Abstract:
The seamless integration of industrial robotic arms with server computers, sensors and actuators can revolutionise the way in which automated non-destructive testing (NDT) is performed and conceived. Achieving effective integration and realising the full potential of robotic systems presents significant challenges, since robots, sensors and end-effector tools are often not necessarily designed to be put together and form a holistic system. This paper presents recent breakthroughs, opening up new scenarios for the inspection of product quality in advanced manufacturing. Many years of research have brought to software platforms the ability to integrate external data acquisition instrumentation with industrial robots to improve the inspection speed, accuracy and repeatability of NDT. Robotic manipulators have typically been operated by predefined tool-paths generated through offline path-planning software applications. Recent developments pave the way to data-driven autonomous robotic inspections, enabling real-time path planning and adaptive control. This paper presents a toolbox with highly efficient algorithms and software functions, developed to be used through high-level programming language platforms (for example MATLAB, LabVIEW and Python) and/ or integrated within low-level language (for example C# and C++) applications. The use of the toolbox can speed up the development and the robust integration of new robotic NDT systems with real-time adaptive capabilities and is compatible with all KUKA robots with six degrees of freedom (DOF), which are equipped with the Robot Sensor Interface (RSI) software add-on. The paper describes the architecture of the toolbox and shows two application examples, where performance results are provided. The concepts described in the paper are aligned with the emerging Industry 4.0 paradigms and have wider applicability beyond NDT.

Pengetahuan tentang penciptaan alam semesta atau Kosmologi banyak terdapat dalam karya sastra Jawa Kuna yang sangat penting dikaji agar umat Hindu mengetahui secara mendalam mengenai Kosmologi yang terdapat dalam karya sastra Jawa Kuna. Salah satu karya sastra Jawa Kuna yang mengandung pengetahuan Kosmologi adalah Purwa Bhumi Kamulan. Purwa Bhumi Kamulan termasuk kelompok lontar Tattwa. Lontar ini berisi ajaran tentang penciptan dunia yang diuraikan secara mitologis. Seluruh ajarannya bersifat siwaistik. Proses penciptaan yang diuraikan pada Purwa Bhumi Kamulan dimulai dari Bhatari Uma lahir dari pergelangan kaki Bhatara Guru. Dari kekuatan yoga Bhatara dan Bhatari, lahirlah para Dewata, Panca Rsi, Sapta Rsi sebagai isi dunia ini. Setelah itu barulah dunia ini diciptakan. Pemeliharaan (stithi) dalam teks Purwa Bhumi Kamulan ketika manusia harus senantiasa harus melakukan pemujaaan-pemujaaan kepada Bhatara-Bhatari agar terjadinya keseimbangan dalam dunia ini dan peleburan (pralina) dalam teks Purwa Bhumi Kamulan ketika Selain itu Bhatari Durga juga memakan manusia sebagai upah telah menciptakan dunia ini akan tetapi tidak semua manusia yang ada di dunia ini yang dimakan oleh Bhatari Durga. Adapun manusia yang dimakan dengan enaknya oleh Bhatari Durga, tidak lain yang dimakan adalah orang yang lahir pada Wuku Carik, yaitu orang yang lahir pada Wuku Wayang, lahir kembar siam (kadana-kadini), bersaudara lima, tunas tunggul (tunggak wareng), unting-unting.

Abstract:
Demartofitosis merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh kolonisasi jamur dermatofita yang menyerang jaringan yang mengandung keratin seperti stratum korneum kulit, rambut dan kuku pada manusia. Dermatofitosis tersebar diseluruh dunia dengan prevalensi yang berbeda-beda tiap negara dan Indonesia menempati urutan kedua. Tinggimya kasus tersebut didukung dengan Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara beriklim tropis yang memiliki suhu dan kelembaban tinggi, dimana merupakan suasana yang baik bagi pertumbuhan jamur, higiene juga berperan untuk timbulnya penyakit ini, sehingga jamur dapat ditemukan hampir di semua tempat. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil penderita rawat jalan dermatofitosis superfisialis di rawat jalan kulit kelamin RSI Aisyiyah Malang periode Januari-Desember 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif restrospektif berdasarkan data rekam medis bulan Januari-Desember 2017 dari RSI Aisyiyah Malang. Data ditampilkan dalam bentuk diagram meliputi jumlah pasien, jenis kelamin, usia pasien, pekerjaan, gejala, diagnosis, dan terapi. Hasil dari data rekam medik RSI Aisyiyah Malang pasien poli kulit dan kelamin pada tahun 2017 tercatat jumlah kasus dermatofitosis sebanyak 19 kasus dari 417 kasus dimana berdasarkan jenis kelamin perempuan lebih banyak (63%), dengan usia terbanyak 35-59% (35%), efflorensi terbanyak pustula ( 44%), dan terapi kombinasi merupakan jumlah terbanyak. Dari 19 kausu kasus dermatofitosis prevalensi terbanyak adalah tinnea incognito dengan effloresensi pustule dan pada sampel wanita dengan usia anatar 35-59 tahun.

Pia, vigezo vya kuainisha tendi vilivyotumiwa na wanazuo wa Kimagharibi vilikuwa vya kimaeneo na kimakusudi, walidhalilisha tendi za Kiafrika. Licha ya kuwa kuliibuka watafiti wa Kiafrika na kudai kuwa Afrika kuna tendi, wao pia walielekea kutumia vigezo ambavyo ni vya kimaeneo. Ili kujaribu kutatua mzozo na utata uliopo kuhusu uwepo wa tendi katika maeneo ya Kiafrika, utafiti huu ulinuia kuchunguza iwapo kuna uwiano wa matatizo ya kijamii yanayowakumba majagina baina ya tendi za maeneo haya mawili. Madhumuni makuu yalikuwa kutathmini iwapo kuna uwiano wa matatizo ya kijamii yanayowakumba majagina baina ya tendi za Kiafrika na zile za Kimagharibi licha ya tendi za Kiafrika kufutiliwa mbali na baadhi ya wasomi wa Kimagharibi. Mtafiti alinua kutafiti tendi mbili ambazo ni Utendi wa Mikidadi na Mayasa unaopatikana Afrika na Utendi wa Kalevala unaopatikana Finland katika maeneo ya Kimagharibi. Utafiti huu uliongozwa na Nadharia ya Ruwaza ya Shujaa iliyoasisiwa Joseph Campbell (1987). Utafiti huu ni wa muundo wa kiudhamano na mahali pa utafiti palikuwa ni katika Maktaba. Inatarajiwa kuwa utafiti huu utakuwa mchango mkubwa kwa jamii ya wasomi hasa wanaoshughulikia fasihi linganishi na utajaribu kutatua ubishi ulioko kuhusu tendi za maeneo mbalimbali.

During the Industry 4.0 era, the open source-based robotic arms control applications have been developed, in which the control algorithms apply for movement precision in the trajectory tracking paths based on direct or reverse kinematics. Therefore, small errors in the joint positions can summarize in large position errors of the end-effector in the industrial activities. Besides the change of the end-effector position for a given variation of the set-point in manipulator joint positions depends on the manipulator configuration. This research proposes a control based on Proportional Derivative (PD) Control with gravity compensation to show the robustness of this control scheme in the robotic arm’s industrial applications. The control algorithm is developed using a low-cost board like Raspberry Pi (RPI) where the Robot Operating System (ROS) is installed. The novelty of this approach is the development of new functions in ROS to make the PD control with gravity compensation in low-cost systems. This platform brings a fast exchange of information between the Kuka™ youBot robotic arm and a graphical user’s interface that allows a transparent interaction between them.

Abstract:
Papillary carcinoma is a prominent malignancy originating from follicular cells. This disease generally shows an indolent character, but patients demonstrating certain clinicopathological features have a dire prognosis. At present, Western countries adopted almost routine total thyroidectomy with radioactive iodine (RAI) ablation, while limited thyroidectomy with extensive prophylactic lymph node dissection has traditionally been performed for most patients in Japan. Recently, accurate evaluation of carcinoma stage can be performed on preoperative imaging studies, especially on ultrasonography. It is therefore important to treat papillary carcinoma patients depending on clinicopathological features rather than in a stereotyped fashion. In this paper, appropriate extension of thyroidectomy and lymph node dissection is discussed based on Western and recently published Japanese guidelines and the experience in Kuma Hospital.

Bukti-bukti mengenai gunung dianggap sakral dan suci telah didapatkan sejak Masa Prasejarah. Salah Satu gunung yang masih dipercaya sebagai tempat sakral adalah Gunung Lawu. Berdasarkan tinggalan arkeologis Gunung Lawu ini nampaknya mempunyai peranan cukup penting pada masa lalu, bahkan berlanjut hingga sekarang. Studi ini akan menelusuri jejak-jejak pemujaan terhadap parwatarajadewa yang bersemayam di Gunung Lawu. Untuk memecahkan permasahan tersebut digunakan metode pengumpulan data meliputi kajian pustaka, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah itu, data dibedah mengunakan analisis kualitatif dibantu dengan teori Religi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gunung Lawu mempunyai nama kuna (Hindu-Budhha) yaitu katong. Walaupun namanya berubah namun makna yang dikandung tetap memiliki persamaan. Komunitas yang beraktivitas di Gunung Lawu saat itu adalah kaum rsi dan pertapa yang tampaknya memuliakan seorang parwatarajadewa (dewa penguasa gunung). Hal ini berdasar atas banyaknya temuan tinggalan arkeologi di kawasan Gunung Lawu dan didukung pula dengan prasasti yang pernah ditemukan di Candi Sukuh. Nama dewa tersebut menurut Serat Centhini adalah Hyang Girinatha.Evidence of the mountain as considered sacred and sanctified have been obtained since the Prehistoric Period. One mountain that is still believed to be a sacred place is Mount Lawu. Based on archaeological remains, Mount Lawu seems to have played a significant role in the past, even persisting up till now. Mount Lawu is used as a place to live and religious activity from the past. This study traces the worship of Parwatarajadeway residing on Mount Lawu. In order to solve the problem, it used data collection methods including literature review, observation, and documentation. The analysis used qualitative assisted by Religious theory. The results of this study indicate that Mount Lawu has an ancient name that is katong. Although the name had changed but its meaning still have a resemblance. Community’ activities that move on Mount Lawu around the 15th to 16th century are the rsi and the ascetic who seem to glorify the Parwatarajadewa (the god of the mountain ruler). This is based on many findings of archaeological remains in the area of Mount Lawu and also supported with inscriptions ever found in Sukuh Temple. The name of the god according to Serat Centhini is Hyang Girinatha.

Kakawin, sebagai karya penyair (pengarang), dalam penyusunannya memiliki konvensi yang sangat ketat. Konvensi dalam kakawin disebut dengan istilah prosodi metrum (tembang). Bahasa yang digunakan dalam kakawin ialah bahasa Jawa Kuna. Kakawin Bali Sabha Langö merupakan dua karya dengan judul yang sama, tetapi dihasilkan oleh dua orang pengarang dengan latar belakang yang berbeda. Kakawin Bali Sabha Langö karya I Nyoman Adiputra (Bangli); dan Kakawin Bali Sabha Langö karya Ida Bagus Ketut Rai (Karangasem). Kakawin Bali Sabha Langö tergolong ke dalam periode pembaharuan yang memposisikan diri sebagai karya yang berada antara ketegangan konvensi dan inovasi (kreasi). Kakawin Bali Sabha Langö tetap mempertahankan konvensi kakawin berupa pola metrum sebagai ciri khas suatu karya dapat digolongkan ke dalam genre kakawin, namun dari segi isi terlihat pengarang melakukan inovasi yakni dengan cara menguraikan peristiwa Pesta Kesenian Bali mencakup 5 (lima) kegiatan penting, antara lain: pawai, pameran, pagelaran, perlombaan, dan sarasehan.

Abstract:
Background. Children and adolescents with papillary thyroid carcinomas (PTCs) have generally excellent prognoses despite their frequent extended disease. The tumor growth of young patients’ PTCs might show spontaneous slowing postoperatively. We compared young PTC patients’ postoperative thyroglobulin-doubling time (Tg-DT) with their preoperative hypothetical tumor volume-doubling time (hTV-DT). Methods. Fourteen PTC patients aged ≤18 years who underwent total thyroidectomy at Kuma Hospital in 1998–2016 had biochemically persistent disease postoperatively. We calculated their Tg-DTs and estimated their preoperative TV-DTs with the tumor size and the patient’s age at surgery, presuming that a single cancer cell was present at the patient’s birth. Results. Twelve patients had positive Tg-DTs ranging from 2.0 to 147 years, and the remaining two had negative Tg-DTs, indicating slow growth or even regression. The hTV-DTs were 0.3–0.6 years (median 0.5 years), which were significantly shorter than the Tg-DTs (p<0.001), indicating much faster growth preoperatively. The analyses of the nine patients without radioactive iodine administration (RAI) gave similar results (p<0.01). Conclusions. Irrespective of RAI, the patients’ postoperative Tg-DTs were significantly longer than their preoperative hTV-DTs and were negative values in two patients, indicating that the growth of these young patients’ PTCs had spontaneously slowed or even regressed postoperatively.

Mini Trawl masuk dalam klasifikasi pukat hela dimana cara pengoperasiannya dengan cara ditarik oleh kapal yang bergerak mengejar gerombolan ikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari- Maret 2019 di Pulau Tinggi Desa Penutuk Kecamatan Lepar Pongok Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui wilayah penangkapan ikan oleh nelayan mini trawl, mengidentifikasi alat tangkap, mengidentifikasi hasil tangkapan dan aspek kondisi ekonomi nelayan mini trawl yang ada di Pulau Tinggi Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis metode survei meliputi aspek kontruksi alat tangkap, wilayah penangkapan dan hasil tangkapan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa daerah penangkapan ikan mini trawl berada pada dua perairan yaitu Perairan Karang Pelawang dan Perairan Pasir Putih. Identifikasi kontruksi alat tangkap mini trawl adalah sayap jaring, badan jaring, kantong jaring, papan rentan, tali ris atas dan bawah, tali selambar, pemberat dan pelampung. Identifikasi hasil tangkapan didapatkan 8 jenis spesies yang tertangkap yaitu udang jerebung (Fenneropeanus merguienis), selar(Selar crumenophtahalmus), kurisi (Nemipterus furcosus), pepetek (Leiognathus equulus), ikan cermin (Alectis indica), kuda laut (Hippocampus cuvier) dan buntal(Legochepalus fugu).

AbstrakTritangtu di Bumi adalah sistem pemerintahan tradisional di tatar Sunda yang membagi kekuasaan dalam tiga peran yaitu Rama (Tuhan), Prabu (manusia), dan Resi (alam). Keberadaannya masih dapat dilacak di kampung-kampung adat, salah satunya adalah Kampung Naga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi yang mampu menjelaskan secara rinci perihal perikehidupan masyarakat Kampung Naga. Di samping itu, penelusuran terhadap teks naskah-naskah Sunda Kuna masa pra-Islam telah memberikan informasi lengkap terdapat keberadaan konsep pemerintahan Sunda masa lampau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukenali prinsip-prinsip pemerintahan tradisional dalam kerangka memahami kepemimpinan orang Sunda. Kampung Naga dalam kesehariannya dewasa ini lebih kental dan menonjol unsur keagamaannya, yaitu agama Islam. Akibatnya adalah konsep tritangtu nyaris hilang dan tak dikenal lagi. Hasil penelusuran pada tatanan pemerintahan dan ‟artefak‟ fisik Kampung Naga ciri pemerintahan tradisional masih terlihat dalam bentuk lain. AbstractTritangtu di Bumi (three-power on Earth)is a traditional Sundanese ruling system that divides power into three roles: Rama (God), prabu (human being), and resi (mother nature). The system can be traced to many kampung adat (villages that preserved traditional customs/adat), one of which is Kampung Naga. The author conducted a descriptive method in describing daily life of Kampung Naga’s society. Ancient Sundanese manuscripts are also studied in tracing concepts of pre-Islamic Sundanese ruling system. The purpose of the research is to rediscover traditional Sundanese ruling principles in order to understand leadership in Sundanese’s point of view. Islamic practices performed by Kampung Naga/s society today have made concept of tritangtu vanished, but the artifacts are still recognized.

Abstract:
Soil salinity is one of the most damaging environmental problems worldwide, especially in arid and semiarid regions. The objectives of this study were to improve the inversion accuracy of soil salt content (SSC) in soils with spectral heterogeneity by using optimized spectral indices. Soil samples at a 0–20 cm depth were taken from Keriya Oasis (98 soil samples), Ugan-Kuqa Oasis (49 soil samples), and Ebinur Lake Basin (57 soil samples). SSC and spectral reflectance (SR) of all the 204 soil samples were determined. To comprehensively analyze the field-collected hyperspectral data, various band combinations were used to calculate a normalized difference spectral index (NDSI) and ratio spectral index (RSI). Then, the relationships between the indices and SSC were examined, and the most robust relationships were demonstrated. The partial least squares regression (PLSR) method was utilized to develop a predictive model of SSC, and the variable importance in the projection (VIP) method was used during modeling. The results revealed that (i) the salinized soils in different regions had apparent differences in both reflectance and spectral curve morphology, but the optimized spectral indices method effectively overcame the regional heterogeneity of salinized soil hyperspectral characteristics, and the correlation with SSC was always kind, with correlation coefficients up to 0.748 at 0.001 level of significance; (ii) the VIP filtering method effectively selected the optimal independent model, and the modeling accuracy was better than the single optimization index (R2Pre = 0.83 and RMSEPre = 2.31 g·kg−1) by using the combination of two optimal indices; (iii) although the global modeling accuracy was significantly lower than the local modeling accuracy due to the inconsistent salt sensitivity bands of salinized soils in different regions, combined with cross-validation analysis, the global model had the ability to predict soil salinization accurately (R2Pre = 0.69 and RMSEPre = 8.45 g·kg−1). The methods developed in this study can be applied in other arid and semiarid areas. Besides, the study also provides examples for aerospace hyperspectral remote sensing of cross-regional soil salinization.

Sesungguhnya Tari Sanghyang merupakan jenis tari peninggalan di zaman Bali kuna, namun salah satu tari Sanghyang yang tergolong langka, sebagai seni tari religious magis terdapat di Pura Dalem Sindu, Kelurahan Sanur adalah; Sanghyang Bungbung, oleh masyarakat disebut Ratu Alit. Sanghyang Bungbung merupakan sebuah tari Wali (Sakral) dengan menggunakan sepotong bungbung (seruas bambu berlubang) sebagai alas Pratima, pralingga (tempat berstananya para Dewa). Pratima atau Pralingga yang dibuat berbentuk muka manusia berjumlah 12, yaitu; 6 buah laki-laki, dan 6 buah wanita dibuat dari pohon jepun yang tumbuh di Pura Dalem Sindu Sanur di masa yang silam oleh Ida Pedanda Gede Rai yang kesah dari Grya Sindu Sidemen Karangasem menetap mendirikan Grya Sindu Sanur, ketika pemerintahan Raja Denpasar, beberapa tahun sebelumnya pecah perang Puputan Badung 20 September 1906. Hingga saat kini Sanghyang Bungbung, dilestarikan sebagai Tari Wali untuk menetralisir yaitu; harmonisasi alam niskala dan sekala. Sanghyang Bungbung sebagai perwujudan Ratu Alit (Widyadara-Widyadari) yang turun dari Kahyangan ke bumi, dengan menari Janger menghibur Ratu Gede Nusa yang bergelar Bapak Poleng dengan iringan 1500 Wong Samar berpakaian serba poleng membawa pedang, tombak, dan sebagainya, untuk mencari manusia sebagai labaan (kurban) pada sasih keenem. Ratu Alit yang bergelar nama bunga yaitu; Sekar Jepun, Sekar Gadung, Sekar Pudak, sekar Sandat, Sekar Jempiring, Sekar Soka, Sekar Madori Putih, Sekar Anggrek Geringsing,Widyadari Tunjung Beru, Widyadari Tunjung Bang, Widyadari Tunjung Putih, dan Widyadari Sang Supraba menari untuk memendak, menghibur Ratu Gede Nusa selama enem sasih, mulai sasih Tilem Kapat hingga Purnama Sasih Ke Dasa. Ratu Alit mapalawatan Sanghyang Bungbung masolah mendak Ida Ratu Gede Nusa setiap Tilem Kapat di Pantai Sindu Sanur, setiap Kajang Kliwon di Pempatan Agung Sindu Sanur, setiap Purnama di Pura Dalem Sindu Sanur. Sasolahan Sanghyang Bungbung merupakan tarian Religus Magis yaitu penuh keaajaiban, dengan kekuatan yang luar biasa menari Janger, tidak hanya membuat penonton terhibur, tetapi juga Ida Ratu Gede Nusa terperangah, terpesona dengan tarian Jangernya Ratu Alit, hingga Ratu Gede Nusa mengurungkan niatnya untuk mencari manusia sebagai labaan (kurban) sasih keenem (Teo-Estetik).

Abstract:
This study identifies A10398G alteration of mitochondrial ND3 gene in plasma exosome of 29 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients, 31 controls and 13 pairs of tumor tissue and adjacent tissue of NSCLC patients, thereby assessing the relationship between this alteration in plasma exosome and tissue as well as the pathological characteristics of NSCLC patients. Using the PCR-RFLP method, the homoplasmy and heteroplasmy of A10398G were initially identified in mitochondrial DNA from both exosomes and lung tissues. The rate of variant 10398G in plasma exosome was 62.1% in the NSCLC group and 61.3% in the control group. However, there was no statistically significant difference in A10398G between the patient and control groups. The alteration of A10398G in plasma exosome and in tissue correlated with each other (correlation coefficient 0.69; p = 0.009). However, this alteration was not related to age, gender, smoking, alcohol drinks status, tumor size, histological stage and TNM stage.
