A partir de um diálogo entre as teorias do dispositivo cinematográfico e a psicanálise, propomos pensar as antinomias corpo/voz; visível/invisível; homem/máquina no filme Her (Ela, 2013), de Spike Jonze. Buscaremos investigar a correspondência entre corpo e voz na obra, ao problematizarmos a presença da voz e a ausência do corpo de Samantha no campo filmado. Uma nova dialética entre o visível e o invisível se estabelece em Her, fazendo com que imagem e voz funcionem sob outra economia. Interessa-nos, enfim, considerar a oposição homem/máquina no filme de Jonze, cujas fronteiras se indeterminam e se confundem, uma vez que amar deixa de ser uma capacidade exclusivamente humana.

There is an interesting tendency in the cinema of the 21st century first decade. We see the appearance of films based on the modification of the "film about film" theme which can be tentatively defined as "a film as an unfinished scriptn. The film's subject is the process of its creation. There are five particularly obvious examples: "Adaptation" (Spike Jonze, 2002), "A Movie about the Movies" (V. Rubinchik, 2002), "Reconstruction" (Chrisofler Вое, 2003), "Waiter" (Alex van Warmerdam, 2006) and "Stranger than Fiction" (M. Forster, 2006). The article investigates the peculiarities of these films' composition, the principles of the plot and attempts to understand the sources of this phenomenon in the cinema of the recent years.

Abstract:
This thesis examines the influence of Romanticism on a selection of seven films from four contemporary American filmmakers: Sofia Coppola, Wes Anderson, Charlie Kaufman, and Spike Jonze. The research questions are as follows: How do particular Romantic ideas, either canonical ones or those located on the more critical fringes of Romanticism, relate to the work of the filmmakers I consider? What Romantic features do these films regularly exhibit, both aesthetically and in terms of narrative? How do these features inform their overall point of view? Finally, how do such Romantic ideas and aesthetics relate to the current cultural milieu in which the films were created? There are many familiar and more obscure Romantic strains running through the films. These include a preoccupation with personal history and memory; an undercurrent of deeply felt emotion and reliance upon mood and tone to convey it; a foregrounding of the creative process and the imagination; and an ambivalent relationship to both the natural world and civilised society. In terms of aesthetics, the films in question depend on qualities of the beautiful, picturesque, and sublime to represent the complex emotional states of their characters and to elicit emotional responses in their audiences. Above all, these films represent a preoccupation with subjectivity and self-consciousness: specifically, the coming to personal self-consciousness that creates a rift between the individual subject and a greater sense of society. By utilising the work of eighteenth- and nineteenth-century Romantic authors and philosophers such as Friedrich Schlegel, William Wordsworth, Henry David Thoreau, John Keats and others, combined with twentieth- and twenty-first century readings of these works via literary and cultural theorists and critics such as Harold Bloom, M.H. Abrams, Leo Marx and Anne Mellor, I emphasise the historical trajectory of general Romantic concepts. Taking established cinematic theories (“quirky” cinema, “smart” film, the “new sincerity”) as a point of entry, I explore the underlying stylistic and narrative connections between the films I discuss. I argue these films share a fundamentally Romantic form and vision specific to their own historical and cultural environment.

Music video is an intriguing genre of television due to the fact that music drives the images and ideas found in numerous and varied examples of the form. Pre-recorded pieces of pop music are visually written upon in a palimpsest manner, resulting in an immediate and entertaining synchronisation of sound and vision. Ever since the popularity of MTV in the early 1980s, music video has been a persistent fixture in academic discussion, most notably in the work of writers like E. Ann Kaplan, Simon Frith and Andrew Goodwin. What has been of major interest to such cultural scholars is the fact that music video was designed as a promotional tool in their inception, supporting album sales and increasing the stardom of the featured recording artists. Authorship in music video studies has been traditionally kept to the representation of music stars, how they incorporate post-modern references and touch upon wider cultural themes (the Marilyn Monroe pastiche for the Madonna video, Material Girl (1985) for instance). What has not been greatly discussed is the contribution of music video directors, and the reason for that is the target audience for music videos are teenagers, who respond more to the presence of the singer or the band than the unknown figure of the director, a view that is also adhered to by music television channels like MTV.

Això va evolucionar cap a la literatura de protofantasia o protociència-ficció a l’alta edat mitjana. Tanmateix, no va ser fins al segle XIX que la influent obra de Mary Shelley, Frankenstein (1818), va reunir diferents aspectes de la creació artificial de vida humana artificial en el debat d’una comprensió psicològica social més àmplia. Amb l'arribada dels mitjans audiovisuals al segle XX, aquestes representacions dels humanoides creats artificialment o d'altres creacions amb cert grau de consciència han poblat tant la gran pantalla com la televisió. Aquesta tesi se centra en les connexions socials d'aquestes representacions de la Intel·ligència Artificial, a partir de la sèrie de televisió Black Mirror (Charlie Brooker, 2011), així com en les pel·lícules Ex Machina (Alex Garland, 2014) i Her (Spike Jonze, 2014), per tal d’analitzar la relació entre la Intel·ligència Artificial i els humans des de perspectives i paradigmes diversos. Esto se convirtió progresivamente en literatura de protofantasía o proto-ciencia ficción en la Alta Edad Media. Sin embargo, no fue hasta el siglo XIX cuando la influyente obra Frankenstein (1818) de Mary Shelley reunió diferentes aspectos de la creación de un ser humano artificial, discutidos dentro de una comprensión psicológica y social más amplia. Con la llegada de los medios audiovisuales en el siglo XX, estas representaciones de humanoides creados artificialmente o de otras creaciones con cierto grado de conciencia han poblado tanto la gran pantalla como la televisión. Artificial Intelligence has been a concept that has infatuated humankind for millennia. Since antiquity, humans have been obsessed with the idea of creating a perfect artificial human for different aims such as companionship or domestic help, and ancient cultures have devoted foundational texts to the artificial human. This literary occupation gradually evolved into proto-fantasy or proto-Science Fiction literature in the early middle ages. However, it wasn’t until the 19th century that Mary Shelley’s influential work Frankenstein (1818) brought together different aspects of creating an artificial human discussed within a broader social and psychological understanding. With the advent of audiovisual media in the 20th century, such representations of artificially created humanoids or other creations with some degree of consciousness have populated both the silver screen and television. This thesis focuses on the societal connections between such representations of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on the TV show Black Mirror (Charlie Brooker, 2011) as well as the films Ex Machina (Alex Garland, 2014) and Her (Spike Jonze, 2014) by analyzing the Artificial Intelligence - human relationships from a variety of different perspectives and paradigms. The audiovisual analyses of the selected works are then followed by an examination of how such recent technological developments are taking place in our current society. These texts under examination exhort us to beware the potential dangers of AI technology, which require implementation of strict regulations around the Artificial Intelligence framework in order to alleviate human anxieties about technology. The characters and narratives depicted in the Greek mythology are all archetypal concepts. They are depictions of the primordial and the unconscious of the human being. Characters in a literary Work. can be interpreted within this primordial framework. Also, a text itself, or the form that a text is presented in, is able to show signs of the archetypal and mythological narrative. This comparative study investigates and tests the assumption that literature from different linguistic and regional backgrounds, can be brought back to the depiction of a corresponding archetypal and primordial being. A literary work of art, in the form of a novel or poem, enjoys the same universal appeal or value as a literary work from a completely different region, language or period, through its use of elements from the mythological archetype. I have chosen for the Greek mythology because of its influence in the Western art. The mythological figure of the adolescent and young man illustrates this hypothesis. The representation is split into different sub-characters, different ids: Ganymede, Apollo, Narcissus, Hermaphrodites and Cyparissus. All conform to different aspects of the archetypal young male character. The classical theme of the adolescent and young man is presented as a connection between literary works that initially seem heterogeneous. Each chapter highlights one specific mythological character, his original mythological context and his representation and influence in and on modern literature. To achieve the contrast between old and new, I have chosen pieces from the 20th century only. Within the framework of one study, a complete and exhaustive research is impossible. Still, to support my argument, I have tried to feature as many different sources as possible. Not only did l use Dutch and Afrikaans authors, but also South African, English, German and American authors and poets, as well as a French, Spanish, Czech and Japanese author. As a conclusion I can state that the archetypal concept of the adolescent and young man, clearly underlines the primordial nature of literature. The same motifs keep returning in art, also in ""new"" literary movements and types of discourse. Secondly, it appears that Cyparissus can be seen as not only a general symbol for the adolescent and young man, but also as a mystical symbol for the universal and primordial nature of art, and the ultimate ideal of the writer as an artist.

Les œuvres de Pascal Quignard et de Gert Jonke témoignent d'un rapport à la musique tout à fait privilégié, ouvrant le dialogue entre littérature et musique. Ce travail tente d'en explorer les points de contact, tout en convoquant d'autres œuvres littéraires, à partir de la notion d'expérience entendue dans son sens étymologique : l'ex-periri latin, c'est-à-dire la traversée d'un danger. Car si la musique semble être la promesse de l'œuvre littéraire, elle pourrait bien se poser également comme possible menace : la fascination de l'écrivain pour celle-ci étant toujours au risque de la révélation des limites de l'écriture. Dans un premier temps, l'œuvre musicale se pose comme une sorte d'énigme pour l'écriture, source d'une certaine fascination pour l'écrivain. Dans des formes de " biographies rêvées ", Pascal Quignard comme Gert Jonke s'intéressent à des figures de compositeurs, en entrecroisant fiction, biographique et œuvre musicale comme s'il s'agissait de révéler, en s'imprégnant d'une esthétique musicale, la vérité d'une existence. Cependant, la référence musicale ou la biographie ne constituent pas le cœur de ces récits. Pour comprendre la véritable place de la musique dans l'œuvre littéraire, il convient de s'intéresser à l'expérience sonore et musicale en tant que telle : l'irruption de la musique est, en ce sens, semblable à l'intrusion d'une altérité fondamentale. Ainsi, l'expérience musicale révèle au sujet qui l'éprouve sa propre étrangeté, et est marquée par une profonde instabilité : brouillant les frontières entre intériorité et extériorité, elle est le lieu d'une lutte entre la " Parole " et la " Mort " (Alejo Carpentier) et menace alors le langage lui-même. La rencontre avec la musique donne lieu à des poétiques de l'écriture portant les traces de son passage, et l'art musical semble alors ne pouvoir être pensé que comme un en deçà ou un au-delà de l'œuvre littéraire, questionnant le rapport de l'écrivain à son propre langage
The works of Pascal Quignard and Gert Jonke hold a privileged relationship with music, opening a dialogue between literature and music. This work attempts to explore this dialogue while evoquing other literary pieces. The term “ experience” is etymologically understood : “ex-peririr” signifies, in Latin, the crossing of danger. If music can be seen as a promise for literary work, it can also be seen as a menace : the writer's fascination with music is always accompanied by the revelation of writing's limits. The conjunction between music and literature has repercussion on a writing' poetics : music can finally be thought of as something preceding or exceeding the literary work, while questioning the writer's relation to his own language

Abstract:

Människor har i alla tider sett upp till kända personer som förebilder och representanter för något som de själva drömmer om att vara, vilket gör dessa kända personer till idealiska ansikten utåt för ett företags varumärke och produkter. Detta fenomen kallas celebrity endorsement och har länge varit en populär metod inom marknadsföring där syftet är att skapa associationer mellan ett varumärke och en känd persons egenskaper. Även i Sverige förekommer denna form av marknadsföring och vi vill i denna studie se hur svenska företag arbetar med detta. Vi har tagit del av vetenskapliga studier som menar att könet på den kända personen i marknadsföringen har betydelse. Då Sverige är ett av de mest jämställda länderna i världen är det även intressant att öka förståelsen för hur svenska företag väljer idrottsstjärnor till sina marknadsföringskampanjer.

Syftet med denna studie är att öka förståelsen för hur svenska företag använder sig av svenska idrottsstjärnor i sin marknadsföring samt om det finns några skillnader i urval då det gäller kvinnliga och manliga idrottare. Vi vill även ta reda på om företagen gör någon uppföljning på resultatet av marknadsföringskampanjerna och i så fall på vilket sätt detta genomförs.

Den teoretiska referensramen har legat till grund för denna studie och teoridelen är baserad på vetenskapliga studier om ämnet athlete celebrity endorsement, samt hur arbetet med detta fenomen går till. De delar vi berör är vikten av ett starkt varumärke, en beskrivning av fenomenet athlete celebrity endorsement, fördelar och nackdelar med denna typ av marknadsföring, hur valet av idrottsstjärna går till, om det görs någon uppföljning och utvärdering, samt om idrottsstjärnas kön har någon betydelse. Dessa delar utgör sedan grunden för teori-, empiri-, analys-, slutsats- och diskussionskapitel.

För att öka förståelsen för hur svenska företag arbetar med athlete celebrity endorsement genomfördes fyra stycken telefonintervjuer med företag som är eller har varit aktuella med kampanjer tillsammans med idrottsstjärnor. Inför intervjuerna utformades en intervjuguide som baserades på den teoretiska referensramen. Dessa företag och idrottsstjärnor var: Länsförsäkringar och Henrik Larsson, Skellefteå Kraft och Heidi Andersson, Shapy och Jonathan Hedström samt Pärsons och Anja Pärson.

Empirikapitlet behandlar resultatet av intervjuerna där varje företag redovisas enskilt för att få en övergripande syn på hur respektive företag arbetar med athlete celebrity endorsement. Företagen i studien var positivt inställda till denna typ av marknadsföringsaktivitet och de ansåg bland annat att det är viktigt att idrottsstjärnas värderingar passar ihop med företagets.

De slutsatser vi kommit fram till i denna studie är att företagen är medvetna om de fördelar som finns men inte tänker lika mycket på nackdelarna med athlete celebrity endorsement. Vi har även sett en brist i att företagen inte planerar sitt val av idrottsstjärna utan går mer på känsla. Vi kan vidare dra slutsatsen att det inte heller görs någon uppföljning eller utvärdering av den specifika kampanjen samt att valet av en kvinnlig eller manlig idrottare inte har någon betydelse för de svenska företag som deltog i studien. En övergripande slutsats som vi kommit fram till är att athlete celebrity endorsement lämpar sig bäst när produkten är sportrelaterad på något sätt.

Apres la presentation globale de la region (topographie, climat, vegetation. . . ) et l'etude de la geologie, l'auteur aborde l'nalyse du karst, element fondamental du relief caussenard. Le karst superficiel est caracterise par la presence de chaos ruiniformes et d'un grand nombre de dolines qu'on a essaye de classer ; des vallees seches, legerement encaissees par rapport a la surface du plateau, contiennent parfois des alluvions tertiaires. Le karst souterrain comprend de nombreux avens, parfois tres profonds, et quelques cavites remarquables (aven de puech negre, grotte de dargilan). On etudie aussi l'hydrogeologie, et un bilan hydrochimique est dresse. Une derniere partie est consacree aux autres aspects de la geomorphologie. Un premier chapitre retrace l'evolution geomorphologique dans son ensemble. Il est suivi par l'etude des canyons entourant le causse noir (gorges de la jonte, du trevezel et de la dourbie) et du role du systeme morphogenetique periglaciaire dans l'elaboration du relief. On essaie de preciser la part de l'erosion actuelle et son impact par l'analyse de phenomenes exceptionnels. Une annexe comprend une presentation de la carte geomorphologique, des resultats d'analyses chimiques des eaux ainsi qu'un bilan des experiences de coloration a la fluoresceine et un inventaire speleologique et hydrogeologique
After the description of the region (topography, climate, vegetation. . . ) and the study of the geology, the author analyses the karst, fundamental element of the relief. Superficial karst is characterised by the presence of numerous dolines which on tried to classify in a few main types ; dry valleys contain sometimes alluviums which were de posited during the tertiary era. Subterranean karst contains many avens, sometimes very deep, and a few remarkable cavities (aven de puech negre, grotte de dargilan). One studies hydrogeology and hydrochemistry too. The last part deales with other aspects of the geomorphology. A first chapter relates geomorphologic evolution as a whole. It is followed by the study of canyons surrounding the causse noir (gorges of the jonte, trevezel and dourbie) and of the part of the periglacial morphogenetic system in relief's elaboration. One tries to state precisely the impact of present erosion by analysing exceptional phenomena. An annex includes the presentation of the geomorphologic map, results of chemical analysis of water, a balance- sheet of experiences of colouration by fluoresceine and a speleologic and hydrogeologi- cal inventory

Šis objektas fotografuotas 2019 m. pavasarį bepiločiu orlaiviu iš oro ir nuo žemės paviršiaus su skaitmenine „Pentax“ modelio fotokamera. Visos fotonuotraukos kalibruotos ir apdorotos vienu metu su „Bentley“ kom-panijos programine įranga „ContexCapture“. 3D modeliui sudaryti programos automatiškai parinkti fotonuotraukose ry-šio taškai trianguliacijos skaičiavimais pagal 11-os atraminių geodezinių taškų koordinates transformuoti į vietinę koor-dinačių sistemą. Sukurtas punkto ir teritorijos 3D modelis siekia 3,4 mm tikslumą. Rezultatas publikuojamas internetiniame tinklalapyje (Struvės.., .2019).

Objectives: The objectives of this study is to investigate the correlation of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in predicting the depth of myometrial invasion, cervical involvement and lymph node involvement and actual histopathological findings in the women with endometrial cancer. Methods: This is a reterospective study of the patients of endometrial cancer from Nov 2011 to Jan 2016 who underwent Surgery (Total abdominal Hystrectomy with B/l salpingoophorectomy with peritoneal washings with b/l pelvic lymphadenectomy with or without para aortic lymphadenectomy) at our centre Max Superspeciality Hospital. CE MRI Pelvis has been done pre operatively in every patient. After the surgery Histopathological reports of the specimen checked and compared with MRI findings of that case. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the validity of MRI findings of endometrial cancer in comparison to final histopathological findings. Results: For the detection of myometrial invasion, overall sensitivity of MRI is 93.9%, specificity is 66.6%, for cervical involvement Senstivity is 60% and specificity 1s 93.75% and for detection of lymph node involvement sensitivity is 66.6% and specificity is 93.5%. Most common Finding on MRI is thickened endometrium with disruption of Junction jone. Conclusions: Preoperative pelvic MRI is a sensitive method of identifying invasion to the myometrium in endometrial cancer. MRI Is a sensitive noninvasive modality in predicting locoregional spread in ca endometrium. Senstivity in detecting Myometrial invasion is high but sensitivity is less in detecting cervical involvement and lymph node involvement is less.
