Abstract:

O moinho IsaMill tem se mostrado eficiente em etapas de remoagem. Isso ocorre porque os moinhos deste tipo permitem a utilização de corpos moedores muito pequenos em relação a outros tipos de moinhos, notoriamente o moinho tubular de bolas e o VertiMill. Corpos moedores de pequeno diâmetro implicam em eficiência maior na moagem de partículas finas. Neste trabalho foram realizados quatro ensaios de moagem contínuos, em condições diversas, com duas amostras de minério de cobre com granulação distinta. A determinação da distribuição de tempos de residência da fase líquida realizou-se com um ácido como traçador e medidas de pH no produto do moinho de laboratório de um litro. Os resultados obtidos indicam que o moinho IsaMill de laboratório apresenta um padrão de distribuição de tempo de residência de fluxo pistão e deverá se comportar similarmente a um moinho de barras do ponto de vista de transporte.

Abstract:

A shift of worldviews can be observed in the historical writings of three Indo-Persian authors ‘Abd al-Malik ‘Isami, Rizq Allah Mushtaqi and Nizam al-Din Ahmad. Whereas ‘Isami viewed history as the unfolding of events predetermined by divine fate; Nizam al-Din considered human agency to be the main mover of events. Mushtaqi displayed ambivalence between the two. His text can thus be read as the expression of a worldview under disintegration and re-composition in the transition from the Sultanate to the Mughal period. This change of attitude bears similarities to other ‘Early Modern Features’ of the late sixteenth century.

Abstract:

The aim of the research is to describe the processions of wedding ceremony that done by Pauh society. It also aims to find out whether the values of Islamic education are still carried out by the society in the wedding processions. The research was descriptive qualitative method using naturalistic approach where the data were obtained through observation and interview. The subjects of the research were the head of KAN Kerapatan Adat Nagari in Pauh, ninik mamak, cerdik pandai, the head of KUA, and religious leaders. Snowballing sampling technique was used and the head of the KAN of Pauh was decided to be the first key informant. Based on the information gathered from the key informants, it was found that Islamic education values were reflected in the procession of wedding ceremony. It is recommended that wedding ceremony in West Sumatra should be held properly based on the Isamic teaching.

Abstract:

Cebuano, Filipino, and Isamal are classified as Austronesian languages that are spoken in the Philippines. This paper deals with the comparative ergative and accusative structures of the aforementioned languages with focus on the syntactic relations and processes. The varieties of these languages are the ones used in Samal Island, Davao, Philippines. Aimed at the structural configurations, the verb phrase (VP) and the tense phrase (TP) are analytically scrutinized as the cartographic projections of the lexical information encoded in the argument structures and the thematic structures of the verbs. With the employment of the Minimalist Program in the analysis, the computation includes the movement, checking of features, and assignment of theta roles within the structures of the three languages. Findings include the (1) similarity of structural relations and processes in the VP and the TP of the three languages, (2) movement of the verb from the VP to the TP, and (3) merger of the verb complements occur in the VP that ensures the local assignment of theta roles and the checking of cases.

Tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan di dunia hotel membuat karyawan seringkali mengalami stres yang dapat berujung pada timbulnya niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya saat ini dan mencari pekerjaaan di hotel lain. Tentu saja stres tersebut disebabkan oleh banyak hal yang salah satunya adalah program employee training. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa peran workplace stress sebagai variabel mediasi dari hubungan employee training dan iturnover iintention pada ikaryawan ihotel iberbintang idi iSurabaya. iMetode iyang idigunakan idalam ipenelitian iini iadalah ianalisis ikuantitatif. iJumlah isampel iyang digunakan sebanyak 53 karyawan tetap hotel. Metode iyang idigunakan iadalah inon-probability isampling idengan iteknik ipurposive isampling. iTeknik ipengumpulan idata idalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat analisa GSCA (General Structured Component Analysis). Output yang dihasilkan GSCA yaitu measure of fit pada measurement model (meliputi validity dan reliability), structural model, dan overall model. Abstract:

Three hundred laying hens of two commercial and one experimental crossbreed were evaluated in Peruvian Andes. The Commercial crossbreeds were Babcock Brown and Improved Creole ISAMISA (CM), and local experimental crossbreed (CE). The experimental crossbreed was obtained from Naked Neck Creole Hens, legs feather Creole Hens and Babcock Brown (BB) commercial layer. The females were reared to 52 wk. of age, and recorded data included body weight, feed intake, egg number, and egg weight, allowing the calculation of egg mass and feed conversion ratio. The economic value of each crossbreed was determined by overall egg production and body weight at 52-wk old. The highest laying rate was exhibited by Babcock (76.9%) and CE (58.9%), followed by CM (53.1%). The crossbreeds differed in feed intake and in females’ feed conversion, with BB leading (2.55) followed by CE (3.49) and CM (4.32). In egg production, BB were the best, as expected from specialized tableegg crossbreeds. In summary, BB was the best egg-producing crossbreed, but poor in meat production. Better choice for dual-purpose production would be CE, ranked second in egg production. CM was the best meat-producing crossbreed and were second in egg-mass production. Hence, CE might be the best dual-purpose hybrid with better feed efficiency than CM and the consumers prefer large eggs and birds.

Abstract:

The data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and study of documentation of data sources at the research site. The data that has been obtained and analyzed and then to be concluded with a clear description. The result of this research indicates that : 1)the increasing student activity start from giving motivation by educator. 2)The effectiveness and the efficient learning through contextual teaching and learning (CTL) is important to be implemented so that studenats are more independent and responsible in the learning proccess. 3)Supporting factors in learning must be well prepared prepared and inhibiting factors must be evaluated carefully. 4)The result of the applicationof a positive indicated contextual learning model to increase the activiness and learning achievement of students.

Abstract:

<p>The aims of the reaserch was: (1) to know how the development of interactive multimedia in praying introduction; (2) to know the effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia the introduction of prayer for aspects of child development in integrated isamic kindergarten Mutiara Banguntapan, Bantul Yogyakarta. The method that used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) R&D used for measuring the feasibility of interactive multimedia product by refering to development style of Borg & Gall through 6 stages of development, namely: (1) potential and problem; (2) data collection; (3) design product; (4) validation product; (5) revision product; (6) trials product. The result of the research showed that: (1) interactive multimedia of prayer introduction was developed based on the development prosedure Borg and Gall. The appropriateness of product based on the validation of media experts and material experts with an overall rating of 3.83 in the good category. So that, can be concluded that multimedia developed was suitable to use in the learning media of prayer introduction, then; (2) Application of multimedia interactive prayer performed on 15 child in the class A2 abu sufyan bin harist, by conducting experimental trials by looking at the effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia introduction of pre and post prayers on aspects of child development. Average effectiveness before use interactive multimedia introduction prayer on aspects child development 36,54% and Average effectiveness after use interactive multimedia introduction prayer on aspects child development 76,66% with motoric physical development 73,33%, language 80%, cognitive 80%, social emotional 73,33%. So it can be concluded that by using interactive multimedia the introduction of prayer to aspects of development is more effective than not using interactive multimedia recognition of prayer on aspects of development.</p>

Eur J Endocrinol 1996;134:689–98. ISSN 0804–4843 To investigate the association of mutations in the arginine vasopressin receptor type II (V2R) gene with congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus (CNDI) in the Japanese, we analyzed the V2R gene, located on the X chromosome, in three Japanese pedigrees with CNDI. In one pedigree, a large deletion spanning the entire coding region of the V2R gene was identified. In another pedigree, a G to A transition responsible for a substitution of Met88 (ATG) for Val88 (GTG) was detected. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis revealed that this was a de novo mutation that had occurred in the proband's mother. Because CNDI was observed only in those with this mutation, the pathogenicity of this mutation seemed clear. In the last pedigree, only a silent mutation at Leu309 (CTA→CTG) was found. All the individuals studied in this pedigree by allele-specific oligonucloetide-polymerase chain reaction (ASO-PCR) analysis showed a complete association of this mutation to the clinical symptoms. Because the silent mutation detected was unlikely to be a direct cause of CNDI. mutations in other regions of the V2R gene, such as a promoter region or other regulatory regions, may be responsible for the cause of CNDI in this pedigree. Thus, association of the V2R gene abnormality to clinical symptoms of CNDI was confirmed in three Japanese pedigrees, and a strong contribution of the V2R gene mutation to the development of CNDI was suggested. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesadaran metakognitif dan pengetahuan metakognitif peserta didik tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas. Kesadaran metakognitif merupakan potensi yang dimiliki peserta didik. Pengetahuan metakognitif merupakan kondisi aktual yang ada pada peserta didik. Penelitian bersifat survei ditindaklanjuti dengan eksperimen terbatas. Survei dilakukan di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas. SMAN dan MAN di Kota Bogor dan Jakarta menjadi populasi target. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 204 orang peserta didik. Eksperimen terbatas dilakukan pada kelas X SMA Peminatan IPA di SMAN Jakarta Selatan dengan melibatkan 71 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesadaran metakognitif (zona potensial) peserta didik rata-rata berada pada kisaran 7583 atau katagori baik, namun pengetahuan metakognitif (zona aktual) berada pada kisaran 10-15 atau katagori sangat buruk. Standar proses yang ditawarkan kurikulum 2013 belum dapat menarik peserta didik pada zona ideal yaitu pengetahuan metakognitif sama dengan kesadaran metakognitif. Kata Kunci: metakognitif, kurikulum 2013, zona aktual, zona potensial, zona ideal SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’ METACOGNITIVE AWARENESS AND METACOGNITIVE KNOWLEDGE IN ACHIEVING THE GRADUATE STANDARD IN THE 2013 CURRICULUM Abstract: This study was aimed to describe senior high school students’ metacognitive awareness and metacognitive knowledge. Metacognitive awareness is the students’ potential while metacognitive knowledge is the actual conditions that exist on the students. The study was a survey followed by a limited experiment. The survey was conducted in senior high schools, state senior high schools, and Isamic senior high schools in Bogor and South Jakarta. The sample consisted of 204 students. The limited experiment was carried out in the tenth grade of SMA Peminatan IPA in state senior high schools in South Jakarta involving 71 students. The findings showed that the students ‘ metacognitive awareness was at the range between 75-83 or in the good category while the students’ metacognitive knowledge was at the range between 10-15 or in the very poor category. The process standard offered by the 2013 curriculum has not been able to attract students to the idea level, that is, the metacognitive knowledge and the metacognitive awareness was of equal level. Abstract:

Material samples form an important portion of the data infrastructure for many disciplines. Here, a material sample is a physical object, representative of some physical thing, on which observations can be made. Material samples may be collected for one project initially, but can also be valuable resources for other studies in other disciplines. Collecting and curating material samples can be a costly process. Integrating institutionally managed sample collections, along with those sitting in individual offices or labs, is necessary to faciliate large-scale evidence-based scientific research. Many have recognized the problems and are working to make data related to material samples FAIR: findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable. The Internet of Samples (i.e., iSamples) is one of these projects. iSamples was funded by the United States National Science Foundation in 2020 with the following aims: enable previously impossible connections between diverse and disparate sample-based observations; support existing research programs and facilities that collect and manage diverse sample types; facilitate new interdisciplinary collaborations; and provide an efficient solution for FAIR samples, avoiding duplicate efforts in different domains (Davies et al. 2021) enable previously impossible connections between diverse and disparate sample-based observations; support existing research programs and facilities that collect and manage diverse sample types; facilitate new interdisciplinary collaborations; and provide an efficient solution for FAIR samples, avoiding duplicate efforts in different domains (Davies et al. 2021) The initial sample collections that will make up the internet of samples include those from the System for Earth Sample Registration (SESAR), Open Context, the Genomic Observatories Meta-Database (GEOME), and Smithsonian Institution Museum of Natural History (NMNH), representing the disciplines of geoscience, archaeology/anthropology, and biology. To achieve these aims, the proposed iSamples infrastructure (Fig. 1) has two key components: iSamples in a Box (iSB) and iSamples Central (iSC). The iSC component will be a permanent Internet service that preserves, indexes, and provides access to sample metadata aggregated from iSBs. It will also ensure that persistent identifiers and sample descriptions assigned and used by individual iSBs are synchronized with the records in iSC and with identifier authorities like International Geo Sample Number (IGSN) or Archival Resource Key (ARK). The iSBs create and maintain identifiers and metadata for their respective collection of samples. While providing access to the samples held locally, an iSB also allows iSC to harvest its metadata records. The metadata modeling strategy adopted by the iSamples project is a metadata profile-based approach, where core metadata fields that are applicable to all samples, form the core metadata schema for iSamples. Each individual participating collectionis free to include additional metadata in their records, which will also be harvested by iSC and are discoverable through the iSC user interface or APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), just like the core. In-depth analysis of metadata profiles used by participating collections, including Darwin Core, has resulted in an iSamples core schema currently being tested and refined through use. See the current version of the iSamples core schema. A number of properties require a controlled vocabulary. Controlled vocabularies used by existing records are kept, while new vocabularies are also being developed to support high-level grouping with consistent semantics across collection types. Examples include vocabularies for Context Category, Material Category, and Specimen Type (Table 1). These vocabularies were also developed in a bottom-up manner, based on the terms used in the existing collections. For each vocabulary, a decision tree graph was created to illustrate relations among the terms, and a card sorting exercise was conducted within the project team to collect feedback. Domain experts are invited to take part in this exercise here, here, and here. These terms will be used as upper-level terms to the existing category terms used in the participating collections and hence create connections among individual participating collections. iSample project members are also active in the TDWG Material Sample Task Group and the global consultation on Digital Extended Specimens. Many members of the iSamples project also lead or participate in a sister research coordination network (RCN), Sampling Nature. The goal of this RCN is to develop and refine metadata standards and controlled vocabularies for the iSamples and other projects focusing on material samples.
