Full textIn superacid the reactivity of organic substrates is strongly modified and new reactions can be performed, which allows a rapid access to original products. In these conditions, multiple direct transformations occur and especially original fluorination reactions. This work was devoted to the study of the reactivity of unsaturated nitrogen derivatives in superacid (HF/SbF5) and to the development of new methods of fluorination of these compounds. Based on the formation of superelectrophilic dicationic intermediates, a new reaction of hydrofluorination has been developed. The use of superelectrophilic activation in superacid also allowed the original synthesis of benzofused sultams and/or fluorinated sulfonamides. After identification of reaction polycationic intermediates by NMR in situ analysis, a new synthetic route to gem-chlorofluoro nitrogen derivatives or gem-difluoro nitrogen derivatives has finally been set up

Full textThe project is a city located between Umeå and Vasa, it is the most narrow part of the Gulf of Bothnia with only 60 km of open waters. I wanted to investigate existing possibilities with a city that exploits its location. So I designed an offshore port city that builds itself and grows. Why? The megastructures of the 60’s but also contemporary ones were often planned to give a technical solution to a certain problem. These problems whether it’s housing shortage or climate change are still current and the solutions as well. This is why I wanted to use my structure as a tool to test and reflect about these concepts of living. A member of the jury critically compared me to a magpie that had picked the silver of my references, but what he didn’t understand was that I had picked the silver to analyze it in my fictional world. I made the analysis by imagining inhabitants that through their mind and soul reflected on life in a module and etc.

Green Building Evaluation System - Old Building Improvement (EEWH-RN) is an existing building for green building renewal target, so that the building can be provided to the user in an efficient, energy-saving and comfortable environment after several years of used, and it's helpful sustainable development of urban ecology. According to the statistics of the case data passed by the Green Building Mark, the number of improvements for old buildings in the hospital is very less, indicating that the hospital has a certain degree of difficulty in implementing green buildings. Since the signing of the "Green Health Hospital" Declaration in 2012, the China Medical University Hospital has continued to work hard to implement a healthy and friendly hospital environment. The Energy Management Committee has been set up, and the replacement projects have also been implemented in accordance with the proposed energy management measures and carbon green action. To this end, follow the government's implementation of the "Green Building Promotion Programme" to carry out the green building improvement target for existing buildings, and collect the actual energy consumption data from the hospital. The carbon emission benefit assessment method provided in the Green Building Assessment Manual is mainly used. The trial calculation was carried out by the performance-benefit method, and the feasibility evaluation of the green building application mark of the Lifu Medical Building was carried out by this study. The results of the research (1) The carbon reduction benefit of the lighting system improvement is 130970.25 kgCO2, (2) the carbon reduction benefit of the air conditioning system improvement is 19741.6 kgCO2/yr, and the (3) the carbon reduction benefit of the improved hot water system is 7262.82 kgCO2/yr, (4) The carbon reduction benefit of the improved renewable energy system is 7123.69 kgCO2/yr, and the percentage of carbon reduction benefits is 4.26%. The above results can be used as a reference and improvement target for future application for EEWH-RN certification.

Abstract “Life Resembling Games and Games Mirroring Life” is a work created by the author in the period from 2009 to 2011. Behind this work is the author’s keen interest and passion to games having developed early since childhood that drive the author to incorporate the elements of games and creative work into a perfect rendering once the author starts the graduate study. On top of that, the author finds many characteristics are commonly shared by games and life and demonstrate close ties between them; for example a Rubik’s cube game requires the player to bring the cubes with same color to each of the six faces of the cube to claim the game is completed, and the tricks behind the game are very much the same as those for real life - treating and interacting with others properly, nearly “all around”, by paying concern in a harmonious and thorough fashion, before you earn acceptance or even admiration from others. Hence, the author believes “Life Resembling Games and Games Mirroring Life” and the tricks and gist behind this is to be best expressed with a work to create. The present thesis aims to explore life with three series of works, namely “Various Forms of Life”, “Philosophical Thinking of Life” and “Goals of Life”; where firstly “Various Forms of Life” series were created on the basis of the personal experiences about games, the courses of life and what perceived; they voiced the touching feeling of life behind games through transformation in images; secondly “Philosophical Thinking of Life” series were out of the very recognition and realization of the author on the characteristics and rules of each game, the works tried to enable audience realize the meaning behind each game and its correlation with life by the layout of objects shown in the works; and finally “Goals of Life” series could traced back to the imagination in the world of games, through imagination one tries the best efforts to make any dream come true, thus makes something from nothing and turn things seemingly impossible into practically possible. The work as subject in this thesis demonstrated the renderings with symbolic representation technique, and disseminated the meaning of games and re-examining the value of life by exploring the correlation between life and the games with the work created uniquely.
