Abstract:
Das bereits in Bachs Kantate BWV 134 angelegte dialogische Prinzip verschärft die Kölner Schriftstellerin Carola Moosbach in ihrem poetischen Kommentar zu konfrontativ gegeneinander gesetzten Aussagen von lapidarer Kürze. Diese werden in der Vertonung auf den zunächst ausschließlich einstimmig singenden Chor und die beiden Solisten verteilt. Die schroffe Gegenüberstellung kurzer, sich inhaltlich im Widerspruch zueinander befindlicher Phrasen wird auch von der Komposition durch starke Kontraste vollzogen. Jedoch werden die einzelnen Abschnitte, die den Gedichtzeilen entsprechen, im weiteren Verlauf zunehmend länger; die Wechsel zwischen den verschiedenen musikalischen Charakteren erfolgen daher in größeren Abständen. So nimmt die letzte Textzeile, an der Chor und Solisten gemeinsam beteiligt sind, mehr als ein Drittel der gesamten Spieldauer von gut sechs Minuten in Anspruch. Das dialogische Prinzip wird in einigen (vorrangig) rein instrumentalen Abschnitten auch auf die Gegenüberstellung von Bläsern und Streichern übertragen, die im raschen Wechsel agieren. Zu Johann Sebastian Bachs Vorlage hat die Komposition keinerlei konzeptionelle oder motivische Berührungspunkte. In zweierlei Hinsicht wird dies besonders deutlich: 1. Die Orgel pausiert die meiste Zeit, sie ist also kaum Continuoinstrument. Ihr erster Einsatz findet erst zu Beginn des ausgedehnten Schlussabschnitts statt, dann aber solistisch. 2. Im Gegensatz zu seinen meisten anderen Kantaten verzichtet Bach in BWV 134 auf einen Choral. Durch die Entscheidung, den Schlussabschnitt als Choralfantasie über „Christ ist erstanden“ (EG 99) zu gestalten, wird im vorliegenden Kantatensatz der im poetischen Kommentar kaum greifbare Bezug zu Ostern wesentlich verstärkt. Abstract:
Stressrelaterade sjukdomar är ett aktuellt problem i Sverige idag. Dessa sjukdomar kan uppkomma när höga krav kombineras med bristande resurser inom arbetet. Hög arbetsbelastning och stress är ett vanligt förekommande problem bland chefer. Klubbchefers arbetssituation är ett relativt outforskat område. Syftet med studien är därför att undersöka hur klubbchefer inom föreningar med elitverksamhet upplever och hanterar sin arbetssituation utifrån arbetskrav och arbetsresurser. För att besvara syftet har sex semistrukturerade intervjuer genomförts med klubbchefer från svenska superligan i innebandy. Resultatet från studien visar att klubbcheferna beskriver kraven i arbetet som höga och arbetsresurserna som goda. Utifrån resultatet och tidigare forskning verkar undersökningspersoner ha tillräckligt med resurser i arbetet för att möta de höga kraven. För att hantera svårigheter kopplat till arbetet tolkar jag att klubbcheferna främst använder sig av problemfokuserade strategier.

Abstract:
Using solar energy is clearly an important part of creating a sustainable future. Thats exactly what the small company Absolicon Solar Collectors placed in Härnösand thinks and carries through. By developing and manufacturing concentrated solarcollectors with a complete runningcentral for producing steam intended for industrial purpose are they pushing the technology and industry forward. They have so far manufactured small volumes of pilot plants but will now have the ability to manufacture larger volumes. To accomplish that they will have to be able to speed up the manufacturing process regarding some of the processes in the manufacturing line. As a part of the first station in the line will they need a method to semi automatically bend the two longest edges of the collector. It is this method this thesis is all about. A functional prototyp is also a part of the desired result. Roll forming became the method of choice. After choosing method was a small research around the subject accomplished containing visits at companies and literature studying. The demands of the curvature of the bends were also more closely investigated to get a better grip of the demands on the roll forming mill. Rollforming is an effective way to change the profile of steel plates and strips. The higher rollspeed the faster rollforming. By calculating tension and elongation of the steel or by testing can the number of passes and the length of the mill be determined. In the part theory of the report is essential theory and rules regarding roll forming compiled for simple calculations and general understanding of some of aspects in roll and mill design. In the part method of the report is the work regarding planning and contructing the two hand made prototypes. Prototype one is manufactured for the purpose of testing stands, shafts and rolls. Derived from the results of testing prototype one is the final prototype constructed and made. The work is resulting in a final prototype containing two passes which is not producing the desired final bend angle but the function of the roll forming as a method can still be validated and presented. The steel strip is easily by hand dragged trough the mill and no defects or other problem were encountered. The final prototype is not fully meeting the demands of the final bend angle due to the short deadline it was made in. Two more passes are still needed do be added for the final angle. As a conclusion is roll forming as a method really suitable for this bending operation because of its simplicity, low cost, small physicall measurments and high forming speed.

Abstract:

Tidigare studier har visat att bristen på strukturell empowerment på vårdavdelning ofta leder till försämrad personalhälsa, sämre arbetsmiljö och mindre samarbete med kollegor samt högre grad av utmattningssymtom. Syftet med studien var att beskriva vårdpersonalens upplevelse av strukturell empowerment vid en akut kirurg- och ortopedavdelning, samt att undersöka om det finns några skillnader mellan sjuksköterskors och undersköterskors skattning av strukturell empowerment. Ytterligare ett syfte var att beskriva vårdpersonalens upplevelse av arbetstillfredsställelse samt att reliabilitetstesta ett instrument som mäter strukturell empowerment. Data gällande strukturell empowerment samlades in med instrumentet Condition of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire (CWEQ och CWEQ II) och data gällande arbetstillfredsställelse samlades in med en studiespecifik fråga. Femtioen enkäter delades ut, 43 personer svarade vid första mätningen och 39 personer vid andra mätningen. Huvudresultatet visade att personalens upplevelse av strukturell empowerment var medelmåttig. Sjuksköterskor skattade strukturell empowerment statistiskt signifikant högre jämfört med undersköterskor. Åttioen procent (n 35 av 43) av personalen upplevde arbetstillfredsställelse som bra eller mycket bra. Instrumentets reliabilitet, test-retest var r 0,40-0,86 och Cronbach Alpha 0,57-0,91. Slutsatserna är att personalen upplevde medelmåttig strukturell empowerment och att psykometriska data, test-retest och Cronbach Alpha, för den Svenska versionen av CWEQ och CWEQ II är i stort acceptabla.

Das 13. Internationale Oberflächenkolloquium war das erste Treffen in der neuen Veranstaltungsreihe Industry meets standardization and science (IMSAS), mit dem ein Forum für Entwickler, Fertigungstechniker, Normungsexperten und Wissenschaftlern geschaffen werden soll. Vom 12. bis zum 14. März 2012 haben wir in diesem Rahmen über das Thema Kanten und Radien informiert. Viele internationale Normen existieren bereits zur Spezifikation und Verifikation. In einigen Bereichen sind diese Festlegungen jedoch noch lückenhaft. Kanten und Radien sind dafür ein perfektes Beispiel. Default Angaben zu Toleranzzonen und Verifikationsfestlegungen zur Extraktion, Filterung und Assoziation werden benötigt, um Spielräume bei der Interpretation und Bewertung auszuschließen und die Funktion eindeutig beschreiben zu können. Unsere Ziele für das Kolloquium waren die Einführung der neuen Veranstaltungsreihe IMSAS, die Information der Teilnehmer über den aktuellen Stand der Normung auf dem Gebiet von Kanten und Radien, die Präsentation von Problemstellungen und aktuell verfügbaren Lösungen zu diesem Thema und die Ableitung des zukünftigen Normungs- und Entwicklungsbedarfs auf diesem Gebiet. Das Kolloquium wurde vom Institut für Fertigungsmesstechnik und Qualitätssicherung IFMQ (Prof. M. Dietzsch und Dr.-Ing. Sophie Gröger ) der Technischen Universität Chemnitz in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Normungsauschuss Technische Grundlagen (NA 152) (J. Zymnossek) des Deutschen Instituts für Normung (DIN) organisiert.

Abstract:
An ethnographic case study was conducted in three villages in Mali (West Africa) to determine the perceptions of woman producers of shea butter toward the introduction of new technologies to save labor input in processing and improving quality of shea butter. During the in-depth interviews conducted, most of the participants said they would be grateful for the technologies, but are facing economic and external market information constraints. A few of the participants still believe that manual churning provides good quality even though it is labor intensive. Participants prefer using visual aids in farmer-to-farmer training because they believe this will be more effective and the knowledge gained will be sustainable.

Vi konstaterar i denna studie att chefer är aktörer för verkställandet av jämställdhet till reella handlingar till följd av att det finns lagkrav på arbetsgivare att arbeta för att främja jämställdhet. Det som görs beträffande jämställdhet av chefer i organisationer idag kan förklaras som ojämställt därför undersöker denna studie; hinder, utmaningar och möjligheter i chefers verkställande av jämställdhet, vilket mynnar ut i följande problemformulering: Vilka hinder, utmaningar och möjligheter upplever chefer i sitt lagstadgade arbete med att verkställa och göra jämställdhet? Syfte: Denna studie syftar till att genom ett aktörs- och verksamhetsnära perspektiv, undersöka chefers lagstadgade arbete i att verkställa jämställdhet samt vilka hinder och utmaningar jämställdhetsarbete består av, genom tre feministiska teoribildningar presenterade av Kanter, Butler och Cavarero samt vad jämställdhetsarbete definieras som. Metod: Studien har genomförts med kvalitativ metod genom sex intervjuer med sju informanter i skilda branscher i Västra Götalandsregionen. Empiriska resultat och tolkning: Trots varierande förutsättningar i de olika branscherna studien undersöker, förekommer gemensamma karaktärsdrag. Informanterna i studien lägger vikt vid att strukturer i organisationen bör skapa jämställda möjligheter i karriären för såväl kvinnor som män. Samtliga informanterna anser att en jämn könsfördelning berikar arbetsgruppen genom att utöka med flera perspektiv. Ledarskapet är av stor vikt vid verkställandet av jämställdhet. Slutsatser: Hinder och utmaningar för jämställdhet utgörs av såväl strukturella- som könsbarriärer. Ett relationellt och individanpassat ledarskap öppnar upp för möjligheter av jämställdhet.
Background: Earlier studies illustrate how gender equality does not become real acts in organizations. We note in this study that executives are actors of the implementation of gender equality into real actions as a result of the legal requirements for employers to work to promote gender equality. What is being done about gender equality by managers in organizations today can be explained as gender inequality, hence this study examines; obstacles, challenges and opportunities in managers' implementation of gender equality, which emerges in the following problem formulation: What obstacles, challenges and opportunities do executives experience in their statutory work on implementing and equality? Purpose: This study aims at investigating the legislative work of managers in implementing gender equality and the obstacles and challenges of gender equality work through three feminist theories presented by Kanter, Butler and Cavarero, as well as what gender equality work is defined as. Method: The study has been conducted with qualitative method through six interviews with seven informants in different industries in the region of Västra Götaland, Sweden. Empirical results and interpretation: Despite the varied conditions in the different industries the study examines, there are common characteristics. The informants in the study emphasize that structures in the organization should create equal opportunities in the career of both women and men. All informants believe that an even gender structure enriches the working group by expanding with several perspectives. Leadership is of great importance in the implementation of gender equality. Conclusions: Obstacles and challenges for gender equality consist of both structural and gender barriers. Relational and individualized leadership opens for opportunities for gender equality.

Abstract:
Women in the Armed Forces all over the world are in minority in general. In the Swedish Armed Forces only 7% of the officers are female and for every hierarchal step the percentage decreases. The aim of this study is to increase the knowledge of genderrelations in maledominated organizations where a pressure exists to change these relations. The study focuses on how these relations influence women´s oppertunitys in making a career. The study is conducted through a survey where women and men are asked questions designed after Joan Acker´s theory of “Doing gender” and Rosabeth Moss Kanter´s theory of empowerment.  The result of this study shows that women and men choose to make a career for mostly the same reasons but have different opinions of the possibilities for men and women. According to Kanter´s theory of empowerment this can be explained by the social networks that men have but women are excluded from. Also the opinions of equal presuppositions diverse between men and women and through the lens of Acker´s theory of gendered organizations this is due to the day-to-day practices where women are deviant from the male norm and also from being absent from work when having children.

Sammanfattning Föreliggande studie syftar till att, utifrån socialsekreterarnas erfarenheter, identifiera eventuella svårigheter med barnperspektivet som kan ha format deras beaktande av det vid handläggningen av ekonomiskt bistånd. Datainsamlingen gjordes genom kvalitativa, halvstrukturerade, intervjuer med fem socialsekreterare som arbetar med handläggning av ekonomiskt bistånd. Ur resultatet kunde fyra svårigheter kopplat till barnperspektivet urskiljas, vilka sammanställdes under följande spänningsfält: Tillit - kontroll; Föräldrarnas yttersta ansvar - Barnets situation; Generella riktlinjer - individuella bedömningar; Teori - praktik. Dessa har format socialsekreterarnas möjligheter att beakta barnperspektivet genom att de antingen känt sig begränsade eller stärkta i sina handlingsutrymmen. Makt- och rollteorier har använts i analysen för att möjliggöra en förståelse av socialsekreterarnas beaktande av barnperspektivet. Handlingsutrymme fick en övergripande funktion i analysen.
