Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to determine the features and orientation of gnostic character of V.I. Lopu-khin's theology.In the article, the author reveals the problems of the gnosticism influence on V.I. Lopu-khin’s masonic doctrine about the inner church. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the comprehen-sive analysis of V.I. Lopukhin’s works. As a result, the ecclesiological, soteriological and ethical aspects of the main works of the prominent Moscow Martinist, the author reveals a deep interconnection between Masonic and Gnostic ideas and indicates the peculiarities of the concept of “two churches” development in Russian religious and philosophical discourse of the late 19th – 20th centuries.

Abstract:
In 2016–2021 the ravines floristic diversity of the Khinna gorge (Zayamchay river basin, Lesser Caucasus) was studied. Khinna gorge is located on the right bank of the Zayamchay river, at the foot of Gizilja Mount. In the ravines of the Khinna gorge, 18 species, 13 genera and 11 families of plants were found. Plants of relict origin were also found: Poa nemoralis L., Poa compressa L., Ulmus glabra Huds., Parietaria chersonensis (Lang & Szov.) Dörfl., Asparagus verticillatus L., Gladiolus atroviolaceus Boiss., Rubus buschii Grossh. ex Sinkova, Amoria tumens (Steven ex M. Bieb.) Roskov, Plantago major L.

Abstract:
Tapping PB‑121 for coconut toddy can possibly reduce the loss ofproduction due to Phytophora infection and increasesfarmers income. Experiment was conducted in order to know the potential production of toddy of PB‑121 hybrid compared to KHINA‑1. The experiment was carried out at Pandu Experimental Garden of Research Institute for Coconut and Palmae Manado, North Sulawesi. Fourteen spathes of sixty palms or each hybrid was tappedfrom May 1991 to May 1992. Observations were made on toddy volume and its sucrose content measured daily in the morning (07:00‑09:00) and afternoon (14:00‑18:00). Multiple regression models were used to fit the production and sucrose content pattern of toddy. The result showed that coconut toddy production of PB‑121 was higher than KHINA‑1 from each spathe. Ae average toddy production of PB‑121 was 52.99 litre per spathe and KHINA‑1 was 46 65 litre per spathe. The sucrose contents of KHINA‑1 and PB‑121 were not significantly different. Model of the toddy production of KHINA‑l and PB‑121 differed but there was no difference between the model ofsucrose content of those two hybrid coconut varieties.

Khiyar adalah hak orang yang berakad dalam membatalkan akad atau meneruskannya karena ada sebab-sebab secara syar’i yang dapat membatalkannya sesuai dengan kesepakatan ketika berakad. Dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) artikel ini menganalisis konsep khiyar menurut fuqaha. Hasil dari artikel ini yaitu, menurut Mazhab Hanafi khiyar ada empat bentuk yaitu khiyar syarat, khiyar ‘aib, khiyar ar-ru’yah dan khiyar ta’yin sedangkan khiyar majlis menurut mazhab ini batil atau tidak boleh. Pendapat tersebut berbeda dengan Mazhab Maliki yang mengatakan bahwa bentuk- bentuk khiyar ada dua yaitu khiyar ‘aib dan khiyar syarat sedangkan khiyar Majlis dan khiyar ta’yin tidak boleh menurut mazhab ini. Selanjutnya pendapat dari kalangan Mazhab Syafi’i yang mengatakan bahwa bentuk khiyar ada tiga yaitu khiyar majlis, khiyar syarat dan khiyar ‘aib, adapun khiyar ar-ru’yah dan khiyar ta’yin menurut mazhab ini tidak dibolehkan. Sedangkan Mazhab Hanbali khiyar ada empat yaitu khiyar majlis, khiyar syarat, khiyar ‘aib dan khiyar ar-ru’yah, sedang mengenai khiyar ta’yin menurut mazhab Hanbali hukumnya tidak boleh.

<p><span style="font-size: medium;">ABSTRAK </span></p><p>Informasi keragaman dan hubungan genetik antar tetua dan progeni berperan penting dalam strategi pemuliaan tanaman kelapa. Identitas genetik antar progeni dari persilangan terkontrol perlu diidentifikasi untuk memastikan bahwa progeni berasal dari tetuanya, dan bukan akibat kontaminasi serbuk sari. Penggunaan marka mikrosatelit mampu mendeteksi keragaman genetik aksesi dan menduga kebenaran tetuanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi keragaman genetik populasi tetua GKN dan DTA serta hibrida KHINA-1, dan menganalisis hubungan genetik antara tetua GKN dan DTA dengan hibrida KHINA-1 menggunakan 19 marka mikrosatelit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai polimorfisme 19 marka mikrosatelit berkisar antara 0.18—0.72 dengan rataan jumlah alel 3.68 per lokus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis filogenetik dengan metode Neighbour Joining menggunakan program DARwin5, dapat diketahui bahwa populasi GKN tergolong dalam satu group; populasi DTA merupakan populasi yang heterogenus dengan sebagian besar individu tergabung ke dalam satu kelompok dan sisanya ke dalam minimal dua kelompok yang berbeda; dan populasi hibrida KHINA-1 terbagi ke dalam minimal lima kelompok yang berbeda. Estimasi struktur populasi dengan perangkat lunak STRUCTURE menunjukkan adanya tingkat segregasi dan atau rekombinasi yang tinggi pada populasi KHINA-1, yang mengindikasikan telah terjadi percampuran materi genetik antara tetua GKN dan DTA pada populasi hibrida KHINA-1. Seleksi yang lebih akurat menggunakan marka molekuler dapat membantu perakitan kelapa hibrida yang lebih produktif.</p><p>Kata kunci: Keragaman genetik, kelapa hibrida, marka mikrosatelit.</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">Genetic Diversity and Association among Nias Yellow Dwarf (NYD), Tenga Tall (TAT) and KHINA-1 Hybrid Coconuts Based on Microsatellite Markers </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;">ABSTRACT </span></p><p>Information on genetic diversity and association among parents and progenies plays an important role in plant breeding. Genetic identity among progenies derived from controlled population need to be determined to make sure that they are from hybridization of parents and they are not because of pollen contamination. Microsatellite markers can be used to evaluate genetic diversity and relationship among parents and their hybrid populations. The objectives of this study are to evaluate the genetic diversity of NYD, TAT and KHINA-1 hybrid populations; and to analyze the genetic relationship among the NYD and TAT as parents, with the KHINA-1 hybrid populations using 19 microsatellite markers. The results showed that the polymorphic information content (PIC) of 19 microsatellite markers loci was ranged from 0.18—0.72 and the average allele per locus was 3.68. Based on phylogenetic analysis using Neighbour-Joining for Tree Construction conducted by using DARwin5 software, individuals of the NYD population belong to a single group; the TAT population are heterogeneous population with the majority of the individuals are belonged into a single group and the rest are belonged to at least two separate groups; and those of KHINA-1 hybrid population are divided into at least five groups. Estimation of the population structure using STRUCTURE software shows that the presence of high segregation and or recombination event among the KHINA-1 progeny, indicating there has been a mixture of genetic materials from NYD and TAT parents in the KHINA-1 hybrids. More accurate selection using molecular marker should aid the development of more productive coconut hybrids.</p><p>Keywords: Genetic diversity, hybrid coconut, microsatellite marker.</p>

Abstract:
A two‑month f ield experiment to study host preference of the leaf‑eating cater­pillar, Parasa lepida cramer, on 5 cultivars of hybrid coconut: Green Khina‑1, Brown Khina‑1, Nias Yellow Dwarf (NYD) x West African Tall (WAT),. Malayan Red Dwarf (MRD) x WAT, and Camerun Red Dwarf (CRD x Rennel Tall (RLT), aged 2.5 years, was carried out in swampy area of South Sumatra province, in 1991. A number of 30 palms, taken at random, from each block of the above mentioned hybrids were studied. Hence, there were 1SO trees observed altogether. The population of larvae per leaf as well as their dwellings in the fronds were recorded to investigate age of leaf consumed. Results of the study showed that none of the hybrids were resistant to P. lepida larvae. Cultivar of NYD x WAT was attacked more followed by Green Khina‑1, NYD x WAT, CRD x RLT, and Brown Khina ‑ 1. Leaves of half matures of all hybrids were preferred compared to those of the others.

The understanding of the term khiyar in the community is still very minimal. However, the concept of khiyar has been implemented in both online and online transactions with applicable terms and conditions. The common khiyar is khiyar aib and khiyar syarat. With the khiyar comes the willingness and blessing for the parties to the sale and purchase transaction.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meanlisis keberadaan hak khiyar yang merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan konsumen dalam Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka (library research) dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari berbagai jurnal dan penelitian yang relevan dengan penelitian. In this study, we examine the application of the concept of khiyar in al-ba'i online shopping. Khiyar Islamic economics is a thing that must exist in buying and selling activities. In Islamic business, Khiyar plays a very important role in efforts to maintain interests, transparency and the extent of goodness that will be obtained if the transaction is carried out and how to protect both parties from harm and loss. In the online shopping concept, there are two forms of payment, namely payment then the goods are delivered to the place and the COD payment system or payment after the goods are sent. The application of khiyar in online shopping has several problems, first the seller and buyer are not in the same place, the two goods that are the object of sale and purchase are not at the location of the transaction. Based on khiyar research that applies to online shopping, there are differences with khiyar in buying and selling which is carried out traditionally. Online shopping by using the payment method before the goods are sent, the khiyar that can be used is Khiyar Aib and Khiyar Ru'yah but must be clearly required in the terms of sale and purchase. Depending on the COD payment method, the khiyar that can be used is Khiyar Ru'yah but must be agreed upon first, then khiyar The terms that bind other khiyar, so that buying and selling transactions are carried out based on the principle of willingness by both parties who carry out buying and selling activities .AbstarkDalam studi ini menelaah penerapan konsep khiyar dalam al-ba’i secara online shoop. Ekonomi Islam khiyar merupakan suatu hal yang harus ada dalam kegiatan jual-beli. Dalam bisnis Islam Khiyar memegang peran yang sangat penting dalam upaya menjaga kepentingan, transaparansi dan sejauh mana kebaikan yang akan diperoleh jika transaksi dilaksanakan serta bagaimana melindungi kedua belah pihak dari bahaya dan kerugian. Dalam konsep online shoop terdapat dua bentuk pembayaran yaitu pembayaran kemudian barang diantarkan ketempat dan sistem pembayaran COD atau pembayaran setelah barang dikirim. Penerapan khiyar pada Online shoop terdapat beberapa persoalaan, pertama penjual dan pembeli tidak berada pada tempat yang sama, kedua barang yang menjadi objek jual beli tidak berada dilokasi transaksi. Berdasarkan penelitian khiyar yang berlaku pada online shoop terdapat perbedaan dengan khiyar pada jual beli yang dilaksanakan secara tradisional. Online shoop dengan menggunakan metode pembayaran sebelum barang dikirim maka khiyar yang dapat digunakan yaitu Khiyar Aib dan Khiyar Ru’yah tetapi harus secara jelas dipersyaratkan dalam ketentuan jual beli. Berdeda pada metode pembayaran COD maka khiyar yang dapat digunakan adalah Khiyar Ru’yah namun harus diperjanjikan terlebih dahulu, kemudian khiyar Syarat yang menjadi pengikat khiyar yang lain, agar transaksi jual beli yang dilakukan dengan berlandaskan prinsip kerelaan oleh kedua belah pihak yang melaksanakan kegiatan jual beli.

<p>Penelitian dilaksanakan pada lahan mineral dan lahan gambut Perkebunan Kelapa PT. Sac Nusantara di Kecamatan Mcsudji, Kabupaten Tulangbawang, Propinsi Lampung selama dua tahun (Juni 1999 - Juni 2001). lokasi penelitian terletak pada kelinggian 9 - 23 m dpi. dengan jenis tanah mineral yakni Podsolik Merah Kuning (PMK) dan lahan gambut rawa lebak yang tidak dipengaruhi pasang surul air laut. Curah hujan tahunan 2100 mm dengan 8 bulan basah dan 4 bulan kering. Jenis kelapa yang digunakan yakni kelapa hibrida PB-121 (MYDxWAT) dan KHINA-1 (GKNxDTA) yang ditanam tahun 1992 pada jarak tanam 9 m x 9 m segitiga. Penanaman menggunakan sistem blok yang luasnya antara 15 - 20 ha dan 10 blok diantaranya pada setiap ekosistem ditanami kelapa hibrida PB-121 dan KHINA-1. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan jenis hibrida sebagai perlakuan dan blok sebagai ulangan Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas kelapa hibida PB-121 dan KHINA-1 skala pengembangan di lahan mineral dan gambut. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap sifat-sifat jumlah tandan/ph/Oi, jumlah buah/tandan, jumlah buah, berat daging dan berat kopra/ph/th selama 24 bulan panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat intcraksi antara genolip x lingkungan tumbuh pada semua sifat. Jumlah landan/ph/th sangat dipengaruhi lingkungan tumbuh sedangkan jumlah buah/tandan. jumlah buah/ph/th, berat dagingphth dan berat kopra/ph/th dipengaruhi genolip lanaman. Di lahan gambut jumlah tandan/ph/th lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan lahan mineral, sedangkan jumlah buah/tandan, jumlah buah/ph/th, berat daging/ph/th dan berat kopra/ph/th kelapa hibrida KHINA-1 lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan PB-121, baik di lahan mineral maupun lahan gambut. Hal itu merupakan suatu indikasi bahwa KHINA-1 lebih adaliT terhadap berbagai lingkungan tumbuh.</p><p>Kata kunci: Kelapa, produktivitas, kelapa hibrida, lahan mineral, lahan gambut</p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><strong>Productivity of hybrid coconut KHINA-1 and PB-121 in mineral and peat soil</strong></p><p>This research was conducted in mineral and peat soil of PT. Sac Nusantara Coconut Plantation at Mesudji District, Tulangbawang Regency, Lampung Province for two years (June 1999 - June 2001). The altitudes were 9-23 meters above sea level, type of mineral soil is Red Yellow Podsolic (PMK) and peat soil of low lands wamps. 'The rainfalls were 2100 millimeters a year with 8 wet months and 4 dry mondis. The experiment used two coconut varieties i.e.: PB-121 (MYDxWAT) and KHINA-1 (GKNxDTA) hybrid, planted in 1992 with plant spacing 9 m x 9 m triangle. The plant planting used in block system were 15 - 20 Ha. a width and 10 blocks among these on each ecosystem planted PB-121 and KHINA-1 hybrids. The experiment was designed as a randomized block design with two hybrids as a treatment and blocks as replication. The objective of this study was to know the production of PB-121 and KHINA- 1 on a developed scale in mineral and peat soil. The observation character was done during 24 months to die number of bunch/palm/year, number of nut/bunch, total number of nut, weight of meat and weight of copra/ palm/year. Results of the experiment showed that there was genotype x environment interaction of die caracters observed. The number of bunch/ palm/year caused by environment conditions but the number of nut/ bunch, he total number of nut, weight of meal and weight of copra/palm/ycar were caused by genotype. On the peat soil, the total number of bunch/ palm/year higher than die mineral soil. The number of nuts/hunch. number of nuts.palm/year, weight of meat/palm/year and weight of copra/palm/ycar of the KHINA-1 in the peal soil were higher than those of PB-121 hybrid in mineral and peal soil. Abstract:
The purpose of the research is to find out how to implement the khiyar principle in online buying and selling, case studies of object inconsistencies in the Shopee marketplace and to find out the inhibiting factors for khiyar implementation in online buying and selling case studies of object mismatches. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques consist of interviews and documentation. The data obtained will be analyzed in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of khiyar in online buying and selling in cases of object mismatch in practice has implemented khiyar, although in terms of knowledge and literacy about khiyar both from Shopee, sellers, and buyers do not fully understand about khiyar. On the Shopee marketplace site, the khiyar practices applied are “khiyar aib”, “khiyar syarat”, and “khiyar ru’yah”. Khiyar aib is related to the right of complaint owned by the buyer when receiving a defective item. Khiyar syarat relate to the grace period given by the Shopee to the buyer to make a complaint. And for khiyar ru’yah it relates to the right of complaint owned by the buyer because he cannot see the goods ordered directly when the contract takes place.

This research aims to find out how is the concept of khiyar implementation and the suitable of the implementation of khiyar at Haurgeulis Market with Islamic provisions .This research is a qualitative research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research results, it can be concluded that buy and sell practice in Haurgeulis Market has mostly used khiyar but khiyar concept is not well understood yet. The khiyar which is frequently used was khiyar majlis, khiyar ‘aib, and khiyar syarat. Khiyar ru’yah is still rarely used, while khiyar ta’yin is not used because it never happens. For the process of its implementation, it is still not fully in accordance with Islamic Shariah and in case of goods return period which must be according to the hadits in three days, while in Haurgeulis Market it can be more than three days or even there is no time limits.

Khiyar is the right to decide for both sellers and buyers to proceed or cancel the sale and purchase agreement. This research was a field research using qualitative approach. The data were also collected through interview and documentation. The interview was conducted to some customers who once returned the product to Sale Stock online store Indonesia and also to the customer service of Sale Stock Indonesia. Based on the research, it could be concluded that e-commerce business on Sale Stock online store Indonesia implemented khiyar, that were khiyar majlis, khiyar aib, khiyar syarat, khiyar sifat, khiyar ta’yin, khiyar ru’yah, and khiyar naqd.

With these problems, it is necessary to have the right of khiyar so that buying and selling is based on consensual and pleasure elements between the seller and the buyer. This study aims to describe the implementation of khiyar in online buying and selling transactions at the Toko Kita Murah at Shopee and to describe the implementation of khiyar in online buying and selling transactions at the Toko Kita Murah at Shopee fiqh mu'amalah perspective. The research uses a field research type with a qualitative approach. Sources of data, namely primary data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation and secondary data obtained from reference books. Based on the results of research on online buying and selling transactions at Toko Kita Murah at Shopee, any problems experienced by buyers with goods received, Toko Kita Murah allows buyers to submit goods returns during Shopee's warranty period is still valid by showing photos related to the reason for the return. Toko Kita Murah only agrees to return goods and refund solutions. Toko Kita Murah has implemented the khiyar rights according to the Shopee program, namely the Shopee guarantee. There are several khiyar practices that have been implemented, namely khiyar requisites, khiyar majlis, khiyar 'aib, khiyar ta'yin and khiyar ru'yah. The khiyar that has not been implemented are khiyar ghabn and tadlis. Abstrak Kegiatan jual beli tidak selalu berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan penjual ataupun pembeli. Seperti beberapa komplain pembeli yang terdapat pada online customer review Shopee Toko Kita Murah pada rating satu dan rating dua terkait permasalahan produk seperti barang yang dikirim kurang lengkap, tidak sesuai pesanan, dan cacat. Adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan hak khiyar agar jual beli didasarkan unsur suka sama suka dan keridhaan antara penjual dan pembeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan khiyar dalam transaksi jual beli online pada Toko Kita Murah di Shopee dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan khiyar dalam transaksi jual beli online pada Toko Kita Murah di Shopee perspektif fiqh mu’amalah. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yaitu data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi tentang pelaksanaan khiyar dalam transaksi jual beli online pada Toko Kita Murah di Shopee dan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku referensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian transaksi jual beli online di Toko Kita Murah pada Shopee, setiap permasalahan yang dialami pembeli atas barang yang diterima, Toko Kita Murah mengizinkan pembeli mengajukan pengembalian barang selama masa garansi Shopee masih berlaku dengan menunjukan foto yang berkaitan dengan alasan pengembalian. Pihak Toko Kita Murah hanya menyetujui solusi pengembalian barang dan dana. Toko Kita Murah sudah melaksanakan hak khiyar sesuai program di Shopee yaitu garansi Shopee. Terdapat beberapa praktik khiyar yang sudah diterapkan yaitu khiyar syarat, khiyar majelis, khiyar ‘aib, khiyar ta’yin dan khiyar ru’yah merupakan khiyar yang paling banyak dilakukan oleh pembeli di Toko Kita Murah. The Shopee Marketplace website uses the Khiyar practices of "Khiyar Aib", "Khiyar Syarat", and "Khiyar Ru'yah". Kiyar Aib refers to the right of complaint that a buyer has when receiving a defective product. The term Khiyar Syarat refers to the grace period that Shopee gives buyers to file a complaint. And Khiyar Ru'yah concerns the right of complaint that a buyer has because he cannot directly see the ordered goods at the expiration of the contract.

Tujuan pemberian khiyar adalah untuk memberikan kemaslahatan kepada kedua-dua belah pihak sehingga tidak ada pihak yang berasa kecewa terhadap akad jual beli yang dilakukan. Dari sudut undang-undang di Malaysia, elemen pilihan dalam undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan jual beli di Malaysia dilihat mempunyai prinsip yang sama dengan elemen khiyar. Oleh itu, kajian ini menyoroti kajian lepas yang membahaskan prinsip khiyar yang berlaku dalam akad jual beli antara perundangan Islam dengan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan jual beli yang diamalkan di Malaysia. Kajian ini berbentuk kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kaedah analisis kandungan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa aplikasi prinsip khiyar majlis dan khiyar syarat dilihat berbeza daripada implementasi yang terdapat di dalam Akta Kontrak 1950. Prinsip khiyar ayb dan khiyar ru’yah pula diaplikasikan dengan jelasnya dalam Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999 menerusi beberapa peruntukannya. Selain itu, persamaan prinsip khiyar ru’yah dan khiyar ayb turut ditemukan dalam peruntukan Akta Jualan Barang 1957. Khiyar dalam bisnis Islami memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dan strategis untuk menjaga kepentingan, transparansi, kemaslahatan, kerelaan kedua belah pihak yang melakukan transaksi serta melindungi mereka dari bahaya dan kerugian bagi semua pihak. Akan tetapi khiyar dalam transaksi e-commerce terdapat beberapa persoalan, antara lain tidak bertemunya dua orang yang bertransaksi dan tidak adanya barang pada saat tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis khiyar yang dapat diberlakukan dalam e-commerce berbeda dengan jual beli sistem tradisional. Pertama, dengan tidak adanya pertemuan langsung antara penjual dan pembeli maka e-commerce tidak mungkin melakukan khiyar al-majlis. Kedua, pada prinsipnya dalam e-commerce ini yang paling mungkin untuk diterapkan adalah khiyar al-syart. Meski demikian, e-commerce dengan model pembayaran sebelum pengiriman, merchant dapat juga menerapkan khiyar al-aib. Demikian pula dalam e-commerce model cash on delivery (COD), merchant dapat menerapkan khiyar al-ru’yah, namun keduanya sudah harus diperjanjikan dulu. Dengan demikian khiyar al-syart dapat menjadi pengikat kedua khiyar yang lain tersebut.

Surely, khiyar as one of the forms to protect the rights of Muslim consumers are contained in the Consumer Protection Law. This thesis aims to determine: (1) Existence khiyar in Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, and (2) Analysis of the existence of khiyar in Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. This research is a normative law (normative legal research), namely legal research conducted by examining the legal material. The approach taken in this study is the statute approach and the conceptual approach. Based on the method used produced the conclusion that the existence khiyar in Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, contained in article 4, which khiyar aib and khiyar syarath with the right to safety (article 4 letter a), khiyar majlis and khiyar ta'yin with the right to choose (article 4 letter b), khiyar tadlis and khiyar aib with the right to be informed (article 4 letter c and h), and khiyar ru'yah with the right to be heard (article 4 letter d ). Data Penelitian diperoleh dengan beberapa literature yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diangkat kemudian rnengkaji serta menelaah data-data yang ada. Kesimpulan yang didapat, bahwa menurut fiqih muamalah, konsep khiyar yang bisa diterapkan dalam praktik ba’i salam adalah konsep khiyar aib saja. konsep khiyar aib terjadi jika ada cacat yang barang baru diketahui oleh pembeli setelah akad dilakukan dan sebelum serah terima. Dan aib atau cacat pada barang yang dipesan ini masih ada sampai terjadinya pembatalan akad. Sedangkan untuk khiyar syarat dan ru’yah sebenarnya dalam ba’i salam tidak perlu, karena menurut fiqih muamalah jika pemesanan memiliki hak khiyar, maka barang akan menjadi tanggungan penjual, begitu seterusnya, cukup hanya menyebutkan spesifikasi barang untuk keabsahan akad salam. Namun, untuk khiyar aib tetap diperbolehkan, karena karena khiyar aib tidak mencegah kesempurnaan serah terima barang.

<p>Coconut seedlings are growing well with an important role in supporting the success of planting coconut in the field. The higher seed viability are growing well, the more the seed that grew into a coconut seedlings. This study aims to determine seed viability, growth and development of the Bido Tall coconut (DBO) seeds, Hybrid Dwarf x DBO and Khina-1. Coconut variety Bido Tall is a coconut variety that was just released in 2017 originating from Bido village. This coconut has the advantage of large fruit, fast flowering, short stems, and stalks slowly getting higher. The research was conducted at the Mapanget Experimental Garden, Indonesion Palm Crops Research Institute from 2016 - 2018 using a single block method. The material used in this study is derived seed from coconut DBO, Hybrid Genjah x DBO, and Khina-1 coconut. The results showed that the viability seeds of Bido Tall coconut ranged from 73,15% - 88,10%, while the Hybrid Dwarf x Bido Tall coconut 46,18% - 85,19%. Coconut seedlings do not all grow normally, there are some seeds were stunted (dwarf or a rosette), and the seeds are dead. Besides that, there are seeds that grow with two shoots (polyembriony) and dwarf. Characteristics of plant height, stem girth and leaves number of DB0 coconut are generally higher than Hybrid coconuts Dwarf x DBO and Khina-1. Hybrid Coconut GMW x DBO and GSK x DBO are the two best Hybrid coconut that has characteristics of plant height, stem girth and leaves number close to or equal to the DBO coconut elders, which is more vigorous than other Hybrid coconuts included with the comparison Khina-1. Red Waingapu and Salak Dwarf coconuts are thought to be the best combining ability with DBO coconut.</p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Bibit kelapa yang tumbuh baik mempunyai peranan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan penanaman kelapa di lapangan. Semakin tinggi viabilitas benih yang tumbuh baik, semakin banyak benih yang tumbuh menjadi bibit kelapa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui viabilitas benih, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bibit kelapa Dalam Bido (DBO), Hibrida Genjah x DBO dan Khina-1. Varietas kelapa DBO adalah varietas kelapa yang baru dirilis tahun 2017 yang berasal dari Desa Bido. Kelapa ini memiliki keunggulan yaitu buahnya besar, cepat berbunga, batang pendek, batangnya lambat bertambah tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Mapanget, Balai Penelitian Tanaman Palma dari tahun 2016 – 2018 dengan menggunakan metode blok tunggal. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah benih yang berasal dari kelapa DBO, Hibrida Genjah x DBO, dan Khina-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viabilitas benih kelapa DBO berkisar 73,15% – 88,10%, sedangkan kelapa Hibrida Genjah x DBO 46,18% – 85,19%. Bibit kelapa tidak semuanya tumbuh normal, terdapat beberapa bibit yang terhambat pertumbuhannya (kerdil atau roset), dan bibit yang mati. Selain hal tersebut, terdapat benih yang tumbuh dengan dua tunas (poliembrioni) dan kerdil. Karakter tinggi tanaman, lingkar batang dan jumlah daun kelapa DBO pada umunya lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelapa Hibrida Genjah x DBO dan Khina-1. Kelapa Hibrida Genjah merah Waingapu (GMW) x DBO dan Genjah Salak (GSK) x DBO merupakan dua kelapa Hibrida terbaik yang memiliki karakater tinggi tanaman, lingkar batang dan jumlah daun mendekati atau sama dengan tetua kelapa DBO, dan lebih vigor dibandingkan kelapa Hibrida lainnya termasuk dengan pembanding Khina-1. Kelapa Genjah Merah Waingapu dan Genjah Salak diduga paling baik daya gabungnya dengan kelapa DBO.</p>

Abstract:
Khiyar is the right to continue or cancel the sale and purchase contract. Where today's technological developments are very necessary to protect the rights of both parties in carrying out transactions. This research aims to analyze the application of khiyar in purchasing tickets on the traveloka, tiket.com, and booking.com applications. The data used in this research is secondary data taken from books, the official websites of each platform and previous research journals. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by analyzing the characteristics of the transportation ticket buying and selling transaction process on each platform. Each transaction stage is depicted using a flow chart and the flow is described. Every online transportation ticket purchase transaction is analyzed to determine the implementation of khiyar rights on each platform. The results of this research show that online transportation ticket purchase transactions on the Traveloka, Tiket.com and Booking.com platforms have implemented khiyar ta'yin, khiyar conditions, and khiyar naqd, while khiyar aib is applied on the Tiket.com platform. The results of the khiyar are carried out in accordance with the khiyar provisions between the seller and the buyer.

<p><em>This research aims to analyze the implementation and existence of khiyar in buying and selling transactions through marketplaces. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that in practice, buying and selling transactions through marketplaces have implemented khiyar. However, in terms of knowledge and literacy, both buyers and sellers have not fully understood khiyar. Some factors or obstacles that hinder the implementation of khiyar in buying and selling transactions through marketplaces include laziness, lengthy processes of product or fund returns, lack of socialization about religious knowledge, neglect of contractual obligations in buying and selling, and lack of awareness and empathy. The position of the concept of khiyar in modern times is relative. The existence of khiyar can be known through the position of the buying and selling contract. Khiyar is considered as a complementary condition, which means that the presence or absence of khiyar in the buying and selling contract does not affect the validity of the contract itself because khiyar cannot stand alone without the existence of the buying and selling contract as the main contract. However, khiyar is recommended as the best solution to strengthen the position of the contract, making it more ideal and achieving benefits for both parties involved in the transaction.</em></p>

Qisya Buah Andonohu is a fruit sales business whose sales process uses an offline and online buying and selling system. When buying and selling activities take place in order to realize a good and honest transaction, it is best for the seller and buyer to apply khiyar in their buying and selling. Where khiyar is the perpetrator's right to choose to continue or cancel the transaction. In transaction activities there will definitely still be problems, the same thing happens in the buying and selling system at Qisya Buah Andonohu. The situation where buyers find that the fruit they have purchased is damaged or defective, this cannot be avoided considering that no matter how good or good the seller is at making sales, there will definitely be times when things will not be in accordance with the desired wishes. So the existing problems make it important to implement khiyar. Based on the background description, the problems that can be formulated are 1) what type of khiyar is applied at Qisya Buah Andonohu, and 2) how is khiyar applied at Qisya Buah Andonohu. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, the data collected is based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation carried out by researchers. The results of this study indicate that the use of khiyar rights in the sale and purchase of rolled cloth at the Z Market fulfills the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase. Merchants apply a bargaining system and allow the exchange of goods if the discrepancy meets the conditions agreed upon by the seller and the buyer. However, in buying and selling, the seller should guarantee the buyer to khiyar so as not to feel disadvantaged. The sale and purchase transaction between the parties should do justice by bearing the profits and losses so that the benefit in buying and selling can be achieved. Abstrak. Skripsi ini menggunakan hasil penelitian lapangan (field research) berkaitan dengan “Analisis Akad Jual-beli Kain Gulungan Dalam Penggunaan Hak Khiyar Menurut Fikih Muamalah (Studi Kasus di Pasar Z)”. Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui konsep khiyar dalam jual-beli menurut fikih muamalah (2) Untuk mengetahui praktik khiyar dalam jual-beli kain gulungan di pasar Z (3) Untuk mengetahui tinjauan fikih muamalah praktik khiyar dalam jual-beli kain gulungan di Pasar Z. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dalam bidang ilmu hukum normatif, yaitu mengkaji dalil-dalil al-Qur’an dan Hadits serta pendapat ulama yang terkait hak khiyar dalam akad jual-beli kain gulungan di Pasar Z berdasarkan data primer dan sekunder yang didapatkan dari lapangan. Dalam akad jual beli as-salam di zaman modern ini konsep khiyar tetap diberlakukan tetapi hanya dengan syarat khiyar dan khiyar 'cacat, karena khiyar majelis tidak memungkinkan, melibatkan jarak jauh dan jangka waktu pendek dengan sistem modern. Sedangkan dalam transaksi jual beli salam dalam khiyar klasik ketiga tetap sah, karena dalam melakukan transaksi pembeli dan penjual langsung bertemu di tempat akad. Penelitian ini juga membahas tentang penjaminan dalam akad jual beli as-salam di zaman modern ditinjau menurut hukum Islam yang hukumnya wajib. This type of field research aims to determine the application of Khiyar rights to the practice of brick purchasing in the frame of Islamic Economic law. The method used is the descriptive method to excavate the application of Khiyar Rights in buying and selling bricks in Teluk Village, Secanggang District in North Sumatera. The research results show that buying and selling bricks is carried out by ordering (Bai As-salam) directly from the brick traders. Thus, this research finds that both Khiyar Syarat and Khiyar Aib have not properly implemented according to fiqh and the Compilations of Islamic Economic Law (Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Islam/KHES). This research makes a significant addition to our comprehension of the dynamics implementation of Khiyar Rights in accordance to the Compilations of Islamic Economic Law.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 15 mahasiswa yang peneliti wawancara, 4 di antaranya pernah mendapatkan barang yang tidak sesuai pesanan. The power of the Qara-Khitay for a relatively short period of time, by historical standards, from the second quarter of the 12th to the beginning of the 13th centuries. had a huge impact on the political development of eastern Desht-i Qipchak, as well as on the settled Muslim regions of Transoxiana and Khorasan. The rulers of the Qara-Khitay actively intervened in the struggle for the “Seljuk inheritance” after the death of Sultan Sanjar in 1157 with the Khorezmshahs of the Anushteginid dynasty and the sultans of Gur, to subordinate to their power the regional rulers of Transoxiana, as well as individual nomadic Turkic tribes in these lands — for example, the Qarluks. In this regard, the history of the Qara-Khitay state was reflected in numerous Muslim historical and geographical writings of the pre-Mongol era and later period. Modern researchers, both in their works on the history of Central Asia and in the few works dealing directly with the Qara-Khitay state, call the Qara-Khitay ruler uniformly — “Gur Khan”. However, there is no such unanimity regarding the title of the Qara-Khitay ruler in the composition of Muslim historical and geographical works, especially pre-Mongol time. Moreover, up to a certain point, the title “Gur Khan” does not occur in them at all, and Muslim authors use other markers to denote the Qara-Khitay ruler. In this regard, it was interesting to trace the evolution of this title as part of Muslim sources not only of the 12th — early 13th centuries, but also as part of later monuments. All this will make it possible to understand more clearly not only how the authors of different times titled the Qara-Khitay ruler, but also what they understood by this or that title, how well they imagined its origin, etc. This will also allow us to highlight a certain tradition of describing the history of the Qara-Khitay statehood as part of Muslim historical writings and identify the key monuments in this case, as well as highlight certain controversial subjects related to the titulature of the Qara-Khitay rulers.

Buying and selling is an activity that often occurs such as in markets, supermarkets and other places to fulfil everyone's needs. One of the elements in buying and selling transactions is the right of khiyär. Khiyar is a permissibility in Islamic Shari'ah to find a good between two, namely to continue or to cancel the sale with the aim of avoiding disputes between the seller and the buyer in the future. However, not all buying and selling places impose khiyar rights for buyers, therefore this research aims to find out how Islamic law reviews buying and selling without khiyar rights. Buying and selling without khiyar rights is still considered valid because khiyar is not a valid condition in buying and selling. Khiyar is an option or choice that can be an alternative to achieving benefits for both parties, namely the seller and the buyer so that no party feels disadvantaged in the future. Suggestions from the author that business actors are expected to apply business ethics in accordance with Islamic law and applicable legislation in Indonesia and for buyers to be more careful before buying goods so as not to be harmed.

According to the review of muamalah fiqh, it can be concluded that the sale and purchase transaction with the COD system is valid because it has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase and with the enactment of khiyar in the transaction. With the existence of khiyar 'aib in buying and selling transactions, it can minimize the occurrence of losses to one of the parties.

A project for coconut development in Indonesia was initiated in 1972 with assistance from UNDP/FAO and Research Institute for Industrial Crops (LPTI), Bogor as the Counter‑part Agency. Emphasis of research was on breeding and agronomy. Production of KHINA series of coconut varieties was an accomplishment of breeders attached to the project. They were D. V. Liyanage, H. Luntungan, A. Djisbar and T. Mankey. In the initial stages, particularly during germplasm surveys, Ch. P. Corputty and H. Sudasrip were associated. Research on breeding included coconut germplasm surveys in Indonesia, hybridization of selected palms within selected populations and testing progenies. That involved considerable travelling, labour, patience and a barrage of criticism. The agony and joy, breeders experienced in production of KHINA series of coconut varieties are outlined in this paper.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tokoh dalam novel Hati Suhita karya Khilma Anis; 2) mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan aspek-aspek spiritual quotient (kecerdasan spiritual) yang terdapat dalam novel Hati Suhita karya Khilma Anis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan strategi content analysis (analisis isi). Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Hati Suhita karya Khilma Anis dan buku-buku literature yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi dan metode telaah. Hasil penelitian adalah tokoh-tokoh yang terdapat dalam novel Hati Suhita karya Khilma Anis antara lain yaitu Alina Suhita, Gus Birru, Rengganis, dan kang Dharma. Aspek-aspek spiritual quotient (kecerdasan spiritual) yang terdapat dalam novel Hati Suhita karya Khilma Anis berdasarkan teori Zohar dan Marshal terdiri dari: kemampuan bersikap fleksibel, tingkat kesadaran diri yang tinggi, kemampuan untuk menghadapi dan memanfaatkan penderitaan, kemampuan untuk menghadapi dan melampaui rasa sakit, kualitas hidup yang diilhami oleh visi dan misi, kecenderungan untuk bertanya dan mencari jawaban yang mendasar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa novel Hati Suhita karya Khilma Anis mengungkap kisah cerita tokoh utama dan beberapa tokoh tambahan, selain itu novel Hati Suhita juga memiliki 6 aspek spiritual quotient.

Padahal dengan menerapkan akad khiyar majlis menggunakan sistem pembayaran QRIS ini selain mendapatkan keuntungan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi melainkan mendapatkan Ridha Allah SWT dan nama perusahaan pun akan terlihat baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Akad Khiyar Majlis menggunakan QRIS dalam Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan di Ceuceu Coffee Cirebon dan apakah dengan khiyar majlis meggunakan QRIS dapat meningkatkan loyalitas di Ceuceu Coffee Cirebon. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitis. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dari data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara langsung dari sumbernya ialah pada 5 informan antara lain: Pemilik Toko, Karyawan, dan 3 Pelanggan Ceuceu Coffee Cirebon. Teknik Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan, ialah: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Ceuceu Coffee Cirebon sudah menguasai konsep khiyar majlis dan menerapkannya sesuai dengan syariat Islam dengan menggunakan sistem pembayaran digital scan barcode QRIS dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah bagi pembeli dengan kemudahan. Hal ini dianggap dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Dilihat dari hasil omset mingguan industri yang terus bertambah dan ramai didatangi para pelanggan terutama dihari libur (weekend).

The rapid development of buying and selling online gave birth to various problems related to the shift in traditional buying and selling which developed into buying and selling through the internet world. The ease of transactions obtained through the internet media must be followed by strong protection for consumers, considering that the goods traded cannot be seen and held directly. The choice to determine whether the consumer can continue the sale and purchase contract or cancel it has been regulated in Islamic law, this right to choose is called khiyar. This Khiyar right is a form of protection for consumers. If it is known that the goods traded have defects, then with the validity of khiyar al-aib, consumers can return and replace them with new ones without defects, or cancel the contract with a refund, or can also sincerely accept the defect with a reduced price, all of which are returned to the customer. the parties by mutual agreement. The review of the Khiyar Al-Aib concept in E-commerce in Indonesia by taking the example of the Shopee marketplace aims to analyze that the development of e-commerce is also followed by consumer protection efforts by the application of khiyar al-aib. The research method is normative law by examining a collection of legal materials related to consumer rights, the Consumer Protection Act, provisions in Islamic law. Consumer dissatisfaction with online buying and selling transactions can be followed up with the implementation of the principles and concepts of khiyar al-aib. This review of khiyar al-aib is to understand that the concept of consumer protection in Islam already exists and can be applied to online trading transaction.

The development of technology is increasingly rapid, there is a change in life, and buying and selling have turned online. One of the most popular e-commerce transactions in Indonesia is Shopee. The concept of Shopee e-commerce transactions is the same as bai 'salam. In e-commerce transaction activities, consumers can only see goods from the catalog, so there are often problems that harm consumers and the need for consumer protection. This study aims to determine consumer protection efforts in Shopee e-commerce transactions and how to review Islamic economic law on consumer protection in Shopee e-commerce transactions. This research method is a descriptive analysis by describing an event to be studied. The results of this study conclude that (1) Consumer protection efforts in Shopee e-commerce transactions have been regulated in the terms of service with the application of consumer protection for Shopee e-commerce transactions trying to return goods and refunds. (2) Based on Islamic law, consumer protection in Shopee e-commerce transactions is appropriate, because it applies khiyar rights. The concept of khiyar that is appropriate in the application of e-commerce Shopee is khiyar requirements, khiyar disgrace, and khiyar ru'yah.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product completeness and price on purchasing decisions at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District. The sample in this study were 120 customers who made purchases at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District. The data collection used is a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed that Y = 9.338+ 0.308X1+ 0.477 X2+ e, this illustrates a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (product completeness) and X2 (price) on purchasing decisions (Y). Product completeness has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Product completeness and price simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Khiara Electronics Shop, West Seluma Sub-District, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Buying and selling is not only done offline, but also online. Shopee marketplace online transactions have more potential for the process of implementing khiyar rights, namely there are several factors that can allow continuing or canceling transactions. One of the users of the shopee marketplace is the Tokba.id shop. Buying and selling at the Tokba.id store can also be done with a wholesale system, this wholesale system is considered prone to errors because the goods ordered are more numerous and the process of checking the goods will be more difficult, so the risk of defective or damaged goods is greater. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of khiyar rights in the process of buying and selling Tokba.id products on the shopee marketplace. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were determined using Purposive Sampling, namely the owner and manager of Tokba.id. The results of this study conclude that the buying and selling process at the Tokba.id store includes several stages, namely the product sales process and the product purchase process. Meanwhile, the implementation of khiyar rights at the Tokba.id store is in accordance with several khiyars which are the focus of this research, namely khiyar conditions at the Tokba.id store imposing returns with several conditions that have been imposed by shopee and also the Tokba.id store such as the buyer receiving the goods ordered, the buyer can submit a return of goods with approximately 3 days of the shopee warranty period. Khiyar 'aib by enforcing returns if there are 'aib or defects in the goods received such as errors in size, color. Khiyar ru'yah at the Tokba.id shop, namely the seller applies for the return of goods, if the buyer buys goods that are received not according to the description listed on the Tokba.id shopee storefront. Khiyar ta'yin at the Tokba.id store, buyers can check the availability of goods at the Tokba.id storefront which includes color, size. Meanwhile, khiyar majlis at the Tokba.id store cannot be applied. Because there is no place or majlis which is used as a meeting place for the two parties to the contract or sale and purchase transaction.

Species conservation actions are guided by available information on the biogeography of the protected species. In this study, we integrated the occurrence data of Siberian musk deer (Moschus moschiferus L.) collected from 2019 to 2021 with species distribution models to estimate the species’ potential distribution in Northeast China. We then identified conservation priority areas using a core-area zonation algorithm. In addition, we analyzed core patch fragmentation using FRAGSTATS. Lastly, we identified potential connectivity corridors and constructed a potential protection network based on the least-cost path and the circuit theory. The results showed concentrations of M. moschiferus in the northern Greater Khingan Mountains, the southeastern Lesser Khingan Mountains, and the eastern Changbai Mountains, with a potential distribution area of 127,442.14 km2. Conservation priority areas included 41 core patches with an area of 106,306.43 km2. Patch fragmentation mainly occurred in the Changbai Mountains and the Lesser Khingan Mountains. We constructed an ecological network composed of 41 core patches and 69 linkages for M. moschiferus in Northeast China. The results suggest that the Greater Khingan Mountains represent the most suitable area to maintain the stability of M. moschiferus populations in Northeast China. Considering the high habitat quality requirements of M. moschiferus and its endangered status, we propose that the Chinese government accelerates the construction of the Greater Khingan Mountains National Park and the Lesser Khingan Mountains National Park and enlarges the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park to address the fragmentation of protected areas and the habitat of M. moschiferus.

This paper reviews the specific concept of khiyar as one of the values of business ethics as prescribed in Islam. A contemporary business that tends to be free must be filled with ideal concepts related to business ethics. The concept of khiyar in Islam is essential to understand the understanding of the Muslim generation who will enter the business world, which is currently carried out openly. This study concludes that business ethics is an essential moral foundation to be put forward in business. In it, many ideal principles are problematic for humans who apply them. The ideal principles include the values of independence, fairness, profit, and moral integrity. Islam strongly dictates doing a profitable business. Therefore, in Islamic law, the term khiyar is known, which regulates the rights of buyers and sellers in doing business. The term khiyar has become a specific source of encouraging contemporary business ethics because it is very pro-beneficial in business synergies.
