Abstract:
This study examines the digital economy shown by internet users with economic growth, education, health, and inflation. This research examines data from 2000 until 2020 to be able to produce "autoregressive vectors" that may be used to evaluate the causal link between variables. Based on secondary data from the World Bank, the following multivariate regression model was used to investigate the causal link between Internet Users, Gross Domestic Product, Education, Health and Inflation in Indonesia. The results of this study are quite surprising where technological literacy in Indonesia actually suppresses GDP, this shows that the use of the internet for Indonesian people in production is not yet optimal. Or most Indonesians use the internet as entertainment and consume digital products from abroad so internet technology literacy suppresses GDP. However, internet literacy supports education in Indonesia where education in Indonesia uses internet technology massively. Education itself encourages internet literacy in Indonesia significantly. However, the literacy of internet users actually suppresses the health sector where the health sector in Indonesia during the research period was dominated by offline and the health sector did not provide a significant boost to internet literacy in Indonesia. The digital economy in Indonesia has been proven to suppress inflation, although not significantly. This illustrates that the digital economy has the potential to suppress inflation and in the current case of Indonesia, the digital economy is not yet optimal currently the majority of internet users in Indonesia are users or consumers of digital products from countries outside Indonesia so they have not been able to encourage domestic economic growth.

Abstract:
This study aims to observe the growth impetus for internet users towards public consumption which further boosts people's income in Indonesia. To achieve this objective, data on internet user behaviour, consumption and GDP per capita were observed. This study uses the Quantitative Threshold Autoregressive method which is used to predict the behaviour of the data so that the relationship behaviour between the data can be seen. The hope is that knowing past behaviour data can be an indicator of decisions that can be taken in the future. All data are secondary data from world banks. We found that Internet users are the total internet users in Indonesia who are able to boost people's income as indicated by GDP per capita. Where the internet users' impulse towards consumption is very strong. This indicates a massive growth in business lines as a result of the Internet revolution in Indonesia, namely trading businesses that involve digital technology.

Abstract:
This study looks at digital marketing in general by investigating internet users as representatives of internet users who are segments in digital marketing, consumption which shows domestic demand as a result of the marketing mix, and economic growth as an indicator of national production. The World Bank has provided this data as a secondary source. For the years 2000 to 2020, the following variables will be analyzed using two different time series models. The country's GDP is used as a measure of economic growth in this study. Internet users (IU) and consumption (CO) respectively are the dependent and independent variables of this study because they serve as indicators of how these two variables are related in the long and short term to economic growth. There is an influence between internet users, economic growth, and consumption so digital marketing has a significant impact on consumption and economic growth in Indonesia. This is shown by the direct influence of internet users, economic growth, and consumption on internet literacy in Indonesia.

Abstract:
The internet has two effects, whether it supports or will it reduce productivity which will have an impact on the unemployment rate. This study aims to examine the effect of the internet on the unemployment rate in Indonesia in 2015-2019. Panel data analysis with the Feasible generalized least square (FGLS) method using STATA software was used to solve the problem of not fulfilling the assumptions of normality and heteroscedasticity in this study. Based on the results of data processing, the proportion of internet users shows a positive and statistically significant sign. The coefficient value of the proportion of internet users is 0.4898; which means that an increase in the proportion of internet users by 1 percent will cause the open unemployment rate to increase by 0.4898 percent, assuming the other variables are fixed. It can be concluded that the higher the proportion of internet users in an area, the higher the area's open unemployment rate. This is because the use of the internet in Indonesia is still not fully used to increase the productivity of the population such as looking for jobs or improving skills through training so that the internet actually causes the unemployment rate to increase.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to find out more about the confounding influence between internet users, domestic consumption, and economic growth in Indonesia and Malaysia. This study uses vector calculations where each regression relationship will be brought together so that each variable will alternately become the dependent variable and the independent variable. In this study, we look at internet users, consumption, and GDP use in Indonesia and Malaysia. The following multivariate regression model was used to investigate the causal association between variables internet users, consumption, and GDP in Indonesia and Malaysia. We found the readiness of the countries of Indonesia and Malaysia in the application of the digital economy has differences including the application of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency which is indicated by a causal relationship between internet users, domestic consumption, and economic growth. Although the two countries indicate that there has not been a digital economy boost in national economic growth, which is signed by the negative correlation between internet users and GDP in both countries, it can be concluded that both countries are more dominant in applying the traditional economy.

Abstract:
This study investigates digital inclusion in the form of internet users, education, economic growth, and CO2 emissions to understand the digital economy and green economy in Indonesia. This research examines data from 2000 until 2020 to be able to produce "autoregressive vectors" that may be used to evaluate the causal link between variables. Based on secondary data from the World Bank, the following multivariate regression model was used to investigate the causal link between Internet Users, Economic Growth, Education, and Carbon dioxide expenditure in Indonesia. Carbon Dioxide encourages investment in Education to solve environmental problems so that the higher levels of CO2 in Indonesia's air encourage the Indonesian government to invest in education in terms of CO2 problems. Where education itself significantly increases public awareness so the relationship between education and CO2 has a significant negative correlation. And education drives future education and significantly boosts economic growth. High economic growth or a more established economy actually has a significant negative correlation with CO2 levels, which means that a green economy can be applied in Indonesia. The interesting thing is that there is a significant positive relationship between internet users and the increase in CO2 levels in the air in Indonesia. This is very interesting because the use of the internet in Indonesia has an impact on the business sector and ordering or online shopping increases the use of transportation for shipping goods which actually increases CO2 levels in Indonesia's air.

Abstract:
Social media and Internet technology are like a coin. The existence of social media and Internet technology is a prospective medium for the realization of digital media. The advantages of digital media are that it has a high level of interactivity, high interconnectivity can be broadcast live or delayed, stored eternally; easy to use and inexpensive tends to be free. The fantastic growth of internet and social media users at this time has made the existence of these mediums shift and threaten conventional media technology (newspapers, radio, and analog television), and even threaten the existence of digital TV and radio broadcasting stations. Research problem formulation: how is the constellation map of social media and YouTubers during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia? How is the competition between YouTubers in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic in attracting social media users and Internet users in the world? The research paradigm is quantitative and qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, literature review, documentation, and interviews. As a result, the use of social media and the internet has experienced an extraordinary spike at the national and world levels. The collapse of several media companies during the COVI-19 pandemic was a major blow to the media industry. Media workers and media entrepreneurs are obliged to carry out digital transformation, by optimizing Internet and social media technology. The public must also be smarter in using internet technology and social media as a productive medium, not just as a consumptive and entertainment medium. Considering the various professions and jobs using internet technology and social media, nowadays and in the future it is very prospective.

Abstract:
The rapidly growing communication, media and information technology and the widespread development of global information infrastructure has influenced the ways and patterns of business activities in the trade industry, social and political governance. Indonesia is one of the countries that has the largest internet growth after China and India. This growth is likely to form online buying and selling transactions. It is supported by a survey conducted by APJII (Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers) about Internet Users in Indonesia in 2016 that the most frequently visited commercial content was online shop (62%) or equal to 82.2 million. Visitors and big opportunities for online shops have an impact on the emergence of more e-commerces whose goods or products sold come from the website or application itself without giving opportunity or place for other sellers to sell their products. Based on the data from CNN Indonesia, the number of Lazada app’s downloaders is in first place followed by its competitors Tokopedia and Bukalapak. The abundance of e-commerce in Indonesia creates increasingly fierce competition. Many e-commerce applications or websites provide display menu that makes it easier for users to shop, quality and complete items, varied price ranges, and trusted image of the e-commerce.

Abstract:
In the Indonesian context, we did not find any previous study on internet cafes that discussed the transformation from warnet to internet cafe. Based on our study in Yogyakarta, we found a new internet cafe style that we did not find in other cities. This study offers a new understanding of analyzing internet cafes that users not only consume a computer to access the internet, but they “consume” space as well. This study aims to explore that transformation and to reveal the expansion of consumption patterns. This study emphasizes the empirical investigation to gather the data. We conducted qualitative in-depth interviews and observations from January to June 2018. We also examined several previous studies about internet cafes to expose a gap that can be extended in this study. Based on findings, we found that the transformation from warnet was a way to survive amid mobile technology. This transformation gives an implication to the new means of consumption. However, the expansion of consumption patterns can be explored from the consumption of space and digital content. Overall, digital content is the new insight to understand that internet cafes are not only a place to copy contents, but this can be seen as a symbol of empowerment to local users. Therefore, internet cafes can be seen as media-industry bottom lines to promote a culture of resistance to digital content without going to the store or going to the cinema.

Internet is very important to support students in getting knowledge. However, internet access in college is sometimes not proportional to the number of users. Current speed of wireless network connection in Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), named UIIAccess, is also not proportional to the number of users. Based on these problems, this research was conducted to study UIIAccess performance in providing internet service. The analysis used is single channel single server queuing model with bulk service. The result shows that traffic intensity of the system is 0.9694 indicating that the intensity of UIIAccess service is very solid. The queue performance shows that the average number of users in the system and waiting in the queue are respectively 32 and 11 users per minute, the average time spent by a user in the system and in the queue are consecutively 10.45574 and 3.63663 minutes. It indicates that the queue on UIIAccess is very crowded because of the imbalance between access speed and the number of users

Meanwhile there are nine telecommunications operators in Indonesia have the license to use radio frequency spectrum (Mobile Network Operator – MNO) and some operators that did not have the license. With the increase of the cellular and fixed wireless operators and the increase of users of the internet provided by Internet Service Provider (―ISP‖) through wireless networks using radio frequency spectrum, then the need of Radio frequency spectrum also increased. The effort to overcome the rare radio frequency spectrum conducted by development of radio frequency spectrum technology, among others by using multiple access system. This system may be conducted by division of time, frequency, or code. Other system is by using the concept of Mobile Virtual Network Operator (―MVNO‖) by relationship between the licensed and unlicensed operators, i.e. by leasing of the spectrum. In Indonesia, there was no regulation regarding MVNO, so there was a question about whether the MVNOs include in the category of radio frequency spectrum users and whether or not the MVNO required to have license and pay the BHP for the use of frequency. Therefore it is necessary to have a change in the existing regulations to make clear the status and the existence of the unlicensed users of radio frequency spectrum as the MVNOs. The use of information technology can accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals. Research on the use of information technology to reduce poverty, especially in Indonesia, is still very limited. Amid the issue of many conventional retail closings and a decline in people's purchasing power, e-commerce with the help of e-banking can survive in the market. Therefore, research is needed on the opportunity to use these three services from the demand side, namely households as the largest contributor to GDP. In this study using Susenas March 2017 data from BPS and logistic regression methods. The number of samples in this study was 926,218 individuals. The results showed that individuals with working characteristics, young age, owning cell phones, university graduates, using computers, living in Java and urban areas, and having per capita expenditure above the poverty line in urban districts have a greater chance of becoming users of all three services. Although the gap in users of the three services cannot be avoided, policies are needed to provide adequate and equitable infrastructure and increase digital literacy.

Conservation and mining are considered as two contradictory aspects of an activity. Conservation activities will be lost if mining development does not match the area analysis. Ecosystems are threatened, and endemic species in an area will become extinct. Mining activities are often two sharp blades. On the one hand, it will increase the economy. However, on the other hand, the more significant damage will make it difficult for the ecosystem to return to its original condition. This is what is currently happening in the Sangihe Islands. Gold mining has become an issue in online discussions on the internet; objections and protests are conveyed to preserve the ecosystem of the region, not only from endemic animal and plant species but also from human existence. This research was conducted by exploring public comments, especially YouTube users in the comments column of the BBC News Indonesia YouTube video: Tambang Emas Pulau Sangihe Mengancam Hutan dan Burung Endemik yang Hampir Punah. A qualitative approach is used in this study with netnographic analysis to analyze netizen comments on BBC News Indonesia YouTube videos. Data retrieval using the botster.io website and analyzed using NVivo 12 software as a qualitative research management tool. The data obtained is 1.000 comments in the comments column. The analysis results show that the majority of internet residents in comments on YouTube videos uploaded by BBC News Indonesia gave a negative response to the Sangihe Island gold mine because it was considered a threat to the conservation and extinction of Sangihe's endemic species, namely the Sangihe Seriwang bird. People on the internet also respond that policy makers' participation in making regulations is important to cancel decisions related to the mining area.

Abstract:
Purpose This study aims to identify factors behind the intention to sign e-petitions, focusing on three aspects, i.e. information (argument quality), the source of information (source credibility) and personal perspective (personal relevance and altruism). Design/methodology/approach Data collection is done by using a quantitative approach through an online questionnaire. This study involved 211 respondents who were internet users in Indonesia who had signed an e-petition. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling approach with IBM Amos version 22.0. Findings The findings revealed that there are three factors shaping internet users’ attitudes toward e-petitions, namely, altruism, AQ and personal relevance, of which altruism was the strongest factor. Those who have a positive attitude toward e-petitions seemed to have higher intention to sign e-petitions. Additionally, we discovered that internet users believe credible e-petition initiators deliver better arguments, which drive them to sign e-petitions. Research limitations/implications The finding related to elaboration likelihood model has revealed that not only the dual processing of central routes and peripheral routes but also the possibility of peripheral routes influencing the factors in the central route. Hence, future studies need to include the examination of this relation. Finally, altruism is identified as the major factor that influences people to sign e-petitions. Therefore, people should be aware of this factor while examining the environment that likely has voluntary aspects. Practical implications To improve the adoption of the e-petition system, it is important for the e-petition websites to maintain attitude factors to achieve the e-petition goals. It is also important that e-petition websites provide credibility information of the e-petition initiators and make it visible to everyone. The e-petition sites must be able to be personalized so that users can be categorized based on their profiles or interests. Finally, as altruism is the most influencing factor in shaping internet users’ attitude toward e-petitions, e-petition initiators need to write a persuasive and arousing information and images for their e-petition. Some templates, tips or even online training to persuasive public petitions also need to be provided. Originality/value This study attempts to fill the research gap by examining factors from three domains, i.e. information source (the e-petitioners), information/AQ and personal perspective (personal motivation) of the e-petition signers. The authors enrich the research model with altruism factors that influence attitude in signing petitions. This study illustrates the characteristic of Indonesian internet user’s and provides important implications for how the e-petitions site should improve the functionality of the sites.

Abstract:
The internet is one part that can not be released in human life today. Every year internet users both in Indonesia and in the world have increased. This increase in internet users causes the availability of IP to decrease. That is because users who will use the internet must have an IP. The availability of IPv4 is currently decreasing. To overcome these problems, IPv6 was made which was announced to replace the existence of IPv4. But another solution that can be taken is using subnetting. With subnetting, IP can be used optimally according to the needs of the host or can make efficient use of IP. And subnetting also functions to avoid congestion resulting from too many hosts on the physical network. And to connect between subnets, routing will be done.
