Abstract:

Autor analizira pisanje primorskih slovenskih liberalnih novina u vrijeme balkanskih ratova 1912. i 1913., prikazuje geopolitičke stavove toga političkoga kruga te ga smješta u širi kontekst sukoba različitih vizija jugoslavenstva. Specifičan položaj primorskih Slovenaca i geopolitičko značenje Trsta odrazili su se na naklonjenost toga dijela Slovenaca što širemu južnoslavenskom konceptu, koji je trebao biti poluga za slovensku političku emancipaciju. Isprva se taj dio Slovenaca zauzima za ujedinjenje južnoslavenskih naroda unutar Habsburške Monarhije, no analizirano razdoblje donosi preokret koji se očituje u ispuštanju habsburškoga okvira u prvom krugu balkanskih ratova. Drugi je pak krug prouzročio isključivanje Bugarske iz južnoslavenskih koncepata, čime se dio primorskih Slovenaca priklanja užoj viziji južnoslavenske državne ideje sa Srbijom u središnjoj ulozi.

Abstract This paper asks how ‚image‘ (Bild) and ‚imagination‘ (Einbildungskraft) relate to each other. The first part deals with important aspects such as ‚visuality‘, ‚reference‘, ‚order‘, ‚mediation‘ and ‚constructivity‘. The connection between ‚image‘ and ‚imagination‘ is then explored in texts on metaphysics and aesthetics by Christian Gottfried Bardili and Wilhelm Traugott Krug. With his ‚Law of Complementation‘, Bardili offers a solution to the problem of the mediation of the senses and the intellect. For Krug, ‚image‘ is a modality in which imagination in the field of art proceeds with the aim of creating order and unity in diversity.

Abstract:

The article for the first time made an analytical review of the iconostasis work of the icon painter of the Russian Diaspora of the mid-twentieth century, Grigory Ivanovich (Fr. Grigory) Krug. The author notes the wide fame of the master with insufficient study of his heritage and proposes to connect the studied cultural phenomenon (the complex of iconostases of Fr. Grigory Krug) with the historical dynamics of culture, where the icon receives a new understanding and a new stage of development in the context of emigration culture. Correlating the work of the icon painter with the context of the era and culture as a whole, the author concludes that the new iconographic language of Fr. Grigory Krug is unique not only among works created among emigration, but also for Orthodox religious art of the twentieth century as a whole. The iconostases of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Klamar are considered in detail; 1st and 2nd iconostases of the church of the Three Sanctuary metochion in Paris, church of St. Seraphim of Sarov in Mongeron, the church in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God «All Sorrow Joy» in Nuazi-le-Gran, the iconostasis and painting of the Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in the convent in Muazn, the icons and iconostasis of the main church of the Holy Spirit Monastery in Le Menil-Saint-Denis, near Paris. For the first time, the iconostases created by Grigori Krug are presented in the context of the transformation of artistic approaches, which change in accordance with the formation of the theological views of the author. In his final work the iconostasis of the Holy Spirit Monastery, the master was able to harmoniously combine carefully restored canonical techniques in creating icons with the creative impulses of the artist of the twentieth century.

U ovom članku bavim se kulturnim krugom oko dubrovačkoga filozofa i polihistora iz 16. stoljeća Nikole Vitkova Gučetića. U svojim objavljenim djelima, koja je većim dijelom napisao u svojem ljetnikovcu u Trstenom, on u dijalog uvodi znamenite Dubrovčane: Marušu Gundulić, Cvijetu Zuzorić, Mihu Monaldija i Dinka Ranjinu. Osim njih, koje se izravnije može povezati s Gučetićem i Trstenom, tomu bi krugu vjerojatno pripadali i ovi Dubrovčani: Nika Zuzorić, Sabo Bobaljević Mišetić, Stjepan Nikola Bunić, Nikola Lujo Gučetić i Antun Medo. Njih je Gučetić s velikom vjerojatnošću poznavao, pa su u određenoj mjeri mogli utjecati na njegovo filozofsko stvaranje.

Abstract:

Zusammenfassung: In einer Trainingsstudie wurde untersucht, wie die motivationale Optimierung eines kognitiven Trainings seine Wirksamkeit auf kognitive und motivationale Maße beeinflußt. Das Denktraining II ( Klauer, 1991 ) wurde mit Übungen aus Motivförderprogrammen ( Rheinberg & Krug, 1999 ) angereichert. Im resultierenden «Integrierten Training» werden die motivationalen Übungen der realistischen Zielsetzung, der günstigen Attribution sowie der günstigen Selbstbewertung direkt auf das kognitive Material angewandt. Die 102 Schüler (Alter 11 bis 13 Jahre) der 6. Klassenstufe einer Gesamtschule wurden 4 Bedingungen zugeordnet: Integriertes Training; Originaldenktraining ( Klauer 1991 ); reine Motivförderung ( Rheinberg & Krug, 1993 ) und Wartekontrollgruppe. Bei der Leistungssteigerung im induktiven Denken war das Integrierte Training den anderen Bedingungen klar überlegen. Außerdem wies nur das integrierte Training einen Effekt in der vorhergesagten Richtung beim Leistungsmotiv der Schüler auf. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, daß die Kombination eines kognitiven Trainings mit einem Motivtraining eine kognitive Förderung erzielen kann, die jene des rein kognitiven Trainings übertrifft, und daß darüber hinaus mit einem derartigen Trainingsprogramm auch positive motivationale Effekte erzielt werden können.

This study provides a description of the personality profile for administrators and professional staff in a private correctional facility ( n = 30). The 1980 Clinical Analysis Questionnaire of Krug and Cattell was selected for use in the study since it provides a well-validated measure of both normal and abnormal personality traits which have been identified in the course of forty years of carefully controlled research. Tijekom rata u Nezavisnoj Državi Hrvatskoj bilo je mnogo progonjenih i potrebitih, kojima je pomoć i zaštita pojedinaca i humanitarnih organizacija predstavljala mogućnost preživljavanja. Caritas Zagrebačke nadbiskupije bio je središnja točka te organizirane pomoći, a postojala je i neformalna skupina uglednijih osoba pravoslavne vjere, među kojima su bili supruga kirurga Julija Budisavljevića Diana i njihov krug prijatelja, napose inženjer Marko Vidaković. U radu se analizira doprinos nadbiskupa Stepinca, kako je predstavljen u Dnevniku Diane Budisavljević, ali i pouzdanost tih dnevničkih zapisa.

Abstract:

Ugledni mislitelji hermeneutičke filozofije Wilhelm Dilthey i Hans-Georg Gadamer okarakterizirali su Matiju Vlačića Ilirika kao klasika hermeneutičkog pristupa filozofiji. Taj sud dodatno dobiva na snazi jer su Dithey i Gadamer okarakterizirani kao pristaše relativističke hermeneutike, dok je Vlačić inzistirao na adekvatnom razumijevanju i interpretiranju teksta. Uzevši u obzir da je za Vlačića ključno pravilo bilo da tekst treba tumačiti sukladno njegovu imanentnom smislu, razradio je dvije interpretacijske maksime, skop i hermeneutički krug, presudne za daljnji razvoj i konstituiranje hermeneutike kao metode razumijevanja, dok ga se po našemu sudu istodobno može smatrati i anticipatorom načela blagonaklonosti. Za objašnjenje složenog hermeneutičkog odnosa cjeline i dijelova teksta, Vlačić je kombinirao induktivno-sintetičku i deduktivnu metodu. Taj odnos predstavlja zahtjevan proces provedbe hermeneutičkog kruga u kojem je na djelu primjena modela koherentnosti istine u heurističkom postupku razumijevanja. Drugim riječima, radi se o postupnoj rekonstrukciji smisla teksta. Tijekom tog eksplanativnoga procesa postaje razvidno da je značenje pojedinih dijelova i manjih tematskih cjelina razumljivo tek iz strukture i kompozicije cjeline teksta i da postupna induktivno-sintetička rekonstrukcija smisla teksta pretpostavlja primjenu deduktivne analize. Nadalje, u heurističkom procesu iščitavanja teksta nužno je provjeriti kako se konzistentnost pojedinih odlomaka i cjelina teksta koherentno uklapa u širu cjelinu, a interpretacijske maksime, skop i hermeneutički krug, pritom se ispostavljaju kao pouzdan organon u heurističkom procesu razumijevanja i objašnjenja teksta. U tom kontekstu je Vlačićev hermeneutički zahtjev za adekvatnom rekonstrukcijom smisla usporediv s načelom blagonaklonosti kako ga razumijeva Donald Davidson, postavljajući ga za jedan od osnovnih pojmove svoje filozofije. Naime Vlačić polazi od pretpostavke razložnosti govora i argumentacije, što podrazumijeva mogućnost hermeneutičke rekonstrukcije teksta i njegovog adekvatnog razumijevanja. Davidson je također, pomoću teorije triangulacije, pokušao pokazati kako objektivni svijet u jeziku komunikacije postaje intersubjektivni svijet razumijevanja i uvažavanja, čime zapravo želi pokazati da je naše razumijevanje izvanjskog svijeta uvjetovano zajedničkim sustavom znanja i modelom komuniciranja koji nikada ne može imati individualistička obilježja jer, jednostavno, participiramo u zajedničkom svijetu. Davidsonov koncept triangulacije na novi način je obilježio model hermeneutičke čestitosti koji je već zagovarao predstavnik prosvjetiteljske hermeneutike Georg Friedrich Meier. S obzirom na to da se problem antirealističkog pristupa ne može riješiti pozivanjem na kruti hermeneutički realizam ili objektivizam, ono što tekstom želimo pokazati jest da bi hermeneutiku, za razliku od npr. Rortyja, trebalo shvatiti kao interpretacijski konsenzus struke koji je uspostavljen u okvirima akademske zajednice. To je u skladu sa stavovima Paula Lorenzena, kojeg je u, pogledu akademskog konsenzusa s obzirom na interpretativnost, slijedio i Jürgen Habermas u izradi svoje teorije komunikativnog djelovanja.

Abstract:

Novo stvarnopravno uređenje koje je uspostavio Zakon o stvarnim pravima Republike Srpske donijelo je korjenite promjene. Ovaj zakon, koji predstavlja temelj daljeg razvoja privatnog prava, ima izuzetan značaj, jer je pretendovao da na jednom mjestu reguliše sva pitanja koja su značajna za stvarnopravne odnose koji se moraju uskladiti sa novim odnosima u društvu i procesom tranzicije sistema. Osnovna namjera zakonodavca bila je da se pravni poredak Republike Srpske u ovoj oblasti vrati u kontinentalnoevropski pravni krug, gdje građansko (privatno) pravo zauzima centralno mjesto. Autor u radu analizira najznačajnije novine koje taj zakon donosi.

Uoči puta u Vašington vodećih političara zemlje radi razgovora sa najvišim i najznačajnijim ljudima jedne od vodećih sila u svetu o pitanju uključenja NATO nezavisnog protektorata Kosovo uspostavljenog na okupiranom delu Srbije u ekonomski razvoj i saniranja štete izazvane terorističkom pobunom Arbanasa u Pokrajini Kosovo i Metohija, desilo se preuzimanje vlasti u Bujanovcu i Preševu, nakon izbora 2020, od predstavnika samo arbanaške nacionalne manjine. Zatim, Srbija se suočila sa zahtevom Hrvatske nacionalne zajednice i Demokratske zajednice Hrvata u Vojvodini da promene svoj status u pokrajini i Republici ulaskom njihovih članova u vladu i skupštinu.

Abstract:

Abstract In this article, we study the time-domain decomposition of optimal control problems for systems of semilinear hyperbolic equations and provide an in-depth well-posedness analysis. This is a continuation of our work, Krug et al. (2021) in that we now consider mixed two-point boundary value problems. The more general boundary conditions significantly enlarge the scope of applications, e.g., to hyperbolic problems on metric graphs with cycles. We design an iterative method based on the optimality systems that can be interpreted as a decomposition method for the original optimal control problem into virtual control problems on smaller time domains.
