Abstract:
V članku so predstavljeni rezultati kvalitativne raziskave, ki je bila opravljena v Sloveniji v okviru projekta Bell. V tem projektu smo raziskovali učinke neformalnega izobraževanja, pri čemer smo izhajali iz predpostavke, da ima neformalno izobraževanje številne pozitivne učinke. Predpostavka se je v raziskavi potrdila. Vsi intervjuvanci so omenjali številne pozitivne učinke kot posledico njihove udeležbe v neformalnem izobraževanju. Rezultati intervjujev potrjujejo rezultate statistične analize, saj so bili tako pri kvalitativni kot pri kvantitativni analizi najpogostejši učinki razširjena socialna mreža, osebna učinkovitost (zlasti okrepitev samozavesti), duševno zdravje, kompetence (zlasti kompetence IKT in splošno znanje) in sprememba izobraževalne izkušnje (zlasti večja motivacija za učenje). Prav tako rezultati intervjujev potrjujejo rezultate analize literature, intervjuvanci so omenjali skoraj vse pozitivne učinke neformalnega izobraževanja, ki so bili ugotovljeni v navedeni literaturi.

Slovensko zdravstvo lahko k svoji večji učinkovitosti pripomore tudi skozi sistematično razvijanje znanj in spretnosti zdravstvenih delavcev na nekaterih področjih, ki doslej niso bila dovolj tematizirana niti v dodiplomskem niti v vseživljenjskem izobraževanju zaposle­ nih. Gre predvsem za zajemanje iz bogate zakladnice znanja družboslovnih in humanistič­ nih ved, ki pretežno naravoslovno­medicinsko izobraženim strokovnjakom omogoča razvoj sposobnosti za učinkovito delo s kulturno raznolikimi uporabniki zdravstvenega varstva.

Abstract:
Abstrakt: Příspěvek je zaměřen na oblast neformálního vzdělávání dospělých, konkrétně na oblast dalšího odborného vzdělávání. Jeho hlavním cílem je vymezit oblasti a indikátory pro identifikaci kompetencí instruktora praktického vyučování ve firmě, tedy v kontextu podnikového vzdělávání. Základní premisou je skutečnost, že instruktor praktického vyučování není pedagogickým pracovníkem v intencích zákona o pedagogických pracovnících (zákon č. 563/2004 Sb.). Je v pracovněprávním vztahu s organizací, ve které se koná odborný výcvik / odborná praxe. Vede odbornou přípravu žáků, kteří přicházejí na pracoviště vykonávat odborný výcvik nebo odbornou praxi, do jeho pracovní náplně tak spadá řada činností souvisejících s pedagogickým působením. Příspěvek je zpracován jako teoretická studie. V závěru příspěvku jsou na základě zpracování dostupných zdrojů k charakteristice a nárokům kladeným na instruktora praktického vyučování identifikovány oblasti a indikátory jeho kompetencí. Vyústěním textu je identifikace tří oblastí kompetencí instruktora praktického vyučování (osobnostní, odborné a pedagogické), přičemž každá je rozpracována do dílčích indikátorů směřujících do jednotlivých složek kompetence (charakteristiky osobnosti, znalosti, dovednosti/schopnosti). V textu je navržen postup pro měření uvedených indikátorů s využitím škály Hennessyové a Hicksové (2011) a s využitím kategorizace výzkumných postupů podle Lepiče a Kouckého (2012) a Mikkonena a kol. (2017). Klíčová slova: neformální vzdělávání dospělých, další odborné vzdělávání, instruktor prak- tického vyučování, kompetence.

The thesis Education and development of employees in a selected company is focused on analyzing the current situation of the education system and staff development at Komercni banka a .s.. The main objective is to evaluate the problems of the current situation, specifically propose recommendations for improvement based on the findings. For this purpose a survey, ie. Questionnaires and personal interviews with banking advisors, on the basis of which is determined by the bank employee satisfaction with the current process of education and development. Based on the results of the evaluation will be to design a solution for process improvement training and development banks. The result of this survey is used to design measures, which are the introduction of regular educational activities that serve to simplify negotiations and solving the problems of the employees. These measures will help to guide employees on the market, leading to greater competitiveness, while education employees, better communication supervisor and subordinate. In the final context serves to improve the state of education employees in the bank and a development plan.

The master's thesis is about the formulation of human resources strategy and setting up of HR system in the newly established organization. The theoretical part is focused on analysing impact and influence of organization' s HR; defines basic principles of strategic HR management based on corporate culture, leadership, talent management and the structure. Following part describes basic principles of functional HR system as well as the competencies of HR professionals. Then it provides action plan of establishing HR system. The practical part of the thesis introduces business accelerator of University of Economics in Prague xPORT VSE and analysis both premises and needs of HR' s customers. The thesis suggests personal strategy and HR system based on theoretical findings and analysing stakeholders' needs.

The aim of this diploma work is to solve the problems of managerial skills. The work affects the system of skills needed and used by managers when doing their job. The first part is a literary research that summarizes these issues on the grounds of studying reference books. The literature is concerned with general preconditions, which are important for a managerial job. This part affects every single skill and has taken account of the managers' work in the company of Kooperativa pojišťovna, a. s., VIG, Agentura západní Čechy/ Cooperative Insurance Company, joint-stock company, VIG, Agency of West Bohemia. The second part is practical and is based on theoretical knowledge. The contemporary level of managerial skills of the chosen company is determined by means of a dialogue and a controlled conversation. Individual managers use different skills to do their jobs. Each managerial level requires another composition of skills. In the last part, the results of the research are evaluated and recommendations, that will lead to the improvement of general level of managerial skills, are suggested.

The objective of this Diploma thesis titled "Managerial skills" is to propose a solution to particular skills performed in a chosen company. This Diploma thesis consists of two parts, a literary research and research itself. In the theoretical part, named Literary research, basic terms related to management, management functions and human resources management are explained. Managerial skills are also presented here in detail. The practical part, named Research, contains description of the company Studio Moderna, s. r. o., realization of a questionnaire survey of employees and a guided interview with the selected line manager of the company. For the questionnaire and the guided interview there were designed special questions which create the intersection of the theoretical literary research and requirements for the explored working position in the company. Based on the answers of the respondents, the level of managerial skills in the company is evaluated, and an effective solution which will increase the level of these skills in practice is suggested.

This thesis pays attention to managing skills and their influence on a working performance. The purpose of each organization is focused on the highest possible productivity. Highly competent and qualified managers are necessary in order to reach this goal. The first part of the thesis includes theoretical foundations based on the expert bibliography. The main terms concerning the management and the performance are described here. It includes the definition of the term "the manager" and what his/her skills, roles and tasks are. Further the Česká správa sociálního zabezpečení (the Czech Social Services, state organization) organization is described here. The analysis of a questionnaire concerning the management skills and their level and importance for the organization and the working performance follows. The final part of the thesis describes the conclusions of the questionnaire and the recommendations of what management skills are recommended to be improved in order to increase the productivity of the organization.

The aim of the thesis is dealing with management skills (leadership, motivation, delegation, decision making, coaching, communication). Each management work requires specific demands on management skills and capabilities. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the general concepts of management and management processes. Further explanation of the term manager, his personality, his function, role and management competence. In the last part of the theoretical work are characteristics of selected management skills, that managers may have and that are essential for carrying out their management work. The larger part of the thesis primarily focuses on soft skills, but hard skills are characterized as well. Practical part of the thesis is aimed on the characteristics of the selected company KSB-PUMPY + ARMATURY Ltd., group and analyze selected management skills of individual managers in this company. The analysis have been performed using mothods like controlled interviews, questionnaires and observations. Questionnaire results have been assessed in practical part of the thesis. Recommendation and opportunity for improvement have been raised to improve present situation.

Poglavje prinaša analizo učnih načrtov za začetni pouk slovenščine za otroke priseljence za prvo in drugo vzgojno-izobraževalno obdobje s poudarkom na razvijanju jezikovnih kompetenc in medkulturne zmožnosti. Pri analizi so upoštevani gradniki bralne pismenosti: prvi gradnik: govor, peti gradnik: besedišče in osmi gradnik: odziv na besedilo in tvorjenje besedil. V analizo so zajete štiri v veliki meri vsebinsko prekrivne teme (identiteta in družina; šola in pouk/izobraževanje; mesto; telo in zdravje) s podtemami, izbranimi glede na štiri temeljna področja, s katerimi se otroci priseljenci srečajo takoj ob priselitvi, zato so kompetence, ki jih z učenjem pridobijo, ključnega pomena. Posamezna tema je predstavljena s podtemami v UNP 1 in UNP 2 in cilji glede na jezikovne dejavnosti, prisotnost v UNP 1 in UNP 2 ter glede na delitev na ravni R1 in R2. Analiza vsebuje komentarje in primere aktivnosti projekta DEAL, zlasti tistih s poudarkom na razvijanju jezikovnih kompetenc in medkulturnih zmožnosti.
