Abstract:
An analysis of the present day Hindi, as spoken in the northern part of India, brings to light the fact that this language has at least twenty vowel phonemes, and not simply thirteen. Twelve of these twenty vowel phonemes are oral while eight of them are nasalized. Eighteen of them are pure vowels (monophthongs) while two of them are diphthongs. Two of the thirteen vowels included in the current list of alphabet have given place to two consonants with the result that they have ceased to exist. Abstract:
The author first tries to define the concept of debt arrears, and after that its consequences. The author dedicates further presentation to interest, its historical origin and definition of its basic types through the analysis of the laws by which it is regulated, and with special emphasis on the Law on default interest. The author tries to point out the legal gaps in the laws, analyse the existing solutions in practice, but also offers some new solutions that could be useful in the application of the institute of interest. Also, the institute of default interest will be analysed within our legal system through a calculation that extends from the appearance of the law that regulated default interest until today.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna kata “jangan” atau “larangan” dalam Al-Quran serta menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk-bentuk dari makna tersebut yang dituangkan dalam QS. an-Nisa, al-Jumu’ah, an-Nahl, dan al-Isra’. Metode yang dipakai pada penelittian ini dengan menggunakan Library Research (Kajian Kepustakaan), karena peneliti hanya mengambil referensi dari berbagai buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang terkait untuk membahas makna kata ‘jangan’ dalam al-Quran. Peneliti menemukan hasil penelitianya pada pembahasan kata “Jangan” yakni sebanyak 54 kali disebutkan dalam Al-Quran namun isi artikel ini peneliti memaparkan sebagian bentuk katanya. Pembahasan ini menjelaskan tentang makna kata “Jangan” atau “Nahy”berupa larangan yang Allah berikan kepada hamba-Nya, baik larangan untuk meninggalkan, ancaman, atau larangan lainya. Akan tetapi larangan di sini juga tidak selamanya bermakna larangan. Kesimpulan yang bisa diambil pada isi artikel ini adalah penjelasan tentang makna larangan yang Allah berika kepada hamba-Nya melalui beberapa bentuk kata serta makna larangan yang keluar dari makna asli larangan.

Abstract:
This study outlines a methodological framework for reconstructing linguistic history within a dialect continuum and applies this methodology to an under-described, controversial, and complex subgroup of New Indo-Aryan (NIA)—the Kamta, Rajbanshi and Northern Deshi Bangla lects (KRNB). ¶ Dialect continua are characterised by non-discrete boundaries between speech communities, and as a result previously divergent lects may undergo common innovations; the result is the familiar picture of overlapping dialectological isoglosses. The sequencing of these innovations and the historical relations between the lects involved are often highly ambiguous. Given the right sociohistorical conditions, a widespread innovation may be more recent than a localised innovation—the very opposite sequencing to that implied by the splits in a family tree. ¶ Not surprisingly, discrete application to the NIA continuum of traditional methodologies—including the Comparative Method, etymological reconstruction and dialect geography—has yielded unsatisfactory and at times chronologically distorted results. Historical studies, therefore, have chosen between: (a) only studying the histories of NIA lects with written records; (b) reconstructing using the chronology suggested by the shape of a family tree; or (c) settling for a ‘flat’, non-historical account of dialect geography. ¶ Under the approach developed here, the strengths of each of these traditional methods are synthesised within an overarching framework provided by a sociohistorical theory of language change. This synthesis enables the linguistic history of the KRNB lects to be reconstructed with some detail from the proto-Kamta stage (1250-1550 AD) up to the present day. Innovations are sequenced based on three types of criteria: linguistic, textual and sociohistorical. The old Kamta stage, and its relation to old Bangla and Asamiya, is reconstructed based on linguistic Propagation Events and Speech Community Events—two concepts central to the methodology. The old Kamta speech community and its language became divided into western, central and eastern subsections during the middle KRNB period (1550-1787 AD, dates assigned by attested sociohistorical events). During the same period, KRNB lects also underwent partial reintegration with NIA lects further afield by means of more widely propagated changes. This trend of differentiation at a local level, concurrent with reintegration at a wider level, also characterises the modern KRNB period from 1787 AD to the present. ¶ This account of KRNB linguistic history is based on a rigorous reconstruction of changes in phonology and morphology. The result is not only a reconstruction of historical changes, but of the proto-Kamta phoneme inventory, hundreds of words of vocabulary, and specific areas of nominal and verbal morphology. The reconstruction is based on data collected in the field for the purposes of this study. Phonological reconstruction has made use of the WordCorr software program, and the reconstructed vocabulary is presented in a comparative wordlist in an appendix. ¶ The methodology developed and applied in this study has been found highly successful; though naturally not without its own limitations. This study has significance for its contribution both to the methodology of historical linguistic reconstruction and to the light shed on the linguistic prehistory of KRNB.

Abstract:
Lithuanian people do not speak pure Lithuanian language. In all districts there are used different dialects. Traditional dialects are used almost only in suburbs, because contacts between people are rarer. In towns and cities people speak interdialects. Interdialects are the result of interaction between language and dialects. How often people switch codes, depends on lots of reasons. We think that the main are situational, demographic and social factors, exactly the situation of conversation, age and intelligence of communicants., In this linguistic work as the primary factor we chose the situation of conversation, which can be unofficial and official. We investigated how interdialect can be stimulated by situation – what kind of influence can one communicants do to the other’s language. Other very important factor is the age, which we divided into four conditional groups: children, youth, middle – aged and elderly people. It is established that middle – aged and elderly people use interdialects, which are closest to traditional dialects. But this fact is valid almost only in unofficial situations. Children and youth more often use Lithuanian language forms of the phonetics, morphology, wordbuilding and vocabulary. The intelligence (education and profession) of communicants can be the reason why people switch codes, especially during official conversations. Användningsområden för 3D ökar hela tiden, och allt fler företag väljer att

använda sig av 3D tekniken istället för av traditionella tekniker. Som avslutning

på mina studier har jag byggt en 3D-karta över Stockholm för Dagens Nyheters

grafikavdelning. 3D-kartan ska fungera som ett verktyg när de skapar grafik.

Under framställningen av den här rapporten har min huvudfrågeställning varit hur

man framställer en informativ 3D-karta.

Utifrån den frågeställningen har jag sedan genom stöd i litteratur byggt 3Dkartan

och testat materialet på tre olika fokusgrupper.

Utprovningarna visade att kartan i dagsläget ligger på en tillräckligt hög

detaljnivå för att kunna lokalisera sig på ett visst avstånd. Vill man använda kartan

för närmare zoomningar bör detaljnivån utvecklas. Annars var fokusgrupperna

överlag nöjda med färgerna i kartan och tyckte att färgskalan bidrog med en större

förståelse.

Dėl akivaizdžios žinojimo ir inovacijų sklaidos didėjimo, atsirado poreikis išnagrinėti lyderystės institucijos kaitos tendencijas, kurios galioja tiek ekonominėje, tiek viešoje sferoje. Iššūkis mokslininkams ir intelektualams jau buvo mestas: ar žinojimas yra jėga, ar informacija yra jėga ir ar yra patogūs neparaleliniai komunikacijos kanalai aplink pasaulį? Akivaizdu, jog mes gyvename žinojimo visuomenėje. Žinojimas – svarbiausias resursas, o žinojimo darbuotojai yra dominuojančios grupės darbovietėse. Visa tai rodo, kad didžiosios permainos įvyko ir vis dar vyksta dabar. Svarbiausios hipotezės: Po 1995 m. kovo, kuomet įsigaliojo W3 protokolas, pradėjo formuotis kitoks bendrabūvis – Informacijos visuomenė – ir ekonomika tapo globalinė. Globalios rinkos sąlygomis organizacijos prireikė ne vadovų, o šiuolaikinių lyderių. Klausimai, iškelti šiame darbe: Kaip organizacijos lyderio vaidmuo suprantamas šiandieną ir bus suprantamas ateityje? Šiuolaikinė lyderystė: kas tai? Kokias kompetencijas privalo turėti šiuolaikiniai lyderiai dabar ir ateityje?
Due to exponential growth of knowledge and innovations in its transmission a context has emerged to redefine the role of leaders to spearhead the changes that are taking place in both the economic field and the society. The challenge before educationists and academicians was posed by phrases, whether 'Knowledge' is power or 'Information' is power and the availability of unparalleled channels of communications around the globe. Apparently, that we are living in Knowledge Society. Knowledge is key resource and knowledge workers are dominant groups in workplace. All this suggests that the greatest changes happened and still happening right now. The base hypotheses: After March of 1995, when were came into force W3 protocol, we got a new society – Information Society – and our economics became global. Organizations in this global market need not managers, but new kind of leaders. Questions, which are answered in this work: How the role of organizational leadership needs to be understood today and in a perspective? Contemporary leadership: how does it look like? What competences new managerial leaders should have today and in the future?

Magistro darbo objektas – lyderių savybių kaita istoriniame kontekste. Darbo tikslas – lyderio savybių pokyčiai kūrybingoje grupėje. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: lyderiavimo sąvokos, ir jos ryšio su vadovavimu apibrėžimas bei įvertinimas; lyderio savybių nustatymas; lyderio savybių pokyčių įvertinimas istoriniame kontekste; kūrybingos visuomenės vadovavimo stilių nustatymas; Lietuvos kūrybinių įmonių vadovų apklausos įvertinimas, siekiant nustatyti, kiek pakito lyderio savybės nuo pramoninės visuomenės iki besiformuojančios dabar kūrybingos visuomenės. Naudojant literatūros analizę, buvo supažindina su lyderiavimo samprata, parodyta lyderio savybių kaita istoriniame kontekste, atkreiptas dėmesys į besiformuojančias naujas lyderio savybes. Apibendrinant teorinę ir atlikto tyrimo medžiagą, galima teigti, kad kelta prielaida, jog naujų lyderio savybių išskyrimas tiesiogiai siejasi su atitinkamos eros raktiniais žodžiais ir vertybėmis – iš esmės atitinka tikrovę. Tačiau atsižvelgiant į atlikto tyrimo sritį, daromos išvados, kad lyderio charizma, kuri yra pagrindinė transformacinio vadovavimo, kaip ateities vadovavimo stiliaus sąlyga - dar nepakankamai aktuali Lietuvos kūrybingoms vidutinio dydžio įmonėms. In the historical process human values and personal features characterizing a human being has been obviously changing. In this thesis we will focus on the development and changing of leadership characteristics in the historical framework analyzing personalities of tribal leaders, hunters, feudal lords, industrialists, enterprise leaders and other authorities in the leadership position. The experience of the Western culture and the United States of America will be analyzed in the theoretical part of the thesis and the examples of the Lithuanian creative enterprises will be presented and examined in the practical part. The aim of this work is to study the historical development of the personal characteristics of creative group leaders. The period from hunters’ society to nowadays knowledge society was chosen for the study emphasizing the developing Creative Class. For exhaustive analysis in the first and the second part of the thesis the theoretical leadership preconditions in the above mentioned societies will be examined concentrating on the leadership conception, leader’s characteristics and the changing of those characteristics through the historical periods. In the practical part of the thesis the evolution of changing leader’s characteristics will be analyzed providing the examples of Lithuanian medium creative enterprises. Pasaulio globalizacijos procesas, Lietuvos švietimo integracija į Europos Sąjungos švietimo erdvę inicijuoja naujus reikalavimus mokyklos tiek vadovams, tiek ir mokytojams. Šiandien mokyklai ypač reikalingi aukščiausios kvalifikacijos mokytojai. Jie turi būti kompetentingi, turintys reikiamų žinių ir įgūdžių, nuolat tobulinantys savo kvalifikaciją bei profesinius gebėjimus,jie turi būti iniciatyviais kaitos proceso dalyviais. Atsižvelgiant į tai, buvo iškelta tyrimo problema- tradiciniai vaidmenys neužtikrina įvairiapusio moksleivio ugdymo šiuolaikinei visuomenei. Tyrimo objektas - mokytojo vaidmenys ir jų kaita šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje. Tyrimo tikslas - išanalizuoti mokytojų vaidmenų kaitą šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Išryškinti mokytojų vaidmenis istorinės raidos kontekste. 2 Apibūdinti mokytojo vaidmenų įtaką ugdymo proceso kaitai. 3. Ištirti bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų mokytojų požiūrį į svarbiausius mokytojų vaidmenis šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje Tyrimo imtis- Atsitiktinės atrankos būdu atrinkti 150 mokytojų iš keturių Vilniaus miesto bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros, dokumentų analizė , anketinė analizė ir duomenų statistinė analizė atlikta panaudojant SPSS 13 programinį paketą. Darbe atlikta ir pateikta studijuotų užsienio ir šalies mokslininkų teorinių darbų analizė apie mokytojų vaidmenų kaitą šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje. In the globalization process, integration of Lithuanian educational system into the European Union educational space enhances many requirements for schools leaders and teachers. Today’s school is in need of high competence teachers and tutors. They not only have to be competent, to have deep professional knowledge and skills, but also keep improving their own professional qualification. Teachers have to be able to influence changes to existing processes of schools operations. Taking in consideration these facts, the problem of this research arises – the traditional role of a teacher is no longer suitable for multifunctional education of nowadays society. Lietuva yra miškų zonoje, kur natūrali teritorijos būsena yra miškas. Todėl nėra jokios abejonės, kad Lietuvos miškingumas laikui bėgant dėl ūkinės žmogaus veiklos mažėjo. Prieš 200 metų miškai užėmė beveik 40% teritorijos, 1914m. – vos 20%, o 1939 m. – tik 17%. Daug miškų buvo iškirsta antrojo pasaulinio karo metais. Todėl pokario metais iškilo itin svarbus uždavinys plėsti miškų plotus, didinti medžių našumą. Jau 1984 m sausio 1 d. Lietuvos miškingumas buvo 27,9%. Miškuose vyrauja spygliuočiai, jie sudaro 64% visų medynų. Kietųjų lapuočių medynų yra 3,2%, minkštųjų lapuočių – 32,8%. Rajonų miškingumas labai nevienodas. Tai susiję su žemių derlingumu. Miškai yra vienas svarbiausių Lietuvos gamtos turtų, turinčių didelę ekonominę, socialinę ir ekologinę reikšmę. Šiuo metu miškai užima daugiau kaip 2 milijonus hektarų arba 32,6 procentus Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijos. Pagal Lietuvos miškingumo programą yra numatyta per ateinančius 10 – 11 metų miškingumą Respublikoje padidinti dar bent 3 procentais. Norint įgyvendinti šį tikslą mišku reikia apželdinti apie 196 tūkst. ha žemės ūkiui ir kitiems tikslams naudotų žemių, t.y. kasmet miškas turi būti įveisiamas arba savaime apželti turi vidutiniškai apie 11 tūkst. ha. Remiantis valstybinės miškų apskaitos, kurią atlieka Valstybinis miškotvarkos institutas, duomenimis, kasmet mišku savaime apželia apie 4-5 tūkst. ha ne miško žemių, todėl iki 2021 m. mišku savaime gali apaugti apie 70 – 90 tūkst. ha žemės ūkio paskirties žemės... Lithuania is in a forest area, where the natural state of the territory is forest. Therefore, there is no doubt that over time the Lithuanian forest coverage has been declining for the economic activity of people. 200 years ago forests occupied almost 40% of the area, in 1914 - only 20%, while in 1939 - only 17%. Many areas were disforested during World War II. Therefore, the post-war period faced a crucial challenge to develop forest areas, to increase productivity of trees. Already on January 1st, 1984 Lithuanian forest coverage was 27.9%. Forests are dominated by conifers, they represent 64% of the stands. Solid hardwood stand makes 3.2%, soft deciduous - 32.8%. Districts greatly differ in forest coverage. This is related to the fertility of lands. Forest is one of Lithuania's most important natural resources with significant economic, social and ecological implications. At present, in Lithuania forests take more than 2 million hectares, or 32.6 percent of the country territory. The program of Lithuanian forest provides the increase of forest cover by at least 3 percent in the next 10-11 year period. Šiame darbe analizuota kodų kaita antrosios ir trečiosios kartos JAV gyvenančių lietuvių kalboje. Pasirinkta tema Lietuvoje yra aktuali ir nauja. Iki šiol Amerikos lietuvių, ar į kitas šalis išvykusių lietuvių, kodų kaitos praktika mokslinėje literatūroje išsamiau neanalizuota. Tikslui pasiekti kelti tokie darbo uždaviniai: aptarti tiriamosios medžiagos duomenis; iš interviu pateiktų atsakymų nustatyti, kokiose situacijose Amerikos lietuviai dažniausiai bendrauja lietuviškai, kaip jie vertina savo kalbos žinias ir kokia gramatinė raiška būdinga jų kalbai; iš transkribuotos interviu medžiagos išrinkti kodų kaitos vienetus, juos suskirstyti į kodų kaitos grupes; aptarti kodų kaitos funkcijas nustatytose grupėse. Išanalizavus respondentų interviu ir ištyrus juose rastus 630 kodų kaitos vienetų, pastebėta, kad Amerikos lietuviams yra įprasčiau bendrauti anglų kalba, tuo tarpu lietuvių kalba bendraujama tik konkrečiose situacijose: su tėvais, seneliais, savo JAV gimusiais vaikais; norint nuslėpti pokalbio turinį, lituanistinėje mokykloje, lietuvių organizuojamuose renginiuose, darbe. Iš minėtų 630 kodų kaitos vienetų sudarytos penkios kodų kaitos grupės: diskurso žymekliai, tikriniai daiktavardžiai, terminai, citatos, žodžių trūkumas. Kodų kaitos vienetų funkcinė analizė parodė, kad dažniausiai angliški žodžiai vartojami, kai norima užpildyti pauzes; sujungti žodžius, posakius ir sakinius; pamiršus ar nežinant tam tikrų terminų, kultūrinių dalykų lietuvių kalba.
Code-switching of the second and the third Lithuanian generation living in the USA is being analyzed in this graduate paper. The chosen theme is very relevant and new, since neither Lithuanian American‘s nor Lithuanian‘s emigrated to other counties code-switching has been analyzed yet. Some goals were set to achieve objectives: to discuss the data of the study; according to the interview answers to define in what situations Lithuanian Americans usually communicate using the Lithuanian language, how they evaluate their knowledge of the native language themselves and what grammar expressions are typical in their speech; to choose code-switching units from the transcribed interview material and divide them into code-switching groups and to discuss the functions of code-switching in each group. The respondents‘ interviews were analyzed and 630 code-switching units were found. It has been noticed that for Lithuanian Americans it is common and more convenient to speak English while the Lithuanian language is used only in particular situations: talking with their parents, grandparents, children born in the USA in order to conceal the content of a conversation, in Lithuanian schools or in the events organized by the Lithuanians. Five code-switching groups were made from 630 code-switching units: discourse markers, proper nouns, terms, quotations and the lack of words. Abstract:
The legal rule under which interest ceases to run when the amount of interest reaches the amount of the principal is known as a prohibition of ultra alterum tantum. Such a statutory limit on interest accumulation was previously contained in the 1978 Obligations Act, and was abolished in 1989. In the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia, current proposals call for re-introduction of the prohibition of ultra alterum tantum in the legal regulation of interest. Whereas the proposed amendment to the Croatian Obligations Act seeks to limit the accumulation of default interest, the Draft of the Civil Code of the Republic of Serbia contains a legal restriction on the accumulation of contractual interest. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the rule on the prohibition of ultra alterum tantum in Austrian law, Slovenian law and the European Union law, the paper examines the eligibility and appropriateness of these proposals for legislative interventions in the regulation of interest in Croatian and Serbian law.

Günümüz dünyasının iletişim ve ulaşım imkânlarıyla gelişen seyri, yalnızca düşünce ve ürünlerin değil aynı zamanda uluslararası nüfus hareketlerinin de yoğunlaşmasını beraberinde getirmektedir. Tarihsel olarak çeşitli göç hareketlerinden etkilenen Türkiye, bugün eş zamanlı olarak hem göç veren kaynak ülke hem göç alan hedef ülke hem de göçlere geçiş güzergâhı olarak transit ülke pozisyonundadır. Bununla birlikte, Türkiye ekonomisindeki göçmen iş gücünün durumu, çeşitli risk ve fırsatların birlikte ele alınmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Zira göçmenlerin çoğunlukla tarım, sanayi ve hizmet sektörlerinde kayıt dışı istihdama yönelmesi, yerel halkın istihdam olanaklarının daralmasına; söz konusu sektörlerde ücret düşüşleri ve iş kayıplarının yaşanmasına sebep olmaktadır. Diğer taraftan, ekonomik ve kültürel sermaye sahibi göçmenlerin iş yaşamına dâhil oluşu ve gerçekleştirdikleri yatırımlar, ülke ekonomisine katma değer oluşturmanın yanında hem yeni istihdam alanlarının geliştirilmesi hem de nitelikli iş gücü ihtiyacının karşılanmasına yönelik önemli katkı sağlamaktadır. Tämä tutkimus käsittelee kansainvälisen polaarivuoden 1932–1933 aikana toimineen Petsamon magneettisen observatorion havaintotuloksia. Mukana on lyhyt katsaus polaarivuoden aikana ja sen jälkeen uudella suomalaisella meteorologisella radiosondilla tehdyistä kokeista 1930-luvun lopulla. Näitä kahta aihepiiriä yhdistää FM Mauri Tommila (1905–1971), joka toimi Petsamon observatorion johtajana ja joka sen jälkeen osallistui merkittävällä panoksella yhdessä Vilho Väisälän kanssa radiosondin kehittelyyn 1934–1939. Sondi valmistui operatiivisen sääpalvelun käyttöön vuonna 1936. Väisälän sondia testattiin vuosina 1937 ja 1939 Huippuvuorilla ja Atlantilla. Molemmissa retkikunnissa Tommila oli mukana. Petsamon observatorio oli yksi Suomen geofysikaalisen tiedeyhteisön kontribuutioista polaarivuoden tutkimus- ja havainto-ohjelmiin. Sen päätehtävä oli rekisteröidä maan magneettikentän vaihteluja jatkuvasti toimivilla laitteilla ajan havaintokäytäntöjen mukaisesti. Päävastuu observatorion toiminnoista oli Suomalaisella Tiedeakatemialla ja sen Sodankylän observatoriolla. Tarvittavat rekisteröintilaitteet oli hankittu Tanskan meteorologiselta laitokselta ja ne edustivat aikansa mittausteknologista huippua. Observatorio oli myös Ilmatieteen laitoksen tärkeä havainto- ja koeasema polaarivuoden ohjelmassa. Polaarivuoden havainto-ohjelman ja laiterakennuksien suunnittelun olivat tehneet Sodankylän magneettisen observatorion johtaja Eyvind Sucksdorff (1899–1955) ja Ilmatieteen laitoksen johtaja Jaakko Keränen (1883–1979). Keränen oli Sodankylän magneettisen observatorion ensimmäinen johtaja 1913–1917 (Nevanlinna, 2014). Petsamon observatorio sijaitsi lähellä Pohjoisen jäämeren rannikkoa Petsamojoen suistossa. Petsamo on nykyään Venäjän hallinnoimaa aluetta. Petsamon magneettinen observatorio oli toiminnassa 13 kuukautta 1.8.1932–31.8.1933 välisen ajan. Rekisteröintitulokset tieteelliseen käyttöön muodostuivat alan käytännön mukaisista magneettikentän eri komponenttien tuntikeskiarvoista. Mauri Tommila julkaisi tulokset taulukkojen muodossa yhdessä tarvittavien metadatatietojen kanssa kansainväliseen tutkimuskäyttöön (Tommila, 1937a). Tässä julkaisussa on yhteenveto tehdyistä magneettikentän mittauksista. Vertailu Sodankylässä tehtyihin samanaikaisiin rekisteröintituloksiin osoittavat, että Petsamon observatorion rekisteröintitulokset ovat olleet korkeatasoisia ja että julkaistu aineisto on tieteellisiin analyyseihin käyttökelpoista. Kaikki Suomen vanhat historialliset magneettiset rekisteröintiaineistot ovat nyt digitoitu Petsamon aineiston valmistuttua. Vanhin niistä on Helsingin magneettisen observatorion havainnot 1844–1910. Petsamon observatorioon rinnastuu Sodankylän magneettiseen ja meteorologiseen observatorioon polaarivuodelta 1882– 1883. Myös sen magneettiset ja meteorologiset havainnot uudelleen julkaisu ja digitoitu (Nevanlinna, 2017a).
