Abstract:

An analysis of the present day Hindi, as spoken in the northern part of India, brings to light the fact that this language has at least twenty vowel phonemes, and not simply thirteen. Twelve of these twenty vowel phonemes are oral while eight of them are nasalized. Eighteen of them are pure vowels (monophthongs) while two of them are diphthongs. Two of the thirteen vowels included in the current list of alphabet have given place to two consonants with the result that they have ceased to exist. Abstract:

The author first tries to define the concept of debt arrears, and after that its consequences. The author dedicates further presentation to interest, its historical origin and definition of its basic types through the analysis of the laws by which it is regulated, and with special emphasis on the Law on default interest. The author tries to point out the legal gaps in the laws, analyse the existing solutions in practice, but also offers some new solutions that could be useful in the application of the institute of interest. Also, the institute of default interest will be analysed within our legal system through a calculation that extends from the appearance of the law that regulated default interest until today.

Abstract:

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna kata “jangan” atau “larangan” dalam Al-Quran serta menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk-bentuk dari makna tersebut yang dituangkan dalam QS. an-Nisa, al-Jumu’ah, an-Nahl, dan al-Isra’. Metode yang dipakai pada penelittian ini dengan menggunakan Library Research (Kajian Kepustakaan), karena peneliti hanya mengambil referensi dari berbagai buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang terkait untuk membahas makna kata ‘jangan’ dalam al-Quran. Peneliti menemukan hasil penelitianya pada pembahasan kata “Jangan” yakni sebanyak 54 kali disebutkan dalam Al-Quran namun isi artikel ini peneliti memaparkan sebagian bentuk katanya. Pembahasan ini menjelaskan tentang makna kata “Jangan” atau “Nahy”berupa larangan yang Allah berikan kepada hamba-Nya, baik larangan untuk meninggalkan, ancaman, atau larangan lainya. Akan tetapi larangan di sini juga tidak selamanya bermakna larangan. Kesimpulan yang bisa diambil pada isi artikel ini adalah penjelasan tentang makna larangan yang Allah berika kepada hamba-Nya melalui beberapa bentuk kata serta makna larangan yang keluar dari makna asli larangan.

Scientific communication is very important for the approval of the status of a scientist, for scientific researches and for data priority reference. Estimation of the importance of the formal communication Scientist to Scientist in the paper is presented within a scientific communication research analyzing changes in scientific communication. The following issues are discussed: contemporary tendencies in scientific communication change, determined by inability of traditional scientific communication (dysfunction of scientific communication subjects) to ensure the spread of scientific information that is in demand of scientific society, to use information and relations technologies for spreading new scientific information and capacities for spreading scientific works. In the paper the traditional formal model of scientific communication and the communication process in the information chain are presented, the impact of information technologies on scientific communication subjects’ activities is demonstrated. Abstract:

<p>One<em> of the issues debated </em><em>by Arab li</em><em>nguists and interpreter</em><em>s of the Quran is </em><em>whether all the words in the Koran come from native Arabic, or are there uptake words from foreign languages </em><em></em><em>used in the Koran. The analysis of linguists states that the absorption words in various languages </em><em></em><em>can arise due to geographical location, trade relations, immigration, politics, culture, economy, industry, and others. In the context of absorption words in the Koran the scholars are divided into three opinions, namely the group of scholars who reject the absorption of words in the Koran; Second, groups who believe that there are absorption words in the Koran; and third, which takes a middle ground with a view that the word uptake in the Koran has its specificities.</em></p>

Abstract:

Menyelisik kata-kata tak biasa dalam nyanyian jemaat menggugah saya untuk mencari akar dan makna di balik nyanyian. Ada kata yang tidak jelas artinya, namun umat menyanyikannya tanpa kendala. Bagaimana naskah Alkitab yang merupakan asal nyanyian berubah makna sehingga memunculkan kesan dan pesan berbeda? Bagaimana kata satu atau dua huruf dapat menarasikan keagungan Allah? Bagaimana satu kata dalam percakapan berubah nuansa ketika dinyanyikan? Hal-hal tersebut membawa saya mendalami syair-syair tertentu dan menyelisiknya dari sudut kosa kata, baik kata asli maupun terjemahan untuk menemukan makna teologis. Saya terkesan terhadap kata-kata tampaknya tak berarti atau tak jelas arti dalam nyanyian jemaat berbahasa Indonesia. Saya memilih kata-kata tersebut dan menyelisiknya untuk memperoleh kesan dan pesan lebih mendalam. Saya menemukan bahwa kata-kata yang dipilih oleh pencipta atau penerjemah menyampaikan penghayatan iman personal yang berdampak secara komunal. Tawaran adalah agar umat memperhatikan dengan seksama kata per kata dalam syair nyanyian jemaat. Kata-kata tersebut memberikan nuansa dan makna bagi kehidupan spiritual.

Abstract:

Different language has its own difference in writing or pronunciation Sometimes, an activity may have not the actual word to express it. When one language has no word to express, the word from other’s language is used. The word itself is known as loanword. This case mostly appears in the football area. This article entitled ‘Loan Words in Football Terminology’ explains about the loan word which is usually used in the football terminology. The writer used the dictionary about football terminology “Kamus Istilah Sepakbola” by Nugraha Edy in order to find the data to be analyzed. The writer also uses the theory of Haugen “The ecology of Language” which will describe how the loan word formed. Before analyzing the data, the writer looked for the terminology in the data source and then analyzes it using the theory stated. At the end of analysis, the writer finds that many of football terminology in English has not be converted to Indonesian, so Indonesian has to loan English terminology to express it.

Abstract:

Losy życiowe Immanuela Kanta zazwyczaj postrzega się jako mało interesujący obszar badawczy. Co więcej, często wskazuje się, że zachodzi ogromna dysproporcja pomiędzy biografią Kanta a jego filozoficznym dorobkiem. O ile biografię Kanta zazwyczaj ocenia się jako pozbawioną jakichś nagłych, zauważalnych zwrotów i zdarzeń, o tyle Kantowską filozofię uważa się za dzieło nieprzeciętnie przenikliwego, krytycznego oraz pełnego życia umysłu. Stąd też losy życiowe Kanta rzadko, zwłaszcza w polskiej literaturze, są omawiane i analizowane. Natomiast nie brakuje opracowań, w których podejmowane są określone kwestie z Kantowskiej filozofii. Tymczasem nie powinno się zapominać, że pomysły filozoficzne Kanta były dziełem konkretnego człowieka, który miał własne i niepowtarzalne koleje życia oraz rys osobowościowy, w znacznej mierze ukształtowany na skutek określonych wcześniejszych życiowych doświadczeń. I ponieważ Kant sam wskazał, że na jego przekonania istotny wpływ wywarły doświadczenia wyniesione z domu rodzinnego, w niniejszym artykule zostały omówione kolejno relacje filozofa z rodzicami, rodzeństwem i dalszymi krewnymi. Na podstawie uzyskanych spostrzeżeń warto wskazać kolejne pola badawcze, które można by ująć w następującym pytaniu: dlaczego Kant, wynosząc dobre wzorce z domu rodzinnego, sam jednak nie założył własnej rodziny? Niniejszy artykuł powiększa więc nieliczną polskojęzyczną literaturę, w której ukazywane są życiowe losy Kanta. Autor w tym przypadku starał się ukazać przede wszystkim jego relacje z najbliższymi.
