Abstract:

Awal tahun 2022, ekspresi bahasa remaja Jaksel semakin dekat dengan pengguna media sosial melalui informasi digital. Berbagai ekspresi bahasa tersebut mendapat perhatian publik lebih banyak dan menjadi fenomena linguistik. Banyak ekspresi bahasa remaja Jaksel yang ditangkap secara detail oleh akun Youtube Podcast Kesel Aje dengan tujuh (7) video mengenai Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ekspresi figuratif bahasa Inggris yang terdapat dalam video Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel tersebut. Video tersebut berjudul Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel Jaksel passionately, Belajar Bahasa Jaksel as usual, Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel introvertly, Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel ygy, Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel lagi, Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel Tiada Henti, and Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ekspresi bahasa figuratif berbahasa Inggris yang ditemukan di video Belajar Bahasa ABG Jaksel adalah empat (4) simile berbahasa Inggris, dan tiga (3) metafora berbahasa Inggris. Ekspresi bahasa remaja Jaksel mengandung ekspresi figuratif yang maknanya tidak harfiah. Dalam hal ini, ekspresi bahasa remaja Jaksel tentu menarik pemikiran kita untuk mempertimbangkan hubungan antar kata.

Abstract:

Bahasa digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi antar individu satu sama lain, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Alterasiyang menyebabkan bertambahnya jenis bahasa seiring berjalannya waktu dan menimbulkan banyaknya bahasa baru.Seperti sekarang terdapat bahasa yang mendominasi di masyarakat, yaitu bahasa gaul. Bahasa gaul itu sendiri sudahada sejak lama yang dikenal dengan istilah bahasa prokem. Bahasa gaul merupakan bahasa yang tidak baku, bahasaini biasanya sering kali digunakan oleh kalangan remaja pada saat mereka berkomunikasi. Salah satu contoh bahasagaul ini adalah, bahasa gaul "Jaksel" yang sangat terkenal di kalangan remaja Jakarta, khususnya remaja JakartaSelatan. Karena penggunaan bahasa gaul "Jaksel" ini sangat marak di kalangan remaja Jakarta, oleh sebab itu tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bahasa gaul "Jaksel" sebagai eksistensi di kalangan remaja Jakarta. Penelitianini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara yang diajukan kepada narasumber remajaJakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa gaul "Jaksel dilihat dari eksistensi kalangan remaja Jakartakarena bahasa ini merupakan bahasa yang unik dengan campuran bahasa Indonesia dengan bahasa Inggris sertatersebar luas di kalangan media sosial. Dengan demikian, bahasa gaul "Jaksel” dianggap sebagai hal yang eksis dikalangan remaja Jakarta karena dampak dari media sosial yang menyebabkan bahasa tersebut menjadi suatu tren

<p align="center"><strong></strong><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>Komunitas Tangan Di Atas wilayah Jakarta selatan (TDA Jaksel) merupakan salah satu TDA Wilayah dibawah TDA Pusat dan merupakan pusat penggerak kegiatan dalam organisasi. Prioritas kegiatan utama TDA Jaksel adalah mengadakan peningkatan capacity building bagi anggotanya. Salah satu program TDA Jaksel untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen dan pengelolaan usaha anggotanya adalah program Kelompok Mentoring Bisnis (KMB). Tahun 2018, KMB menggunakan format yang lebih terstruktur dengan konsep berkurikulum dan diikuti oleh member yang berbayar. Peserta program KMB berjumlah 32 orang yang terbagi dalam 4 group berdasarkan pilihan terhadap mentornya. Permasalahan yang ditemui pada saat evaluasi di pertengahan program KMB adalah ketidakefektifan dalam KMB. Team Pengabdian masyarakat bekerjasama dengan TDA Jaksel membantu memberikan solusi dengan menerapkan konsep efektifitas pelatihan melalui: pengelompokan kembali group program mentoring berdasarkan level bisnisnya, menyusun kurikulum mini/SAP untuk group basic, memberikan sesi mentoring sesuai SAP serta melakukan evaluasi. Sementara untuk pembekalan yang dilakukan oleh Team Pengabdian masyarakat UAI difokuskan pada kelompok basik yang berjumlah 6 orang dan sesi pertemuan dalam 4 tahap yang memadukan metode mentoring dan coaching. Di akhir program diperoleh evaluasi bahwa kepuasan dalam pelaksanaan program KMB ini meningkat 25% setelah dilakukan pengelompokan ulang dan dibenahi materi serta metode pengajarannya.</em><em> </em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci<em>:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Bisnis, Elearning, Mentoring, Startup, TDA</em><em>, </em><em>Training, Wirausaha,</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p> <strong> Abstract</strong></p><p><em>TDA Wilayah Jakarta Selatan (TDA Jaksel) is one of TDA wilayah under TDA Pusat and is the driving center for activities in the organization. TDA Jaksel's main priority is to increase capacity building for its members. One of the South Jakarta TDA programs to improve the management and management capabilities of its members is the Kelompok Mentoring Bisnis (KMB) program. In 2018, KMB uses a more structured format with curriculum concepts and paid members only. 32 participants of the KMB program were divided into 4 groups based on their choice of mentor. The problem encountered during the evaluation in the middle of the KMB program was the ineffectiveness of the KMB. The Community Service Team in collaboration with TDA Jakarta helped provide solutions by applying the concept of training effectiveness through: grouping back mentoring programs based on their business level, compiling mini / SAP curriculum for the basic group, providing mentoring sessions according to SAP and conducting evaluations. While for the debriefing conducted by the UAI Community Service Team, the focus was on the basics group, which consisted of six people and meeting sessions in four stages, which combined mentoring and coaching methods. Abstract:

The present article portrays the use of “which is” as a currently popular mixed-code among Indonesians, especially teenagers and public figures, since the 2010s or popularly named as the language of South-Jakartans (Bahasa Anak Jaksel) by taking an Indonesian TV show as the data collection sites. The data were the comments of one of the judges of Indonesian Idol 2018, named ME. For investigation purpose, videos containing the “which is”phrase uttered by ME were sorted, transcribed, and analyzed. The analysis focused on how “which is”functions in the utterances. It was found that remarkable functions of “which is”include as substituting conjunctions and discourse markers. The substituting conjunctions include cause-effect and coordinating conjunctions, as for the discourse markers likely function to minimize face-threatening act.

Abstract:

This research was conducted based on the emergence of a trend in Indonesia, namely the use of alternative tobacco products (vape). It is known that the use of vape can make smokers reduce smoking activities or even make smokers quit smoking because of many factors to switch to vaping. The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of the analysis of factors that influence smokers to switch to alternative tobacco products (vape). This study uses the K-means method and uses the factors of age, income, duration of smoking, and time period of using vape as parameters. Data collection techniques are in the form of data collection by questionnaire. Abstract:

This paper investigated the variety of code-mixing expressions in the Indoglish phenomenon which happens in South Jakarta or Jaksel, for short. Interestingly, Indoglish has become a communication means among teenagers. The researchers chose this topic since it went viral and interesting. This research was conducted to identify the words which are frequently used as Indoglish expressions. The researchers used sociolinguistic analysis as the method of this study. There were 12 tweets from 8 websites to be investigated. The data were then identified and analyzed to explore the Indoglish phenomenon. Results showed there were 78 English words from 12 tweets in eight websites, revealing the four most frequently words as Indoglish expressions. The Indoglish phenomenon was popular among teenagers in the bilingual or mulitilingual society when communicating with their online friends, for example when making jokes and Indoglish was considered prestigious.

Abstract:

This article examines the legal aspects of the cancellation of marriage due to identity forgery based on the case of the South Jakarta District Court Decision Number 586 / PDT.G / 2014 / PN.JAKEL , this is regulated in Law number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. This research uses normative juridical research, which refers to the provisions of positive laws and regulations in Indonesia among the laws and regulations on Marriage by knowing the procedures of the marriage law and making it a guide in resolving problems in society. The results of the study found indicators of legal aspects between husband and wife that arise because of marriage between them. AThere are different nationalities, so that it becomes a study of International Civil Law and mixed marriage problems in Indonesia between Jessica Iskandar and Ludwig Frans Willibald regarding the validity of the marriage certificate so that it can be canceled and legal consequences after marriage cancellation. So there are important things that need to be considered if there is someone foreigners or non-citizens of Indonesian citizens who will conduct a mixed marriage with an Indonesian citizen. The marriage procedure is regulated in the Implementation Regulation of the Marriage Law, namely Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 So that there are important things that need to be considered in the applicable marriage law, it should be known about the legal aspects and legal consequences according to the legal aspects in Indonesia.

Abstract:

Pembelajaran tematik merupakan pembelajaran yang menggunakan tema untuk memadukan beberapa mata pelajaran atau bahan ajar, agar pembelajaran lebih bermakna bagi siswa. Meskipun pembelajaran tematik sudah diterapkan sejak Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (2004) namun sampai saat ini (2017/2018) masih ada kepala sekolah dan guru SD yang mengalami kendala dalam mengimplemen-tasikan pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bersifat kolaboratif dengan membandingkan implementasi (persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian) pembelajaran tematik di lima SD swasta di DKI Jakarta yaitu SD Santa Maria (JakPus), SD Strada Santo Ignatius (JakUt), SD Tarakanita 5 (JakTim), SD Kartika X-2 (JakSel), dan SD Bintang Kejora (JakBar). Perencanaan dalam bentuk Prota, Promes, dan Silabus sudah mengikuti panduan, hanya perlu disesuaikan dengan kalender sekolah, sedangkan penyusunan RPP dan perangkatnya dibuat guru pararel seminggu sekali. Pelaksanaan di kelas 1 sudah menerapkan tematik terpadu, sedangkan di kelas 4 masih tematik terjaring, menggunakan model dan metode pembelajaran cukup bervariasi dan mengaktifkan siswa, dan melaksanakan langkah pembelajaran saintifik walaupun belum optimal. Penilaian dalam bentuk penilaian autentik masih dirasakan sulit sehingga perlu dicari cara yang lebih memudahkan guru dalam mempersiapkan dan melakukan penilaian.

Abstract:

Indonesia is the law of state or law state, as a law state country, Indonesia must have 3(three) important element such as legal certainty, justice, and expediency. Those main elements represent all the law state. In community, people everyday acts always relate to legal act, such as contract, buying or selling object that promised. To ensure those legal act have the ability perfect proof power, those legal act poured in the form of deed. In buying and selling land, a deed of sale and purchase must be made in front authorized official like land deed officer. However land deed officer as public official do make mistake on duty, with the result that party at a disadvantage. Party that loss because of mistake land deed officer, do ask for responsibility by suing the land deed officer to compensate the losses. Land deed officer in carrying out their duties must apply the precautionary principle so as to minimize any mistakes in making the deed. Author is using normative legal research methods, supported by a data which is theory and interviews some expert in land deed officer and Code of Ethics. The legal consequences to the land deed officer due the legal acts are against the law, which is a sanction will be given. The sanction will divided in three types such as sanction according to the Civil Law, Criminal Law and Code of Ethics or Government Regulation about land deed officer.

Tim pengabdian masyarakat yang telah lama bekerjasama dengan divisi edukasi Internal TDA Jakarta Selatan dan Jakarta Timur bekerjasama sebagai kontribusi untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu berupa 1) Memberikan Program Workshop series dalam bentuk Camp, 2) Penyediaan mentor yang sesuai dengan bidangnya yang mampu memberikan pembekalan secara praktis dan sistematis serta 3) Memberikan materi praktis berupa lembar kerja sebagai template untuk memulai bisnis sehingga bisa di gunakan secara praktis. Pelatihan Start Up Business Camp ini di jalankan dalam 4 sesi selama 2 kali pertemuan dengan 10 orang peserta bisnis pemula dari TDA Jaksel dan Jaktim. Abstract:

W artykule autorka analizuje debaty telewizyjne. Celem jest pokazanie na przykładach, jakie prawidłowości, zasady i normy rządzą interakcją w dyskursie publicznym. Autorka analizuje przykłady, w których rozmówcy naruszają zasady komunikacji, a następnie rozmawiają o normie dyskursu. Szczególnie mocno reagują na akty zagrożenia twarzy pozytywnej oraz naruszanie sfery prywatnej w komunikacji. Z analizy przykładów wynika, że norma dyskursu publicznego wymaga respektowania roli, w jakiej występuje rozmówca.

Abstract:

Ze względu na rzadką recepcję twórczości średniowiecznego myśliciela – Wincentego Kadłubka – autorka artykułu poddała badaniu część osiągnięć dziejopisarskich kronikarza należącą do dorobku aksjologii i aretologii. Kategorie „roztropność”, „rozsądek” i „rozwaga” mają bowiem, oprócz proweniencji etycznej, również wyraźne usytuowanie w dyscyplinie pedagogika i niektórych jej subdyscyplinach. Istotne znaczenie tych kategorii ujawnia się w obszarze pedagogiki teoretycznej i praktycznej. Zatem oprócz przypomnienia specyficznych cech epoki, w jakiej żył oraz tworzył ten wyjątkowy w dziejach narodu polskiego intelektualista, a także zaprezentowania zwięźle zarówno kroniki, jak i faktów biograficznych, niniejszy artykuł stanowi propozycję udzielenia odpowiedzi na kilka pytań: jak Wincenty Kadłubek postrzega roztropność, rozsądek i rozwagę? Jak ujmuje „rodowód”/genezę ludzkiej roztropności, rozsądku i rozwagi? Jakie znaczenie przypisuje kronikarz uosabianiu roztropności, rozsądku i rozwagi? Jakie warunki osiągnięcia roztropności podaje? Jakie czynniki stanowią, w jego przekonaniu, ich przeciwieństwa i przeszkody? Jakie przekazuje wskazówki odnośnie do przezwyciężania tych przeszkód, a także do wychowawczego kształtowania roztropności, rozsądku i rozwagi? Autorka podjęła się hermeneutycznej interpretacji mniej znanej części dorobku Kadłubka w przekonaniu, że analizowane dziedzictwo stanowi kapitał kulturowy narodu, skarbnicę rodzimej tradycji, wciąż mającą wiele do zaoferowania każdemu odbiorcy.

Abstract:

Kwestia praw zwierząt wymaga określenia ich natury formalnej oraz uzasadnienia w sferze filozofii i etyki. Należy dokładnie określić jakie istoty i na jakiej podstawie mogą posiadać prawa oraz kto powinien je respektować. Prawa ludzkie traktują o przywilejach, ale również o obowiązkach wynikających z ich przestrzegania. U ich podstaw leży ochrona jednego człowieka przed drugim, czyli praktyczna realizacja idei bezpieczeństwa. W odniesieniu do zwierząt, prawa mogą określać tylko to, co zwierzętom przysługuje z ich natury, bez możliwości oczekiwania spełniania jakiegokolwiek obowiązku z ich strony.

Abstract:

Poznań przed 1773 r. posiadał dwie szkoły średnie – Akademię Lubrańskiego oraz kolegium jezuickie. Obie prestiżowe i sławne w ówczesnej Rzeczypospolitej. Czy istniały jakieś elementy ich programu wychowania, które w znaczącym stopniu je różnicowały? Artykuł próbuje udzielić odpowiedzi na to pytanie poprzez analizę celów wychowawczych realizowanych w obu placówkach w omawianym czasie na podstawie tekstów o charakterze normatywnym, zeszytów uczniowskich, skryptów wykładów, publikacji twórczości uczniowskiej, programów teatralnych. Zwłaszcza ta druga kategoria źródeł jest ważna, gdyż pokazuje w sposób pewny, czego faktycznie uczono w tych szkołach, na jakie wartości zwracano szczególną uwagę.

Lektura świadectw Zagłady doskonale obrazuje trudności, jakie napotyka dążenie do sformułowania „wzoru na przeżycie”. Próba generalizacji w konfrontacji z indywidualnym, unikalnym losem, zawsze budzi lęk, że przy okazji zagubimy jakiś istotny, nieuchwytny rys specyficzny dla twórcy zapisu. Opór wynika również z obawy, że wskazując na zbiór czynników sprzyjających ocaleniu, wprowadzamy mimowolnie do naszych rozważań element wartościujący. Jeżeli bowiem rzeczywiście działało jakieś prawo „selekcji” (abstrahując od sensu przypisanego temu słowu przez Niemców), to na czyją rzecz – tych lepszych czy gorszych? A co z osobami, które spełniały warunki „wzoru”, a mimo to zginęły?

Artykuł przedstawia losy sierot żydowskich, które w 1942 r. wraz z wojskiem polskim zostały ewakuowane z ZSRR do Iranu w kontekście pomocy, jakiej im udzieliła Armia Andersa i rząd polski na uchodźstwie przez sieć delegatur Ambasady RP w ZSRR oraz Ministerstwo Pracy i Opieki Społecznej. Ukazuje szeroką, często skomplikowaną i trudną współpracę tych instytucji z organizacjami żydowskimi, w tym głównie z Agencją Żydowską. Charakteryzuje różne formy pomocy udzielonej dzieciom żydowskim i analizuje motywy, jakie nimi kierowały, często rozbieżne. Ponadto stawia pytania o antysemityzm w Armii Andersa oraz jego wpływ na ratowanie dzieci żydowskich.

Abstract:

Artykuł jest próbą spojrzenia na pochodzące z 1933 roku opowiadanie Koniec Jerzego Andrzejewskiego w kontekście wieloperspektywicznie ujętej nudy. W omawianym tekście nuda przejawia się przede wszystkim w rutynowych czynnościach, jakie wykonuje bohater. Ponieważ mężczyzna musi robić ciągle to samo, doświadcza takich negatywnych afektów jak złość, bezsilność czy nienawiść. Autor argumentuje, że tym, co napędza nudę, jest powtórzenie. Powtarzające się sytuacje, zdarzenia, uczucia zmuszają bohatera do przemyślenia sytuacji, w jakiej się znajduje. Chociaż Gielbard dostrzega swoją życiowa klęskę, nie potrafi odmienić swojego losu i przekroczyć nudy. Doświadczenie nudy determinują bowiem jego trudne relacje rodzinne, jak również sytuacja ekonomiczna, której nie sposób odmienić.

Abstract:

Modern Polish ideas about the Iberian Peninsula can often be summarised in slogans: azure sky, beautiful women, bullfighting, Don Quixote from La Mancha. Has this image of Spain been with us for centuries, or has it been “produced” by modern mass tourism? The aim of this article is to analyse travel texts from the 19th and 20th centuries describing journeys around the Iberian Peninsula and an attempt to answer the question of what Spain looks like in the eyes of Poles deprived of their own statehood. Is it terra incognita, an exotic country with a rich history, in which travellers find a reflection in architecture and customs, fascinated by Madrid, Barcelona, and Salamanca? Or maybe it evokes disappointment? The article compares travel letters by four Polish travellers and historians: Aleksander Hirschberg, Adolf Pawiński, Józef Wawel-Louis, and Stanisław Starża. The analysis of the letters was divided into thematic blocks: historical Polish-Spanish relations, perceptions and impressions, opinions about Spaniards and Spanish women, and cultural controversies (corrida, cockfighting).

Abstract:

W artykule podjęta została problematyka rozwodu i jego konsekwencji dla funkcjonowania dziecka. Wskazane zostały najczęściej podawane przyczyny rozwodu oraz wybrane teorie, które mogą być wykorzystywane w podejmowanej w artykule problematyce. Podjęte zostało również zagadnienie rozwodu jako sytuacji trudnej, „zdarzenia krytycznego”, „trajektorii cierpienia”. Ukazano dziecko w sytuacji kryzysu rozwodowego, charakteryzując stadia rozwodu przez jakie przechodzi dziecko jego doświadczające. Zaprezentowane zostały również emocje towarzyszące dziecku w obliczu rozwodu rodziców. Kolejnym zagadnieniem poruszonym w artykule były sposoby radzenia sobie dziecka z rozwodem rodziców. Wskazane zostały czynniki sprzyjające pozytywnej adaptacji dziecka do sytuacji w jakiej się znajduje podczas rozwodu rodziców. W artykule zaprezentowano również implikacje pedagogiczne dotyczące tego, jak wspierać dziecko w sytuacji rozstania rodziców.

Abstract:

Artykuł dotyczy działalności Sądu Specjalnego w Częstochowie (Sondergericht Tschenstochau) w latach 1939–1945, tj. jednego z niemieckich sądów specjalnych funkcjonujących na obszarze Generalnego Gubernatorstwa. Podjęcie tego tematu jest uzasadnione brakiem nawet fragmentarycznych ustaleń w tym obszarze. W związku z tym celem badań było poczynienie podstawowych ustaleń: jakiego rodzaju sprawy były rozpatrywane przez Sondergericht, oskarżeni jakiej narodowości przeważali, na jakie kary byli skazywani, czy i w jakich sprawach orzekano karę śmierci, kto kierował pracami Sondergerichtu, jacy sędziowie byli jego członkami i jacy prokuratorzy brali udział w rozprawach przed Sondergerichtem, skąd pochodzili prawnicy zaangażowani w prace Sondergerichtu, czy jego orzeczenia były wzruszane na drodze nadzwyczajnych środków prawnych. Podstawę źródłową rozważań stanowią archiwalia, literatura oraz prasa. Na tej podstawie poczyniono oryginalne, nieznane dotychczas ustalenia dotyczące Sądu Specjalnego w Częstochowie.
