Abstract:

The article analyzes provisions of economic and civil legislation regulating property relations in course of doing business. The existing scientific approaches to the concept of vested interest in property, including in usage of other owner’s assets in course of doing business, have been explored and analyzed. The article reveals the peculiarities of proprietary interests in other owner’s assets, including the right of economic management and operational management. A comparative analysis of various types of proprietary interests and right in personam in other owner’s assets has been carried, the author summarizes approaches developed in court practice with respect to the definition and enforcement of vested interests of business entities in other owner’s assets. The reasons for vested interests of business entities in usage of other owner’s assets have been analyzed, the necessity of their definition in the Commercial Code of Ukraine has been substantiated. The necessity of strengthening of the role of a law-making treaty in the commercial legislation in the framework of legal regulation of the usage of other owner’s assets in course of doing business is determined. It is substantiated that business entities as participants in economic legal relations cannot settle aproprietary interest in usage of other owner’s assets which are not provided for by the law. It is noted that the peculiarities of vested interests of business entities in usage of other owner’s assets in course of doing business are an aggregate of certain characteristics, namely: the holder of such right is the business entity, the object is other owner’s assets, vested interests form the basis of the legal regime of usage of other owner’s assets in course of doing business. Theoretical and practical conclusions with respect to the improvement of legal regulation of the usage of other owner’s assets in course of doing business were made, proposals were made for introducing amendments and supplementary to the Commercial Code of Ukraine.

Abstract:

This study aims to determine the effect of career guidance services on career interests of class XI students SMA Mutiara 2 Bandung. This research uses the research method of counseling guidance action (PTBK) with the subject of research as many as 20 students of clas XI SMA Mutiara 2 Bandung. The method of data collaction using observation, interviews, and research documentation. Consists of 2 cycles. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analytical analysis. The process of data analysis begins by examining all the data obtained, either though interviews or observations. Then described by using percentage analysis. The Results of the study indicate that in the initial conditions,students’ career intrests are still in the “not good” category, in the first cycle there are indicators that have increased in the “very good” category, namely the indicator of introduction to the world of work with descriptors knowing the world of work, with percentage of by 75% of the 15 students. While in the second cycle all indicators have increases by getting the “very good” category with a percentage of >80% on each indicator from 18 students. Thus, it can be concluded that career guidance services can affect the career interests of students in class XI SMA Muttiara 2 Bandung.

Abstract:

As far as social media is concerned twitter has become a major source of public data in the form of tweets. Twitter is an emerging source of large textual data(big data).People can easily express their opinions , reviews, interests and tastes about a particular event, topic ,product etc., occurring worldwide. This makes twitter a good source of valuable data which can be further used to perform sentiment analysis, know trending topics of public intrests and public opinion on a particular product or event which can be beneficial for business growth and political parties to know public choices and they can take actions accordingly. The extraction of meaningful insights from the vast and dynamic stream of social media data is greatly facilitated by the implementation of topic modeling and sentiment analysis on Twitter tweets. The identification of recurring themes or subjects within a collection of tweets, which is the essence of topic modeling, serves to reveal patterns in discussions, thereby aiding in the comprehension of prevalent topics and trends. Concurrently, sentiment analysis, through the evaluation of the emotional tone of tweets, enables the discernment of whether the expressed sentiments are positive, negative, or neutral. The combination of these techniques provides researchers and businesses with valuable perspectives on public opinions, emerging issues, and user sentiments, thereby empowering them to make informed decisions and develop effective engagement strategies in the ever-evolving landscape of social media. But twitter data(tweets) are unstructured ,contains noisy data, urls , stop words, re-tweets video ,emoji etc., which need to be cleaned and preprocessed to perform proper sentiment analysis and use it to extract meaningful effective insights from it. This paper focuses on various methods of topic modeling and discovering latent topics ,text-mining approaches ,micro-blogging methods used in various researches .This paper focuses on latent dirichlet allocation method of topic modeling and text-mining to discover latent topics in tweets, micro-blogging ,text-mining approaches .A proper survey is done on previous researches on this topic in this article. Abstract:

Introduction: Prostate cancer is diagnosed in two-thirds of instances in the world's more developed regions. Prostate cancer was detected in 180,890 new cases in the United States in 2016, according to the American Cancer Society. One out of every six men is projected to develop prostate cancer at some point in their lives. The study's major purpose was to develop a textural analysis-based classifier to differentiate between benign and malignant prostate tumors using MRI-T2WI. Materials and method: The retrospective study was conducted in the department of radiology in KKUH. Total 93 lesions from prostate cases were performed in KKUH from 2015 to 2017. About 75 lesions of 48 patients were included in this study. Eleven haralick features from region of intrests (ROIs) were extracted. After matching them with traces done by consultants in Profuse software, which was utilized for image-guided biopsy, digital rectal examination (DRE), prior biopsy (Prior bx) lesions were traced using ImageJ (MRI-ultrasound fusion). Weka software used this to create a classifier that distinguishes between malignant and benign tumors. Result: The age of total 48 patients was in the interquartile range of 59.0-70.0, with an average of 64.4 years. The PSA was observed an average of 22.5 with an SD of 50.5 and an interquartile of 10.0. The mean size of the prostrate was 3.2 cm with SD 1.9. Among 48 patients Digital rectal examination (DRE) 8 (16.7%) and 40 (83.3%), Prior biopsy (PRIOR BX) 2 (4.2%) and 46 (95.8%), PI-RADS 22 (45.8%) and 26 (54.2%) were observed positive and negative respectively. In DRE, 88% sensitivity 55% specificity with PSA 9.75 (p-value 0.008) were observed. 100% of sensitivity, 41% specificity with PSA 8.19 (p-value 0.897) were found in PRIOR BX, but in MRI, 55% of sensitivity 69% specificity with PSA 10.70 (p-value 0.107) were observed. Conclusion: T2 texture analysis is good in classifying prostate lesions with acceptable sensitivity and specificity. T2W MRI-based textural analysis agreed with pathological findings from many institutions and was sensitive to underlying pathological differences between low- and intermediate/high-grade prostate cancers. Actors in the diagnostic performance, such as DWI/ADC and perfusion, histogram parameters, and other features with distinct orientations and lengths, could help doctors discriminate benign and malignant prostate nodules, allowing for more efficient and precise clinical decisions. Abstract:

Previous research on teaching and learning of literature has called for empirical investigations on classroom practice concerning literary history. As an answer to this call, the study aims to develop knowledge about what sparks students’ interest in the teaching of literary history in upper secondary school. In relation to the introductory lesson in literary history, students’ attitudes were collected through questionnaires and interviews. 286 students from ten classes in five different schools participated, all from various university preparation programmes. Thematic analysis was applied to analyse students’ responses. The analysis showed that themes of (1) content and (2) teachers’ ways of leading and organising the teaching, contributed to spark students’ interest in literary history in various ways. In relation to content, the students’ foregrounded students’ experiences; intertextuality; similarities and differences between different periods; epochs, authors and works; and aesthetic elements. Regarding teachers’ ways of leading and organising the teaching, the students emphasised passion and engagement, content legitimation, interaction and participation, variety, structure and delimitation and grades or de-emphasis on performance. These findings are discussed in relation to theories of interest and teaching.

Abstract:

This research aimed to obtain information about influence of parental involvement on children's learning interests at home during the corona virus pandemic. This research used a quantitative approach to the type of ex-post facto research. The population in this research consisted of 90 parents and students. This research was conducted in Buton Regency. The data collection method used a questionnaire and used simple regression analysis. Based on the hypothesis tested, it found a positive and significant influence on children's interest in learning at home during the corona virus pandemic with a regression coefficient of 72,749 and a significant value (sig) of 0,000 0.05. Abstract:

Det verkar som om vår tid genomsyras av ett allmänt intresse för historien, vissa hävdar att man nästan kan tala om en slags besatthet av det förflutna. Utgångspunkten till att jag blivit intresserad av historiebruk i nutiden ligger i mina observationer av vad jag väljer att kalla det postmoderna historieintresset. Med begreppet avser jag nutida människors intresse för historia och såväl materiella som andliga minnen av det förflutna, som uttrycks på olika sätt och nivåer. Det postmoderna historieintresset karaktäriseras av att det förflutna ges betydelser som kan vara av de mest skilda slag, och det kan brukas för att fylla olika ändamål. Historien har till en viss grad blivit ett redskap för olika intressegrupper att nå sina mål som kan vara allt ifrån politiska till ekonomiska eller vara bundna till identitetsskapande aktiviteter.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to analyse secondary school teachers’ goals for laboratory work. What general goals do teachers have for labwork and what goals appear when teachers describe real labwork used in their own teaching? What goals are expressed in the written laboratory instructions? Eleven science teachers in secondary school participated in individual semi-structured interviews. The teachers’ laboratory instruction sheets were analysed with respect to intended learning outcome. The analysis of teachers’ general goals showed ﬁve themes and that cognitive aspects were the most prominent. Furthermore, when teachers talked about speciﬁc labwork used in their own teaching affective aspects were more important and an additional theme appeared. It was also shown that laboratory instructions supported teachers’ goals to develop students understanding of concepts and phenomena. However, goals concerning to think and reﬂect upon labwork were not supported by the laboratory instructions.

Forskare har påtalat behovet av longitudinella studier av utvecklingsinsatser men ett problem som inträffar när man enbart har möjlighet att delta i förändringen under kort tid är att projekt och satsningar som avbryts kort tid efter start innebär att vi saknar tillräcklig information om orsakerna till detta och vad som händer/inte händer efter ”projektslutet”. En uppföljning av olika satsningar och projekt efter att de avslutats skulle kunna ge intressant kunskap som komplettering till tidigare studier, ”vad händer sedan?”. Kan kommunerna rikta sitt intresse mot detta och kanske utnyttja de bland skolans personal som har olika former av vetenskaplig skolning (lektorer, förstelärare m fl) med tanke på det intresse som finns kring praktiknära forskning (gärna i samarbete med parter inom universiteten). Och ett sådant arbete skulle också kunna ge tankar kring hur vi utvecklar arbetet med lärares kompetensutveckling och lärande.

Abstract:

Insulin resistance is linked to impaired cell metabolism and survival in the peripheral tissues, as well as increased oxidative stress and activated inflammatory responses. Chronic High fat diet insulin resistant to exposure results in liver damage, impaired glucose homeostasis, hyperinsulinemia, late pancreatic-cell failure to generate insulin due to cell exhaustion, and subsequent hyperglycaemia, all of which are hallmarks of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). Therefore, it is of intrest to document a short review on the impact of a high-fat diet with insulin resistance.

Abstract:

This research aims to analyze the influence of promotion, knowledge and perception on public interest. The population in this study was BMT Sampang. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method which resulted in 46 customers. Data was collected using primary data from customers registered at BMT Sampang. The data analysis method uses logistic regression analysis. The results of this research show that the promotion variable and perception variable have a negative effect on public interest, while the knowledge variable has a positive effect on public interest. Abstract:

This study is aimed at recognizing the motivational, entrepreneurial ducation and personality has on entrepreneurial interests. The study consists of three dependent variables, which are motivational, entrepreneurial education, personality and one independent variable in entrepreneurship intrest. The population in the study are students of Sarjanawiyata university economics students with a sample of over 100 research model respondents using a quantitative analysis. Results show that a positive influence between motivations for entrepreneurial interests, there is no influence between entrepreneurial education variables ovr entrepreneurial interests, there is a positive influence personality between entreprnurial interests.Keyword: entrepreneurship education, personality, interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract:

Abstract In the Ostrava part of the Upper Silesian Basin there are many geotouristic sites connected with the underground mining of Carboniferous bituminous coal. Text is focused on those related to the geology of the Basin and environmental issues connected to coal mining. Of great intrest are outcrops of Mississippian sediments of the paralic Ostrava Formation, as well as two most important museums with permanent geological exhibitions. Some interesting geological features conncted to younger periods of Quarternary glaciation are also mentioned. Two types of publicly accessible sites related to the environmental burdens (burning coal heaps, saline mine water drainage system) are also described.

Abstract:

MEMS are used in acceleration, flow, pressure and force sensing applications on the micro and macro levels. The fundamental part of every sensor is the transducer which converts the measurend of intrest into and interpretable output signal. The most prominent transducer is the piezoresistive cantilever which translates any signal into an electrical signal.This paper presents the deisgn and fabrication of U shaped cantilever with enhanced sensitivity and stiffness which gives better results than other cantilevers. The simulation results of the cantilevers are designed using COMSOL software. MEMS technology becomes more affordable better and easier to fabricate in increasing quantities. Each layer of fabrication process is quite complex and final fabricated product will tested and used for high end applications.

Temat för detta nummer av BUDKAVLEN är Arbete och engagemang. Arbete har av tradition varit ett viktigt fält för etnologin, medan folkloristiken ofta ägnat sig åt hur människorna engagerar sig för olika ändamål. Med artiklarna får vi nya synpunkter på arbete, arbetslag och arbetsprocesser. Vi får bl. a. ta del av en hisnande historia om hur uppskruvade krav på engagemang i arbete kunde få ödesdigra följder – här gäller det ett detektivöde i 1920-talets Sverige. Att kropp, rörelser och kulturellt vetande ingår som utgångspunkter för allt arbete framförs i en artikel om kustbevakningen i Finland, där fokus läggs vid gränsbevakarnas ”kinestetiska dispositioner”.Om ett starkt engagemang vittnar en analys av hur olika grupper strävar att värna om olika slag av immateriellt kulturarv, spelmansmusik, lokalhistoria, hantverk, historiebruk och dansen menuett. Ett sätt att på något plan kontrollera sin vardag utgör ett intresse för vädret, i vissa fall stegrat till ett engagemang med egen bokföring av väder och vind. Vardagens och arbetets motvikt utgörs av tradition av fester. Nutidens intresse för festernas historia uppvisar oväntade drag, det är snarast fråga om en mytisk historia där nutidens bruk förs tillbaka på äldre sedvänjor och bruk ibland utgående från bisarra analogier, vittnar den avslutande artikeln.
