Abstract:
The thesis deals with a concept and creation of classifiers of defects found on continuous production lines. The first part presents an overview of methods used for image classification and a analysis of defects. The main part of the thesis consist of a description of created classifier interface and graphical user interface for classifier. The last part sums up reliability of each implemented classifer.

Abstract:
The Doctoral thesis demonstrates the design of reliable industrial visual systems. The special emphasis is dedicated to the detection of defects on webs in industrial applications based on line-scan cameras. This system makes possible detection and classification of defects originating during the real production conditions. This work covers a theoretical study of a visual system for the defect detection on endless bands as well as of appropriate lighting and the scene arrangement. Further to that have been selected, adjusted and designed key components of hardware. Following the design and optimization of algorithms a system prototype had been installed on non-woven textiles production line. Eight visual systems implemented into real-life industrial conditions based on this prototype

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the economic effects of the VAT rate changes to the czech households. Under investigation are three VAT rate regimes including the standard VAT rate and the reduced VAT rate of 21% and 15%, the uniform VAT rate of 17,5% and the standard VAT rate and two reduced VAT rates of 21%, 15% and 10%. The first of two intermediate aims of this thesis is to assign the appropriate tax rate to divisions, groups and classes of the classification CZ-COICOP at each of the evaluated VAT rate regimes. The second intermediate aim is to evaluate impacts of different tax burden caused by different VAT rate regime to the czech households devided into deciles by their income.

Abstract:
This master thesis deals with methods of automatic recognition of bird species by their voices. In first, I defined the database of records and created a reference data by handmade evaluation. The next step is to find the optimal features for describing a bird singing. I use a Human Frequency cepstral Coefficients (HFCC). For the best accuracy of recognition is necessary to correctly classify a bird's vocalization from a non-vocalization segments. The VAD system is based on an algorithm k-Nearest Neighbours. The last step describes the system based on Hidden Markov Models which allows to recognize the concrete bird species from the parts of bird's singing.

In the theoretical part, important terms are defined and a fundamental theory with a focus on the national reverse charge in the building industry is introduced. In the practical part, the actual application of this system is described in the form of the common opinions and principles, analysis assessing the influence of this system on cash flow, requisitions, tax liability and other factors.
