Abstract:
This study analyses the image repair strategies used by Barcelona after the dramatic exit of its top player, Lionel Messi. Barcelona's image repair efforts included President Laporta's press conference, in which he attempted to repair the club's image by justifying and explaining the situation. The study also evaluated the fans' responses to Barcelona's strategies to determine how fans reacted to such discourse. Therefore, first, it uses Benoit's image repair theory to analyse Barcelona's rhetoric. Second, it conducts a thematic analysis of 2613 comments from active YouTube users. The results show Barcelona's failure to repair its image following Messi's departure. The club employed the denial strategy by shifting the blame. It also used reducing offensiveness through transcendence, differentiation and bolstering. Finally, it deployed evading responsibility through defeasibility. The thematic analysis of fans’ responses to Laporta’s speech shows that Laporta failed to convince fans of his arguments. Over and above, he infuriated them with his speech. Therefore, it is right to say that his image repair strategies were ineffective and unimpressive. The findings suggest that when the audience is eager to see corrective action, it is difficult to accept other strategies that do not align with their desires. The results of this study have several important implications for future practice. First, organisations should consider audience orientations through audience analysis before employing image repair strategies. Second, sports organisations should use media framing before major decisions to avoid shocking fans. Keywords: Thematic analysis, Barcelona, Leo Messi, Joan Laporta, image repair.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the long-term function of the LaPorta design great toe implant. Eight cases were evaluated preoperatively and on a short-term (mean = 3.6 months) and a long-term basis (mean = 20.5 months) postoperatively. Findings of clinical importance included decreased hallux dorsiflexion and radiographic evidence of hyperostosis formation at the implant hinge. However, all of the patients studied were satisfied with their results.

Abstract:
Historically, Barcelona Football Club (BFC) has represented one of the pillars of Catalan identity, which earned it the slogan “more than a club.” In recent times, especially under the presidency of Joan Laporta, management has radicalized the club’s political positions by using BFC as a platform to openly promote the independence from Spain of the Catalan region. Despite the fact that most Barcelona fans in Catalonia, as well as in the rest of Spain, have much more moderate political positions, the radicalization of BFC does not appear to have eroded the relationship-building process with Barcelona fandom. This article argues that BFC as an institution still maintains a good relationship with its fans because the social, as well as individual, identity provided by allegiance to a soccer club such as BFC is ultimately more important to members and fans than the club’s political positions.

Abstract:
Long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) can be found in Sibolangit Nature Reserves North Sumatera. This research was conducted to determine its group distribution and abundance of the population using concentration count and its habitat was observed by rapid assessment in 7 location. 2 group of long-tailed macaque was found, first group found in the southern part of a nature reserve with a group size of 18-25 individuals. Second group was found in the northern part of nature reserve with a group size of 15-20 individuals. The group distribution was affected by the location of sources of water, food resources, human and other animals. Food plant species consist of rambung merah (Ficus sumatrana), terap (Artocarpus elasticus), kayu ageng (Antidesma montanum), nanglit (Nauclea cyrtopoda), lateng gajah (Laporta sinuata), beringin (Ficus benjamina), jelatang (Toxicodendron radicans), aren (Arenga pinnata), riman (Caryota sp), senduduk (Melastoma affine). Desenvolvida na esfera das pesquisas sobre literatura juvenil brasileira contemporânea, esta tese de doutoramento tem como objeto de estudo 42 narrativas de autoria da escritora paulista Giselda Laporta Nicolelis (1938) que circulam sob essa rubrica. No contexto desta investigação, os títulos escolhidos são agrupados em três grandes categorias narrativas (narrativas de aventura, narrativas sociais e narrativas psicológicas), segundo os moldes propostos por Ceccantini (2000). Com o objetivo de alcançar uma compreensão geral do universo ficcional criado por Nicolelis, o trabalho acompanha a jornada dos heróis nicolelianos, realizando uma análise sistemática dos elementos temáticos e formais das narrativas que compõem o corpus, bem como discute questões relativas à produção, circulação e consumo da literatura juvenil dessa escritora, sob o amparo teórico de Pierre Bourdieu (2007) acerca do mercado de bens simbólicos. Essa análise evidenciou que as narrativas da escritora são representativas de certa linhagem da literatura juvenil brasileira de cunho realista/verista (Zilberman, 2003), em que os heróis (e, por extensão, seus leitores) são lançados na jornada contemporânea das mazelas sociais oriundas do subdesenvolvimento da sociedade brasileira – na sua vertente urbana, capitalista e industrializada –, estando sempre afastados das posições de poder. Na tentativa de resolver problemas sociais indissolúveis, guiados por um narrador de visão adultocêntrica, os heróis são inseridos no contexto de dicotomias que perpassam a literatura infantojuvenil desde suas origens. Dentre elas, são destacadas: a assimetria adulto/criança; discurso utilitário X discurso literário; realismo X fantasia; normatividade X ruptura. Ainda que se note a tentativa de inovação no nível temático, a presença preponderante de padrões literários tradicionais no nível formal faz com que essas narrativas não ultrapassem geralmente certos propósitos pedagogizantes. Assim, Nicolelis, ainda que almejando libertar e conscientizar seus leitores, muitas vezes, não alcança, no plano literário, a representação do homem em toda sua humanidade, enclausurando seus heróis na permanência do status quo social contemporâneo. Além dos pesquisadores já mencionados, a pesquisa tem como referencial teórico estudos desenvolvidos por Candido (1972; 2011), Perrotti (1986), Campbell (1997), Novaes (1984; 2000; 2006), Colomer (2003), Cruvinel (2009), Luft (2010), Souza (2015), Vogler (2015), entre vários outros.

In the context of this investigation, the chosen titles are grouped into three major narrative categories (adventure narratives, social narratives, and psychological narratives), according to the models proposed by Ceccantini (2000). In order to reach a general understanding of the fictional universe created by Nicolelis, this dissertation follows the journey of her heroes through a systematic analysis of both thematic and formal elements of the narratives that compose the corpus, as well it discusses issues related to the production, circulation and consumption of the author’s young adult literature, theoretically grounded in Pierre Bourdieu’s (2007) work about the market of symbolic goods. This analysis evidenced that the author's narratives are representative of a certain lineage of Brazilian realist/veristic literature (Zilberman, 2003), in which heroes (and, by extension, their readers) are launched in a contemporary journey of the social illness derived from the underdevelopment of Brazilian society - in its urban, capitalist, and industrialized dimension -, always away from the positions of power. In the illusory and quixotic attempt to solve indissoluble social problems, guided by a narrator which has an adultcentric point-of-view, the heroes are inserted in the context of dichotomies that pervade both children's and young adult's literature since its origins. Among them, we can highlight the following: the asymmetry between adult and child; utilitarian discourse versus literary discourse; realism versus fantasy; normativity versus rupture. Although the attempt to innovate at the thematic level can be noticed, the preponderant presence of traditional literary patterns at the formal level shows that these narratives do not usually exceed certain pedagogic purposes. Thus, although Nicolelis aims to provide a sense of freedom and to raise awareness in her readers, she often does not reach the representation of man in all his humanity in the literary plane. As a consequence of that, some of her characters are cloistered in a permanent status quo. Beyond the authors already mentioned, this research has as theoretical background studies developed by Candido (1972; 2011), Perrotti (1986), Campbell (1997), Novaes (1984; 2000; 2006), Colomer (2003), Cruvinel (2009), Luft (2010), Souza (2015), Vogler (2015), among others.

Abstract:

The aim of this report is to analyse the logistics of a medium sized restaurant and give an overall solution for improvements on the restaurant's logistics. The restaurant of interest belongs to Laponia Hotel and is located in Arvidsjaur, Sweden. Investments for over 100.000 Euros are planned for the hotel, which includes a reconstruction of the restaurant. The details on how the restaurant will be reconstructed are not yet known. I therefore chose to analyse the problemin general terms and find a solution that is focused on the logistic system itself rather than its layout.

In order to find the best system I have chosen to analyse three different logistic models, each representing different levels of logistic systems. The first model, representing the logistics of a small restaurant, is named ´the simple logistic model´ and has a manual system. The second method is called ´the complex logistic model´. This model describes the hotel that is too small to afford a full-scale computer system, and too complex to operate with only a manual system. The last model is'the advanced logistic model'and it is meant to represent the full-scale logistics with all necessary computer aid.

The models are analysed by the SWOT method and the materials used are found through literature research, interviews and observations. The analyse shows that the best model for Laponia Hotel's restaurant would be the advanced logistic model in combination with the simple logistic model. This would allow the restaurant to use all the benefits of computer aid and large quantities without loosing the small-scale feeling of ownership and responsibility among the employees.

Abstract:
A tribo Megacephalini é composta por 17 gêneros e aproximadamente 240 espécies distribuídas nos continentes americano, africano e Oceania e tem como principal sinapomorfia a carena pronotal lateral projetando-se além da margem anterior do prosterno. Essa tribo já sofreu muitas modificações e atualmente, como resultado de análises filogenéticas baseadas em dados moleculares e dados morfológicos de larvas, teve sua monofilia questionada existência duvidada. Foi feito um estudo filogenético baseado principalmente em caracteres morfológicos de adultos para testar a monofilia do grupo, assim como investigar as relações entre os subgrupos que o forma. Para tal, 233 caracteres foram levantados, sendo 232 relacionados à morfologia externa e um sobre a biologia; alguns caracteres foram estudados pela primeira vez em uma filogenia de Carabidae, com destaque para o escutelo, que se mostrou bastante informativo para os agrupamentos das subtribos. Os quatro cladogramas igualmente mais parcimoniosos (960 passos) obtidos revelaram que a tribo é monofilética, sendo necessário apenas excluir uma espécie da hipótese inicial (Callidema boussingaultii) e incluir um ou dois gêneros (Mantica e Manticora), inicialmente considerados externos à tribo. Além da confirmação da existência do grupo, foi apresentada uma nova hipótese de classificação, onde a tribo Megacephalini é formada por 3 subtribos: Manticorina, Oxycheilina e Megacephalina; Manticorina grupo-irmão das outras duas subtribos, estas formando juntas um grupo natural
The tribe Megacephalini is composed of 17 genera and approximately 240 species spread throughout the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Oceania. The main synapomorphy of the group is the lateral pronotal ridge that extends beyond the anterior margin of the mesosternum. The classification of the tribe has undergone changes through the past few decades and recently, based on molecular characters and larval data, its validity has been questioned. A phylogenetic study based mainly on morphological data was done to test the monophyly of the group as well as to investigate the relations of its subgroups. For the analysis, 233 characters were used. From those, 232 related to the external morphology and one to the biology; some characters were used for the first time in a Carabidae phylogenetic study, such as the scutellum, which has proven to be very important for subtribes determination. The four most parsimonious trees (length = 960) show that the tribe is monophyletic, with the exclusion of one species (Callidema boussingaultii), and the addition of one or two genera (Mantica and Manticora), formerly not considered part of the tribe. In addition to the confirmation of the monophyly of the tribe, a new classification hypothesis is presented, in which the tribe is formed by three subtribes: Manticorina, Oxycheilina, and Megacephalina; Manticorina as sister group of the other two, and those together comprising a natural group

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan umur perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan laporan keuangan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2018. Indikator pengungkapan laporan keuangan yang digunakan adalah penelitian uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat uji regresi data panel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpose sampling.sampel yang digunakan dalam ppenelitian ini berjumlah 20 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam uji parsial, profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan laporan keuangan, sedangkan leverage, likuiditas ukuran perusahaan, dan umur perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengungkapan lapora keuangan.

Abstract:
Kasus kecurangan laporan keuangan (fraud) yang terjadi di dunia terus mengalami peningkatan, begitu juga di Indonesia. Kecurangan yang terjadi memberikan dampak yang besar bagi perusahaan maupun bagi pengguna laporan keuangan lainnya. Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu alat deteksi yang bisa digunakan untuk mengetahui kemungkinan dilakukannya tindakan fraud sebagai upaya mengurangi kerugian yang timbul akibat kecurangan tersebut, salahsatunya metode Beneish Ratio Index. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menguji pengaruh Days Sales Receivable Index (DSRI), Gross Margin Index (GMI), Asset Quality Index (AQI), Sales Growth Index (SGI) dan Depreciation Index (DEPI) yang menjadi variabel Beneish Ratio Index terhadap pendeteksian kecurangan laporan keuangan (fraud) pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor kimia dan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analis data menggunakan analisis regresi logistik dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: (1) Rata-rata perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian memiliki kondisi DSRI, GMI, AQI, SGI dan DEPI yang kurang baik; (2) Semakin tinggi DSRI, GMI, AQI, SGI dan DEPI maka semakin tinggi terdeteksinya kecurangan laporan keuangan; (3) Tinggi rendahnya DSRI tidak ada pengaruhnya terhadap terdeteksinya kecurangan laporan keuangan; (4) Semakin tinggi GMI maka semakin tinggi terdeteksinya kecurangan laporan keuangan; (5) Tinggi rendahnya AQI tidak ada pengaruhnya terhadap terdeteksinya kecurangan laporan keuangan; (6) Semakin tinggi SGI maka semakin tinggi terdeteksinya kecurangan laporan keuangan; (7) Tinggi rendahnya DEPI tidak ada pengaruhnya terhadap terdeteksinya kecurangan laporan keuangan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengakuan pendaptan dan biaya yang terdapat pada Rumah Sakit Wahidin Sudirohusodo Di Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kualitatif dan metode analisis komparatif dengan melakukan perhitungan terhadap data-data yang tercatat dalam laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan aktivitas, bahwa pengakuan pendapatan dan biaya secara khusus telah memiliki standar yaitu pernyataan standar akuntansi keuangan PSAK No.23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan Rumah Sakit Wahidin Sudirohusodo sudah sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan (SAK) hal ini dapat dilihat dari Rumah Sakit Wahidin Sudirohusodo dalam prakteknya sudah menerapkan system akuntansi dalam rangka pelaporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan terlampir menyajikan secara wajar, dalam semua hal yang material, posisi keuangan BLU-RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo tanggal 31 Desember 2017, serta kinerja keuangan dan arus kas untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal tersebut, sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan.

Abstract:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi PSAK 72 terhadap kinerja keuangan di era pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitan kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dari perusahaan real estate. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan real estate yang yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah 61 perusahaan. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan yakni perusahaan real estate yang yang menyajikan laporan keuangan tahun 2019 dan Laporan keuangan Kuartal II tahun 2020 di bursa efek indonesia, maka sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 46 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut PSAK 72 memiliki pengaruh signifikan (negatif) terhadap rasio aktivitas, rasio likuiditas, rasio pasar dan rasio profitabilitas. Sebaliknya implementasi PSAK 72 tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap rasio solvabilitas. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, walaupun implementasi PSAK 72 menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan (negatif), akantetapi perusahaan telah melakukan upaya persiapan implementasi PSAK 72 ditahun 2019 dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan terhadap karyawannya dan evaluasi sebelum akhirnya mengimplementasikan PSAK 72. Artinya implementasi 72 tidak sepenuhnya berdampak negatif bagi pendapatan perusahaan, Hal itu dikarenakan implementasi PSAK 72 bersamaan dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang juga menyebabkan turunnya pendapatan perusahaan.

Populasi dalam penelitian adalah laporan realisasi keuangan 11 Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota yang ada di Provinsi Jambi Periode 2014-2018. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu, sehingga didapat sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara simultan antara Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) dan Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran terhadap Belanja Modal.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis: Pengaruh leverage, ukuran perusahaan, intentitas modal, debt covenant, dan profitabilitas terhadap konservatisme akutansi. Populasi yang diteliti yaitu perusahaan sektor infrastructure, utilities, dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2017–2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan 2 tahun pengamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi non partisipan yang diambil dari data laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan program EViews 9. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Leverage, intentitas Modal, dan Profitabilitas terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap Konservatisme akutansi. Debt Covenant terbukti berpengaruh negative terhadap Konservatisme akutansi. Ukuran perusahaan terbukti berpengaruh positive terhadap Konservatisme Akutansi.

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is divided into six districts, with district offices located in LaPorte, Fort Wayne, Crawfordsville, Greenfield, Vincennes, and Seymour. Each district has a Technical Services Department responsible for (with support from INDOT Central Office staff) managing the INDOT assets within the district and providing technical support to the district (including capital programs, maintenance, construction projects, and others). They also provide input to Statewide Asset Management and Capital Programs. Each Technical Services Department has assigned Asset Owners responsible for management of assets such as roadways/pavement, bridges, large culverts, small culverts, traffic/safety, mobility, and (in the case of Crawfordsville) drainage.
