Sistem pembagian hasil laut dipandang sering tidak seimbang antara bagian nelayan pemilik dan nelayan penggarap sehingga sistem pembagian hasil laut sering dikritisi peneliti sebagai penyebab ketimpangan pendapatan. Nelayan sangat tergantumg pada kondisi alam dalam menjalankan aktifitas ekonominya. Aktifitas ekonomi telah menimbulkan stratifikasi dalam masyarakat nelayan menempati level paling bawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan antara nelayan pemilik dan nelayan penggarap serta mengetahui pengaruh lama melaut, daerah tangkapan dan jumlah ABK terhadap hasil tangkapan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo Kota Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan nelayan pemilik dan pendapatan nelayan penggarap. Lama melaut, jumlah ABK dan daerah tanggkapan berpengaruh secara signifikan. Profit Sharing System Of Fishing Vessels At Lampulo Fishing Port OfBanda aceh city Abstract. Fishing profit sharing system is often considered unbalance between fishing boat owner’s share the fishermen’s share so that the fishing profit sharing system is frequently got criticized by the researchers as the reason of income inequality. Fishermen are very dependent on the conditions of nature in carrying out their economic activities. Economic activity has resulted in social stratification in the community so that the fishermen are at the lowest level. This research aims at finding out the income difference between the fishing boat owner and the fishermen. This research also aims at finding out the effect of the sailing duration, the fishing area, and the number of crew aboard in Lampulo Fishing Port of Banda Aceh City. The total amounts of sample in this research are 22 respondents who are chosen by using Simple Random sampling. The technique of data analysis in this research is multiple linear regressions. The result of this study shows that there is significant difference between the income of the fishing boat owner and the fishermen. The sailing duration, the fishing area, and the number of crew aboard are also have significant effect.

Statistics from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) noted that in 2019 the Aceh region had 29,713 fishing vessels. Fishing vessels are an important means for fishing business. With the production of fishing vessels, there will be a running shipbuilding industry. The shipyard serves as a place for shipbuilding as well as a place to repair damaged ships. Shipbuilding is a capture fisheries support industry that can meet the needs of repairs for fishing vessels that carry out loading and unloading at ports. There are three types of shipyards in Indonesia, namely traditional shipyards, semi-modern shipyards and modern shipyards. Shipbuilding business cannot operate optimally if there is less demand from consumers. One of the shipbuilding business industries in Aceh is in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City, which is a shipyard that is still traditional. This study aims to determine the feasibility of a shipyard business located in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. The research method used in this research is to use financial analysis methods consisting of profit, Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) and Break Event Point (BEP). Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that the profit obtained was Rp. 13.746.986.912 over a period of 10 years, the NPV is Rp. 10.479.852.239, Net B/C Ratio of 2.3, IRR of 61%, PP of 1.57 or the rate of return on investment value of less than 3 year and BEP or the break-even point of business which is at point 0. Results This exceeds the business feasibility limit, so it can be concluded that the shipyard business in Lampulo Village, Banda Aceh City is in a feasible condition.Keywords: fishing shipyard, financial analysis, Lampulo

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of quality service of Oceanic Fishing Port on fishing operational fluency. Data were collected using questionnaires based on Likert scale 1-3 and direct observation. The data was collected by assessing the fishermen on quality service of UPTD, either through questionnaire and observation. The data were analyzed using Chi-Square test to examine the correlation of two nominal variables and how far the correlation between two variables of quality service for fishing operational fluency. The result showed that the p-value for the reliability variable was 0.036 0.05 at the level of α 5%, it means that the reliability variable gave the significant effect to the fishing operation. Four indicators of the reliability variables (supply of subsidized fuel for fishing in the fishing port, the optimization of services provided by the UPTD to fishermen, the supply of ice in the fishing port, and supply of water for the fishing operational in the fishing port) showed the satisfaction of respondent was at low level. While the results the variable responsiveness test indicated that these variables have no significant effect on the fishing operational fluency. It was shown from the result of the p-value of 0.609 0.05 at the level of α 5%, with the average of satisfaction indicators was at the middle category.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan UPTD terhadap kelancaran operasional penangkapan ikan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang dibuat dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-3 (skor 3 berarti sangat setuju, skor 2 berarti kurang setuju, dan skor 1 berarti sangat tidak setuju) dan pengamanat langsung di lapangan. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah penilaian nelayan terhadap kualitas pelayanan UPTD, baik penilaian melalui kuesioner dan pengamatan langsung. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Chi-Square untuk menguji pengaruh atau hubungan dua variabel nominal, sehingga diketahui ada/tidak dan sejauh mana hubungan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kelancaran operasional penangkapan ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perolehan p-value untuk variabel kehandalan sebesar 0,0360,05 pada taraf α 5%, yang berarti bahwa variabel kehandalan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelancaran operasional penangkapan ikan. Empat indikator dari variabel kehandalan (penyediaan BBM bersubsidi untuk kebutuhan operasional penangkapan di kawasan pelabuhan, keoptimalan pelayanan yang diberikan pihak UPTD kepada nelayan, penyediaan es di kawasan pelabuhan, dan penyediaan air untuk kebutuhan operasional penangkapan di kawasan pelabuhan) menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat kepuasan responden terhadap variabel kehandalan berada pada tingkat kepuasan rendah. Sementara hasil uji terhadap variabel daya tanggap menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelancaran operasional penangkapan ikan. Hal ini terbukti dari perolehan p-value sebesar 0,6090,05 pada taraf α 5%, dengan rata-rata indikator kepuasan berada dalam posisi tingkat kepuasan sedang.

The freshness of fishes caught by fishing vessels must be maintained to preserve the fish quality, which usually using ice as the cooling media. The ice needed depend on the catch amount, vessel capacity, and the temperature. The aim in this study was to analyze the amount of ice needed for fishing vessels and the effect of ice on the quality of fishes caught at the Lampulo Ocean Fisheries Port in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted from May to August 2018, using descriptive method with organoleptic test and simple regression analysis. The result shows that the total amount of ice blocks needed by fishing vessels in the Lampulo Ocean Fishery Port for fishing activities is 11,337 tons / month. The fish quality shows organoleptic scale value of 7 to 8, which mean that the fishes caught in the Lampulo Ocean Fishery Port belong in fresh category. From the results of the Regression analysis can be concluded that the amount of ice carried by fishing vessels for fishing operations have a significant effect on the quality of the fish.

Abstract The construction of ships at the Lampulo shipyard has not all used the rules according to naval architecture. But there may be ineffectiveness in the use of raw materials such as a lot of wasted wood volume. This research was conducted to know the types of wood and equipment used for traditional shipbuilding and know the process of traditional shipbuilding. This research used a survey method and data was collected by interviewing and observation. This research is located in the Kutaraja Ocean Fishery Port, Banda Aceh conducted from March to April 2021. The results showed that the types of wood commonly used as raw materials for shipbuilding in traditional shipyards were bangkirai wood (Shore Laevifolia Endert), laban wood (Vitex Punesceus Vahl), balau wood (Hopea Calebica Burck), meranti merah wood (Shorea Acuminata Dyer), tembusu wood (Fagraea Fragrans Roxb), bungur wood (Lagerstroemia Speciosa Pers), and merbau wood (Intsia Bijuga). The equipment used still uses non-electronic equipment, only drill work that uses electricity. Meanwhile, the traditional shipbuilding process generally begins with laying the keel and installing the crest. Next, continued by frames installation, hull plank then upper hull main frame. Hereinafter, deck floor installation, hatches manufacture, and superstructure construction. The final stage of shipbuilding process is machining, painting, installing engines, propellers, and steering. Thus it can be said that the construction of a fishing vessel in Lampulo still traditionally a hereditary habits.

Aceh is a province located at the western tip of Indonesia. Aceh's territorial waters are very strategic waters. The dominant fishing gear used by fishermen in Aceh is the purse seine. The reason many fishermen use purse seines in Aceh is because the waters of Aceh have a lot of pelagic fish potential, where the target of purse seines is pelagic fish. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the construction of purse seines in KM Marwah Lampulo Aceh Utara; as well as knowing and understanding the operation of purse seine fishing gear in Lampulo, North Aceh. The type of purse seine used by KM Marwah is trapezoid. Ring seine construction with PE (Polyethylene) nets with mesh sizes of 1-3 inches. The upper ris rope is 600 m long and 10 mm in diameter, while the lower ris rope is 12 mm in diameter, with a length of 600 m. Selvedge is used for net protection so that it is not easily torn. PE (Polyethylene) rope with a length of 650 meters. PE (polyethylene) based weight rope. Ring strap with a diameter of 10 mm and made from PE (polyethylene). 6000 pieces of PVC-based buoys and 4800 lead-based weights. The operation of the purse seine consists of a setting, namely the process of preparing and lowering the trawl fishing gear into the water, after the catch is collected and the nets have formed a bowl, then proceed with hauling, which is the activity of raising fishing gear onto the ship.

Analysis to the Fishing Business Feasibility Using Purse Seine in Lampulo Banda Aceh has been done from March to June 2020. The objective of this analysis is to know the fishing business feasibility using purse seine in Lampulo. Survey methods were used on 8 active purse seine boats and the data were collected by interviewing techniques. Data were analyzed by means investment criteria Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Break Even Point (BEP),and Payback Period (PP). The results show that the value of Net Present Value (NPV) ranges between Rp 1.055.432.152 to Rp 1.857.087.678, Internal Rate Return (IRR) ranges between 20,20% to 20,30%, Net Benefit-Cost (B/C Ratio) ranges between 1,96to 2,42, Break Even Point (BEP) ranges betweenRp 474.737.261 to Rp 604.509.983 by the results fish sell 52.137 Kg to 73.077 Kg and Payback Period (PP) ranges between 1 year and 8 mounth to 2 year and 3 mounth. Study on stability of a purseiner, which is based in Lampulo, has never been carried out till now. The objective of the research is to analized quality of stability of a purseiner which is based in Lampulo Fishing Port based on its real load distributions. Stability analysis was carried out on some load distributions variations, such as: 1) Condition 1; departure (100% fuel-0% load) ; 2) Con-dition 2, 3 and 4; arrival from fishing ground (fuel remain 20%, 25%, 20% and load of fish 100%, 70%, 50% ) and 3) Condition 5; arrival from fishing ground (55% fuel-100% load). Krylov method combines with trapezoidal approximation was used for analyzing. The results show that in all load conditions, this purseseiner show a good stability with the highest GZ maximum value in condition 4 (GZ max 0.63 m) and the lowest is in conditon 5 (GZ mas 0.52). Comparing to the IMO reco-mendation on stability, all load variations above are comply with the recomendations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: Mengetahui Tipologi konflik, Mengembangkan resolusi konflik dan memetakan kelembagaan resolusi konflik. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus. Data bersumber pada data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan metode snowballing melalui key informan. Data sekunder dikumpulkan berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen di masa lalu serta klipping surat kabar. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, spot mapping, times line. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konflik nelayan pada kasus pembagian daerah penangkapan ikan merupakan tipologi yuridiksi perikanan, nelayan masih menganut pola pemmbagian zona daerah penangkapan tradisional. Konflik nelayan pada kasus perbedaan alat tangkap tradisional dan modifikasi termasuk tipologi alokasi internal dan mekanisme pengelolaan. Masalah lainnya adalah adanya perbedaan posisi, kebutuhan, kepentingan, pandangan dan konteks dikalangan nelayan dalam posisi yang sama. (2) Resolusi konflik lampara dasar diselesaikan dengan cara negosiasi secara kekeluargaan, tidak ada kesepakatan tertulis. Resolusi konflik dapat juga terjadi secara avoidance yang berhenti dengan sendirinya berdasarkan kesadaran masing-masing. (3) Lembaga yang terlibat dalam penyelesaian konflik yaitu DKP Kalsel, DKP Kotabaru, INSAN, TNI AL, Polair, Polres/Polsek, WALHI, DPRD, POKMASWAS. Diperlukan teknologi komunikasi informasi yang dapat diterima dengan cepat agar konflik dapat terdeteksi sedini mungkinThe objectives of this study are: finding out the typology of conflict, develop conflict resolution and mapping the institutional conflict resolution. The study used case study method. Data is sourced from primary and secondary data. Primary data collection is done by observation and snowballing method through key informant. Secondary data are collected based on past documents and newspaper clippings. Data were analyzed descriptively, spot mapping and times line. The results of the research show (1) Fisherman conflicts in the case of division of fishing areas is a typology of fishery jurisdiction in which fishermen still adhere to the traditional zone pattern of fishing areas. Conflicts in traditional fishing gear warfare cases and modifications was part of the internal allocation typology and management mechanisms. Other sources of conflict were different positions, needs, interests, views and context among fishermen in the same position. (2) Conflict resolution due to the use of lampara dasar (mini trawl) is settled by means of a familial negotiation, no written agreement. Avoidance is another Conflict resolution, based on their respective awareness. (3) Institutions involved in conflict resolution are DKP Kalsel, DKP Kotabaru, INSAN, TNI AL, Polair, Polres / Polsek, WALHI, DPRD, POKMASWAS. There is a need for information communications technology that can be received quickly so that the conflict can be detected as early as possible.

Kaum perempuan Bajo di Wuring, Sikka, Nusa Tenggara Timur sangat berperan dalam usaha penangkapan, pengolahan, dan pemasaran ikan hasil tangkapan. Fenomena unik ini tidak dijumpai pada masyarakat nelayan suku lain. Kajian ini membahas peran kaum perempuan Bajo dalam usaha perikanan dan sektor domestik yang dilakukan pada bulan Oktober – November 2009 di daerah Wuring Lama, Kecamatan Alok Barat, Kabupaten Sikka, Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peranan perempuan Bajo sangat besar dalam keseluruhan proses melaut dilihat dari curahan waktu yang digunakan perempuan Bajo dalam sektor perikanan. Curahan waktu perempuan Bajo sebagai anak buah kapal (ABK) lampara sebanyak 14 jam per hari dan sebagai penjual ikan hasil tangkapan sebanyak 11 jam per hari. Tittle: Role of Bajo Women in Fisher’s Household of the Wuring, Alok Barat sub-District, Sikka District, Nusa Tenggara Timur Province.Bajo women in Wuring, Sika, East Nusa Tenggara play significant roles in capturing, processing, and marketing fisheries products. This exclusive phenomenon is not entitled to other fishing communities. This research examines role of Bajo women in fishing business and domestic sector that was held on October - November 2009 in the Wuring Lama in Wuring-Wolomarang village, Alok Western Sub-district, Sikka, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research use a case study method by applying observation and in-depth interviews for data collection. It applies a descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that significant roles of Bajo women in the whole fishing process based on flow of time spent of Bajo women in the fisheries sector. Time spent of Bajo women as member of fishing vessel crew is 14 hours per day as 11 hours per day as fish seller.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />Lampulo fishing port located in Banda Aceh. This port categorized as type C. The activity in Lampulo very dense, it is suspected due to inadequate of facilities available at the port. The aims of this study is to determine the projected increase in the production volume of the catch; determine the projected increase in the number of fishing boats; determine the needs of the dock, and harbor, for the current and future needs of 15 years. This research was conducted at the Lampulo fishing port in Banda Aceh by using a case study method. Calculation of the dock and harbour needs presently and in the next 15 years by using statistical data, namely the catch production (1), the number and size of vessel (2), direct measurement of results data objects i.e. jetty length (1), pond depth (2), ships length (3), direct observations data of the research object, namely dock facilities condition (1) port (2), the maximum draft of vessels (3) and the distance between the ship while tethered in the harbour. Based on projections of production, the total production volume in Lampulo reached 14,096 tons in 2027 or increased by 114%, but became decreased in 2028-2029 by 3,6% when compared with the production volume in 2027. The projected number of vessel fleet reached 822 units or an increase of 112% in 2029. Projected increase the size of the dock and the depth of the pool is needed for the next 15 years in the amount of 831m for landing docks and 757m for loading docks. Pelabuhan ini adalah pelabuhan perikanan tipe C. Aktivitas di Pelabuhan Lampulo sangat padat, hal ini diduga akibat kurang memadainya fasilitas yang tersedia di pelabuhan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan proyeksi peningkatan volume produksi hasil tangkapan; menentukan proyeksi peningkatan jumlah kapal perikanan; menentukan kebutuhan dermaga, dan kolam pelabuhan, untuk saat ini dan kebutuhan 15 tahun kedepan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Lampulo Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Perhitungan kebutuhan dermaga dan kolam pelabuhan saat ini dan 15 tahun kedepan menggunakan data statistik yaitu produksi hasil tangkapan (1), jumlah dan ukuran kapal (2), data hasil pengukuran langsung objek penelitian yaitu panjang dermaga (1), kedalaman kolam (2), panjang kapal (3); data hasil pengamatan langsung terhadap objek penelitian yaitu keadaan fasilitas dermaga (1), kolam pelabuhan (2), draft maksimum kapal yang paling besar (3) dan jarak antar kapal saat bertambat di pelabuhan. Berdasarkan proyeksi produksi, total volume produksi di PPP Lampulo mencapai 14,096 ton pada tahun 2027 atau meningkat sebesar 114%, namun mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2028-2029 sebesar 3,6% jika dibandingkan dengan volume produksi tahun 2027. Adapun proyeksi jumlah armada kapal penangkapan terjadi peningkatan mencapai 822 unit atau sebesar 112 % pada tahun 2029. Proyeksi penambahan ukuran dermaga dan kedalaman kolam yang dibutuhkan untuk 15 tahun mendatang yaitu sebesar 831 m untuk dermaga pendaratan dan 757 m untuk dermaga muat. This study aimed to obtain information about the existence and condition of facilities in the PPP Lampulo, Banda Aceh; determining the level of existence, needs, and facility conditions to support their activities; and determining the ratio between the existence and needs of the facilities. The case study method was applied in this research with scoping on existence, needs, and facility conditions and the ratio between the existence and the need for facilities to support activities in the PPP Lampulo. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical approach. The result showed that, in general, the existence and condition of facilities in supporting the activities of the PPP Lampulo had been going well. The ratio between the existing facilities toward the should exist facilities, namely on the vital facilities 1:1,12 (good), significant 1:1 (very good), and complement 1:1,43 (good) and this indicated that all activities in the PPP Lampulo had already been going properly. Adapun indikator dalam melihat kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga dengan mengalikan proporsi pengeluaran pangan terhadap pengeluaran total rumah tangga ABK dengan konsumsi energi rumah tangga ABK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui besarnya persentase pembagian hasil yang diterapkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo antara nelayan pemilik (Tauke Kapal dan Tauke Bangku) dan nelayan penggarap (Kapten Kapal dan ABK) serta bagaimana kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga ABK. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo Kota Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan metode survei. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk sistem pembagian hasil ialah dengan menggunakan rumus penerimaan total, rumus pendapatan dan persentase pembagian hasil sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan untuk ketahanan pangan ialah menggunakan pengukuran derajat ketahanan pangan dengan mengalikan proporsi pengeluaran pangan terhadap pengeluaran total rumah tangga ABK dengan konsumsi energi rumah tangga ABK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persentase pembagian hasil yang diterima nelayan pemilik sebesar 64% dan nelayan penggarap sebesar 36%, sedangkan kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga ABK di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo ialah kategori rawan pangan dengan proporsi pengeluaran pangan sebesar 69% dan konsumsi energi sebesar 61%.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pembagian Hasil, Ketahanan Pangan, Proporsi Pengeluaran Pangan dan Konsumsi Energi. Abstract - The revenue received in Lampulo Fishing Port based on law no. 16 in 1964 show that the owners get 60% and the smallholders gain 40% of revenue Agrsharing. The income is used to fulfill the household needs of the crews as an effort to boost up their level of food security. The indicator which can be used to determine the food security level is by multiplying the proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure of each crew with energy consumption. This study was conducted to find out the percentage of revenue sharing implemented by Lampulo Fishing Port between fishermen and the boat owners (Tauke Kapal and Tauke Bangku) and smallholders or workers (boat captain and crews) and it is also expected to figure out the household food security of the crews. The study was conducted at Lampulo Fishing Port and for the purpose of data collection, the researcher used survey method. The data then were analyzed using total revenue formula, revenue formula, and revenue sharing percentage. Meanwhile, to analyze food security the researcher used the measurement of the degree of food security by multiplying the proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure of crews’ household with energy consumption of each crew household. The results of the study show that the average percentage of revenue sharing received by the boat owners is 64% and smallholder/ workers is 36%. Furthermore, the level of household food security of the boat crews at Lampulo Fishing Port is categorized as food insecurity with the proportion of food expenditure by 69% and energy consumption by 61%. Abstract: Fisheries sector, where in Aceh is a considerable amount of natural resource, has become a significant economic contributor for fishermen in particular and people of the province of Aceh. More than 55% of Aceh’s population depends on it both directly and indirectly. Therefore, it should be a priority for development in the province of Aceh and develop a positive impact on the widespread economic development in the region. While recognizing its economic values, research on how lokal fishermen’s communities use marine conservation in TPI Lampulo Banda Aceh to improve their awareness of marine conservation and its use sustainably is still largely lacking. This study, hence, aims to shed lights what sort of lokal wisdom is employed by the community. The approach in the study was the whole fishing community at the surrounding of TPI Lampulo along with five seas and two village sets. The sample in this study was 20 people, 14 people were fishermen, 2 seamen, 1 sea marshal, 1 village secretary and 1 village chief. Data are gathered through interviews and observations. Research suggest that the lokal wisdom of the fishing community in TPI Lampulo on ocean conservation is among other things: firstly, Taking care of the coastal environment like the mangrove forest use. Next, Fishing techniques that do not damage the ecosystems around the ocean coast, and than, Rules enforcement. Finally, and customary witnesses for breaking those rules have been in place for a long time. All of those remains maintained by the people especially the fishing community in TPI Lampulo.Keywords: Lokal Culture; Sustainable Utilization; Marine Conservation.Abstrak: Provinsi Aceh merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki potensi kekayaan sumber daya alam yang cukup besar terutama disektor perikanan. Sumber daya perikanan telah menjadi salah satu sektor andalan bagi nelayan dan masyarakat di provinsi Aceh. Lebih dari 55% penduduk Aceh tergantung pada sector ini baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, pengembangan sektor perikanan harus menjadi salah satu prioritas pembangunan di provinsi Aceh sehingga memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan ekonomi secara luas di kawasan ini. Permasalahan dasar dalam penelitian adalah’ bagaimana kearifan lokal masyarakat nelayan dalam upaya pemanfaatan konservasi laut di TPI Lampulo Banda Aceh dalam rangka meningkatkan bentuk kesadaran masyarakat nelayan terhadap menjaga konservasi laut dan pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk kearifan lokal. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriftif. Yaitu dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara terhadap responden, sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat nelayan yang berada di TPI Lampulo beserta panglima laot dan dua perangkap Desa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yaitu 14 orang masyarakat nelayan, 2 orang pawang laut, 1 orang panglima laot, 1 orang sekretaris desa dan satu orang kepala desa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat kearifan lokal masyarakat nelayan di TPI Lampulo terhadap konservasi laut antara lain. Pertama, mengatur berbagai hal seperti pemanfatan hutan mangrove, selanjutnya, penangkapan ikan yang tidak boleh menganggu ekosistem di sekitar pesisir laut, berikutnya, aturan-aturan yang boleh dikerjakan dan ada aturan yang tidak boleh dikerjakan. Wooden fish (Keumamah) is made from tuna fish. It is one of the characteristic main commodities from Aceh Province where it is bordered by two major oceans of the world, the Indian Ocean and the Malacca Strait. This geographical condition is very favorable because the ocean stores abundant marine products, especially tuna fish and tongkol fish. The keumamah is one of the traditional favorable food product in Aceh. In Aceh, that excess fish from the rest of the fishermen's catch will usually be preserved by means of saltization, fumigation and boiling. However, wooden fish have not been able to provide a wider economic improvement impact on the surrounding community, especially the lampulo coastal area which incidentally as a fisherman. So there needs to be an increase in the economy for home-scale entrepreneurs in Aceh province. Development of fish processing equipment shaped like cupboards, sturdy, sleek, and ergonomic combined with packaging design, sales techniques and marketing management and entrepreneurship for small business groups in lampulo-Banda Aceh. The development of fish processing equipment shaped like cupboards, sturdy, sleek, and ergonomic combined with sales and marketing management techniques and entrepreneurship for these small business groups will develop tuna fish products that can be processed with various types of culinary food such as: fish nuggets, crackers fish, fish balls, and kemamah. The population in this study were all fishermen and all traders who carried out shark trading activities in the area around PPS Lampulo, Banda Aceh city. The number of samples taken in this study were 13 respondents. The respondents are 5 fishermen and 8 traders who are around the PPS Lampulo area, Banda Aceh city. Sampling using snowball sampling technique. The research method used to support the perfection of the research to be carried out, the research uses qualitative analysis methods. The results showed that the supply chain model for sharks at PPS Lampulo is fishermen who rent boats, who carry out shark fishing activities at sea, wholesalers or Toke who buy sharks to be distributed / resold, or to be processed and then sold in product form. processed. Retailers, consisting of traveling merchants, who buy Sharks from wholesalers on a retail basis. Consumers, namely final buyers who buy Sharks for consumption, either inside or outside. Fishermen do not deal directly with the final consumer in distributing their products, but through traders/bench toke who are direct consumers for fishermen. Fishermen are the main suppliers who supply sharks to wholesalers/toke. Fishermen supply their catch to contractors through PPS Lampulo. The wholesaler/toke must come to PPS to buy/order sharks and must get a price agreement with the fishermen.

Lingkungan di area Lampulo merupakan kawaasan industri perikanan, TPI (tempat penangkapan/pelelangan ikan), jauh dari pemukiman masyarakat, dan industri yang menyebabkan pencemaran, selain itu semua pasokan tersedia seperti air bersih, listrik yang memadai sehingga menunjang proses produksi. Sanitasi dilakukan sebagai usaha mencegah penyakit dari konsumsi pangan yang diproduksi dengan cara menghilangkan atau mengendalikan faktor-faktor di dalam pengolahan pangan yang berperan dalam pemindahan bahaya (hazard) sejak penerimaan bahan baku, pengolahan, pengemasan, dan penggudangan produk. Tahapan proses pengolahan tuna cube beku sudah memenuhi standar yang ditentukan sesuai dengan SNI acuan yaitu SNI tuna steak ikan beku ( SNI 01-44853.1-2006)Penerapan rantai dingin di PT. Aceh Lampulo Jaya Bahari telah dilakukan dengan baik, ditinjau dari segi suhu bahan baku selama tahapan proses pengolahan dipertahankan untuk 4,4°C dan suhu ruangan yang berkisar antara 67°-20°C, sedangkan untuk suhu air masih kurang baik dikarenakan air tidak menggunakan es pada proses pengolahannya. Penerapan kelayakan dasar di PT. Aceh Lampulo Jaya Bahari meliputi persyaratan fisik unit pengolahan, penerapan GMP yaitu cara berproduksi yang baik dan benar, penerapan SSOP yaitu sanitasi dan higiene perusahaan, dan penerapan kelayakan dasar suatu unit pengolahan. Understanding of morphometric variation, length-weight relationship, and condition factors needed to support fishery resources management and conservation. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the morphometric variation, length-weight relationship, and condition factors of the Holocentridae family landed at the Lampulo Ocean Fishing Port, Banda Aceh. A total of 50 each of the four species of fish (Myripristis berndty, Myripristis murdjan, Sargocentron tieroides and Sargocentron caudimacullatum) were collected during April 2020. Fish samples were obtained from the catch of fishermen who landed at the Lampulo Ocean Fishing Port, Banda Aceh. The parameters analyzed included morphometric variations (12 characters), length and weight frequency distribution, length-weight relationship and condition factors. The results showed that the genus Myripristis had more distinguishing characters than the genus Sargocentron, namely 50.00% and 16.66%, respectively. Myripristis berndty and Myripristis murdjan have 5 distinguishing characters (SL, HL, CPL, HD, PFL and VFL), while Sargocentron tieroides and Sargocentron caudimacullatum only have 2 distinguishing characters (SnL and PFL). The Myripristis genus that were collected tended to more length and heavier compared to the genus Sargocentron. The four spesies of Holocentridae studied had a negative allometric growth pattern (b<3) with condition factor values ranging from 0.787 to 1.417.Pemahaman terkait variasi morfometrik, hubungan panjang bobot dan faktor kondisi sangat diperlukan dalam rangka pengelolaan dan konservasi sumberdaya perikanan. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variasi morfometrik, hubungan panjang bobot serta faktor kondisi dari ikan Famili Holocentridae yang didaratkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Lampulo, Banda Aceh. Sebanyak masing-masing 50 ekor dari empat jenis ikan (Myripristis berndty, Myripristis murdjan, Sargocentron tieroides dan Sargocentron caudimacullatum) dikoleksi selama bulan April 2020. Sampel ikan diperoleh dari hasil tangkapan nelayan yang didaratkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Lampulo, Banda Aceh. Parameter yang analisis meliputi variasi morfometrik (12 karakter), selang kelas, hubungan panjang bobot dan faktor kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa genus Myripristis memiliki karakter pembeda yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan genus Sargocentron yaitu masing masing sebesar 50.00% dan 16.66%. Myripristis berndty dan Myripristis murdjan memiliki 5 karakter pembeda (SL,HL, CPL, HD, PFL dan VFL), sedangkan Sargocentron tieroides dan Sargocentron caudimacullatum hanya memiliki 2 karakter pembeda (SnL dan PFL). Genus Myripristis yang dikoleksi cenderung memiliki ukuran panjang total dan bobot total yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan genus Sargocentron. Keempat jenis yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini memiliki pola pertumbuhan alometrik negatif (b<3) dengan nilai faktor kondisi berkisar antara 0.787 hingga 1.417

Udang putih (Penaeus merguiensis)merupakan salah satu sumberdaya ekonomis penting di perairan Sampit. Pada saat ini alat tangkap yang efisien untukmenangkap udang adalah lampara dasar (danishseine) dan jaring tiga lapis (trammel net). Penelitian tentang tingkat pengusahaan udang putih telah dilakukan dari bulan Januari sampai bulan Nopember 2012. Penilaian estimasi parameter populasi udang putih menggunakan paket program “FAO – ICLARM Stock Assessment Tools” atau FISAT - II. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai laju pertumbuhan (K) sebesar 1,45 per tahun dengan panjang karapas asimtotik (CL”) 57,8 mm. Laju kematian total (Z) sebesar 5,70 per tahun, laju kematian alamiah (M) sebesar 1,93 per tahun dan laju kematian akibat penangkapan (F) sebesar 3,77 per tahun. Tingkat pengusahaan udang putih di perairan Sampit telah mengalami lebih tangkap (over exploited) dengan nilai E sebesar 0,66. Udang putih sudah tertangkap terlebih dahulu sebelum mencapai ukuran pertama kali matang gonad (Lc=30,05 < Lm=39,4 mmCL). Kondisi ini mengindikasikan perlunya dilakukan pengelolaan yang hati-hati dan bertanggungjawab. Salah satu cara yang dapat ditempuh adalah denganmenerapkan sistem penutupan musim tangkapan, khususnya pada bulan Maret dan September, karena pada saat tersebut terjadi puncak pemijahan.White shrimp (Penaeus merguiensis) is one of the most valuable resources in the Sampit waters. At present danish seine and trammel net is an efficient gear available to catch shrimp. A study of exploitation of white shrimp was carried out from January to November 2012. Estimation of population parameter of white shrimp were analyzed by using program “FAO – ICLARM Stock Assessment Tools (FiSAT-II). The result showed that the value of growth rate (K) was 1.45/year with asymptotic carapace length (CL”) was 57.8 mm. Total mortality rate (Z) was 5.70/year, natural mortality rate (M) was 1.93/year and fishing mortality rate (F) was 3.77/year. Exploitation rate of white shrimp indicated overexploited (E=0.66). Moreover, these shrimp was fished before reaching the first size on maturity (Lc=30.05 < Lm=39.4 CLmm). This condition indicate that it is necessary to manage shrimp fisheries carefully and responsibly. It is recommended to apply a closed season system, especially on March and September when peak of spawning season occurred.

<p>On Ndao Island, Ndao Nuse Subdistrict, Rote Ndao Regency, the people have two prominent skills and have become the livelihoods of the people on the island, namely weaving skills (manènnu) and craftsmen or silversmiths (tuku). The two skills of the above Ndao island community are passed on by parents with informal and non-formal education patterns, but the two cultures experience different developments. Manènnu culture is still developing today among women while tuku culture is almost extinct. To<br />find out the existence and cause of near extinction of Tuku’s skills, this research was carried out with the formulation of the problem as follows: 1) how the existence of silver or tuku craftsmen on Ndao Island; 2) what is the cause of the almost endangered skill of silversmiths or tuku in Ndao Island; 3) how are the efforts of the people of Ndao Island to pass down the culture of silversmiths or tuku to young generation.
