I review kaon decays. I introduce the flavor problem and possible solutions. Very rare kaon decays like [see formula in PDF] are very important to this purpose: we study also [see formula in PDF] where chiral dynamics is important to disentangle short distance effects. We have also studied lepton flavor (universality) violation in rare kaon decays and the Bardeen Buras Gerard approach to describe the [see formula in PDF] form factor.

In this proceedings, the STAR preliminary results on femtoscopic correlations of identical kaons from Au+Au collisions at [see formula in PDF] =200 GeV are presented. The measured kaon source radii are studied as a function of collision energy as well as centrality and transverse pair mass mT. In addition, extracted kaon blast-wave freeze-out parameters are presented.

We study the scaling with the number of colors Nc of the weak amplitudes mediating kaon mixing and decay, in the limit of light charm masses (mu = md = ms = mc). The amplitudes are extracted directly on the lattice for Nc = 3 - 7 (with preliminar results for Nc = 8 and 17) using twisted mass QCD. It is shown that the (sub-leading) 1 /Nc corrections to [see formula in PDF] are small and that the naive Nc → ∞ limit, [see formula in PDF] = 3/4, seems to be recovered. On the other hand, the O (1/Nc) corrections in K → ππ amplitudes (derived from K → π matrix elements) are large and fully anti-correlated in the I = 0 and I = 2 channels. This may have some implications for the understanding of the ΔI = 1/2 rule.

We present a study of the isospin-breaking (IB) corrections to pseudoscalar (PS) meson masses using the gauge configurations produced by the ETM Collaboration with Nf = 2+1+1 dynamical quarks at three lattice spacings varying from 0.089 to 0.062 fm. Our method is based on a combined expansion of the path integral in powers of the small parameters [see formula in PDF] and αem, where [see formula in PDF] is the renormalized quark mass and αem the renormalized fine structure constant. We obtain results for the pion, kaon and Dmeson mass splitting; for the Dashen’s theorem violation parameters ϵγ(MM, 2 GeV), ϵπ0 ϵK0(MS, 2 GeV) for the light quark masses [see formula in PDF] for the flavour symmetry breaking parameters R(MS, 2 GeV) and Q(MS, 2 GeV) and for the strong IB effects on the kaon decay constants.

Abstract: In der jüngsten mediävistischen Forschung hat sich zunehmend herausgestellt, dass wir nun doch globalere Perspektiven in den Blick nehmen müssen. Global kann sehr viel bedeuten, und oftmals hat es leider bisher nur als ein Feigenblatt gedient, indem man einfach Werke, Dichter, Ereignisse etc. von Ost und West nebeneinander stellte, was natürlich letztlich praktisch gar nichts bedeutet. Globale Konzepte sind nur dann sinnvoll, wenn sie transdisziplinär getragen sind und darauf basieren, dass echte Formen des Austausches oder der gegenseitigen Kenntnisnahme stattfanden. Marco Polos Reise nach China dürfte als ein sehr bekanntes Beispiel dafür dienen. Das europäische Mittelalter kann generell gut dafür dienen, das Verständnis von globalen Beziehungen oder Kontakten zu verfolgen, wie sie sich im Laufe der Zeit entwickelten (vgl. dazu jetzt A. Abstract A new treatment for shallow clouds has been introduced into the Weather Research and Forecasting Model (WRF). The new scheme, called the cumulus potential (CuP) scheme, replaces the ad hoc trigger function used in the Kain–Fritsch cumulus parameterization with a trigger function related to the distribution of temperature and humidity in the convective boundary layer via probability density functions (PDFs). An additional modification to the default version of WRF is the computation of a cumulus cloud fraction based on the time scales relevant for shallow cumuli. Results from three case studies over the U.S. Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) site in north-central Oklahoma are presented. These cases were selected because of the presence of shallow cumuli over the ARM site. The modified version of WRF does a much better job predicting the cloud fraction and the downwelling shortwave irradiance than control simulations utilizing the default Kain–Fritsch scheme. The modified scheme includes a number of additional free parameters, including the number and size of bins used to define the PDF, the minimum frequency of a bin within the PDF before that bin is considered for shallow clouds to form, and the critical cumulative frequency of bins required to trigger deep convection. A series of tests were undertaken to evaluate the sensitivity of the simulations to these parameters. Overall, the scheme was found to be relatively insensitive to each of the parameters.

Abstract A stochastic parameterization scheme for deep convection is described, suitable for use in both climate and NWP models. Theoretical arguments and the results of cloud-resolving models are discussed in order to motivate the form of the scheme. In the deterministic limit, it tends to a spectrum of entraining/detraining plumes and is similar to other current parameterizations. The stochastic variability describes the local fluctuations about a large-scale equilibrium state. Plumes are drawn at random from a probability distribution function (PDF) that defines the chance of finding a plume of given cloud-base mass flux within each model grid box. The normalization of the PDF is given by the ensemble-mean mass flux, and this is computed with a CAPE closure method. The characteristics of each plume produced are determined using an adaptation of the plume model from the Kain–Fritsch parameterization. Initial tests in the single-column version of the Unified Model verify that the scheme is effective in producing the desired distributions of convective variability without adversely affecting the mean state.

PT. Sekar Lima Pratama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang tekstil yang memiliki unit usaha finishing kain katun. Dalam identifikasi yang dilakukan perusahaan masih menghasilkan waste dan belum menjalankan proses yang ramah lingkungan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya untuk mengidentifikasi waste pada proses finishing kain tenun guna menjadikan proses yang ramah lingkungan dengan pertimbangan tingkat eco efficiency dan eco cost guna menentukan proses usulan yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini meliputi langkah-langkah antara lain dengan menganalisa value stream mapping untuk mengetahui kegiatan yang memiliki value added dan yang berkategori NVA. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran dampak lingkungan dengan LCA (Life Cycle Analyisis) serta selanjutnya memberikan usulan memberikan usulan proses dengan pendekatan 6R (reuse, reduce, recycle, remanufacturing, recovery dan redesign) pada proses finishing kain katun diperoleh waste yaitu in appropriate processing, defect dan waiting time. Dari hasil pengukuran Life Cycle Assessment diperoleh hasil untuk proses sebesar 248,76 pt, untuk Life Cycle Impact Assessment Damage Category Human Health sebesar 4,8813 DAILY, Damage Category Ecosystem Quality sebesar 310,000 PDF*m2yr dan untuk Damage Category Resources 1615,646 MJ surplus. We report updated results for ɛK, the indirect CP violation parameter in neutral kaons, which is evaluated directly from the standard model with lattice QCD inputs. We use lattice QCD inputs to fix [see formula in PDF], and mc(mc). Since Lattice 2016, the UTfit group has updated the Wolfenstein parameters in the angle-only-fit method, and the HFLAV group has also updated |Vcb|. Our results show that the evaluation of ɛK with exclusive |Vcb| (lattice QCD inputs) has 4.0σ tension with the experimental value, while that with inclusive |Vcb| (heavy quark expansion based on OPE and QCD sum rules) shows no tension.

Sexuelle Aktivität entspricht einer leichten bis mittleren körperlichen Anstrengung und stellt für die meisten Patienten mit kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen kein relevantes Risiko dar. Bei Patienten mit schwerer Angina pectoris oder symptomatischer Herzinsuffizienz kann es allerdings im Zusammenhang mit sexueller Aktivität zu behandlungsbedürftigen Ischämien (koitale Angina) oder Dekompensationen kommen. Das absolute Risiko für einen Myokardinfarkt oder plötzlichen Herztod während oder unmittelbar nach sexueller Aktivität bleibt aber auch bei Hochrisiko-Patienten extrem gering. Hingegen leiden Patienten mit kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen überdurchschnittlich oft an sexueller Dysfunktion. Dies ist durch die allgemeine Schädigung des Gefäßsystems und der damit verbundenen endothelialen Dysfunktion bedingt. PDE-5 Inhibitoren haben in den letzten Jahren breite Anwendung in der Therapie der erektilen Dysfunktion gefunden. Die Sicherheit dieser Medikamente ist auch für Patienten mit koronarer Herzkrankheit oder Herzinsuffizienz gut belegt, sofern keine Begleitmedikation mit Nitraten besteht. Die gleichzeitige Einnahme von PDE-5 Inhibitoren und Nitraten jeglicher Art ist absolut kontraindiziert, da dies zu lebensbedrohlichen Hypotonien führen kann. Es ist daher entscheidend, insbesondere bei Patienten mit koitaler Angina, eine PDE-5 Inhibitor Einnahme zu erfragen bevor eine Nitrat-basierte antiischämische Therapie eingeleitet wird. Die von der Princeton Consensus Conference erarbeiteten Richtlinien bilden eine nützliche Basis zur Risikostratifizierung kardialer Patienten in Bezug auf sexuelle Aktivität und die Verwendung von PDE-5 Inhibitoren.

AbstractIn the development of mechatronic systems, it is important to differentiate the products to be developed from those of the competitors, but also from the own product generations already available on the market. However, there are uncertainties regarding the correct features to be differentiated from the customer and user perspective and how these features should be designed. Nevertheless, despite the high impact, decisions must be taken early in the development process. Within this publication, a method to support in this respect was derived based on the findings of the Model of PGE - Product Generation Engineering and the Kano-Model. Therefore, experienceable product features and reference system elements as characteristics of these are evaluated according to the Kano-Model and thus made comparable with regard to the customers and user satisfaction. The objective is to select the product features to be differentiated and the corresponding reference system elements in such a way that a desired level of customer and user satisfaction is achieved. In order to evaluate the method, it was applied in a real development project. It was found that the application of the method led to a reduction of the existing uncertainty.

PurposeIn this study, an integrative approach of customer satisfaction and cost of quality has been proposed for the value analysis of products based on a cost–benefit ratio.Design/methodology/approachFor the integrative approach, Kano and prevention-appraisal-failure (PAF) models have been applied. By the proposed approach, the value of products can be analyzed according to customer viewpoints and cost of quality. Four products of a home appliance company have been used to examine the new approach.FindingsFindings indicate the priorities of the studied products as stove, TV, fridge and washing machine, respectively. Such a set of prioritized products plays a strategic role in the competitive advantage of the studied company.Research limitations/implicationsIn this study, the weights of the cost of quality items have been assumed as equal. Also, the costs of quality items were limited to the most important ones at the studied company. However, more cost of quality items might be considered in different case studies.Originality/valueIn this study, the Kano and PAF models have been considered simultaneously for product value analysis from the viewpoint of customers. In addition to the classic method of value analysis which is merely based on previous events, the proposed approach is typically proactive.

Climate change causes the spread of non-vector diseases due to the influence of climate uncertainty. The elderly group, which is vulnerable, is affected by such disasters. Therefore, the objectives of this study were to forecast epidemic peaks of food poisoning, which was found as one of the re-emerging diseases in elderly people in Khon Kaen Province, Maha Sarakham Province, and Roi Et Province, which are in the Northeastern region of Thailand by using 2 types of Grey Model: GM(1,1) and Discrete Grey Model (DGM). The monthly rate of food poisoning incidence per 100,000 elderly people from January 2017 to December 2020 i.e., 48 months in total were used in the study. The study result revealed that the DGM had higher forecasting effectiveness than that of the GM(1,1) in all three provinces. The food poisoning incidences in elderly people were forecasted to re-emerge from August to September 2021 in Khon Kaen Province, from August to September 2022 in Maha Sarakham Province, and from May to June 2022 in Roi Et Province. Das Verhaltensdiagnostiksystem (VDS) ist das umfassendste weitverbreitete Diagnostiksystem der deutschsprachigen Verhaltenstherapie. Es kann auf 30 Jahre wissenschaftliche Entwicklung zurückblicken – beginnend mit dem VDS1-Fragebogen »Meine Lebensund Krankheitsgeschichte«, der VDS90 Symptomliste, dem VDS14-Interview zum Erheben des psychischen Befunds, dem VDS30-Fragebogen zur Erfassung dysfunktionaler Persönlichkeitszüge, weitergeführt mit den Fragebögen VDS27 bis VDS29, mit denen Grundbedürfnisse und Grundformen der Angst und der Wut erhoben werden, bis zur Erfassung der dysfunktionalen Überlebensregel mit dem VDS35 und dem VDS31 Fragebogen, der den sozio-emotionalen Entwicklungsstand nach Piaget und Kegan erhebt. Aufgrund seiner Zusammensetzung ermöglicht das Gasgemisch, die Prozessproduktivität und -stabiliät entscheidend zu verbessern.

Industri kreatif di Indonesia rata-rata memberikan kontribusi PDB sebesar 6,3 persen dari total PDB Nasional dengan nilai Rp. 104,6 triliun pada tahun 2002-2006. PDB industri kreatif saat ini masih didominasi oleh kelompok fesyen, kerajinan, periklanan dan desain. Menurut Menperin MS Hidayat, dari tujuh sektor industri kreatif yang ada, sektor andalan yang bisa terus tumbuh dan meningkatkan ekspor adalah industri fashion dan kerajinan serta komputer dan piranti lunak. Lebih jauh, ekspor industri fashion dan kerajinan mencapai 13 miliar dolar AS per tahun. Dengan peluang ekspor yang besar, maka kerajinan di bidang fashion di Kalimantan Timur seharusnya lebih dikembangkan. Kerajinan khas di Kalimantan Timur terdiri dari berbagai macam produk, baik batik, tenun, kerajinan kayu dan kerajinan lainnya. Di bidang fashion khususnya busana dan pelengkap busana yang banyak dibuat oleh UKM di Kalimantan Timur diantaranya adalah dari bahan batik dan tenun. Belum ada usaha untuk mengembangkan jenis bahan dan teknik yang lain yang bisa dijadikan sebagai diversifikasi produk kerajinan. Salah satu teknik yang bisa dikembangkan di Kalimantan Timur adalah teknik pewarnaan jumputan atau tie dye. Selain kurangnya diversifikasi dari sudut teknik pewarnaan, penggunaan jenis bahan, penggunaan pewarna alami belum banyak digunakan. Sehingga dilakukan penelitian Eksplorasi Pewarnaan Beberap Jenis Kain Menggunakan Pewarna Alami Jolawe dan Secang dengan Fiksasi Tawas, jeruk nipis dan baking soda. Metode yang dilakukan adalah eksperimen dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang didapat adalah pewarnaan pada jenis kain katun prima, hero/eru, mori, katun primis, mori (hulala), titoron, katun Jepang halus (Roberto) dan katun Jepang sedang (Kenter), penggunaan fiksator tawas adalah yang paling menghasilkan penyerapan warna yang baik, untuk pewarna alami secang, penggunaan fiksator jeruk nipis dan baking soda kurang direkomendasikan kecuali memerlukan tampilan merah muda ke arah kecoklatan untuk fiksator jeruk nipis dan merah muda dengan value rendah untuk fiksator baking soda dan penggunaan pewarna alami jolawe, untuk penggunaan fiksator jeruk nipis dan baking soda tidak disarankan.

ZusammenfassungSexuelle Funktionsstörungen stellen eine häufige unerwünschte Nebenwirkung von Psychopharmaka dar, bei männlichen Patienten treten insbesondere die Ejakulationsstörung und die erektile Dysfunktion auf. Trotz ihrer hohen Prävalenz werden sie in der psychiatrischen Diagnostik nicht ausreichend erfasst. Die medikamentöse Compliance kann durch diese Nebenwirkungen deutlich reduziert werden, insbesondere wenn die Patienten die psychotrope Medikation für ihre sexuellen Dysfunktionen verantwortlich machen. Pharmakainduzierte sexuelle Funktionsstörungen können in jeder Phase der menschlichen sexuellen Reaktion auftreten. Grundsätzlich ist zu beachten, dass der pharmakogene vom morbogenen Einfluss getrennt betrachtet werden muss und der Einfluss von Psychopharmaka alleine auf die Sexualität nicht überbewertet werden darf. Bei der Behandlung von antidepressiva-induzierter erektiler Dysfunktion haben sich PDE-5 Hemmer bewährt. Hinsichtlich neuroleptika-induzierter sexueller Funktionsstörungen kann ein Wechsel zu einem nicht-prolaktin erhöhenden Antipsychotikum hilfreich sein.

Bei angesehenen Forschern wie dem Altgermanisten Horst Brunner ist es durchaus begrüßenswert, wenn sie aus der Emeritierung rückblickend erneut eine Sammlung ihrer bedeutenden Studien vorlegen, vor allem wenn diese bisher in weniger zugänglichen Foren erschienen sind, vor allem wenn sich daraus ein thematisch geschlossener Komplex ergibt. Allerdings ist heutzutage die Zugänglichkeit für die meisten wissenschaftlichten Publikationen erheblich besser und leichter geworden, womit das Kriterium ‘entlegener Veröffentlichungsort’ nur noch relativ wenig besagen dürfte. Mittels Fernleihe kann doch heutzutage an jeder besseren Universität fast jede Publikation innerhalb von wenigen Tagen per PDF zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Brunners <?page nr="244"?>Untersuchungen, die hier noch einmal gedruckt werden, sind bisher in Festschriften, in Sammelbänden, dann aber auch in so angesehenen Zeitschriften wie der ZfdA (zwei) erschienen. Die Sammelbände hatten manchmal einen etwas lokaleren Zuschnitt, aber keiner davon wäre als obskur oder unzugänglich zu bezeichnen. Allerdings kommen hier noch einige Aufsätze dazu, die bisher noch nicht gedruckt worden waren, was insgesamt als eine gute Bereicherung angesehen werden dürfte.

ZusammenfassungIn der Therapie der pulmonalarteriellen Hypertonie (PAH) kommen zahlreiche Medikamentenklassen zum Einsatz, u. a. Endothelinrezeptorantagonisten (ERA) und Phosphodiesterase-5-(PDE-5-)Inhibitoren. In einem humanen Ex-vivo-Modell sollte überprüft werden, ob durch die Kombination zweier Substanzklassen ein höherer Effekt erzielt werden kann oder – bei gleichem Effekt – eine niedrigere Dosierung der Einzelsubstanzen ausreicht. Wir etablierten ein Organbadmodell, welches uns die In-vitro-Untersuchung der dosisabhängigen Effekte von ERA und PDE-5-Inhibitoren auf die durch Norepinephrin und Endothelin-1 induzierte Kontraktilität humaner Pulmonalgefäße sowie den Vergleich von Mono- und Dualtherapie ermöglichte. Auch wenn die Übertragung der Ex-vivo-Daten auf die Situation im Patienten mit Vorsicht erfolgen muss, so hat sich das Organbad dennoch als hilfreiches Instrument zur Evaluation der dosisabhängigen Effekte von ERA, PDE-5-Inhibitoren und deren Kombination erwiesen. Die Wirksamkeit der Kombinationstherapie und das Potenzial zur Dosisreduktion waren in diesem Modell abhängig von den verwendeten Konzentrationen und vom Einfluss der Vorerkrankungen auf die Blutgefäßfunktion. Diese Arbeit beschreibt die bisherigen und wichtigsten Ergebnisse unserer experimentellen Untersuchungen und gibt einen Ausblick auf zukünftige Projekte.

ZusammenfassungDas idiopathische Parkinson-Syndrom (IPS) geht mit einer Reihe nicht motorischer Phänomene einher. Dabei spielen Störungen der Sexualfunktion und des Sexualverhaltens eine wichtige Rolle, da sie oft mit einer Verschlechterung der Lebensqualität und Zufriedenheit in der Partnerschaft verbunden sein können. Bei männlichen Parkinson-Patienten stehen erektile Dysfunktion, Ejakulationsstörungen und vermindertes sexuelles Verlangen im Vordergrund, wohingegen Frauen von verminderter Libido, unzureichender vaginaler Sekretion und Dyspareunie berichten. Anpassung der medikamentösen Therapie kann beim Beischlaf störende motorische Phänomene des IPS erfolgreich behandeln. PDE-5-Inhibitoren sind zur Behandlung der erektilen Dysfunktion auch bei IPS wirksam. Bei bis zu 10% der Patienten führt die medikamentöse Parkinsontherapie zu Hypersexualität, was für den Patient und dessen Umfeld eine erhebliche Belastung darstellt und strafrechtliche Konsequenzen haben kann. Behandler sollten sowohl sexuelle Dysfunktion als auch Hyper-sexualität offensiv erfragen und das Bewusstsein für das Auftreten dieser Symptome schärfen, um frühzeitig intervenieren zu können.

There is a crucial need in Nigeria to enhance the development of wind technology in order to boost our energy supply. Adequate knowledge about the wind speed distribution becomes very essential in the establishment of Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS). Weibull Probability Density Function (PDF) with two parameters is widely accepted and is commonly used for modelling, characterizing and predicting wind resource and wind power, as well as assessing optimum performance of WECS. Therefore, it is paramount to precisely estimate the scale and shape parameters for all regions or sites of interest. Here, wind data from year 2000 to 2010 for four different locations (Port Harcourt, Ikeja, Kano and Jos) were analysed and the Weibull parameters was determined. The three methods employed are Mean Standard Deviation Method (MSDM), Energy Pattern Factor Method (EPFM) and Method of Moments (MOM) for estimating Weibull parameters. The method that gave the most accurate estimation of the wind speed was MSDM method, while Energy Pattern Factor Method (EPFM) is the most reliable and consistent method for estimating probability density function of wind. Abstract In an attempt to develop a better simulation of the climatology of monsoon precipitation in climate models, this paper investigates the impacts of different convective closures on systematic biases of an Indian monsoon precipitation climatology in a high-resolution regional climate model. For this purpose, the Weather Research Forecast (WRF) model is run at 45- and 15-km (two-way nested) resolution with three convective parameterization schemes, namely the Grell–Devenyi (GD), the Betts–Miller–Janjić (BMJ), and the Kain–Fritsch (KF), for the period 1 May–31 October 2001–07. The model is forced with the NCEP–NCAR reanalysis data as the initial and boundary conditions. The simulated June–September (JJAS) mean monsoon rainfall with the three convective schemes is compared with the observations. KF is found to have a high moist bias over the central and western coastal Indian region while GD shows the opposite. Among the three, BMJ is able to produce a reasonable mean monsoon pattern. In an attempt to get further insight into the seasonal bias and its evolution, the probability distribution function (PDF) of different rain-rate categories and their percentage contribution to the seasonal total are computed. BMJ and KF underestimate the observations for lighter rain rates and overestimate for rain-rate categories of more than 10 mm day−1. GD shows an overestimation for lighter rain and an underestimation of PDF for moderate categories. The seasonal patterns of evolution of PDF plots of three rain-rate categories are analyzed to determine whether the convective schemes show any systematic bias throughout the season or if they have problems during certain phases of the monsoon. This shows that the GD systematically overestimates the lighter rain rate and underestimates the moderate rain rate throughout the season, whereas BMJ and KF have problems in the initial stages. The heavy rain category is systematically overestimated by the KF compared to the other two. To further evaluate the proportionate contribution of each rain-rate bin to the total rain, the percentage contribution of each rain rate to the seasonal total is computed. Analyzing all the rain-rate simulations produced by the three schemes, it is found that KF has a moist bias and GD has a dry bias in the spatiotemporal distribution of the monsoon precipitation. Further, this paper investigates the causes behind the mean monsoon precipitation bias. It is shown that GD produces a model climate where the vertical velocity is less than that of the observations up to 500 hPa and the vertically integrated moist instability is also weaker. KF, on the other hand, shows a higher than the observed vertical velocity and a stronger moist instability. Along with this, the vertical profile of heating suggests a warmer middle level in the KF case and significantly reduced midlevel heating for GD. Thus, KF (GD) has produced a model atmosphere that has a stronger (weaker) convective instability to produce the observed bias in the model precipitation. BMJ is found to simulate a reasonable heating profile, along with the realistic moist instability and seasonal cycle of evaporation and condensation. Insight derived from the analysis is expected to help improve the convective parameterizations.

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) telah menjadi salah satu sektor strategis dalam mendukung perkembangan perekonomian domestik di Indonesia. Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak yang sangat signifikan bagi perekonomian Indonesia, terutama bagi para pelaku usaha mikro. Menurunnya pendapatan para pelaku usaha mikro karena berbagai masalah keuangan dan masalah non-keuangan yang muncul akibat pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak langsung pada penurunan PDB dan tingkat perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk menanggulangi permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku usaha mikro, pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM mengeluarkan program Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM). BPUM telah dilaksanakan dua kali yaitu, di tahun 2020 dan di tahun 2021. Berdasarkan efektivitas dari penggunaan dana BPUM dinilai telah efektif baik dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya maupun wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan. Meskipun demikian, penyaluran program BPUM masih memiliki beberapa masalah dikarenakan implementasi BPUM pada 2020 berorientasi pada kecepatan penyaluran, sehingga sangat mungkin terjadi ketidatepatan sasaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk mempelajari permasalahan penyaluran program BPUM serta memberikan alternatif terbaik berupa desain strategi dalam proses penyaluran BPUM. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode analisis Analytic Network Process (ANP). Melalui penelitian berikut, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan dalam proses penyaluran program BPUM diantaranya; penyaluran dana yang belum tepat sasaran, proses verifikasi data yang belum memadai, alur komunikasi satu arah, serta belum terintegrasinya informasi terkait program BPUM. Di sisi lain, penerima bantuan program BPUM juga belum mendapatkan pendampingan serta monitoring yang memadai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembobotan yang telah dilakukan, pemerintah daerah menjadi alternatif terbaik dalam penyaluran BPUM.

The model introduced in this paper is the first to propose a decentralized robust optimal scheduling of MG operation under uncertainty and risk. The power trading of the MG with the main grid is the first stage variable and power generation of DGs and power charging/discharging of the battery are the second stage variables. The uncertain term of the initial objective function is transformed into a constraint using robust optimization approach. Addressing the Decision Maker’s (DMs) risk aversion level through Conditional Value at Risk (CVaR) leads to a bi-level programming problem using a data-driven approach. The model is then transformed into a robust single-level using Karush–Kahn–Tucker (KKT) conditions. To investigate the effectiveness of the model and its solution methodology, it is applied on a MG. The results clearly demonstrate the robustness of the model and indicate a strong almost linear relationship between cost and the DMs various levels of risk aversion. The analysis also outlines original characterization of the cost and the MGs behavior using three well-known goodness-of-fit tests on various Probability Distribution Functions (PDFs), Beta, Gumbel Max, Normal, Weibull, and Cauchy. The Gumbel Max and Normal PDFs, respectively, exhibit the most promising goodness-of-fit for the cost, while the power purchased from the grid are well fitted by Weibull, Beta, and Normal PDFs, respectively. At the same time, the power sold to the grid is well fitted by the Cauchy PDF.

Die additive Fertigung schafft neue Gestaltungsfreiheiten. Im Rahmen des Prototypenbaus und der Kleinserienproduktion kann das Verfahren des selektiven Laserschmelzens genutzt werden. Die Verwendung in der Serienproduktion ist bisher aufgrund unzureichender Bauteilqualität, langen Anlaufzeiten sowie mangelnder Automatisierung nicht im wirtschaftlichen Rahmen möglich. Das Projekt „ReAddi“ möchte eine erste prototypische Serienfertigung entwickeln, mit der additiv gefertigte Bauteile für die Automobilindustrie wirtschaftlich produziert werden können. So far, it has not been economical to use it on a production scale due to insufficient component quality, long start-up times and a lack of automation. The project ReAddi aims to develop a first prototype series production to cost-effectively manufacture 3D-printed components for the automotive industry.

ZusammenfassungReize, wie sie die Hämostase aktivieren, lösen auch entzündungsspezifische Reaktionen aus. Eine Erklärung dafür liefern die vielfältigen Wechselwirkungen zwischen beiden Systemen; sie betreffen die beteiligten plasmatischen Faktoren einschließlich Regulationsproteinen, bestimmte Reaktionen und die daraus resultierenden Mediatorsubstanzen, durch die Zellen in den Ablauf einbezogen werden, die über Zytokine wiederum auf die Plasmafaktoren rückwirken können.Eine Schaltstelle der Wechselwirkungen ist die Kontaktphase der Gerinnung, über die Hämostase, Kallikrein-Kinin- und Renin-Angiotensin-Bildung, Komplement-Reaktion und Fibrinolyse/Proteolyse kurzgeschlossen sind; bei ihrer Aktivierung entstehen plasmatische und zelluläre Mediatoren, nämlich Kinine, Angiotensin, Anaphylatoxine, PAF, Prostazykline, Prostaglandine und Thromboxan, die das Entzündungsgeschehen bestimmen, das durch Infektionen noch verstärkt wird. Als Ergebnis kommt es zur Ansammlung von Phagozyten im Entzündungsfeld, die Proteinasen und O2-Radikale abgeben, die zur Aktivierung und zum Verbrauch von Gerinnungsfaktoren und vor allem der Regulationsproteine führen. Daher kommt es im Entzündungsgebiet zu einem Übergewicht von Proteinasen. Das Risiko eines Circulus vitiosus kann häufig durch die Substitution von Proteinaseninhibitoren durchbrochen werden.

Zusammenfassung. Hintergrund: In der Behandlung der persistierenden depressiven Störung (PDD) werden Psychotherapien mit interpersonellem Schwerpunkt empfohlen. Ein Beispiel dafür ist das Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP), was davon ausgeht, dass Menschen mit PDD zu einem präoperatorischen Denkstil neigen. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist herauszufinden, ob dieser Denkstil auch bei Menschen mit einer Panikstörung oder einem chronischen Rückenschmerz beobachtet werden kann. Methodik: In einer Studie wurden Patient_innen mit einer Panikstörung ( n = 20) verglichen mit Patient_innen mit einer depressiven Störung ( n = 20) und gesunden Kontrollen ( n = 20). In einer weiteren Studie wurden Patient_innen mit chronischem Rückenschmerz ( n = 30) verglichen mit gesunden Kontrollen ( n = 32). Alle Proband_innen wurden mit dem Lübecker Fragebogen Präoperatorisches Denken (LFPD) befragt. Daneben wurden die Angehörigen der Proband_innen gebeten, das Interaktionsverhalten der Probandin bzw. des Probanden mit dem Interpersonal Message Inventory (IMI) zu beurteilen. Ergebnis: Die erste Studie kam zu dem Ergebnis, dass sich nur die depressiven Patient_innen im LFPD signifikant von den gesunden Kontrollen unterschieden ( p < .001). In der Subskala „feindselig“ des IMI unterschieden sich die Kontrollen von beiden Patient_innengruppen, allerdings war nur der Befund für die Panikstörung signifikant ( p = .008). In der zweiten Studie unterschieden sich die Patient_innen mit der Schmerzstörung von den gesunden Kontrollen nur im Bezug auf die IMI Subskala „feindselig“ ( p = .005), aber nicht im LFPD. Schlussfolgerung: Das präoperatorische Denken wurde nur bei Patient_innen mit depressiver Störung beobachtet, obwohl die anderen beiden Patient_innengruppen von ihren Angehörigen ebenfalls als feindselig wahrgenommen wurden. Diese Befunde sprechen dafür, dass interpersonelle Defizite bei psychischen Störungen nicht immer auf das dem CBASP zugrundeliegende Modell des präoperatorischen Denkens zurückzuführen sind.

Isolation, identification and pathogenicity of fungal organisms responsible for the postharvest spoilage of sweet oranges, cucumber and lettuce at Sharada market in Kano metropolis, Nigeria was carried out in the present study. Samples showing symptoms of rot were collected from the retailers in the market and conveyed to the laboratory using polyethene bags. Small portion from rotten parts were cut and surface sterilized in 1% of Sodium hydrochloride and rinsed in several changes of sterile distilled water. They were plated on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) and observed for fungal growth. Identification was done macroscopically and microscopically. For pathogenicity test, healthy sweet oranges, cucumber and lettuce were plugged with pure cultures of the fungal isolates, thus, frequency of occurrence and disease severity of the pathogen were evaluated. Seven fungi namely Rhizopus spp., Aspergillus flavus, Mucor spp., Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger, Fusarium oxysporum, Rhizoctonia spp. and Fusarium oxysporum were isolated. Severity of decay ranged from 6.39–46.15% for all fungal isolates, while the controls showed 0%. Pathogenic microorganisms on fruits and vegetables are a potential health hazard to man and animals following ingestion. Proper handling from the farm as well as during storage and the avoidance of mixing of diseased ones with the healthy ones were identified as important factors in preventing loss and health complication at the event of consumption. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Hintergrund Eine Blockade von Immun-Escape-Mechanismen (z. B. PD1/PD-L1) mit Immun-Checkpoint-Inhibition (ICI) kann das Überleben von Patienten mit fortgeschrittenem NSCLC wesentlich verlängern und ausgeprägte Remissionen induzieren. Eine neoadjuvante ICI bei Patienten mit resektablem (UICC-Stadium III) oder oligometastasiertem (UICC-Stadium IVA) NSCLC wurde bisher kaum untersucht. Patienten/Methoden Es wurden Biopsien von Patienten mit lokal fortgeschrittenem oder oligometastasiertem NSCLC untersucht. Es erfolgte bei einer PD-L1-Expression > 50 %, gutem ECOG-Status und zu erwartender Operabilität die ICI-Applikation und nach ca. 4 Wochen die thoraxchirurgische OP. Alle Patienten erhielten ein komplettes Staging einschließlich PET-CT, cMRT und endobronchialem Ultraschall. Es wurden die Verträglichkeit, das radiologische und histologische Tumoransprechen und das chirurgische Outcome analysiert. Ergebnisse 4 Patienten (2 männlich, 2 weiblich, Alter 56–78 Jahre, n = 3 Adenokarzinom, n = 1 Plattenepithelkarzinom) erhielten präoperativ einen ICI. Alle Patienten hatten lokal fortgeschrittene Tumore, und die mediastinalen Lymphknoten waren in 3 Fällen positiv. Bei einem Patienten lag eine isolierte Hirnmetastase vor, welche stereotaktisch radiotherapiert wurde. Alle Patienten erhielten präoperativ komplikationslos 2–6 Zyklen eines ICI (3 × Pembrolizumab; 1 × Atezolizumab). Dies führte nicht zu einer Verzögerung der OP. Nach iRECIST zeigten 3 Tumore eine partielle response (PR), und ein Patient wies ein stable disease (SD) auf. Alle Tumore wurden komplett reseziert, und die OP erwies sich trotz inflammatorischer Veränderungen als technisch unproblematisch. Es gab keine behandlungsbezogene Morbidität oder Mortalität und keine perioperativen Komplikationen. In den Resektaten waren jeweils 2-mal ein komplettes pathologisches Ansprechen (CPR), Regressionsgrad III nach Junker, und 2-mal ein Regressionsgrad IIa nach Junker nachweisbar. Das mittlere Follow-up betrug 12 (1–24) Monate. Die PPR-Patienten entwickelten entweder Fernmetastasen nach 6 Monaten oder ein Lokalrezidiv nach 4 Monaten. Die CPR-Patienten sind bisher rezidivfrei. Schlussfolgerungen Eine neoadjuvante Therapie mit ICI ist gut verträglich und kann bei ausgewählten Patienten eine komplette Tumorremission induzieren. Die Behandlung hat keinen negativen Einfluss auf den chirurgischen Eingriff. Die Prognose ist vielversprechend bei CPR und eingeschränkt bei PPR.

Ergebnisse 4 Patienten (2 männlich, 2 weiblich, Alter 56 – 78 Jahre, n = 3 Adenokarzinom, n = 1 Plattenepithelkarzinom) erhielten präoperativ einen ICI. Alle Patienten hatten lokal fortgeschrittene Tumore, und die mediastinalen Lymphknoten waren in 3 Fällen positiv. Bei einem Patienten lag eine isolierte Hirnmetastase vor, welche stereotaktisch radiotherapiert wurde. Alle Patienten erhielten präoperativ komplikationslos 2 – 6 Zyklen eines ICI (3 × Pembrolizumab; 1 × Atezolizumab). Dies führte nicht zu einer Verzögerung der OP. Nach iRECIST zeigten 3 Tumore eine partielle response (PR), und ein Patient wies ein stable disease (SD) auf. Alle Tumore wurden komplett reseziert, und die OP erwies sich trotz inflammatorischer Veränderungen als technisch unproblematisch. Es gab keine behandlungsbezogene Morbidität oder Mortalität und keine perioperativen Komplikationen. In den Resektaten waren jeweils 2-mal ein komplettes pathologisches Ansprechen (CPR), Regressionsgrad III nach Junker, und 2-mal ein Regressionsgrad IIa nach Junker nachweisbar. Das mittlere Follow-up betrug 12 (1 – 24) Monate. Die PPR-Patienten entwickelten entweder Fernmetastasen nach 6 Monaten oder ein Lokalrezidiv nach 4 Monaten. Die CPR-Patienten sind bisher rezidivfrei. Schlussfolgerungen Eine neoadjuvante Therapie mit ICI ist gut verträglich und kann bei ausgewählten Patienten eine komplette Tumorremission induzieren. Die Behandlung hat keinen negativen Einfluss auf den chirurgischen Eingriff. Die Prognose ist vielversprechend bei CPR und eingeschränkt bei PPR.

Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Eine Blockade von Immun-Escape-Mechanismen (z. B. PD1 /PD-L1) mit Immun-Checkpoint-Inhibition (ICI) kann das Überleben von Patienten mit fortgeschrittenem NSCLC wesentlich verlängern und ausgeprägte Remissionen induzieren. Eine neoadjuvante ICI bei Patienten mit resektablem (UICC-Stadium III) oder oligometastasiertem (UICC-Stadium IVA) NSCLC wurde bisher kaum untersucht. Patienten/Methoden Es wurden Biopsien von Patienten mit lokal fortgeschrittenem oder oligometastasiertem NSCLC untersucht. Es erfolgte bei einer PD-L1-Expression > 50 %, gutem ECOG-Status und zu erwartender Operabilität die ICI-Applikation und nach ca. 4 Wochen die thoraxchirurgische OP. Alle Patienten erhielten ein komplettes Staging einschließlich PET-CT, cMRT und endobronchialem Ultraschall. Es wurden die Verträglichkeit, das radiologische und histologische Tumoransprechen und das chirurgische Outcome analysiert. Coherent optical fiber communications for data rates of 100Gbit/s and beyond have recently been studied extensively primarily because high sensitivity of coherent receivers could extend the transmission distance. Spectrally efficient modulation techniques such as M-ary quadrature amplitude modulation (M-QAM) can be employed for coherent optical links. The integration of multi-level modulation formats based on coherent technologies with wavelength-division multiplexed (WDM) systems is key to meet the aggregate bandwidth demand. This paper reviews coherent 16 quadrature amplitude modulation (16QAM) systems to scale the network capacity and maximum reach of current optical communication systems to accommodate traffic growth. Анотація У статті розглядається офіційне ставлення партійних, державних, громадських структур в Уманській окрузі до релігійних свят у 1923–1925 рр. Проаналізовані відповідні матеріали вміщені на сторінках газети «Робітниче-селянська правда» – органу Уманського окружного комітету КП(б)У і окрвиконкому Уманщини. Зроблено висновок, що в Уманській окрузі, як і загалом в радянській Україні у той період, відносно більш толерантне офіційне ставлення до релігії поєднувалося із подальшим насадженням нетерпимості до неї. Це досить виразно виявлялося в неприйнятті релігійних свят та всього пов’язаного з ними і вело до руйнації традиційних духовно-культурних цінностей тих релігійних конфесій, які були представлені у цьому регіоні. In order to investigate the tomographical structure of light pseudoscalar mesons, particularly, pion and kaon, we study the valence quark distribution function (PDF) and the generalized parton distributions (GPDs) using light-cone quark model (LCQM).

Anak-anak yang diasuh dalam panti asuhan adalah salah satu khalayak sasaran yang perlu untuk dibekali keterampilan guna dapat berkontribusi juga dalam industri kreatif mengingat di masa depannya mereka harus dapat menghidupi diri sendiri karena sebagian besar dari mereka sudah tidak mempunyai orang tua kandung yang dapat membimbing dan memberikan bantuan keuangan kepada mereka. Salah satu solusi yang diberikan adalah pelatihan pewarnaan kain menggunakan teknik jumputan sebagai salah satu bekal usaha. Belum pernah ada yang melakukan pelatihan pewarnaan kain dengan teknik jumputan untuk anak-anak UPTD (Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah) Panti Sosial Perlindungan Anak Dharma Samarinda. Pewarnaan jumputan pada kain dapat dijadikan sebagai produk fesyen dan menurut penelitian bahwa Pengembangan Industri Fesyen Sebagai Industri Kreatif Unggulan Untuk Mendorong Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia, menyimpulkan bahwa Industri fesyen adalah potensial dan menjadi unggulan bagi penyumbang PDB Indonesia dan sebagai penyedia lapangan kerja yang potensial sebagai solusi mengatasi jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia.(Riana,2012). Tahapan dalam pembuatan kain dengan pewarnaan teknik jumputan adalah sebagai berikut : Pelipatan kain, Pengikatan kain, Pencelupan zat pewarna, Pembukaan ikatan kain, Penjemuran,Kain jadi. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan sejumlah lima belas orang dengan umur sekitar 6 sampai dengan 17 tahun baik yang terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan. Peserta mengikuti pelatihan dengan semangat dan sudah menunjukkan bisa menghasilkan kain dengan teknik pewarnaan jumputan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini sudah dimasukkan beritanya ke surat kabar Samarinda Pos terbit pada Hari Selasa, 10 November 2020

Schon kurze Zeit, nachdem Freud die «Übertragung» als ein rätselhaftes Phänomen in der psychoanalytischen Therapie aufgefallen und sie damit zu einem ihrer «epistemologischen Gegenstände» geworden ist, wird sie zu einem «technischen Objekt» (Rheinberger). Dies geschieht durch eine Konzeptualisierung der Übertragung, die sie vom Widerstand gegen, in ein Instrument für die Psychoanalyse verwandelt. Dieser Prozess des Wechsels vom epistemischen zum technischen Objekt wiederholt sich im Laufe der Geschichte immer wieder: Neue Übertragungsformen tauchen zunächst als Problem auf und werden alsbald unter dem Begriff einer neuen Übertragungsform der psychoanalytischen Technik eingemeindet und als Instrument der Therapie verwendet.
