Topicality. The infrastructure of innovation activity should be considered as an independent sphere of the economy, the feature of which is not the production of material products, but the provision of services. With the development of a market economy, based on independent and autonomous producers who are completely isolated and competitive, it becomes problematic to maintain stable economic ties within economic systems at different levels, such as state, regional and even local. Therefore, the main function of the infrastructure is the formation of the necessary conditions for the management of economic entities. Infrastructure, as an independent part of the economic mechanism, should promote the free exchange of market resources and implement the functions of self-regulation and self-adjustment of the regional economy at all its levels due to market fluctuations.Today the issues of development of innovation infrastructure at the regional level in the conditions of formation of market type of economic relations are not finally resolved and need further deep elaborations, therefore our goal is to define the infrastructure of innovation activity as an integral complex of functional organizational and economic institutions that directly provide the conditions for the implementation of innovation processes by economic entities on the basis of the principles of economic efficiency.Aim and tasks. The aim of the article is to determine the place of innovation in the development of modern market regional economy and to establish the role and importance of infrastructure that would promote the rapid development of science and technology in a special and extremely important for Ukraine Southern region. The peculiarities of the region are the harmonious formation of modern infrastructure on the basis of building a complex of institutions and various research organizations, which would aim to spread the rich domestic and foreign experience of innovative development.Research results. The material base of the innovation infrastructure is an area with a developed economic, production and social structure, the objects of which are focused on the mass introduction of new technologies and the development of new knowledge-intensive products. The innovation infrastructure consists of the following main elements and components: research, design, research and experimental organizations that work in the field of innovation and increase the innovation potential of the region; manufacturing enterprises that implement the results of research and development and inventions, introduce them into the production of knowledge-intensive goods and services; management, marketing, advertising services aimed at disseminating the latest technologies and developments, promoting the achievements of domestic research centers; innovation funds, commercial banks, insurance companies, exchanges of scientific and technical products that accumulate the latest developments and innovations for commercial purposes; institutions of scientific and technical expertise, legal protection of intellectual property, ensuring the inviolability of intellectual property and legal capacity.A special role is given to educational and training institutions that specialize in training and retraining of specialists in scientific and technical fields of science and technology; information and communication departments, editorial and publishing organizations and structures, patent offices, licensing chambers and state statistical bodies; organizations for servicing innovative developments, leasing, transport and freight forwarding companies, customs departments and other government agencies.Conclusion. The innovation and investment process within the region must be managed and regulated professionally and effectively, and for this it is necessary to have a system of evaluation indicators and use the latest methods of managing regional innovation and investment infrastructure. The administrative bodies of the region's innovation infrastructure management should have significant economic levers in their hands to manage the innovation and investment process, namely through the mechanism of creating research and development institutions, educational institutions and experimental laboratories in the region. Creating favorable conditions and a favorable field for investors, providing priorities in lending to entrepreneurs, supporting with financial subsidies, leasing of new high-tech machines and mechanisms, providing timely important economic information on domestic and global markets.

Abstract:
It is of practical significance to introduce the Internet of Things technology into the financial service industry and find the driving factors and mechanisms of financial innovation to accelerate the promotion of financial innovation. This article starts from the perspective of banks and other supply chain financial institutions, takes mainstream trading products in the commodity trading market as the research object, uses the LA-VAR model, and fully considers the market price fluctuations and liquidity factors of supply chain financial inventory products. It analyzes the theoretical basis of the continuous innovation of rural financial products. On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics and types of rural financial product innovation, we explore the connotation of sustainable innovation of rural financial products, clarify the evaluation criteria, and lay a theoretical foundation for continuous dynamic evaluation. Based on technical innovation evaluation theoretical models such as Schumpeter’s innovation model, technical specifications-technological track model, and NR relationship model market, we analyze the innovation elements of rural financial products from the external and internal aspects of innovation and discuss the relationship between the factors. The interaction mechanism of rural financial products has established a dynamic mechanism model for the continuous innovation of rural financial products. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was made on the continuous innovation power of financial service industry products in a certain area. Using a combination of remote surveys and on-site visits, a questionnaire survey was conducted on financial service industry institutions in a certain region’s financial system. Each survey object was required to conduct 120 × 1067 index comparisons and use the data after processing the arithmetic average Matlab carries out the objective processing of programming. The results show that the LA-VAR model with liquidity indicators can measure the liquidity risk well and more comprehensively evaluate the risk of the inventory pledge financing model. According to the index weights determined by AHP, the development of the financial service industry will be promoted in a targeted manner from the internal construction of financial institutions and the optimization of the external innovation environment.

Abstract:
This paper deals with crowdfunding as a new innovative form of financing projects that implement innovations focusing on a modern, up-to-date phenomenon in the field of innovation projects. Literary sources and approaches systematization for solving crowdfunding issues indicates that crowdfunding could be understood as a new, popular and innovative way of financing innovative projects around the world. It spread in developed countries in 2008 in response to the financial crisis. Besides, the rapid expansion of the Internet and mobile Internet access provoked its expansion in developing countries. The authors described crowdfunding as a current way of financing representing an individual form of innovative projects financing. Investigation of crowdfunding is based on cluster analysis of variables such as the funds' amount collected by crowdfunding, the number of crowdfunding contributors and the average amount of contributions of individual contributors to crowdfunding. The research objects are EU-28 countries. The output of the process of object distances clustering was displayed in the form of a dendrogram. It demonstrated the graphical grouping of related objects into clusters. The interpretation of the whole analysis and its further application depends on choosing the right number level of resulting clusters. The cluster analysis findings identified four clusters of objects set on several relatively homogeneous subsets of clusters. Objects belonging to the same cluster were similar, while objects originating from different clusters - dissimilar. The authors noted that despite the innovativeness and trendiness of crowdfunding, the analysis results point to its diverse position in the EU countries. Besides, it was confirmed by the results of the applied analysis. Presented clusters point to the different number of contributors and the average value of funds spent on innovation through crowdfunding at various average contributions from one contributor. Therefore, the countries successfully applying this innovative way of innovative projects financing were the United Kingdom, France and Germany, and EU countries that realized this way of financing to a lesser extent.

Abstract:
The Object of the Study. Innovative activity The Subject of the Study. Sources of financing innovation The Purpose of the Study is identifying of optimal sources of innovation in the digital economy. The Main Provisions of the Article. The most important elements of a system that ensures the smooth functioning of the innovation process are the sources and mechanisms of financing technological innovation. At the present stage of development, such an adequate and effective holistic system in the Russian Federation has not been created. The key conditions for creating a favorable economic environment are: the effective functioning of financing mechanisms, the quality and condition of investment sources, which determine the ability and potential of creating and implementing technological innovations. The digital economy is currently opening up conceptually new sources of funding. The dynamic development of digital solutions and technologies in the financial sector enables organizations to reduce the time spent on searching and making decisions about the source, mechanism and procedures for financing operational and strategic activities. The innovative activity carried out on an ongoing basis allows organizations to dynamically develop, meet business trends, or even create them. As you know, innovation requires serious investment and, as a rule, the more risky the innovation, the greater the profitability it has. In foreign practice of financing innovation, crowdfunding platforms have become widespread. Currently, the United States and individual EU representatives are the undisputed leaders in the development of financial technologies, payment systems, digitalization of financial services. In terms of the penetration of digital technologies in the financial sector (it reaches 85% according to experts), such countries also occupy the first positions. One of the main trends of the financial sector in developed countries is the creation of virtual banks and the Internet banking service. The article analyzes and evaluates the structure of sources of financing technological innovations, carries out a comparative analysis of financing research and development in Russia and developed countries, and considers the possibilities of using digital tools and sources to finance innovation.

Article’s main body. In today’s economic environment, services related to the use of innovative processes are gaining ground. The impact of the innovation processes that occur when changing the technology from the fifth to the sixth on the services sector is to some extent greater than the impact on the material production. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is stepping up the provision of innovative services through the introduction of new innovation processes and the production of new high-tech goods. Economists distinguish four types of innovation: product, process, marketing and organizational. Innovative services can be provided in the application of product, process, marketing and organizational innovations and can be of two or more types. Conclusion and prospects for the development. The concept of economic and legal category “innovative service” is legally defined only as a kind of innovative products and has no fixed definition in any legal act. Therefore, in the light of the above, we propose to introduce changes in the current legislation and under innovative services as a kind of innovative products to understand the new competitive services that are provided in the application of innovation by the subjects of innovation and correspond to the life cycle of innovation.

Abstract:
The main trend of modern economic turnover and development is the global digitalization of all spheres and industries of the economy. For this reason new types of economic relations arise within their boundaries. The article examines the current situation and prospects for the development of legal regulation of Internet relations in the context of economic development. A number of problematic issues of the legal nature of individual objects of the economic rights that exist in a virtual (digital) format are analyzed. The issues of legal regulation of relations in the structure of which there is the so-called virtual element in a particular digital / virtual object are specifically analyzed. Special attention is paid to virtual assets, computer programs and software, artificial intelligence and the concept of the “Internet of Things”, etc. Emphasis is placed on the need for legislative consolidation of the concepts of virtual property and virtual objects, as well as objects with hybrid cyber-physical nature and their subsequent inclusion in the list of property in the economy of the business sector. Basic approaches to legal regulation of robotics based on artificial intelligence have been established. It is determined that the possibility of achieving a synergistic effect in the legal regulation of relations with virtual objects makes it necessary to make appropriate additions to the provisions of the Economic and Civil codes of Ukraine, as well as modernization of legislation in the field of intellectual property and innovation activities, investment legislation, legislation on property and property rights assessment, e-commerce, foreign economic activity on the Internet, protection of consumer rights of digital goods, etc. When adding and formulating these provisions into national legislation it should be taken into consideration the basis for international legal regulation of these issues submitted by acts of soft law, which are of a recommendatory nature. (These are the recommendations on artificial intelligence developed by the ETO-T Y.2060 (06/2012) Economic Telecommunication Organization “Overview of the Internet of things”).

Abstract:
The object of the research is Internet memes that constitute the thematic group “Grand Coalition” and appeared during the reign of the parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany 2018–2021. Internet memes selected under the given denotative and temporal features are analyzed in dynamics within N. A. Zinoviev’s typology, based on a set of dichotomies (“truth — lie”, “character — event”, “tradition — innovation”, “background — figure”, “image — text”, “thought — action”). A conclusion is made about the field organization of the Internet meme structure. This structure includes the remaining constant kernel formed by the visual template and the generalized meaning of the Internet meme. It is shown that the specificity of the functioning of the precedent phenomenon as part of Internet memes lies in its transformation through the distribution or replacement of elements and subsequent reinterpretation. The very development of the Internet meme, its successful promotion online supposes the decontextualization of the primary meme and its further recontextualization in new communicative situations. The precedent phenomena involved are most often the conductors of negative meanings. The following signs of the grand coalition are regularly reflected in Internet memes — incapacity, mistrust on the part of citizens, and a bad reputation of its members.

Abstract:
Abstract The development of the times is driving the competition in the market. In the current trend of the brand era, if a brand cannot fully display its own personality, it is difficult to be competitive. With the development of Internet of things (IoT) technology, different enterprise values produce different types of products and affect all aspects of social economy and daily life. This article mainly studies the innovative design of brand image based on 5G IoT era. This article takes the consumer group as the positioning object, is committed to shaping the core value of the brand, and applies the emotional personality psychology of consumers to the rational brand planning. Creating a perfect brand image and an accurate brand development track is an effective guarantee to promote and enhance brand development. The standard font of the logo combination is the combination of Chinese and English. The advantage of the combination of Chinese and English lies in the combination of nationality and cosmopolitanism. It is not only a new cultural phenomenon but also has strong operability, which meets the requirements of logo design internationalization. The explanatory capacity of the model increases with the entry of product image, corporate image, and self-consistency. The combined explanatory capacity of the three variables reaches 42.2%. The significance probability of the F test is p = 0.000, which is significantly less than 0.01, indicating that the regression of the model is significant. Except for “imaginative,” girls’ scores on the other seven brand personality dimensions are equal to or higher than boys’. The results show that the innovative design of brand image has far-reaching significance for the long-term development of the brand.

Abstract:
The e-mail allegedly attributed to Satoshi Nakamoto (supposedly a pseudonym) was transmitted 14 years ago, describing the development of an electronic currency (Nakamoto, 2008). The design of this electronic currency represented the solution of the general Byzantine problem, a well-known problem in computing, which, in general terms, defines that one of the parts of a system can intentionally fail, and with that, make the entire network unavailable. Therefore, the premise is that part of the system is corrupt (Dolev et al., 1982). In the few lines of the email, Satoshi Nakamoto described such a solution and published an article with the details made available on the same date. The article describes how to transmit information within a chain of blocks that are: synchronized with date and time (time stamp); combined with code that depends on a previous block (hash code); can be validated with public and private key cryptography framework anonymously and decentrally; but highly resilient to any tampering attempt and with public record. The concept of digital currency, in this case Bitcoin, consisted at that time of a code or token resulting from encryption and that could be included in these blocks. Blocks registered definitively in the ledgers distributed along the blockchain network that could be traced. The digital framework developed by Satoshi Nakamoto, although it emerged to make Bitcoin viable as a digital currency, has been separated over the last 14 years. Blockchain can be understood as a decentralized communication technology that gave rise to a family of other technological structures of encrypted communication such as ecosystems, public blockchain, private blockchain and blockchain networks, mainly (Mazumdar Ruj, 2022). Digital currencies, on the other hand, have also developed in variety and quantity, so much so that as we write this editorial there are over 10,000 digital currencies in operation. The total capitalization value of digital currencies rose from USD 18 billion at the beginning of 2017, surpassing USD 1.4 trillion by mid-2021 (Su et al., 2022). Currently, there is no technological impediment for companies to create their own digital currencies using a Bitcoin network or an Etherium network, for example, as well as many other networks available.Obviously, even today, there are technical challenges related, mainly, to the scalability of these networks and currencies. Bitcoin, when created, had a capacity of 7 transactions per second, currently, as we write this editorial, the transaction capacity of the Bitcoin network (BTS) is 14 transactions per second. The Etherium (ETH) network was born with a capacity of 20 transactions per second and currently has a capacity of 35 transactions per second. For comparison purposes, the VISA network has a capacity of 1700 transactions per second, which shows that there is still some way to make blockchain networks the new communication backbone, scalable for more mass uses (Chauhan Patel, 2022). There are implementations of the Solana network, for example, which promises to reach 50,000 transactions per second, still in the confirmation phase from a practical point of view, which could allow running Internet of Things (IoT) applications on this blockchain network (Duffy et al., 2021).At the same time, since 2013, the reorganization of the TCP IP structure from IPv4 (4.2 billion IP addresses) to IPv6 (79 octillion IP addresses or 7.9 x ) more than the total number of IPv4 addresses) has been implemented. Such implementation made it possible to expand connectivity to a level sufficient for the world demand, which is 56 octillion (56 x ) addresses per human being on earth. In terms of addressing, the possibilities of connecting new and future elements on the internet/blockchain communication network are guaranteed, making the IoT (Internet of Things) a real possibility. In addition to the traditional applications dedicated to making digital currency viable, especially in the last 5 years, certain works resulting from the combination of information technology and human creativity (also known as creative economy) brought NFT (Non-Fungible Token) to the management field. NFT are tokens (produced through encrypted code, subscribed in some blockchain network) that express the ownership of their author. Whoever acquires an NFT, has his/her record recorded in a ledger and, therefore, can exercise the rights or benefits related to the possession of that NFT. There are two main origins of an NFT, digital games and works of art or graphic expressions (Vasan et al., 2022). In the case of digital games, NFT can be used to record permanently and nominally the “achievements achieved” within a given game. Its owner now takes possession of a certain item that, previously, would only exist within the game itself, a virtual (digital) environment. In the case of graphic, artistic expressions, and other works of art, it is possible to make your possession digital. Works from the natural environment (physical), the result of expressions of human creativity, are now registered in an NFT-type token, coming to exist in the virtual world (digital). In this way, the works, and the data of their authorship and ownership, are permanently registered in the ledger of a blockchain network specialized in transacting NFT. As in the game, the possession of an NFT of a work of art allows the author to trade or use the benefits related to the possession of this NFT.From the convergence of connectivity technologies such as cloud computing, the advent of IPV6 and technologies based on tokens (blockchain, crypto assets and NFT not exhaustively) the concept of Web 3.0 becomes viable. Web 3.0 can be understood as a network of people and physical objects, making the integration between the natural world and the virtual world more intense (augmented, virtual and mixed reality). The idea of a Metaverse (Web 3.0 Application) depends on the technological availability that we describe here very succinctly and on the realization of new social behaviors that are underway (Korkmaz et al., 2022).The context described is not new to most practitioners and academics involved with innovation. However, by describing it in general terms, we can identify different research objects that may be of interest to the community working in the field of innovation management. Evidently, within the research perspectives, especially in innovation management, parallel logics can be established with the more established theories or concepts, which allow an approximation with the new technological objects available to people and companies. Such technologies have permeated traditional companies and startups that have a specific focus on these connectivity technologies described as core business or as business support. The idea of this editorial comment is to recognize the possibility of receiving more technological articles or scientific articles, perspectives and book reviews that consider connectivity and tokenization technologies as research objects. Such technologies can be positioned in research both as objects of analysis and as contextual and organizational objects. Whether contextual and organizational can bring research involving routines, capabilities, competencies and business models, whose core business process is innovation at different scales, natures, degrees of novelty, stages of diffusion or adoption. To cite just one possibility, as an example, the model by Tidd and Bessant from 2009, which describes the construct of orientation to innovation strategy, used in several research in the field of innovation since then, can be revised in the new contexts or in the face of new technologies (Ferreira et al., 2015). If such technologies are positioned as objects of analysis, research can involve every part of the innovation management process such as searching for innovations, selecting innovations, implementing innovations, generating value with innovations, and capturing value with innovations in analysis of single level or multilevel. In addition to the direct positioning of token and blockchain-based technologies, as an object or as a contextual aspect, adjacent effects are expected, for instance, involving intellectual property, environmental and social sustainability, technological governance, people management and other consequences that may be the focus of research, considering the emerging technologies mentioned above. There is also the field of research that is dedicated to the development of new products, both defining new models of digital product development and methods derived from these models, without forgetting all the implications related to the issues of information security management involved in these contexts of token transactions (Baudier et al., 2022). Although the possibilities for theoretical and managerial development for the area of innovation research, involving technologies based on tokens and blockchain, are broad, there is research that can be very relevant, but that would be better received in journals in mathematics, computer science or even software engineering and not in journals dedicated to innovation. Research that develops a new way of doing encryption, or even a more efficient algorithm that allows increasing the capacity of transactions per second, the design of a new network or a new ecosystem based on blockchain or even research that develops improvements in consensus protocols of blockchain undoubtedly has great value but would be expected in engineering or math journals. On the other hand, there are studies that bring reports of implementations of a business application on a blockchain basis, either as a business support application, or in the form of designing a blockchain-based product that will be taken to the market (Wan et al., 2022). In these cases, applied research, from the point of view of innovation research, what is expected to be found in the article is the development of knowledge that demonstrates how, why or to what extent the innovation processes were sensitized, or in what way the process of innovation contributed or presented limitations to support the reported implementation. In this way, such research can be received as technological articles, since the theoretical elements that relate the innovation process, or the management of the innovation process with the implementation based on token or blockchain, will be present, which are the bases of analysis used to support the expansion of innovation theories, innovation management or management practices in innovation contexts. Finally, we invite the entire community to submit papers with theoretical discussions related to paradigm shifts, involving the dematerialized nature of new products and their tendency towards a service-oriented view (Jain et al., 2022).As it should be clear, this editorial comment did not explore all the possibilities of research in innovation management involving technologies based on tokens and blockchain, but only a few examples that can help to obtain insights. We intend, in some way, to encourage the innovation community to develop studies considering new technologies, developing, or expanding theories and knowledge of innovation.

Abstract:
Facing the pressure of low-cost competition brought by the homogenization of commodities, the manufacturing industry seeks to survive by providing services. By providing outsourcing of value-added services to date, we are focusing on innovation in our business model. With the advancement of science and technology, manufacturing innovation is facing higher challenges, especially the popularization of the Internet, which makes the manufacturing industry have to move closer to new industries. Based on cloud computing, this paper conducts a multiagent simulation on the evolution factors of the innovation network of advanced manufacturing. This article takes three types of simulation subjects: evolutionary network, manufacturing (cluster), and innovation evolution system as the research objects. The factors affecting the evolution of the research are innovation resources, innovation opportunities, innovation desire, innovation pressure, relationship strength, network scale, and network scope. Network differences carry over variable indicators and analyze quantitative regression indicators and then build a research model. The research results show that the average conversion efficiency of the manufacturing industry (0.523) is significantly lower than the average R&D innovation efficiency (0.725), which to a certain extent indicates that the manufacturing industry still has weak links in the export conversion stage at the back end of the innovation value chain. Some of the companies may have problems such as low ability to transform scientific and technological achievements and insufficient export competitiveness of high-tech products, which to a large extent affects and restricts the improvement of manufacturing export transformation efficiency.

Abstract:
AbstractThis article studies the Internet from an evolutionary point of view, based on historic analysis, to confirm institutional change predictions suggested by Utterback’s innovation development theory. It explores the appearance of rules and the consolidation of public and private initiatives that could enhance the capacity of the private sector to coregulate in the digital sphere, which is especially relevant to the field of electronic commerce-related transactions. This institutional review distinguishes between two distinct layers of the Internet. Also, formal and informal regulatory patterns are identified in their evolutionary stages, revealing the prevailing models: unregulated, self-regulated, co-regulated, or regulated. These conceptual associations aim to provide a framework scheme to further study specific topics in the fields of Internet governance, digital economy, and the information society. This primer should also induce interdisciplinary research, for better understanding on how rules influence digital innovation and behaviour, in practice. Implicit in this account is that most of the credit for the efficient development of these technologies, in their two layers, during their first stages, might be attributed to the availability of collective, collaborating, or independent self-regulatory capacity. The most immediate observations show a growing tendency towards over-prescriptive regulatory systems, promoted to control its use and content; incompatible with the needs and interests of the majority of stakeholders. A concluding claim is that the Internet and telecommunication technologies in general, considered as enabling mediums, would benefit from dynamic and mixed regulatory solutions, according to and depending on whether their object is their infrastructure or the surface layer of its applications.

Abstract:
Nowadays, the development and innovation of tennis have basically been integrated with the Internet, and the penetration of big data is accelerating the development of tennis. Collect data and statistics about tennis matches, analyze the key winning factors of the game, assign players’ gains and losses, and assign points. Fully understand the game’s tactics and various key technical functions of the player and enhance the influence of the game’s attention. Therefore, as the era of the Internet of Things is about to come, the development of sports events in my country should seize the opportunity of innovation in the application of Internet of Things technology, accelerate the process of upgrading informatization and intelligence, and achieve leapfrog development. This article is aimed at studying the use of the Internet of Things security technology, research, and design a monitoring system for the key technical characteristics of male tennis players. This paper proposes to develop a novel real-time video semantic analysis prototype system for tennis matches, taking the video from the monitoring perspective of tennis matches as the analysis object. The experimental results in this article show that from Wimbledon to the Australian Open, the Australian Open is very slow, and finally, to the French Open, the speed of the ball slows down and improves the accuracy of the tennis crisis system. The average level and the correct answer rate are 61.37%. Eventually, it rose from the highest 86.13% to 86.92%, and the highest was the lowest. It seems that a monitoring system for the basic technical characteristics of male tennis players is more feasible.

Abstract:
Purpose – This paper aims to provide a critical assessment of the Internet of things (IoT) and the social and policy issues raised by its development. While the Internet will continue to become ever more central to everyday life and work, there is a new but complementary vision for an IoT, which will connect billions of objects – “things” like sensors, monitors, and radio-frequency identification devices – to the Internet at a scale that far outstrips use of the Internet as we know it, and will have enormous social and economic implications. Design/methodology/approach – It is based on a review of literature and emerging developments, including synthesis of a workshop and discussions within a special interest group on the IoT. Findings – Nations can harvest the potential of this wave of innovation not only for manufacturing but also for everyday life and work and the development of new information and services that will change the way we do things in many walks of life. However, its success is not inevitable. Technical visions will not lead inexorably to successful public and private infrastructures that support the vitality of an IoT and the quality of everyday life and work. In fact, the IoT could undermine such core values as privacy, equality, trust and individual choice if not designed, implemented and governed in appropriate ways. Research limitations/implications – There is a need for more multi-disciplinary research on the IoT. Practical implications – Policymakers and opinion formers need to understand the IoT and its implications. Social implications – If the right policies and business models are developed, the IoT will stimulate major social, economic and service innovations in the next years and decades. Originality/value – This paper pulls together discussions and literature from a social science perspective, as one means to enable more multidisciplinary studies of emerging developments.

Abstract:
The creation of an innovation needs new input, new ideas which are not easy to be acquired. Meanwhile in the era of internet people express their mind, their feeling and their judgement about anything in the digital world. Among others the crowd (those people) gives also comments about a physical object (hardware) or digital object (software). Some of the comments may give a direction for a new innovation. The usage and extraction of these information (comments) for the elicitation of product requirement for a new innovation is an object of research works and there are already methods developed by scholars. After studying the state of the art we come up with an idea to enhance the performance of the existing methods. We develop a process chain based on machine learning for an automated requirement elicitation based on crowd input optimized by a specific domain knowledge, applied for e-commerce. We focus on the aspects related to digital disruption as well as agile management in innovation. The crowd input gained from a digital big data available in twitter from the past 5 years until now. We analyze the digital consumer behavior by extracting this data. By using an optimized specific domain knowledge, we extract product requirement for a new innovation in the domain of e-commerce. We compare our method with the available state of the art methods and show better performance of our approach.

Abstract:
Digital innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has been studied extensively over the past quarter-century. The products, processes, and/or model innovation in businesses that are viewed as novel necessitate significant alterations from consumers and are represented in or facilitated by IT; this is what it means when digital innovation is mentioned. Nonetheless, despite the unique application of digital innovation in different organizations, the factors that lead to its success are still uncertain. Therefore, this study aims at evaluating the various factors that affect the digital innovation of SMEs in the Middle East region. This research used a descriptive research design in which primary data from the SME owners and employees were used to evaluate the research objectives. Descriptive statistics, such as frequencies and structural equation models conducted through SPSS, were used to evaluate the research objectives in showing how various factors such as the Internet of Things (IoT; physical objects and things with sensors, software, and other technological techniques integrated into them for the purpose of exchanging data and connecting with other systems and devices), digital platforms, and digital orientation have influenced digital innovation sustainability in SMEs. Results showed a positive and substantial impact on digital innovation sustainability as a result of the IoT, digital platforms, and digital orientation. In conclusion, the research shows that SMEs should use digital platforms, the IoT, and digital orientation to be digitally stable.

Abstract:
The Internet of Things (IoT) is essential for the success and adoption of digital entrepreneurship in universities. The Internet of Things (IoT) is the integration of electronic objects, peripherals, cities, and other items and equipment with embedded software, electronics, actuators, network connections, and sensors that allow these things and equipment to share and gather data. The usage of IoT for university bi-entrepreneurship can equalize the playing field in many areas of the economy, creating options like as remote work at any time and from anywhere. Nowadays, universities are playing an essential part in the careers of students. In this regard, government departments provide considerable assistance in recruiting individuals and companies in a variety of ways, including funding and tax policies. However, many factors affect university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a quality evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, which can guide university students’ targeted innovation and entrepreneurship by improving the comprehensive ability and employability of these students. Therefore, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education quality, including several dimensions and several sub-indicators. On this basis, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) algorithm is used to construct the judgment matrix, and the ranking weight of each comparison element is calculated according to the judgment matrix. The suggested system first constructs a hierarchical model to conceptualize the relationship between different elements and then builds a judgment matrix. After establishing the judgment matrix, the calculation methods of the characteristic root, square root, and idempotent relative weight are systematically checked. The experimental results reveal that the proposed evaluation system has a stronger impact on promoting university students’ creativity, entrepreneurship, and employment.
