The choice of vocabulary in the Qur'an is not a coincidence, but each word has its own value of balaghah. The beauty of the language and style of the Qur'an can be seen from its balaghah and fasahah, both concretely and abstractly. The Qur'an sometimes uses several words that have the same or close meanings, so there seems to be an inconsistency in the words it uses. This study will examine the use of the words bahjah, jamᾱl and zukhruf which means beautiful in the Qur'an. This research is library research using the maudhu'i method. The main sources of data are the verses of the Qur'an that contain the words bahjah, jamᾱl and zukhruf as well as secondary sources in the form of books of tafsir, mu'jam and other related scientific sources. In the Qur'an, the words bahjah, jamᾱl and zukhruf have meanings that are almost related to each other but with different contexts and purposes. Bahjah is defined by the beautiful colors used to express the beauty in the trees, flowers, mountains, oceans, etc. that make the earth look beautiful. Jamᾱl in the Qur'an is generally used to describe the beauty that radiates from a nature that will not be mentioned unless there is dispute or friction. As for zukhruf, it is used in the Qur'an to mention concrete decoration, but if it is paired with other words, then the decoration in question is abstract decoration. Pemilihan kosa kata dalam Alquran, bukanlah suatu kebetulan tetapi setiap kata mempunyai nilai balaghah tersendiri. Keindahan bahasa dan uslub Alquran yang menakjubkan terlihat dari balaghah dan fasahahnya, baik yang konkrit maupun abstrak. Alquran kadangkala menggunakan beberapa kata yang memiliki arti sama atau dekat, sehingga tampak adanya inkonsistensi dalam kata-kata yang digunakannya. Kajian ini akan mengkaji penggunaan lafaz bahjah, jamᾱl dan zukhruf yang bermakna indah dalam Alquran. Penelitian ini berupa riset kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan metode maudhu’i. Sumber data utama yaitu ayat-ayat Alquran yang mengandung lafaz bahjah, jamᾱl dan zukhruf serta sumber sekunder berupa kitab-kitab tafsir, mu’jam dan sumber ilmiah terkait lainnya. Dalam Alquran lafaz bahjah, jamᾱl dan zukhruf mempunyai makna yang hampir berkaitan antara satu dengan lainnya namun dengan konteks dan tujuan yang berbeda. Bahjah diartikan dengan warna yang indah yang digunakan untuk menyebutkan keindahan pada pepohonan, bunga-bungaan, pegunungan, lautan, dan lain-lain yang menjadikan bumi terlihat indah. Jamᾱl dalam Alquran pada umumnya digunakan untuk menyebutkan keindahan yang terpancar dari sesuatu sifat yang tidak akan disebutkan kecuali terjadi perselisihan atau gesekan. Adapun zukhruf digunakan dalam Alquran untuk menyebutkan hiasan yang konkrit akan tetapi jika disandingkan dengan kata lain maka hiasan yang dimaksud adalah hiasan yang abstrak.

Ethnic identity is a differentiator that is primordial that is often used to establish an association to a particular group, as ingroup or outgroup that in the local context the plural is called the "Kitorang" or "kamorang". Ethnic identity is a true socio-cultural construction, which can be changed, uncertain and impermanent. Ethnicity is an expression of past products, the rise of the same origin, social relations, and similarities in cultural values ​​and traits such as language and religion. However, despite ethnic identity can change it may cause birth stereotypes and prejudices even turn into violent conflict. This research is to unravel the relationship between ethnic Kaili (native) and ethnic Bugis (entrants) in the city of Palu. This study used a qualitative method with informants selected from academia (anthropologist), students and community leaders Kaili and Bugis. The results showed that the various stereotypes that appear in both ethnically both positive and negative. Meanwhile there are also prejudices that accompany the relationship and communication between the two ethnic groups, although there has been a culturals and economic interconnections since hundreds of years ago. Even since the 1990s until recent year violent conflicts ethnic background, whose roots are suspected due to economic disparities between Kaili and Bugis ethnic population, such as the conflict in the Market Masomba and Inpres Market. ABSTRAK Identitas etnik merupakan pembeda yang bersifat primordial yang seringkali digunakan untuk menetapkan asosiasi pada kelompok tertentu, sebagai ingroup atau outgroup yang dalam konteks lokal jamak disebut dengan istilah “kitorang” atau “kamorang”. Identitas etnik sejatinya merupakan konstruksi sosial budaya, yang dapat berubah, tidak pasti dan tidak kekal. Etnisitas merupakan ekspresi dari produk masa lalu, kebangkitan asal-usul yang sama, hubungan sosial, dan kesamaan dalam nilai-nilai budaya dan ciri-ciri seperti bahasa dan agama. Namun identitas etnik kendati dapat berubah ia dapat menyebabkan lahirnya stereotipe dan prasangka bahkan berubah menjadi konflik kekerasan. Penelitian ini mengurai relasi antara etnik Kaili (pribumi) dan Etnik Bugis (pendatang) di Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan yang dipilih dari kalangan akademisi (antropolog), mahasiswa dan tokoh masyarakat Kaili dan Bugis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beragam sterotipe yang muncul pada kedua etnik baik yang positif maupun negatif. Sementara itu masih terdapat pula prasangka yang menyertai relasi dan komunikasi antar kedua etnik, kendati telah terjadi persinggungan budaya dan ekonomi sejak ratusan tahun yang lalu. Bahkan sejak tahun 1990 an hingga beberapa tahun terakhir terjadi konflik kekerasan berlatarbelakang etnik, yang akarnya ditengarai akibat ketimpangan ekonomi antara penduduk etnik Kaili dan Bugis, misalnya saja konflik di Pasar Masomba dan Pasar Inpres. Abstract Corona virus is a new type of coronavirus that is transmitted to humans. This virus can attack anyone, both babies and children,adults, the elderly, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. This viral infection is called Covid-19. Until now, there has not been found a drug or vaccine for prevention.WHO urges people to live side by side with Covid-19 in the future which gives rise to life as “New Normal”. That is humans must always wear a mask when they are outside the house, live clean, always wash their hands with soap and so on. Information through infographics is needed about covid-19 as a reminder and at the same time educating Unesa Faculty of Language and Arts students the importance of maintaining distance, wearing a mask in campus activities to prevent the spread of covid-19. With the existence of an infographic on the prevention of covid-19 at the Faculty of Language and Arts, Unesa hopefully can, raise awareness of all campus members.This infographic was designed considering the lack of information on prevention of Covid-19 at FBS with the target audience of adult adolescents with casual and modern appearance so that the message can be easily understood.Keywords: covid-19, infographics, prevention, design Abstrak Virus Corona adalah jenis baru dari coronavirus yang menular ke manusia. Virus ini bisa menyerang siapa saja, baikbayi,anak-anak, orang dewasa,lansia, ibu hamil, maupunibu menyusui. Infeksi virus ini disebut Covid-19. SSampai saat ini belum ditemukan obat maupun vaksin untuk pencegahan, WHO menghimbau kedepan manusia harus hidup berdampingan dengan covid-19 yang memunculkan kehidupan dengan sebutan “New Normal” yaitu manusia harus selalu memakai masker jika berada diluar rumah, hidup bersih selalu cuci tangan pakai sabun dan sebagainya. Dibutuhkan sebuah informasi melalui infografis tentang covid-19 sebagai pengingat sekaligus mengedukasi mahasiswa Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Unesa pentingnya jaga jarak, memakai masker dalam beraktifitas dikampus guna mencegah penyebaran covid-19. Dengan adanya infografis pencegahan covid-19 di Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Unesa diharapkan dapat, menumbuhkan kesadaran semua civitas kampus. Infografis ini dirancang mengingat minimnnya informasi pencegahan covid-19 di FBS dengan target audiece remaja dewasa berpenampilan casual dan modern sehingga pesan dapat mudah dipahami

One form of the beauty of the language and the richness of the meaning of the Qur'an is the use of the words rih and riyah, which are the same word with different forms of derivation but have a different philosophies of meaning. Even in Surah Yunus verse 22 and three other verses, the Qur'an mentions the word rih for both positive and negative connotations. The use of such words seems to give the reader the impression that the Qur'an is inconsistent in choosing the words it uses. Departing from this problem, the author formulates two objectives of this research, namely to explain the classification and scope of meaning of the words rih and riyah in the Qur'an and to describe the interpretation of the mufassir related to these lafaz. From the results of the study, lafaz rih has several expressions of meaning according to the context of the intended verse, namely punishment, strength or glory, help and fragrant smell. Broadly speaking, the word riyah is interpreted to be more about things that are fun and welfare information, because of the magnitude and many benefits the Qur'an mentions in the plural. As for the scientific interpretation of the word rih, the Qur'an describes something that is harmful and destructive. This is because at a certain speed the wind can exceed the benefit as well as the description of the commentators about the hot wind that brings fire and burns to destroy anything in its path. Salah satu bentuk keindahan bahasa dan kekayaan makna Alquran yaitu penggunaan kata rih dan riyah yang merupakan satu kata yang sama dengan bentuk derivasi yang berbeda, namun mempunyai filosofi makna yang berbeda. Bahkan dalam surah Yunus ayat 22 dan tiga ayat lainnya, Alquran menyebutkan kata rih untuk konotasi yang positif maupun negatif. Pemakaian kata serupa itu seakan-akan memberi kesan kepada pembaca bahwa Alquran inkonsisten dalam memilih kata-kata yang digunakannya. Berangkat dari permasalahan ini, penulis merumuskan dua tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan klasifikasi dan cakupan makna dari kata rih dan riyah dalam Alquran dan mendeskripsikan penafsiran mufassir terkait dengan lafaz tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, lafaz rih memiliki beberapa ungkapan makna sesuai dengan konteks ayat yang dituju yaitu azab, kekuatan ataupun kejayaaan, petolongan dan bau harum. Secara garis besar, kata riyah ditafsirkan lebih kepada hal-hal yang sifatnya informasi-informasi menyenangkan dan kesejehteraan, karena besar dan banyak manfaatnya Alquran menyebutkannya dalam bentuk jamak. Adapun pada penafsiran ‘ilmi kata rih, Alquran mendeskripsikan sesuatu yang merugikan dan merusak. Hal ini karena pada kecepatan tertentu angin dapat melampaui kemaslahatan seperti halnya uraian para mufassir mengenai angin panas yang membawa api dan membakar hingga membinasakan apapun yang dilaluinya.

The industrialized and liberalization the various peoples triggered free trade and increasing demand for consumer products. In spite of multilateral diplomatic problems among nations , the development of world economy was advanced has caused the limits of the country began disguised, trade ships with any nationality , can be easily do their activities in any country , a ship that is manned by sailors of another race will interact with the parties outside the ship which certainly have different languages. The importance of english language proficiency in this context is to support boat safety because of several factors the case study of an accident of a vessel which is often occur because of a misunderstanding in communications where take care of less officer to take control of the english that well. The problems discussed in this journal is communication between a ship or bridge to bridge communication , and interen vessel in communication related to operational above a ship. Selama empat dekade terakhir, jumlah perkiraan perdagangan di laut telah meningkat empat kali lipat, dari hanya 8 triliun ton per mil laut pada tahun 2008 (ICS : 2010). Sepanjang abad ke-20, industry perkapalan dunia telah mengalami kecenderungan peningkatan total volume perdagangan. Meningkatnya industrialisasi dan liberalisasi ekonomi berbagai bangsa telah memicu perdagangan bebas dan miningkatnya permintaan untuk produk-produk konsumen. Terlepas dari persoalan diplomatik multilateral antar bangsa, perkembangan ekonomi dunia yang begitu pesat telah menyebabkan batas-batas negara mulai tersamarkan, kapal-kapal niaga dengan kebangsaan manapun, dapat dengan mudah melakukan kegiatannya di negara manapun, yang berarti suatu kapal yang diawaki oleh pelaut dari bangsa lain akan berinteraksi dengan pihak-pihak di luar kapalnya yang tentu saja memiliki bahasa yang berbeda. Pentingnya penguasaan bahasa Inggris dalam hal ini adalah untuk menunjang keselamatan kapal karena adanya beberapa faktor studi kasus kecelakaan kapal yang sering terjadi karena adanya kesalahpahaman dalam berkomunikasi dimana perwira jaga kurang menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas pada jurnal ini adalah komunikasi antar kapal atau Bridge to Bridge Communication, maupun interen vessel in communication yang berhubungan erat dengan operasional diatas kapal.
