Abstract:
Purpose - To measure inventory management performance, we aim to develop a new indicator from which the random variation factor is eliminated. To this end, we propose inventory management efficiency (IME) as a novel metric to which technical efficiency is applied. Design/Methodology/Approach - To properly define IME,we established an inventory turnover function for which the multiplicative model represents the relationship between inventory turnover and its determinants, such as gross margin, capital intensity, and sales surprise, as suggested by Gaur et al. (2005). In addition, based on empirical results and the form of the inventory turnover function, we examine in detail whether the inventory turnover function is well- defined. We then examined the validity of the research model with the inefficiency term, which is a one-sided error, and investigated whether the inventory management inefficiency term exists statistically. Findings - The inventory turnover function suggested in this study is a well-defined function, and IME is an appropriately defined indicator for measuring inventory management performance. Moreover, the actual inventory turnover is determined on average at a level that is less than the maximum inventory turnover expected from the determinants of inventory turnover. Research Implications - IME can be utilized as a newly applicable indicator for evaluating inventory management.

Sistem inventory merupakan sistem persediaan barang yang menjadi aspek penting bagi perusahaan dalam perusahaan barang-barang tersebut disimpan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan Inventori merupakan barang yang disimpan atau digunakan untuk dijual kembali, yang dapat berbentuk bahan baku yang disimpan dan dijual.Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan rizal arianto pada CV Wijaya Las Kediri pengecekan persediaan material barang bersifat manual dari masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi inventor. Untuk Mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Inventori kami menggunakan metode Waterfall. Hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa metode Waterfall dapat digunakan untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Inventori sehingga membantu pemilik maupun staff . Pada penelitian ini kami melakukan uji kelayakan aplikasi dengan melakukan uji pada staff perusahaan CV Wijaya Las Untuk mengetahui layak atau tidaknya kami menggunakan ISO 9126-3 dan hasil dari penilaian diperoleh kemudahan dipahami sebesar 83%, Kemudahan dipelajari sebesar 80% Responsif pada program sebesar 75% Kemudahan akses pada program sebesar 80% dan kesesuaian tujuan sebesar 86%

Abstract:
AbstractThis paper adopts the two-warehouse inventory, determination on the first run-time and VAR (Vector Auto Regression) deterioration model. The optimal EOQ in the interval of the finite horizon is determined under critical considerations. The non-stationary two-warehouse inventory, i.e. the inventory and initial inventory are non-stationary at level, but stationary after lag difference similar to demand (demand and initial demand). The output of the proposed model represented the optimal order quantity and optimal first run-time, the optimal total cost as integration of first order with the significant trend and intercept. The optimal demand is decreased during more risk as a deterioration variable to reduce the quantity in the stock. The initial demand is stationary after a first lag and the demand is stationary.Keywords: initial inventory; optimal of first run-time; EOQ (Economic Ordering Quantity); total cost function (TC). AbstrakPenelitian ini mengadopsi inventori dengan dua gudang penyimpanan, penentuan pada waktu run (run-time) awal, dan model deteriorating VAR (Vector Auto Regression). Nilai optimal EOQ dalam interval horizon berhingga ditentukan dengan pertimbangan kritis. Inventori dengan dua gedung yang tidak stasioner, yaitu inventori dan inventori awal tidak stasioner pada level, tetapi stasioner setelah perbedaan lag seperti halnya pada permintaan (permintaan dan permintaan awal). Hasil dari model yang diajukan menunjukkan nilai orde yang optimal dan waktu run awal yang optimal, total biaya optimal sebagai integrasi dari orde pertama dengan tren dan intercept yang signifikan. Permintaan optimal mengalami penurunan ketika lebih banyak risiko sebagai variabel deteroriating untuk mengurangi jumlah dalam stok. Permintaan awal menunjukkan stasioner setelah perbedaan lag pertama dan permintaan juga stasioner.Kata kunci: inventori awal; optimal run-time awal; EOQ (Economic Ordering Quantity); fungsi biaya total.

Sehingga dapat membantu proses kerja karyawan dalam pengelolahan data inventory dan pembuatan laporan inventory. sistem inventory ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan database MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem ini merupakan suatu web Sistem Inventori yang berfungsi agar pencatatan keluar-masuk barang oleh Admin Toko Keramik Bintang Terang dapat dilakukan dengan terstruktur sehingga stok barang tercatat dengan tepat melalui web ini.

Manajemen tersebut menyebabkan kurang optimalnya sistem administrasi, terutama dalam hal pencatatan aset, berdampak pada over stock dan kerugian lain. Secara umum, permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum adanya sistem administrasi terpadu untuk membantu pelaksanaan proses bisnis Mitra dan belum adanya sistem manajemen aset yang baik. Karena itu, tim abdimas membantu mitra untuk membenahi sistem inventori mitra, juga mengembangkan kemampuan manajerial Mitra melalui pengembangan keterampilan bagi Mitra dalam hal kepemimpinan, etika profesi, manajemen waktu, layanan prima, dan keterampilan interpersonal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Abdimas ini dilakukan dalam 4 (empat) tahap. Tahap pertama survey untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mitra; tahap kedua pemberian materi pelatihan; tahap ketiga penugasan kepada mitra terkait inventori barang yang dijual; tahap keempat sharing atas pelatihan yang telah didapatkan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi inventory management. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah buku panduan kerja yang dapat digunakan oleh mitra dalam mengimplentasikan aplikasi inventory management.Kata Kunci: UKM, pencatatan aset, aplikasi inventory management ABSTRACTA Small-Medium Enterprise unit, Sumber Berkat Mandiri, as the partner of this social and community service activity, has been using “sistem manajemen warung” in doing the business, in which almost all management activities are done in ‘one man show’ mode. This management style causes lacking in administration system optimality, especially in inventory record. The style has created over stock problem and other losses. In general, the partner’s major problem is the absence of integrated administration system for the business process and lacking of good inventory system. Therefore, the social and community service team helps the partner to implement an application for the inventory record and also develop the partner’s managerial skills through leadership training, professional ethics training, time management and service excellence trainings, as well as interpersonal skills training. The methods used in helping the partner are divided into 4 (four) phases. The first phase is doing a survey to get the partner’s needs; the second phase is giving the trainings; the third phase is asking the partner to record the inventory of all items in the partner’s warehouse; and the fourth phase is getting the partner’s feedback after receiving all the trainings and guiding the partner in implementing inventory management application. Abstract:
This paper describes the initial steps toward the construction of an experimental, multidimensional inventory to - measure reactions to physical disability. The Relations to Impairment and Disability Inventory (RIDI) was developed to provide information on eight patterns of psychosocial reactions to disability, namely: shock, anxiety, denial, depression, internalized anger, externalized hostility, acknowledgement, and adjustment. Data are presented on initial psychometric analyses of the inventory. Analyses of the eight scales supported their homogeneity and relative independence, and the inventory's construct validity was partially documented. A moderately high degree of relationship was found between the Acknowledgement and Adjustment scales and the Acceptance of Disability (AD) scale (Linkowski, 1971), providing partial support of the inventory's criterion-related validity.

AbstractSuccess in a career is synonymous with the welfare of an individual's life, which needs further handling from the counselor. In determining and preparing for a future career, counselors should use a valid and reliable inventory. However, inventory that is considered valid and reliable by the counselor still raises problems in administration, namely students are confused in setting the response point in the inventory. The purpose of this study is to find a clear and unambiguous rating scale to make it easier for students to set a response point in their inventory. The research sample uses area random sampling consisting of six groups of test subjects, namely: 1, n = 75; 2, n = 61; 3, n = 47; 4, n = 146; 5, n = 85; and 6, n = 63. Data in this study were 5-point Likert scale political data collected using career planning inventory. The research data were analyzed using the Rasch model by testing the rating scale analysis through Threshold analysis between ratings. The results showed the rating scale in the Threshold analysis, the rating scale changed to a four-point Likert scale with a choice of very inappropriate, not appropriate, appropriate, and very appropriate.Keywords: Career Planning; Likert Scale; Ratting Scale; Threshold AbstrakSukses dalam karier identik dengan kesejahteraan hidup individu, yang perlu penanganan lebih lanjut dari konselor. Namun, inventori yang dianggap valid dan reliabel oleh konselor masih memunculkan permasalahan dalam pengadministrasian, yaitu siswa bingung dalam menetapkan rating scale pada inventori. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan skala penilaian yang jelas dan tidak ambigu untuk memudahkan siswa menetapkan rating scale pada inventori. Sampel penelitian menggunakan area random samplingyang terdiri dari enam kelompok subjek tes, yaitu: 1, n = 75; 2, n = 61; 3, n = 47; 4, n = 146; 5, n = 85; dan 6, n = 63. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data politomi 5-point Likert scale yang dikumpulkan menggunakan career planning inventory. Sistem inventori barang ini akan diterapkan menggunakan sistem online berbasis web, yang memungkinkan sistem informasi inventori ini dapat diakses melalui internet. sehingga sistem inventori barang dapat dicek atau dilihat oleh suplier sebagai user di sistem tersebut baik melalui web. Metode pengembangan sistem pada aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari lima tahapan. Adapun tahapan tersebut yaitu Analisis dan kebutuhan Sistem, desain, Code Generation, testing,support. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, DataBase MySQL. Serta menggunakan software pendukung Adobe photoshop cs sebagai desain interface. Sistem inventori ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan beberapa fasilitas yang disediakan yaitu melalui web .Berdasarkan konsep dan perancangan, dapat disimpulkan telah dibangun “Sistem informasi inventory pengolahan bahan baku kayu menjadi produk kusen di PB.Mekar Laksana” untuk membantu admin, manajer dan suplier dalam sistem inventory. Dalam aplikasi ini Manajer dapat mengetahui data barang, data barang masuk, data barang keluar dan suplier yang ingin mengetahui stok barang suplier tersebut. Admin, manajemen dan suplier dapat berinteraksi dengan aplikasi ini sesuai dengan informasi yang dibutuhkan melalui menu yang tersedia

The concurrent validity of the Parenting Inventory was examined using the Developmental Questionnaire, an instrument developed for this study. The potential effect of social desirability on scores on the inventory also was studied. The sample included 42 mothers whose children were between 1 and 4 years of age. Scores on the inventory's Expectations subscale were significantly correlated .86 with those on the developmental questionnaire, an independent measure of parental expectations. Parents' responses on a measure of social desirability were not related to their subscale scores on the Parenting Inventory. Implications are discussed.

With the growing awareness of the need to integrate modern psychological approaches with Islamic values and practices, there is a need among Muslim psychologists and other behavioral scientists for an instrument capable of capturing the major elements of the Islamic personality. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop and take the first steps in the validation of the Integrative Islamic Personality Inventory (IIPI), which is a newly developedmeasurement. With regard to content validity, 64 items were generated based on the judgments of a panel of experts. Fifty-seven respondents completedthe preliminary instrument. The inventory demonstrated excellent reliability and strong internal validity. In the next phases, the inventory will be further validated and calibrated based on different psychometric standards and models. Abstrak: Dengan kesedaran yang semakin meningkat mengenai keperluan untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan psikologi moden dengan nilai-nilai dan amalan Islam, terdapat keperluan di kalangan ahli psikologi Islam dan saintis behavioral yang lain bagi menghasilkan instrument yang mampu menguasai elemen-elemen utama keperibadian Islam. Oleh yang demikian, tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk membangunkan dan mengambil langkah-langkah pertama dalam proses pengesahan daripada yang inventori personality integratif Islam (IIPI), yang adalah satu pengukuran yang baru dibangunkan. Dengan mengambil kira kesahan kandungan, 64 item telah dijana berdasarkan penghakiman panel pakar. Lima puluh tujuh responden telah melengkapkan instrumen awal. Inventori menunjukkan kebolehpercayaan yang cemerlang dan kesahan dalaman yang kuat. Dalam fasa yang seterusnya, inventori perlu divalidasikan dan ditentukan berdasarkan pelbagai piawaian dan model psikometrik.

Abstract:
The fashion industry that is gamis in Indonesia is growing rapidly because the majority of the population is Moslem. Elzatta is a company that does business on Moslem clothing, one of its products is the gamis. The company is experiencing problems with stockpiling in warehouses, because of models that were not sold, as well as outdated models. With the accumulation of products in warehouses in 2017 and 2018, many products will be damaged. For this reason, the company runs a buy one get one business strategy and sells products at low prices. As a result, the company suffered a substantial loss. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the inventory management that has been carried out using the EOQ model. For 2019, it is necessary to plan the number of products to be sold and apply the EOQ model. The results of evaluations in 2017 and 2018, by using EOQ the company could save 64.78% for 2017 and 63.40% for 2018. Whereas for 2019, after forecasting the number of sales using the seasonal model, sales projections are similar to the number of sales in the previous years, so that the number of products needed for a single order is 1364 pcs.

Abstract:
The inventory control system has a strategic role for the business in managing inventory operations. Management of conventional inventory creates problems in the stock of goods that often runs into vacancies and excess goods at the retail level. This study aims to build inventory control system that can maintain the stability of goods availability at the retail level. The implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) method on inventory control system provides transparency of sales data and inventory of goods at retailer level to supplier. Inventory control is performed by calculating safety stock and reorder point of goods based on sales data received by the system. Rule-based reasoning is provided on the system to facilitate the monitoring of inventory status information, thereby helping the process of inventory updates appropriately. Utilization of SMS technology is also considered as a medium of collecting sales data in real-time due to the ease of use. The results of this study indicate that inventory control using VMI ensures the availability of goods ± 70% and can reduce the accumulation of goods ± 30% at the retail level.

This paper studies a perishable inventory model, which assumes that each perishable item has finite lifetime, and only one item is consumed each time. The lifetimes of perishable items are independent random variables with the general distribution and so are the consumption internal. Under this assumption, by using backward equations and limit distribution of Markov skeleton processes, this paper obtains the existence conditions and the explicit expression of the limit distribution of the inventory level of perishable inventory model.
