Abstract:
Amid the unstable world environment the economic “weight” transfer to Asia highlights dynamically growing role of the Asian Pacific region (APR) where a specific place is put on the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The present research is devoted to processes of ASEAN member-countries regional integration development. In the current work dynamics of socio-economic indicators, volumes of the foreign direct investments (FDI) and intraregional trade are characterized. The conducted research concludes that regional development processes in ASEAN are flourishing: the ASEAN competitiveness is to a high standard, the Association is attractive from a position of foreign investment. The analysis of socio-economic indicators dynamics revealed asymmetry of ASEAN member-countries. The gap in macroeconomic indicators in comparison with the other partners of Association is observed in CMLV countries (Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam). However, such a disproportion, on the one hand, might prevent from formation of effective production networks, and, on the other, guarantee the lagging countries relative economic stability.

Abstract:
The review has presented an analysis of modern tendencies in the development of integrative psychotherapy, the merits and risks of this process. Factors that contribute to the development of integration in psychotherapy are: a steady increase in the number of different therapies, which are often difficult to discern from each other; the lack of viability of any individual psychotherapeutic model or theory for all problems and patients; "pressure" of socio-economic factors. In the article, there has been used the methodology of a system approach to understanding of integration in psychotherapy and its possible consequences from the point of view of psychotherapy efficiency, in particular, difficulties in delivery of integrative psychotherapy, prediction and assessment of its effects.

Abstract:
As an important creative design mode, the process integration of the collaborative commodity design (CCD) activity is very necessary to be studied deeply. In this paper, the definition of the collaborative commodity design is proposed firstly based on the collaborative design style and the commercial parts applications. Then, the difference between the collaborative commodity design and the collaborative product design is compared. The process integration model of CCD is described. And the three main process integration of CCD are discussed respectively. The integration of the technology scheme restraints to the economic scheme restraints is achieved by these process integrations in the CCD process.

Abstract:
Purpose Intergroup dynamics between the acquirer and the acquired are determinants of post-merger integration success. Mergers and acquisitions scholars call for the adoption of new reading prisms to gain deeper insights on post-merger integration dynamics as the failure rate of mergers remains high. In mobilizing works from social psychology to examine intergroup dynamics, this study aims to respond to this call by shedding light on the post-merger integration process. Typologies of integration processes do not take into account intergroup dynamics that operate within the new entity, which are influencing the decision-making process. To better understand how firms achieve a successful integration (symbiosis), the authors propose a processual analysis of intergroup dynamics in post-merger integration. Design/methodology/approach The research approach is a qualitative, longitudinal enquiry, which allows us to examine intergroup dynamics in two real-time merger case studies. The integration processes selected for this research include symbiotic integrations. Both integration processes were analyzed over two years, starting with the merger agreement. Findings This study sheds additional light on the triggers for achieving symbiosis integration by demonstrating the specific role and contribution of each of the parties (majority and minority) during the process. This study shows that post-merger is a process that follows different steps to reach symbiosis, involving majority/minority dynamics. The symbiosis implies minority innovation by adopting new business and organizational practices, mainly inspired by the standards and values of the minority. The study highlights innovation by the minority as a key element in achieving a symbiotic integration. This element can be understood by managers involved in managing the integration as a turning point in the integration process. Research limitations/implications The authors investigated symbiotic integration in specific industries; questions can arise about the extent to which findings are transferable to other mergers and acquisitions contexts. Originality/value This study advances the understanding of the dynamics between the majority and minority in adopting a processual and longitudinal analysis. On that point, this study gains insights on the “black box” that represents post-merger integration process.

Abstract:
Process oriented Knowledge Management (pKM) has been a widely discussed approach for KM initiatives. The approach ties business strategy closely to KM by connecting knowledge activities to key business processes. Social Software has been taken up in many domains as an organizational tool for managing knowledge. Up till now, the impact of being globally distributed (organizations and teams) has not been emphasized within the pKM view, nor has been the Social Software approach. The globally distributed, Social Software – supported approach has clear impacts for designing and implementing KM processes in the pKM view. Within this paper the authors clarify these implications with an integrated model for introducing Social Software tools for Knowledge Management and aligning those with KM as well as business processes. Their approach emphasizes on aligning the Social Software activities with KM coordination processes, knowledge-intensive business processes and knowledge activities. The authors’ work also stresses the need to recognize and deal with KM barriers within the coordination processes in order to define and implement appropriate interventions and activities.

Abstract:
This paper explored the teaching experiences of physics teachers in integrating computer simulations in their pedagogy to promote a constructivist learning environment. Its objectives are to determine how physics teachers describe computer simulations based on how they are used, how these are embedded in the teaching-learning process, their impact on the teaching-learning process, and the challenges of integrating these into physics teaching. Using the phenomenological design, two themes emerged for the first objectives, which are process-based and system-based. First, the teacher-manipulated with sub-themes of engaging, demonstrating, elaborating, and evaluating, and student-manipulated emerged on how the simulations are used. Second, the impact to teaching generated knowledge-based, skill-based, and value-based learning-based primarily on the three learning domains. Also, respondents emphasized that the integrations of computer simulations are convenience, efficacy, and heterogeneity. Finally, the challenges in the integration process are classified as teacher and school-related. The results showed that teachers are integrating computer simulations differently depending on their resources and the TPACK knowledge.

Abstract:
Purpose – Integrating services does not necessarily lead to improved outcomes for people with care and support needs and fails to address the need for workforce integration. Workforce integration requires different professional groups to give up personal power, put the people they are supporting ahead of entrenched professional rivalries and be versatile not flexible in how they work. Integration is not important to people with care and support needs, unless it makes a difference to their ability to lead an independent life. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach – A personal opinion piece based on learning from the development of principles for workforce integration with social care and health employers. Findings – Integration takes time and there is no quick fix or magic solution, but it can happen. People's behaviour and motivations are complex, confusing and often inconsistent, and mandating service integration will not change the way workers behave. Perhaps it is now time to stop using service integration as a way of avoiding making tough decisions about the more challenging issue of workforce integration and what this means for those with power and control over people's lives. Originality/value – The paper separates integration into service and workforce integration and argues that too much focus is given to the former rather the latter.

Abstract:
Integrating migration populations into settled communities presents a major challenge especially for municipalities. Consequently, this research project investigated how municipalities can support the integration process of people with a migration background in eight different municipal fields of integration. The examples of two Austrian cities (Linz and Dornbirn), which have many years of experience in designing and developing an integration process, activities and projects, have been analysed in order to further develop the integration process. The wide variety of integration practices and activities of Linz and Dornbirn demonstrate how broad the room of manoeuvre is to create the municipal fields of integration.

Abstract:
Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) is a practical and powerful approach to prioritize errors related to human actions, based on probabilities. HEART can determine error producing conditions (EPCs) which cause human errors for different processes including main duties (MDs) and sub-duties (SDs). HEART can be applied quickly for any process where human reliability is important. In this study, HEART and advanced version of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (AV-DEMATEL) integration proposed by Can and Delice in 2018 was performed for evaluating human related errors in steam boiler working process. In this way, the interactions between MDs, SDs and EPCs in a steam boiler working process were considered to compute process error probability (PEP). Additionally, the applicability of the proposed approach by Can and Delice (2018) was demonstrated again.

Abstract:
The urgency of this problem is that the number of concepts devoted to the spiritual and cultural crisis of modern civilization is growing rapidly. The process of globalization, which is a characteristic feature of modern civilization, has also intensified the conflict between East and West. So far, the Western world can set prices for these types of products, spread information technology around the world, and make them an important part of modern manufacturing. As a result, the gap between developed and developing countries is widening. Any attempt by developing countries to “catch up” will end in temporary success.
