Abstract:
Koh Phi Phi Don is among the most visited island tourism destinations in Thailand. Due to the island’s topography and development patterns, most accommodation suppliers on the island are likely to be exposed to a range of climate change impacts, particularly sea-level rise, which can pose a severe risk to the local tourism operations. This study aimed to explore perceptions of climate change adaptation actions in response to impacts typically associated with climate change. This study, furthermore, investigated possible obstacles, barriers, and incentives influencing decision-making processes of accommodation owner-managers (the private sector) to adapt to climate change. The investigation builds on 81 surveys and 12 in-depth interviews. The findings provide evidence that most of the sampled businesses already implemented (consciously or not) climate change adaptation measures, such as insurance coverage, water treatment appliances, and staff training on emergency responses. Through a concentration of power on the island, their action is hindered, which creates a barrier to a sustainable and climate risk-informed development pathway.

Abstract:
Constructed wetlands (cws) for wastewater treatment may be part of the answer to the urgent need for a change in the approach to wastewater treatment in developing countries. Although thailand has several cws, there have been no studies of their sustainability. To remedy this, the sustainability of three promising cws in very different settings was assessed. These were located at koh phi phi, a world-renowned international tourist and holiday resort; sakon nakhon, a northeastern provincial capital; and ban pru teaw, a small post-tsunami village on the andaman coast. Key stakeholder interviews, questionnaires and household interview surveys, together with existing data and on-site measurements of the key pollutant content of wastewater were used to evaluate the systems. Results show that major management and treatment problems have emerged in the projects at koh phi phi and ban pru teaw due to the lack of post-construction personnel development and maintenance; but on the other hand, sakon nakhon is the first cw in thailand to obtain iso 9001 certification. The results reveal the importance of the socio-cultural dimension of sustainability; public perception, awareness and knowledge, local expertise and clear roles for institutions could explain the differences in sustainability of the cws. The environmental benefits and the low operation and maintenance costs are also important for sustainability, by justifying the system and avoiding user payments.

Abstract:
Addition of adrenalin (10−4moll−1) to trout erythrocytes in an unbuffered saline resulted in a rapid acidification of the extracellular medium. This process was inhibited by amiloride (K½10−4moll−1) and by the removal of extracellular Na+. The rate of acidification was a saturable function of extracellular Na+ concentration. When extracellular pH was maintained constant by continual titration with KOH, adrenalin induced a transient burst of H+ efflux. During this period the loss of cellular H+ equivalents was approximately equal to the net gain of Na+, providing evidence for a Na+/H+ exchange with a stoichiometry of 1. The steady state following stimulation with adrenalin could be disturbed by changes in extracellular pH. After the addition of adrenalin, intracellular pH (pHi) was increased by 0.2-0.3 units but did not exceed extracellular pH, as required if the Na+ and H+ concentration ratios came into equilibrium. The increase in pHi in stimulated compared with control cells was maintained approximately constant over a wide range of pHo, suggesting that pH equilibration by the Jacob-Stewart cycle was operating normally and that the activation of Na+/H+ exchange provides an offset to the normal relationship between pHi and pHo. The steady state results from a balance of an increase Na+/H+ and CI−/HCO3− exchange with an increased rate of Na+ pumping and next KCl efflux. In a buffered saline, adrenalin caused a 22–46% increase in the oxygen-carrying capacity of trout erythrocytes. It is suggested that this was due to a Root effect of trout haemoglobin caused by cellular alkalinization when the Na+/H+ exchange mechanism was activiated. This observation suggests that many published values for oxygencarrying capacity of fish blood require re-evaluation.

Abstract:
The popular tourist destination island of Koh Phi Phi Don, Thailand was heavily affected by the Indian Ocean Tsunami in December 2004, which resulted in a destroyed tourism infrastructure and complete downturn of tourism. Extensive recovery and rebuilding work by emerging community groups, returned locals, international volunteers and Thai government units provided an efficient but hasty reconstruction of the destination. Ethnographic research conducted in the community provided insights into the complex stakeholder interactions and their roles and influences on the reconstruction of the community. The community�s level of vulnerability on Koh Phi Phi Don was influenced by social processes and interactions during the destination�s recovery process as the various stakeholders (e.g. government vs. locals) had differing perceptions of the island�s economic, environmental and social vulnerability. These disputes are grounded in different social time processes, particularly illustrated through land law disputes among locals, landowners and the government. Other factors which influenced the reconstruction of Koh Phi Phi as a tourist destination were pre-tsunami conditions (past overdevelopment), the empowerment of the community, the reconstructed place identity, various anniversary celebrations and the early warning system. A model is suggested to illustrate and discuss Koh Phi Phi Don as a disaster destination, which provides insights into the dynamics which govern a destination�s post-disaster recovery period. Thus, it illustrates how stakeholder interaction is influenced by distinct understandings of the multiple notions of vulnerability. Furthermore, this study establishes essential links between disaster and tourism theories and suggests an extended tourism disaster management framework, which calls for an inclusion of post-recovery processes.

Abstract:
As a result of the rapid growth of tourism without planning and proper management, many island attractions in Thailand have experienced challenges and vulnerability leading to negative impacts. To handle with such effects, sustainability is considered an important notion in relation to tourism planning and development. Importantly, prior to moving tourism towards sustainability, it is essential to resolve existing problems affected by tourism through different stakeholders’ views and their involvements. This thesis is an examination of current tourism situation on the island of Koh Pha-ngan, Thailand. It categorises opportunities for, and constraints to, sustainable tourism development on the island, along with identifying the main variables of tourism sustainability relevant to island situations. Data from key stakeholders including tourists, members of the local community, tourism businesses and representatives of the public sector was collected via the form of between-method triangulation using qualitative and quantitative methods, then analysed through the uses of SPSS and NVIVO. The research indicates benefits and costs in three areas. Firstly, regarding economic characteristics, tourism benefits communities and improves the economy of the island. Simultaneously, the high cost of living on the island is caused by inflation. Secondly, in terms of the environment, although natural resources are partly damaged by members of the local migrant population, it remains largely unspoiled due to environmental conservation measures collaborated in by the stakeholders. Thirdly, for the socio-cultural structure, an improvement of infrastructure creates better living conditions for the residents. However, tourists influence socio-cultural features, particularly in the younger residents. Concerning opportunities for sustainable tourism development, these relate to the conservation of natural resources projects collaborated by all stakeholders on the island, an increase in employment opportunities, and out of season business opportunities on the island. However, a lack of tourism planning and management is considered a major constraint to sustainable development on the island. In addition, tourists, family businesses, migrant workers, and the full-moon parties contribute to sustainable tourism development as the main variables. These outcomes generates recognition on how responsibility in tourism for a destination to fulfil an integrated balance of guidelines for sustainable tourism development with the intention of making satisfaction and distribution of benefit and opportunities for all stakeholders on the island, whilst maintaining the environment and conserving the identity of the indigenous population.

Abstract:
Security deficiencies that occur in web applications can have major consequences. PHP is a language that is often used for web applications and it places high demands on how the language is used to ensure it is safe. There are several features in PHP that should be handled with care to avoid security flaws. Static code analysis can help find vulnerabilities in code, but there are some drawbacks that can occur with static code analysis tools. One disadvantage is false positives which means that the tool reports vulnerabilities that do not exist. There are also false negatives which means the tool cannot find the vulnerability at all which can lead to a false sense of security for the user of the tool. With the help of completed test cases, three tools have been investigated in a case study to find out if the tools differ in their ability to avoid false positives and false negatives. The study also examines whether the tools' rules consider the PHP language's vulnerable functions. To answer the research question, a document collection was conducted to obtain information about the tools and various vulnerabilities. The purpose of this study is to compare the ability of static code analysis tools to find PHP code vulnerabilities. The tools that were investigated were SonarQube, Visual Code Grepper (VCG) and Exakat. The study's analysis shows that VCG found the most vulnerabilities but failed to avoid false positive vulnerabilities. Exakat had zero false positives but could not avoid false negatives to the same extent as VCG. SonarQube avoided all false positives but did not find any of the vulnerabilities tested in the test cases. According to the rules of the tools, VCG had more consideration for the risky functions found in PHP. The study's results show that the tools' ability to avoid false positives and false negatives differed and their adaptation to the PHP language's vulnerable functions.
Säkerhetsbrister som förekommer i webbapplikationer kan leda till stora konsekvenser. PHP är ett språk som ofta används för webbapplikationer och det ställer höga krav på hur språket används för att det ska vara säkert. Det finns flera funktioner i PHP som bör hanteras varsamt för att inte säkerhetsbrister ska uppstå. Statisk kodanalys kan hjälpa till med att hitta sårbarheter i kod men det finns vissa nackdelar som kan uppkomma med statiska kodanalysverktyg. En nackdel är falska positiva vilket betyder att verktyget rapporterar in sårbarheter som inte finns. Det finns också falska negativa som betyder att verktyget inte hittar sårbarheten alls vilket kan leda till en falsk trygghetskänsla för användaren av verktyget. Med hjälp av färdiga testfall så har tre verktyg utretts i en fallstudie för att ta reda på om verktygen skiljer sig i sin förmåga till att undvika falska positiva och falska negativa. Studien undersöker också om verktygens regler tar PHP-språkets sårbara funktioner i beaktning. För att kunna besvara forskningsfrågan har en dokumentsinsamling genomförts för att få information om verktygen och olika sårbarheter. Studiens syfte är att jämföra statiska kodanalysverktygs förmåga att hitta sårbarheter i PHP-kod. De verktyg som utreddes var SonarQube, Visual Code Grepper (VCG) och Exakat. Studiens analys visar att VCG hittade mest sårbarheter men lyckades inte undvika falska positiva sårbarheter. Exakat hade noll falska positiva men kunde inte undvika falska negativa i lika stor utsträckning som VCG. SonarQube undvek alla falska positiva men hittade inte någon av de sårbarheter som testades i testfallen. Enligt verktygens regler visade sig VCG ta mest hänsyn till de riskfyllda funktioner som finns i PHP. Studiens resultat visar att verktygens förmåga att undvika falska positiva och falska negativa och deras anpassning för PHP språkets sårbara funktioner skiljde sig åt.

Vaje »Sodobni postopki barvanja in barva« obravnavajo sistematiko in nomenklaturo barvil, fizikalno kemijo barvalnih procesov ter uporabo naprednih materialov in tehnik pri procesu barvanja. Največji del je posvečen posebnim postopkom, ki omogočajo sodoben način barvanja ob istočasnem doseganju višjega nivoja kakovosti tako v smislu ekologije, kot v doseganju več funkcionalnih lastnosti materialov in barvanju z naravnimi barvili. Postopki, ki jih posebej proučujemo so barvanje pri pogojih super kritičnega CO2, barvanje ob souporabi ultrazvoka ali predhodne plazma obdelave in barvanje s funkcionalnimi barvil. Ta vrsta barvil nam omogoča posebnosti kot so: termokromija, fotokromija, elektrokromija, solvatokromija in ostale učinke povezane z uporabo teh barvil.

Vsebina študijskega gradiva “Nega in higiena tekstilij, Dnevnik laboratorijskih vaje” zajema področje vrednotenja uspešnosti odstranjevanja nečistoč in razkuževalnega učinka procesa pranja in je namenjena kot pomoč študentom pri izvajanju laboratorijskih vaj. Nega in higiena tekstilij je pomemben dela našega življenja, s katero se vsakodnevno ukvarjamo v naših gospodinjstvih in industrijskih pralnicah. Glavna naloga pralnic je vrniti umazane, kontaminirane tekstilije v čisto, sveže in razkuženo stanje brez pretiranih poškodb na tekstilijah, za nadaljnjo uporabo. Pri ocenjevanju učinkov razkuževalnega pranja tekstilij ugotavljamo število in vrsto preživelih mikroorganizmov in gliv pri določenih inkubacijskih pogojih. Z uporabo tekstilnih bioindikatorjev ugotavljamo učinkovitost odstranjevanja nečistoč in razkuževalni učinek procesa čiščenja in pranja.

Namen publikacije je študentom posredovati osnovna znanja iz področja merskih napak in njihovo uporabo pri analizi fizikalnih meritev na čimbolj jasen, pregleden in sistematičen način. V knjižici so opisani osnovni pristopi risanja in branja diagramov ob upoštevanju napak pri merjenju. Kot učno gradivo je knjižica namenjena študentom prvega letnika fizike pri obveznem predmetu Osnovna merjenja in študentom fizike na študijskem programu Predmetni učitelj pri laboratorijskih vajah iz mehanike. Izkušnje kažejo, da so osnovna znanja iz področja merskih napak in risanja ter analize diagramov z upoštevanjem merskih napak za študij fizike tako pomembna, da je smiselno tej učni snovi dati več poudarka in jo obravnavati zelo sistematično, znanje pa je smiselno utrditi z dodatnimi računskimi primeri. Tem potrebam sledi prvi del te knjižice. V drugem delu je opisanih 7 laboratorijskih vaj, ki jih študentje izvedejo samostojno v fizikalnem laboratoriju.

Prisotnost barvil v odpadni vodi je nesprejemljiva tako iz estetskega kot tudi iz ekološkega stališča. Problematika prvega izhaja iz dejstva, da so odpadne vode, ki vsebujejo barvila, intenzivno obarvane že pri zelo nizkih koncentracijah barvil. Bolj pereča kot estetska je okoljska problematika barvil v odpadni vodi. Objektivno tveganje, ki ga predstavljajo za okolje, je odvisno od strukturnih in fizikalnih karakteristik barvil, njihove koncentracije ter časa izpostavitve v okolju. V okviru predmeta se prouči razpoložljive tehnologije čiščenja obarvanih vod, kar pa kaže na to, da ni enostavnih, učinkovitih in hkrati cenovno sprejemljivih načinov čiščenja tako kompleksnih odpadnih vod, kot so obarvane odpadne vode.

Abstract:
Učbenik obravnava ergonomijo izdelkov tako z vidika razvojnega inženirja, ki mora v prvi vrsti seveda zagotoviti funkcionalnost izdelka, kot tudi z vidika oblikovalca - dizajnerja, ki naj poskrbi, da bo izdelek tudi estetsko dovršen. Namen učbenika ni podajanje empiričnih podatkov, temveč seznanitev z osnovnimi pojmi ter predstavitev medsebojnih relacij in priporočil, ki so lahko inženirjem in oblikovalcem v pomoč pri razvoju izdelkov s poudarjeno ergonomsko in estetsko vrednostjo. V drugi izdaji učbenika je dodano tudi povsem novo poglavje, ki obravnava inkluzivno oblikovanje in njegove najpomembnejše vidike. Ti v večini primerov sovpadajo z ergonomskimi vidiki razvoja izdelkov ob eni pomembni razliki. Pri razvoju izdelka s poudarjeno ergonomsko vrednostjo izdelek praviloma poskušamo kar se da prilagoditi bolj ali manj omejeni ciljni populaciji uporabnikov, cilj inkluzivnega oblikovanja pa je razvoj takšnih izdelkov, ki so primerni za čim širšo populacijo.

Učno gradivo lzpitna vprašanja iz ginekologije in perinatologije je prvo tovrstno gradivo v Sloveniji, v katerem so sistematsko zbrana vprašanja z odgovori, ki se uporabljajo pri izpitu iz ginekologije in porodništva na dodiplomskem študiju medicine. Učno gradivo je delo 23 avtorjev, specializantov ginekologije in porodnistva. Uredili so ga štirje uredniki, v njem pa je zbranih 3520 vprašanj z vseh področij ginekologije, porodništva in neonatologije, zbranih v 88 poglavjih. Med odgovori na vprašanja je pravilen le en najustreznješi odgovor (ang. single best answer - SBA). Gre za obliko preverjanja znanja, pri kateri se kandidatu zastavi vprašanje z nekaj možnimi odgovori, med katerimi je samo eden najbolj pravilen. Vprašanja in odgovori bodo lahko služili tudi za preverjanje znanja študentov drugih strok, kot so zdravstvena nega, fizioterapija in podobno, dobrodošla pa bodo tudi specializantom ginekologije in porodništva za preverjanje znanja v času priprave na specialistični izpit.

Delo v Studio III temelji na celovitem povezovanju najširših humanističnih pogledov, tehničnih znanj in veščin z umetnostjo arhitekturnega oblikovanja ter na spodbujanju zavedanja o družbeni odgovornosti arhitektov v najširšem socialnem in kulturnem kontekstu. Praktično delo na konkretnem projektu je dopolnjeno s predavanji o kompleksnosti in metodah arhitekturnega načrtovanja. Posebnost dela pri Studiu III je oblikovanje misli z maketo kot prenos idej v materialno. Za razliko od dosedanje prakse, ko smo vsako leto obravnavali eno od potencialnih lokacij ob Dravi in vanjo umeščali izbrani program, smo v letošnjem Studiu III na osnovi teh naših raziskovalnih preizkusov urbanega potenciala posameznih lokacij ob Dravi in na osnovi drugih arhitekturnih pobud (npr. UGM in MAKS) ter usmeritev novejših realizacij, kot je na primer Medicinska fakulteta, izdelali idejne zasnove za celoten prostor ob mestnem delu reke Drave od Studenške brvi do dvoetažnega Meljskega mostu. Obravnavani prostor smo razdelili na deset med seboj povezanih lokacij. Vsako lokacijo je obravnavala ena ali dve skupini s po dvema študentoma oziroma študentkama in nanjo umestila lokaciji najbolj ustrezen program, usklajen z bližnjim kontekstom in celotnim naborom vseh desetih lokacij. Rezultat smo na koncu predstavili z atraktivno skupinsko sestavljeno maketo, ki je še bolj jasno izpostavila urbani potencial tega prostora.

Zavestno vodenje je poseben stil vodenja. Pri tem stilu vodenja se mora vodja v najčistejši obliki najprej zavedati sebe »svojega jaza«, šele nato lahko zavestno vodi. Vključiti mora popolno samozavedanje in ostati mora pristen. Zavestni vodja se ne osredotoča samo na sebe, vendar na organizacijo kot celoto. Njegova vizija mora segati daleč v prihodnost. Ko vodja na ta način začne pristopati k stvarem, ustvari zanesljivo in trdno zaupanje svojih sledilcev, ter pridobi razširjen vpliv. To visoko stopnjo zavesti in samozavedanja lahko dosežemo s prakso. Z vidika vodenja je zavest več kot to, da se zavedamo vsakodnevnih izzivov. V članku smo se osredotočili na eno od dimenzij pri zavestnem vodenju, to je samozavedanje in jo razčlenili na štiri komponente, to so: identiteta; vrednote; čustva – čustvena inteligenca in cilj ali motiv

k Prispevek obravnava tematiko gradnje in oblikovanje kariere posameznika kot pomemben del njegovega razvoja. V Sloveniji temelj za gradnjo kariere posameznika predstavljajo izobraževalni sistemi, tako primarni, kot sekundarni in terciarni. Na osnovi teoretičnih spoznanj je bila izvedena raziskava med dijaki srednjega strokovnega izobraževanja o gradnji kariere v Biotehniškem centru Naklo, ki so že imeli izkušnjo z opravljanjem praktičnega usposabljanja z delom pri delodajalcu. Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti, ali starost dijakov vpliva na pričetek gradnje kariere in na zavedanje o tem, da lahko na praktičnem usposabljanju pridobivajo nova znanja in spretnosti, ki jim bodo v pomoč pri oblikovanju njihove kariere. Pri tem smo želeli od dijakov dobiti povratno informacijo o zavedanju pomembnosti ključnih kompetenc in poznavanju vsebin kariernih centrov. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da je eden od temeljnih gradnikov kariere dijakov praktično usposabljanje pri delodajalcih, pri katerih dijaki pridobivajo nova znanja, spretnosti in kompetence, ki so pomembne pri njihovi nadaljnji karieri.

Organizacijska kultura in klima sta pomemben pokazatelj korporativnega razpoloženja, ki se posledično kaže v kakovosti izvajanja določene dejavnosti. Merjenje dimenzij organizacijske kulture in klime v zdravstvenih inštitucijah odpira možnosti za dvig kakovosti obravnavanih dimenzij in posledično zagotavljanje večje kakovosti in varnosti pri oskrbi pacientov. Namen prispevka je ugotoviti organizacijsko kulturo in klimo med zaposlenimi v terciarni zdravstveni ustanovi z vidika informiranosti, izobraževanja in inovativnosti. Uporabljena je bila kvantitativna metoda dela z uporabo strukturiranega vprašalnika za merjenje organizacijske kulture in klime, s tristopenjsko lestvico. Razdeljenih je bilo 200 vprašalnikov zaposlenim v zdravstveni in babiški negi, vrnjenih je bilo 166 (83-% odzivnost). Podatki so bili analizirani v programu Excel po navodilu avtorice vprašalnika. Pri dimenziji informiranosti je povprečna ocena vseh trditev 2,4. Pri dimenziji izobraževanja je povprečna ocena vseh trditev 2,7. Pri dimenziji inovativnosti je povprečna ocena vseh trditev 2,3. Nobena od trinajst izmerjenih dimenzij ni bila izmerjena kot nizka stopnja (povprečna ocena dimenzije med 1,0 in 1,6). Z opravljeno raziskavo želimo povečati zavedanje zaposlenih o pomenu organizacijske klime in njenem vplivu na njihovo zadovoljstvo. Informiranost, znanje in inovativnost so pomembne dimenzije organizacijske kulture in klime, saj inovacije veljajo za enega ključnih dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na dolgoročni uspeh zdravstvenega zavoda.

V javnem življenju nastopajo organizirane oblike združevanja kot pravne osebe. Zato obstaja veliko povezovalnih točk med organizacijo in pravno osebo. Enako pa je potrebno pri pravni regulaciji organizacij tesno sodelovanje med strokovnjaki s področja organizacije in strokovnjaki s področja prava.

Abstract:
V £lanku smo predstavili pristop k analizi sen-timenta komentarjev hotelskih gostov s pomo£jo slovarjev in metode Naivni Bayes. Najprej smo zgradili slovarja sentimenta, ki sta vsebovala n-grame, ter njihove verjetnosti, da pripadajo pozi-tivnemu ali negativnemu razredu. Nato smo s po-mo£jo zgrajenih slovarjev klasificirali komentarje hotelov, pri £emer smo uporabili metodo Naivni Bayes. Pri klasifikaciji komentarjev s mo ra£u-nali klasifikacijske vrednosti o z. verjetnosti, da so posamezni komentarji pozitivni ali negativni. Komentarje smo klasificirali s p omo£jo unigra-mov in bigramov, ter rezultate primerjali z re-zultati iz literature. Pri unigramih smo dosegli natan£nost 0,92, pri bigramih je natan£nost zna-šala 0,80. Klasifikacijske v rednosti posameznih komentarjev smo si shranili, pri £emer smo pri komentarjih, ki smo jih klacificirali kot negativne, dodali negativen predznak. Predzna£ene klasifi-kacijske vrednosti smo nato sešteli, za vsak hotel ter na tak na£in izra£unali hotelom pripadajo£e to£ke. To£ke hotelov so v našem primeru poka-zatelj splošnega zadovoljstva hotelskih gostov, ki ga najdemo v komentarjih. Glede na to£ke smo hotele uredili po vrsti in prišli do lestvice hote-lov, pri katerih najdemo najbolj pozitivne komen-tarje.

Evropska komisija je v zadnjem desetletju, kot pomoč državam na področju obvladovanja raka, enega izmed ključnih zdravstvenih problemov starajoče se evropske populacije sofinancirala tri projekte s področja raka: Joint Action (JA) European Partnership for the Action Against Cancer, JA Cancer Control in aktualni JA Innovative Partnership for Action Against Cancer, ki se je pričel 2018 in katerega glavni cilj je razvoj inovativnih pristopov, usmerjenih v napredek na področju obvladovanja raka, kot bo to dokument Implementacija trajnostnih ukrepov na področju obvladovanja raka. Projekt sestavlja šest vsebinskih in štirje obvezni sklopi. Eden je v celoti namenjen področju preventive in presejalnih programov. Namen sklopa je spodbuditi promocijo zdravja, okrepiti preventivno obravnavo pacientov preko presejalnih programov, okrepiti prakse preventive s kriteriji kakovosti, odstraniti ovire pri obravnavi pacientov pri zgodnjem odkrivanju raka, zagotoviti zmanjšanje neenakosti pri obravnavi ciljnih ranljivih skupin prebivalstva, posodobiti, osvežiti in okrepiti izvajanje »Evropskega kodeksa proti raku« ter načrtovanje trajnostnega sistema spremljanja dopolnjene strukture kodeksa.

Danes je zaradi hitrega tempa življenja usklajevanje dela in družine pogosto težka naloga. Težave, povezane z usklajevanjem dela in družine ali uravnoteženjem različnih življenjskih področij, vplivajo na posameznika, ne glede na stopnjo izobrazbe, spol, dohodek, družinsko strukturo, poklic ali starost. Usklajenost dela in družine je pomembna tako za posameznika kot za delovno organizacijo. Prispevek na podlagi preučevane literature in prejšnjih raziskav predstavlja pomen usklajevanja dela in družine za zavzetost zaposlenih pri delu. Predstavljeni so rezultati raziskave, katere cilj je bil ugotoviti, ali obstaja povezava med usklajevanjem dela in družine ter zavzetostjo pri delu. Raziskava je bila izvedena med 304 zaposlenimi v slovenskih podjetjih.

Abstract:
Osnova vsakega zdravstvenega sistema je postavitev omejitev in sprejem odločitve, kako se bodo razporejala sredstva. Za sprejemanje ukrepov, politik in odločitev je nujno upoštevati ekonomski vidik. Pri planiranju oz. razporejanju sredstev iz proračuna je pomembna informacija o tem, koliko določena bolezen državo stane. Zdravstvene težave, ki jih povzročajo različne bolezni, velikokrat vodijo v slabšo kakovost življenja, prezgodnjo upokojitev, lahko pa pripeljejo celo do prezgodnje smrti. Posameznik, ki ima zdravstvene težave, je manj učinkovit in manj produktiven pri delu, kar se odraža v slabših ekonomskih rezultatih družbe kot celote. Vsaka prezgodnja smrt pa tudi vsaka predčasna upokojitev, ki bi jo lahko preprečili, predstavlja izgubo človeškega kapitala, kar pomeni za družbo veliko socialno in ekonomsko škodo. Na Nacionalnem Inštitutu za javno zdravje smo v povezavi z Ekonomsko fakulteto v Ljubljani vspostavili sistem izračunavanja bremena bolezni, ki temelji na metodologiji neposrednih in posrednih stroškov. Tudi v letu 2019 smo izvedli dve analizi z uporabo te metodologije. Rezultati teh dveh analiz kažejo, da je bilo v proučevanem obdobju v povprečju ocenjeno ekonomsko breme visoko in bi bilo še višje z vključitvijo socialnih posledic. Zato bi moral biti, na eni strani, cilj vsake družbe spodbujanje preventivnih dejavnosti, preprečevanje tako prezgodnjih smrti kot prezgodnjih upokojitev ter izboljšanje kvalitete življenja posameznika, na drugi strani pa bi to pripomoglo pri obvladovanju stroškov za zdravstvo.

Abstract:
Prispevek obravnava študij primera transformacije mikro podjetja v malo podjetje, pri čemer je bila uporabljena metoda primerjalne analize. Izziv tovrstnih transformacij je vselej pomanjkanje organizacijskih izkušenj in znanja v rastočem podjetju, kar je mogoče rešiti z uporabo izkušenj drugih podjetij. V obravnavanem projektu smo zato kot osnovo za primerjalno analizo uporabili poslovni repozitorij virtualnega malega podjetja (LIPPS – Laboratorij za inženiring poslovnih in produkcijskih sistemov). Prenovo smo simulirali na realnem mikro podjetju, ki je v procesu rasti. Rezultat študije primerja je pokazal, da je mogoče modele procesov, struktur in informacijske podpore v poslovnem repozitoriju obstoječega podjetja koristno uporabiti pri oblikovanju organizacije rastočega podjetja. Ugotovili smo, da je pristop lahko dobra osnova za druga podjetja, ki bi se lotila tovrstne transformacije.
