Abstract:

In May 2016, Jio launched a bundle of multimedia apps on Google play as part of its upcoming 4G services. While the apps are available to download for everyone, a user will require a Jio SIM card to use them. Additionally, most of the apps are in beta phase. The apps are My Jio, Jio TV, jio Chat Messenger, Jio Music, Jio 4GVoice, Jio Xpress News, Jio Security, Jio Drive, Jio Money Wallet. With the enrichment of technology, the consumer preference is changed from one person to another. For the purpose of satisfying consumers, Telecom industries are offering number of mobile phone networks and also provide cost free services to satisfy their customers. The study involves in analyzing the satisfaction of customer towards Jio network and the data is collected from 50 respondents with help of convenient sampling technique. The study suggests from its analysis to improve the network coverage and remove the calling congestion.

Abstract:

Two Rokumi-jio-gan-containing prescriptions (Hachimi-jio-gan and Bakumi-jio-gan) were selected to examine their actions in nephrectomized rats. Each prescription was given orally to rats for 10 weeks after the excision of five-sixths of their kidney volumes, and its effect was compared with non-nephrectomized and normal rats. Rats given Hachimi-jio-gan and Bakumi-jio-gan showed an improvement of renal functional parameters such as serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, creatinine clearance, and urinary protein. The nephrectomized rats exhibited the up-regulation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase subunits, c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), phosphor-JNK, c-Jun, transforming growth factor-β1, nuclear factor-kappa B, cyclooxygenase-2, inducible nitric oxide synthase, monocyte chemotactic protein-1, intracellular adhesion molecule-1, Bax, cytochromec, and caspase-3, and down-regulation of NF-E2-related factor 2, heme oxygenase-1, and survivin; however, Bakumi-jio-gan administration acts as a regulator in inflammatory reactions caused by oxidative stress in renal failure. Moreover, the JNK pathway and apoptosis-related protein expressions, Bax, caspase-3, and survivin, were ameliorated to the normal levels by Hachimi-jio-gan administration. The development of renal lesions, glomerular sclerosis, tubulointerstitial damage, and arteriolar sclerotic lesions, estimated by histopathological evaluation and scoring, was strong in the groups administered Hachimi-jio-gan rather than Bakumi-jio-gan. This study suggests that Rokumi-jio-gan-containing prescriptions play a protective role in the progression of renal failure.

Customer satisfaction is the overall essence of the impression of the supplier by the customers. During this process, the customer comes across the working environment of various departments and the type of strategies involved in the organisation. Customer satisfaction is a business term that is used to capture the idea of measuring how satisfied an enterprise’s customers are with the organisation’s efforts in a marketplace.The use of Reliance Jio Sim has been increasing rapidly in recent years. It gives more concentration towards satisfying customers. This made the researcher study the satisfactory level of customers towards Reliance Jio Sim in Tirupattur District. The present study is about customer satisfaction with Reliance Jio services, factors influencing to prefer to go with Reliance Jio Sim. Percentage analysis, Freidman Rank Test is applied to find the satisfactory level of Reliance Jio services.

Dis-ruptive Market Entry: Jio's entry into the Indian telecommunications market brought about a para-digm shift by offering affordable data plans and high-speed internet connectivity. Understanding the impact of this disruptive strategy is crucial in comprehending the dynamics of the telecom industry and its influence on internet usage. Jio's affordable data plans and extensive network coverage played a vi-tal role in bridging the digital divide in India. Examining the impact of Jio on internet usage helps evaluate the extent to which previously underserved populations gained access to digital resources and the resulting socio-economic implications. The study of Jio's impact on internet usage provides in-sights into changes in user behavior, including internet penetration rates, usage frequency, and types of online activities. SPSS (stands for Statistical Package for the Social Sci-ences) SPSS offers a user-friendly interface that allows users to perform various tasks without exten-sive programming knowledge. These procedures include descriptive statis-tics, inferential statistics, regression analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and many more. Abstract:

A hyperprolactinemic infertile woman with a pituitary microadenoma, who was resistant to bromocriptine as a method of bringing on pregnancy, succeeded in having a normal pregnancy and delivery with Hachimi-jio-gan treatment. This paper reports that the patient did not succeed in pregnancy in spite of 16 months of bromocriptine treatment, though her prolactin level gradually decreased and continued to be between 40-60 ng/ml with Hachimi-jio-gan treatment. Although the level of prolactin of the patient did not normalize, she, nevertheless, succeeded in having a normal pregnancy and delivery.

Abstract:

本文主要探討了中文二語教師在跨文化教學中對教師權威的理解和態度。東西方文化的差異在教師權威方面的表現，是彼此對師生間權力距離的認同並不一樣，東方文化中，權力距離較大，教師更為權威；而西方文化則權力距離較小，學生擁有更多的自由。本研究採訪了香港某國際學校的9名中外二語教師，得出結論：中文二語教師還是重視尊師重道的傳統，但對於教師權威已有了與時俱進的理解，面對外國學生,師生互相協商、尊重，從而達到課堂的學習目標才是教師權威的真正意義。受訪者採取1）樹立嚴師形象、運用獎懲機制；2）從學生角度考慮，尊重、幫助學生；3）自我提升，贏得學生尊重的方式，來應對學生挑戰教師權威的行為。影響受訪者形成如上教師權威的理解和態度，并選擇用以上的方式應對學生挑戰教師權威行為的策略，因素为：成長環境和教學經驗；獎懲制度和職位的肯定；個人性格、師生關係；以及網絡時代的挑戰；教師需要通過不斷進修、學習來提升自我。本文通過分析跨文化教學中，中文教師的教師權威的理解和態度，應對策略和影響因素，引出思考和啓發：1）教師權威需要被重視和理論化；2）教師權威應在跨文化教學中因應學生的需要而轉變；3）區別對待中外學生的原因在于用不同的方法，達到公平、一視同仁的結果，希望學生的需要得到重視和照顧；4）學校教育與社會的關係意味著教師權威被理論化的重要性；5）當代教育學者應著手將教師權威理論化，從而也能使中文二語教師在跨文化教學中有據可循，重建教師權威。

Abstract:

This dissertation examines the cultural dilemma that Chinese intellectuals are forced to confront with between tradition and Western Scholarship in Late Imperial and Modern China. As a traditional poet and scholar, Huang Jie (1873-1935) believed that the Manchurian reign was the reason for China’s collapse during Late Qing Era, and Chinese traditional culture would be the only remedy for the rapidly decaying society. Therefore, Huang initiated the campaign named “Nationality Conservation” in the aim of overthrowing the Manchu Empire. While sticking to “conservative” values, Huang adopted foreign/ Western cultural concepts and attempted to rephrase them with Chinese scholarship. All these endeavors had made Huang’s cultural identity confusing. Hence, this dissertation attempts to deal with Huang Jie’s understanding of culture through analyzing his poetry writings and poetic studies. Immersed by Confucian doctrines about the relationship between poetry and politics, Huang paid special attention to the cultural cultivating function of classical poetry. This ideology of “Cultivation through Poetry” was specifically generated from the Mao Shixu in Eastern Han Dynasty, and then repeatedly expressed in Huang’s poetic works in order to change the corrupt Modern society. In spite of this, Huang still respected and paid serious attention to the literariness of poetry, either in poetry writings or poetic studies. He spent great efforts on the prosody and therefore was well commended among Late Qing and Early Republican poets. Hence, this dissertation thoroughly examines how Huang Jie negotiated the tension between political and literary aspects of classical poetry. After introducing his life history and the ideology of “Cultivation through Classical Poetry”, chapter two and three focus on themes and characteristics of Huang’s poetry. These two chapters explore how Huang established his own poetic style under the trend of Song Poetry Movement commencing from Late Qing. The last chapter investigates Huang’s view on the evolution of literature and focuses on his abundant studies of classical poetry. In the conclusion, this dissertation would like to demonstrate that as a poet and scholar, Huang Jie established the traditional cultural identity, same as his friends in Nanshe, while his faith of “Cultivation through classical poetry” was well challenged at that tumultuous Modern time.

Abstract:

This paper presents the identification and verification of the hover/low speed dynamics model of a 3DR Y6 tricopter, a coaxial tricopter, using Joint Input-Output (JIO) frequency-domain identification technique. Dynamics models for both the Y6A and Y6B configurations, which have differing rotational directions for the rear propellers, were identified. Flight data showed highly coupled dynamics and required use of JIO technique to eliminate the effect of the highly cross-correlated inputs. The identified models were verified using doublet flight data. Identification results showed that both the Y6A and Y6B configurations had highly coupled hover dynamics, different from conventional multirotor and coaxial quadrotor dynamics.

Abstract:

With modern aerospace vehicle configurations, highly-coupled redundant flight control surfaces are becoming standard practice. For such vehicles, traditional System Identification (SID) methods may not accurately capture the individual contributions of effectors to the vehicle bare-airframe response. A Joint Input-Output (JIO) methodology was used to estimate the control power for each highly-correlated roll effector of the Bell V-280 hover configuration. The methodology was demonstrated using flight test data, where the identification results were compared to a high-fidelity hardware-in-the-loop simulation in the V-280 System Integration Lab.

Abstract:

Frequency-domain system identification was performed for the ADAPT(TM) Winged Compound Helicopter Scaled Demonstrator, a 10% scale version of the Piasecki X-49A, at four flight conditions spanning its flight envelope. Since the aircraft has eight redundant control effectors - lateral cyclic, longitudinal cyclic, collective, Vectored Thrust Ducted Propeller (VTDP) RPM, rudder, differential flaperon, symmetric flaperon, and elevator - and exhibits a large amount of inter-axis coupling, the Joint Input-Output (JIO) Method was used for system identification in addition to the Direct Method. Based on the identified frequency responses, a hybrid model structure, which explicitly includes the coupled fuselage-rotor flapping dynamics and a first-order model for VTDP RPM lag, was used. State-space models were identified at each flight condition, and combined with trim data to form a full flight envelope stitched simulation model. A detailed analysis of the trends of the stitched model trim, stability and control derivatives, eigenvalues, and frequency responses was performed.
