Cravero, Mattia. "Chi dice ragna dice danno. Ecfrasi e ipostasi di Aracne nell’opera di Primo Levi." Quaderns d’Italià 26 (December 3, 2021): 187–98. http://dx.doi.org/10.5565/rev/qdi.497.

Abstract:

Abstract:
The term hypostasis represents one of the key theological terms used by the holy fathers in an effort to define the meaning and significance of the person in theological disputes during the historical life of the Church. Although the term hypostasis which we find in the Orthodox Christian tradition is not found in the ancient Hebrew text as an exact term as we find one in the ancient Greek translation of the Old Testament, it does not mean that the meaning of this term is foreign to biblical thought. On the contrary, there are other terms by means of which we conclude that its meaning can still be read from the corresponding Old Hebrew expressions. In that sense, we believe that the ancient Jewish ideograms, both in their internal meanings and as ideographic gatherings that constitute biblical words, form in many ways the foundation of today’s Orthodox perception of this theologically important concept. By his acts of worship, or by his active presences, God himself participates in the economic historical appearances of the chosen people. Epiphanies as divine active presences are in some way imprinted in the Divine naming, which makes the holy biblical writings God-established ideographic testimonies and messages, which speak of divine actions as actions of certain divine Persons. In that sense, biblical expressions like rbdm lwqh,, ynda,, hwhy,, ~ yhla,, rbd, םyhla xwr,, hwhy xwr,, hwhy! kvm, etc., as ideographic signs of the divine plan of salvation, point to the appropriate Old Testament revelations of the divine hypostases of God the Father, the Son of God and the Spirit of God, which divinely guide the history of salvation of man and the world from sin and death. Keywords: hypostasis, (ancient Hebrew) ideograms, face (of God), presence (of God), God, Lord, word (of God), spirit (of God), naming of God

Abstract The analysis of the aesthetic face of dance brings to our forefront the fascination for the movement on many artists who experienced the movement and, above all, explored the possibilities of kinetic art or movement movement. In its most elevated form, dance contains not only this element but also the infinite richness of human personality. It is the perfect synthesis of the abstract and the human, of mind and intellect with emotion, discipline with spontaneity, spirituality with erotic attraction to which dance aspires; and in dance as a form of communication, it is the most vivid presentation of this fusion act that is the ideal show.

Abstract:
Issues of negative impact of digital processes on society in general and on people in particular are considered as well as problems of influence of network communications, virtual space, digitalization of education, formation of digital culture on personality. It is argued that in emerging digital society devalued the phenomenon of knowledge in the traditional sense, value and significant in practical terms, is not the possession of knowledge per se, but the ability to buy it, isolate of tremendous information resource, and at a certain time and at scale. There is an analysis and generalization of the transformations generated by the “age of the figure” and affecting humans. The category of “person in his social ipostasis” is chosen for scientific analysis, which allows to better understand the essence of the ongoing transformations, and, most importantly - their social and psychological consequences. The analysis found that the radical transformation of human existence has led to changes both in human psychophysics and in his cognitive, mental, communicative, axiological spheres.

AbstractThe following paper revolves around the concept of thanatos, whose name comes from the personification of death in the Greek mythology. In other words, the objective of this paper is to analyze the main forms and symbols regarding the theme of death in several poems of Lucian Blaga and Dylan Thomas and try to explain how, despite the fact that they come from different cultural environments and have different sources of inspiration and literary purposes regarding the aim of their works, their poetical works present several resemblances in terms of meaning in relation to the theme of death, as approached in the 20th century modern poetry.

Restoring the need of contemporary man for certain signs and symbols, the book ” Ipostaze ale simbolului în lumea tradițională” [Hypostases of the symbol in the traditional world], second edition, written by Daniel Cojanu and published by Lumen Publishing House from Iasi, Romania, in 2019, invites to the apparent conciliation between consecrated values and the condition of postmodernity. Structured in two macro-chapters, “Reductionist Hermeneutics” and “Restorative Hermeneutics. Hypostases and Exemplary Functions of the Symbol in the Traditional World ”, the volume especially follows “the epistemological and axiological mutations that occurred at the level of fundamental presuppositions and attitudes towards the world” (Cojanu, 2019, p. 9).

Abstract:
2016 - 2017
The work moves from the intention to verify the presence of an hypostasiology in the ontological conception of Gregory Palamas, ascertained, from one side, that the critical literature on the hesychast theologian has mentioned it in several cases, and on the other side that the Patristics have highlighted a strong role of hypostasis in the thought of the Greek fathers, main sources of the Palamite thought. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first is dedicated to the analysis of the critical literature and to the historiography concerning the thought of Gregory Palamas. The second one focuses on the analysis of the ontological conception of Gregory Palamas, through a reconstruction of the relationship with the sources and an analysis of theoretical concepts and structures. The third one is dedicated to the role of the concept of hypostases in the anthropology of the hesychast theologian. The fourth one focuses on the relationship between the concept of ὑπόστασις and that of σοφία in the sense of uncreated divine wisdom. In particular, the first section focuses on the critical literature from the rediscovery of the hesychast theologian in the first half of the Twentieth century until the last writings dedicated to the thought of Gregory Palamas and the same historiography of the Twentieth centuries. The study of the development of the Palamite studies is conducted in a summary but at the same time circumstantial way in relation to the topics concerning the work. ... [edite by Author]
