Ce texte présente les retours d’expérience de jeunes Kanaks de Nouvelle-Calédonie en formation aux métiers de la mine dans les cégeps de Rouyn et de Sept-Îles. Le but des entretiens réalisés avec ces jeunes autochtones était de recueillir le versant subjectif d’une expérience de formation à l’étranger. Ces témoignages livrent les répercussions individuelles d’un climat économique, politique et social vécu comme incertain. Sont ainsi tracés les contours de la nouvelle condition salariale qui s’offre à une génération dont le destin est lié au développement de l’activité autour du nickel. La réflexion suscitée par l’expérience canadienne donne l’occasion de revenir sur leurs parcours scolaires antérieurs en Nouvelle-Calédonie et éclaire d’un jour nouveau le choix collectif qui se pose aujourd’hui au peuple kanak, entre lutte pour l’indépendance d’une future Kanaky et stratégie de défense des droits autochtones.

Abstract:
This article interrogates both the legal and social identities of Japanese-Melanesians (or ‘Nippo-Kanaks’) residing in the Free French territory of New Caledonia at the beginning of the twentieth century to the years following the Second World War. The first part of the article details how, fearing an imminent Japanese attack on New Caledonia after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the French Empire began the process of deporting nearly all Japanese emigrants residing throughout New Caledonia to Australian internment camps on 8 December 1941. French officials in New Caledonia sequestered all property belonging to the Japanese émigré community, and later sold it to the French public. Nippo-Kanaks, who were children at the time of the incarceration and deportation of their Japanese fathers, maintained a problematized legal identity as Japanese nationals residing in Pacific French territory. Although the French Empire granted French citizenship to mixed race Kanaks in 1946, French authorities in New Caledonia specifically denied French citizenship to Nippo-Kanaks, who then had to petition for French naturalization. The second part of this article interrogates the social identity of Nippo-Kanaks viewed from the perspective of Jeannette Yokoyama, a second-generation Nippo-Kanak whose Japanese father was deported to Australia. Yokoyama’s father was forcibly repatriated to Japan after the Second World War, but by writing letters he maintained communication with his family in New Caledonia. The letters that Jeannette received from her father allowed her to forge personal memories of her absent father that shaped her social, mixed race identity as a Nippo-Kanak. For Yokoyama’s father, the letters served as a means to enculturate Jeannette as a Japanese daughter from afar. Jeannette’s memories of her beloved father, coupled with the embrace of her Japanese heritage, represent a symbolic resistance to French administrators’ efforts to erase the presence of the Japanese community in New Caledonia.

Abstract:
This study focuses on the links between ethnic discrimination, housing discrimination, and the ethnic composition of neighborhoods at a specific spatial level, that of the city quarter. Our goal is to determine whether discrimination exacerbates residential segregation. We measure discrimination and access to housing in Greater Nouméa, the capital of New Caledonia, by ethnic background, distinguishing between the people of Kanak (the indigenous people) and those of European descent. Between October 2015 and February 2016, four applicants individually responded to 342 real-estate rental ads, made a total of 1,368 responses. Two of the applicants made their Kanak origin known through their surnames, while two others similarly made their European origin known. In each pairing, an applicant signaled financial and professional stability by explicitly indicating that he was a civil servant. A particularity of the study was to analyze these data statistically by crossing it with the ethnic distribution of neighborhoods. Severe discrimination regarding access to private rental housing for Kanak applicants in all neighborhoods was found. Signaling stability strongly reduced discrimination against Kanak applicants. This discrimination is linked to the behavior of landlords and, to a lesser extent, to the actions of real-estate agencies. The difficulties accessing housing are solely due to discrimination linked to the social precariousness of Kanaks in neighborhoods where Kanaks are most represented. They are also linked to ethnic discrimination against Kanaks in neighborhoods dominated by Europeans. Housing providers thus play an active role in residential segregation.

This article gives an interpretative treatment of the historical record, from France taking possession of New Caledonia in 1853, through to the current Matîgnon process, assessing indications for coming developments. Focused on the debate over independence, it considers: interests of the French state as both arbitrator and participant in events; relations among the indigenous Melanesian Kanaks, European French Caldoches, and smaller ethnic communities; memories of colonial exploitation obstructing progress; the large nickel industry; immigration, and associated minority status of Kanak society—a central problem. It describes the alternation of left and right-wing parties in government in France, with Socialist Party governments commencing moves towards independence, possibly in association with France, and conservative governments moving to countermand those moves. It posits that the parties in New Caledonia have improved their chances of finding a positive outcome through jointly participating in government during 30 years of peace.

Abstract:
In New Caledonia, indigenous knowledge was traditionally anchored in a substantive appreciation of the natural environment. Substantive, in this case, refers to the Weberian concept of substantive or value rationality characterized by a belief in the intrinsic value of an object or action. When New Caledonia was annexed by France, the imposition of capitalist relations of production through settler colonialism, mineral exploitation and ranching introduced instrumental or formal rationality characterized by conscious reasoning that an action or object is a means to a particular ends. The natural environment became a means and an instrument to carry out conscious projects for the anticipated benefit of the colonizers. At the same time, the majority of the Kanaks continued to appreciate the intrinsic value of nature because they were excluded from the capitalist sector of the New Caledonian economy, living in native reserves and continuing in subsistence activities which made light use of the environment. However, within the past twenty years an emerging Kanak elite has adopted a value of nature as a means to achieve a particular end - independence from France. Rational use of the environment is now perceived as a way to achieve a specific goal, for example, owning nickel mines to achieve economic independence. Maintaining the tension between Weberian concepts of substantive and formal rationalism, this paper traces the emergence of rationalist thought about the environment among Kanak independence leaders.

Abstract This article explores the history of the Japanese in New Caledonia at the turn of the twentieth century before considering how the French Pacific empire ordered the incarceration and deportation of nearly all Japanese subjects in New Caledonia to Australian internment camps. Retracing this neglected history through testimonies of descendants of incarcerated Japanese, as well as through archived governmental reports, this study first examines the legal identity of mixed-race Japanese Melanesians (or Nippo-Kanaks) and that of other half-Japanese métis in New Caledonia and then analyzes how French administrators policed the Japanese emigrant population. This article additionally considers the family history of a second-generation Nippo-Kanak daughter who shares a rare perspective on the New Caledonian Japanese whom the French refrained from deporting. Cet article examine l'histoire des Japonais en Nouvelle-Calédonie au début du vingtième siècle avant de considérer comment les autorités de l'Océanie française ordonnèrent l'expulsion de presque tous les sujets japonais en Nouvelle-Calédonie et leur incarcération dans les camps d'internement australiens. For the island nations of the South Pacific, the past few years has been a turbulent period in which existing political and economic structures have come under considerable strain and in some instances undergone substantial change. Nowhere has this been more dramatically seen than in the case of Fiji, where the incumbent government of seventeen years was defeated at the polls in April 1987 and the new government was overthrown by a military coup, the region's first, a month later. The French colony of New Caledonia, too, has witnessed considerable turmoil in recent years as the independence struggle of the indigenous Kanaks has led to sometimes violent confrontations. Elsewhere in the South Pacific violence has been less in evidence, but the pressure for change has been widespread.

While the Kanaks’ (local indigenous population of New Caledonia) pro-independence protests against the French settlers and, more broadly, the French Republic, have been extensively documented in the global media and academic literature, another protest - more subtle and diffused, but deeply embedded - is taking place in New Caledonia.New Caledonia is a South Pacific archipelago colonised by the French in 1853 and set to decide whether to remain in the French Republic or become independent in a referendum between 2014 and 2019.This paper suggests that there is a polarisation in the New Caledonian media sphere, which deeply affects journalistic practices with tendencies to resist Western impositions, standards and dominance (for Kanak journalists and their leaders), while metropolitan journalists (who have settled in New Caledonia from France) tend to often reject customs or indigenous rules shaping general and media communication within local communities. Both tendencies also have a significant impact on which material the journalists will be able to collect for their news organisations, as well as an impact on the relationships these journalists will maintain (or not) with local communities and personalities.This paper examines some aspects of Pacific knowledge (including traditions, values, beliefs and protocols) and explores the nuances of a complex socio-political ‘liquid modern’ context in order to present examples of how developments inherent from tradition, colonisation and decolonisation aspirations, affect the work of local journalists (both metropolitan journalists, and Kanak journalists). Drawing on data collected during periods of archival research, participant observation and interviews conducted at both the metropolitan daily newspaper, Les Nouvelles Calédoniennes, and the pro-independence radio station, Radio Djiido, this paper demonstrates how local journalists problematically navigate, and often contest, diverse socio-cultural values, practices and principles inherent from different times and places/spaces creating a deep division in the New Caledonian media sphere. It is suggested in this paper that Kanak values are often strongly contested by many metropolitan journalists, who often refuse to give any consideration to cultural factors, while, on the other hand, Kanak journalists will often tend to reject some of the principles of Western (or modern) journalism, adjusting these values and/or standards for specific or strategic reasons, such as preserving ‘la coutume'. This paper will also argue that deploying an approach that engages with the concept of liquid modernity, takes into account re-emerging oceanic epistemologies, and that provides a thicker explanation of observed media practices, proves useful for studying journalism in New Caledonia, where culture appears to deeply affect journalism practice on a daily basis.

Задача этой статьи – продемонстрировать, что шахты стали для канаков Новой Каледонии опытным полем деколонизации, параллельно с начатой 30 лет назад институциональной деколонизацией. Мы рассмотрим основные этапы и формы завоевания сторонниками независимости главного ресурса архипелага – никеля. Подчеркнем, что взятие ими под контроль мультинационального предприятия – Южнотихоокеанской горнодобывающей компании – глубоко изменило сектор горнодобычи, где новые металлургические гиганты теснят местные предприятия, экспортирующие сырье. Помимо этого, мы проанализируем особенности деколонизации этой заморской “страны” в свете референдумов о самоопределении, завершающих процесс национального освобождения, начатый подписанием Нумейских соглашений 1998 г. This article aims to explain that the mine in New Caledonia is for the Kanaks a “grassroots experience” of a decolonization initiated at the same time in institutions since about thirty years. It reminds the steps and the shapes of nickel conquest by independentists, which is the main economic resource of the archipelago. It highlights that the control of a multinational – SMSP – has profoundly reconfigured the mining sector, imposing new giant metallurgical firms against local export of ore firms. Based on contemporary mining landscape description, it examines as a mirror effect the singular decolonization situation going on in this ‘Overseas Country’ at the time of self-determination referendums closing the emancipation process acted in the “Nouméa agreement” of 1998.

According to Ehrhart and Corne, Tayo is an endogenous creole that crystallized under the peculiarly plantation-like circumstances present at the St-Louis mission in the late 19th century. Noting some linguistic similarities with Reunion Creole, Chaudenson (1994) raises the question of whether Reunion Creole had had any influence on the development of Tayo. This notion is refuted both by Ehrhart (1994) and Corne (1994, 1995, 1999, 2000a, 2000b), although Corne (2000a) concedes that due to some linguistic and socio-demographic evidence, Reunion Creole influence on Tayo cannot be excluded. This paper revisits this debate and reopens questions that earlier researchers appear to have closed by discussing the implications of two texts written in Reunion Creole and published in New Caledonia. The first is a Georges Baudoux text containing the ‘Reunion Creole’ of Socrates, a black Reunion Creole taken to New Caledonia in 1870 to work as a coolie. The second is a political text attacking a ‘Creole’ candidate running for election on the Conseil Supérieur des Colonies published in 1884 by journalist Julien Bernier, an immigrant from Reunion. Accepting the authenticity of these texts raises questions pertinent to the debate on Tayo genesis. Given that réunionnais was being spoken in New Caledonia when Tayo was developing, were any speakers in contact with the Kanaks of St-Louis? What, if any, influence did their language have on the developing St-Louis patois? I discuss these questions by re-examining socio-historical evidence and by making some brief comparisons between the New Caledonian Reunion Creole texts and Tayo.

La réforme du mariage, centrale dans l’ œuvre missionnaire en pays kanak, a été impulsée à Lifou par l’ évangéliste polynésien Fao, et poursuivie par les missionnaires de la London Missionary Society et de la Société de Marie. Ils ont ainsi contribué à changer radicalement les rituels matrimoniaux et la « vie de foyer », les bases du mariage actuel ayant été littéralement inventées au XIXème siècle.

Di sebalik lukisannya itu, apabila kita memperhatikan secara teliti, kita dapati nilai-nilai artistik dan estetik bahkan mempunyai sifat-sifat dan ciri-ciri yang abstrak. In general, when we observe children’s drawings, the impact caused by the graffiti they are unpredictable and sometimes create humor and naive where graffiti was never designed before, but the result of a spontaneous free expression and record the plain forms and colors in accordance with their conscience. Freedom and purity of children are very dominant both in snippets, object shape, color and composition so that it is often said that children’s painting is a painting of the most pure because they have not been affected as adults. Behind their paintings, when we look closely, we find artistic and aesthetic values even have the characteristics of the abstract.

The purpose of this study is to identify the knowledge among six years old preschool children in global readiness education. Seven aspects of basic knowledge cognate to global readiness are (a) communication and multiple language ability (b) use of ICT (c) diversity and multiculturalism (d) thinking skills (e) environmental awareness (f) financial literacy and (g) safety and self-defence skills. This study exerts a quantitative approach using written picture-based questionnaire based on component exhaustive in the seven aspects described. Eighty-four preschool children from five preschool in the districts of Mualim, Perak were randomly chosen as a sample for this study. This quantitative study is conducted by analyze the mean difference of children’s knowledge in global readiness questions. The findings signify that the highest knowledge of children is knowledge in language (min = .90) and communication (min = .87). Howbeit, the knowledge of children in environmental awareness and safety and self-defence skills (min = .90) is the lowest of all aspects supervene. Thus, the finding suggests that children should be educated in global readiness to equip them with seven aspects of basic knowledge homologous to global readiness in order to inculcate them for the evolutionary scenario globally. Therefore, the educators at preschool level are envisaged to excogitating activities that expose better manifestation of global readiness to preschool children.

Subjek penelitian adalah lembaga pendidikan anak Taman Kanak-kanak sebanyak 3 lembaga yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling.</em></strong><strong> </strong><strong>Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan di tiga TK di wilayah Kapuk, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat tidak hanya penilaian harian tetapi juga melakukan penilaian semester yang dilaksanakan pada akhir semester pembelajaran, dalam waktu 2 minggu dengan durasi kegiatan 1 – 1 ½ jam untuk setiap rombongan belajar. Setiap kelompok diberi tugas berupa beberapa lembar kerja yang berisi materi sesuai aspek perkembangan anak yang merupakan kumpulan dari materi-materi pada setiap tema yang telah dibahas sebelumnya. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) penilaian semester yang dilakukan di ketiga TK belum menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip penilaian pembelajaran di TK, yaitu prinsip alami dan bermakna, otentik, holistik, individual serta multisumber dan multikonteks; 2). Guru belum memahami betul subyek penilaian yaitu anak TK usia 4-6 tahun, sehingga memberikan materi soal yang sama antara anak kelompok A dengan anak kelompok B; 3). Pemahaman mengenai sasaran penilaian masih kurang, dimana aspek yang dinilai lebih banyak pada aspek kognitif dan bahasa, serta penggunaan metode pengumpulan data berupa alat penilaian yang lebih dominan menggunakan alat penilaian tes berupa lembar kerja anak; dan 4). Pelaksanaan penilaian pembelajaran khususnya penilaian semester tidak berdampak langsung pada penentuan pembelajaran selanjutnya. Purposive sampling was chosen as a tool for sample selection.The research revealed that the implementation of learning assesment in Kapuk, Cengkareng area, not only do per day but also per semester, which conducted at the end of semester, within 2 weeks, with duration of action 1- 1 ½ hour for each learning group. Each group was given a task in a form of worksheets which comprised developmentally appropriate lessons according the themes that has been given before. The conclusion is the assesment which has been conducted in 3 kindergarten has not indicated the congruity with learning principles in kindergarten, namely as principles of natural and meaningful, authentic, holistic individualized, resourceful and and multi context; 2) teachers has lack in understanding assesment of the children in age 4-6 years therefore the teacher has given the same matter in grup A and B; 3)Teachers also has lack of understanding about the purpose of the assesment and therefore they more focus on cognitive and language mastery and using test in a form of worksheets than other form; 4) Learning assesment, especially semesterly, has not direct impact on determining the following lessons. Perasaan yang mengikat kita dengan orang-orang penting dalam hidup kita sering disebut dan dikenali sebagai ‘ikatan emosi’. Kegagalan dalam perkembangan kanak-kanak itu sebenarnya akan menjejaskan masa hadapan mereka. Kanak-kanak mula mengembangkan emosi mereka semasa peringkat bayi, yang berlangsung kira-kira sejak lahir hingga usia dua tahun. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan di antara emosi ibu bapa dengan kanak-kanak dan kepentingannya terhadap perkembangan awal kanak-kanak. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa faktor ibu bapa mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan emosi kanak-kanak. Faktor yang dikenal pasti menyumbang kepada perkembangan kanak-kanak adalah termasuk dengan peranan dan gaya keibubapaan. Kesimpulannya terdapat hubung kait antara emosi ibu bapa dengan perkembangan awal kanak-kanak.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneroka punca penderaan kanak-kanak yang berlaku sepanjang pandemik melanda negara serta tatacara intervensi bagi kaunselor membantu mangsa penderaan. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah temu bual separa berstruktur bersama pegawai penyiasat bahagian siasatan seksual wanita dan kanak-kanak. Data dianalisis secara analisis tematik bagi menjawab objektif kajian. Keputusan mendapati kes rogol yang melibatkan kanak-kanak di bawah umur 18 tahun lebih tinggi iaitu 149 berbanding kes penderaan lain iaitu 69 pada tahun 2020 dan 2021. Punca kepada perkara tersebut adalah disebabkan sifat kanak-kanak yang tidak berdaya untuk melawan pendera dan seterusnya sikap ibu bapa yang melepaskan rasa tertekan dan geram terhadap anak mereka berikutan dengan masalah kewangan menyebabkan kepada penderaan fizikal. Selain itu, tingkah laku kanak-kanak yang suka memberontak dan tidak hadir ke kelas PdPR juga merupakan salah satu faktor kes penderaan berlaku sepanjang tempoh pandemik ini. Manakala bagi kes hubungan seksual dalam kalangan kanak-kanak berlaku kerana mereka banyak menghabiskan masa di luar rumah dan tidak hadir ke kelas PdPR. Kanak-kanak yang merupakan murid di sekolah menengah juga perlu bekerja sebagai penunggang Grab Food atau Food Panda untuk menyara keluarga masing-masing semasa pandemik. Tatacara intervensi bermula dengan penaksiran kepada keterukan (severity) dan intensiti kes. Penaksiran yang dibuat akan menentukan sama ada proses seterusnya dirujuk kepada pihak polis atau Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM). Demi kesejahteraan kanak-kanak, isu penderaan ini perlu tindakan serius daripada semua pihak dan tidak hanya terletak di bahu pihak penguat kuasa dan pelindung sahaja.

Current technological developments can be done to facilitate work. One of them can be applied to support management information system that focus on management TK Mekar Sari. The problems that exist in the process of acceptance of new students are still conventional (manual) and the class division process is still shared conventionally (manually) using Microsoft Excel. So it can take much time for class and student division in each semester. Based on the problem, the system is called "Kindergarten Management Information System (case study: Kindergarten (TK) Mekar Sari village Ambawang)". The system is built using the PHP programming language with a native framework. While the database development uses MySQL that works for the database server. Design of the display interface that author builds are created using Adobe XD CC 2019. As well as the draft database using Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Flowchart. This system can facilitate admins, principals and prospective registrants in the registration process, class division and Administration data collection to make it easier, faster and efficient both in terms of time, place, cost and energy at kindergarten (TK) Mekar Sari in Ambawang village.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, data diambil purposive dari tiga TK di Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta berdasarkan pertimbangan besarnya SPP dan program TK (half-day/ful-day). Dua TK yaitu A dan B adalah half-day dengan SPP dibawah Rp400.000,00 sedangkan C adalah TK full-day dengan SPP diatas Rp400.000,00. Pengumpulan data melalui deep interview dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komponen biaya pada pendidikan TK: (1) biaya operasi personel berupa biaya gaji; (2) biaya operasi non personel berupa biaya (a) proses pendidikan, (b) kelembagaan, (c) administrasi sekolah, (d) komite sekolah, dan (e) perawatan dan perbaikan ringan. BSOP di TK half-day adalah Rp1.270.038,00/tahun/siswa dan Rp1.454.389,00/tahun/siswa, sedangkan BSOP di TK full-day adalah Rp10.466.134,00/ tahun/siswa. The establishment of the Court for Children in the juvenile justice system is to provide legal protection for children. This court consists of a Magistrate and two advisors which one of them is a woman as provided in section 11 (2) of the Child Act 2001. Basically, the role of the advisor of the Court for Children is to advise the Magistrate relating to the orders (punishment) to be imposed on children who are in conflict with the law and to advise the parents or guardians whenever necessary. However, Section 11 of the Child Act 2001 is the only provision as regards the advisor of the Court for Children in Malaysia. There are no other guidelines or regulations on the mechanism of execution of duties of the advisor, its appointments, and training requirements. Thus, this study aims to identify the issues and challenges relating to the position and roles of the advisor. An analysis is made of legal documents and academic journals. Semi-structured interviews were also conducted with the Social Welfare Department (JKM), Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM), Legal Affairs Division (BHEUU), Prime Minister Department (JPM), and five Children Court advisors (who are representing the urban and rural areas). The study found that the Children Court advisor was recognized in 1947 via the Juvenile Court Act 1947. However, there are several issues and challenges to be addressed including the jurisdiction, governance structure, a mechanism of execution of duties, appointment criteria, the appointment process, modules, and training for Children Court advisors. The absence of guidelines, specific regulations, or manuals has limited the functions and roles of the Children Court advisor. This study suggests a better legal framework for the Children Court advisors to increase their credibility and professionalism. Thus, they can play an effective role in the juvenile justice system in Malaysia.

Abstract:
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan langkah-langkah pengembangan tema pembelajaran di Taman Kanak-kanak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literasi untuk menggali berbagai teori tentang pengembangan tema. Hasil dari kajian adalah langkah pengembangan tema yang meliputi tiga langkah utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut. Langkah persiapan berisi analisis sumber tema. Langkah pelaksanaan meliputi :(1) memilih topik sebagai tema; (2) brainstorming tentang tema; (3) mencari literatur; (4) mengembangkan tema besar menjadi tema kecil; (5) menyusun konsep pengetahuan; (6) menentukan puncak tema; dan (7) melaksanakan tema. Abstrak Isu kemiskinan kanak-kanak amat jarang diwacanakan di Malaysia sedangkan ia merupakan isu kritikal yang menjadi penentu masa hadapan mereka dan negara. Keadaan kemiskinan kanak-kanak menjadi lebih teruk dengan penularan wabak Covid-19 dan pengisytiharan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP). Andaian awal, PKP memberikan kesan secara multidimensional ke atas kemiskinan kanak-kanak. Justeru, objektif kajian adalah untuk mengetahui cabaran berkaitan implikasi Covid-19 yang berbentuk multidimensional ke atas kemiskinan kanak-kanak. Kajian menggunapakai pendekatan kualitatif dengan merujuk kepada sumber sekunder sahaja yang terdiri dari Laporan Kemiskinan Kanak-kanak Bandar, UNICEF 2017, artikel jurnal, buku dan tesis yang berkaitan. Pengkaji menggunakan instrument melalui pendekatan Cadangan Dasar Program sedia ada yang dikeluarkan oleh United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF Malaysia) yang meliputi empat bidang iaitu pendidikan, makanan, kesihatan dan kebajikan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa implikasi Covid-19 sememangnya telah memberi pelbagai kesan negatif kepada kanak-kanak dalam pendidikan, makanan, kesihatan dan kebajikan. Kesimpulannya, kajian ini telah membantu pelbagai pihak, khususnya pihak kerajaan berkaitan realiti kesan Covid-19 dan PKP ke atas kemiskinan kanak-kanak dari pelbagai dimensi. Abstract The poverty issue among children is rarely being discussed and talked about in Malaysia while it is one critical problem that could affect the future generation as well as the nation. The poverty rate among children has increased with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and also the declaration of Restricted Movement Order (RMO). Based on the early estimation, RMO has been affecting the children's poverty in multidimensional aspects. Hence, objective of the study is to know the challenges related to the Covid-19 implications in form of multidimensional aspects regarding the children poverty. The research is using a qualitative approach by referring to the secondary resources which is the Report of Poverty in Urban Kids, UNICEF 2017, journal articles, books, and theses. Researchers use the instrument through the existing Program Policy Proposal approach issued by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF Malaysia) which covers four areas, education, food, health and welfare. The results of the study found that the implications of Covid-19 have indeed had various negative effects on children in education, food, health and welfare. In conclusion, this study has helped various parties, especially the government bodies on tackling the reality of Covid-19 and RMO towards the poverty of children in multidimensional aspects.

Abstract:
This study tries to provide a development strategy for kindergarten educational institutions. This strategy can later be used by local governments in developing kindergarten educational institutions in their respective regions. This study uses a combination research type with a survey method and will analyze three aspects including the management and implementation of kindergartens; aspects of the quality of educators and teaching staff; and aspects of the availability of basic equipment, facilities and infrastructure. The research location is the administrative area of ​​Blitar City, East Java Province with data collection time from March to June 2019. Field data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, documentation and focus group discussions. Based on existing conditions, which have been analyzed based on internal and external factors, three strategic recommendations have been produced which include (1) Assistance in budgeting and monitoring the use of BOP funds (Operational Assistance for Early Childhood Education); (2) Increasing the cooperative relationship of kindergarten institutions through sponsorship schemes, (3) Standardization of minimal facilities and infrastructure as an effort to reduce the imbalance in the availability of facilities and infrastructure in kindergarten institutions in Blitar City.

Pendidikan entrepreneurship sebaiknya dikembangkan pada usia awal atau anak usia dini. Usia dini merupakan tahap yang paling ideal dalam memperkenalkan entrepreneurship untuk mempersiapkan masa depan anak. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran entrepreneurship di Taman Kanak-kanak. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa implementasi pembelajaran entrepreneurship di Taman Kanak-kanak khususnya TK School Of Universe, yaitu: melatih kemandirian dan keberanian anak, pembelajaran entrepreneurship merupakan praktik langsung setiap program dan disesuaikan dengan tema, evaluasi penerapan pembelajaran entrepreneurship dirangkum menjadi rapot. Implementasi pembelajaran entrepreneurship menjadi hal yang penting dikembangkan di Taman Kanak-kanak. Selain membuat anak belajar mandiri dan berani, entrepreneurship yang dikenalkan sejak usia dini akan memberikan pengalaman yang penting untuk masa depan anak nantinya.

STEAM is important in AUD because the STEAM method is an active learning and triggers children to solve problems. So here can be achieved an effort to implement STEAM-Based Learning. So that many schools have used the STEAM method, one of which is Tiara Bunda Kindergarten, here are some aspects of development that have been developed using this STEAM method, for that the author is interested in exploring and analyzing the process of implementing the STEAM method in Tiara Bunda Kindergarten. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at Tiara Bunda Pesisir Selatan Kindergarten. Informants or respondents in this study were the Principal and Teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained are described in accordance with the existing reality. Data analysis in the form of descriptions in the form of words and data validity techniques using data validity techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Tiara Bunda Pesisir Selatan Kindergarten has implemented or implemented learning using the STEAM method well. This can be seen from how the learning process takes place and the material provided is in accordance with the form of learning using the STEAM method, be it Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics has been carried out properly and in accordance with the provisions
