Abstract:

Information literacy is required to filter all information obtained in order to ensure that the data obtained is truly valid and accountable. Pesantren Misbahul Qur'an, which is proficient in tahfidz and tafsir, pays special attention to students' potential development by providing a schedule of Scientific Literacy activities. It is hoped that the students will be able to improve their ability to recognize when information is required. The Participatory Learning Methods approach is used to deliver this service. The activity has four stages: (1) identification (initial mapping) and material delivery planning, (2) socialization, (3) actualization (material delivery, practice assignment, and presentation), and (4) evaluation and reflection. The results of the service show that students in an Islamic boarding school environment have limited media literacy and have not fully utilized digital in full; the literacy schedule is more towards the search for information that is entertainment in between the busy schedule of activities and targets of memorizing throughm literacy through books and partly utilizing internet media; and the literacy schedule is more towards the search for information that is entertainment in between the busy schedule of activities and targets of memorizing throughm literacy through books and partly utilizing internet media

Abstract:

Conscientes de la necesidad de que exista una estandarización en las medidas de los elementos obtenidos de la madera, el presente trabajo hace eco al interés que tienen entidades como la Junta del Acuerdo de Cartagena, la Andi, el Centro Nacional de Estudios de la Construcción y el mismo ICONTEC, con el propósito de racionalizar este recurso y se haga más competitivo frente a otros materiales de construcción. Actualmente la base para los diseños estructurales son las normas extranjeras y principalmente las recomendaciones presentadas por la JUNAC. Inicialmente y de modo global se presenta lo que es la madera aserrada, definiciones, procesos de elaboración, el equipo que en general se usa en nuestro medio, formas como eventualmente se puede aserrar la madera y a grosso modo cómo se halla la madera en el comercio actual. La propuesta de normalización se basa en los números preferenciales y su aplicación para la determinación de las dimensiones de la madera estructural.

Con el fin de que conozcan un poco mejor a quién han elegido, siento la obligación de relatar algunos aspectos de mi vida; pero no aquellos relacionados con estudios ni con posiciones académicas que ya han sido conocidos, sino los relacionados con mi formación como ser humano que desde mi temprana infancia han forjado mi carácter y mi personalidad y que se originan en primer lugar, en el seno de mi familia. Mis padres Roso y Graciela, ya fallecidos, nacieron en dos diferentes pueblos del Departamento de Santander. Mi papá era de un pueblo llamado Galán y mi mamá de El Socorro, capital de la provincia comunera. Yo nací en medio de esos dos pueblos, un domingo a comienzos del mes de enero, en una finca que entonces se llamaba Canadá. Desconozco si todavía existe; una de mis hermanas, nacida en el mismo lugar, cuando le preguntaban sobre su lugar de nacimiento siempre decía: Canadá. Obviamente todos pensaban que se refería al gran país del norte de América. En fin, en algunos documentos yo aparezco como nacido en Galán y en otros como nacido en El Socorro. Al final, puedo decir que nací en el corazón del departamento de Santander y por tal motivo siempre llevo a Santander en mi corazón.

Abstract:

Following the motif of the loner and the emotional spectrum caused by the so-called loneliness, Igor Kolarov’s prose illuminated in the key of his posthumously published works, most notably in the Sokolica Almanac (Sokolički zbornik), reveals crypto-elements that find prototexts in the Orthodox literature of the Holy Fathers. How close the world of the child is to the foundations of Orthodox dogma is shown by the fact that the poetic practices of minimalism and camouflage allow Kolarov to interpolate them into hypermodern, i.e. ahead- of-time literature, which shows only creation in the space of the universe, participatory (writer-reader) not as a postmodern legacy but as Eucharistic imperative.

Abstract:

Fenomena dakwah di era digital kini semakin beragam. Munculnya meme menjadi ide dan perilaku yang bertindak sebagai pesan persuasive. Meme digunakan untuk mengemas pesan dakwah digital termasuk ajakan dalam melaksanakan salat Jumat. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis makna dakwah digital meme ajakan salat Jumat di internet. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis semiotika yang merupakan bagian dari analisis tekstual media massa. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah tanda-tanda dakwah digital dalam meme ajakan salat Jumat yaitu topi, baju koko putih, mic, jilbab, Al-Qur'an dan lain-lain. Penanda dakwah digital dalam meme tersebut adalah Rhoma Irama, Joko Widodo, Prabowo Subianto, dan wanita cantik. Meme dakwah digital yang dimaknai adalah takwa, akidah, politisasi agama, dan kampanye politik. Makna denotasi dakwah digital dalam meme tersebut adalah pemimpin yang baik meskipun sibuk tidak meninggalkan kewajiban salat Jumat. Salat Jumat harus dipahami oleh pria Muslim dibandingkan dengan ibadah malam Jumat (yaitu hubungan suami istri). Makna konotatifnya adalah bahwa salat Jumat dipahami sebagai upaya untuk mendapatkan massa politik. Salat Jumat dianggap sebagai cara untuk menjadi tampan di dunia saja dan tidak tampan di akhirat. Dakwah digital dalam ajakan salat Jumat dapat dimaknai dalam tiga konteks yaitu Islam, budaya dan politik.

Mimbar khutbah Jumat kerap dianggap menjadi salah satu media penyebaran hoax atau informasi yang tidak benar. Khotbah Jumat diasumsikan ada yang berisi pesan-pesan yang tidak sejalan dengan pesan takwa, yaitu pesan-pesan yang bernada mencela, mencaci-maki dan menyalahkan kelompok lain. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut, tulisan ini memfokuskan kajiannya terhadap konten khotbah Jumat disertai analisa tingkatan toleransi khatib berdasarkan isi pesannya. Kualitatif konten analisis adalah pendekatan yang dipilih untuk menggambarkan topik-topik yang terkandung dalam khotbah Jumat, dengan menggunakan Teknik kajian teks, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan khotbah Jumat secara kultural tidak mudah untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai media penyebaran hoax. Bahkan pelaksanaan khubtah Jumat secara prosedural ada yang didukung oleh Lembaga Dakwah, Pengurus Masjid dan Instansi Pemerintah. Dukungan tersebut antara lain berbentuk pengaturan jadwal khatib dan kontrol terhadap tema atau topik kutbah Jumat. Pengaturan khotbah Jumat kadang terkendala karena kurangnya tenaga khatib untuk naib, dan minimnya peran Lembaga Dakwah, dan instansi terkait dalam proses pembinaan khatib, yang kemudian berpengaruh terhadap bentuk penyampaian khotbah Jumat yang mayoritas dilakukan tanpa membaca teks. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pesan-pesan toleransi dalam dua khutbah dari tujuh khutbah yang menjadi sasaran kajian. Pesan-pesan tersebut adalah pesan kemaslahatan umat, persatuan umat, pentignya memberi rasa aman kepada sesama, dan pentingnya menjaga hubungan baik dengan sesama manusia.

Abstract:

Pulau Satonda yang terletak di Kabupaten Dompu Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan salah satu habitat bagi burung Junai Emas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik habitat burung Junai Emas dan menganalisis struktur vegetasi di habitat burung Junai Emas di zona pemanfaatan Pulau Satonda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Line Transek untuk pengamatan burung dan petak tunggal untuk analisis struktur vegetasi dengan parameter yang diamati meliputi tempat makan (feeding ground), pohon sarang, tempat bermain (playing ground) serta tempat berlindung (shelter). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Feeding ground burung Junai Emas merupakan tempat yang relatif terbuka dimana disekelilingnya terdapat semak-semak serta beberapa pepohonan yang berbuah sebagai tempatnya untuk mencari makan. Burung Junai Emas bersarang pada pohon dengan ketinggian sekitar 8 m. Playing ground burung Junai Emas merupakan lantai hutan yang memiliki tutupan vegetasi cukup rapat dan tidak terdapat tumbuhan bawah. Shelter burung Junai Emas merupakan lantai hutan dengan tutupan vegetasi yang relatif rapat serta dipenuhi oleh semak-semak yang rimbun. Vegetasi yang memiliki peranan penting bagi burung Junai Emas adalah Ara (Ficus carica), Bidara (Ziziphus mauritiana), Kersen (Muntingia calabura), Tahi Ayam (Lantana camara) dan Turi (Sesbania grandiflora). Tingkat pertumbuhan vegetasi pada habitat burung Junai Emas (Cloenas nicobarica) tergolong kurang baik.

Since the military coup on 1 February, more than 800 people, including children have been killed and more than 6,000 people have been arrested. The death toll and number of incarcerated women is sharply increasing during the crack down on protesters by security forces; yet, little is known about the specific challenges and opportunities encountered by women activists while imprisoned. Through analysis of semi-structured interviews with five women who have been detained in connection with the military coup, this report sheds light on the torture, sexual harassment and poor prison conditions that they face.

El siguiente trabajo aborda el proyecto de convergencia guerrillera que supuso, a partir de 1974, la Junta de Coordinación Revolucionaria (JCR). Esta, formada por varias guerrillas de Argentina, Bolivia, Chile y Uruguay, es el primer esfuerzo por generar un mecanismo de confrontación en clave supranacional contra las derivas autoritarias que transcurren en el Cono Sur. Sin embargo, quedó desdibujado a un plano muy residual y, en todo caso, repleto de contradicciones y debilidades acuciantes. Al respecto, se intentan explicar los factores y elementos que justifican su rápida desaparición, ilustrando el argumento central con documentación elaborada por los propios grupos armados que se encuentra disponible en el Centro de Documentación de los Movimientos Armados o en el Archivo de Lucha Armada “David Cámpora” de Montevideo.

Abstract:

En este trabajo se desarrolló un programa para calcular la rigidez de la junta atornillada, usando el método de DOBROVOLSKI, el de SHIGLEY, y bajo un modelo analítico obtenido por simulaciones en elemento finito. El espacio de diseño consiste en evaluar el comportamiento de la trayectoria del cono de compresión generado en una junta atornillada para diferentes tamaños de tornillos desde 0.190 a 0.375 pulgadas de diámetro, precargando de 2 a 4 bridas de 0.20 pulgadas de espesor, o sea variando la longitud de agarre de la junta atornillada, usando SOLIDWORKS y ANSYS para hacer un análisis comparativo en la solución por ambos programas. La trayectoria de compresión a través de la junta es importante, ya que nos ayuda a entender el comportamiento de la rigidez de la junta para lograr un mayor grado de seguridad, y calidad a la hora de diseñar una junta atornillada para el sector aeronáutico. Los resultados muestran que es posible determinar de manera cuantitativa la distribución de cargas proveniente de una fuerza aplicada a la junta, así como su distribución entre el tornillo y los elementos sujetados, además de proporcionar la fuerza requerida para separar la junta. De las simulaciones en ANSYS y SOLIDWORK se puede concluir que la diferencia en rigidez de las juntas atornilladas en la zona compresiva es menor al 10%. Lo cual no representará una variación significativa en el cálculo de la constante elástica de la junta atornillada. Finalmente, los resultados muestran que el modelo analítico obtenido de las diferentes simulaciones es confiable ya que se tienen una constante elástica de la junta de 0.165 (0.375 pulgadas DIA-4 bridas), mientras que 0.17 en ANSYS, y 0.16 en SOLIDWORKS, menos del 2% de variación.

Masalah utama yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pendapat para ulama Madzhab mengenai Ta'addud al-Jumat. Ta'addud al-Jumat adalah berbilang-bilangnya pelaksanaan shalat Jumat dalam satu desa atau kota. Berbilang-bilangnya pelaksanaan Jumat berpengaruh kepada terbaginya jumlah jamaah. Secara otomatis jamaah akan memilih Masjid yang lebih dekat dengan rumahnya. Sehingga dapat mengikis esensi atau hikmah dari pelaksanaan shalat jumat tersebut. Sementara tujuan pensyariatan jumat ini adalah untuk mempersatukan masyarakat desa atau kota. Seringnya berintraksi dapat menumbuhkan kasih sayang dan saling tolong menolong diantara mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengkaji sumber data utama berupa kitab-kitab empat mazhab yang memuat uraian tentang hukum Ta'addud al-Jumat. Tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan bagaimana hukum Ta'addud al-Jumat dari kalangan ulama ditinjau dari empat madzhab. Data yang Penulis kumpulkan baik dari sumber primer, sekunder maupun pendukung akan diproses secara deskriptif analisis. Diantara kitab empat mazhab yang akan ditelaah adalah kitab Al-fiqhu la Mazahib Al-arbaah, Syarhu Fathul qadhir, Mukhtasor Al-Mujni, Al-Bahru Ar-Roiq, Al-Umm, Mughni Al-Muhtazh, Al-Hawy AL-Kabir, Al-Fiqhu Al-Maliki Wa Adillatuhu, Ibnu Muflih, Al-Iqna, Al-Mughni Ibnu Quddamah, dan Mawahibu Al-Jalil. Setelah terkumpul pendapat semua mazhab, kemudian dikomparasi antara pendapat mazhab yang satu dengan yang lainnya kemudian di klasifikasikan pendapat yang sama dan pendapat yang berbeda.

Abstract:

The implementation of Zuhur prayer after Jumat prayer is not a common thing in all the mosques. Generally, Muslims would not perform the Zuhur prayer after Jumat prayer if the series of both pillar and term of the prayer as well as the Khutbah has been completed (perfect). However, in several mosques located in Kasuarrang area would perform the Zuhur prayer after the Jumat prayer. Thus, this case has inspired the researchers to deepen the understanding towards the case in the mentioned area. This research aims to find out the reasons of people to perform Zuhur prayer after Jumat prayer in the Kasuarrang Neighbourhood, Allepolea village, Lau district, Maros regency, Indonesia and also to find out the views of the Khalwatiyah Samman order regarding this matter. This research is a field research that implements in descriptive-qualitative method. Furthermore, this research applies observation, interview and documentation methods with a historical approach in understanding hadist. The result of this research found that the reason on the why people in Kasuarrang neighbourhood perform Zuhur prayer after Jumat prayer is because they follow the example of their parents who always perform it. Their parents used to be followers of the Tarekat Khalwatiyah Samman that has been becoming an internal recommendation for its followers. This tarekat believes that the Zuhur prayer and the Jumat prayer are obligatory prayers that are independent of each other and therefore, the Jumat prayer does not replace the Zuhur prayer, so both must still be performed on Friday. It differs from the view of the four madhhabs. They agreed that the Jumat prayer is a substitute for the Zuhur prayer on Friday. However, the Imams allow Zuhur prayer on Friday if some of the requirements and pillars of the Jumat prayer are missing. ملخّص أداء صلاة الظهر بعد صلاة الجمعة ليس أمرا شائعا في المساجد. بشكل عام ، لم يعد المسلمون يؤدون صلاة الظهر بعد صلاة الجمعة عندما تكون سلسلة صلاة الجمعة وخطبتها قد أكملت أركانها وشروطها. ومع ذلك ، تمارس صلاة الظهر بعد صلاة الجمعة في عدة المساجد التي تقع في بيئة كاسوارانج، حي ألبوليا، ناحية لاو، منطقة ماروس، ماروس ريجنسي. لذلك ، فإنه يشجع الباحثين على معرفة المزيد عن أداء صلاة الظهر بعد صلاة الجمعة في المكان. يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة أسباب المجتمع في المكان لأداء صلاة الظهر بعد صلاة الجمعة في بيئة كاسوارانج، حي ألبوليا، ناحية لاو، منطقة ماروس، ويهدف أيضًا إلى معرفة آراء جماعة طريقة خلواتية السمان في هذا الشأن . هذا البحث هو بحث ميداني. البحث المستخدم في هذه المشكلة هو بحث وصفي نوعي. يستخدم هذا البحث أساليب الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. بمقاربة تاريخية في فهم الحديث توصلت نتائج هذا البحث إلى أن سبب قيام الناس في حي كاسوارانج بأداء صلاة الظهر بعد صلاة الجمعة هو أنهم يتبعون آبائهم الذين يقومون بها دائمًا. وكان آباؤهم في السابق من أتباع طريقة خلواتية السمان. وهذه توصية داخلية لأتباعها. وذهبت هذه الجماعة إلى أن صلاة الظهر وصلاة الجمعة صلاة فرضية مستقلة. وهذا يعني أن صلاة الجمعة لا تغني عن صلاة الظهر، فيجب الاستمرار في أداءهما يوم الجمعة. وهذا بخلاف آراء أئمة المذهب الأربعة. ويزعمون أن صلاة الجمعة هي بدل صلاة الظهر يوم الجمعة. ولذلك لم تعد صلاة الظهر تُقام بعد صلاة الجمعة. ومع ذلك، فإن هؤلاء الأئمة يسمحون بصلاة الظهر في أيام الجمعة إذا كانت هناك عدة متطلبات شرعية ومتناغمة لصلاة الجمعة التي تم تركها. الكلمات المفتاحية: طريقة خلواتية السمان، صلاة الظهر، صلاة الجمعة، بيئة كاسوارانغ، منطقة ماروس Abstrak Pelaksanaan salat zuhur setelah salat jumat bukan merupakan hal yang umum terjadi di masjid-masjid. Namun, salat zuhur setelah salat jumat dipraktikkan di beberapa masjid yang ada di Lingkungan Kasuarrang, Kelurahan Allepolea, Kecamatan Lau, Kabupaten Maros, Indonesia. Maka dari itu mendorong peneliti untuk mengetahui lebih jauh tentang pelaksanaan salat zuhur setelah salat jumat di tempat tersebut. Peneitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan masyarakat di daerah tersebut melaksanakan salat zuhur setelah salat jumat di Lingkungan Kasuarrang, kelurahan Allepolea, kecamatan Lau, kabupaten Maros, Indonesia dan juga untuk mengetahui pandangan Tarekat Khalwatiyah Samman terkait hal tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan pendekatan historis dalam memahami hadis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa alasan masyarakat di Lingkungan Kasuarrang melaksanakan salat zuhur setelah salat jumat karena mereka mencontoh orang tua mereka yang selalu melaksanakannya. Adapun dahulu orang tua mereka merupakan pengikut Tarekat Khalwatiyah Samman. Hal ini merupakan anjuran internal bagi para pengikutnya. Tarekat ini berpandangan bahwa salat zuhur dan salat jumat merupakan salat fardhu yang mustaqillah (berdiri sendiri). Hal ini berarti bahwa salat jumat tidak menggantikan salat zuhur, maka keduanya harus tetap dilaksanakan pada hari jumat. Hal ini berbeda dengan pandangan para imam empat madzhab. Mereka berpendapat bahwa salat jumat merupakan pengganti dari salat zuhur pada hari jumat. Oleh karena itu, salat zuhur tidak dilaksanakan lagi setelah melaksanakan salat jumat. Namun, Para imam tersebut membolehkan salat zuhur pada hari jumat jika ada beberapa syarat sah dan rukun salat jumat yang tertinggal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, di mana penulis melakukan penelitian dengan mengamati secara langsung pelaksanaan khotbah Jumat di Desa Puput. Penulis memperoleh data dengan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul penulis melakukan analisis data, sehingga penulis menemukan kesimpulan yang merupakan jawaban dari rumusan masalah. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan khotbah Jumat di Desa Puput sesuai dengan syarat dan rukun khotbah, kemudian masyarakat Desa Puput mempunyai persepsi yang berbeda mengenai khotbah Jumat berbahasa Arab, yaitu secara mayoritas masyarakat setuju, dan sebagian kecil kurang setuju dengan khotbah Jumat berbahasa Arab dengan alasan yang berbeda pula. Penelitian ini, Pelaksanaan Shalat dan Khutbah Jumat di Sinjai (Telaah Fenomena Nongkrong di Luar Mesjid Saat Khutbah), maka ada dua frame work yang menjadi fokus penelitian, yakni: pertama, analisis konsepsi mengenai pelaksanaan shalat dan khutbah Jumat berdasarkan dalil-dalil al-Qur’an- Hadis, paradigma shalat dan khutbah Jumat perspektif mazhab fiqih ibadah. Kedua, fenomena kebiasaan nongkrong di luar mesjid saat khutbah berlangsung. Penelitian ini berusaha menemukan masalah yang menyebabkan fenomena tersebut muncul menjadi realitas yang cenderung mentradisi di seluruh mesjid tempat pelaksanaan shalat Jumat di Kabupaten Sinjai. Dalam penelitian ini dengan metode kualitatif pendekatan teori-teori sosiologi, antropologi, dan teologi. Selain itu, pada pembahasan penelitian ini akan disertai dengan rekomendasi-rekomendasi solusi pemecahan masalah atau langkah-langkah alternatif yang dapat ditempuh mengatasi masalah. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa, Shalat Jumat dan khutbah merupakan satu rangkaian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam prosesi ibadah di hari jumat. Eksistensi khutbah dalam prosesi shalat jumat sangat jelas ditinjau dari landasan dalil-dalil dan hikmah yang terkandung di dalamnya bagi kaum muslimin. Karenanya, pelaksanaan prosesi shalat dan khutbah jumat perlu ada manajemen dari pengurus/ta’mir mesjid. Untuk itu penting ada konsep tertulis mengenai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi untuk pelaksanaan shalat dan khutbah jumat. Selain itu, mesjid sebagai pusat ibadah kaum muslimin sekaligus sebagai tempat berkumpul menghendaki adanya fasilitas yang memadai. Fasilitas yang memadai dalam mesjid akan membuat betah jama’ah. Masalah pengadaan fasilitas di setiap mesjid biasanya terkendala dengan kemampuan dana mesjid. Akan tetapi hal ini dapat diatasi dengan ikhtiar dari para pengurus mesjid kepada pihak-pihak donatur baik perseorangan maupun lembaga tertentu untuk pengadaan fasilitas. Satu hal yang perlu dicatat bahwa rata-rata berdirinya mesjid berdasarkan swadaya masyarakat itu sendiri.

Jumat Gombrong merupakan event musik Hip Hop yang memiliki agenda yaitu jamming session yang didalamnya terdapat interaksi antara musisi dan audiens, hal ini membuat terciptanya komunikasi kelompok dalam pelaksanaan event. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi event yang dilakukan oleh Jumat Gombrong melalui jamming session.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara penelitian ini bersumber dari pendiri Jumat Gombrong (head manager), road manager, peserta jamming session, rapper senior. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi event yang dilakukan oleh Jumat Gombrong melalui tahap research, design, planning, coordination, evaluation sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Jumat Gombrong menggunakan jamming session sebagai trademark mereka, karena tidak terdapat di event Hip Hop manapun. Salah satu strategi yang digunakan Jumat Gombrong agar massa mengetahui event yang akan diadakan yaitu melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan bekerja sama dengan guest star, komunitas dan event-event lain. Hal ini membuat informasi seputar jamming session jadi lebih efektif penyebarannya sehingga membuat orang-orang dari dalam kota maupun luar kota tertarik untuk datang ke event Jumat Gombrong dan mengikuti jamming session.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis krisis legitimasi yang terjadi di Myanmar terhadap pemerintahan Junta militer. Permasalahan dalam penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teori legitimasi dan konsep-konsep demokrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan berbagai data dan informasi yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa krisis legitimasi terhadap pemerintahan Junta militer di Myanmar dapat ditinjau melalui kudeta pertama yang telah dilakukan oleh Junta Militer terhadap pemerintahan sipil di Myanmar hingga kudeta ketiga yang belum lama ini terjadi. Kudeta merupakan langkah militer untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan kekuasaannya di Myanmar agar tetap eksis dan memiliki pengaruh di dalam politik dan pemerintahan Myanmar. Namun dalam upaya untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan kekuasaannya, Junta militer mengabaikan nilai-nilai dan prinsip demokrasi dimana rakyat juga berhak menentukan, memilih dan mendukung berkuasanya pemerintahan sipil yang menang di dalam pemilu. Pengambil alihan kekuasaan pemerintahan yang dilakukan Junta militer melalui kudeta mendapat penolakan dan protes hingga perlawanan dari masyarakat Myanmar. Berbagai respon dari masyarakat internasional juga bermunculan untuk menentang legitimasi pemerintahan Junta Militer di Myanmar karena kudeta tersebut dianggap sebagai pelanggaran serius terhadap Hak Asasi Manusia dan menyebabkan banyaknya korban jiwa.

Os aços galvanizados são cada vez mais utilizados pela indústria automobilística devido à sua excelente resistência à corrosão e boa trabalhabilidade. A soldagem a pontos por resistência de aços galvanizados apresenta o inconveniente de um maior desgaste dos eletrodos quando comparada com a soldagem de aços não revestidos. Este é causado pela reação do zinco com o cobre do eletrodo, formando uma liga Zn-Cu (latão) que diminui a vida útil do eletrodo. No presente trabalho, foram feitos testes de soldagem a ponto utilizando aços livres de intersticiais (IF), revestidos por imersão a quente com zinco puro (GI) e liga Zn-Fe (GA). Foram determinados os campos de soldabilidade dinâmicos e a vida útil dos eletrodos para juntas formadas pelas combinações GA/GA, GI/GI e GA/GI. O estudo do campo de soldabilidade dinâmica mostrou que os valores de corrente necessários para a obtenção de uma solda adequada aumentam mais rapidamente para a junta de materiais GI/GI e este efeito foi associado com a maior contaminação do eletrodo pelo Zn do revestimento. Por sua vez, a soldagem da junta GA/GI apresenta taxas de variação desta corrente um pouco maiores do que a da junta GA/GA, mas menores que a da junta GI/GI. Em geral, a junta GA/GI apresentou resultados nos testes de soldagem mais próximos dos da junta GA/GA em comparação com os testes com a junta GI/GI. Isto mostra a influência positiva, do revestimento GA, no aumento do número de pontos de solda, mesmo quando a junta é constituída de aços com dois tipos de revestimentos diferentes (GA e GI).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menggali pemahaman mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa terhadap pelaksanaan ibadah salat Jumat, memahami asalan mengapa mahasiswa tidak mau dan terlambat dalam melaksanakan ibadah salat Jumat, serta mengeksplorasi cara untuk merevitalisasi pemahamannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey angket (kuesioner) dan wawancara yang mendalam. Sample utama penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa tahun 2020-2023 yang aktif mengikuti perkuliahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memahami tata cara dan keutamaan salat Jumat, namun masih terdapat hambatan signifikan yang mengurangi partisipasi mereka, seperti konflik jadwal, kurangnya motivasi, dan jarak ke masjid. Walaupun mahasiswa mengakui pentingnya salat Jumat, banyak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam konsistensi pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa strategi revitalisasi, seperti mengadakan seminar dan webinar, memanfaatkan teknologi, membuat program edukasi berkelanjutan, mengkoordinasikan jadwal kuliah, dan membentuk komunitas. Abstract:

Yamato Takeru is one of the most famous Japanese heroes. He has a carefully chosen name, which connects him with the state of Yamato, the predecessor of today's Japan. He is characterized by all the features of a mythical hero: courage, strength and ingenuity, but mythological story includes also fairy-tale motifs such as a miraculous sword, helpers, disguise, falling in love, and finally, supernatural death due to encounter with a numinous force. The oldest variants of the myth about this fearless warrior we can find in the first Japanese historical chronicles (8th century). Adding certain elements to the common ground and combining them in accordance with their own narrative aspirations, these texts gave their own recognizable variants of the myth of Yamato Takeru, which were a clear reflection of the ideology of the time. Regardless of the differences, these variants describe the achievements of Yamato Takeru as a key turning point, because in that semi-historical time that is also the beginning of national consolidation. By "calming and subduing" western and Eastern countries, he contributed to increasing the territory under imperial rule and strengthening the authority of the Yamato court. In the following centuries, new variants of the myth about this hero were created on these bases. Some are focused on territorial conquests and spreading of the influence of the imperial government, while the miraculous events related to the Kusanagi sword were more important to the others. Recently, Yamato Takeru has been used, in the same way as the other national icons, to create and highlight Japanese national identity, especially when it came to inspiring the people to selflessly lay down their lives for the country and the emperor.

Abstract:

O aço inoxidável AISI 444 tornou-se uma opção para substituir a liga AISI 316L devido ao seu menor custo e satisfatória resistência à corrosão. Entretanto, o uso da liga AISI 444 no feixe tubular de trocadores de calor acarreta na soldagem de uma junta dissimilar. O presente estudo teve por objetivo avaliar a resistência à corrosão da junta tubo-espelho soldada pelo processo TIG composta pelas ligas AISI 316L e AISI 444. A manufatura das amostras consistiu em replicar o projeto da junta tubo-espelho de trocadores de calor. Realizou-se em juntas soldadas ensaios de sensitização, perda de massa por imersão desde a temperatura ambiente até 90 ºC, e ensaios eletroquímicos de polarização potenciodinâmica nos eletrólitos 0,5 mol/L de HCl e 0,5 mol/L de H2SO4. Os resultados mostraram que a junta dissimilar sofreu corrosão galvânica com maior degradação na zona afetada pelo calor (ZAC) do tubo AISI 444. Porém, os mecanismos de corrosão localizada (pite e intergranular) demonstraram ser mais ativos para a liga AISI 316L. Conclui-se que a junta dissimilar apresentou melhor resistência à corrosão do que a junta soldada composta unicamente pela liga AISI 316L em temperaturas de até 70 ºC, conforme as condições observadas neste trabalho.

O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar a diferença na velocidade entre realizar testes com o uso de Teste Manual e com Selenium WebDriver & Junit. Para isso, será feito uma breve introdução ao mundo de qualidade de software, dizendo o porquê de ser tão importante e a dificuldade de se entregar um produto no prazo e com a qualidade desejada. Também será comentado o que é a automação de testes de software, o porquê de ela ser tão necessária nos dias de hoje, e suas vantagens. Para ambos os tipos de teste será utilizada a mesma aplicação, que são dois formulários de cadastro. Para os testes automatizados serão utilizados: a Eclipse IDE para escrever os comandos em Java, o WebDriver, para realizar as operações Web e o Junit, que é necessário para estruturar os testes. Também serão mostrados os resultados obtidos, demonstrando que ao utilizar esse tipo de automação se consegue diminuir bastante os testes em longo prazo.

Abstract This paper analyzes Junot Díaz’s most recent works The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao (2007. The brief wondrous life of Oscar Wao. New York: Riverhead) and This is How You Lose Her (2012. This is how you lose her. New York: Riverhead) by using Muysken’s (2000. Bilingual speech. A typology of code-mixing. Cambridge: CUP) typology of code-switching to illustrate the types of language mixing devices present in these two texts. I point out that Díaz’s innovative use of radical bilingualism is not due to the quantity of sentences including Spanish, rather to the quality of mixing and switching in his works. Further, I elaborate on Casielles-Suárez, Eugenia. (2013. Radical code-switching in the Brief wondrous life of Oscar Wao. Bulletin of Hispanic Studies 90. 475–487) study using Torres’ (2007. In the contact zone: Code-switching strategies by Latino/a writers. MELUS 32(1). 75–96) categorization of code-switching strategies utilized by U.S. Hispanic authors. I find that instead of Díaz’s texts gratifying the bilingual reader (Torres. 2007. In the contact zone: Code-switching strategies by Latino/a writers. MELUS 32(1). 75–96) or creating radical hybridism (Casielles-Suárez. 2013. Radical code-switching in the Brief wondrous life of Oscar Wao. Bulletin of Hispanic Studies 90. 475–487), that these two works illustrate radical bilingualism. In contrast to the majority of U.S. Spanish-English bilingual texts, which incorporate Spanish by using simple insertions, translations, bold font and italics, Díaz creates radically bilingual works by using a variety of Spanish and English varieties, the indirect influence of Spanish in monolingual English sentences, intra-word insertions, a diversity of insertion types and hybrid noun-phrases.

The implementation of Friday prayers is an order from Allah SWT to all Muslims who are already mukallaf. The law of performing Friday prayers is obligatory for every Muslim man. This obligation is stated in QS Al-Jumuah Verse 9. If you look at the facts on the ground, especially at the Air Tawar Barat Nurul Islam Mosque, most of the worshipers are still negligent in carrying out Friday prayers and if the Friday prayer time comes at 12:15 WIB, then most of the worshipers come. to the mosque at 12:10 WIB and some of them even came during the second sermon to perform Friday prayers. This study describes how Muslims (congregants of the Nurul Islam Air Tawar Barat Mosque) understand the terms and timing of Friday prayers through descriptive qualitative methods with the type of case study research in which the data were collected from 30 informants, both youths, pilgrims, adults/students, and parents. The results of the study were that most of the worshipers did not understand the conditions for Friday prayers and understood the timing of the Friday prayers, but there were some congregations, especially teenagers and adults/students whose awareness was still lacking in hastening to carry out Friday prayers. For this reason, the authors suggest religious leaders, ustadz, preachers are expected not to get tired of conveying about the implementation of Friday prayers, the virtues that are on Friday and how important it is to come to the mosque to carry out Friday prayers as well as the congregation are expected to continue to learn and understand about Friday prayer.

Abstract:

This study focused on military junta in Francophone West-Africa. Prior to the early 1990s this region has been less interfered by the military, as they had a close relationship with their colonial masters. What could have led to the recent military takeovers in this region, was what formed the basis for our study. The secondary method of data collection was maximally explored in our study. We made ample use of both the interventionists theory put forward by S.E. Finer. From our observations, it is clear that the current military junta in this region is as a result of several factors viz, rejection of French dominance cum presidents that are stooges to their colonial masters, institutional coup, and unnecessary delay in power by the leaders, etcetera. For this to stop, there should be a well-planned tenure system for leaders enshrined in their respective constitutions, also institutions should be strengthened to stop and/or avert institutional coup. You cannot support institutional coups and then consider military coup illegitimate. Lastly, the French government should maintain the principles of the UNO on diplomatic relations with other countries.
