Abstract:

Šiuo metu vis didesnio dėmesio susilaukia, ne tik poilsiniai, bet ir gydomosios paskirties šalies kurortai, galintys pasiūlyti gydymą bei reabilitaciją. Darbe apžvelgiama gydomojo turizmo struktūra ir teikiamos paslaugos Lietuvoje. Šiuo metu didelio turistų dėmesio susilaukia Birštono kurortas, kuris pasižymi švelniu klimatu, gražia gamta bei teikiamomis sveikatingumo paslaugomis. Taigi tyrimu siekiama išsiaiškinti, kodėl turizmo vartotojai pasirenka būtent šį kurortą. Šiame darbe analizuojami turisto elgsenos veiksniai labiausiai įtakojantys turisto pasirinkimą kur keliauti. Svarbiausias veiksnys įtakojantys turistą yra motyvacija. Taigi darbe, pagal mokslininkų pateiktas keliavimo motyvų kategorijas, identifikuoti ir pateikti pagrindiniai motyvai, dėl kurių turistai pasirenka gydomojo turizmo rūšį Birštone. Raktiniai žodžiai: motyvai, turistų tipai, poreikiai, gydomasis turizmas. Darbo objektas: turistų motyvai, renkantis gydomąjį turizmą. Abstract:

Daktaro disertacijoje sprendžiami trys uždaviniai. Pirmasis nagrinėja Minkovskio “klaustuko” funkcijos Stieltjes’o transformacijos (tai yra, šios funkcijos momentų generuojančios funkcijos, taip vadinamosios diadinės periodo funkcijos), analizines savybes ir jos išraišką uždara ar beveik uždara forma. Pagrindinis rezultatas teigia, kad diadinę periodo funkciją galima išreikšti racionaliųjų funkcijų su racionaliaisiais koeficientais konverguojančia eilute. Įrodyme naudojama kompleksinės dinamikos, analizinės grandininių trupmenų teorijos, kelių kompleksinių kintamųjų funkcijų teorijos technika. Antrasis uždavinys nagrinėja funkcines lygtis, susietas su norminėmis ir kitomis kelių kintamųjų formomis. Yra parodoma, kad šios funkcinės lygtys kartais turi kitų, netrivialiųjų sprendinių. Galiausiai, yra pateikiamas naujas mažosios Fermat teoremos įrodymas.
Doctoral thesis is devoted to investigation of three problems. The first one deals with the analytic properties and representation in closed or almost closed form of the Stieltjes tranform of the Minkowski question mark function (that is, the generating function of moments, the so called dyadic period function). The main result claims that the dyadic period function can be represented as a convergent series of rational functions with rational coefficients. In the proof the techniques from complex dynamics, analytic theory of continued fractions, the theory of several complex variables are being used. The second problem is dealing with functional equations associated with norm and other forms. It is shown that these functional equations sometimes have other solutions apart from the trivial ones. Finally, we present a new proof of Fermat’s little theorem.

Abstract:

La presente these est une etude systematique, bibliographique et generale des sources de la nouvelle kurde. Ainsi q'une tentative de saisir sa genese pendant la premiere moitie du siecle. Nous avons donne dans notre travail un apercu historique sur les sources de la nouvelle kurde et sa genese. Tout en analy sant les contextes culturels et historiques dans lesquels est apparue et s'est developpe la nouvelle kurde : nous avons etabli simultanement une chronologie avec une bibliographie integrale pour chaque periode et pour chaque nouvelliste. Jusqu'en 1913, annee de l'apparation de la premiere nouvelle dans la revue rojt kurd. Le genre narratif s'est manisfeste dans la litterature classique kurde sous trois formes traditionnelles : mesnewl (roman en vers) hekayet et beyt. Ce n'est qu'en 1925, avec la publication de le xwin a (dans mon reve) de cemil sayib. Que l'on peut reellement parler de la maturite de la nouvelle kurde. L'annee 1926 marque l'apparition du premier recueil de nouvelles kurdes, ainsi que le premier numero du journal zari kim anci (1926-1932). L'annee (1939) va donner un grand elan au developpement de la nouvelle kurde grace a un groupe de jeun es ecrivains qui vont fonder la revue gelawe) 1939-1949 du kurdistan central. Les annees 1926-1939 vont etre occupees a panser les plaies des guerres en meme temps ce sont des annees de reconstructi on et de developpement. Que ce sont dans la vie economique et sociale ou dans la vie litteraire et artistique, de nouvea ux paysages se dessinent. Six grands auteurs emergent de cette generation. Chacun d'entre-eux, est influence par une litterature etrangere deffere six grands auteurs emergent de cette generation. The thesis is a general and systematic research concerning the source for the up building and evelotion of kurdish story between the end of the nineteenth century and the first half (20 th) century. We worked on showing a brief hsitory about the birth and evolution of kurdish story, and it is done through the analysis of historical & literary stages of the different cultural context and atmospher in which kurdish story knew and had bee n introduced to its own prosperity. The analysis of some stories and texts has a lions share within my research. The sisty stories written by "mulla mahmudy bayazeedy " in the end of the nineteenth century (1860) which were published in " petrousborg" are considered the first steps for writing stories in our kurdish literature. In "1913" the term of "story" as a literary term for this genre was known and established by " fuad tamo " in "rozhy kur d-the kurds sun " magazine. "peshkawtin-progress" 1920-1921" as a newspaper, which was editted by "majorson" the judge of "sulaimaniyhia" played a great role for publishing the translated stories from other languages into kurdish, and thus the term of "story" and western fiction was known for the kurds and the term as a genre was deep-rooted. The influence of this newspaper made "jamel saeeb" write a novel named "in my dream" in 1925 which was regarded a new stage for the evolution of kurdisd story. "hawar-the call" magazine "1932-1943" which appeared nine years before" galawzh" magazine was an additional step, concer -ning quality and quantity, and it had established"damascus-school" in kurdish fiction. The in " rozhan nu-the new day" &" ronahy-ligh" in damascus and beireute they followed the same way. Abstract:

Dans cette étude nous nous appliquons à décrire le système verbal du kurde et l'emploi des temps et des modes dans les phrases complexes à subordonnée temporelle. Pour la description du système verbal du kurde, nous nous servons de l'approche aspectuo-temporelle de Gosselin et des travaux de Guentchéva sur le médiatif. Les phrases complexes à subordonnée temporelle du kurde se construisent en général à l'aide de conjonctions de subordination qui introduisent les propositions subordonnées. Dans ce cas, peut-on également parler de concordance des temps entre les deux propositions d'une phrase complexe dans cette langue ? Notre étude se propose de répondre à cette question. Nous observons qu' il y a effectivement une concordance des temps en kurde, mais cette règle n'est pas toujours respectée. Nous expliquons le fonctionnement de la concordance des temps par le biais de la notion de monde possible de Vet. C'est pour cela que nous observons que la concordance des temps n'est pas appliquable au médiatif.

According to prof. V. Matonis (2000) “Artwork should be attended as the most accordant to children’s age, because the mysticism and convention of art lets children to actually discover themselves in a special environment of their spiritual life.” Art and especially the interaction between poetry and fine art has a spiritual and creative code, so this kind of education is very important and topical. A creative and loving educator has a good stage to nurture the best values of today. But first he needs to name them. “Faith is the last pivot for self-defence” (appendix 1). Abstract:

LiDIA is a library for computational number theory. Since we find that object oriented programming is appropriate for implementing mathematical algorithms and since C++ belongs to the most accepted programming languages in scientific computing, we decided to use C++ as the implementation language for LiDIA. To guarantee easy portability of LiDIA we decided to have a very small machine dependent kernel in LiDIA. That kernel currently contains the multiprecision integer arithmetic and a memory manager. All LiDIA objects are implemented in C++ and compiled with many different compilers on various architectures. Information about LiDIA can be found in website http://mokymai.dist.su.lt/. RSA scheme, algorithms of factorization, tests of prime numbers, some elements of modular arithmetic are analysed there. Although not in the public domain, LiDIA can be used freely for non commercial purposes.

Abstract:

Kurklės arba vandeninio vėdryno gentis (Batrachium (DC.) Gray) taksonominiu požiūriu yra viena sudėtingiausių vandens augalų grupių. Jų sistematiką apsunkina didelis požymių varijavimas, poliploidija ir hibridizacija, vyraujantis vegetatyvinis dauginimasis. Tikslus kurklių rūšių ir jų paplitimo nustatymas labai svarbus ne tik moksliniu požiūriu, bet ir sprendžiant jų apsaugos klausimus. Upių sraunumos su kurklių bendrijomis yra įtrauktos į Europinės svarbos buveinių sąrašą. Lietuvoje kurklės (Batrachium) genties rūšių įvairovė nėra nustatyta. Darbe atlikta Batrachium (DC.) Gray genties augalų pavyzdžių, saugomų Botanikos instituto (BILAS) ir Vilniaus universiteto (WI) herbariumuose, surinktų 1923 - 2006 metais, revizija. Viso peržiūrėta 250 pavyzdžių, iš kurių 131 – iš tekančių vandenų. Iš jų 36-i pavyzdžiai apibūdinti pirmą kartą, 14-a - perbūdinti į kitas rūšis, 32-iejų pavyzdžių apibūdinimas patvirtintas, 37-i pavyzdžiai neapibūdinti daugiausia dėl netinkamo surinkimo. Remiantis herbariumų duomenimis Lietuvos tekančiuose vandenyse auga 5 Batrachium genties rūšys: B. aquatile (L.) Dumort., B. circinatum (Sibth.) Spach, B. fluitans (Lam.) Wimm., B. penicillatum Dumort., B. trichophyllum (Chaix) Bosch. Arealų analizė ir herbariumų pavyzdžiai patvirtina B. fluitans ir B. penicillatum paplitimą Lietuvoje. Batrachium (DC.) Gray genus in taxonomical aprroach is one of the most complex in the group of water plants. Their taxonomy is overloaded with a great variety of indications, polyploidy and hybridization, predominance of vegetative reproduction. The accurate determination of Batrachium species as well as their prevalence is extemely important not only in scientific approach, but also for consideration of the questions of their protection. River rapids with kurkles species is inserted into the list of dwellings of European importance. The variety of Batrachium genus species in Lithuania is not indicated. The work contains revision of Batrachium (DC.) Gray genus plant examples (collected in 1923 – 2006) that are being kept in the herbariums of Botanic Institute (BILAS) and Vilnius University (WI). 250 examples have been studied in all, 131 of which are from flowing waters. 36 of them are described for the first time, 14 are redescribed into other species, the describtion of 32 examples is confirmed and 37 examples are not described because of their improper collection. According to the data of the herbariums Lithuanian flowing waters contain 5 Batrachium genus species: B. aquatile (L.) Dumort., B. circinatum (Sibth.) Spach, B. fluitans (Lam.) Wimm., B. penicillatum Dumort., B. trichophyllum (Chaix) Bosch. The area analysis and the examples of the herbariums approve the prevalence of B. fluitans and B. penicillatum in Lithuania. Le dialecte kirmanshahi-fayli, grand dialecte kurde méconnu parle principalement dans les provinces de kirmanshah et d'ilam en Iran, et le long de la frontière iranienne de Khanaqin à Badra en Irak, n'a été perçu jusqu'à présent par les iranologues que sous une forme éclatée et fragmentaire. Il est ici resitué et délimité dans le contexte complexe des dialectes kurdes du sud, et étudié dans ses aspects phonétiques et phonologiques, morphologiques, syntaxiques et lexicaux en tenant compte de ses variations linguistiques. Celles-ci s'organisent en cinq groupes variationnels que nous avons dégagés à partir de la douzaine de villes et de régions étudiées ici. D'autres questions de la kurdologie, les confusions des orientalistes sur cette grande région, et notamment à propos des laks, des lors et des guran, la question de l'écriture du kurde et de l'unification de cette langue sont également débattues
The kirmanshahi-fayli dialect, one of the greatest southern kurdish dialects, is spoken mostly in the kirmanshah and ilam provinces of Iran and along the iranian border from Khanaqin to Badra in Irak. Until now this dialect was not well known by iranologists and essentially perceived as isolated and separated fragments. Here it is resituated and given proper limits within the complicated frame of southern kurdish dialects. In this paper academic methods, that may be employed in the process of mathematics are reviewed. These methods will apply informational technologies. As the methods were reviewed, new, established Lithuanian educational computer implements designed for math’s learning, were revised. As the educational computer implements were analyzed, drawbacks were identified. According to the drawbacks educational computer program for the course of mathematics for the fifth formers was created. This program will help students to improve not only mathematics skills, but also the skills of informational technologies. Learning scenario, user’s scenarios for students, teachers and administrator were created. This educational implement will relieve the teacher’s work to motivate students in math’s learning. Teacher will be able to make learning material, tests by his own. Teacher also will be able to see the authors of finished tests, the date of accomplishments, the amount of points, correct and incorrect answers. This educational implement will be used not only by it’s authors, but also by other teachers. By this way teachers will improve not only in the sphere of mathematics, but also in the sphere of informational technologies.

Cette etude est basee sur un corpus de textes ecrits qui, a l'exception d'un recueil de contes populaires provenant de la region d'erbil (kurdistan d'irak), relevent essentiellement de la langue litteraire, telle qu'elle est actuellement en usage chez les kurdes d'irak et d'iran. Les divergences entre les differents parlers relevant du kurde central ont ete etudiees a la lumiere des formes particulieres qui apparaissent dans les textes utilises, sans que l'on y ait apprecie toutefois de differences notables quant a la relative. Dans l'analyse de la relative, l'aspect syntaxique a ete largement privilegie. Pourtant, l'aspect semantique n'a pas ete neglige, surtout lorsqu'il s'est revele pertinent sur un plan morpho-syntaxique. This work offers a synchronic study of the relative claus in central kurdish or sorani, principal dialect in iraq and iran. This study, excepting one collection of popular tales from the erbil's district (iraqi kurdistan), is based on a corpus of written texts, which come from the literary language, as it is actually used by the kurds in iraq and iran. The divergences between the various speechs which come from central kurdish have been studied using particular forms which appear in the different texts of the corpus. Nevertheless, we didn't find relevant differencies for the relative clause in these different texts. In the analysis of the relative, the syntaxic aspect has been largely priviligied. But, the semantic aspect was not neglected, particulary when it was morpho-syntaxically pertinent. The study includes six principal parts : 1) general considerations about the relative clause; 2) the antecedent : nature and determination of the antecedent, the demonstrative as antecedent; 3) structure of the relative clause: place of the relative clause, particles, pronouns of resumption, structure of indefinite relative clauses; 4) kinds of relative clauses: descriptive and restrictive clauses; circumstantial relative clauses; 5) complex relative clauses : coordinate relative clauses, subordinate relative clauses , clauses subordinated to relative clauses; 6) the use of tenses and modes. The Kurdish field of literature which uses a dominated language is questioned here inside the frame of the territorialized language conflict in Turkey. This conflict places front to front two nationalisms with contradictory views regarding identities and territories. So first we question the Turkish State language policies concerning the Kurdish language and the territory to which it refers. Face to face to those policies, there stand the Kurdish politic movements whose one of the functions is to define a national identity and its possible link with the language. In that frame, the Kurdish literary products are questioned, as well as their organization by the actors, inside a national identity in permanent re-production. Therefore we examine in which way, inside the conflict, a Kurdish literary field, with its plural territories, will emerge and get autonomous; and which are the literary and non-literary objectives aimed at by that field

Ved utviklingen og innføringen av informasjonssystemer er man avhengig av en god forståelse av hvordan arbeidssituasjonen til brukeren av systemet er, for å kunne utvikle systemer som støtter arbeidsprosessene. Samtidig er det viktig at det er et apparat rundt selve innføringen av systemet. I denne oppgaven presenterer jeg resultater fra en empirisk undersøkelse gjort ved geriatrisk avdeling ved St. Olavs hospital og møter og intervjuer med representanter fra prosjektledelsen og forum tilknyttet systemet for Kurve Medisinering og Forordning. Oppgaven baserer seg på et litteraturstudie og case studie, som sammen resulterer i en diskusjon av resultatene funnet i caset. Funnene gjort i denne oppgaven viser til hvordan den papirbaserte kurven har flere funksjoner enn å være en informasjonskilde, hvor det er viktig å prøve å gjenskape flere av kurvens funksjoner. Funnene viser også til hvordan tiltenkte teorier om systemets bruk kan fravike fra den praktiske bruken på grunn av ulemper knyttet til systemet. Det gis en beskrivelse av organiseringene rundt endringsutførelser av det elektroniske systemet og hvordan frigjøring av ressurser, knyttet til representanter av brukergrupper, er et viktig suksesskriterium for en slik organisering. Til slutt følger forlag til forbedringstiltak i forhold til funnene gjort i diskusjonen. Med denne oppgaven vil jeg prøve å synliggjøre noen av utfordringene som er knyttet til utvikling og innføring av informasjonssystemer i helsevesenet, ved at mine funn kan være med å rette fokus mot andre aspekter av innføringen enn det som har vært sett på til nå.

I de siste årene har utviklinga innen IKT bidratt til at elektronisk samhandling mellom ulike aktører i samfunnet blir en stadig viktigere del av hverdagen. Denne trenden ser vi også i helsesektoren der store deler av arbeidshverdagen nå fokuseres rundt tett integrerte informasjonssystemer, slik som elektronisk pasientjournal. Disse journalsystemene utvikler seg fra å være et dokumentasjonsverktøy over til å inkludere stadig flere arbeidsprosesser. De blir dermed til et klinisk arbeidsverktøy som støtter de kliniske prosessene ved helseinstitusjonene.For å få til elektronisk samhandling er man avhengig av integrering, standardisering og tilpasning av informasjonsystemer hos de ulike aktørene. Denne oppgava diskuterer ulike strategier for standardisering ved utvikling av informasjonsystemer som skal skape en regional standard, samt hvilke arenaer og aktører som er viktige i denne prosessen. Oppgava er basert på et case studie av KMF-prosjektet (Kurve, Medisinering og Forordning) i Helse Midt-Norge, samt litteratur- og dokumentstudier. Det empiriske materialet er samlet gjennom observasjoner og intervjuer av ansatte ved pilotavdelinga, i tillegg til møter, telefonsamtaler og e-postkorrespondanse med ulike prosjektrepresentanter. Målet med denne oppgava er å synliggjøre hvordan ulike strategier, og det arbeidet som ulike aktører gjør underveis i stor grad påvirker utviklingsprosessen. Med tanke på at stadig flere kritiske og svært komplekse informasjonssystemer på tvers av ulike sektorer i samfunnet digitaliseres og samhandler, blir det enda viktigere å få en god forståelse av disse systemene og infrastrukturen de bygger opp. Denne oppgava forsøker derfor å dra fram noen utfordringer og aspekter som er viktige å tenke på ved utvikling av robuste systemer for samhandling.

This research aims to study the history of the Kurdish movement in the transitory period which divides the protonationalist mobilisation in the late Ottoman era from modern nationalism. This change is made under the influence of the Kurdish leadership from Turkey, but exiled in Syria and Lebanon. While the Syrian Jazirah under the French Mandate is the main political scene of the research, nevertheless the Kermalist Republic is a omnipresent reference. If in Turkey different Kurdish revolts take place, the core of this thesis is the Kurdish cultural movement articulated around the Khoyboun Society. In the four countries dominating Kurdistan (Turkey, Iran, Iraq and Syria) the Kurdish question translates first and foremost under the concept of visibility/invisibility, around the problem of the recognition of the Kurds as a denied nation. This is especially apparent in the case of Turkey, the first of the countries which imposed its own nation-state on the Kurds : this question is associated with the negationist state policies on Kurdish culture and identity,which, since 1924, have been considered as obstacles on the path to the creation of a nationalTurkish identity. In this conflictual relation between Kurdish and Turkish nationalisms – the fruit, among others, of a traumatic memory and a long history of Kurdish resistance inrespective sections of Kurdistan – the imagery of the Kurds refers to a historical dimensionwhich has spontaneously become an essential reference of cinematographic treatment of« Kurdishness » under the form of interactions constructed by themselves or by their own political opponents. Abstract:

This article discusses the psychological, methodological, practical and partially administrative communicative competence of teachers at one Vilkaviškis secondary school (SSCH) to educate children with special needs (SN) in integrated teaching conditions. It presents the results of teachers‘ questionnaire, recommendations for national pedagogical studies for BA, MA and qualification courses. The article draws five conclusions: 1.Teachers in Vilkaviškis SSCH do not possess the psychological competence for integrated education of children with SN. Due to the dominating psychological stereotypical bias some teachers are not interested in special education, partially take the individual qualities of children with SP into consideration, do not seek better quality of education, refuse to cooperate, leave education to the competence of a special educator or speech therapist. 2. The methodological competence of teachers in Vilkaviškis SSCH is insufficient since the majority of teachers have not heard a course of lectures on special education, 1/5 of teachers have not been certified, 65,1% of teachers regard their abilities to recognize a pupil with SN as unsatisfactory or insufficient, they do not know the main principles of work with children with SN. 3. Abstract:

The paper deals with the second-order linear non-homogeneity differential equation with singular coefficients at zero as the equation order degeneration point. With this ground the boundary value problem is defined, investigated and solved in the class of bounded functions. The solution existence and uniqueness theorem is proved.

Abstract:

Disertacijoje ištirti trupmeniškai integruotų tiesinių laiko eilučių modelių su nestacionaria ilgąja atmintimi dalinių sumų ribiniai skirstiniai ir tam tikros statistikos, susijusios su dalinių sumų procesais. Philippe, Surgailis, Viano 2006 ir 2008 m. darbuose apibrėžė kintančius laike trupmeniškai integruotus filtrus su baigtine dispersija ir nagrinėjo jų dalinių sumų ribinius skirstinius. Disertacijoje ištirti tokių procesų dalinių sumų ribiniai skirstiniai, kai dispersija begalinė, laikant, kad inovacijos priklauso α–stabilaus dėsnio traukos sričiai (čia 1<α<2). Įrodyta, kad dalinių sumų procesas konverguoja į tam tikrą α–stabilų savastingąjį procesą su nestacionariais pokyčiais. Surgailis, Teyssière, Vaičiulis 2008 m. darbe įvedė pokyčių santykių arba IR (= Increment Ratio) statistiką ir parodė, kad IR statistika gali būti naudojama tikrinti neparametrinėms hipotezėms apie stacionariosios laiko eilutės ilgąją atmintį bei ilgosios atminties parametrą d. Disertacijoje apibendrinti šių autorių gauti rezultatai, t. y. įrodyta IR statistikos centrinė ribinė teorema ir gauti poslinkio įverčiai, kai stebiniai aprašomi tiesiniu laiko eilutės modeliu su trendu. Praplėsta laiko eilučių klasė, kuriai IR statistika yra pagrįsta, t. y. konverguoja į vidurkį.
In the thesis is studied the limit distribution of partial sums of certain linear time series models with nonstationary long memory and certain statistics which involve partial sums processes. Philippe, Surgailis, Viano (2006, 2008) introduced time-varying fractionally integrated filters and studied the limit distribution of partial sums processes of these filters under finite variance set-up. In the thesis is studied the limit distribution of partial sums processes of infinite variance time-varying fractionally integrated filters. We assume that the innovations belong to the domain of attraction of an α-stable law (1<α<2) and show that the partial sums process converges to some α-stable self-similar process. In the thesis is studied the limit of the Increment Ratio (IR) statistic for Gaussian observations superimposed on a slowly varying deterministic trend. The IR statistic was introduced in Surgailis, Teyssière, Vaičiulis (2008) and its limit distribution was studied under the assumption of stationarity of observations. The IR statistic can be used for testing nonparametric hypotheses about d-integrated (-1/2 < d <3/2) behavior of the time series, which can be confused with deterministic trends and change-points. This statistic is written in terms of partial sums process and its limit is closely related to the limit of partial sums. Die Dresdner Öffentlichen Bibliotheken setzen seit 1945 auf eine stark dezentrale Versorgung mit einer überdurchschnittlich hohen Anzahl von Zweigstellen (derzeit 19). Das hängt ursächlich mit der kompletten Zerstörung der Innenstadt 1945 und einer im Verhältnis zur Einwohnerzahl sehr großen Flächenausdehnung der Stadt genauso zusammen wie mit einer konzeptionellen Zielstellung der Städtischen Bibliotheken Dresden, die Bevölkerung in der Nähe ihrer Haustür zu erreichen.
