Abstract:

Munculnya pendatang baru di bisnis penjualan oleh-oleh khas Kota Bandung menyebabkan tingkat persaingan semakin ketat. Adanya penurunan omset penjualan mendorong pihak manajemen toko oleh-oleh khas Kota Bandung “Kabita” ingin memperbaiki kualitas pelayanannya. Perbaikan dilakukan berdasarkan penilaian tingkat kepentingan serta tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Toko “Kabita” dan Toko “Pantai Timur” sebagai pesaing utamanya. Atribut-atribut kualitas pelayanan disusun berdasarkan dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Metode yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis dan Compare Mean Analysis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di kedua toko tersebut. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan Toko “Kabita” secara keseluruhan lebih rendah sekitar 4,6% dibandingan dengan Toko “Pantai Timur”. Atribut-atribut yang harus diperbaiki oleh Toko “Kabita” adalah atribut kejelasan harga barang yang dijual, penampilan karyawan, dan atribut daya tarik sarana promosi karena berada di kuadran 1 dan dinilai memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Toko “Pantai Timur”. Atribut-atribut yang harus dipertahankan oleh Toko “Kabita” adalah atribut daya tarik desain dalam toko atribut kebersihan toko dan sekitarnya, serta atribut kenyamanan toilet karena berada di kuadran 2 dan dinilai lebih memuaskan konsumen dibandingkan Toko “Pantai Timur”. Disarankan agar pihak manajemen Toko “Kabita” melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumennya. Perbaikan yang harus dilakukan adalah menyertakan price tag di setiap produk, penyediaan seragam bagi karyawan baru, dan menggunakan media lain selain media sosial dalam mempromosikan Toko “Kabita”.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, Importance Performance Analysis, Compare Mean Analysis.

Abstract:

Di era sekarang ini, Pembelajaran bahasa asing menjadi materi yang sangat penting di sekolah. Hal ini terlihat pada negara kita sendiri, yang mana kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa asing telah di implementasikan pada hampir semua tingkat pendidikan. Tujuan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Asing kepada anak-anak di Desa Kabita adalah karena Kabupaten Wakatobi merupakan sebuah daerah dengan sektor pariwisata yang luas menjadikan Wakatobi salah satu destinasi wisata yang kunjungi oleh turis sehingga pemahaman Bahasa Asing menjadi sangat penting dalam mengenalkan kebudayan dan kearifan lokal yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Wakatobi khususnya Desa Kabita. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Develpment) dimana kami mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh Desa Kabita dalam hal ini meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada di Desa Kabita. Pendampingan pembelajaran Bahasa Asing memiliki hasil yang signifikan dengan anak-anak Desa Kabita yang sudah mulai mengenal Bahasa Asing seperti Bahasa Arab dan Inggris dalam berhitung, bernyanyi, serta pengenalan kosa kata yang banyak. Berdasarkan pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dalam memberikan pembelajaran Bahasa Asing, kami memberikan tawaran kepada para pemerintah Kabupaten Wakatobi untuk memberikan ruang dan sarana dalam peningkatan Bahasa Asing bagi anak-anak Desa Kabita.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Anak-anak, Pembelajaran Bahasa Asing

प्रस्तुत आलेखमा कवितासम्बन्धी प्रगतिवादी विमर्शलाई प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ ।कविताका बारेमा प्रगतिवादको के दृष्टिकोण छ भन्ने सम्बन्धमा यसमा चर्चा छ । प्रगतिवादीहरू कवितालाई मानव मनको सर्वप्राचीन कलाव्यापार ठान्दै यसको जन्म र विकास मानवीय श्रम र सङ्घर्षका क्रममा भएको स्वीकार गर्छन् । उनीहरू कवितालाई इन्द्रियातीत विषय नभएर वस्तु जगत्को उपज मान्दै यसमा युगीन यथार्थको कलात्मक प्रतिविम्बन हुन्छ र यसले मानव जातिको उत्थान, विकास र समाज रूपान्तरणमा सहयोग गर्छ भन्ने विचार प्रकट गर्छन् । प्रगतिवादीहरू कलावादीहरूका अवस्तुवादी र विशुद्धतावादी धारणालाई तिरस्कार गर्दै समाज, संसार र मानव जीवनलाई बुझ्नु, बदल्नु र समृद्ध पार्नु कविता कलाको उद्देश्य हो भन्दै यसको प्रयोजन र उपयोगितालाई सिद्ध गर्छन् । कविता सौन्दर्यको विषय पनि हो । सौन्दर्यलाई यिनीहरू भाववादी–आदर्शवादीहरूले जस्तो प्रकृति र मानव जीवनबाट निरपेक्ष होइन, सापेक्ष रूपमा हेर्छन् । सुन्दरता वस्तुको गुण हो, वस्तुमा सुन्दर र कुरूप दुबै चिज हुन्छन् अनि वस्तुको परिवर्तनसँगै त्यसको सौन्दर्य पक्षमा पनि परिवर्तन आउँछ भन्ने उनीहरूको धारणा छ । यही क्रममा उनीहरू कलाकृतिको निर्माण अन्तर्वस्तु र रूपको जैविक एकताबाट हुने बताउँदै कविताका बारेका आफ्ना मान्यताहरूलाई प्रस्तुत गर्छन् । यही मान्यताका बारेमा यहाँ माक्र्सवादी विमर्श गरिएको छ ।

प्रयोग पाश्चात्य जगत्मा जन्मिएर विकसित भएको एउटा साहित्यिक चिन्तन हो । नाटक, चित्रकला, कविता आदि क्षेत्रमा देखापरेको नवीन यो मान्यता पश्चिममा ‘वाद’ का रूपमा भने देखिएको पाईंदैन । प्रयोगात्मक कवितामा परम्पराभिन्न कथ्य, शिल्पशैली आदिमा नवीनता पाइन्छ । अमूर्त विषय, विशृङ्खलित भाषा, अस्तित्ववादी, विसङ्गतिवादी र प्रतीकवादी चेत, समग्रता, संरचनागत नयाँपन, असम्बद्ध भावबिम्ब प्रयोगात्मक कविताका मुख्य प्रवृत्तिहरू हुन् । नेपाली काव्य साहित्यका सन्दर्भमा कवि मोहन कोइरालाको २०१७ सालको ‘रूपरेखा’ पत्रिकामा प्रकाशित ‘घाइते युग’ कविताबाट प्रयोगात्मक कविता लेखनको थालनी भएको हो । नेपाली साहित्यका क्षेत्रमा ‘प्रयोगवाद’ शब्द नै प्रचलित रहेको छ । मोहन कोइरालाको वि.सं.२०२१ सालको ‘फर्सीको जरा’ एउटा विशिष्ट प्रयोगवादी कविता हो, जसमा प्रयोगात्मक कवितामा पाइने प्रायः प्रवृत्तिहरू समाविष्ट रहेका छन् । कथ्य, भाषा, संरचना, शीर्षक, शैली आदिमा नवीनता रहेको यस कविताको प्रकाशनपछि नै कोइरालाको प्रयोगवादी कवित्वचेत अझ फराकिलो बन्न पुगेको छ । कोइरालाका २०२९ अघिका कवितामा रहेको असम्प्रेष्य प्रवृत्ति २०३० पछि भने केही सम्प्रेष्य बन्न पुगेका छन् । नेपाली प्रयोगवादी कविताको विकासमा कोइरालाबाहेक ईश्वरवल्लभ, कृष्णभक्त श्रेष्ठ, वानिरा गिरी, पारिजात, उपेन्द्र श्रेष्ठ आदि कविहरूको विशेष देन रहेको पाइन्छ । यस लेखमा प्रयोगवादी कवि मोहन कोइरालाको कवित्वचेतलाई देखाउँदै प्रयोगात्मक प्रवृत्तिहरू केके हुन् र फर्सीको जरा कवितामा उक्त प्रवृत्तिहरू कसरी आएका छन् भन्ने विषयको विश्लेषण गरिएको छ ।

Jumlah manusia yang ada di muka bumi ini semakin hari semakin bertambah. Setiap harinya manusia pasti membutuhkan makan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan makanan tersebut banyak cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk mendapatkannya. Berawal dari semakin banyaknya keluhan tentang kesulitan pelanggan terhadap proses pemesanan dengan sistem manual, yang mengakibatkan keinginan untuk mendapatkan makanan dengan cara yang mudah dan cepat. Mereka ingin melakukan kegiatan pemesanan hanya di dalam rumah saja atau tempat mereka berkegiatan tanpa harus keluar untuk membeli makanan yang diinginkan. Cukup menggunakan aplikasi yang ada, mereka dapat memesan makanan sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan. Akar masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum adanya aplikasi penjualan ayam penyet berbasis web di rumah makan ayam penyet kabita Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, tahapan dalam metode ini adalah analysist requirment, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan analisa kebutuhan sistem penjualan ayam penyet berbasis web, planning, pada tahap ini peneliti merencsanakan sistem yang akan dibuat, modelling, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan modeling sistem penjualan ayam penyet berbasis web. coding, pada tahap ini peneliti melaukan pengcodingan sistem yang telah dirancang. tetsing, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan testing sistem menggunakan black box dan white box. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dapat mengintegrasikan potensi peluang bisnis akan kemudahan yang ditawarkan dan terciptanya disverivikasi pasar guna meningkatkan produksi dan melakukan penjualan sejara efektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi penjualan ayam penyet berbasis web sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan ayam penyet.

Dengan adanya sistem penentuan pola frekuensi berbasis web ini koperasi atau nelayan dapat mementukan distribusiikan apasaja yang paling di minati oleh masyarakat, pada survey sebelumnya banyak pedagang yang mengeluh akibatikan yang tidak laku dan mengalami pembusukan, hal itu terjadi karena pedagang belum bisa menentukan ikan apasaja yang paling di minati oleh masyarakat.Pada sistem ini koperasi dapat mengetahui kombinasi ikan apasaja yang paling di minati oleh masyarakat dan juga koperasi dapat melihat grafik ikan yang paling tinggi hingga paling rendah. Sistem ini mempunyai fitur yang lengkap mulai dari menupengolahan data penjulanikan air tawar, juga ada menu aturan asosiasi, dan yang terakhir ada menu hasil laporan yang berisikombinasi ikan apasaja yang paling di minati masyarakat.

Abstract:

‘Amidst the Pines’ by Kabita Singhal is a memoir that describes her childhood days at a boarding school in Darjeeling namely Kurseong. The school was surrounded by tall pine trees and was situated in the middle of a forest. The author illustrates many literal roles that the forest played during the formative years of her life as a human being. This study deals with some such examples, from the book, that even have a lot of metaphorical implications. More specifically, this paper examines the nature-human relationship that has been depicted by the author, in light of ecocritical consciousness derived through the ideas from the scholars like Greg Garrard, Cheryll Glotfelty, and Patrik D. Murphy and concludes that forest plays a vital role in inculcating the sense of awe, joy, fear, courage, transformation, and rootedness in human beings.

Abstract:

The subject of this paper is a "case study" of a breakdown of a high voltage 110 kV cable laid in the ground. This work shows that the determination of cable geometry and defects is possible by means of X - ray image analysis. The results were confirmed by destructive expertise. Comparative results of expertise obtained by X - ray image analysis and optical analysis are presented. In the case shown, there was a breakdown of the main cable insulation. The local exceeding of the critical electric field could occur only due to a drastic disturbance of the geometry, which had to be proven. In this paper nas been studied how it is possible to perform cable geometry analysis without destructive interventions and procedures. The degree of eccentricity of cable conductors, the structure and defects of both conductors and cable insulators can be determined with great reliability. For the presented case, the value of eccentricity at the breakdown point is less than 10%, which could not lead to the breakdown of the main insulation. On the other hand, the details in the x-ray images show that there is a "runaway" spike in the conductor of the outer sheath of the order of 5 mm. It is assumed that such a defect led to the breakdown of the main cable insulation.

Abstract:

The 110 kV cable network uses a cable A2XS (FL) 2Y 1000/95 64/110 kV with an aluminum conductor with a cross section of 1000 mm2 and copper metallic sheath with a cross section of 95 mm2. The allowed current in a conductor for the type cable is 800 A for one cable in the trench and 750 A for two cables in the trench and withstands short circuit current of 31.5 kA. With the development of the cable network, there is a need for the cables to withstand higher current loads, for one project it is necessary that the cable can transmit power equivalent to the overhead line conductor Al / steel 350/67, and for another project 900 A in summer and winter. The paper will perform a technoeconomic analysis of the selection of a new conductor and metallic sheath cross-section. The analysis takes into account the method of laying, as well as whether the metallic sheath is grounded at both ends or has been applied single point bonding or cross bonding

Abstract:

The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) consistently scores in the lowest rungs of global indexes on corruption, integrity and wider governance standards. Indeed, corruption of different sorts pervades public and corporate life, with strong ramifications for human development. Although the DRC is one of the richest countries in the world in terms of natural resources, its people are among the globe’s poorest.Corruption in the extractive industries (minerals and oil) is particularly problematic in terms of scale and its centrality to a political economy that maintains elites and preserves the highly inequitable outcomes for the majority. The politico-economic elites of the DRC, such as former President Joseph Kabila, are reportedly significant perpetrators but multinationals seeking valuable minerals or offering financial services are also allegedly deeply involved. Corruption is therefore a problem with national and international roots.Despite national and international initiatives, levels of corruption have proven very stubborn for at least the last 20 years, for various reasons. It is a structural and not just a legal issue. It is deeply entrenched in the country’s political economy and is driven both by domestic clientelism and the fact that multinationals buy into corrupt deals. This rapid review therefore seeks to find out the Corruption challenges and responses in the Democratic Republic of Congo.Grand level corruption shades down into the meso-level, where for instance, mineral laden trucks are systematically under-weighted with the collusion of state officials. With severe shortfalls in public funding, certain public services, such as education, are supported by informal payments. Other instances of petty corruption facilitate daily access to goods and services. At this level, there are arguments against counting such practices as forms of corruption and instead as necessary survival practices.To address the challenge of corruption, the DRC is equipped with a legal system that is of mixed strengths and an institutional arsenal that has made limited progress. International programming in integrity and anti-corruption represents a significant proportion of support to the DRC but much less than humanitarian and governance sectors. The leading international partners in this regard are the EU, US, UNDP, UK, African Development Bank, Germany and Sweden. These partners conduct integrity programming in general governance issues, as well as in the mineral and forest sectors.The sources used in this rapid review are gender blind and converge on a very negative picture The literature ranges from the academic and practitioner to the journalistic and investigative, and taken as a whole, is of good quality, drawing on different types of evidence including perceptions and qualitative in-country research. The sources are mostly in English with two in French.
