Abstract:
Vanwege ingrijpende maatschappelijke veranderingen is religieus leiderschap veranderd van godsdienstige vertegenwoordiging naar pastorale therapie naar organisatie leiderschap. Traditionele ambtstheologie heeft nog weinig zeggingskracht, terwijl pastores functioneren als professional te midden van vele pastorale vrijwilligers. Nieuwe inzichten vanuit de organisatie- en bestuurswetenschappen blijken goede inzichten te verschaffen in deze dynamieken. Wetenschappers en pastores zoeken naar nieuwe visies op religieus leiderschap om overweg te kunnen met de uitdagingen van een pluralistische postmoderne maatschappij. Deze nieuwe visies presenteren de religieuze leider als interpretatieve leider, als missionaire leider of entrepreneur, als identiteitsleider, en als publieke leider. Verder onderzoek is nodig om deze visies van een gedegen fundament te voorzien.

Abstract:
Lasso was considered the greatest composer of his generation with undisputable mastery of all sixteenth-century genres. The dynamism of the late sixteenth century saw the most sophisticated compositions in the continuation of the psalm motet tradition. However, more flexible applications for the psalms in the form of meditations, vernacular translations, and paraphrases opened the door for new and diverse interpretations. This dissertation is a study of Lasso's engagement with established musical traditions and new trends in psalmody. This study unfolds in two parts. First in the discussion of the Latin psalm motet genre and then ensuing with investigation of the German Lied. In each of the genres (1) there is a focus on the definition and classification of terms and older traditions, (2) the examination of the text and the discussion of ways in which the music engages with the prose and poetic forms, and (3) the evaluation of Lasso's interpretation of psalm texts. From negligible German Lieder to expansive motet cycles, the psalms afforded endless polyphonic inspiration and the diversity of which categorically points to the shifts and development of cultural and aesthetic traditions. The use of psalms to reflect devotion and confession amplifies the Catholic Reform implemented at the Bavarian court during Lasso's lifetime. This context along with Lasso's compositional innovation provides an interesting study for the stylistic development of psalm settings in the late sixteenth century.

Abstract:
The connection between text, music, and performance in the lieder of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries is an integral aspect to fully comprehending the style and performance of the genre. It is also essential in order to understand the full development of the lied in its totality. The era represented a transitional period in musical development, influenced by Enlightenment values of elegance, good taste, simplicity, and naturalness which sought to eradicate the overly decorative “excesses” of the high-Baroque. In this study, emphasis is placed upon the unique development of the lied in the northern German regions by the composers Johann Friedrich Reichardt and Carl Friedrich Zelter and their musical settings of the lyric poetry of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. The study also addresses the overall development of the genre as it progressed from the Baroque through Classicism/Neo-Classicism, Sturm und Drang, and into Romanticism exploring the musical settings and performance possibilities both then and now in the context of the various treatises and correspondence between the composers and poet. It seeks to effectively address the notion that these early songs were composed and performed by those versed in the ideal of music being an improvisatory/dramatic vehicle for expressing emotion and textual meaning. In opera, and to a lesser extent other vocal idioms, musico-dramatic excesses occurred in the late Baroque and the cult of the singer reigned. However, the reforms which led to the new aesthetic of naturalness did not suddenly end this improvisatory vocal performance practice. The musical complexity of the lied was gaining in prominence but not yet to the detriment of the priority of the poetic text and its effective rendering.

Abstract:
Introdução: Mães com dificuldade para amamentação recorrem aos leites de vaca industrializados para complementarem a alimentação de seus bebês. O leite cru é naturalmente contaminado por microorganismos e o tratamento se faz necessário para prevenir doenças. Tecnologias térmicas são utilizadas para garantir a segurança do produto, mas em contrapartida podem provocar alerações sensoriais e perdas nutricionais. Em busca de altertivas que garantam a segurança do produto e não provoquem alterações não desejadas tecnologias não-térmicas vem sendo estudadas, enre elas destaca-se a tecnologia ultravioleta. Objetivos: O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os efeitos microbiológicos e toxicológicos da luz UV-C na descontaminação de leite. Material e métodos: Leite cru foi tratado em reator UV- C, dotado de uma lâmpada de vapor de mércurio de baixa pressão, com doses variando entre 0 e 20 J.cm-2 . Amostras controle não-tratadas, e tratadas por emprego de calor foram produzidas simultaneamente à realização dos tratamentos com ultravioleta. Para avaliação do efeito dos tratamentos foram feitos: ensaio cometa, contagem de coliformes totais, contagem de mésofilos totais e estudo da presença/ausência de salmonella. Resultados: O leite cru apresentou contagem de 2.103 UFC.g-1 , enquando o leite tratado com a dose de 20 J.cm-2 apresentou contagem inferior ao limite de detecção do método. A partir da dose 4 J.cm-2 as contagens de coliformes também foram inferiores ao limite de detecção do método. Não foi detectada a presença de salmonela em qualquer das amostras. O perfil cito-/genotóxico das amostras tratadas com UV-C e cruas não apresentaram diferença significativa entre elas. Conclusão: O leite tratado com ultravioleta produz reduções significativas na contagem de microorganismos originais do leite e não acarreta na produção de efeitos tóxicos, apresentando potencial para consumo humano.

Introdução: Segundo a Organização Mundial de Saúde, cerca de 2 milhões de pessoas morrem anualmente por agravos à saúde em decorrência de diarreia aguda atribuída à ingestão de água, leite e outros importantes alimentos consumidos. Paralelamente a isso, nota-se que a busca por alimentação saudável para melhoria de qualidade de vida vem revelando ao cenário mundial um aumento no consumo de leite e derivados lácteos, ao lado de uma crescente preocupação com a qualidade desses alimentos. Entre os microorganismos patogênicos que podem afetar a saúde humana causando diarreia é o parasita Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii), um protozoário coccídeo unicelular flagelado que infecta um terço da população mundial, causando a toxoplasmose - doença que pode ser assintomática, mas que pode desenvolver sintomas variados tais como febre, dor de cabeça, confusão mental, anormalidades na visão, falta de coordenação e convulsões; gestantes podem sofrer abortamento ou os bebês podem nascer com icterícia, surdez, macrocefalia, microcefalia e crises convulsivas. Objetivo: Identificar os riscos de infecção humana por T. gondii quando da ingestão de leites, queijos e outros laticínios contaminados vendidos no mercado informal. Material e métodos: Optou-se por realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica com abordagem qualitativa e descritiva baseada na técnica de análise de textos obtidos de artigos científicos disponíveis na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), utilizando as palavras-chave Toxoplasmose; contaminação; laticínios; segurança alimentar, utilizadas individualmente, aos pares e em combinação múltiplos, sempre restritos ao mesmo recorte temporal, respeitando os critérios de inclusão e exclusão de textos pré-definidos neste estudo. Após pré-leitura dos resumos dos textos, foram selecionados 15 artigos científicos que atendiam aos critérios de inclusão préestabelecidos para este estudo. As informações coletadas foram agrupadas em 02 eixos temáticos: Características do Toxoplasma e patogenia; Infecção por Toxoplasma através da ingestão de leite e derivados contaminados. Resultados: Entre os dados avaliados neste estudo, destaca-se que uma das formas de prevenção da infecção por toxoplasma é não ingerir leite não pasteurizado. O produtor de leite e derivados de leite deve atentar para a legislação que regulamenta as condições de criação pecuária e de fabricação destes produtos para serem comercializados sem riscos à saúde da população. Conclusão: Conclui-se que a inspeção sanitária proporciona segurança alimentar e proporciona melhorias ao produto comercializado, conferindo credibilidade ao produtor comerciante.

Os bancos de leite humano formam uma rede extensa e complexa que levam a todo país serviços essenciais que garantem que recém-nascidos e mães possam usufruir plenamente dos benefícios do leite materno. Esses centros atendem milhões de pessoas anualmente utilizando milhares de litros de leite humano. Assim, nesse trabalho visamos à criação de um sistema de gestão da distribuição de leite materno, usando inteligência artificial para prever desabastecimentos, o uso de informações geográficas para ajudar na localização de centros de leite humano e levar informações essenciais sobre maternidade e amamentação.

Abstract:
Introdução: O leite humano apresenta componentes indispensáveis para defesa e proteção do recém-nascido. Variações na qualidade do leite materno afetam o desenvolvimento, saúde e crescimento do recém-nascido, tornando-o vulnerável. Objetivos: determinar a dosagem de Imunoglobulina A (IgA) e proteínas totais em amostras de leite materno do Banco de Leite Humano (BLH) de Blumenau/SC; assim como determinar possíveis fatores que podem influenciar nessas dosagens. Material e métodos: Estudo transversal, com análise de 105 amostras de leite provenientes do BLH de Blumenau/SC. A dosagem das proteínas totais foi realizada em equipamento Human Milk Analyser (HMA) por metodologia de infravermelho, enquanto a dosagem da IgA foi realizada pela técnica de turbidimetria. Dados sobre estágio do leite, idade materna, IMC, tipo de parto, tempo gestacional e peso do bebê ao nascer também foram coletados. Resultados: Em relação a dosagem do anticorpo secretório, o leite maduro apresentou uma redução de 26% na quantidade de IgA em relação ao colostro. Quando associado ao tipo de parto, observou-se uma redução de 21% na quantidade de proteínas do leite materno quando realizado parto vaginal. Os valores de proteínas totais apresentaram correlação estatisticamente significativa com a idade gestacional, IMC inicial e final. A correlação do nível de proteínas totais com o IMC, tanto inicial como final da mãe, demonstrou que há influência sobre a dosagem de proteínas no leite materno, ou seja, quanto maior o IMC da mãe, maior a dosagem de proteínas totais do leite. Não houve diferenças significativas entre IgA com as demais variáveis analisadas. Apesar disso, a quantidade de IgA apresentou uma tendência decrescente em relação ao aumento da idade materna. Conclusão: a dosagem média das proteínas foi relativamente abaixo da média da literatura; diferindo da dosagem da IgA que se apresentou como esperado. Houve redução na dosagem de IgA no leite maduro em relação ao colostro e diminuição na quantidade de proteínas no parto vaginal. Quanto as correlações, a variável proteínas apresentou associação com Idade materna, IMC inicial e final; diferente da variável IgA, na qual não houve nenhuma correlação significativa.
