Abstract:
The presence of wireless communication grows undeniably more prevalent each year. Since the introduction of the IEEE 802.11 standard for Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN) in 1997, technologies have progressed to provide wireless accessibility to industries and consumers with growing ease and convenience. As the usage of personal devices, such as phones and watches, that connect to the Internet through Wi-Fi increases, wireless attacks on users are becoming more critical. This paper provides a novel attack model to offer an organized and comprehensive view of the possible attacks on Wi-Fi latest security standards. All existing attacks will be investigated, with emphasis on more recent attacks, such as the KRACK and PMKID Dictionary attacks. The main contribution of this paper is to analyze the technology offered in the new Wi-Fi Protected Access III (WPA3) security scheme and provide the first comprehensive security analysis and discussion to determine whether it has addressed the vulnerabilities of its predecessor. An interesting finding of this paper is that WPA3 still lacks in addressing all the issues existing in WPA2 and exploring other mitigations for future research.

Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is an exploration of the possibilities of Espressif's ESP32 chips in combination with Espressif IoT Development Framework with intention of implementing well-known Wi-Fi attacks on this platform. In this work, multiple implementation proposals were done for deauthentication attack in two variants followed by WPA/WPA2 handshake capture, attack on PMKID, creation of rogue MitM access point, or brute-force attack on WPS PIN, and more. A universal penetration tool ESP32 Wi-Fi Penetration Tool was proposed and implemented, including deauthentication attacks with WPA/WPA2 handshake capture. This tool provides an easy way to configure and run malicious Wi-Fi attacks without any domain knowledge required from the user. The outcome of this work opens new attack vectors for the attacker, thanks to cheap, ultra-low powered, and lightweight ESP32 chips.

Abstract:
The real effects weakness of the stock market crash in october 1987 have surprised most of the economists. Would this shock neutrality over global demand tend towards proving that the supporters of financial-real dichotomy are right ? at first we analyse theories studying the real spreading ways of a changing in financial assets prices and especially stocks. In a second part we confront the 1987 reality with theories and try to explain the real effects limitations mechanisms, that is on households consumption and firms investment. Thirdly we show what is the government intervention part in this deconnection. These large, quick, and internationally coordinated interventions have circumbscrimbed the crash to the financial area, maintaining confidence in the future. Regarding the global expectation system, these public actions have contributed to thwart the real consequences, creating a collective rationality that induced non-rationality at the indivudal level at variance with theorical precepts

Abstract:
This is a study of what accidents with trucks costs. The costs were considered with a broad perspective where both society, trucking companies and individual costs were heeded. Data from public and insurance databases have been analysed with statistical tools which yielded results showing that accidents are a significant economic cost to the trucking company. This economic impact has been largely overlooked in the past since it does not affect all trucking companies the same due to the random nature of accidents. However, looking at a large population of accidents it is found that they are common and expensive enough to be a standing cost to the owners of trucks. It is thereby found that accidents cause enough costs that it is possible to use economic reasons for motivating safety measures and that it is possible to calculate the costs of accidents and compare it to other costs that trucks generate, fuel for example. Another result is however that the risks and consequences of accidents exceed economical factors, that both society, individuals and the trucking company will be exposed to risks beyond what could be valued in money.

Abstract:
During the 12th to the 16th century the Scandinavian region went through a cultural change, from Germanic to Latin culture. This change effected a wide variety of areas for example law, piety, clothing, religion and system of writing. It is the change in the system of writing this essay will examine i.e. the change from runes to the Latin alphabet. The medieval runic Europe (including the Nordic countries and the north Atlantic islands) has a great variety in their numbers of runic material but in total there is about 2800 of them. Most are from the Scandinavian countries Sweden and Norway. The runic alphabet and the Latin alphabet coexisted during the Nordic Middle ages but the Latin alphabet became dominant over time. The runic alphabet changed during the 11th and 12th centuries from 16 runes to 28 (as many letters as the Latin alphabet) and was in continues use during the whole time period. The question is why it survived for so long? How come the runic alphabet did not die out sooner given the introduction of the Latin alphabet and the influence from Latin countries (i.e. Western Europe)? Earlier research has largely focused on the Viking age carvings and has not problematized the change from an historical point of view or from a cultural perspective. This essays goal is to explain that change by categorizing the inscriptions according to their theme and content in order to identify runic usage as a cultural belonging, be it a passive or active choice. I will also discuss the literacy level (or to be precis the runeliteracy) of the Scandinavian countries. Who could read the runes and in what context where they used?
