Full textThis thesis investigates the field of spincavitronics, focusing on the strong coupling between magnons and photons in three-dimensional (3D) cavities, leading to the formation of cavity magnon polaritons (CMPs). We explore the transition between the strong coupling and ultra-strong coupling regimes, achieving coupling strengths between 12% and 58% of the cavity frequency at room temperature. Magnons, with their tunable frequencies and long coherence times, are promising candidates for quantum memory and other quantum technologies, offering applications in quantum computing and long-distance quantum communication. Our research contributes to the development of a deeper understanding of magnon-photon interactions, with implications for improving the coupling strength and optimizing hybrid quantum systems. Additionally, this work presents a detailed study of the level attraction phenomenon between magnons and antiresonant photonic modes in 3D cavities. This phenomenon enables non-reciprocal photon transmission, which is essential for the design of advanced communication devices such as circulators and quantum memory systems. We develop a physical model to explain the emergence of these antiresonances, supported by experimental validation and simulations. These insights open new pathways for applying level attraction mechanisms in sensing technologies and quantum information processing, demonstrating the versatility of spincavitronics for future advancements in both quantum technologies and radiofrequency applications

The attraction effect refers to a situation in which adding an inferior alternative to a choice set increases the share of the relatively dominating alternative. This re-search posits that decision task type affect the attraction effect. People usually seek justification for their decisions. In a selection (or rejection) task, they are more likely to emphasize the positive (or negative) features of each option. The addition of an asymmetrically dominated decoy to a binary set of options undoubtedly provides an extra positive feature for the dominant option, and therefore induces a greater attrac-tion effect. Contrarily, in a rejection task condition, the decoy in the trinary set seems to be the worst option and would be eliminated first, and the remaining comparison is identical with the original binary condition. Therefore, the attraction effect may de-crease. Besides, the decision task type interacts with the construal level to affect the attraction effect. Specifically, a low construal level, compared with a high construal level, dampens the attraction effect to a greater extent in a rejection task than in a se-lection task. Results from three experiments support the proposed hypotheses.

The subject of Human Resource is very important for business, all of the managers who want to select, recruit and hire the qualified applicants for organization. It is a positive effect for business, if the applicants are qualified and whose essences are similar to the corporate culture. This empirical study is analysis on attractive factors for recruitment of organization, and to discuss whether the strategies of recruitment need to be adjusted when the business is going to search for the middle and high level managers. There are many conclusions and suggestions after going through the factor analysis, multi-regression analysis and relative analysis. On the job characteristics dimension, there are five suggestions, first is the business should clarify the job goals and challenges, second is the business ought to find out the balance point between decision-making power and authority, third is the business must provide the environment and tools for innovation, last one is the business has to creat a full of package including bonus mechanism for motivation. On the organizational characteristics dimension, there are two suggestions, first is the business should state the experiences and records of company clearly to applicants when the interview is going on, second is the business ought to strengthen how the company support the innovation to attract the effective applicants.
