Abstract:
The article discusses ways to optimize the performance of information communication systems, which includes increasing spectral efficiency and reliability while minimizing delay and energy consumption due to the full integration of communication and scanning services. The functioning algorithm of the integrated scanning and communication system and the organization scheme of the communication mode using the scanning process based on the proposed generalized model of the integrated scanning and data transmission system are considered. Ways to improve the efficiency of telecommunication systems due to the joint use of communication and scanning tools with the best compromise between scanning characteristics and the bandwidth of the transmission channel are considered. Peculiarities of improving wireless communication systems with regard to high data transfer rates, low latency and wide connection possibilities are studied. In particular, access to other system functions, such as scanning/visualization and localization, is justified. Due to the considered innovative applications, the possibility of increasing the performance of the integrated wireless scanning and communication system (ISAC) is determined. The researched positioning process in 5G is proposed to be expanded due to additional detection functions, in particular with the use of new metrics such as accuracy and resolution. New KPIs in 6G networks are considered, replacing the KPI of positioning accuracy in 5G. As a result, key performance indicators based on different application scenarios are proposed, the accuracy of which should be from 1 to 10 cm, and the resolution should be up to 1 mm. The potential of the new ISAC technology was investigated, in particular, the features of the coexistence of communication and scanning modules in an integrated solution at the system level and methods of increasing the efficiency of coexistence at the system level were considered; justification of a positive result from an integrated system solution for communication and scanning services; advantages and disadvantages of existing communication and scanning systems with implemented integration at the system level. The obtained results of research on the integration of communication and scanning means, in particular: the analysis of the performance of generalized ISAC networks and the conclusions about the fundamental limits of performance obtained for a simple structure made it possible to determine the best compromise between the characteristics of scanning and the bandwidth of the communication channel, provided an opportunity to create practical schemes, which approximate a compromise of waveforms, coding tables, structures and protocols.

Abstract:
Background: Capabilities for generating and storing large amounts of data relevant to individual health and performance are rapidly evolving and have the potential to accelerate progress toward quantitative and individualized understanding of many important issues in health and medicine. Recent advances in clinical and laboratory technologies provide increasingly complete and dynamic characterization of individual genomes, gene expression levels for genes, relative abundance of thousands of proteins, population levels for thousands of microbial species, quantitative imaging data, and more – all on the same individual. Personal and wearable electronic devices are increasingly enabling these same individuals to routinely and continuously capture vast amounts of quantitative data including activity, sleep, nutrition, environmental exposures, physiological signals, speech, and neurocognitive performance metrics at unprecedented temporal resolution and scales. While some of the companies offering these measurement technologies have begun to offer systems for integrating and displaying correlated individual data, these are either closed/proprietary platforms that provide limited access to sensor data or have limited scope that focus primarily on one data domain (e.g. steps/calories/activity, genetic data, etc.). Methods: The Integrated Biomedical System is developed as a Ruby on Rails application with a relational database. Results: Data from multiple wearable monitors for activity, sleep, and physiological measurements, phone GPS tracking, individual genomics, air quality monitoring, etc. have been integrated into the Integrated Biomedical System. Conclusions: The Integrated Biomedical System is being developed to demonstrate an adaptable open-source tool for reducing the burden associated with integrating heterogeneous genome, interactome, and exposome data from a constantly evolving landscape of biomedical data generating technologies. The Integrated Biomedical System provides a scalable and modular framework that can be extended to include support for numerous types of analyses and applications at scales ranging from personal users, communities and groups, to potentially large populations.

Abstract:
Integrated information theory (IIT) starts from consciousness itself and identifies a set of properties (axioms) that are true of every conceivable experience. The axioms are translated into a set of postulates about the substrate of consciousness (called a complex), which are then used to formulate a mathematical framework for assessing both the quality and quantity of experience. The explanatory identity proposed by IIT is that an experience is identical to the cause–effect structure unfolded from a maximally irreducible substrate (a Φ-structure). In this work we introduce a definition for the integrated information of a system (φs) that is based on the existence, intrinsicality, information, and integration postulates of IIT. We explore how notions of determinism, degeneracy, and fault lines in the connectivity impact system-integrated information. We then demonstrate how the proposed measure identifies complexes as systems, the φs of which is greater than the φs of any overlapping candidate systems.

Abstract:
An integrated geographic information system is a geographic information system that aims to facilitate the creation and integration of mapping data so that researchers from various backgrounds can present their research results in the form of a map and can be combined on a larger scale. In making an integrated geographic information system, the use of the maps box was chosen because the maps box is a tool for making mapping that is free of charge both in making mappings and displaying mapping results so; it can save costs because the number of accessors and mappings made will incur substantial costs if using a paid alternative. However, the Maps box has many shortcomings in terms of features, so we researched to integrate third-party applications to fulfill the features that need to be added in the maps box. To overcome the shortcomings of the map box, the researcher integrates the route feature of Google Maps, integrates the location details feature on Google Maps, and integrates Google Maps coordinate data via the Google Maps link, which can be stored in the system so that these features can be used in an integrated geographic information system. Integrating third-party applications can create an integrated geographic information system using a map box but can also have more features.

Abstract The international management standards allow their integrated approach, thereby combining aspects of particular importance to the activity of any organization, from the quality management systems or the environmental management of the information security systems or the business continuity management systems. Although there is no national or international regulation, nor a defined standard for the Integrated Management System, the need to implement an integrated system occurs within the organization, which feels the opportunity to integrate the management components into a cohesive system, in agreement with the purpose and mission publicly stated. The issues relating to information security in the organization, from the perspective of the management system, raise serious questions to any organization in the current context of electronic information, reason for which we consider not only appropriate but necessary to promote and implement an Integrated Management System Quality - Environment - Health and Operational Security - Information Security

Abstract:
Most public and private libraries are inclined to adopt using Koha ILS around the globe. However, several Arab schools could not implement the Koha ILS application to automate their school libraries for ease of use. Deploying technology in managing libraries can solve several identified issues in public and private schools. This provides efficiency, ease and improves the performance of library services. Therefore, this paper is based on qualitative research that implements an efficient open-source application known as Koha ILS in two Arab schools, namely Baseerah International School (BIS) and International Modern Arab School (IMAS), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In our analysis, we consider analyzing the proposed Koha ILS by providing backend accessibility so as library consumers can make a further enhancement to upgrade the application. The proposed Koha presents several positive impacts such as an efficient cataloging system, remote management of library consumer records such as books or room reservations and customizable searching interface for efficient usage. The application also presents multiple operating system support for a user’s flexibility. In our results, an analysis was made by comparing the two schools based on gender, position/ranks available in the school library, and IT gadgets. Toward this end, some limitations were noted and recommended as a future research direction.

Abstract:
Agriculture is one of India's most important and fastest-growing industries. About 70% of people living in rural areas make their living from agriculture. One of the most important things to do is to implement the latest innovations. Irrigation is difficult in dry places or when there is insufficient rainfall. So, it has to be controlled by the machine to get the right crop, and it has to be done from afar to keep the farmer safe. This will accelerate the transition from traditional to modern farming. The rising cost of energy and the depletion of water resources indicate that water management needs to be improved. The aim of the paper is to use water more efficiently, which is one of the most important and used natural resources. In irrigated agricultural systems, the rational use of water resources is very important to save money. Drip irrigation systems are another economical way to manage water. These systems have automatic control to turn the control values on and off, which helps farmers manage the water supply to the fields and keep the soil moist, resulting in increased yields. Thus, this project gives farmers the best way to water their crops at an affordable cost. This increases their productivity and facilitates the care of crops.

ABSTRACT The North Slope of Alaska Oil Operators—ARCO, (Alaska), Inc.; BP Exploration (Alaska), Inc.; and Alyeska Pipeline Service Company—and their governing agencies—Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)—currently use some form of the Incident Command System (ICS) to manage oil spill incidents and exercises. Although the ICS principles are similar, the structure, terminology and forms are diverse. The North Slope operators and regulatory agencies in Alaska are “thinking out-of-the-box” these days with the development of a new, all hazards, systems to maximize the use of resources on the North Slope. The new integrated Incident Management System (IMS) was designed to offer benefits such as standardized processes, forms and nomenclature, integrated organizational structures, common management/training, enhanced interactions, shared learning's, central coordination, standard Emergency Operation Center layouts, and access to equipment and personnel.
