Full text"I think most of it are will, if you want enough then you can always learn" - A qualitative study on the conditions of knowledge sharing in the Swedish manufacturing industry. Our bachelor's thesis aims to contribute with increased knowledge and understanding about the conditions and obstacles that affect the knowledge sharing process. The theoretical frame of reference of the study is based on theories and previous research regarding knowledge as a concepts, conditions and factors that influence knowledge sharing and Knowledge Management. The theoretical frame of reference has been developed and revised during the study based on the empirical material similar to the abductive approach. The method of the study was of a qualitative nature with semi-structured interviews as a method of data-collection in which six (6) out of eleven (11) respondents from a department in the studied organization participated. The results of the study show that organizational conditions, relationships, and organizational culture have a strong impact on the ability to share knowledge and in cases where the conditions are not favorable, the process is significantly hindered. The study shows that knowledge sharing is strongly influenced by social factors linked to employees' relationships and that the interpersonal context is of central importance. Furthermore, it emerges that the absence of Knowledge Management is a clear barrier to knowledge sharing, which highlights the need for knowledge sharing to be led through active Knowledge Management.

Owing to the growing number of Chinese internet users and the gradual maturation of network techniques, the CNNIC provided the “China network shopping marketing research report in 2009”, and the data shows that network shopping marketing in China contains considerable development space and is full of potential commercial opportunities, and thus numerous network shopping owners plan to develop the China market during 2010. Because most countries regard China as a crucial market with enormous potential, network shopping owners with strong competitiveness, including in terms of information integration, product diversification, marketing approaches, cash flow, and material flow, plan to extend their network shopping business to the Chinese market, and thus must understand customer requirements in relation to network shopping in China. In terms of customer expectations regarding network shopping services in China, this study found the precise network shopping platform service quality that customers demand in China using the Kano Model. According to the analytical results obtained using the Kano Model, this study understands the importance of applying quality function deployment to accompany the response strategies, and quality function deployment (QFD) can be a standard model for network shopping owners or others who decide to operate network shopping platforms in China. The research comprises two stages. Zeithaml, Parasuraman & Malhotra(2000) offered online service quality and e-SERVQUAL as basic data for editing the service quality questionnaire and classified network service quality using the Kano Model and also calculated quality satisfaction. This study takes the analytical results as a basis for applying the second stage of quality function deployment to customer requirements and priorities. During the second stage, this study transforms customer demands obtained from the Kano Model into technical and managerial requirements via Quality Function Deployment. This approach enables entrepreneurs to establish a network shopping platform that meets client needs and satisfies their requests.

Alongside the overall increase in movie-goers, the deep influence of mainstreamfilms within the audience can be observed in the adoption of the disseminated social values by the general public. This is especially obvious in blockbusters that have obtained extreme success in the box office. The location in which the film was made, the equipment that was used, the apparel and places the characters visited all become secondary focuses of its popularity; creating a unique surge of film tourism. In sight of such a phenomenon, it became apparent that films have become a new gateway to a new form of tourism and merchandising. To fulfill the ever heightened expectations of visitors, the necessity to understand the needs of the public becomes an essential factor in the development of film-related tourism merchandise. Therefore, in order to understand what sorts of film-related tourism merchandise attracts the interests of potential visitors, especially considering their high expectations in product quality; this research used the Evaluation Grid Method theory from Preference-Based Design and the Kano quality model. It also includes 10 interviews with tourists that are highly involved in film-related tourism products and 403 valid questionnaires for this two-phased study.Research result shows: 1.The attractiveness factor consisted of 24 product originality factors, 42 abstract attractiveness factors and 63 concrete attractiveness factors. Amongst the choices, participants felt the most connection with the actual movie, film location and tourist attraction sites. 2.Visitors who were high level participants in cinematic tourism products had a higher possibility to be attracted by cinematic tourism products. 3.The gender, age, education level and occupation of visitors were obvious factors in determining a visitor’s level of participation in cinematic tourism products. 4.The age and education level of a visitor will cause a difference in their level of attraction to cinematic tourism products. 5.There are three major key quality factors found in cinematic tourism industry: 1) core knowledge, 2) in-depth experience and 3) high-end aesthetics; there are 7 categories that reside under attractivenesstic qualities. 6.Different types of visitors have different acknowledgements of the various services found within the cinematic tourism industry. This would vary depending on whether or not the visitor has seen the movie or have participated in any movie related activities or not. 7.As for quality improvement markers to raise overall satisfactory levels, there are a few points that could be of importance. Points such as the general planning of visitor circulation routes both inside and outside the venues, the beautification of related installations, the management of space and atmosphere aesthetics and respect for historical values and personal experience factors. Also, it is important to improve the references to both local and city lifestyles including cultural specificities (example: relics, music, apparel and cultural customs). This research clearly identified the attractiveness factor of KANO’s cinematic tourism products and also the various needs from different types of visitors towards the cinematic tourism industry. With this study, it can reduce future assessment time for evaluations on cinematic tourism product developments and their visitors. It is provided as reference to cinematic tourism related industries and other marketing research. Further suggestions for improvement made to KANO cinematic tourism products and the future of Taiwan’s cinematic tourism recommendations can be used as future research references for government policies.

Everyone hopes to choose a good airliner as a good journey start in planning his/ her travel. In addition to traditional airliners, low-cost carriers(LCC) have already become a new choice for travelers. According to The Ministry of Transportation in Taiwan, LCC business is expanding rapidly these days, and this has some influence on the operation model for aviation business. Despite some negative reports about the service of LCC, this research aims at disclosing the attractive and contributing factors that make LCC popular. In this study, data about LCC consumers’ decision making factors in the form of eWOM are collected via Nvivo 10, and then the relation between the attention degree and consumer’s demand expression is analyzed under Importance-Performance Analysis Model (IPA model). As to consumer’s classification on the LCC service quality characteristics and attributes, Kano’s two-dimensional quality model is adopted. As a result, two leading service quality factors are explored to bring implications and suggestions on the marketing strategies for LCC industry Convenience sampling strategy is adopted in this study and the samples are consumers having flight experience with LCC. Both hard copy questionnaires collected in Taoyuan International Airport and web platform questionnaires are collected. The data were collected during 20 April 2016 through 30 April 2016; 335 valid samples to the total of 380 are collected with 83% effective response rate. The findings about service quality improvement factors from IPA model include “broadcasting clearness” and “ Language proficiency of the flight attendants” while 7 factors are identified from Kano model; namely, “ booking schedule changeability”, “refund policy”, “ outside foods permit”, “flight schedule varieties”, “flight routes availability”, “comfortable cabin seats” and “comfortable cabin environment”. Implications and suggestion to the improvement of service quality of LCC are discussed.

Objectives: 1. To explore the levels of the work stress that nursing staffs in the appointed hospitals of infection control. 2. To compare the differences of the work stress that nursing staffs in the appointed hospitals of infection control in personality aspect 3. To compare the differences of the work stress that nursing staffs in the appointed hospitals of infection control in different works 4. To explore the correlation between the personality of the nursing staffs in the appointed hospitals of infection control and the levels of work stress. 5. To establish the predictors for the nursing staffs’ work stress in the appointed hospitals of infection control Methods: The study design is a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. The work stress scale applied in this study, was published in 1996 by clinical nursing staffs’ work pressure scale that Min-Feng, Wu. It contains five different aspects: job itself, administrative management, relationship with people, work environment, and knowledge and skills. The questionnaire’s content validity was examined and corrected by five experts and the result of reliability analysis was also protested. Cronbach’s αare 0.94 and 0.88 respectively, which showed that it had a good performance in internal consistency reliability. The subjects of this research are all the clinical nursing staffs in the appointed hospitals of infection control in Kao-Ping district. The questionnaire is a pencil and paper survey, all the data is primary data. The total number of questionnaires that were sent out were 365 and 325 of them were responded. The response rate of questionnaire was 89.04%. After excluding the invalid questionnaires with uncompleted answers or incorrect ways to answer questions, 308 valid questionnaires (84.4%) were obtained. The data had been collected from Jan 10th, 2006 to Feb 25th, 2006. Results: 1. A large number (43.2%) of the nursing staffs in the appointed hospitals of infection control is between ages 20 to 30. 68.8%, and the staffs have the average age of 35.0 and a under college education background. The percentage of the staffs with religion belief is 66.9%. 58.1% of the staffs are married. The percentage of the staffs with children is 53.2%. A large number (36.7%) of the staffs have 6-15 years working experiences in nursing. 74.4% of the staffs work as nurses and have average 12.4 years working experiences. 24% of the staffs serve in internal medicine departments. 54.2% of the staff has fixed shifts. 2.The overall level of the work stress that the nursing staff in the appointed hospitals of infection control feels is in the medium range (the target score is 55 out of 220). The rankings of the five different kinds of stress that the staffs feel are listed as follow: first, relationship with people (target mark 71); second, work itself (target mark 60); third, work environment (target mark 54); fourth, administrative management (target mark 53), followed by knowledge and skills (target mark 50). 3.Age in the average stress in work itself and in knowledge and skill reaches an significant difference (F=5.29, p=0.00; F=4.21, p=0.05), which shows that the work stress that the staffs at the ages of 31-40 below is heavier than the staffs above 41 years old. The average stress of overall work in working experience and working department reaches an significant difference (F=4.46,p=0.01;F=2.36,p=0.05),the staffs with 6-15 years working experience suffers heavier work stress than the staffs with 1-5 and 16 above years working experience. The staffs work in internal medicine departments, surgical departments, children & women departments, and emergency and critical care medicine departments suffers heavier work stress than the ones in other departments. The average pressure of administrative management in education background reaches an significant difference (t=-2.89,p=0.004). It shows that the staffs with a university and above degree is under heavier stress than the one holds a under college degree. The average work stress itself in position reaches a significant difference (F=3.07,p=0.05). The nurse practitioner feels more stressed than the nurses. The average stress of personality in working shift reaches an significant difference (F=12.72,p=0.00. The staffs with no fixed shift has heavier stress than the ones has. The average of work stress in having children or not, having religion belief or not and marriage situation reaches no significant difference. 4.Personality and overall work stress reaches an obviously positive correlation 0.45(p=0.00); the percentage of total variance explained by work stress is 20.5%(R2); regression coefficient is 0.453. These results show that the higher score a person got in personality scale (type A behavior tendency), he/she has heavier work pressure (t=8.88, p=0.00). Conclusion and Suggestion: 1. Due to the reason that none of the appointed hospitals of infection control has occurred epidemic; therefore, those hospitals still maintain their function and their role as community hospitals. For this reason, the nursing staffs’ overall level of work stress is not fairly high. However, in order to raise the staffs’ stress control ability for the sudden epidemic of disease and the ability to adapt the change of the environment and the social structure, training courses for easing stress should be paid attention to and be set into action. Therefore, the health of the staff’s body and spirit can be improved and the service that they offer can be better. 2. Personality is ranked no.1 among the five different kinds of stress; hence, the establishments of a good organization management and a communication channel in the organization are suggested. These two methods can be used to improve staff’s interactions with each other to make a better relationship. 3. For those whose personalities toward type A are suggested to take the advantage of stress management, and use leisure activities to ease their anxiety. Key Words: hospitals of infection control, nursing staffs, work stress, personality

In recent years, the rise of social media drives business opportunities. Through the power of the social media to create a type of consumption ─Group-buying. However, most of the e-commerce of social media lack of systematic logistics, financial flows and information flow, they need to spend lots of time processing by human. This study is explored the economy of the closed- social- medial of fan groups. The closed- social- medial of fan groups likes the e-commerce type of C2C, seller on the closed- social- medial of fan groups have to own business and attract customers by themselves, it is like the traditional shopping. In addition, consumers can get low price on the fan groups because the price is not public and using manual work to reduce the cost. The economy of the fans group is underground economy, it’s just like the night market, it is not easy to show the data of benefits and tax collection. The culture had formed gradually and the member had increased sharply. It is necessary to be explored and planning. Based on the analysis of the current situation, we proposed three planning models: Set up the Integration model about the channel and stock. Set up the Integration model about the order of the suppler and the consumer. To analyze the logistics, financial flows and information flow. This study compares As-I and To-Be with respect to these three parts respectively, and puts forward the corresponding planning and suggestions. This study also developed a preliminary version of the Web and APP up to the community buy platform for testing and validation results. This study according to the D&M IS success Model, which is the three service levels of system quality, information quality and service quality. Then use the Kano two-dimensional service model to survey user satisfaction.

In order to promote the reshaping of local industry, government of Penghu County launched a three-year project, “Assistance for localized Industry of Silver Herring in Basha Township, Penghu County ” through the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration for Expansion of Local Industries in 2008. Combined with local opinions and cultural characteristics, the project seeks to improve product quality, to establish brands by implementing resource integration, and to achieve sustainability for silver herring industry. In this research, we developed a conceptual framework and designed a questionnaire from previous studies around “localized industry” and “retail channel”. We then utilized the refined Delphi method to achieve consensus on critical success factors, and used FPR to quantify/assess and identify the critical success factors of the consumption of local specialty. And finally, we combined the refined Kano and IPA model for cross-analysis to find out the key factors in customer satisfaction and service quality. The research targets employers and employees of well-known local specialty stores and experienced consumers. Because the data are collected from professional opinions, the implementation of Delphi method can improve the accuracy of the research. According to our research, the factors that falls into the first quadrant “Keep up the Good Work” includes “Transaction Time”, “Personalized Service”, “Salespersons’ Attitude”, “Timely Response” and “Privacy”. One-dimensional factors includes “Process Convenience”, “Pick up / Transportation Convenience”, “Brand Characteristics”, “Waiting Time”, “Brand Awareness”, and “Distribution Services”. The factors that falls into the fourth quadrant "Concentrate Here" are “Operating Hours” and “Fresh”, which should be improved first to increase customer satisfaction. The finding suggests that to improve business performance, business owner may begin with improving product information, improving convenience of transport, targeting different (ethnic) groups, establish brand image, and reducing risk.

Objectives: Non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is considered as low risk ACS. The long-term therapy focuses on antiplatelet agents, such as clopidogrel, aspirin, or combination. Some studies have proved the combination therapy was better than mono-therapy, but some have showed the opposite evidence. This study aims to analyze what factors can reduce the recurrence of disease with the local data. Methods: This study was an observational and retrospective cohort study using the healthcare claims data in Taiwan, which includes 473 patients with low risk of acute coronary syndrome enrolled from National Health Insurance data of Kao-ping area from April, 2004 to March, 2007. Inclusion criteria: use of clopidogrel, aspirin or both, and intersect with the primary outcomes which were defined by ICD-9 code (ICD: 410~414). Exclusion criteria: with cardiac surgery during hospitalization, uncontrolled hypertension and routine use of anticoagulants before included. Then the Kaplan-Meier estimate was used to evaluate the difference of survival rate in three groups (clopidogrel, aspirin, and combine). Cox regression and Multiple logistic regression were also used to detect the real variables that influenced the survival rate. Results: All patients were divided into three groups: clopidogrel alone (N=228), aspirin alone (N=195) and clopidogrel plus aspirin (combined therapy, N=50). In survival analysis, the combination therapy was not better than clopidogrel or aspirin alone (P=0.2091 for clopidogrel, P=0.8336 for aspirin). In other analysis about the risk factors of the disease, patients with heart failure (HF) and Diabetes Mellitus (DM) had higher risk ratio (RR=1.52, P=0.0031; RR=1.41, P=0.0345 respectively) than those without comorbidity. Conclusion: Combine therapy (dual-antiplatelets) was not better than clopidogrel alone or aspirin alone in the study period. Other risk factors about disease recurrence were HF and DM. Other beneficial factors about disease recurrence were concurrent use of calcium channel blocker (CCB), revascularization and prolong use of antiplatelet agents.
