

Виявлено основні відмінні риси логістичних витрат як об'єкту управління та встановлено ключові складові процесу управління логістичними витратами. Узагальнено та обрано критерії класифікації логістичних витрат, запропонована неієрархічна фасетна класифікація. This study was concerned with the symbolic costs and benefits associated with different stages of volunteering, from the perspective of 222 participants engaged in three types of community enterprise activity across Scotland. Costs and benefits were set within a social exchange/incentive framework based on the approach of Clark and Wilson (1961). The study was mainly cross-sectional in design and involved a survey-based approach using a structured questionnaire. A related but separate longitudinal component was based on a standard measure of perceived control. The latter was used to explore the issue of empowerment amongst volunteers in general and in a follow up of 26 volunteers. The results generally showed that homogeneity does not rule across or within groups of volunteers. Community enterprise volunteers represented a distinct socio-economic grouping compared to UK populations and associated participation with a range of both costs and benefits. While volunteers were like UK groups and initially participated for mainly purposive reasons, the reasons for continuing participation and remaining involved, despite the associated costs, were instrumental and largely concerned with maintaining organisational achievement. Additionally, while people associated volunteering with a variety of benefits, those relating to perceived control and empowerment were minimal. There was no significant longitudinal evidence established for the latter construct. In contrast to benefits, while initial costs were largely opportunity related, the main costs of continued and retained participation concerned relationships with members, other volunteers and local people. Although there was significant inter-model variation in the reasons for participation at different stages, socio-demographic and organisational variables had a minimal role as moderator variables. The results were discussed in terms of previous research findings and their implications for future research.

Forecasts of short term volcanic activity are generated using an event tree process that is driven by a set of empirical statistical models derived through logistic regression. Each of the logistic models are constructed from a sparse and geographically diverse dataset that was assembled from a collection of historic volcanic unrest episodes. The dataset consists of monitoring measurements (e.g. seismic), source modeling results, and historic eruption information. Incorporating this data into a single set of models provides a simple mechanism for simultaneously accounting for the geophysical changes occurring within the volcano and the historic behavior of analog volcanoes. A bootstrapping analysis of the training dataset allowed for the estimation of robust logistic model coefficients. Probabilities generated from the logistic models increase with positive modeling results, escalating seismicity, and high eruption frequency. The cross validation process produced a series of receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves with areas ranging between 0.78 - 0.81, which indicate the algorithm has good predictive capabilities. In addition, ROC curves also allowed for the determination of a false positive rate and optimum detection threshold for each stage of the algorithm. The results demonstrate the logistic models are highly transportable and can compete with, and in some cases outperform, non-transportable empirical models trained with site specific information. Recommendations for the implementation of the developed algorithms and models are long term in nature and are based on the concept of logistics management and improve the business processes of the logistics system.

This article discusses the concept of the social orientation of activity and the entrepreneurial approach at the level of the Russian Federation, including a number of aspects of the legal regulation of public relations between organizations of state power and social entrepreneurs. The main problem of the study is the study of the sequence of the assignment of the status of a social enterprise by the authorities Russia at the federal level. Currently, the question is being raised about the adoption of a separate federal legislative act "On the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation." The introduction of the relevant law is necessary, since the reasons are the basis for the inevitability of consideration of public problems and the adoption of relevant official documents in all regions of the Russian Federation.

Effective development of the domestic economy is possible only on condition of mandatory formation of a qualitatively new level of regulation of economic relations in the business environment. By its nature, entrepreneurship is an activity associated with a high level of risk and innovation, aimed at ensuring the interests of both an individual entrepreneur and an enterprise, and society. The purpose of the study, the results of which are presented in this article, is to study theoretical and methodological approaches to managing financial risks of an enterprise in modern dynamically changing conditions.
