Abstrak. Sistem pembagian hasil laut dipandang sering tidak seimbang antara bagian nelayan pemilik dan nelayan penggarap sehingga sistem pembagian hasil laut sering dikritisi peneliti sebagai penyebab ketimpangan pendapatan. Nelayan sangat tergantumg pada kondisi alam dalam menjalankan aktifitas ekonominya. Aktifitas ekonomi telah menimbulkan stratifikasi dalam masyarakat nelayan menempati level paling bawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan antara nelayan pemilik dan nelayan penggarap serta mengetahui pengaruh lama melaut, daerah tangkapan dan jumlah ABK terhadap hasil tangkapan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Lampulo Kota Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan nelayan pemilik dan pendapatan nelayan penggarap. Lama melaut, jumlah ABK dan daerah tanggkapan berpengaruh secara signifikan. Profit Sharing System Of Fishing Vessels At Lampulo Fishing Port OfBanda aceh city Abstract. Fishing profit sharing system is often considered unbalance between fishing boat owner’s share the fishermen’s share so that the fishing profit sharing system is frequently got criticized by the researchers as the reason of income inequality. Fishermen are very dependent on the conditions of nature in carrying out their economic activities. Economic activity has resulted in social stratification in the community so that the fishermen are at the lowest level. This research aims at finding out the income difference between the fishing boat owner and the fishermen. This research also aims at finding out the effect of the sailing duration, the fishing area, and the number of crew aboard in Lampulo Fishing Port of Banda Aceh City. The total amounts of sample in this research are 22 respondents who are chosen by using Simple Random sampling. The technique of data analysis in this research is multiple linear regressions. The result of this study shows that there is significant difference between the income of the fishing boat owner and the fishermen. The sailing duration, the fishing area, and the number of crew aboard are also have significant effect.

Statistics from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) noted that in 2019 the Aceh region had 29,713 fishing vessels. Fishing vessels are an important means for fishing business. With the production of fishing vessels, there will be a running shipbuilding industry. The shipyard serves as a place for shipbuilding as well as a place to repair damaged ships. Shipbuilding is a capture fisheries support industry that can meet the needs of repairs for fishing vessels that carry out loading and unloading at ports. There are three types of shipyards in Indonesia, namely traditional shipyards, semi-modern shipyards and modern shipyards. Shipbuilding business cannot operate optimally if there is less demand from consumers. One of the shipbuilding business industries in Aceh is in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City, which is a shipyard that is still traditional. This study aims to determine the feasibility of a shipyard business located in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. The research method used in this research is to use financial analysis methods consisting of profit, Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) and Break Event Point (BEP). Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that the profit obtained was Rp. 13.746.986.912 over a period of 10 years, the NPV is Rp. 10.479.852.239, Net B/C Ratio of 2.3, IRR of 61%, PP of 1.57 or the rate of return on investment value of less than 3 year and BEP or the break-even point of business which is at point 0. Results This exceeds the business feasibility limit, so it can be concluded that the shipyard business in Lampulo Village, Banda Aceh City is in a feasible condition.Keywords: fishing shipyard, financial analysis, Lampulo

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of quality service of Oceanic Fishing Port on fishing operational fluency. Data were collected using questionnaires based on Likert scale 1-3 and direct observation. The data was collected by assessing the fishermen on quality service of UPTD, either through questionnaire and observation. The data were analyzed using Chi-Square test to examine the correlation of two nominal variables and how far the correlation between two variables of quality service for fishing operational fluency. The result showed that the p-value for the reliability variable was 0.036 0.05 at the level of α 5%, it means that the reliability variable gave the significant effect to the fishing operation. Four indicators of the reliability variables (supply of subsidized fuel for fishing in the fishing port, the optimization of services provided by the UPTD to fishermen, the supply of ice in the fishing port, and supply of water for the fishing operational in the fishing port) showed the satisfaction of respondent was at low level. While the results the variable responsiveness test indicated that these variables have no significant effect on the fishing operational fluency. It was shown from the result of the p-value of 0.609 0.05 at the level of α 5%, with the average of satisfaction indicators was at the middle category.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan UPTD terhadap kelancaran operasional penangkapan ikan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang dibuat dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-3 (skor 3 berarti sangat setuju, skor 2 berarti kurang setuju, dan skor 1 berarti sangat tidak setuju) dan pengamanat langsung di lapangan. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah penilaian nelayan terhadap kualitas pelayanan UPTD, baik penilaian melalui kuesioner dan pengamatan langsung. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Chi-Square untuk menguji pengaruh atau hubungan dua variabel nominal, sehingga diketahui ada/tidak dan sejauh mana hubungan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kelancaran operasional penangkapan ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perolehan p-value untuk variabel kehandalan sebesar 0,0360,05 pada taraf α 5%, yang berarti bahwa variabel kehandalan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelancaran operasional penangkapan ikan. Empat indikator dari variabel kehandalan (penyediaan BBM bersubsidi untuk kebutuhan operasional penangkapan di kawasan pelabuhan, keoptimalan pelayanan yang diberikan pihak UPTD kepada nelayan, penyediaan es di kawasan pelabuhan, dan penyediaan air untuk kebutuhan operasional penangkapan di kawasan pelabuhan) menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat kepuasan responden terhadap variabel kehandalan berada pada tingkat kepuasan rendah. Sementara hasil uji terhadap variabel daya tanggap menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kelancaran operasional penangkapan ikan. Hal ini terbukti dari perolehan p-value sebesar 0,6090,05 pada taraf α 5%, dengan rata-rata indikator kepuasan berada dalam posisi tingkat kepuasan sedang.

The freshness of fishes caught by fishing vessels must be maintained to preserve the fish quality, which usually using ice as the cooling media. The ice needed depend on the catch amount, vessel capacity, and the temperature. The aim in this study was to analyze the amount of ice needed for fishing vessels and the effect of ice on the quality of fishes caught at the Lampulo Ocean Fisheries Port in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted from May to August 2018, using descriptive method with organoleptic test and simple regression analysis. The result shows that the total amount of ice blocks needed by fishing vessels in the Lampulo Ocean Fishery Port for fishing activities is 11,337 tons / month. The fish quality shows organoleptic scale value of 7 to 8, which mean that the fishes caught in the Lampulo Ocean Fishery Port belong in fresh category. From the results of the Regression analysis can be concluded that the amount of ice carried by fishing vessels for fishing operations have a significant effect on the quality of the fish.

Abstract The construction of ships at the Lampulo shipyard has not all used the rules according to naval architecture. But there may be ineffectiveness in the use of raw materials such as a lot of wasted wood volume. This research was conducted to know the types of wood and equipment used for traditional shipbuilding and know the process of traditional shipbuilding. This research used a survey method and data was collected by interviewing and observation. This research is located in the Kutaraja Ocean Fishery Port, Banda Aceh conducted from March to April 2021. The results showed that the types of wood commonly used as raw materials for shipbuilding in traditional shipyards were bangkirai wood (Shore Laevifolia Endert), laban wood (Vitex Punesceus Vahl), balau wood (Hopea Calebica Burck), meranti merah wood (Shorea Acuminata Dyer), tembusu wood (Fagraea Fragrans Roxb), bungur wood (Lagerstroemia Speciosa Pers), and merbau wood (Intsia Bijuga). The equipment used still uses non-electronic equipment, only drill work that uses electricity. Meanwhile, the traditional shipbuilding process generally begins with laying the keel and installing the crest. Next, continued by frames installation, hull plank then upper hull main frame. Hereinafter, deck floor installation, hatches manufacture, and superstructure construction. The final stage of shipbuilding process is machining, painting, installing engines, propellers, and steering. Thus it can be said that the construction of a fishing vessel in Lampulo still traditionally a hereditary habits.

Aceh is a province located at the western tip of Indonesia. Aceh's territorial waters are very strategic waters. The dominant fishing gear used by fishermen in Aceh is the purse seine. The reason many fishermen use purse seines in Aceh is because the waters of Aceh have a lot of pelagic fish potential, where the target of purse seines is pelagic fish. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the construction of purse seines in KM Marwah Lampulo Aceh Utara; as well as knowing and understanding the operation of purse seine fishing gear in Lampulo, North Aceh. The type of purse seine used by KM Marwah is trapezoid. Ring seine construction with PE (Polyethylene) nets with mesh sizes of 1-3 inches. The upper ris rope is 600 m long and 10 mm in diameter, while the lower ris rope is 12 mm in diameter, with a length of 600 m. Selvedge is used for net protection so that it is not easily torn. PE (Polyethylene) rope with a length of 650 meters. PE (polyethylene) based weight rope. Ring strap with a diameter of 10 mm and made from PE (polyethylene). 6000 pieces of PVC-based buoys and 4800 lead-based weights. The operation of the purse seine consists of a setting, namely the process of preparing and lowering the trawl fishing gear into the water, after the catch is collected and the nets have formed a bowl, then proceed with hauling, which is the activity of raising fishing gear onto the ship. Analysis to the Fishing Business Feasibility Using Purse Seine in Lampulo Banda Aceh has been done from March to June 2020. The objective of this analysis is to know the fishing business feasibility using purse seine in Lampulo. Survey methods were used on 8 active purse seine boats and the data were collected by interviewing techniques. Data were analyzed by means investment criteria Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Break Even Point (BEP),and Payback Period (PP). The results show that the value of Net Present Value (NPV) ranges between Rp 1.055.432.152 to Rp 1.857.087.678, Internal Rate Return (IRR) ranges between 20,20% to 20,30%, Net Benefit-Cost (B/C Ratio) ranges between 1,96to 2,42, Break Even Point (BEP) ranges betweenRp 474.737.261 to Rp 604.509.983 by the results fish sell 52.137 Kg to 73.077 Kg and Payback Period (PP) ranges between 1 year and 8 mounth to 2 year and 3 mounth. In other word, fishing business by using purse seine in Lampulo is deserve and reasonable and it has a good prospect to be developed.Keywords: Feasibility Analysis, Investment Criteria, Purse Seine

Study on stability of a purseiner, which is based in Lampulo, has never been carried out till now. The objective of the research is to analized quality of stability of a purseiner which is based in Lampulo Fishing Port based on its real load distributions. Stability analysis was carried out on some load distributions variations, such as: 1) Condition 1; departure (100% fuel-0% load) ; 2) Con-dition 2, 3 and 4; arrival from fishing ground (fuel remain 20%, 25%, 20% and load of fish 100%, 70%, 50% ) and 3) Condition 5; arrival from fishing ground (55% fuel-100% load). Krylov method combines with trapezoidal approximation was used for analyzing. The results show that in all load conditions, this purseseiner show a good stability with the highest GZ maximum value in condition 4 (GZ max 0.63 m) and the lowest is in conditon 5 (GZ mas 0.52). Comparing to the IMO reco-mendation on stability, all load variations above are comply with the recomendations.
