We study a particular inflation models with a small-amplitude step-like feature in the inflaton potential as introducted by Adams et al. and we constraints it with data from the WMAP7 and ACT Cosmic Microwave Background experiments. Also we show that the possibility of a step in the inflationary potential like the one preferred by current data will soon be tested by the forthcoming temperature and polarization data from the Planck satellite mission.

Abstract:

Identification marker of bacterial leaf blight (BLB) gene resistance on introducted and dihaploid rice germplasm. Bacterial leaf blight (BLB), caused by bacterial pathogen Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), is one of the most devastating diseases in rice. The use of BLB-resistant rice varieties is one of the most efficient ways to protect rice from this disease. BLB-resistant varieties can be produced through the breeding program by using the diverse rice germplasm. The objective of this research was to identify BLB resistance gene on 37 introducted and dihaploid rice lines derived from wide genetic background double crossing from local rice : IR54/Parekaligolara and Bio110/Markuti, by using the molekular markers. As control plant used 23 differential varieties (monogenic lines/IRBB) and TN1 (susceptible). All plants tested were inoculated by 3 selected dominant BLB races (Race III, IV dan VIII). The selected of 19 polymorphism molecular markers used to identify the BLB resistance genes on rice lines tested. The result of this research showed that 4 rice lines were resistance to all BLB races tested. Three molecular markers were specific associated with resistant gene to Race III (Xa7-STS40, Xa1-STS14 and Xa4-STS50); Race IV (Xa1-STS5, Xa4-STS50 and Xa26-STS1), and Race VIII (Xa21-STS6, Xa7-RM20590 and Xa7-STS40). These markers could be utilized for the selection process the developmen of BLB resistance rice lines breeding program.

Based on the energy method and beam-element theory, the nonlinear strain are considered, non-stress length and non-stress curvature of element of geometry control method are introducted in the integration process of stain energy. The static equilibrium equation of the geometry control method is established. Take the impacts of structural geometric profile induced by temporary loads and temperature field during the construction procedure are investigated, the correctness of the geometry control method is verified by the numerical simulation analysis.

The presented article is devoted to the religious standing of Poles living in Żytomierz in the Soviet Union times. The author discusses the legal status of Roman Catholic parishes in Żytomierz and its nearest neighbourhood after the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917 and later on. Profiles of Żytomierz Catholic priests have been introducted who acted until the Soviet Union collapse in 1991. Furthermore, the author attempts to show the relations that the Żytomierz Poles held with Poland and her structures of the Roman Catholic Church during the USSR era.

Abstract:

The core-shell acrylic resin emulsion is prepared by seed polymerization technology, with styrene, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile as monomer, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid as shell monomer, and the of nanoTiO2 is introducted in shell emulsion. Infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure of the prepared coating agent. The preparation of TiO2/acrylic resin emulsion for leather finishing agent, and discusses its influence on the leather properties. The results show that the synthetic finishing agents for dyeing after the fatliquoring leather finishing, good finishing effect can be obtained.

Introducted the measuring principle of time-domain transmission moisture content of crude oil sensor, and designed the signal producing circuit, the machine oscillation circuit, the mixer circuit and phase detector circuit of the sensor. Finally, got the linear relationship between the output voiltage of the transducer and the crude oil moisture rate by testing. The accuracy of measurement is 1% when the water content is 50-100% in the crude oil and it is 2% when the water content is 0~50%.

Abstract:

Decrease of proliferative activity of the cells of Guerin’s carcinoma T8 in the different conditions of administration of the Rhenium-Platinum anti-tumour system as nanolyposomes is shown. The Rhenium-Platinum anti-tumour system influenced on the morphological indices of tumour tissue. The cluster rhenium compounds reduced the indices of pathological mitoses 3.0–3.6 times in comparison with a control group. The amount of PCNA-positive cells under the Rhenium-Platinum system treatment went down by 82.5–84.5 %. The anti-tumour system led to the predominance of apoptotic cell death over the necrotic one. The most effective agent was the compound with cis-adamantan organic ligand cis-Re2(C10H15COO)2Cl4·2DMSO introducted on the 9th day.

It can be droved by parametric dimension, which is defined by customers’ requirement to get customized product’s design scheme. Abstract:

It is known that oxidation is one of the most common ways for penlandite to be introducted into tailing during traditional coarse-particle sulfide flotation. However, it could become much more complicated and challenging problems for the low-grade, fine-disseminated Cu-Ni sulfides containing Pt and Pd in Yunnan Mine, accompanied with more than 75% of the content of MgO in the ore sample is. Direct flotation tests had been conducted to extract the metallic values as much as possible by adding traditional depressants and collectors, such as carboxylmethyl cellulose, starch, sodium silicate, butyl xanthate, (BX), butyl ammonium dithophosphate (BA) and etc., the relatively satisfied recoveries of Cu, Ni, Pt and Pd in the concentrate from bench flotation tests were obtained, however, more than 30% of metallic values still lost in the slime. In this study, bench flotation tests for the ore sample fromYunnan Mine, micro-flotation tests of serpentines and pentlandite from Jinchuan Mine and their settling rate tests were conducted to figure out how the oxidation influence the recovery of the ultra-fine nickel sulfide. All the tests results pointed to the presence of over-oxidation on the ultra-fine nickel sulfide surface and lead to the loss of Ni containing Pt and Pd in the slime tailing. Some methods which tried to slow the speed of oxidation on mineral surface during grinding and flotation were introduced in order to recover the values before over-oxidation of sulfides; however, the slime coating of serpentines also may play an important role in disturbing the floatability of ultra-fine sulfide.

Abstract:

Method for calculating assembly yield in two-dimension multi-station assembly processes is developed based on Number-Theoretical Net (NT-net). The discrepancy of NT-net is analyzed, and the principle of generating good lattice point (glp) based on NT-net method is introducted. Afterwards, taking fixture locating variations which are sampled using NT-net method for input vectors, the samples are substituted into state space model of dimension variation propagation in multi-station assembly processes to get output vectors. The statistics for qualified sample is accomplished, after comparing output vectors with the variations of measuring points on component. Assembly yield in two-dimension multi-station assembly processes is gained when qualified sample divided by total sample. Finally, a real case in automotive body floor assembly is given as an example to calculate the assembly yield in two-dimension three-station assembly processes. The result is validated by using Monte carlo simulation. It provides a new way to predict assembly yield in two-dimension multi-station assembly processes.

Abstract:

AbstractIn the Mediterranean Basin, two species of true seed bugs in the genus Orsillus Dallas, O. maculatus Fieber and O. depressus Mulsant et Rey, share the exploitation of seed cones of Cupressaceae for feeding and reproduction and may carry spores of the pathogenic fungus Seiridium cardinale Sutton & Gibson, responsible for the cypress bark canker disease. We compared the life history of the two species. A total of 89 cone collections carried out in 10 Mediterranean countries confirmed that O. maculatus is most closely associated with Cupressus sempervirens L., although it may also infest some other Cupressus L. species and, more rarely, species of Chamaecyparis Spach. Orsillus depressus appears to be less host-specific, being capable of feeding and ovipositing on most of the native and exotic species of Juniperus L., Cupressus, and Chamaecyparis. On C. sempervirens, the abundance of each Orsillus species follows an inverted longitudinal gradient along the Mediterranean Basin, probably corresponding to the pathway of introduction of this tree species from its native eastern range towards western Europe. The dominance of O. maculatus progressively decreases from east to west, whereas O. depressus becomes dominant in the Iberian Peninsula. By contrast, O. depressus is the dominant seed bug on other Cupressaceae all over Europe and the Mediterranean Basin. In the area in which C. sempervirens has been introducted, both Orsillus species may live on the same tree, but morphological variability of both adults and nymphs often hinders accurate identification of the species. Based on frequency distribution, the relative length of the rostrum compared with that of the body seems to be a diagnostic character for specific identification of nymphs of the last two instars.

<p>The article presents the research of genus <em>Crataegus</em> L. diversity in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. We provided comparative analysis of specimens from the herbarium of the Institute of Botany of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Institute of Bioresources of Nakhchivan Section of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, and Nakhchivan State University to clarify the current state of the genus <em>Crataegus</em> L. in the flora of the Nakhichivan Autonomous Republic. Based on the analysis of field data and collected herbarium during 2004-2015 and literature data we revealed 22 species of the genus in the flora of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic at present time. We also fixed that some 17 wildgrowing species occur in natural conditions, among them <em>Crataegus chlorocarpa</em> Lenne et C. Koch, <em>C. ferganensis</em> Pojark., <em>C. sanguinea</em> Pall., <em>C. songarica</em> C. Koch, <em>C. turkestanica</em> Pojark. were introducted into the culture and used in the landscaping of parks and gardens. We also considered the data on synonyms species, patterns of distribution among high-altitude zones, habitats as well as period of flowering and fruiting.</p>

Abstract:

Failure in anisotropic/isotropic bi-materials starts at the interface, and the interfacial failure is of interest to some engineering fields such as automobile and aviation industry. Many researchers have done a lot of research on this field, but many did not consider a specific stress component near the interface corner tip as a parameter of a failure criterion. Kun Cheol Shin, introducted a failure criterion for anisotropic/isotropic bi-materials problem with a wedge. But the process of obtaining the singular stress fields of anisotropic/isotropic bi-materials is complex. To solve this problem, we have taken a new method which is from Xuecheng-Ping and M.-C. Chen.The method is new, which is based on displacement and more easily in calculating the stress and displacement fields surrounding a wedge tip than before. Through this method, we establish a criterion base on the-plan. The failure criterion can be used not only to predict stress intensities of co-cured double lap joints that with thermal and mechanical load, but also to predict stress intensities of co-cured double lap joints that with different materials or lap length. And we describe the process of calculating singular stress fields and stress intensities of co-cured double lap joints with a wedge that consists of glass fiber reinforced composites and steel adherends.

Random Boolean networks (RBM) were introduced about 35 years ago as first crude models of genetic regulatory networks. RBNs are comprised of N on–off genes, connected by a randomly assigned regulatory wiring diagram where each gene has K inputs, and each gene is controlled by a randomly assigned Boolean function. This procedure samples at random from the ensemble of all possible NK Boolean networks. The central ideas are to study the typical, or generic properties of this ensemble, and see 1) whether characteristic differences appear as K and biases in Boolean functions are introducted, and 2) whether a subclass of this ensemble has properties matching real cells.Such networks behave in an ordered or a chaotic regime, with a phase transition, ‘the edge of chaos’ between the two regimes. Networks with continuous variables exhibit the same two regimes. Substantial evidence suggests that real cells are in the ordered regime. A key concept is that of an attractor. This is a reentrant trajectory of states of the network, called a state cycle. The central biological interpretation is that cell types are attractors. A number of properties differentiate the ordered and chaotic regimes. These include the size and number of attractors, the existence in the ordered regime of a percolating ‘sea’ of genes frozen in the on or off state, with a remainder of isolated twinkling islands of genes, a power law distribution of avalanches of gene activity changes following perturbation to a single gene in the ordered regime versus a similar power law distribution plus a spike of enormous avalanches of gene changes in the chaotic regime, and the existence of branching pathway of ‘differentiation’ between attractors induced by perturbations in the ordered regime.Noise is serious issue, since noise disrupts attractors. But numerical evidence suggests that attractors can be made very stable to noise, and meanwhile, metaplasias may be a biological manifestation of noise. As we learn more about the wiring diagram and constraints on rules controlling real genes, we can build refined ensembles reflecting these properties, study the generic properties of the refined ensembles, and hope to gain insight into the dynamics of real cells.

DAILY BEHAVIOUR OF SULAWESI BEAR CUSCUS (Ailurops ursinus) IN TANGKOKO BATU ANGUS NATURE RESERVE. This study aimed to describe dailly behaviour of Sulawesi Bear Cuscus (Ailurops ursinus) in Tangkoko Batu Angus Nature Reserve. This reseach is expected to provide information about inactive, foraging, intake, groom and social behavior of Ailurops ursinus as primary behavior variables of the animal daily activities. The usie of vegetation during animal daily activities were introducted in this research as a secondary variable. This research used obsevation as research method and instantinous animal sampling technique. This method observed Ailurops ursinus behavior three times per day . Each single observe was done in 60 minutes with 60 seconds time interval. Every single observe was replicated 14 times. The result of this research showed that the daily behaviour of Ailurops ursinus was dominated by inactive behaviour with 56.86 percents consisted of 30.5 minutes were spent in the morning, 42.6 minutes at noon and 29.2 minutes in the afternoon. Intake behaviour took times of 26.98 percents consisted of 17.2 minutes were spent in the morning, 8 minutes at noon and 23.3 minutes in the afternoon. The foraging behaviour took times of 15.11 percents consisted of 11.7 minutes were spent in the morning, 8.7 minutes at noon and 6.6 minutes in the afternoon. Groom activity spent times of 0.98% consisted of 0.5 minutes spent in the morning, 0.5 minutes at noon and 0.7 minutes in the afternoon. Regenerasi rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii dilakukan dalam rangka penyediaan benih yang bermutu dan mempunyai keunggulan melalui induksi kalus dan embrio dengan penambahan hormon pertumbuhan yang diintroduksi ke dalam media kultur yang dapat memacu induksi kalus dan penebalan pigmen rumput laut. Media kultur yang digunakan adalah media Conwy padat dengan penambahan agar 0,8%-1,6%. Hormon perangsang tumbuh yang digunakan untuk memacu pertumbuhan kalus dan filamen embrio yaitu IAA (Indol acetic acid), kinetin, dan auxilin dengan konsentrasi berkisar 0,4-1 mg/L. Embrio yang dihasilkan merupakan anakan yang mempunyai sifat yang sama dengan induknya. Sintasan dan perkembangan embrio yang paling baik yaitu dengan penambahan IAA dengan konsentrasi 0,4 mg/L pada media padat. Pembentukan anakan dilakukan dengan mengiris embrio dan menumbuhkan pada media cair yang diperkaya dengan hormon yang sama. Pemeliharaan anakan pada media kultur dilakukan hingga mencapai ukuran 2-3 cm.Regeneration of seaweed Kappaphycus alvarezii was done to provide high quality seed through callus and embryo induction using plant growth regulator which was introducted to the culture medium. This growth regulator can stimulate the callus induction procces and thickening the seaweed pigment. Applied medium culture was agar medium with 0.8%-1.6% concentration enriched with Conwy and the applied growth regulators were IAA (Indol acetic acid), kinetin dan auxilin with 0.4-1 mg/L concentration range. Resulted embryo has the same characteristics with the stock. The best survival rate and embryo growth was IAA treatment with 0.4 mg/L concentration. Formation of embryo was done by transferring them from solid medium to the liquid one with the same growth regulator treatment. The nursery of the seed in culture medium was carried out until it has reached 2-3 cm in size.

Eight recently introduced strawberry genotypes ‘Chambly’, ‘Clery’, ‘Darselect’, ‘Delia’, ‘Harmonie’, ‘Matis’, ‘Sallybright’, ‘Salsa’ and ‘Senga Sengana’ (standard cultivar) were evaluated at the Polli Horticultural Research Centre of the Estonian University of Life Sciences, Institute of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. Phenology, winter hardiness, strawberry blossom weevil (Anthonomus rubi) injury, yield, fruit weight, soluble solids, sugar, acid and ascorbic acid content of the fruit were determined. Genotypes more suited to the Estonian climate conditions are the winter hardy, late-yielding cultivars ‘Salsa’ and ‘Harmonie’. ‘Salsa’ has a good, high quality yield with large attractive fruit. The fruit of ‘Harmonie’ contains much ascorbic acid, but the sugar-acid ratio is less balanced. Early genotypes ‘Chambly’, ‘Clery’, ‘Darselect’, ‘Delia’, ‘Sallybright’ and the late genotype ’Matis’ have a lower yield than the standard cultivar ‘Senga Sengana’.

Abstract:

The article presents the results of research of the influence of a new detergent and disinfectant «Argomol», created on the basis of lactic acid, «Katamine AB», polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride and colloidal silver solution on the morphological parameters of white mice blood. For the research a control and experimental group of white mice 10 heads each were formed. For animals of the experimental group the agent orally at 0.5 % concentration in an amount of 1 cm3 was applied. Subsequently, blood was collected for testing in 3 hours, 7 days, and 14 days after drinking the means and research were performed according to conventional methods. Initial hematologic parameters in the animals of the experimental and control groups were within normal limits. The total erythrocyte counts of both groups also remained within the physiological norm until the end of the research period. The white blood cell count of the experimental group 3 hours after introduction of detergent and disinfectant «Argomol» was significantly increased against the initial and control animals. Also, the mice in the experimental group responded to the disinfectant's allergic reaction, as evidenced by a significant increase in the number of eosinophils compared with controls and the original indicators. Hematological changes in the peripheral blood of white mice after introduction of 0.5 % detergent and disinfectant «Argomol» solution were temporary, as similar studies of peripheral blood 7 days after the application showed that all indicators, except for common leukocytes were within the physiological norm and remained the same until the end of the experiment. It has been experimentally demonstrated that detergent and disinfectant «Argomol», introducted intragastrically in a volume of 1 cm3 at 0.5 % concentration is safe for mice and has low toxicity. It was established that in animals of the experimental group 14 days after intragastrically introduction of 0.5 % of the concentrations of detergent and disinfectant «Argomol» which we developed all indicators of the functional state of peripheral blood were within the normal range.
