Abstract:
The 2013 Seddon earthquake (Mw 6.5), the 2013 Lake Grassmere earthquake (Mw 6.6), and the 2016 Kaikōura earthquake (Mw 7.8) provided an opportunity to assemble the most extensive damage database to wine storage tanks ever compiled worldwide. An overview of this damage database is presented herein based on the in-field post-earthquake damage data collected for 2058 wine storage tanks (1512 legged tanks and 546 flat-based tanks) following the 2013 earthquakes and 1401 wine storage tanks (599 legged tanks and 802 flat-based tanks) following the 2016 earthquake. Critique of the earthquake damage database revealed that in 2013, 39% and 47% of the flat-based wine tanks sustained damage to their base shells and anchors respectively, while due to resilience measures implemented following the 2013 earthquakes, in the 2016 earthquake the damage to tank base shells and tank anchors of flat-based wine tanks was reduced to 32% and 23% respectively and instead damage to tank barrels (54%) and tank cones (43%) was identified as the two most frequently occurring damage modes for this type of tank. Analysis of damage data for legged wine tanks revealed that the frame-legs of legged wine tanks sustained the greatest damage percentage among different parts of legged tanks in both the 2013 earthquakes (40%) and in the 2016 earthquake (44%). Analysis of damage data and socio-economic findings highlight the need for industry-wide standards, which may have socio-economic implications for wineries.

Abstract:
The etiology of Legg-Calvé-Perthes' disease (LCPD) is unknown. There are many insights however from epidemiologic/demographic information. A systematic medical literature review regarding LCPD was performed. The incidence ranges from 0.4/100,000 to 29.0/100,000 children <15 years of age. There is significant variability in incidence within racial groups and is frequently higher in lower socioeconomic classes. The typical age at presentation ranges from 4 to 8 years (average 6.5 years), except for children from the Indian subcontinent (average 9.5 years). There is a mild familial component. The children demonstrate impaired growth in height, skeletal age, and birth weight. This impaired growth coincides with an age appropriate reduced somatomedin A activity and decreased levels of IGF. LCPD can be associated with abnormalities in the coagulation cascade, including an increase in factor V Leiden mutation, low levels of protein C and/or S, and decreased antithrombin activity. There is decreased turnover in type I collagen and synthesis of type III collagen, as well as reduced levels of urinary glycosaminoglycans in the active phases of the disorder. Subtle abnormalities in the opposite hip and other minor/major congenital defects are reported. Children with LCPD are active and score abnormally in certain standardized psychological tests.

Abstract:
Bacterial biofilms are complex biological systems that are difficult to eradicate at a medical, industrial, or environmental level. Biofilms confer bacteria protection against external factors and antimicrobial treatments. Taking into account that about 80% of human infections are caused by bacterial biofilms, the eradication of these structures is a great priority. Biofilms are resistant to old-generation antibiotics, which has led to the search for new antimicrobials from different sources, including deep oceans/seas. In this study, 675 extracts obtained from 225 cyanobacteria and microalgae species (11 phyla and 6 samples belonging to unknown group) were obtained from different culture collections: The Blue Biotechnology and Ecotoxicology Culture Collection (LEGE-CC), the Coimbra Collection of Algae (ACOI) from Portugal, and the Roscoff Culture Collection (RCC) from France. The largest number of samples was made up of the microalgae phylum Chlorophyta (270) followed by Cyanobacteria (261). To obtain a large range of new bioactive compounds, a method involving three consecutive extractions (hexane, ethyl acetate, and methanol) was used. The antibiofilm activity of extracts was determined against seven different bacterial species and two Candida strains in terms of minimal biofilm inhibitory concentration (MBIC). The highest biofilm inhibition rates (%) were achieved against Candida albicans and Enterobacter cloacae. Charophyta, Chlorophyta, and Cyanobacteria were the most effective against all microorganisms. In particular, extracts of Cercozoa phylum presented the lowest MBIC50 and MBIC90 values for all the strains except C. albicans.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah efektivitas bimbingan kelompok Teknik self-management dalam meningkatkan kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kebiasaan belajar dengan skala likert dan dokumen legger dari nilai hasil prestasi belajar yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 (Dua) kali pertemuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji-T berpasangan. Jumlah sampel penelitian 10 (Sepuluh) siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampling purposive. Dan perhitungan hasil yang menggunakan pre-test dan post-test one group design. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil penggunaaan bimbingan kelompok melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self-management sebelum diberi treatment hasil pretest skor rata-rata kebiasaan belajar 50 setelah diberi treatment berubah menjadi 68,5 dengan peningkatan 18,5. Sedangkan untuk nilai hasil prestasi belajar sebelum diberi treatment hasil nilai rata-rata legger pretest 70,1 setelah diberi treatment berubah menjadi 76,46 dengan peningkatan 6,36. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa adanya peningkatan antara pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan hasil uji hipotesis taraf kesalahan 5% jika t hitung < t tabel db n-1 diketahui bahwa thitung kebiasaan belajar -9,6214 dan ttabel2,262. Ini berarti thitung > ttabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha­ diterima sehingga disimpulkanbahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik self-management efektif meningkatkan kebiasaan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IX-B MTs Muslimat NU Palangka Raya.

Abstract:
Background:The Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC) Frailty Index (SLICC-FI) has been developed as a predictor of outcomes in SLE patients1-3. However, it needs to be validated in several populations.Objectives:To evaluate the SLICC-FI as a predictor of future damage accrual in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients.Methods:Patients from a single-center prevalent cohort were included. Damage accrual was defined as the increase in SLICC/American College of Rheumatology (ACR) damage index (SDI) scores between the baseline and last visits. The SLICC-FI was measured at baseline. Univariable and multivariable negative binomial regression were performed to determine the association between the baseline SLICC-FI (per 0.05 increase) and damage accrual during follow-up, adjusted for sex, age at diagnosis, socioeconomic status, disease duration, SLE Disease Activity Index 2000 (SLEDAI-2K), SDI, prednisone daily dose, antimalarial and immunosuppressive drug use at baseline, and duration of follow-up.Results:Of the 265 patients included, 248 (93.6%) were female with mean (SD) age 35.1 (13.6) years at diagnosis. At baseline, mean (SD) SLE disease duration was 7.3 (6.5) years, SDI was 1.1 (1.3) and SLEDAI-2K was 5.3 (4.6). The mean (SD) baseline SLICC-FI was 0.22 (0.05). After a mean (SD) of 5.2 (2.2) years of follow-up, the SDI increased in 126 (47.5%) patients, and the final mean (SD) SDI score was 1.7 (1.7). Higher SLICC-FI scores at baseline predicted greater damage accrual in the univariable analysis [Incidence Rate Ratio (IRR)=1.283, (CI95% 1.072-1.536); p=0.007]. The SLICC-FI remained associated with damage accrual in the multivariable model, after adjustment for possible confounders [IRR= 1.224 (CI95% 1.007-1.488); p=0.042].Conclusion:The SLICC-FI predicts damage accrual in prevalent SLE, supporting the relevance of this index in the evaluation of SLE patients. Abstract:
Fifteen years ago, at least one multimated female yellow-legged Asian hornet (Vespa velutina Lepeletier 1836) arrived in France, which gave rise to a pan-European invasion. In this study, the isolation and characterization of chitin (CHI) that was obtained from Vespa velutina (CHIVV) is described. In addition, an easy procedure is carried out to capture the raw insect, selectively and with high rates of success. The chitin contents of dry VV was observed to be 11.7%. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), solid-state NMR (ssNMR), elemental analysis (EA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thermogravimetric analysis (TG) characterized the physicochemical properties of CHIVV. The obtained CHIVV is close to pure (43.47% C, 6.94% H, and 6.85% N), and full acetylated with a value of 95.44%. Additionally, lifetime and kinetic parameters such as activation E and the frequency factor A using model-free and model-fitting methods, were determined. For CHIVV the solid state mechanism that follows the thermodegradation is of type F2 (random nucleation around two nuclei). The invasive Asian hornet is a promising alternative source of CHI, based on certain factors, such as the current and probable continued abundance of the quantity and quality of the product obtained.

Abstract:
We hypothesized that reducing arterial O2 content ([Formula: see text]) by lowering the hemoglobin concentration ([Hb]) would result in a higher blood flow, as observed with a low [Formula: see text], and maintenance of O2 delivery. Seven young healthy men were studied twice, at rest and during two-legged submaximal and peak dynamic knee extensor exercise in a control condition (mean control [Hb] 144 g/l) and after 1–1.5 liters of whole blood had been withdrawn and replaced with albumin {mean drop in [Hb] 29 g/l (range 19–38 g/l); low [Hb]}. Limb blood flow (LBF) was higher ( P < 0.01) with low [Hb] during submaximal exercise (i.e., at 30 W, LBF was 2.5 ± 0.1 and 3.0 ± 0.1 l/min for control [Hb] and low [Hb], respectively; P < 0.01), resulting in a maintained O2 delivery and O2 uptake for a given workload. However, at peak exercise, LBF was unaltered (6.5 ± 0.4 and 6.6 ± 0.6 l/min for control [Hb] and low [Hb], respectively), which resulted in an 18% reduction in O2 delivery ( P < 0.01). This occurred despite peak cardiac output in neither condition reaching >75% of maximal cardiac output (∼26 l/min). It is concluded that a low CaO2 induces an elevation in submaximal muscle blood flow and that O2 delivery to contracting muscles is tightly regulated.

Abstract:

The basic principle for limited companies is that the owners are not liable for the debts of the company. To protect the creditors of the company, however, a theory of personal liability for the owners has evolved, the so called piercing the corporate veil theory. For decades there have been disagreements wether or not it would be motivated to legislate the theory of piercing the corporate veil, and what this legislation might look like. The basic problems in my essay are: Is there a need to legislate the theory of piercing the corporate veil in Sweden? What would such a legislation look like in Sweden? To answer these questions I analyzed cases regarding the piercing the corporate veil theory, examined the theory in the USA and Germany and described how authors would like to answer these questions. My results are that there is a need to increase the liability that a parent company has for the debts of its subsidiary companies. This should be done by changing the rule in 15:3 ABL.

Il "diritto all'ambiente" è da tempo al centro del dibattito costituzionale, anche in considerazione dei cambiamenti climatici avvenuti negli ultimi decenni, che hanno spinto verso una riflessione più approfondita degli stili di vita attuali in una prospettiva di sviluppo sostenibile, all’interno del quale poter coniugare sviluppo economico, sociale e tutela della salute. La "sostenibilità" rappresenta uno dei pilastri della nuova Costituzione per l'Europa; non a caso, il Trattato che adotta una Costituzione per l’Europa, già nel Preambolo, richiama la necessità del "rispetto dei diritti di ciascuno nella consapevolezza delle loro responsabilità nei confronti delle generazioni future e della Terra". Mentre, però, nella maggior parte delle Costituzioni degli Stati membri aderenti all'Unione c’è un esplicito riferimento alla tutela dell’ambiente, nella Costituzione italiana, complice anche la quasi totale disinformazione circa gli effetti dell'inquinamento ambientale, manca un riferimento diretto, anche se esso può essere rinvenuto, almeno indirettamente, dal combinato disposto degli artt. 9 e 32 della Carta costituzionale. Il diritto ambientale, o meglio, il danno ambientale, compare all'interno dell'ordinamento giuridico solo nel 1986, con la Legge n. 349 (Istituzione del Ministero dell'Ambiente e norme in materia di danno ambientale), il cui art. 18 ricompone la responsabilità per danno sotto la tutela aquiliana, senza però definire il concetto di "ambiente". La definizione di "ambiente" si trova, invece, insieme con un novero di norme tese ad armonizzare la tutela giuridica dello stesso, all’interno del D. Lgs. n. 152 del 2006 (Testo Unico Ambientale). Un intervento, quest’ultimo, che lascia aperte questioni importanti, sulle quali ha tentato di intervenire, ancora una volta, il legislatore con la Legge n. 68 del 2015. Una riforma tanto auspicata, che però non ha centrato pienamente l'obiettivo, intervenendo con parziali modifiche su una realtà normativa che, forse, andava interamente ripensata, e introducendo per la prima volta fattispecie delittuose a tutela penale dell'ambiente, così come richiesto dall'Europa, ma lasciando irrisolte le tante problematicità già evidenziate nel 2006.
The "right to a healthy environment” has been for a long time the core of the constitutional debate, also in consideration of the climate changes of the last decades, which have urged a deeper reflection on the present ways of life in perspective of a sustainable development inside which it is possible to combine economic and social development and health safeguard. "Sustainability" represents one of the pillars of the new E.U. Constitution; it is not by chance that the Treaty adopting a E.U. Constitution, from the Preamble, reminds the necessity of the "respect of the rights of each individual and in awareness of their responsibilities towards future generations and the Earth”. However, while most Constitutions of the Union Member States make an explicit reference to environmental safeguard, the Italian Constitution has no direct mention of it, partly because of an almost total misinformation on the effects of environmental pollution, even if a reference, at least indirectly, may be found in the combined provisions of the articles 9 and 32 of the Constitution. The environmental right, or rather the environmental damage, appears inside the legal system only in 1986, with the Law n. 349 (Institution of the Ministry of the Environment and rules on environmental damage), where the article 18 reassembles the damage responsibility under the “tutela aquiliana”, but does not define the concept of "environment". Instead, we find the definition of "environment", together with a group of rules aiming at harmonizing its juridical safeguard, inside the legislative decree n. 152 of 2006 (Environmental Consolidation Act). This measure has left unsolved important matters, on which the legislator tried to intervene, once more, with the Law n. 68 of 2015. It has been a long wished reform, but has not hit the mark entirely as it has brought partial changes of rules that had to be possibly reconsidered and to include crime cases for the first time in order to get a penal safeguard of the environment, as required by E.U., and thus the so many issues underlined in 2006 are still unsolved.

L’ objete d’aquesta tesi doctoral és estudiar la responsabilitat laboral en el grup d’ empreses i els seus fonaments jurídico-laborals en el Dret Espanyol. Mitjançant l’anàlisi jurídic i dogmàtic conjuntament amb la incorporació d’aspectes de l’Anàlisi Econòmic del Dret, es persegueix determinar si el model jurisprudencial espanyol empreat actualment per a identificar i atribuïr responsabilitat laboral en el grup d’empreses és eficaç, efectiu i si respon a un criteri d’eficiència. La finalitat última és determinar si aquest sistema jurisprudencial resulta adequat per a la protecció dels treballadors a Espanya i, en cas negatiu, proposar una matriu conceptual i uns fonaments jurídics més adients per a aquest propòsit i, en tot cas, realizar propostes de lege data i de lege ferenda per a dotar de major seguretat jurídica a tots els operadors jurídics en aquesta matèria.
El objeto de esta tesis doctoral es estudiar la responsabilidad laboral en el grupo de empresas y sus fundamentos jurídico-laborales en el Derecho Español. Mediante el análisis jurídico y dogmático junto con la incorporación de aspectos del Análisis Económico del Derecho, se persigue determinar si el modelo jurisprudencial español utilizado actualmente para identificar y atribuir responsabilidad laboral en el grupo de empresas es eficaz, efectivo y si responde a un criterio de eficiencia. La finalidad última es determinar si dicho sistema jurisprudencial resulta adecuado para la protección de los trabajadores en España y, en caso negativo, proponer una matriz conceptual y unos fundamentos jurídicos más adecuados a este propósito y, en todo caso, realizar propuestas de lege data y de lege ferenda para dotar de mayor seguridad jurídica a todos los operadores jurídicos en esta materia.
The purpose of this doctoral thesis is to analyze labour liabilities in group of companies and their labour legal basis in the Spanish law. From a legal and dogmatic analysis and incorporating some aspects of the law and economics approach, the objective is to assess if the current Spanish case law model used to identify and ascribe labour liabilities in a group of companies is effective, efficacious and responds to an efficiency criterion. The final aim is to determine if such a case law system is appropriate for employees’ protection in Spain and, if not, to propose a conceptual matrix and legal basis that are more appropriate for this purpose and, in any case, to make de lege data and de lege ferenda proposals to provide greater legal certainty to all legal operators in this issue.

Abstract:
INTRODUZIONE: Il presente progetto di ricerca nasce all’interno di un Dottorato Eureka, sviluppato grazie al contributo della Regione Marche, dell’Università di Macerata e dell’azienda Jobmetoo by Jobdisabili srl, agenzia per il lavoro esclusivamente focalizzata sui lavoratori con disabilità o appartenenti alle categorie protette. Se trovare lavoro è già difficile per molti, per chi ha una disabilità diventa un percorso pieno di ostacoli. Nonostante, infatti, la legge 68/99 abbia una visione tra le più avanzate in Europa, l’Italia è stata ripresa dalla Corte Europea per non rispettare i propri doveri relativamente al collocamento mirato delle persone con disabilità. Tra chi ha una disabilità, la disoccupazione è fra il 50% e il 70% in Europa, con punte dell’80% in Italia. L’attuale strategia europea sulla disabilità 2010-2020 pone come obiettivi fondamentali la lotta alla discriminazione, le pari opportunità e l’inclusione attiva. Per la realizzazione di tali obiettivi assume un’importanza centrale l’orientamento permanente: esso si esercita in forme e modalità diverse a seconda dei bisogni, dei contesti e delle situazioni. La centralità di tutti gli interventi orientativi è il riconoscimento della capacità di autodeterminazione dell’essere umano, che va supportato nel trovare la massima possibilità di manifestarsi e realizzarsi. Ciò vale ancora di più per le persone con disabilità, in quanto risultano fondamentali tutte quelle azioni che consentono loro di raggiungere una consapevolezza delle proprie capacità/abilità accanto al riconoscimento delle caratteristiche della propria disabilità. L’orientamento assume così un valore permanente nella vita di ogni persona, garantendone lo sviluppo e il sostegno nei processi di scelta e di decisione con l’obiettivo di promuovere l’occupazione attiva, la crescita economica e l’inclusione sociale. Oggi giorno il frame work di riferimento concettuale nel campo della disabilità è l’International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), il quale ha portato a un vero e proprio rovesciamento del termine disabilità dal negativo al positivo: non si parla più di impedimenti, disabilità, handicap, ma di funzioni, strutture e attività. In quest’ottica, la disabilità non appare più come mera conseguenza delle condizioni fisiche dell’individuo, ma scaturisce dalla relazione fra l’individuo e le condizioni del mondo esterno. In termini di progetto di vita la sfida della persona con disabilità è quella di poter essere messa nelle condizioni di sperimentarsi come attore della propria esistenza, con il diritto di poter decidere e, quindi, di agire di conseguenza in funzione del proprio benessere e della qualità della propria vita, un una logica di autodeterminazione. OBIETTIVO: Sulla base del background e delle teorie di riferimento analizzate e delle necessità aziendali è stata elaborata la seguente domanda di ricerca: è possibile aumentare la consapevolezza negli/nelle studenti/esse e laureati/e con disabilità che si approcciano al mondo del lavoro, rispetto alle proprie abilità, competenze, risorse, oltre che alle limitazioni imposte dalla propria disabilità? L’obiettivo è quello di sostenere i processi di auto-riflessione sulla propria identità e di valorizzare il ruolo attivo della persona stessa nella sua autodeterminazione, con la finalità ultima di aumentare e migliorare il match tra le persone con disabilità e le imprese. L’auto-riflessione permetterà di facilitare il successivo contatto dialogico con esperti di orientamento e costituirà una competenza che il soggetto porterà comunque come valore aggiunto nel mondo del lavoro. METODI E ATTIVITÀ: Il paradigma teorico-metodologico adottato è un approccio costruttivista: peculiarità di questo metodo è che ciascuna componente della ricerca può essere riconsiderata o modificata nel corso della sua conduzione o come conseguenza di cambiamenti introdotti in qualche altra componente e pertanto il processo è caratterizzato da circolarità; la metodologia e gli strumenti non sono dunque assoggettati alla ricerca ma sono al servizio degli obiettivi di questa. Il primo passo del progetto di ricerca è stato quello di ricostruzione dello stato dell’arte, raccogliendo dati, attraverso la ricerca bibliografica e sitografica su: l’orientamento, la normativa vigente in tema di disabilità, i dati di occupazione/disoccupazione delle persone con disabilità e gli strumenti di accompagnamento al lavoro. A fronte di dati mancanti sul territorio italiano relativi alla carriera e ai fabbisogni lavorativi degli/delle studenti/esse e laureati/e con disabilità, nella prima fase del progetto di ricerca è stata avviata una raccolta dati su scala nazionale, relativa al monitoraggio di carriera degli studenti/laureati con disabilità e all’individuazione dei bisogni connessi al mondo del lavoro. Per la raccolta dati è stato sviluppato un questionario ed è stata richiesta la collaborazione a tutte le Università italiane. Sulla base dei dati ricavati dal questionario, della letteratura e delle indagini esistenti sulle professioni, nella fase successiva della ricerca si è proceduto alla strutturazione di un percorso di auto-orientamento, volto ad aumentare la consapevolezza nelle persone con disabilità delle proprie abilità e risorse, accanto a quella dei propri limiti. In particolare, il punto di partenza per la costruzione del percorso è stata l’Indagine Istat- Isfol sulle professioni (2012) e la teoria delle Intelligenze Multiple di H. Gardner (1983). Si è arrivati così alla strutturazione del percorso di auto-orientamento, composto da una serie di questionari attraverso i quali il candidato è chiamato ad auto-valutare le proprie conoscenze, le competenze, le condizioni di lavoro che gli richiedono più o meno sforzo e le intelligenze che lo caratterizzano, aggiungendo a questi anche una parte più narrativa dove il soggetto è invitato a raccontare i propri punti di forza, debolezza e le proprie aspirazioni in ambito professionale. Per sperimentare il percorso di auto-orientamento creato, nell’ultima fase della ricerca è stato predisposto uno studio pilota per la raccolta di alcuni primi dati qualitativi con target differenti, studenti/esse universitari/e e insegnanti di scuola superiore impegnati nel tema del sostegno e dell’orientamento, e utilizzando diversi strumenti (autopresentazioni, test multidimensionale autostima, focus group). CONCLUSIONI: I dati ottenuti dallo studio pilota, seppur non generalizzabili, in quanto provenienti da un campione esiguo, hanno evidenziato come il percorso di auto-orientamento attivi una riflessione sulla visione di sé nei diversi contesti e un cambiamento, in positivo o in negativo, nell’autostima e nella valutazione di sé in diverse aree, ad esempio nell’area delle relazioni interpersonali, del vissuto corporeo, dell’emotività ecc. Tali dati ci hanno permesso soprattutto di evidenziare punti di forza e debolezza del percorso creato e di apportare modifiche per una maggiore comprensione e adattabilità del prodotto stesso. Il valore del percorso orientativo è connesso al ruolo attivo di auto-valutatore giocato dal candidato con disabilità, affiancando a questa prima fase di autovalutazione un successivo confronto dialogico con un esperto, tale da permettere un ancoraggio alla realtà esterna, al contesto in cui il soggetto si trova a vivere. In questo senso, l’orientamento assume il valore di un processo continuo e articolato, che ha come scopo principale quello di sostenere la consapevolezza di sé e delle proprie potenzialità, agendo all’interno dell’area dello sviluppo prossimale della persona verso la realizzazione della propria identità personale, sociale e professionale.

Il contributo presenta le iniziative maturate all’interno del Dipartimento di Lettere e Filosofia dell’Università di Firenze in occasione del settimo centenario della morte di Dante. In particolare si sofferma su due iniziative: dapprima l’ampio ciclo di conferenze Dante e i poeti italiani del Novecento, dedicato al vario rapporto intrattenuto da venti poetesse e poeti del secolo scorso con la poesia dell’Alighieri; quindi la mostra Onorevole e antico cittadino di Firenze. Il Bargello per Dante, ospitata nelle sale del Museo del Bargello, che ricostruisce le modalità con cui Firenze, pochi anni dopo la morte di Dante, si riappropriò della memoria e della figura del poeta, dando vita a un profondo processo di rielaborazione della memoria: esso culmina con la consacrazione dell’Alighieri dovuta a Giovanni Boccaccio e ha ricadute decisive per la storia della letteratura e della cultura italiana, cioè del modo in cui ancora oggi si guarda a Dante e si legge la Commedia. All’interno di questo percorso di riappropriazione un aspetto rilevante è quello che riguarda le prime traduzioni dai classici latini, che intrattengono con la Commedia un rapporto privilegiato e complesso.
