A presente tese é resultado de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa sobre Lear rey & mendigo (2005), tradução livre de Rei Lear de Shakespeare, elaborada pelo poeta chileno Nicanor Parra (1914-). Preparada inicialmente para sua encenação em 1992 pela Escola de Teatro da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Chile, com direção de Alfredo Castro, estuda-se como a tradução e a encenação de Lear rey & mendigo são parte do próprio projeto antipoético parriano denominado antipoesia, ou, como essa obra sintetiza, conforme Raúl Zurita, a totalidade da proposta antipoética, ao mesmo tempo em que se configura como uma sorte de teoria geral dela. Para sua análise, pensa-se, principalmente, na leitura efetuada pelo crítico chileno César Cuadra, que situa a antipoesia em um contexto complexo e transmoderno da escritura, isto é, não restrito ao das produções poéticas no sentido estético ou artístico do termo, mas como um sistema multidimensional complexo que pensa a atual crise de legitimação dos relatos (e não só os provenientes da modernidade) na cena contemporânea, cena esta caracterizada pelo intenso desenvolvimento da cultura tecnocientífica. Cuadra expõe a antipoesia como uma desconstrução complexa de toda escritura, ou, conforme a denominação de Parra, como ecopoesía: a ecologização dos signos realizada através da complexidade dos relatos, operação esta conceituada por Edgar Morin. Para a análise da performance, priorizam-se os estudos de Patrice Pavis sobre a análise dos espetáculos e a tradução para a cena. Compuseram o acervo básico da pesquisa diversos documentos publicados a partir de 1991, como a gravação em vídeo do espetáculo adquirida junto ao Arquivo Iconográfico do Teatro Chileno da Escola de Teatro da Universidade Católica, e o número 103 (primavera 1991/outono 1992) da revista Apuntes, publicação da Escola de Teatro, além de diversas resenhas, notícias e entrevistas publicadas na imprensa, principalmente no jornal chileno El Mercurio. Acompanha a pesquisa uma entrevista com César Cuadra sobre a antipoesia parriana.

Full textThis study aims to investigate how leaders and employees experience and work with organizational culture and value statements. The study is based on 10 semi-structured interviews with both leaders and employees that describe how they define and work with organizational culture and values. To gain an insight into the perspectives of both leaders and employees, the interviews were analysed partly with the help of Schein's model, and partly based on the expectations that exist for leaders and employees. Results and analysis show that both leaders and employees have a clear experience of the organization's culture. The difference, however, is that the leaders are aware of how they can work based on organizational culture and value statements, while employees have difficulties understanding the meaning of the value statements, because it is not communicated. Leaders, employees, organizational culture, value statements and their values belong together, and it is only when both leaders and employees understand the value statements and can relate to them a united culture in the organization can be created.

Trazer a Arte para a discussão em educação não é algo novo, mas tem se mostrado sempre necessário ao longo da história dessa área de conhecimento, que sofre de forma muito direta as flutuações da política educacional brasileira. Contudo, a Arte não tem deixado de fazer parte do cotidiano escolar e merece ser visitada sempre e, por no mínimo, um outro ângulo. Assim, esta dissertação descreve situações possíveis para o ensino de Arte numa perspectiva fenomenológica tendo como forma final uma escrita criativa por acreditar que percepção e subjetividade estão em maior sintonia com o ensino de Arte do que os modelos tradicionais de trabalhos acadêmicos. O Ponto, a Linha e o Plano desenham os caminhos da pesquisa que entrecortada por ficção e realidade se desdobram em objeto/processo/espaço. As questões que se descortinam na pesquisa surgem da fala do estudante F, um personagem ficcional nascido da observação dos diversos estudantes. Embora parcialmente ficcional, o texto é uma imersão num cotidiano escolar de Ensino Médio e das relações que se estabelecem entre professor e estudantes na busca por uma linha de contato com a Arte que chamamos de Prática do Ver. A proposta de pesquisa utilizou a conversão de método de ensino em metodologia de pesquisa somada ao Fórum de Artes, um espaço virtual de produção de informações. O caminho da linha é conduzido do Ponto de Partida até o Ponto Final, realiza três paradas, num caminhar que ora vai, ora volta, para ambientar a percepção da arte a partir das vivências entre professor e estudantes. A Parada I conta a história ficcional de F, a Parada II contextualiza a realidade da pesquisa e a Parada III apresenta o tratamento das informações. Não consolidamos formatos para a compreensão ou interpretação de uma obra de arte, ou mesmo de um currículo de Arte que se queira implementar, o trabalho que aqui se apresenta deseja que o estudante leitor que se coloca diante da obra de arte possa falar sobre ela a partir daquilo que lhe é dado, e não de forma manualizada ou padronizada e, em consequência, esperamos familiariza-lo ao fenômeno da Arte.
ABSTRACT Bring the art for discussion in education is not something new but has shown whenever necessary throughout the history of this area of knowledge, which suffers from very direct way the fluctuations of the Brazilian educational policy. However, the Art not ceased to be part of daily school and deserves to be visited, always, and at least one other angle. Thus, this thesis describes possible scenarios for the teaching of art in a phenomenological perspective having as final form a creative writing by believing that perception and subjectivity are in greater harmony with the teaching of art than traditional models of academic papers. The Point, the Line and the Plan draw the paths of research that choppy for fiction and reality unfold in object/process/space. The issues that are insufficient in research arise from the speech of a student F, a fictional character born of the observation of different students. Although partly fictional, the text is an immersion in a daily school of education and the relationships that are established between teacher and students in pursuit of a line of contact with the Art which we call the Practice of Seeing. The research proposal used as methodology the conversion of teaching method in research methodology coupled to the Forum of Arts, a virtual space for the production of information. The path of the line is driven from the Starting Point to the End Point, performs three stops, a move that will now turn to acclimatize the perception of art from the experiences between teacher and students. In Stop I has a fictional story of F, the Stop II illustrates the reality of the research and the Stop III presents the treatment of information. Do not consolidate formats for the understanding or interpretation of a work of art, or even a curriculum of art that you want to implement, the work here is what you want the student reader who puts himself before the work of art can speak about it from what is given to you, and not so manualized or standardized and, as a consequence, we expect familiarizes you to the phenomenon of Art.

O presente trabalho contém uma antologia bilíngüe de textos do desenhista, pintor e escritor inglês Edward Lear (1812-1888), acompanhada das ilustrações originais assinadas pelo artista, considerado um dos pais da literatura nonsense vitoriana, junto com seu contemporâneo Lewis Carroll. Neste trabalho, o nonsense criado por Lear é discutido levando-se em consideração, primeiramente, questões gerais como, por exemplo, a sua biografia, as definições do termo nonsense, sua estreita relação com o humor, o papel da caricatura na sua obra e, ainda, algumas semelhanças e diferenças entre a sua estética e a de Lewis Carroll. Em seguida, são analisados os textos da antologia, dando-se destaque também às ilustrações.

Full textVincent Persichetti’s septet King Lear was originally composed for the choreographer Martha Graham and her 1949 production, Eye of Anguish. While the production was considered a failure and has not been performed since its European tour in 1950, Persichetti admired his own portion of the collaboration and argued it would stand on its own merit as a chamber work. This thesis represents the first significant study of Persichetti’s King Lear. It is a guide for conductors and chamber ensembles preparing an informed performance, with historical information, theoretical analysis, and rehearsal analysis.
