RESUMENLa historia del cristianismo no se entiende sin el complejo fenómeno mariano. El culto mariano ha afianzado la construcción de identidades colectivas, pero también individuales. La figura de la Virgen María estableció un modelo de conducta desde cada contexto histórico-cultural, remarcando especialmente los ideales de maternidad y virginidad. Dentro del imaginario católico, la Europa contemporánea ha estado marcada por la formación de una cultura aparicionista que se ha generadoa partir de diversas apariciones marianas que han establecido un canon y un marco de interpretación que ha alimentado las guerras culturales entre secularismo y catolicismo.PALABRAS CLAVE: catolicismo, Virgen María, cultura aparicionista, Lourdes, guerras culturales.ABSTRACTThe history of Christianity cannot be understood without the complex Marian phenomenon. Marian devotion has reinforced the construction of collective, but also of individual identities. The figure of the Virgin Mary established a model of conduct through each historical-cultural context, emphasizing in particular the ideals of maternity and virginity. Abstract:
IntroductionBladder cancer (BC) (including renal pelvis, ureter and urethra) is one of the most common urogenital cancers and the fourth most frequent cancer in men in the USA. In Norway, the incidence of BC has increased over the last decades. The age-standardised incidence rates per 100 000 for 2011-2015 were 53.7 in men and 16.5 in women. Compared to the 5-year period 2006–2010, the percentage increase in incidence was 6.1% in men and 12.3% in women. The recurrence rate of BC is over 50%, the highest recurrence rate of any malignancy. Smoking and occupational exposure to aromatic amines are recognised as the major risk factors. Recently, low-serum level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D (25(OH)D) and obesity have been suggested to increase the BC risk, and leptin, which is important in weight regulation, may be involved in bladder carcinogenesis. More knowledge on potential risk factors for BC is necessary for planning and implementing primary prevention measures.Methods and analysesCohort and nested case–control studies will be carried out using the population-based Janus Serum Bank Cohort consisting of prediagnostic sera, clinical measurement data (body height and weight, body surface area and weight change over time, blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides) and self-reported information on lifestyle factors (smoking, physical activity). Participants were followed from cohort inclusion (1972–2003) through 2014. The cohort will be linked to the Cancer Registry of Norway (cancer data), the National Cause of Death Registry (date and cause of death), National Population Registry (vital status) and Statistic Norway (education and occupation). Serum samples will be analysed for 25(OH)D, vitamin D binding protein, leptin, albumin, calcium and parathyroid hormone. Cox regression and conditional logistic regression models and mediation analysis will be used to estimate association between the exposures and BC.Ethics and disseminationThe study has been approved by the Regional Committee for Medical Research Ethics and is funded by the Norwegian Cancer Society. Results will be published in peer-reviewed journals, at scientific conferences and through press releases.

Pemerintah maupun penegak hukum juga mmberi atensi serius sehingga kebiri kimia dijadikan alternatif hukuman untuk pelaku kejahatan seksual tersebut. Artikel ini menganalisis tentang kebijakan pidana tindakan kebiri kimia terhadap pelaku kejahatan seksual berulang pada anak di Indonesia. Teori kebijakan pidana yang dikemukakan Marc Ancel dan teori tujuan pemidanaan Herbert L. Packer dijadikan landasan dalam membahas persoalan ini. Artikel ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif atau studi kepustakaan/studi dokumen. Kajian dilakukan terhadap regulasi negara yang tertulis maupun bahan-bahan hukum lain, serta literatur yang memiliki kesesuaian dengan topik yang tengah dibahas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan, Undang-Undang nomor 17 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak Menjadi Undang-Undang dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 70 Tahun 2020, mengenai kebiri kimian, selayaknya “ditinjau ulang kembali” untuk mendapatkan suatu formulasi pemidanaan yang lebih humanis serta tidak merendahkan martabat manusia. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Pidana, Kekerasan Seksual Anak, Kebiri Kimia Sexual violence has become a concern of many parties. Especially if the victims are children. The government and judiciary are also giving serious attention to. Thus, chemical castration is used as an alternative punishment for the perpetrators of these sexual crimes. This article analyzes the criminal policy of chemical castration against perpetrators of repeated sexual crimes against children in Indonesia. The theory of criminal policy proposed by Marc Ancel and the theory of the purpose of punishment by Herbert L. Packer are used as the basis for discussing this issue. This article is a normative legal research or literature study/document study. Studies are conducted on written state regulations and other legal materials, as well as literature that is relevant to the topic being discussed. The conclusion of this study shows that Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection to become Laws and Government Regulations Number 70 of 2020, regarding chemical castration, it should be "re-examined" to obtain a formulation of punishment that is more humane and does not demean human dignity. AbstractThis article focuses on analysis of the international controversy provoked by the posthumous awarding of the 1972 Peace Prize of the German Book Trade to the Jewish‐Polish physician, pedagogue and writer Janusz Korczak (1878/79–1942). The controversy, which centred around the recipient of the prize money, can be identified as an important catalyst both for the popularisation of the Korczak movement and for the institutionalisation of Korczak research in Germany, particularly in the field of pedagogical research. The article investigates the various interests and goals of memory policy actors in academia, business, politics and the media, and emphasizes the very strong link between Korczak's oeuvre and Holocaust remembrance, in the light of correspondences, manuscripts and press reports about this award ceremony. The mechanisms of the reciprocal transfer of attention between scholars and the public are examined from the perspective of memory studies and the history of science, particularly with regard to their specific influence on the establishment of German‐language Korczak research.
