Abstract:
I detta arbete var utvecklingen av elevernas personliga ansvar i fokus och hur vi kan frambringa meningsfulla och inspirerande utomhusvistelser för eleverna. Vi studenter hade VFU på olika skolor så vi valde att göra två enskilda utvecklingsarbeten på skolorna vi befann oss på och därefter bearbetades de olika arbetena ihop till ett arbete. Det har observerats från både oss och fritidshemslärarna att när eleverna lekte utomhus på skolgården så försvann mycket av lekredskapen. Syftet med utvecklingsarbetet var att öka elevernas eget ansvarstagande, stimulera eleverna till att vara mer aktiva utomhus samt att göra dem delaktiga i utvecklingsarbetet. De här målen ville vi nå genom att göra om ett förråd till en Lekbod och implementera ett fungerande lånesystem för alla lekredskap som kunde användas i fritidshemmets utemiljö. Utvecklingen följdes vidare genom användningen av en hermeneutisk ansats som handlar om att tolka och förstå varför eleverna handlade som de gjorde. Utvecklingsarbetets struktur utgick från aktionsforskning där stegen planera, agera, observera och reflektera var grunden som arbetet vilar på. Samtliga fritidshemslärare såg framsteg då eleverna inte längre behövde bli påminda om lekredskapen de har lånat. Det visar att elevernas personliga ansvarstagande utvecklas. Aktionerna genomfördes under vår VFU-period som pågick under fem veckor.

Esta pesquisa pretende analisar a utilização que Lacan faz no Seminário: livro 12 acerca da teoria do lekton estoico a fim de referenciar o significante como portador do desejo para o sujeito da psicanálise. Lacan afirma que foram os estoicos que levaram ao ponto de extrema perfeição a teoria do significante. Com isso, Lacan visa demonstrar que o significante operado pela psicanálise não é, exclusivamente, linguístico. Com o ressurgimento da lógica estoica no século XX, especialmente, na França, Lacan encontra no lekton estoico a possibilidade de demonstrar logicamente que a linguagem possui uma dupla via: o que é expresso em uma sentença, e a via do desejo do sujeito. Langue de tradition orale parlée par 10 000 locuteurs aux confins du Cameroun et du Nigeria, le samba leko est une langue Adamawa de la famille Niger-Congo qui n'a jamais fait l'objet d'une description approfondie. La présente description a été élaborée à partir de données de première main recueillies sur le terrain au cours de plusieurs séjours dans le village d'Allani au Cameroun. Elle présente la langue sous différents aspects et comporte quatre parties principales : la phonologie (phonèmes et tons), les catégories syntaxiques et les différents procédés de formation du lexique (dérivation, composition), la structuration des constituants nominaux et verbaux et enfin les schèmes d'énoncé. Une attention particulière a été portée à différents phénomènes propres à cette langue tant en ce qui concerne le verbe que les schèmes d'énoncé en particulier la sérialisation et la hiérarchisation au sein du syntagme verbal, les phrases valises et le discours rapporté. En annexe un lexique samba leko - français, un index français - samba leko et un conte illustrent cette description
Samba-Leko is an unwritten language spoken by some 10 000 people in an area straddling the Cameroon-Nigeria border. It belongs to the Adamawa branch of the Niger-Congo family, and has not previously been analyzed in depth. This description is based on first-hand data collected in the field in the course of several stays in the Cameroonian village of Allani. It deals with a range of aspects of the language and is divided into four main parts: the phonology (phonemes and tonemes), the syntactic categories and word-formation processes (derivation and composition), the structure of noun and verb phrases, and the utterance patterns. Particular attention has been devoted to a number features relating to the verb phrase and to utterance structures. These include serialization and hierarchical constructions in the verb phrase, "portmanteaux" utterances, and reported discourse. A Samba-Leko/French lexicon, a French/Samba-Leko glossary, and a traditional tale are appended as illustrative material

Abstract:
Syftet med den här fallstudien är att undersöka vilken roll det fysiska materialet och den fysiskamiljön kan ha i barnens lek på en förskoleavdelning, samt reflektera över vilken roll pedagogernasförhållningssätt får i samband med barnens lek och det fysiska materialet och det fysiska rummet.Utifrån den tidigare forskningen vi tagit del av i samband med denna studie så beskrivs det hur viktigden pedagogiska medvetenheten är hos pedagoger när det kommer till barns vistelse i verksamheten.Pedagogernas förhållningssätt och kunskaper om hur materialet och miljön inverkar på barnens leksamt att deras egen påverkan har betydelse för barns lek. Studien bygger huvudsakligen pågemensamma observationer med ett icke-representativt urval som genomfördes på enförskoleavdelning där barnens ålder är mellan 3-5 år. Studiens resultat visar att den fysiska miljön ochdess material har betydelse för barnens val av lekar och deras användning av materialet påavdelningen. Vi fick bland annat se att barnen använde lekmaterial på olika sätt och av olikaanledningar i sin lek. Vi fick även se hur pedagogernas förhållningssätt påverkade barnens lekar. Idiskussionen analyserar vi resultatet tillsammans med den tidigare forskning vi tagit del av och därhar vi kunnat urskilja likheter mellan tidigare forskning och det resultat vi fått av vår studie. Blandannat har vi diskuterat att beroende på vilket material som finns tillgängligt för barnen så stimulerardet till olika lekar, vilket både tidigare forskning och vårt resultat visar exempel på.

Abstract:
Denna studie handlar om avbrott i lek i förskolan. Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur verksamma förskollärare främjar barnens sammanhållna lektid. Denna kvalitativa studie utgår från en tematisk ansats för att analysera förskollärarnas uppfattningar av fenomenet ”avbrott i lek”. Empirin samlades in genom individuella semistrukturerade intervjuer med fyra förskollärare från fyra olika förskolor. Resultatet visar främst att förskollärarna riktar sina svar mot nödvändiga avbrott i lek och att planering ihop med barnen kan främja sammanhållen lektid. Mindre motiverade avbrott i lek tycks ännu vara oidentifierade av de intervjuade förskollärarna vilket tyder på att det finns ytterligare behov av att medvetandegöra hur sammanhållande lektid kan främjas.

Teachers`availability for play   Preschool teachers' involvement in their children's free play. Syftet med undersökningen är inriktad på att få en ökad kunskap om hur delaktiga förskollärarna är i barnens fria lek. Undersökningen belyser hur förskollärarna värderar den fria leken som verktyg för delaktighet och inkludering. Förskollärarnas förståelse för att använda den fria leken i värdegrundsarbetet är framträdande genom deras förmåga att inta ett specialpedagogiskt förhållningssätt. Undersökningen bygger på det sociokulturella perspektivet som har sitt ursprung ur Vygotskijs tankegångar om att man lär genom sociala interaktioner i sociala sammanhang. Undersökningen använder sig av en fenomenografisk ansats med en kvalitativ metod. Den består av semistrukturerade intervjuer med öppna frågor till verksamma förskollärare i förskolan. Sammanfattningsvis pekar resultaten på att medvetenheten för att använda sig av den fria leken som metod varierar. Lek och lärande hör starkt ihop. Förhållningssätt och brist på resurser minimerar mängden lärartillfällen för barnen. Exkluderade förskollärare i leken påverkar barnens möjligheter för delaktighet och inkludering.

Abstract:
The present diploma thesis discusses the use of accompanying programmess as a resource for building audiences for theatres as well for some other types of culture institutions. Its aim is to present an overview of the current situation for developing this kind of activities in the Czech context, both from the perspective of the institutions involved, and from the perspective of culture politics. The introductory section of the present work defines the key notions of the issue of accompanying programmess, above all defining the accompanying programme itself and its relation to the main programme. The thesis extensively discusses strategic documents and cultural policies relevant both in terms of the European Union and the Czech Republic. This section forms the main part of the thesis, outlining as it does both political and legislative premises which can play a crucial role for the future orientation of cultural institutions in this area. Further on, I discuss the introduction of accompanying programmess into theatre practice in the form of the activity of theatre coach, and define target groups and forms of programming. Last but not least I also look at research studies that have been conducted in the field, regarding the conditions for audience development in Czech cultural institutions. The conclusion of my thesis presents a case study of the accompanying programmess at the National Theatre, Prague. This section focuses mainly on the activities of the Drama and Ballet ensembles, their different approaches to this issue, as well as their collaboration in the form of a joint platform ND+, which is intended in the future to be an umbrella for all the accompanying programmess of all of the National Theatre ensembles.

Voice-over translation (or “audio subtitles”) is the only audio-visual translation (AVT) used for feature-length films on Polish television. Since the reader (lektor) only partially overrides original dialogues and some parts of the actors’ speech are clearly audible, it can be considered as marginal L2 exposure. The aim of this study is to investigate the attitudes of Polish speakers of English towards voice-over translated television and to determine if TV shows and films with a lektor can be a source of incidental language acquisition. The study consists of two parts, a survey and an experiment. The survey investigated the attitudes of Polish speakers of English to different types of AVT, especially their opinions about the influence of voice-over translated TV shows on their English proficiency. The data reveals that Polish speakers of English have rather negative opinions about this AVT and numerous instances of unfaithful translation are easily spotted by them, which creates an image of unprofessional and inaccurate AVT. They seem not to consider films with a lektor as L2 exposure and tend to think that introducing subtitles to television would improve the L2 competence in Poland. However, the informants admitted being able to spot unfaithful translation, meaning that they pay attention to the foreign language in the background. The experiment was conducted to examine the possibility of incidental language acquisition from voice-over translated TV shows. 26 high school students, Polish learners of English watched 4 clips with voice-over translation with instances of unfaithful translation. The study has empirically proven that Polish learners of English are able to spot the differences between the original dialogue and its translation. Thus, watching voice-over television programming can be considered L2 exposure.

Abstract:
Since the commencement of mining at Tau Lekoa Mine in 1991, large geologically controlled falls of ground (FOG) have been problematic. Crush pillars are used to control these instabilities. Limiting of panel spans and cutting of pillars results in practical problems and production constraints which influence labour efficiencies, productivity and ultimately the economics of mining. This study analysed 81 large FOG that occurred over 1991 to 2001 using statistical methods. Statistical distributions describing the falls of ground, rock mass properties and mining parameters were determined. A probabilistic approach was used to evaluate stable spans and the crush pillar stability. The probability of large hanging wall instabilities was assessed for several mining situations using a Fault Tree methodology. Larger spans are possible provided an appropriate internal support system is designed. A probabilistic or risk based design approach is recommended as this is considered more logical than a deterministic approach.

Abstract:
The final gold product of Tau Lekoa mine has a low fineness. This is caused by high concentration of bases metals in the reefs. Some of these base metals together with gold are leached with cyanide and are loaded into carbon. If not adequately controlled, they may elute with gold and contaminate the final product in the electrowinning process. Based on the understanding of the kinetics of the elution, four parameters, namely temperature, flow rate, free caustic soda concentration and cyanide strength, were evaluated first for the elution process. Experimental runs on the plant scale did prove that the first three parameters are the predominant parameters that maintain base metals in the carbon during the elution and therefore assist in the improvement of the fineness of the final product. Recommendations were made to change the operating conditions and the fineness of the gold did improve from 80% to 84 %. In addition, a thermodynamic model that took to consideration the competition of gold and nickel was developed for the electrowinning process. This model showed that the deposition of gold and nickel during the electrowinning was dependant of their concentrations and temperature. The single pass efficiencies and the deposition rates were also tracked during the experimental. Based on the finding on the reduction of electrowinning time, the fineness of the final product was improved from 84% to 85%. As the refining cost depends on the fineness of gold, the improved fineness means that the gold content in the bullion is increased and the impurities are decreased, therefore, the refining cost will decrease as lower penalty costs are charged for the treatment of the bullion with high fineness. The recommendations of the changes have been implemented permanently and these did show permanent improvement of the fineness.

Unemployment is a familiar affliction of our age, but its nature, causes and cures remain matters of dispute. As with many familiar things, closer examination leads to deepening mystery. Its pathology is complex, with social as well as economic ramifications" (Routh, 1986: 1). In the world of today which is characterised by globalization, the unemployment problem has become a worldwide problem. It is endemic in both developed and developing countries. But for developing countries, this problem brings more challenges(like increased poverty) and complications (like political and social instability). South Africa is certainly no exception. In South Africa, this problem is succinctly expressed by Barker (1992: 71): "Unemployment is probably the most severe problem South African society is experiencing and it is conceivably the root cause of many other problems, such as high crime rates, violence, abject poverty.... Prominent leaders in and outside government have also stated that no government will be able to govern South Africa ...if this problem is not addressed effectively". According to Hall (1997: 396), one of the overlooked aspects of the unemployment crisis in South Africa is the spatial distribution of unemployment within cities. Apartheid urban planning concentrated the black population in peripheral residential areas, where the majority of the unemployed population is found. In Gauteng, for example, unemployment rates (using the 1991 census) vary between zero percent in former white suburbs and above thirty percent mainly in the former black townships. In addition to the apartheid urban landscape the recent trend of suburbanisation of economic activity, the decline in central business districts and the continued lack of development in former black residential areas may intensify the problem of unemployment. The long-term effects of these processes are far reaching, that is, they may result in profound labour market segmentation which may, in turn, negatively impact on urban development strategies aimed at reintegrating South Africa's cities and addressing the problems of poverty, unemployment, urbanisation and housing. With the establishment of democracy in 1994, many South African unemployed people became hopeful that there was going to be employment for everyone. This was further reinforced by the adoption of the Reconstruction and Development Programme (RDP), and the promises made by the developed Western countries to assist South Africa in its development endeavours. In 1996, South Africa opted for a neo-liberal approach (which advocates for less government involvement in the economic activity) to economic development by adopting the Growth, Employment and Redistribution (GEAR) policy - which is a supply-side policy. The GEAR strategy calls for a minimalist state, restructuring of the economy like the elimination of export subsidies and the reduction of import tariffs to improve the competitiveness of South African industries in the global arena. In fact, to the contrary, at this stage, GEAR has not helped to stop the increasing tide of unemployment and retrenchments as industries are concerned with cutting costs(of which, labour costs are often the highest) to meet global competition. The cliche "lean is mean" has become crucial in business decisions. The implication of this is that more people have been put out of work. The unemployment level in South Africa has reached endemic proportions. The problem is getting more complicated by the prospects of the closure of marginal gold mines due to the possibility of a weaker gold price and increasing costs.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of communication in private tutoring of the Czech language (especially the analysis of communication of lecturers). The analysis is based on five recordings of private tutoring. The thesis in the theoretical part summarizes the existing knowledge about private tutoring and about communication in school, such as verbal and nonverbal communication of teachers and of students or typical communication structure used in school education. In the practical part, the thesis analyzes the communication in private tutoring in the Czech language based on recordings of lecturers and their students visiting the second primary school level or similar years of multi-year grammar school. The thesis according to the analyzed material describes verbal and nonverbal communication of lecturers and students in private tutoring, then focuses on communication structure in private tutoring, i. e. questions of lecturers, student answers and feedback of lecturers. Knowledge about communication in private tutoring is then compared with communication in school. In the end, the thesis focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of online form of private tutoring based on analyzed recordings and interviews with lecturers.

This thesis focuses on creating a draft proposal for the qualification paths for two specific technical professions in accordance to the modern and increasingly popular trends in e-learning methods. The draft proposal deals specifically with the new structure of the qualification paths and compares the ways in which the qualification paths are managed within the scope of technical personnel training performed by the extra-curricular department of After Sales Training. This department provides training to importer delegates and the Czech dealer network. The comparison study focuses on the currently used structure of fixed learning/qualification paths performed mainly in the form of presence training (which joins profession-specific training with general and shared basic content), and on the newly prepared training concept consisting of an individual and personalised training plan based on personal preferences and knowledge levels, which is completed by a final knowledge test. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to propose a new structure of personnel training for two professions which is to be delivered in an extra-curricular training organisation. This diploma thesis deals with adult teacher competencies. It describes current situation in adult education and it focuses on measuring quality level of teacher competencies. There is given the main overview of adult education specifics. These are the prerequisites for defining adult teacher competencies. There is given specific adult teacher competencies and related roles which are generally based on teacher's activities during educational courses. Next part describes present conception of teacher's competencies. These theories and presented model of roles are accepted as basis of establishment of classification of adult teacher competencies with emphasis on participant of educational process. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical view of the vocational education, its development and specifics. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify differences in the perception of the quality of further education processes from the viewpoint of the participant, the lecturer and the director of the educational institution. The partial aim of the thesis is to confirm or to rebut the hypothesis based on experience from one's own practice that the lector is the most important factor influencing the quality of further education processes. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters, the first chapter characterizing the process and the quality of further education including the methods and tools used to manage the quality of the processes in further education, the role of quality management in the organizations providing further education. The second chapter deals with various factors influencing the quality of the continuing education processes. The practical part of the thesis includes a research of the quality of the processes of further education, in which quantitative and qualitative methods are used. Outputs from the research survey provide the basis for answering research questions and confirming or refuting the hypothesis. This diploma thesis deals with various factors affecting effective teaching of adults from teacher's perspective. The aim of this work is to determinate discrepancy of attitude to this issue based on knowledge from literature and professional teacher's experience. First of all the thesis defines term (effective) teaching of adults and then presents its key aspects. Then it identifies the nature of teaching objectives, (andro)didactic principles and defines main characteristics and competencies of an effective teacher in this context. Abstract:
This thesis is aimed at the educational potential of theatre arts in a relationship to its recipients which are children of a younger school age and to its other actors like theatre lecturers and teachers. In the theoretic part of the thesis are defined the specifications of theatre art aimed at a child spectator in terms of a content of the theatre inscenations, school as a partner of cultural institutions, work with the audience, accompanying programs and its developers. The theoretic part of the thesis also maps already realized studies in the field of theatre education. The empirical part of the thesis is an effort to find out the educational efficiency of the theatre workshop programs, these being realized by a professional Czech theatre scenes, and reveals the methods of utilization of the educational potential of these programs by theatre lecturers and teachers. Research investigation showed a high effectivity of these programs in terms of personal and social growth of its recipients, specifically developing their key competences.

This thesis deals with the linking of school education with museum educational activities. It focuses primarily on the possibility of primary schools. It assesses how the museum can be used in the implementation of educational activities. He draws attention to specific forms of educational activities at the museum. In Detail, it is focused on defining the various teaching methods that can be prioritized in museum education. The thesis describes the role of museum education program, which is applicable in the project classes at school. The entire work points out apparent effort to integrate extracurricular learning opportunities taking place in the museum with school hours. Museum learning is seen as complementary and expanding the classroom. Yet he constantly emphasizes the uniqueness of the museum. Museum with a different environment from the school can offer a remarkable experience associated with teaching.

The aim of this theses is to establish, with reference to relevant literature, what is the impact of selective primary prevention programs in several chosen classes from the viewpoint of the lecturers of these programs. The author lays out and describes in detail the concepts of risky behaviours, primary prevention of risky behaviours, selective primary prevention, lecturer of primary prevention programs and other concepts relevant to the subject at hand. In the research part of this theses, the author deals with a research problem formulated as follows: What is the impact of selective primary prevention programs in chosen classes from the perspective of the lecturers? The selected method is qualitative research. The specific chosen research tool is a half-structured dialogue, conducted with lecturers of programs of selective primary prevention with at least two years of experience in the field. The M.A. thesis "The Prevention of hazardous Behaviour" researches the cooperation and interconnectedness of three professional groups and conducts a describes their experience and opinions in the field of child and youth risk-behaviour. The three (target) respondent groups are: primary school prevention methodists, OSPOD social workers and a group of professional lecturers of primary prevention of risk behaviour. The theoretical part introduces definitions and theoretical concepts of hazardous behaviour and types methods of their prevention. In its conclusion, the theoretical part summarizes of selected primary laws. The practical part of the thesis presents a summary and an analysis of data gathered through a survey among the respondent groups.

The thesis titled Development of Lecturers of Lifelong Learning for Healthcare Professionals examines the impact of development and education of workers in an organisation on the factors influencing professional behaviour. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms pertinent to the personnel-related activities of each organisation in the field of human resource management and is focused particularly on development and education. It analyses the specifics of this field regarding educators and more detailed attention is paid to the specific selected group of lecturers engaged in educating eye care professionals in contactology. The research part of the thesis concentrates on verifying the research assumption, which is the favourable impact of development and education of workers on their professional results and on the factors influencing their behaviour. This part of the thesis contains a quantitative survey carried out using the questionnaire method and semi-structured interviews with the lecturers and executives of selected organisations. Introduction to the issue and the importance of the topic: The subject of this diploma thesis is to focus on issues related to teaching methods for the practice of hand hygiene in health care professionals in medical facilities. The issue of increasing efficiency in education is today an increasingly relevant topic supporting the activity of every person. In medical facilities, we encounter a problem with employee motivation, mutual interaction and communication when practicing new nursing procedures (hand hygiene), (Cullen, 2017). Unfortunately, most lecturers still teach only traditional teaching methods and use activating methods minimally or not at all (Sitná et al., 2009). Such a stereotype in the teaching process often provides only mechanical reproduction of the learned content. There is no consideration of understanding and practical interconnection, which is often boring and cumbersome for employees (Duran et al., 2017). The lecturer should pass on theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the given employees and thus develop their attitudes necessary for the performance of their profession (Vengl, 2011).
